AHTAYAA LEIGH: “3 Ways To Heal The Mental Body”

590329a596bf91d2888b742e3bc7a5bb

Our mental body is our inner consciousness.  Our outer physical body is a manifestation of our inner consciousness, our mental body. It is the product of the thoughts that make up our belief system. Whether consciously or unconsciously, our thoughts will eventually manifest in our outer world. In order for healing in our outer world to be anything more than a temporary fix, we must transmute the origins of the dis-ease in our mental body. Otherwise, our outer symptoms will eventually return to reflect our inner turmoil. The bottom line is we must change our consciousness.

Not all imbalances in our mental body will have obvious manifestations in our physical body. Some may manifest more obviously in our emotional body and/or the circumstances we create in our lives.

To use myself as an example, while I am the child of a white mother and black father, I grew up in a single parent family. I didn’t know my father growing up, my mother did not speak of him. This fostered in me a deep sense of abandonment and confusion, on account of having no male influence and no connection to my black heritage. In order to cope on the mental and emotional levels, I developed a prejudice against black men. This was a mental sickness. I was a child with black ancestry who, for all intents and purposes, was racist!

Although not something I was proud of or shared with many, it was a belief system I held well into my twenties. Only when I immersed myself in African culture did I somehow find the cure. By surrounding myself with black men, I was able to transmute the negative core belief that had plagued me for most of my life. It was that simple: immersion.

Your mental body lives in duality. It is ultimately conscious of both sides, but is easily conditioned and influenced to favor certain attitudes, especially when you are young and vulnerable. In my case, not only did I protect myself from a sense of abandonment through the formation of warped beliefs, my attitudes were also shaped by the fact that I grew up in an area where covert racism was the norm. When I traveled the world, I didn’t consciously decide that I was going to heal my mental affliction, it seemed to just happen. With hindsight, I learned something fundamental that allows me to help others with their own transformations.

In your quest to heal negative attitudes and beliefs, there are certain holistic therapies that can directly help you heal the mental body. However, it’s important to note that any healing that takes place in the mental realm also affects the physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies. Everything is connected. Here are three examples of ways to heal the mental body:

3 Ways to Heal the Mental Body

Heal the Mental Body with Dance and Music Therapy

Do you feel a sense of joy and exhilaration when you dance to your favorite music? I’m guessing the answer is yes! Dance therapy has been used as a complementary energy medicine since the 1940’s and is thought to help alleviate symptoms of depression and promote overall health. I would have to confirm this, based on my own experience of using dance and music to lift my mood. It’s fun!

Heal the Mental Body with Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is often used to treat trauma, depression, and addiction. Hypnotherapy is said to be effective because it accesses the subconscious mind, not just the conscious mind. It treats the whole person rather than just the symptoms that show up in the conscious mind, which typically accounts for only 10%. Hypnotherapy reaches the deeper levels of mental issues that are buried and often completely blanked out as a result of some traumatic experience. In addition, hypnotherapy helps to remove the underlying blocks in the mental and emotional bodies, thus making affirmations more effective. It is only our mental and emotional blockages that prevent our positive affirmations from manifesting.

Heal the Mental Body with Light & Sound Therapy

Light and sound therapy works by balancing the chakras and bringing the bodies into alignment with their natural harmonics. Each part of our energy system has a unique rate of vibration. When any aspect is out of sync, ill health can occur. In simple terms, sound and light therapy works by restoring our natural resonance. Continued use trains our bodies to vibrate at their natural frequencies.

Whatever beliefs or attitudes you have that are holding you back from your highest joy and excitement, find a way to shift your consciousness to believe the opposite. Surround yourself with people who have healthy attitudes and avoid those individuals who feed your negative beliefs. If your goal is to heal a dis-ease in the physical body, surround yourself with people who believe you can heal. Avoid those that feed your fear or tell you ‘it’s not possible!’

Anything is possible if you believe! Your thoughts create your reality. You may have to make some difficult decisions to withdraw from certain people. In order to successfully transmute negative beliefs, you must leave behind ALL that does not serve you. Make everything you do, read and say affirm the positive mental attitude you want to cultivate. Know this, even the most ingrained and extreme negative attitudes can be transformed quickly. What generally takes the time is finding the willpower to initiate the change. Once you make the commitment to heal, that healing is well within your grasp. Plant the seeds in your mental body and eventually those seeds will grow and flourish in all aspects of your being. Before you know it, you will be transformed.

DEBORAH KING: “7 Tips To Buff Up Your Chakra System”

one-animated-chakras-pretty.gif

Energy medicine promotes healing by working within an individual’s personal energetic field and seeing how it interacts with the larger energy field.  We can tell what’s happening with someone by checking in on their 7 main chakras, the centers of energy that run from the base of the spine up through the top of the head.

These 7 centers, along with up to 20 smaller chakras, govern our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health.  In other words, chakras hold the secrets to how you feel about yourself and your world, how you get along with others, the condition of your body, your relationship to money, whether or not weight is a problem, how you make decisions, and your spiritual advancement.

That’s a lot to ask of something most people can’t see.  But then again, we can’t see the radioactive particles released from a damaged nuclear reactor either, and yet we take seriously their capability to affect our lives.  The energy centered in the chakras has a very profound effect on our lives.

So what can you do to create and maintain healthy and balanced chakras?  Here are seven sure-fire simple steps you can take to balance your chakras:

1. Connect to Mother Earth: Take a Walk in Nature.

The first chakra is your Root Chakra and is the very foundation of physical and emotional health.  It is your basic connection to Mother Earth — the roots you plant in the soil of your being.  This is where your physical strength lies, and the psychological strength to withstand whatever you have to deal with.

A simple walk barefoot on grass or a sandy beach will do wonders to ground you.  Hug a tree, go hiking in the wilderness, or visit a local park.  You don’t have to live in the countryside or mountains to strengthen this connection with Mother Nature.  Grounding yourself will give you the experience of  “I am here, and I am safe”  and this presence is so essential to your health.  Take time out of your day to make sure you make this connection and you will automatically strengthen your Root Chakra.

2. Calm your Body and Environment with Water.

The second chakra is the seat of sensuality, sexuality, emotion, and the inner child.  It governs how we relate in groups, how we establish inner and outer boundaries, and how we find pleasure.  A common problem related to the second chakra is addition.  You may be using drugs, alcohol, pills, food, smoking, exercise, or sex as ways to avoid dealing with your emotions, to numb yourself.  The physical problems of a poorly functioning second chakra are often the kinds of things that breed shame if the health issues concern their sexuality.  One way to heal the shame is to soak for at least 20 minutes in a bath of warm water with one pound each of sea salt and baking soda.  Imagine all your guilt and shame dissolving in the bath water and being washed away as you say: “I speak the truth and reclaim my true nature.  I am pure.  I am clean.”  Water is healing, and immersing yourself in water on a regular basis is a self-nurturing habit.

3. Get Moving!

The second chakra is the seat of our self-worth — our self esteem, will power, and personal power.  It is the seat of our mental body, where we identify with our ego and our individuality.  A strong will means we know what our goals are and have an idea of what we want to do.  The power in the third chakra is our right to act, to use our will, to follow through with what we start, to meet challenges head-on, and to not be stopped by fear.  You can balance your third chakra through physical movement, especially outside in the sun in the early morning or before sunset.  Don’t get too warm if you tend to be angry or short-tempered!  Physical movement awakens and recharges your body.  You can also try T’ai Chi, Yoga, or Pilates!

4. Love a Pet!

The fourth chakra is your heart chakra and it is the center point, where you merge the strength and support of Mother Earth from below with the wisdom and guidance from above that combine to make you a compassionate human being.  A poorly functioning fourth chakra can keep you in bondage to emotional attachment.  It is through your heart chakra that you can come to feel the presence of unconditional, unlimited love — for your self, for all beings, for the world and beyond.  One of the best ways to boost your heart chakra is through giving and receiving love with a pet.  Our pets love us unconditionally and make it safe for us to learn to love again.  Do you have room in your life to adopt a dog or cat?  You can feed your heart chakra and at the same time change this animal’s life forever in a positive way.  No room or time to adopt your own?  What about visiting your local shelter or even just visiting a friend’s friendly pet and sharing some love with them?

5. Express Yourself: Use your Voice.

The fifth chakra is our center of creativity.  This chakra is where we express our choices and communicate who we are.  Because our use of sound and communication purifies our lower selves and allows us to experience the higher vibrations of spirit, we can tune up our fifth chakra by expressing ourselves more clearly and exploring our creativity.  All creativity is a way to communicate what we feel.  Use your voice and read out loud your favorite book or poem.  Write something yourself and recite it!  Sing a song — in the shower, in your car wherever!  When your fifth chakra is in balance, you can live your dreams and visions, your greater purpose.  Let yourself be who you are and give yourself a voice!

6. Visualize and Find your Inner Sight.

The sixth chakra, or “third eye”, is the center of higher intellect.  The gifts of the spirit emerge in this chakra, like clairvoyance, telepathy, precognition, and psychokinesis.  You can boost this chakra by working to rid yourself of the clutter in your mind so you can “see” more clearly.  Daily meditation is a wonderful way to get rid of old beliefs and thought patterns that are holding you back.  When you have awakened the sixth chakra, you are in touch with inspiration, insight, wisdom, and vision.

7. Invite the Divine!

The seventh chakra, or crown chakra, connects us to spirit, our higher power, and the universe.  It lights up our consciousness. When our crown chakra is open, our perception is clearer, broader, and we are allowed to not only see our daily patterns, but also the deep metaphysical patterns of our lives.  Like the sixth chakra, meditation is a powerful tool to boosting this chakra.  Perhaps prayer or communion with nature will assist you as well.  Ask your own higher wisdom for guidance and signs that you are on the right path, and make time for yourself to listen for internal messages regarding purpose and direction.  Visualize positive and peaceful outcomes.  The truth that emerges will open the door for you to greater levels of connection.

Your chakras are all interconnected.  They embrace you as a whole person.  As you do the inner work of clearing and releasing past traumas, negativity and outmoded belief systems, you will lighten the load of your chakras.  Your energy will move into greater balance, and as a result, you will feel better.  So why not take the initiative and seek out ways to better balance your chakras?

JADE CHILDERS: “Letting Go Of Love”

Jade Childers - Letting Go of Love.jpg

Once, a friend and I were meditating together on a hilltop.  During that meditation, we extended our love and compassion out to the whole world.  At the end of the session, my friend turned to me and asked, “Why do we reach our love out to everyone, instead of choosing who it should go to, like a family member who might need it most?”

Surely, the intention to bring love into a specific someone’s life will result in such.  But as we are spiritual seekers who are constantly questioning and digging deeper, it is beneficial for us to analyze our limitations caused by the biases patterned into our minds throughout our lives and to use this analysis as an opportunity to grow.

We are not omniscient beings.  We were physically born from a mother into a situation unique to us.  Some of us grew up with big families, and some of us grew up without any family.  Through the years, we’ve lived around certain people and picked up on certain things.  We passed certain people in the streets, made friends with certain people, fell in love with this person or that person.  Our experience with the world is uniquely our own, showing us only bits and pieces of infinite possibility.  The people we have met have been a very small fraction of all the people in the world.

Imagine what it would be like to live thousands of years.  Imagine that you have lived to see many generations come and go, have had many friends, held many lovers, and you now have a countless number of children and a countless number of acquaintances.  Imagine walking through a world in which you know that you, at some point in time, had met and gotten to know every single person that passed you by in the streets.  Such a world would seem so small, so personal!  Having lived so long, you would watch as many of your loved ones came and passed on from their life.  The love you had for each individual would no longer serve that individual, as that individual would no longer exist.  You would realize that certain loved ones will come and go, but people in general would stay constantly surrounding you.  If you again chose to direct your love towards another set of specific individuals, you would see the same results: these people would pass on, and the individualized love would pass on as well.

This need not be seen as a grave situation!  It is simply the inevitable, transient nature of life.  You cannot control who will stay or who will go in your life, but you can control how you expand from being closed to open, allowing love to flow through with fewer selfish restrictions.

We are here in our bodies now, but we are brief and passing.  If we can train our love to not be so confined — to instead be impartial, free, open, infinite — then we begin to notice a deep change in both ourselves and how the world reacts to us.  We start to see life in its more intrinsic form, a form that comes in many faces.  We start to see how we are all interconnected and how freely flowing love will draw in those who need to drink from it most.  Such is why we need not limit our kindness and love to the people we have grown closest to; it is not about who we change but about how we internally change ourselves — how we personally grow, how we learn to let go, and how we instead learn to let what is within shine unobstructedly through to the external, which will respond accordingly.

MICHAEL FORRESTER: “The Powerful Effect of Heart-Centered Healing”

The Powerful Effect of Heart-Centered Healing.jpg

Every cause of disease first begins with an imbalance in the body’s energy systems, specifically, the interaction between how the heart communicates with the brain and the body.  Fix that and there is no disease, ever.  The heart can produce an electrical field 100 times greater than the brain and a magnetic field 5000 times greater.  Which one are you using to heal?

Emotions are vibrations which influence consistently our reality.  We not only think and work our way through a day, meeting, assignment, but also feel and believe our way through it.  The outcome depends on both.

Simply put, the number one cause of health is your energetic and emotional state.  How you connect emotionally to your overall wellness and wellbeing is more important than any supplement, food, exercise or health treatment.  There is only one cause of disease and that has to do with the energy and frequency imbalances that exist within your body.  Rectify that, and disease cannot exist… it would be impossible.

All the emotions are varieties of two: fear and love.  Fear/stress is contagious and causes contraction: inhibits creativity, brain activity, inhibits the immune system, selective perception and over extensive periods of time leads to breakdown.  Love (positive beliefs and emotions) has high impact and causes expansion: creativity, physical and mental endurance, more productivity in shorter time because we take decisions quicker because we are receptive and highly perceptive.  This a question of Math, HeartMath, as per the contribution in this field of the HeartMath Institute: when one has accurate information, they make better decisions.

The research behind the evolution of HeartMath came from the idea that the body’s emotional response to events do not always occur from “top-down” processing (i.e., the brain sends signals to the heart and other organs, and the body responds accordingly).  Rather, it has now proven that often times our emotional state triggers our heart to send out its own signals to the brain and other organs, and the body then responds accordingly.  For instance, while two-way communication between the cognitive and emotional systems is hard-wired into the brain, the actual number of neural connections going from the emotional centers to the cognitive centers is greater than the number going the other way.  Have you ever: Made a “rash” decision?  Done something dangerous on impulse?  Taken a risk because you believed in it?  This research helps explain the influence emotions have on our ability to think and act.

In fact, researchers at HeartMath have determined that the physiology and nerve centers of the heart are so complex and active, that they constitute a “brain” all on their own, termed a “mini-brain.”  We now know that the heart contains cells that produce and release norepinephrine and dopamine, neurotransmitters once thought to be produced only by the brain and ganglia outside the heart.  Even more remarkable is the discovery that the heart produces oxytocin — the “love hormone” — in concentrations that are as high as those in the brain.

7 Simple Actions To Create Positive Feelings

1.  Think about the colleagues who helped you today.  Thank them in your heart.  Think about your current assignments.  Know that they will work out well and work from this space

2.  What is it that you would like to have professionally?  A new project?  With whom?  Think about it in detail, be specific and imagine you are already working on it.

3.  Entertain the feeling of celebration that arises in your heart.  From this space take the appropriate actions to make it happen.

4.  Find ways to help your colleagues, or make them feel that you care.  Do one invisible act of kindness per day, or more if you want to.

5Before starting your work day give thanks and envision it the way you want it to be.

6.  When finishing your work day give thanks and clear it of negative emotions (which come out of fear that we know now is illusion) Do not take them at home or preserve for the next day.

7.  Smile.

The time of crisis is literally here: there is the fast pace of our world, the assault of too much to do with too little time and resources.  Being in the present moment is just a concept for most of us and has little translation to daily life practice.  Fear is widespread and is polluting us on a very cellular level: hypertension, autoimmune diseases, cancer, infertility, chronic back problems, anxiety, and depression; the list could continue forever.  The difference is how we interpret crisis because we can be at complete peace in the midst of chaos.

Can we live the life we want?  Can we be authentic in our speech?  Can we identify and release our underlying limiting beliefs so that we begin a new commitment towards genuine compassion, abundance, love and connection?  Your commitment will show in your body and intentions.

TANAAZ (Forever Conscious): “Full Moon in Virgo, 12 March 2017 — Time to Enter into Warrior Mode”

Full Moon Warrior.jpg

The March 12th Full Moon falls in the earthy sign of Virgo. As the energy of this Full Moon lingers for the next two weeks, we are all going to enter into a time of self-healing.

Virgo is typically the sign associated with thinking. Deep thinking. Over thinking. Virgo thinking is often self-critical, however when channelled in the right way, Virgo thinking can be extremely enlightening.

Virgo is symbolised by the virgin. This does not mean that Virgo energy is weak, vulnerable and innocent, in fact it is the very opposite.

Virgo energy is warrior energy. It represents strength and inner power. Virgo doesn’t need a man by her side, she has the power and strength to rise up alone.

Virgo comes into her strength by tapping into that inner warrior that lives inside of the heart.

We all have Virgo energy inside of us, we all have Virgo somewhere in our natal astrology chart, so chances are we are all going to feel the feminine power and strength arising from this Full Moon.

It is time to enter into warrior mode. Gone are the days of feeling sorry for yourself or being the victim. Gone are the days of getting irritated by every challenge or setback that life has brought you so far. Gone are the days of resisting what the Universe is trying to show you.

It is time to step up. It is time to rise up and claim your power, to claim your self-worth and to find your true inner strength.

As tempting as it can be, this is not about rising up into warrior mode to head off to war.

Instead, this is about rising up by yourself and for yourself. This is about finding that inner strength so you can heal, repair, nourish and reflect in whatever way you need to.

We are often bombarded with the fact that we need other people to complete us or that we need other people to be all these things for us, but the reality is that we complete ourselves.

This Virgo Full Moon is going to be reminding us of all of that, and it is going to be reminding us that our true strength and power comes from within.

This is a time to find your strength and to know that your body, mind and soul is extremely powerful and capable of amazing things.

Virgo energy is also a perfect time to activate your own self healing. If there is an area of your life that needs to be healed whether it is physical, emotional or spiritual, this Full Moon will be giving you the tools to make it happen.

Trust your instincts and see what arises for you, because chances are this Virgo Full Moon will show you the way and will show you where healing is required.

This Full Moon is part of a larger cycle that started back in February and will continue until August 2017.

You may not have everything figured out over the coming weeks, but by simply remembering your own inner strength and your own inner power, you will go far.

On the night of the Full Moon, certain planets will shift into what astrologers call an irritated rectangle. As the name suggests, this Full Moon could bring irritations to the surface.

But this is not to irritate you, rather it is to help you clear away all that is no longer serving you. When things come to the surface it is because they are ready to be released, so instead of feeling frustrated, give yourself permission to step up and release.

But this is not to irritate you, rather it is to help you clear away all that is no longer serving you. When things come to the surface it is because they are ready to be released, so instead of feeling frustrated, give yourself permission to step up and release.

As one of my favourite poets, Rumi says- if you are irritated by every rub how will you be polished?

And that is exactly what this Virgo Full Moon is offering us, she is offering us the chance to be polished and cleansed so we may rise up into the strength within.

PAIGE BARTHOLOMEW: “Your 7 Sacred Soul Tasks”

seven-sacred-tasks-2

Does it feel like something is out of balance in your life?  Maybe you’ve done a ton of healing work, you’ve read all the self-help books, you’ve meditated with the best of them, but still something feels off.

Having difficulties doesn’t mean that you’re failing at being a spiritual person.
Your life is simply showing you where you’ve still got some work to do.

Here’s what you need to know: your seven chakras aren’t just energy centers.  They are sacred containers of knowledge which contain an enormous amount of specific information for your growth.  Each chakra holds within it a soul task which must be mastered.  If any soul task is left incomplete, painful symptoms will show up in your life and your relationships.  These symptoms are signs showing you where you need to do your work.

First Chakra Task: Keep Yourself Safe

If you’re out of balance in this soul task, you might notice that you put others needs before your own — to your detriment.  You may allow situations or relationships into your life that hurt you.  You may rationalize that you deserve the pain.  You might turn on yourself, speak harshly to yourself, you may even hate yourself.  To improve your health in this chakra, make a commitment to observe the ways that you devalue yourself and let others devalue you.  The truth is — no one is more important than you, and you are no more important than anyone else.  Your needs matter as much as anyone else’s.  Stay mindful every day.  A deep purification process like this takes time, so keep at it until you feel more stabilized.

Second Chakra Task: Connect with Others

We can’t make healthy connections with others if we believe everyone else is better, smarter, or that they matter more than we do (see how the health of each chakra has to be solid before we can fully master the next?).  If you’re out of balance in this soul task, you might notice that it feels hard to make and keep friends.  Connection may feel difficult for you.  To improve your health in this chakra, start with a commitment to daily self-inquiry and examination.  Observe your own behaviors and feelings around others.  Take small steps toward interaction with people.  Set goals for joining in with groups.  Remember, your commitment is all you need.  If you are committed, the healing will come.

Third Chakra Task: Set Boundaries

Symptoms of ill-health in the third chakra show up as either a tendency to be “too nice” and let people walk all over you, or to be “the Big Cheese”, believing you are entitled to more than your fair share.  We must learn healthy boundaries.  If you are out of balance in this chakra, you might have a hard time saying no.  You may grieve a lot about other people’s pain.  You may worry about how someone will feel if you set down boundaries.  Or — you may feel an impulse to run over people to get your needs met.  To improve your health in this chakra, first commit to observing your patterns and discover the reasons for them.  Then make a solid commitment to boundary setting.  Learn to say “Yes” and “No” at appropriate times, both to others and to YOURSELF.  You must learn to say NO to toxic people, places and situations, and say YES to beautiful, fair, kind ones.  The third chakra soul task balances the ego.

Fourth Chakra Task: Forgive

If you’re out of balance in this soul task, you might notice that you have trouble forgiving yourself or others.  You might be hurt or angry about things that happened a very long time ago.  You might hold grudges.  Forgiveness is the soul task that opens the heart.  If we are unable to forgive, we will be unable to move into fourth density consciousness (4th chakra heart), which is vital if we are to shift into the New Earth.  Forgiveness requires a change of heart.  Forgiveness occurs when we accept that our brother (or our self) is, in truth, innocent, and deserves our compassion.  No matter what you did, no matter what they did, the soul is innocent.  If you’re having trouble discerning whether or not to trust someone who is toxic or dangerous, go back to the third chakra — you have more work to do there.

Fifth Chakra Task: Embody Fearless Truth

Symptoms of ill-health in the fifth chakra show up as a fear of speaking your truth.  You may be afraid of the consequences when you say what you deeply believe.  You may fear hearing what someone else deeply believes.  When this chakra is balanced, you’ll know how to discern Truth from falsehood, because you will have effectively grasped all of the soul tasks from the previous chakras.  Here, the soul is becoming pure.  To heal an imbalanced fifth chakra, practice knowing your Truth.  Practice standing firm in your truth.  And finally, practice speaking your truth while maintaining pristine compassion and respect for others.

Sixth Chakra Task: Become One with the Creation

When the sixth chakra soul task is incomplete, we do not see others as our self — we see them as separate.  It is a very high state of being to actually be able to see others as yourself.  It’s more than just sympathy.  It’s more than just being able to put yourself in someone else’s shoes.  We are talking about literally seeing your brother as YOU.  Seeing that you are the same being at the core.  The truth is — we are all only ONE being.  Symptoms of ill-health in this chakra show up as subtle projections onto other people: “He is less evolved than I am.”  Symptoms also show up as a sense of separation: “I’m glad it’s them and not me.”  To restore health in the sixth chakra, meditation is necessary.  Become quiet and get to know yourself in stillness.  Practice seeing your neighbor as yourself.  Practice seeing a tree as yourself.  Feel it as though it were REAL.

Seventh Chakra Task: Become One with the Creator

Becoming one with the Creator is such a high state that humans are not capable of maintaining it for long periods of time.  Like the story in the bible when God revealed Himself to the mountain and it crumbled to dust, we dissolve back into All-ness when we reach this eternal station.  We slip into states of Divine knowingness, drink from it, and then we slip back out.  It’s that way by design.  Each time we slip in, the experience changes us so profoundly, we are never the same human being again.  Our soul task in this chakra is not a matter of reaching perfection, because we never will.  This chakra is infinite.  Our task here is to open to the mystery of the absolute as often as possible, and to surrender our small self to its Intelligence.  Practice by meditating on loving your Creator.  Meditate on opening your entire being and offering it to the service of your Creator.  Ask for help from your Creator, for your human self cannot know how to explore the realms of the Most High without help from the Most High.

Have fun in your travels, for in truth,
Growing through these soul tasks is the entire reason you’re here.
