ANGELINA STOJIC: “Connect To Your Sound — The Healing Power Of Your Voice”

It is no secret that music and sound is part of our every day life and that it is a very integral part of healing and relaxing in general. It is also becoming a very big part of scientific research on how sound or music can heal the mind and body on a cellular level.

The chakras resonate with certain notes, the brain is stimulated with classical music, molecules reverberate to certain frequencies, and let us not forget to mention the fantastic Japanese scientist Masaru Emoto who showed us what music does to water. As our cellular structure is primarily made up of water this was an extraordinary and wonderful representation of how music or sound changes our makeup.

This information for many of us, is not news. We have known this intrinsically for many many years. Music or sound is a frequency. As we are beings made up of energy, sound is just one frequency that we can access via very easily for health, healing and change.

Sound is a perfect medium for our bodies to absorb and enjoy currently of our transition or evolution. It is a simple easy medium of healing we can access.

Sound Can Change The Structure Of Our Cells

Sound comes to us in many ways. One of the most powerful and unique tools we have is the sound of our voice. Unique to you, our voice, the tone, the sound of our voice can create that change within the cells. Just like our bodies, faces, fingerprints and teeth, our voices are all different. The tone, the reverberation, the intonations, the sound. We all have unique voices. We all have a unique sound.

So, if we have a unique sound or frequency that aligns with our body mind and spirit, do you feel this too may be a key to our own healing and access to our own power of health?

The Sound Of Your Voice Is A Powerful Healing Medium

My purpose for this piece is to remind you that the sound of your voice, the tone of you is very particular and very important. The sound of you is part of your healing and health power. By using your voice with the intention of healing self, is a very powerful thing to do.

We all resonate at our own frequency. We all have the sound of our healing within our tones. Learning to access your healing tones from within is a simple process and something you can do every day if you choose. There are many ways to access your healing power of your tone or your sound and below are a few ways to connect.

Singing with music — To sing with your voice with a song you love is a great way to lift your vibration. Lifting your vibration is about lifting your state of wellbeing.

Singing with no music — To sing with no music and just belt out a song you love in the car or at home with your sound alone is also very powerful. This has no other frequency but your own playing and singing for you and your body.

Engaging your Voice with Breath — This is simple exercise to do and is just the pure act of breathing in and then sounding your voice on the breath out. Allowing the natural sound to be expressed. You can play with this and hold onto the sound at the end of your breath. Or you can start on a high note and allow it to drop as you release your breath.

Humming — Again very simple sound that you make with your voice. This is a beautiful gentle way to engage your sound and tone with the healing of your body. It is a gentle internal sound that sits within you. A hum to your favourite song, or a free hum, it is a very peaceful way to help with a calm and internal massage for self.

Sing Song Words — Like affirmations you can gently put sound to affirmations, words or sentences to lift the vibration and allow the tone to work with your system also.

The purpose of your voice or sound is to shift and lift the frequency, to shift and lift the vibe of your body, which lifts the vibe of your cells, which produces new cells in a higher vibe format.

This all sounds very simple. And that is the point. It is meant to be simple. We have the tools within us to help us and this is just one of the ways we can access our truth and pure potential. You may even enjoy your own way of using your voice.

To be honest, whatever it is you do with your sound, your tone, your voice, will affect your body, mind, emotional and energic system. With words, song, whistles, hums, or screams, is allowing you to connect to your frequency, your vibe, your health and healing.

Our voice can help us release and let go of shit we no longer need or help heal us internally with gentle sounds of love.

Regardless how you choose to work with your voice, tone or sound, know it is a very powerful tool in your life. It is part of our connection to creator. It is part of our connection to self. Recognise the voice within by connecting to the sound of your voice intentionally. With love and with a knowing that you are unique and beautiful.

CONSCIOUS REMINDER: “Your Body Is Smarter Than You Think”

The human body is a temple of thoughts. It has the wisdom of its own.

For centuries, healers have pondered the connection between mental and physical health. In recent years, science has begun to recognize the powerful connections through which emotional, spiritual, and behavioral factors can directly affect health outcomes.

As research in the field of mind-body medicine is finding, emotions and thought patterns can contribute to imbalances within the body, and therapies like hypnosis, visual imagery, meditation, and yoga are being used to re-establish balance and promote health. The mind and body connection happens on both a physical and chemical level.

The brain is the hardware that allows you to experience mental states that are labeled the “mind.” This concept of the “mind” encompasses mental states including thoughts, beliefs, attitudes, and emotions. Different mental states can positively or negatively affect biological functioning.

The human body is a temple of thoughts. It has the wisdom of its own. There are a lot of positive energies that run through our body and a person should channelize those energies for effective results. Meditation is the best way to keep our minds focused and it also helps in maintaining an effective connection between the mind and the body, helping us to act prudently.

Meditation isn’t about becoming a different person, a new person, or even a better person. It’s about training in awareness and getting a healthy sense of perspective. It is about not trying to turn off the thoughts or feelings. Through meditation, a person learns to observe them without judgment.

And eventually, he might start to better understand them as well. Meditation is of several types and the correct one should be chosen depending on the type, habits, and nature of the person who will be meditating.

The different types are Loving-kindness meditation, Body scan or progressive relaxation, Mindfulness meditation, Breath awareness meditation, Kundalini yoga, Zen meditation, Transcendental meditation.

In order to establish a good connection between the mind and the body, a person should be able to listen to his body. In order to do that, one must be a good listener and must be very patient.

The use of hot water is a very effective tool which helps in relaxing the mind so that a person can pay attention to his body. Discussed below are a few things that can be under a shower which will help a person to listen to the wisdom of the body.

When you are under the shower, try to close your eyes and feel the hot water running down your body. Keep yourself calm and don’t let other thoughts disturb you. Focus on the sensation of your body. Use your hands and massage your body a little to make it feel better.

After a long hard working day, you must be exhausted. While under the shower try to find the part of your body which aches the most. Try and concentrate on soothing that part of your body, leaving out all the rest.

For better results use some lotion or oil on that area. It helps in increasing the sensation. In the end, ask that part of your body that what does it want you to know.

Hot water helps in relaxing the nerves of our body and helps to calm the mind. This, in turn, establishes a good connection between the mind and body.

After the question has been asked, there is a thought, vision or intuition that pops up in the mind. Trust the instincts and follow out the order. This is the first sign that the body is communicating with the mind.

After this, you can either choose to do the same with the other parts of your body that might be troubling you or leave the shower. By repeating this method on a daily basis, you will know how to listen to the wisdom of your body.

ALLISON ENGEL: “The Psychopath Archetype”

Generally speaking, when we think in terms of psychopathy, we think serial killers and a few names come to mind; Manson, Gein, Dahmer and so on and so forth.  What if the behavioral mechanism that constitutes these extreme behavior patterns weren’t that far from home?

  • In the archetypal suite, there is a fine line between spirituality and psychosis, a fine line between genius and madness.  We walk this line every day in our waking life.
  • Is there a torture chamber within the recesses of your subliminal reality?
  • Are you trying to escape a certain set of rules or trauma?

It is quite possible that obeying the rules of society is harder because of the anima/animus within your own psyche.  Anima/Animus possession will cause a neurotic, often narcissistic/egoic and predatory behavior in seemingly every day people.  It is the energetic imprint of trauma.  We know that trauma begets trauma, but what is the correlation and the energetic exchange between authority/aggressor/perpetrator/narcissistic parent and the child/victim/abuse?  It is the fact that these worlds actually collide.

The child/victim archetype merges with the perpetrator/predator and it fractalizes behavioral elements due to the loss of innocence and imprint of paralyses, shock, and horror.

  • Is it helpful to be shocked and disgusted by others or world events?
  • Does it separate you into a class of world citizens that are not also able to shock and disgust others with your beliefs?
  • How do you become a victim by being challenged into cognitive dissonance and by new thought processes or concepts?

Your shadow is trained to stay resilient by focusing and reminding you that the problem is out there and not within.

  • Is it more painful to be you than you would like to admit?
  • Is there still a traumatic imprint that hasn’t been healed from yet?
  • Is shying away from this archetype helping your hard-drive function or is it continuing to affect you and others in your experience?

This pressure cooker will continue to steam if we are not able to separate the facts from fiction in our waking life.  This serves as an analgesic and an escape route into the other realms.  When we experience anima/animus possession there is a voice in our head reminding us that we are never going to approximate to anything and at the same time augments into specialness or righteousness. It is the ultimate bi-polar regimen.

The child is covering over its impermeable and nihilistic and confused frustrations with efforts to self-aggrandize and hold onto a layer of unneeded and unending suffering.  It is very much there to rob the individual of its accomplishments and of the present moment.  This is very much the issue with people who just can’t seem to get it together.

There is a need to separate the anima/animus from the shadow.

  • What do you believe about others in your experience?
  • Are they being de-humanized by your belief systems in your fragmented archetypes?

There will continue to be whispers of specialness with the savior archetype attached to the idea that the rules simply don’t apply.  There is a lack of linear time awareness and thus the regression into opposing archetypes happens quickly and like a landslide.

Due to the temporal deficit, the child is only able to micromanage other’s causes and effects and blame the institutions and parents, siblings.  Once the parents, the government, or institutions are fixed, then the child or self will be okay.  Unopposed this creates an unwillingness to conform.  Then it landslides back into the recesses of the unconscious to continue to blame and shame others.  There is any underlying need to fit in and an inability to accept rules.

There is a ghost in the archetypal suite that forms the base layers of consciousness that drives the ego.  The ego is not fully formed though, as it wears a narcissistic mask to hide the monstrous and tiny incoherent self.  The only way to stop this is to call out the shadow and at the same time observe the anima/animus and its effects.  The key here is to see the dark and the light attributes in both the father and the mother and coherently structure a self between the two perceptions of evil and divine in both.  When we are unable to see these distortions in our “selves”, we continue to project and augment others and the world strategy.

We continue to battle light and dark as if the human psyche within is not both capable of war and love.  Once these two concepts are de-fragmented, the light joins the shadow and it then can empower the individuation instead of the person’s power continuing to be withheld and outside of itself.

The psychopath archetype is an imprint of formidable psychosis that suggests that fear will best train and control the masses.  Just turn on the news and see if this energy resonates within your structure.  Are you either obsessed with listening or looking into the fear programs or is there a fear of hearing people with other ideas speaking?  Mass media has become a church that is subdivided in what will illicit and entice and what is safe and marks fervent debauchery.  How is this actually your own inability to be challenged or communicate effectively?  Are you not being heard and can you actually hear others?  Logic is not communicated easily when all affronts are up and ready for combat.  You can’t hear clarity if you have to protect a small self from identification with static ideas that serve nothing but self-gratification.

  • Is fear constituting your bandwidth on either side of this polarity?
  • Would you be able to be challenged outside of your comfort zone to see that psychopathy is leading and is possibly innate within each other’s own consciousness?
  • Would you be able to question the concept of sanity/insanity within authority or are you still subdivided within your own unconscious parts that store this energetic signature?

War is not love.  Murder is not a blessing in disguise.  Torture is not something to be shared on Facebook.  What is it in you that is so fragmented that sees brutality and thinks it is needed?  Delineation is hard when the formatted hard drive wasn’t in linear fashion.  This is anima/animus possession and is part of the loss of time constructs in the psyche.  It is not readily talked about but can be seen as projected matter into the ideation of others.

Inconsistencies then rear their ugly head within the psyche until the archetypes are seen and heard and healed.

The archetypes are all polarized and have been for centuries.

Are you ready to fight the war within your own consciousness to battle directly and lovingly the consciousness of others?

ALETHEIA LUNA: “80 Easy Forms Of Chakra Balancing For Mind-Body Healing”

Like everything else in life, we are energetic beings.

All minerals, plants, animals, liquids and objects are products of an endless array of cells which emit energy. And what is within each cell? Protons, neutrons and electrons, which are all composed of sub-atomic particles which are pure energy.

Therefore, everything we see in this universe is at its root energy that evolves, changes and flows. That includes us as human beings. For this reason, it is not too far-fetched to think that within our own bodies we have areas that possess more condensed energy than others.

When the energy within our bodies is too imbalanced due to bad habits, stress, unacknowledged feelings and thought patterns, we get sick and we suffer — it’s as simple as that.

This is where the importance of chakra balancing comes into play. In traditional Indian thought our bodies possess seven different energy centers that are subject to blockages according to our lifestyle habits. When our energy centers are blocked or misaligned we feel heavy, ill and emotionally imbalanced.

In fact, if you’ve come to this article chances are that you are unconsciously attracted to “cleaning” or emptying an energy blockage within your body which is preventing you from living a centered life.

The Importance of Chakra Balancing in Everyday Life

I’ve never personally liked the word “chakra” because I’ve been conditioned to associate it with quasi-science and “woo-woo” new age thought. But whether you like using the word “chakra” or perhaps “meridians” or “energy centers,” it is undeniable that we are all electric beings by nature. Simply dragging your feet across a carpet and then touching something metal will show you that.

In recent years however, I’ve come to open myself to chakra balancing, and have managed to look beyond the fog of disparagement it has been shrouded in. It’s a really refreshing feeling being proven wrong about something, and I can definitely say that learning the secrets of chakra balancing has improved the quality of my life immensely.

But don’t worry: learning how to balance your chakras is by no means some kind of “esoteric” or complicated art. It simply requires sensitivity, introspection and a dedication to your well-being; all of which I can help you with in this article.

Simply reading through each energy center below will help you to determine which of the seven chakras within you are the most “stuffy” and imbalanced. You can then read the accompanying forms of chakra balancing techniques specific to each energy center.

1. Root Chakra

Sitting at the very base of your spine (or tailbone), the root chakra is responsible for the following feelings and sensations:

If balanced, you will feel grounded, safe, secure and stable in your life.

If imbalanced, you will feel disconnected from yourself and other people and worried about basic needs (money, food, shelter).

Physically you might be suffering from eating disorders (obesity, anorexia, bulimia), arthritis, cold hands and feet, leg and feet problems, and digestive problems.

What you can do:

  • Connect with the energy of the earth.
  • Go for regular walks, strolls or jogs.
  • Walk with bare feet on a patch of grass.
  • Sit underneath a tree with your back to the trunk.
  • Get enough vitamin D by spending time in the sun each day.
  • Eat root foods that have had direct contact with the earth such as ginger, carrots, potatoes, turnips, radish and beetroot.
  • Consciously spend time with other people. Put down your phone, laptop, book or other distraction and allow yourself to experience the joy of being with another human being.
  • Explore your core wound and the impact this has on your daily life.
  • Wear red colors.
  • Visualize a red stream of light extending from your legs and feet deep into the earth.
  • Dance.
  • Aromatherapy scent: Rosemary, Cedar, Ginger, Sandalwood and Cloves.

2. Sacral Chakra

Located just below your bellybutton, the sacral chakra is responsible for the following feelings and sensations:

If balanced, you will feel creative, committed, sexually vibrant and energetic.

If imbalanced, you will feel emotionally repressed, sexually suppressed, energetically lethargic, unimaginative and impotent.

Physically you might be suffering from menstrual problems, lower back pain, kidney dysfunction, urinary problems, ovarian cysts or prostrate issues.

What you can do:

  • Sit by a stream of water.
  • Make regular time for sexual activity (weekly).
  • Brain storm.
  • Stretch your lower back through yoga or traditional exercise techniques (i.e. cat stretch, sphinx pose, legs up against the wall, etc.).

  • Drink a lot of water.
  • Eat almonds, melons, strawberries, oranges, coconut and mandarin (said to help sacral chakra issues).
  • Aromatherapy scent: Rose, Jasmine, Clary Sage, Ylang Ylang.
  • Power stone: Citrine, Amber, Hematite, Red Jasper, Orange Calcite.

3. Solar Plexus Chakra

Located just below the rib cage and just above the navel, the solar plexus chakra is responsible for the following feelings and sensations:

If imbalanced, you will feel critical, judgmental, self-resenting and fearful.

Physically, you might be suffering from high blood pressure, chronic fatigue, diabetes, stomach ulcers, pancreas and gallbladder issues, and weight problems.

Located right in the center of the throat, the throat chakra is responsible for the following feelings and sensations:

If balanced, you will be able to freely express yourself clearly both verbally and non-verbally. You will also be a good listener who assertively expresses your own truth without repression. Additionally, you might find people seeking you out for advice and moral support.

If imbalanced, you will feel dishonest with yourself and as though you are not living up to your potential. People might consider you “flaky” or “untrustworthy” as you find it hard to speak for yourself. On the other hand, you might be very opinionated, dogmatic and aggressive.

Physically, you might suffer from earaches, sinus infections, thyroid problems, upper back and neck issues, and teeth problems.

What you can do:

  • Find an appropriate form of catharsis that allows you to express yourself, e.g. painting, running, writing, singing, dancing, creating, building or even screaming.
  • Learn to acknowledge your feelings and experience them without judgement, e.g. if you feel excited, allow yourself to feel 100% excited. If you feel angry, allow yourself to feel 100% angry. No emotion is innately “good” or “bad.”

Physically, you might suffer from light-sensitivity, fibromyalgia, existential depression and degenerative diseases.

What you can do:

  • Explore spiritual thought from ancient philosophies to modern ideas.
  • Immerse yourself in the natural world.
  • Get out of your brick box and into the vibrancy of life.
  • Explore your shadow self and the way it impacts your life with someone you trust.
  • Read into the lives and experiences of various spiritual teachers you respect.
  • Learn to separate who “you” are from what you experience. This is known as “witnessing” or “observing” what you think and feel and can be done constantly throughout the day or through formal practices like meditation.
  • Wear violet/white (the vibration of these colors are associated with the crown chakra).
  • Drink plenty of purifying water and eat clean, unprocessed, natural foods.
  • Aromatherapy scent: Gurjum, myrrh, rosewood, cedarwood and jasmine.
  • Power stone: Celestite, danburite, blue sapphire, moldavite and peacock ore.

ARIA BELLA: “Why You Need Meditation”

“The birds chattering, the distant sound of cars. Feeling the sun or breeze on my face, really helping to anchor me in my body as I take in those sensations. Not only does it bring your stress levels down, it allows your body to go into its optimum level for relaxation and healing.”

~Aria Bella

Meditation is good for the soul, for the whole body and your mind. Go indulge today!

If you want an all-out activity that is going to soothe every single part of you and your senses — go meditate!!  It doesn’t have to be long, hard or full on.  Meditation comes in all shapes and sizes — you just have to find the ones that fit.

A really easy meditation to do is mindfulness — this can be done anywhere — making dinner, washing the dishes, hanging the clothes out.  All it asks you to do is be fully present in the moment, focusing on what you are doing, listening to the sounds around you and just being in that moment.

If you struggle with mind chatter, then guided meditation or ones where you need to chant may work for you as it helps to keep those natters to the background.  I personally love going outside and focussing on the sounds around me.

The birds chattering, the distant sound of cars.  Feeling the sun or breeze on my face, really helping to anchor me in my body as I take in those sensations.  Not only does it bring your stress levels down, it allows your body to go into its optimum level for relaxation and healing.  It gives your mind permission to take a break — although your mind will still have thoughts, so do not think you are doing it wrong just because it is still carrying on, it is its job.

Just allow them to flow without focussing on them.  It brings your soul to the fore as well.  So it is really the best all round exercise that you can possibly do for your wellbeing.  Even if you think you are not a meditator — and my hand is up on this one.  Keep at it and give yourself a few minutes every day, increasing if you can to get some of that deep AH into your day.

Your heart, body, soul and mind will thank you!

“I allow myself to meditate for the best of me”

Till next time… keep walking your spiritual path xx

HUMANS ARE FREE: “20 Signs Your Soul Is Getting Quantum Upgrades”

Lightworkers, volunteers, and earth warriors have to embrace, activate and integrate these upgrades. They have to march on, be themselves, embody their truth and unite as one.

20. You have a feeling of connectedness to everything. This oneness of being is felt at a soul level.

Activation has been set off!

You are a cosmic surfer riding on waves of quantum evolution. As the activation heightens, the days drag you down. You must never be overcome by this phenomenon. Drink lots of water, swim, or bathe. The water clears and cleanses your energetic field.

You experience a deeper sense of connection with mind, body, and soul. You move beyond perception. You are a part of everything that happens in the world, whether it fluctuates or breathes.

Out of body experiences, deep breathing, spontaneous stretching, and intense shaking are some of the experiences felt during upgrades. It may seem to be a wild experience as you feel the Chakra activations. Never fight it. Just flow with these upgrades.

Rebooting and realigning your structural makeup are necessary. Bring your energetic being online by freeing from blockages the flow of energy through your Chakras. You will feel looser, more flexible and driven by power from within.

As a healer, a teacher, or an earth warrior, you are being pushed further into fifth dimension expansion: the zen state of peace and serenity. In this state, everything feels beautiful, compassionate, and just while operating within the matrix.

The matrix could be aggressive and hostile, never passive. Many factors would threaten to drag you down: global politics, horror stories presented daily, personal dramas and challenges. All these destroy the Zen. But you must not allow it to manipulate you.

Your role:

You are a light warrior. As a warrior, you have to stand up front and be ready to fight. Fight for love, light, and peace. Fight with your energy and healing. Light the way. Get up when you fall. Rest and haul yourself back up should you lose your will.

It may seem small, but you must aspire to spread love in all your interactions. Avoid negative energy. Listen to your own energetic system. Trust your gut responses. Spark that inner light within you for others to see. Share love, spread light and raise vibrations wherever you go.

You may bounce back and forth, up and down the frequency spectrum like a pinball, yet you have the ability to reach the higher dimensions. You must overcome too, the tendency of crashing back to earth literally.

The transition:

The matrix is further disabled by intensive evasive actions, as well as diversions and divisive tactics. These leads to a dark and stormy transition, unstable and unpredictable.

But you have the power to ground it with mindfulness, replenishing and realigning your mind, body and soul systems with self-care. You must embrace, integrate, recalibrate, and own these cosmic upgrades.

What you need to do:

Use the tools of holistic healing and nature. Follow the rules of engagement that can guide you. Take the full responsibility of your light.

Should you find your energy is off, your juju heavy and grimy, you need to stay home. Avoid contact, seek rest, solitude, hydration, and soul tribe nourishment. Be back when you’re fully replenished.

Your mission on earth is not one big clash. The battle between good and evil is ongoing daily. You just have to be constantly present, mindful, grateful and grounded.

Expand your consciousness with energy work, healing, and meditation. You must work on core balance, meditate love frequency regularly to raise vibrations and stay connected to guides.

The battle has begun, and you are in it.

Your mission:

Humanity needs you. Let it see itself in your eyes. Show it compassion, humility, hope, and love. You set the energy and the wavelength. Set the frequency and maintain it all through the day with mantras, breathing, protection and healing. Even smiling helps.

Trust your third eye and gut instincts. Never be fooled by appearances and programming. Be assured that you are not alone. You have help and guidance.

Always stay calm, protected and pay attention to self-care.

How to protect your home:

Create a perimeter of crystals in your home. Use sage to smudge. As you place the crystals and smudge repeat this mantra:

‘I cleanse and clear this home from all lower vibrations’

Use these Mantras:

“I embrace all upgrades appropriate for me under the protection of my higher self.

I am a being of light, compassion and love.

I send love to *** (repeat three times for each person including yourself).

Namaste.”

ALLISON ENGEL: “Have You Been Feeling The Trickster Archetype On The Prowl?”

“If the enemy remains behind closed doors in the psyche, then it can continue to show up in our experience and victimize us.  Until we face these repeating patterns we cannot unblock channels of abundance and properly lay the ley lines of heaven on earth.  All must heal within the self in order to transform into a power player.”

~Allison Engel

The trickster is the dark force/Lucifer/vampire archetype that is popping up through our consciousness again.

With the last energy blast on May the 2nd hit, we were cleared of everything that was blocking the last bits of ego suppression so that we can see how the trickster operates within.  The next part of this journey as Mars goes retrograde on May 12th is Ego Ascension.  This is an uplifting experience of the warrior releasing all prowess in the fight.  We then get to kick back and see how we are shaming ourselves and being our own barrier to abundance.

The wicked will lose the fight this whole period, so if the trickster has you thinking that you are fighting the good fight against evil out in the ether, then you will be challenged to remain peaceful and not cast shadows on the other in your experience.  You will get to see how anyone who initiates a fight will lose the battle.

The asteroid belt is full of surprises, because very little of these archetypes have been named and explored.  When it comes to the psycho-social mechanisms in society, there is an auto-immune reaction within our own framework that tries to illicit feelings of excitement and grandeur in the hidden realms in the psyche.  This is to counter balance the grid work that we all must do to be accountable for our own inner transformational healing.

If the enemy remains behind closed doors in the psyche, then it can continue to show up in our experience and victimize us.  Until we face these repeating patterns we cannot unblock channels of abundance and properly lay the ley lines of heaven on earth.  All must heal within the self in order to transform into a power player.

Our auto-pilot program around authority is that the system is evil/bad and controlling the people.  This unfortunately is mislabeling the institutions that are able to provide abundance of revenues streams and if we can tune into our own inconsistencies around being a loving and powerful human we can stop the vampire clause in the system and level up our own playground of wealth and abundance.  We then continue to afford what we project.

If being wealthy is “bad” then we are devaluing abundance desires within.  It isn’t spiritual to be poor and sick and a victim to the authority.  It is spiritual AF to take back the power grid and create huge revenues of cash for healing systems to pop up around Gaia.  It can only happen if you champion through your own experience and understand that you are weak to the authority that is if you continue to think that the power of the dark has more authority than any single human.  That is a dark authority within that wants to be held and honored in the space of love and nurtured back to health.  Then that shadow becomes more power and something that can no longer seemingly come from outside, as you have already championed it in your own ley lines.

Each of the archetypes wants to honored and held in the space of light and release it of its densities and mental constructs that keep the individual in an auto program of melancholy or fight or fight.  This way the purity is within and the system can only power forward and honor what it truly wants to experience.

The event is every day as we get surprised by our own unconscious appetites for freedom.  There is no more waiting as every day is a journey through the unconscious realms in our own hero’s journey.  And now we know how.

AHTAYAA LEIGH: “3 Ways To Heal The Mental Body”

590329a596bf91d2888b742e3bc7a5bb

Our mental body is our inner consciousness.  Our outer physical body is a manifestation of our inner consciousness, our mental body. It is the product of the thoughts that make up our belief system. Whether consciously or unconsciously, our thoughts will eventually manifest in our outer world. In order for healing in our outer world to be anything more than a temporary fix, we must transmute the origins of the dis-ease in our mental body. Otherwise, our outer symptoms will eventually return to reflect our inner turmoil. The bottom line is we must change our consciousness.

Not all imbalances in our mental body will have obvious manifestations in our physical body. Some may manifest more obviously in our emotional body and/or the circumstances we create in our lives.

To use myself as an example, while I am the child of a white mother and black father, I grew up in a single parent family. I didn’t know my father growing up, my mother did not speak of him. This fostered in me a deep sense of abandonment and confusion, on account of having no male influence and no connection to my black heritage. In order to cope on the mental and emotional levels, I developed a prejudice against black men. This was a mental sickness. I was a child with black ancestry who, for all intents and purposes, was racist!

Although not something I was proud of or shared with many, it was a belief system I held well into my twenties. Only when I immersed myself in African culture did I somehow find the cure. By surrounding myself with black men, I was able to transmute the negative core belief that had plagued me for most of my life. It was that simple: immersion.

Your mental body lives in duality. It is ultimately conscious of both sides, but is easily conditioned and influenced to favor certain attitudes, especially when you are young and vulnerable. In my case, not only did I protect myself from a sense of abandonment through the formation of warped beliefs, my attitudes were also shaped by the fact that I grew up in an area where covert racism was the norm. When I traveled the world, I didn’t consciously decide that I was going to heal my mental affliction, it seemed to just happen. With hindsight, I learned something fundamental that allows me to help others with their own transformations.

In your quest to heal negative attitudes and beliefs, there are certain holistic therapies that can directly help you heal the mental body. However, it’s important to note that any healing that takes place in the mental realm also affects the physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies. Everything is connected. Here are three examples of ways to heal the mental body:

3 Ways to Heal the Mental Body

Heal the Mental Body with Dance and Music Therapy

Do you feel a sense of joy and exhilaration when you dance to your favorite music? I’m guessing the answer is yes! Dance therapy has been used as a complementary energy medicine since the 1940’s and is thought to help alleviate symptoms of depression and promote overall health. I would have to confirm this, based on my own experience of using dance and music to lift my mood. It’s fun!

Heal the Mental Body with Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is often used to treat trauma, depression, and addiction. Hypnotherapy is said to be effective because it accesses the subconscious mind, not just the conscious mind. It treats the whole person rather than just the symptoms that show up in the conscious mind, which typically accounts for only 10%. Hypnotherapy reaches the deeper levels of mental issues that are buried and often completely blanked out as a result of some traumatic experience. In addition, hypnotherapy helps to remove the underlying blocks in the mental and emotional bodies, thus making affirmations more effective. It is only our mental and emotional blockages that prevent our positive affirmations from manifesting.

Heal the Mental Body with Light & Sound Therapy

Light and sound therapy works by balancing the chakras and bringing the bodies into alignment with their natural harmonics. Each part of our energy system has a unique rate of vibration. When any aspect is out of sync, ill health can occur. In simple terms, sound and light therapy works by restoring our natural resonance. Continued use trains our bodies to vibrate at their natural frequencies.

Whatever beliefs or attitudes you have that are holding you back from your highest joy and excitement, find a way to shift your consciousness to believe the opposite. Surround yourself with people who have healthy attitudes and avoid those individuals who feed your negative beliefs. If your goal is to heal a dis-ease in the physical body, surround yourself with people who believe you can heal. Avoid those that feed your fear or tell you ‘it’s not possible!’

Anything is possible if you believe! Your thoughts create your reality. You may have to make some difficult decisions to withdraw from certain people. In order to successfully transmute negative beliefs, you must leave behind ALL that does not serve you. Make everything you do, read and say affirm the positive mental attitude you want to cultivate. Know this, even the most ingrained and extreme negative attitudes can be transformed quickly. What generally takes the time is finding the willpower to initiate the change. Once you make the commitment to heal, that healing is well within your grasp. Plant the seeds in your mental body and eventually those seeds will grow and flourish in all aspects of your being. Before you know it, you will be transformed.

DEBORAH KING: “7 Tips To Buff Up Your Chakra System”

one-animated-chakras-pretty.gif

Energy medicine promotes healing by working within an individual’s personal energetic field and seeing how it interacts with the larger energy field.  We can tell what’s happening with someone by checking in on their 7 main chakras, the centers of energy that run from the base of the spine up through the top of the head.

These 7 centers, along with up to 20 smaller chakras, govern our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health.  In other words, chakras hold the secrets to how you feel about yourself and your world, how you get along with others, the condition of your body, your relationship to money, whether or not weight is a problem, how you make decisions, and your spiritual advancement.

That’s a lot to ask of something most people can’t see.  But then again, we can’t see the radioactive particles released from a damaged nuclear reactor either, and yet we take seriously their capability to affect our lives.  The energy centered in the chakras has a very profound effect on our lives.

So what can you do to create and maintain healthy and balanced chakras?  Here are seven sure-fire simple steps you can take to balance your chakras:

1. Connect to Mother Earth: Take a Walk in Nature.

The first chakra is your Root Chakra and is the very foundation of physical and emotional health.  It is your basic connection to Mother Earth — the roots you plant in the soil of your being.  This is where your physical strength lies, and the psychological strength to withstand whatever you have to deal with.

A simple walk barefoot on grass or a sandy beach will do wonders to ground you.  Hug a tree, go hiking in the wilderness, or visit a local park.  You don’t have to live in the countryside or mountains to strengthen this connection with Mother Nature.  Grounding yourself will give you the experience of  “I am here, and I am safe”  and this presence is so essential to your health.  Take time out of your day to make sure you make this connection and you will automatically strengthen your Root Chakra.

2. Calm your Body and Environment with Water.

The second chakra is the seat of sensuality, sexuality, emotion, and the inner child.  It governs how we relate in groups, how we establish inner and outer boundaries, and how we find pleasure.  A common problem related to the second chakra is addition.  You may be using drugs, alcohol, pills, food, smoking, exercise, or sex as ways to avoid dealing with your emotions, to numb yourself.  The physical problems of a poorly functioning second chakra are often the kinds of things that breed shame if the health issues concern their sexuality.  One way to heal the shame is to soak for at least 20 minutes in a bath of warm water with one pound each of sea salt and baking soda.  Imagine all your guilt and shame dissolving in the bath water and being washed away as you say: “I speak the truth and reclaim my true nature.  I am pure.  I am clean.”  Water is healing, and immersing yourself in water on a regular basis is a self-nurturing habit.

3. Get Moving!

The second chakra is the seat of our self-worth — our self esteem, will power, and personal power.  It is the seat of our mental body, where we identify with our ego and our individuality.  A strong will means we know what our goals are and have an idea of what we want to do.  The power in the third chakra is our right to act, to use our will, to follow through with what we start, to meet challenges head-on, and to not be stopped by fear.  You can balance your third chakra through physical movement, especially outside in the sun in the early morning or before sunset.  Don’t get too warm if you tend to be angry or short-tempered!  Physical movement awakens and recharges your body.  You can also try T’ai Chi, Yoga, or Pilates!

4. Love a Pet!

The fourth chakra is your heart chakra and it is the center point, where you merge the strength and support of Mother Earth from below with the wisdom and guidance from above that combine to make you a compassionate human being.  A poorly functioning fourth chakra can keep you in bondage to emotional attachment.  It is through your heart chakra that you can come to feel the presence of unconditional, unlimited love — for your self, for all beings, for the world and beyond.  One of the best ways to boost your heart chakra is through giving and receiving love with a pet.  Our pets love us unconditionally and make it safe for us to learn to love again.  Do you have room in your life to adopt a dog or cat?  You can feed your heart chakra and at the same time change this animal’s life forever in a positive way.  No room or time to adopt your own?  What about visiting your local shelter or even just visiting a friend’s friendly pet and sharing some love with them?

5. Express Yourself: Use your Voice.

The fifth chakra is our center of creativity.  This chakra is where we express our choices and communicate who we are.  Because our use of sound and communication purifies our lower selves and allows us to experience the higher vibrations of spirit, we can tune up our fifth chakra by expressing ourselves more clearly and exploring our creativity.  All creativity is a way to communicate what we feel.  Use your voice and read out loud your favorite book or poem.  Write something yourself and recite it!  Sing a song — in the shower, in your car wherever!  When your fifth chakra is in balance, you can live your dreams and visions, your greater purpose.  Let yourself be who you are and give yourself a voice!

6. Visualize and Find your Inner Sight.

The sixth chakra, or “third eye”, is the center of higher intellect.  The gifts of the spirit emerge in this chakra, like clairvoyance, telepathy, precognition, and psychokinesis.  You can boost this chakra by working to rid yourself of the clutter in your mind so you can “see” more clearly.  Daily meditation is a wonderful way to get rid of old beliefs and thought patterns that are holding you back.  When you have awakened the sixth chakra, you are in touch with inspiration, insight, wisdom, and vision.

7. Invite the Divine!

The seventh chakra, or crown chakra, connects us to spirit, our higher power, and the universe.  It lights up our consciousness. When our crown chakra is open, our perception is clearer, broader, and we are allowed to not only see our daily patterns, but also the deep metaphysical patterns of our lives.  Like the sixth chakra, meditation is a powerful tool to boosting this chakra.  Perhaps prayer or communion with nature will assist you as well.  Ask your own higher wisdom for guidance and signs that you are on the right path, and make time for yourself to listen for internal messages regarding purpose and direction.  Visualize positive and peaceful outcomes.  The truth that emerges will open the door for you to greater levels of connection.

Your chakras are all interconnected.  They embrace you as a whole person.  As you do the inner work of clearing and releasing past traumas, negativity and outmoded belief systems, you will lighten the load of your chakras.  Your energy will move into greater balance, and as a result, you will feel better.  So why not take the initiative and seek out ways to better balance your chakras?

JADE CHILDERS: “Letting Go Of Love”

Jade Childers - Letting Go of Love.jpg

Once, a friend and I were meditating together on a hilltop.  During that meditation, we extended our love and compassion out to the whole world.  At the end of the session, my friend turned to me and asked, “Why do we reach our love out to everyone, instead of choosing who it should go to, like a family member who might need it most?”

Surely, the intention to bring love into a specific someone’s life will result in such.  But as we are spiritual seekers who are constantly questioning and digging deeper, it is beneficial for us to analyze our limitations caused by the biases patterned into our minds throughout our lives and to use this analysis as an opportunity to grow.

We are not omniscient beings.  We were physically born from a mother into a situation unique to us.  Some of us grew up with big families, and some of us grew up without any family.  Through the years, we’ve lived around certain people and picked up on certain things.  We passed certain people in the streets, made friends with certain people, fell in love with this person or that person.  Our experience with the world is uniquely our own, showing us only bits and pieces of infinite possibility.  The people we have met have been a very small fraction of all the people in the world.

Imagine what it would be like to live thousands of years.  Imagine that you have lived to see many generations come and go, have had many friends, held many lovers, and you now have a countless number of children and a countless number of acquaintances.  Imagine walking through a world in which you know that you, at some point in time, had met and gotten to know every single person that passed you by in the streets.  Such a world would seem so small, so personal!  Having lived so long, you would watch as many of your loved ones came and passed on from their life.  The love you had for each individual would no longer serve that individual, as that individual would no longer exist.  You would realize that certain loved ones will come and go, but people in general would stay constantly surrounding you.  If you again chose to direct your love towards another set of specific individuals, you would see the same results: these people would pass on, and the individualized love would pass on as well.

This need not be seen as a grave situation!  It is simply the inevitable, transient nature of life.  You cannot control who will stay or who will go in your life, but you can control how you expand from being closed to open, allowing love to flow through with fewer selfish restrictions.

We are here in our bodies now, but we are brief and passing.  If we can train our love to not be so confined — to instead be impartial, free, open, infinite — then we begin to notice a deep change in both ourselves and how the world reacts to us.  We start to see life in its more intrinsic form, a form that comes in many faces.  We start to see how we are all interconnected and how freely flowing love will draw in those who need to drink from it most.  Such is why we need not limit our kindness and love to the people we have grown closest to; it is not about who we change but about how we internally change ourselves — how we personally grow, how we learn to let go, and how we instead learn to let what is within shine unobstructedly through to the external, which will respond accordingly.
