Be patient with the process

It is important to always be aware that this process of self-clearing with the goal of “Ascension” is not something that can be rushed. The ego’s repeated judgments of self and others, painful memories and emotional patterns took a lifetime to build, so they will take time to remove. Fortunately the self-clearing system on this site helps make the process more efficient.

So what does it mean to peel the layers? In a nutshell, it means that even though you address an issue today, you only addressed as much as can be dealt with at the time.

Over the next few weeks, you may work on other issues, peeling away what can be addressed at the time related to those issues. Then suddenly an issue that was addressed a few weeks ago will show itself in your consciousness again. This doesn’t mean you didn’t make any progress, but that you have actually moved to a deeper layer of that issue.

That is progress!

Simply acknowledge that you are encountering a deeper level of the issue, and be thankful that it has shown itself to you clearly enough that you can address this deeper layer right now. When you have cleared as much as you can at that time, remind yourself that “I will be mindful of (this pattern) in my consciousness and the next time it shows up, I will continue to reclaim my energy that has gone into keeping it in place in my psyche.” (The actual wording you use isn’t important, only your intent.)

During the process of reclaiming energy from self-created limited attitudes, the ego will flare up and try to reassert its power. The form this takes will vary from person to person, but things to watch out for are: irrational emotional outbursts, judging others / yourself / the current events of your life, lack based thoughts, dwelling on painful emotions of the past, worrying about the future, trying to diminish or control another person, etc.

When this happens, simply thank your ego for showing you the next layer of that issue, minimize the ego, then engage the process of reclaiming your energy from the issue. This simple process, if engaged often enough, will literally “unravel” the structure of your ego, and the ego’s fight for importance will simply show you the exact issues that are still unresolved in your psyche.

No longer is the ego your worst enemy, but it instead becomes the unwitting agent of its own diminishment. Once properly diminished, the ego can return to its role as an internal GPS / office assistant, and the light of the One Infinite Creator will shine brightly through your being, uplifting the entire field of consciousness on this planet.

Identifying your issues and taking back your power from them

If you have practiced the techniques on The Cosmic Flush, Energy Refund, and the Ego Minimizer, then you are ready for the next step of identifying unresolved issues and emotions, then reclaiming the energy that you have put into them. It is crucial that you practice the techniques in the previous three steps before continuing.

At an energetic level, thoughts are just as real as physical objects. A limiting belief, repeated in the mind enough times becomes a part of the reality of our energy field. Because most people live their lives in a state of relative unconsciousness and reactionism, they have created numerous thought forms that repeat endlessly in the mind, continually reinforcing their “reality.” Fortunately, the energy that we put into our thought forms can be reclaimed with relative ease.

First, engage the Cosmic Flush / Energy Return processes. Once you are connected and clear, simply stay focused on the present moment. Very soon your ego will start down a line of thinking. Because most of the thoughts in our minds have been repeated so many times, you will probably know where that line of thought is going before you get there. As soon as you know where those thoughts are going, do the Ego Minimizer, but keep the awareness of the attitude or emotion that the thoughts were tied to.

For example, perhaps your mind started thinking about a business deal that went bad, or a promotion that you didn’t receive. The emotional cluster involved could be something like anger, resentment and jealousy. We usually only attach such strong emotions to situations that happen to US, because they are personal and part of “our story” of our identity.

The past experience was just an event. If it would have happened to somebody else, you probably wouldn’t care, but the emotional cluster you formed around the experience because it happened to YOU is what we’re addressing with this process. We tend to put significant energy into these emotions as we replay the experience in the mind, further reinforcing the emotional reaction every time we remember the experience. After the emotions are triggered, what follows is a series of ego thoughts based on the faulty logic that the emotions experienced as a result of remembering the experience are absolute, immutable, unchanging.

This is the basis for a limiting thoughtform, and it is where we will direct our focus in the reclaiming energy process. Continuing with the example above, the focus will be on the emotions and attitudes related to anger, resentment and jealousy triggered by the remembered event.

Return to your state of presence in the Now moment, and ask your God Self to bring forth the energy that you have tied up in anger, resentment and jealousy based thoughts and attitudes, that you can address at this time.

(Don’t make the mistake of egoically thinking “I will just remove ALL the anger, resentment and jealousy from my psyche RIGHT NOW.” The process of taking your power back is just that: a process. Be patient and allow it to unfold, rather than forcing it.)

Your God Self will show you a “picture” of the unresolved and limiting attitudes in your psyche that are “ripe” for the plucking. You will sense these issues in yourself according to how you sense and perceive subtle energies. Some people will see certain shapes or colors, others will feel sensations in their body, some will just “know” that the issues are real.

Please do not get caught up in detailing the way that you perceive the issues. Just like a picture of an elephant is not an elephant, perception of subtle energies is not the energy itself.

Before you take any action, return your focus to the present moment. From that present moment point of power, you will engage in a “conversation” with your God Self where you communicate that:

It is my desire to reclaim all available energy that I have put into these attitudes of (whatever).

I take responsibility for creating these issues, and putting my energy into them.

I now realize that I wanted the struggle in my life that these attitudes have created.

I am ready to forgive myself for creating struggle via these attitudes.

My dear God Self, let’s take back all of this energy NOW!

Return your focus to the present moment and breath deeply, feeling the flow of energy returning to you. If you feel discomfort in your body, do not seek to get rid of it, but simply move your awareness to it. Your awareness will direct the flow of energy to the discomfort and it will usually transmute on its own. It is very important to remember to NOT judge or resist these issues as they come up, but to be thankful that they are being shown to you so that you can address them and reclaim your power.

If the energy feels “stuck” at any point during the process, ask the Galaxy Being to deliver transmutational holograms to free up any energy bound to the thought forms you are addressing.

During the process, you may sense non-physical entities that have associated with you via the energy of the attitudes you are addressing. Please remember that they are there because of your own attitudes, and thank them for the role they played in your evolution. Simply broadcast a thought such as, “Thank you for participating in my creations, but you are free to go forth on your own journey now.” Ask that the Galaxy Being gives them a transmutational hologram if they choose to experience one.

During this process, it is vital to remain in a state of neutrality or better yet, Love. If you are angry at the entities for being there, it will be a struggle to get them to leave. When you can move into your heart and appreciate their contribution to your awakening, you transmute the energy that was attracting them to you. The same is true of the actual emotions and attitudes — don’t judge yourself or the emotions, but instead rejoice that you are engaging the process of liberating your consciousness from your self-created prison.

Finally, we will discuss being patient with the process of peeling the layers.

Much has been written about the nature of the Ego and the detrimental effect that it has on our state of consciousness and the world around us.

When engaging this process, it is important that you do not begin to resent or hate the ego. This process is simply to help you understand and tame the ego so that it can serve you, instead of controlling you.

Minimizing the ego’s role is a vital part of the self-clearing process. The problems in our world stem from the Ego doing 95% of the day to day thinking in most people’s minds. This doesn’t mean the ego is bad, but simply that it has bitten off WAY more than it can chew, and the time has come to diminish our egos and return them to their proper place so that the deeper aspects of our minds can come forward.

The ego’s intended function is similar to an office assistant or a GPS / navigation unit found in newer cars. Imagine that one day the GPS in your car started talking to you and telling you nice things about yourself, then gradually it started talking to you all the time, reminding you of past events that cause you to have an emotional response, worrying about possible future events, reminding you to actively engage in “image management” so that other people will like and respect you, telling you to buy things you don’t need, talking in terms of lack, fear and restlessness. Then if all that talking gets to be too much, the GPS unit would just play you some music because it controls your stereo, too, and often plays songs that remind you of the past.

Most people would return that GPS as a defective unit!

We can’t return our ego, though, because it performs a necessary role while in a third dimensional body. It is intimately connected with the left-brain, rational side of our minds, and it helps us to navigate physical reality without bumping into things, reminds us of important upcoming events, helps us recall old memories, engages in conversations, is charming in social situations, etc, etc.

The metaphor of the ego as a GPS/office assistant can be helpful in our process of taming the ego so that it is doing 10% of the thinking in our minds as originally intended, instead of 95% of the thinking, which is most people’s ego dominated experience.

Enough analysis, which is really for the Ego’s sake, let’s get to the process!

First, engage the Cosmic Flush and Energy Refund processes. (If you haven’t practiced those techniques yet, please do so before continuing.)

Now simply stay focused on the present moment, allowing yourself to feel the Cosmic Flush energy flowing through you. It won’t take long for your ego to engage a thought process. It might bring up something from your past, a judgment of somebody, a worry about the future, or a way to “increase your esteem” in the eyes of others.

As soon as you realize the ego has taken over, say “Thank you ego for showing me this issue. Now please have a seat and be quiet.” Then return your awareness to the present moment and the energy of the Cosmic Flush.

A helpful visualization I use is minimizing the ego just like minimizing a program on a computer. When it minimizes, it goes down to the bottom left corner of my “mental screen” and I am left with a view of the energy of the Cosmic Flush moving through me.

That’s it! The process itself is incredibly simple, but it will take time before it is automatic for you to minimize your ego whenever it flares up, so continual awareness of your own thoughts is very important.

The ego constantly distracts from the present moment, so many people who have been using this ego minimizer technique report that over time they find their awareness in the present moment becoming their dominant state of mind, and that their ego is giving remarkably little input aside from its intended navigational functions. This is where we are at our most powerful and most loving.

Every person is unique and has something to offer the world. Being authentic means embracing who you are and accepting your uniqueness.

However, being the real you is a challenge to most people because they either don’t know how to connect with their true self or how to unleash it. You are always trying to please others, and live up to society’s expectations, forgetting yourself.

When you finally make yourself a priority, that’s when your life starts. You honor yourself by unleashing your true self. You can now say NO to things and people that do not serve you.

Here’s how you can unleash your true authentic self by using the below 15 key ways.

1. Hello, it is you

Being real starts with discovering who you are deep at the core; what you stand for; your strengths and weaknesses; your passion; and what makes you happy. Knowing yourself will make you happy and experience less inner conflict thus make better decisions. You can also resist social pressure and understand others which makes you a better individual.

2. Self-acceptance

What you think of yourself is shaped over the years by both positive and negative experiences. You will be on the path to self-acceptance when you start restructuring the way you view yourself. You must learn to admit your flaws, and accept what you can’t change. Always set small goals every day, never give up and surround yourself with positivity.

3. Reframe your life according to your principles

The expectations placed on you by society are challenging to live up to. Reframe your life by creating rules for yourself that match your values. Focus on self-care and things that bring the best in you. You will no longer have to follow what everyone expects and can take charge of your life.

4. Meditate

Meditation is a very effective method of unleashing your true self. It draws you into a place deep within yourself for self-reflection and awareness hence giving you a push in the right direction. Daily meditation can result in a rewiring of your brain allowing the decreasing stress and tension.

5. Follow your bliss

You get increased happiness and satisfaction when you do what makes you happy. Doing what you love gives you a sense of purpose and belonging, clear objectivity and self-awareness. Identify what you are genuinely passionate about and give yourself to it thus unleash your true self.

6. Find your purpose

You find your place in life when you identify the reasons for your actions and set meaningful goals. It keeps you motivated throughout your life and you remain focused on meeting them.

7. Don’t look for external approval

Seeking external validation is a burden and affects your decisions in your life. Stop letting the outside world dictate your opinions or actions. Your dreams don’t have to be acceptable to everyone. You will be happier living by your beliefs.

8. Practice gratitude

Being a grateful person has numerous benefits; it makes your life easier, happier, and healthier both physically and psychologically. You look at life with a positive attitude. You can maintain excellent relationships with others. Practice it through; letters of appreciation when someone does a good thing for you; sharing with family everything you are grateful for during meals; Writing on paper what you are thankful for and putting it in a jar; keep a journal of things you are thankful for and not taking what you have for granted.

9. Be present

You embrace the real you when you start living in the present and avoid obsessing about the past. Enjoy every moment.

10. Compare yourself to you only

Comparing yourself to others only results in evaluating and rating yourself by chasing symbols of status and success. Unlock your authentic self by accepting yourself the way you are and measuring yourself by your standards.

11. Become your best self

Master these three elements that make you the best you can be;

Connectedness appreciate what you have now by showing love for what you have and don’t take anything for granted.

Calm observe your thoughts as they pass through your mind by staying calm.

Motivation — understanding the reason you do the things you do will spur you to continue striving to accomplish your objective.

12. Love

People often ridicule and give you a strange look when you are authentic. Self-love entails accepting and expressing your true self. It involves loving yourself and living life to the fullest just the way you are. You can’t give love if you don’t love yourself first.

13. Trust

Follow your wisdom and gut instead of looking externally for inner peace. Avoid seeking others’ opinions and get guidance from within yourself. Honor your emotions instead of hiding them thus unleashing the real you.

14. Authenticity

If you can’t be yourself, who else can you be? Connect with your inner self. It involves letting go of the false identity of who you think you should be and instead allowing the real you to emerge.

15. Affirmation

Affirmations are very easy and powerful to use. They train your mind through repetition and positive encouragement to connect to yourself. It entails thinking good thoughts, expressing who you are, taking actions to meet your needs and doing what you want. It builds self-esteem and unleashes your true self.

Final words

Learning to unleash your true authentic self is not an easy task- though it is a rewarding challenge. You discover yourself; identify your true passions; let go of past mistakes and accept yourself. If you’ve been experiencing a lot of change, loss and uncertainty in your life lately, you can know you are deep into your ascension process. These are perhaps the most common indications that you’re in the process of making your way through the higher Fourth Dimension, preparing you to eventually enter the Fifth.

But it’s generally not a lot of fun, dealing with this process. Many people are finding that so much is changing in their lives and within their being, it can be frightening. They feel lost, without a compass to guide them through the ever-shifting reality they’ve entered into.

It seems to be harder than ever to know which decision to make in any moment, not knowing where it might take you. The old ways of feeling certain about your life seem to be falling away — the old relationships that used to provide comfort, the old situations that gave you a sense of financial stability, and the old beliefs that used to guide you. There’s nothing much to hold onto anymore to feel safe and certain of who you are and where you’re going.

You are a Pioneer

And this is because you are a pioneer on this path into the Fifth Dimension. Most people haven’t a clue yet about this journey. It’s a whole new experience for humanity — and one also that evidently no other beings in the universe have ever made before, while taking their physical bodies with them. So much of it is still unknown.

But you, as a courageous lightworker, have volunteered to go ahead as a pioneer to help forge this path.

As a result, you may find there are not yet a lot of road signs where you are traveling or obvious pointers as to which way to go at any given point. You may feel totally alone on the path. Unidentified crossroads may confuse you; apparent dead ends may cause you to doubt yourself. You may have to backtrack and choose a different unknown road to take, often to another unknown destination. It’s no wonder you can feel lost for a while until you find your bearings again.

Trust is the Only Option

There are times when your only option is to make the leap into total trust — trust of the Universe, Source, Higher Self — whatever you want to call the guidance you find within you. Outer sources of information — opinions of friends and family, or experts you find — just don’t cut it anymore.

Nor do the thoughts your rational mind is generating based on information you’ve received from the outside. Your mind only knows how to fruitlessly spin its wheels when trying to understand things that are beyond its capabilities.

What you hear from these sources may have worked in the past when you were still functioning fully within third-dimensional consciousness. But you’re now in unknown higher-dimensional territory, and your guidance at this point has to come from within you.

Trusting the messages from this inner source requires a trust you may have never had to develop before. In the past, it was relatively easy to determine how to survive — physically, financially, and emotionally. You could figure out how to get the things you needed and the emotional support you craved from people and circumstances around you.

But now, you may have come to realize that this strategy doesn’t work very well anymore. And, if you’re really self-aware, you may also see how trying to continue living in this way keeps you in a low-level state of anxiety, especially if you come to realize in the end that you have very little control over many outer conditions.

Shifting Toward the Fifth Dimension

As you move toward fifth-dimensional consciousness, you will find you need to let go of this limited strategy. If you are strongly attached to believing that things and people outside of you are responsible for your sense of safety, survival and happiness, you will probably be given the opportunity to find out that they are not. Many of these outer supports may disappear (either temporarily or permanently) to show you this.

If, for example, you lose your job, your life savings, your health, or an important relationship — know that this learning dynamic may be what’s operating. Instead of panicking, see if you can drop inside yourself and align with a trust that you will find the means of survival and stability in other ways — perhaps in ways that will bring you an even greater sense of joy, security and freedom.

Stay in the Present Moment

Remember: if you can stay in the present moment and not be panicked about what may happen in the future, you can usually find you are really okay right now. You have all the essential things you need to be reasonably comfortable and at peace.

And think about it: you really never know what’s around the corner up ahead of you — especially these days. Something very surprising can appear that will help you handle the hurdle you see in the future, something that will “save” you. If you reflect for a moment, you have probably had little miracles like this occur for you in the past. There are so many things that can happen out of the blue that you have no idea about.

Expect miracles, truly expect them — and they will happen. The higher fourth-dimensional energies now flooding the planet can create them for you with ease.

Surrender to What-Is

Still, it’s true — expecting miracles and looking within yourself for your security may be difficult at those times when you’re in great fear. If all familiar supports are falling away, and who you’ve known yourself to be seems to be disappearing, it can feel terrifying.

What you need to do at such times is to simply surrender to what-is in the moment — fully accept all of the situation, along with all your emotional reactions to it, as your reality at the present moment — without judgment, struggle, or grasping. Allow yourself to let go and just be with yourself with all of it, while consciously loving yourself with compassion. But don’t fall into your misery or wallow in it. Stay conscious and be fully with yourself, choosing to surrender to what feels beyond you to fix — and trust that a higher YOU will step in to resolve the situation.

Discover the Real YOU

If you look closely, you will realize that the disappearing parts of yourself are just parts of your personality self that are leaving. See if you can trust that it knows exactly what it’s doing in bringing about changes in your life, including losses that initially seem painful. Know that the things you are losing are likely essential for you to lose so as to prepare you for entering the Fifth Dimension.

Trust Turns into Knowing

In fifth-dimensional consciousness, there is no reliance on anything in the outer world for a sense of safety or survival. There is only reliance on trust — trust that life will bring you absolutely everything you need, when you need it. And you find that this happens over and over again. Eventually this trust is replaced by a secure knowing, a certainty based on your own experience in seeing that you are always taken care of.

But until that knowing fully develops, trust is what you need to rely on. Trust that you are being guided and taken care of with the utmost compassion and wisdom. And, with trust as your guide, you will find synchronicities blooming all around you; little miracles will become commonplace in your life. And the more you live from this place of trust, the stronger your trust will become.

You’ll see that there is nothing outside in the world that is permanent or totally dependable for your safety or survival. But with the trust you have inside, it won’t matter. You’ll have everything you need.

Learning to live fully from a place of trust is not always easy. But the relaxation and freedom from fear you experience when you begin to achieve this are monumental and will change your entire experience of life.
