NEZEL PADAYHAG: “15 Ways To Open Your Heart And Find Unconditional Love”

“Infinite love is the only truth. Everything else is illusion.”

~David Icke

Love is full of wonders. It’s even said to move mountains. Regardless of your own definition of love, it has the power to make the hearts speak and establish a connection with others.

In the presence of infinite love, verbal communication is sometimes unnecessary. There is deeper communication that does not need words.

However, emotional blocks that hide in the masks of fear, pain, suffering, judgments, heartaches, illness, isolation, prevent us from loving infinitely and unconditionally.

We allow these things to limit our capability to love. Most people don’t know what love is, at its core, and how to express it. This can be possible by opening our hearts to love.

15 Ways To Open Your Heart:

1. Commune with nature.

In nature, there’s no chaos, no confusion, and no pain. There’s only peace, connectedness, and love.

The first step to opening your heart is to establish a deeper connection with Mother Earth and all its creatures.

It’s where you can ground yourself while letting go of negative vibes and being present in the moment.

2. Stay in the present moment.

Staying in the present moment allows you to focus on your breath, which aligns you to your higher self.

When you tune in to your higher self, you open your heart to the loving connection with yourself and everything that is.

Staying in the present moment is something that can make you feel better immediately, and it can also improve your outlook on things.

3. Be still.

Stillness connects you to your inner knowing. It invites you to be detached and be the observer of everything that’s going on within you and through you.

Meditation is one way of practicing stillness. As you meditate, you see your thoughts come and go.

Seeing that you are not your thoughts allows your heart to feel safe. This triggers your heart to open up and allows love to flow through you freely.

4. Do something you love doing.

When you do something that your heart lights up while doing time seems to pass without noticing. And you can do this thing the whole day without feeling tired at all.

This means that the activity comes straight from your heart, it’s something that your soul resonates with and it lights up your shine.

When you do activities that you really love doing your heart opens up. Your soul shines and you are energized.

5. Honor your breath.

Your breath is the life force that brings you to the present moment.

When you feel you’re out of alignment, pause and take deep breaths. Through the awareness of your breath, you will remember who you are, a person born out of love.

By remembering love, your heart finds its center.

6. Connect with your tribe.

Your tribe could be your group of friends or the people who see you as you are without judgment.

You vibrate at the same frequency, which makes you feel comfortable and safe.

Being with the people whose frequency resonates with yours allows you to be aligned with your eternal nature. This encourages your heart to open up and stay balanced.

7. Practice color therapy.

Color therapy works with the aid of visualization.

Finding a quiet place, make yourself comfortable and focus on your heart. Take a few deep breaths as you visualize the first color that comes to you.

Trust your inner guidance to bring you the color of your aura that needs harmony, balance, and self healing.

8. Keep a journal.

A journal serves as something that helps you process thoughts and emotions. It’s a place where you can dump all your emotional baggage, confusions, pains.

By pouring on the pages things that no longer serve you, you come in fresh and with a clearer mind.

Once your mind is clear, it’s easier for you to open up and be aware of the love around you.

9. Be genuine.

In whatever circumstances you are in your life now, you’re playing a role in someone else’s life. Oftentimes, these people want you to play the role they expect you to play.

When playing that role is against your will, you’re being inauthentic with yourself.

You’re left with the choice of disappointing others by being your authentic self, or play with their dramas and be untrue to yourself. Just remember, true love can only flow when you’re being true to yourself.

10. Establish healthy boundaries.

Establishing healthy boundaries doesn’t mean closing your doors for other people. On the contrary, it is the first step in showing compassion to others.

When you set boundaries, you are being compassionate with yourself, giving it the necessities of life that it needs to stay healthy, balanced, and capable of love.

Once you’ve developed this compassion with yourself, it naturally extends to other people, allowing more love to flow.

11. Speak your own truth.

You don’t need to argue others to speak your own truth. Being your authentic self is one way of speaking your own truth.

Do the things that matter to you even if they appear unconventional. Never be afraid of being different.

When you’re confident of who you are despite the criticisms thrown at you, people will slowly show you respect and find inspiration in speaking their own truth too.

12. Send love to anyone who needs it.

When you send love, your focus is on love. The more you focus on love, the more it comes into your reality.

Send your loved ones love by imagining them to be standing in front of you. You can even send love to strangers or people who may have hurt you.

Sending love is the quickest way to heal and raise your vibrations.

13. Listen to your heart.

Self healing begins with listening to what your heart is telling you.

Set aside time for yourself and listen deeply to the messages your heart wants you to know.

Allow yourself to find safety in the quiet place of Surrender.

14. Follow your bliss.

“Follow what your heart is telling you” is a common phrase we hear. And there is truth in that.

When you follow your heart, you follow your bliss, the passion that points you to your life purpose. Whatever your passion in life is, love is at its core.

Thus, following your bliss is the shortest way to finding yourself and finding love.

15. Practice unconditional love.

Unconditional love is a sacred place where respect and honor resides. It’s loving people despite their weaknesses, shortcomings, and even indifference.

However, unconditional love is not a ticket that others can use to abuse you. You must have enough self respect so that people will respect you in like manner.

Show unconditional love without being tolerant, without apologizing, and without seeking approval from anyone. Just love with all your heart. Give love to the world.

NEZEL PADAYHAG: “6 Ways To Tap Into Your Heart’s Intelligence And Wisdom”

In life, you may have certainly been in a situation where you need to decide between the contradictory opinions of your heart and your mind.

Things become more difficult when people remind you that your head is where your brain is because it’s higher. Though your heart is protesting, you follow what looks logical and correct.

For decisions involving the most correct choice, like whether or not you should dump a narcissist partner, it’s only wiser to decide with the mind.

However, the function of your heart goes far beyond supporting life.

The heart is also an intelligent organ that interferes with your decision making process, the reason why it wants to be given due consideration at times.

How To Tap Into Your Heart’s Intelligence And Wisdom:

The heart as Hridaya

Researcher Gregg Braden has dug into the ancient technique of using the heart as an intelligent organ.

The functions of the heart go far beyond supporting life and sending blood all throughout the body. It has a wisdom that’s not influenced by the ego.

As such, it gives you information from a neutral place. Your heart knows your past, present, and future. Since it does not have any egoic tendencies, it always has your best interest at heart.

The Sanskrit word Hridaya, which comes from ‘Hrid’ meaning ‘center’, and ‘Ayam’ meaning ‘this’, describes the heart’s intellect as the energy that is contained within the heart chakra.

More than a physical heart, it also is a spiritual heart that contains the intelligence of God or the transcendental mind.

This spiritual heart sees to it that you perceive things from your center and not stray away from your Highest Self.

The yogi Bhagavan describes the heart center as a seat of Pure Consciousness, realized Existence, Knowledge, and Bliss.

The mind of your brain operates from your past experiences and past erroneous beliefs assigned to those experiences. In short, it creates false perceptions just to arrive what for you is the ‘right’ answer, even topping those false concepts with emotional investment.

The Heart’s Neurobiology

The neurobiology of the heart has these significant points:

– The heart has more fibers leading to the brain than from the brain to the heart, making more communication to take place in the heart.

– The heart of an unborn fetus beats before the brain has been formed. And humans form an emotional brain before a rational one.

– The heart has an independent complex nervous system known as the ‘brain of the heart.’

– The heart can create coherence in the body through its rhythm.

– The heart’s electromagnetic field is greater than that of the brain, which can be detected several feet away.

– The heart has wisdom.

The wisdom of the heart is what provides us with clear decisions that are being governed by our highest self. Gregg Braden suggests the following tips to tap into the heart’s intelligence.

6 Tips On Tapping Into The Heart’s Intelligence

1. Focus on your heart with the intention of seeking its intelligence.

2. Breathe slowly to calm your nerves and silence your brain.

3. Have a deep sense of gratitude, compassion, and love to activate the heart’s energy.

4. Ask a brief and accurate question to your heart.

5. Notice the different feelings or bodily sensations.

6. Keep this practice regularly.

The heart’s intelligence is subjective and wouldn’t be the same for everyone. You may feel butterflies in the gut, a warm sensation throughout your body, or tingling in the fingertips. Or, you might even receive a clear, short and kind answer in your mind.

Establishing this deeper connection with your heart takes time. Persist with the practice and listen to your heart more.

There’s no reward as great as listening to your heart that’s leading you to your purpose.

MICHAEL FORRESTER: “The Powerful Effect of Heart-Centered Healing”

The Powerful Effect of Heart-Centered Healing.jpg

Every cause of disease first begins with an imbalance in the body’s energy systems, specifically, the interaction between how the heart communicates with the brain and the body.  Fix that and there is no disease, ever.  The heart can produce an electrical field 100 times greater than the brain and a magnetic field 5000 times greater.  Which one are you using to heal?

Emotions are vibrations which influence consistently our reality.  We not only think and work our way through a day, meeting, assignment, but also feel and believe our way through it.  The outcome depends on both.

Simply put, the number one cause of health is your energetic and emotional state.  How you connect emotionally to your overall wellness and wellbeing is more important than any supplement, food, exercise or health treatment.  There is only one cause of disease and that has to do with the energy and frequency imbalances that exist within your body.  Rectify that, and disease cannot exist… it would be impossible.

All the emotions are varieties of two: fear and love.  Fear/stress is contagious and causes contraction: inhibits creativity, brain activity, inhibits the immune system, selective perception and over extensive periods of time leads to breakdown.  Love (positive beliefs and emotions) has high impact and causes expansion: creativity, physical and mental endurance, more productivity in shorter time because we take decisions quicker because we are receptive and highly perceptive.  This a question of Math, HeartMath, as per the contribution in this field of the HeartMath Institute: when one has accurate information, they make better decisions.

The research behind the evolution of HeartMath came from the idea that the body’s emotional response to events do not always occur from “top-down” processing (i.e., the brain sends signals to the heart and other organs, and the body responds accordingly).  Rather, it has now proven that often times our emotional state triggers our heart to send out its own signals to the brain and other organs, and the body then responds accordingly.  For instance, while two-way communication between the cognitive and emotional systems is hard-wired into the brain, the actual number of neural connections going from the emotional centers to the cognitive centers is greater than the number going the other way.  Have you ever: Made a “rash” decision?  Done something dangerous on impulse?  Taken a risk because you believed in it?  This research helps explain the influence emotions have on our ability to think and act.

In fact, researchers at HeartMath have determined that the physiology and nerve centers of the heart are so complex and active, that they constitute a “brain” all on their own, termed a “mini-brain.”  We now know that the heart contains cells that produce and release norepinephrine and dopamine, neurotransmitters once thought to be produced only by the brain and ganglia outside the heart.  Even more remarkable is the discovery that the heart produces oxytocin — the “love hormone” — in concentrations that are as high as those in the brain.

7 Simple Actions To Create Positive Feelings

1.  Think about the colleagues who helped you today.  Thank them in your heart.  Think about your current assignments.  Know that they will work out well and work from this space

2.  What is it that you would like to have professionally?  A new project?  With whom?  Think about it in detail, be specific and imagine you are already working on it.

3.  Entertain the feeling of celebration that arises in your heart.  From this space take the appropriate actions to make it happen.

4.  Find ways to help your colleagues, or make them feel that you care.  Do one invisible act of kindness per day, or more if you want to.

5Before starting your work day give thanks and envision it the way you want it to be.

6.  When finishing your work day give thanks and clear it of negative emotions (which come out of fear that we know now is illusion) Do not take them at home or preserve for the next day.

7.  Smile.

The time of crisis is literally here: there is the fast pace of our world, the assault of too much to do with too little time and resources.  Being in the present moment is just a concept for most of us and has little translation to daily life practice.  Fear is widespread and is polluting us on a very cellular level: hypertension, autoimmune diseases, cancer, infertility, chronic back problems, anxiety, and depression; the list could continue forever.  The difference is how we interpret crisis because we can be at complete peace in the midst of chaos.

Can we live the life we want?  Can we be authentic in our speech?  Can we identify and release our underlying limiting beliefs so that we begin a new commitment towards genuine compassion, abundance, love and connection?  Your commitment will show in your body and intentions.

ADEANA M. SLATER” Forgiveness IS Freedom”

forgiveness-is-freedom

Most of our lessons and soul growth comes from the most unfavorable situations or circumstances.  It is often people or events that enter our life and seem to present challenges in which we are forced to deal with head on.  If pain or upset is triggered in us as a reaction, it can lead to bitterness and a feeling of anger.  As we put up these blocks to our heart, we close ourself off to experiencing love.  The more these energetic blocks stack up, the less we are able to give and receive love from others.  Our heart space begins to close more and more as life goes on.

Remember to see the positive in all things. Rather than choosing to wallow in self pity and victimization, open up your soul awareness and see the higher perspective.  Often times whatever we were challenged with also offered us the most significant soul growth and lessons.  We do not often learn by the best of situations, but by what we deem as the worst.  The reason for that is we are unable to truly appreciate what is good, until we have experienced the opposite in comparison.  It is by this important lesson that we choose to act or react differently towards others, so that we do not inflict the same “trauma” as was done to us.  In order to learn how we want to behave, we must first learn what’s unfavorable or unacceptable to us.

As we all begin to release the ego’s dominant grip on our human psyche, we will all begin to energetically trigger one another into a cleansing and healing dynamic.  This involves shedding all suppressed emotions, and unhealed parts of ourself.  What no longer resonates with our soul during our personal evolution, will come to the surface for us to purge and release.  Be patient and forgiving with yourself as well as with others during this difficult and painful process.

It is by the power of forgiveness that you can remove these shackles from holding you back as you continue to move forward.  The more you are able to let go of the pain and agony you choose to carry with you, the more you become lighter and lighter as a soul.

Your projected heavy heart will begin to ease and open up slowly, the more you can release all of these impediments that are keeping you from experiencing the love you deserve. ☺️

AHTAYAA LEIGH: “Embody Your Divinity with the Golden Ray”

ss4jxfb-2

“The golden ray is such a dynamic force, and it is here to affect real change.  It goes directly to the root cause of every imbalance drawing out blocked energies that are keeping us from allowing the life force to flow through us unencumbered.  The golden ray heals the wound of separation, returning us to the heart of Creation.  It unites us with All That Is.”

~Ahtayaa Leigh

There is so much hype around embodying our higher selves.  Bringing spirit into matter is the crux of the great work here on earth. But how do we do that?

How Does It Feel to Embody Divinity?

No person or book can tell us how it feels to be whole.  It is something we must experience for ourselves.  But we can receive support, guidance and useful tools to help us on our path.

The embodiment of our higher selves is no small undertaking.  It is the blending of spirit and matter as expressed through our consciousness.  It is the embodiment of Christ.  When our multidimensional bodies are filled with golden light absolutely everything that is blocking the flow of light is brought to the surface with the opportunity to be transmuted.  But it takes strength and courage to look at these aspects of ourselves in the light and let them go.

The golden ray is the energy of source that carries the Christ consciousness.  The qualities of the golden ray include strength, courage, peace, balance, harmony, love, beauty, joy and creativity.  These are all qualities that are perfectly represented in the Christ mythology.  Strength and courage are particularly important aspects of the golden ray now because they help us face our deepest fears and peacefully transmute them.  Removal of all that does not serve us is a prerequisite to embodying our holy higher selves.  And although the process can seem painful, it is absolutely necessary.

When we are called to the golden ray, it is because we are ready for transformation; truly ready.

The Dynamic Force of the Golden Ray

The golden ray is such a dynamic force, and it is here to affect real change.  It goes directly to the root cause of every imbalance drawing out blocked energies that are keeping us from allowing the life force to flow through us unencumbered.  The golden ray heals the wound of separation, returning us to the heart of Creation.  It unites us with All That Is.

As we delve into the mysteries of both religion and science (in their pure forms), they will all lead us back to one place, the heart.  Each of our heart centers connects us to All That Is.  Our heart centers are interdimensional portals, inner central suns, that can pull through infinite golden light from the source of the universe into our fields.  The portals in our heart centers all lead to the same place, the source of creation.

Heart Energy and the Changing Shift

Through our hearts, energy is transformed into matter, directed by our consciousness.  Our hearts hold the wisdom of all possible lifetimes.  It is our consciousness (of which our thoughts are just a part) that chooses what will be manifest into form through our hearts.  We have been closed off to this power for what seems like far too long, but this is now changing with the shift in the cycles.

So, how can we truly connect with our hearts?  Firstly, we must have faith in Divinity.  We must have faith that we are united with All That Is.  Without faith, it is difficult to move from the head to the heart, the seat of our true power.

Healthy Skepticism and the Doubting Difference

Skepticism is healthy.  We must question everything.  But rather than question first and then experience, we must experience first and then question.  If we question first, we are putting up barriers to receiving the miracles that only come from an unencumbered experience of Divinity.  Doubt begets more doubt, so we find ourselves struggling to move out of doubt at all.  It is a vicious cycle.  We are affirming we have no power, but this is not true, because we each have ALL the power.

There is no need to doubt.  Trust in the higher power within.  Faith begets knowing.  With time those flashes of knowing we receive become our whole life’s experience.  We truly know and never doubt again.  Only then do we expand into the fullness of our Holy Higher Selves.

If we approach everything we do with the spirit of faith and hope, we will be well on our way to embodying Christ consciousness.
