Energetic Themes and Events of 2019

Gratitude to all who joined our Gateway of Light online event last weekend. The replay of this deep share on what will unfold for our Ascension this year will be available all month.

2019 is a 12 and a 3 year, which carries the Trinity and Christed codes for our embodiment. The migration to the organic timelines provides the New, refreshed, rebirth sensation. This began with the December Solstice, and can be a profound and freeing energy. These continuous experiences of our personal Ascension are preparing us for larger, brighter experiences as One.

Launching the New Light: The Now

We were told that embodiment changes everything. This is exactly what is unfolding with the core magnetic shift, migration to the organic realities, and changes in Solaris. We work in tandem with Gaia, the SUN, the Galaxy and beyond by experiencing unity consciousness; the pure, organic, powerful expression of Source-as-Self.

As we allow our embodiment, our unified light level is literally changing the grids, magnetics, and energy systems on the planet. It allows for higher collective timelines which are loaded with new experiences, possibilities and high levels of creativity.

This core shift – in progress since Solstice – is opening, unlocking, the organic experience of Ascension. Notice the recent media mentions of the pole shift; the re-emergence of this decades-long topic is purposeful. A grounded focus on what is happening at the crystalline core. I explain how this operates and the effects of this core shift in Gateway of Light, and touched on it in the video provided below.

– Embodiment holds a collective frequency which allows for all of this to unfold. Like a cosmic trigger, this level of light flowing through form creates stability, which allows Gaia to shift with more ease and grace.

– New Light level ignited by the core magnetic shift in Gaia, which unlocks the Living Library. Gaia’s ancient universal wisdom is ON and becoming available to all aligned hearts.

Migration to the organic timelines, providing a pure experience of the Ascension. Watch the youtube video for a brief explanation.

– Spring-like energy. Every day, regardless of the weather or time of day. It seems everyone is cleaning their house, clearing out the old. This is the vibration of the New, and new organic timelines, trickling into the physical. Follow this intuition to clean and clear, since the eclipse will amplify higher clarity and choices.

– Astral collapse: Dissolving the barriers between worlds (also explained in the videos). Time dynamics collapsing into NOW experience. Busy, wilder dreamstates as this blending of awake/asleep occurs. Also an effect of the magnetic shift and shift to the crystalline New Earth Grid systems. Lightworkers are busy clearing astral, akashic records, any distortions, so we mend the past,present, future flow of the organic timelines. This continues through the strong wave anticipated around the March Equinox.

– Shifts in your own fields. Tingling, buzzing, electrical-type vibrating will get stronger as our fields adjust to compliment the new core energies and grid adjustments. Pay attention to meridian flows as we light up. Movement, get in nature, earthing … this stimulating energy requires both movement and rest for integration. Higher levels can assist, however our embodiment requires higher choices and personal action.

2019 Theme Overview

Embodiment: This is THE thing right now. Disallow any uncomplimentary activity, behavior or lower timelines as this eclipse is a powerful choice point.

Spiritual Maturity: Intrapersonal skills of Mastery within, and power of unification without

Creativity as a pure and unique expression of Source: Passion, joy, expansion … a stimulating refinement of our unique skills. Align with the ebb and flow of this New Light, it is the organic 5D state.

New emotional systems. Evolution to the emotionally neutral, mature heart intelligence, emotional intelligence where clear-hearted activity can thrive. We are clear to feel and operate from detached compassion, following our heart and highest service without attachment or judgment of outcome.

Relationships, partnerships, and alliances of positive co-creation also ebb and flow. Allow dismantling and new connections for highest outcomes.

Contact: Inner Earth, Star Families already here, those with a vibration close to ours, parallel expressions of Self will be first. Sacred, purposeful, scattered contact will step up, again because the core shift, grid shift, organic timelines and embodiment now hold space for this to occur. Love is full of wonders. It’s even said to move mountains. Regardless of your own definition of love, it has the power to make the hearts speak and establish a connection with others.

In the presence of infinite love, verbal communication is sometimes unnecessary. There is deeper communication that does not need words.

However, emotional blocks that hide in the masks of fear, pain, suffering, judgments, heartaches, illness, isolation, prevent us from loving infinitely and unconditionally.

We allow these things to limit our capability to love. Most people don’t know what love is, at its core, and how to express it. This can be possible by opening our hearts to love.

15 Ways To Open Your Heart:

1. Commune with nature.

In nature, there’s no chaos, no confusion, and no pain. There’s only peace, connectedness, and love.

The first step to opening your heart is to establish a deeper connection with Mother Earth and all its creatures.

It’s where you can ground yourself while letting go of negative vibes and being present in the moment.

2. Stay in the present moment.

Staying in the present moment allows you to focus on your breath, which aligns you to your higher self.

When you tune in to your higher self, you open your heart to the loving connection with yourself and everything that is.

Staying in the present moment is something that can make you feel better immediately, and it can also improve your outlook on things.

3. Be still.

Stillness connects you to your inner knowing. It invites you to be detached and be the observer of everything that’s going on within you and through you.

Meditation is one way of practicing stillness. As you meditate, you see your thoughts come and go.

Seeing that you are not your thoughts allows your heart to feel safe. This triggers your heart to open up and allows love to flow through you freely.

4. Do something you love doing.

When you do something that your heart lights up while doing time seems to pass without noticing. And you can do this thing the whole day without feeling tired at all.

This means that the activity comes straight from your heart, it’s something that your soul resonates with and it lights up your shine.

When you do activities that you really love doing your heart opens up. Your soul shines and you are energized.

5. Honor your breath.

Your breath is the life force that brings you to the present moment.

When you feel you’re out of alignment, pause and take deep breaths. Through the awareness of your breath, you will remember who you are, a person born out of love.

By remembering love, your heart finds its center.

6. Connect with your tribe.

Your tribe could be your group of friends or the people who see you as you are without judgment.

You vibrate at the same frequency, which makes you feel comfortable and safe.

Being with the people whose frequency resonates with yours allows you to be aligned with your eternal nature. This encourages your heart to open up and stay balanced.

7. Practice color therapy.

Color therapy works with the aid of visualization.

Finding a quiet place, make yourself comfortable and focus on your heart. Take a few deep breaths as you visualize the first color that comes to you.

Trust your inner guidance to bring you the color of your aura that needs harmony, balance, and self healing.

8. Keep a journal.

A journal serves as something that helps you process thoughts and emotions. It’s a place where you can dump all your emotional baggage, confusions, pains.

By pouring on the pages things that no longer serve you, you come in fresh and with a clearer mind.

Once your mind is clear, it’s easier for you to open up and be aware of the love around you.

9. Be genuine.

In whatever circumstances you are in your life now, you’re playing a role in someone else’s life. Oftentimes, these people want you to play the role they expect you to play.

When playing that role is against your will, you’re being inauthentic with yourself.

You’re left with the choice of disappointing others by being your authentic self, or play with their dramas and be untrue to yourself. Just remember, true love can only flow when you’re being true to yourself.

10. Establish healthy boundaries.

Establishing healthy boundaries doesn’t mean closing your doors for other people. On the contrary, it is the first step in showing compassion to others.

When you set boundaries, you are being compassionate with yourself, giving it the necessities of life that it needs to stay healthy, balanced, and capable of love.

Once you’ve developed this compassion with yourself, it naturally extends to other people, allowing more love to flow.

11. Speak your own truth.

You don’t need to argue others to speak your own truth. Being your authentic self is one way of speaking your own truth.

Do the things that matter to you even if they appear unconventional. Never be afraid of being different.

When you’re confident of who you are despite the criticisms thrown at you, people will slowly show you respect and find inspiration in speaking their own truth too.

12. Send love to anyone who needs it.

When you send love, your focus is on love. The more you focus on love, the more it comes into your reality.

Send your loved ones love by imagining them to be standing in front of you. You can even send love to strangers or people who may have hurt you.

Sending love is the quickest way to heal and raise your vibrations.

13. Listen to your heart.

Self healing begins with listening to what your heart is telling you.

Set aside time for yourself and listen deeply to the messages your heart wants you to know.

Allow yourself to find safety in the quiet place of Surrender.

14. Follow your bliss.

“Follow what your heart is telling you” is a common phrase we hear. And there is truth in that.

When you follow your heart, you follow your bliss, the passion that points you to your life purpose. Whatever your passion in life is, love is at its core.

Thus, following your bliss is the shortest way to finding yourself and finding love.

15. Practice unconditional love.

Unconditional love is a sacred place where respect and honor resides. It’s loving people despite their weaknesses, shortcomings, and even indifference.

However, unconditional love is not a ticket that others can use to abuse you. You must have enough self respect so that people will respect you in like manner.

Show unconditional love without being tolerant, without apologizing, and without seeking approval from anyone. Just love with all your heart. Give love to the world.

MICHAEL FORRESTER: “7 Ways to Trigger the Heart Field — The Most Powerful Healing Force There Is”

Every cause of disease first begins with an imbalance in the body’s energy systems, specifically, the interaction between how the heart communicates with the brain and the body. Fix that and there is no disease, ever. The heart can produce an electrical field 100 times greater than the brain and a magnetic field 5000 times greater. Which one are you using to heal?

Emotions are vibrations which influence consistently our reality. We not only think and work our way through a day, meeting, assignment, but also feel and believe our way through it. The outcome depends on both.

Simply put, the number one cause of health is your energetic and emotional state. How you connect emotionally to your overall wellness and wellbeing is more important than any supplement, food, exercise or health treatment. There is only one cause of disease and that has to do with the energy and frequency imbalances that exist within your body. Rectify that, and disease cannot exist… it would be impossible.

All the emotions are varieties of two: fear and love: Fear/stress is contagious and causes contraction: inhibits creativity, brain activity, inhibits the immune system, selective perception and over extensive periods of time leads to breakdown. Love (positive beliefs and emotions) has high impact and causes expansion: creativity, physical and mental endurance, more productivity in shorter time because we take decisions quicker because we are receptive and highly perceptive. This a question of Math, HeartMath (as per the contribution in this field of the HeartMath Institute): when one has accurate information, takes better decisions.

The quality of the field one creates with his heart influences his experience and reality.

The research behind the evolution of HeartMath came from the idea that the body’s emotional response to events do not always occur from “top-down” processing (i.e., the brain sends signals to the heart and other organs, and the body responds accordingly). Rather, it has now proven that often times our emotional state triggers our heart to send out its own signals to the brain and other organs, and the body then responds accordingly. For instance, while two-way communication between the cognitive and emotional systems is hard-wired into the brain, the actual number of neural connections going from the emotional centers to the cognitive centers is greater than the number going the other way. Have you ever: Made a “rash” decision? Done something dangerous on impulse? Taken a risk because you believed in it? This research helps explain the influence emotions have on our ability to think and act.

In fact, researchers at HeartMath have determined that the physiology and nerve centers of the heart are so complex and active, that they constitute a “brain” all on their own, termed a “mini-brain.” We now know that the heart contains cells that produce and release norepinephrine and dopamine, neurotransmitters once thought to be produced only by the brain and ganglia outside the heart. Even more remarkable is the discovery that the heart produces oxytocin -the “love hormone” – in concentrations that are as high as those in the brain.

 

7 Simple actions to create positive feelings:

 

1. Think about the colleagues who helped you today.  Thank them in your heart. Think about your current assignments. Know that they will work out well and work from this space.

2. What is it that you would like to have professionally?  A new project? With whom? Think about it in detail, be specific and imagine you are already working on it.

3. Entertain the feeling of celebration that arises in your heart.  From this space take the appropriate actions to make it happen.

4. Find ways to help your colleagues, or make them feel that you care.  Do one (in)visible act of kindness per day or more if you want to

5. Before starting your work day give thanks and envision it the way you want it to be.

6. When finishing your work day give thanks and clear it of negative emotions (which come out of fear that we know now is illusion).  Do not take them at home or preserve for the next day.

7. Smile – The time of crisis is literally here: there is the fast pace of our world, the assault of too much to do with too little time and resources. Being in the present moment is just a concept for most of us and has little translation to daily life practice. Fear is wide spread and is polluting us on a very cellular level: hypertension, autoimmune diseases, cancer, infertility, chronic back problems, anxiety, and depression; the list could continue forever. The difference is how we interpret crisis because we can be at complete peace in the midst of chaos.

 

Can we live the life we want? Can we be authentic in our speech? Can we identify and release our underlying limiting beliefs so that we begin a new commitment towards genuine compassion, abundance, love and connection? Your commitment will show in your body and intentions.
