LISA RENEE on “Consciousness Time Travel”

“Human beings are actually Consciousness Time Travelers, and once we develop our Meditation skills and mental focus, we can actually influence and shape time and Collective Consciousness. We can return back into the Timelines to clear out the destructive records or negative impacts of certain events and identities. We may Transit entities that we may find are stuck at that particular position in time, along with the parts of ourselves that we have recollected to be reclaimed by the source light. When that negativity is removed, when that pain is erased from the past, it changes the future time and direction for that person or group. When many people in a group are Clearing Personal Timelines, it impacts the collective consciousness timelines recorded in history. There are three main ways to describe the stages of consciousness transport in the Diamond Sun template that allow us to move our consciousness, between this point in time and another point in time, or outside of time. These extend into further stages more complex than Dreamwalking, because they are direct functions of the activated Diamond Sun body. These are Transfiguration, Translocation, and Transmigration. Transfiguration is in the first stages of activating the Diamond Sun Krystic Consciousness. When that function starts coming online there is an integration that occurs between the atomic layer of the physical body, and the light body layers that exist in the soul, and spirit body of our Monad. When we start connecting to the eternal divine source body, which is the liquid plasma field or the Christ Consciousness, this is what we call the Avatar Source. Once we undergo a level of integration with the Avatar Source, the body starts to be able to perform transfiguration. Transfiguration means that the person can shift their consciousness body into light. In the first stages of developing transfiguration, this is usually happening in the sleep state. We learn how to travel during sleep state, and the first stage is learning how to bi-locate. Bi-location means that the higher self of the person put themselves in their Merkaba body and they went elsewhere and then they came back. When this occurs, we leave the physical body here. So when in sleep state, the physical body is here, but the person leaves their body at night. The Diamond Sun consciousness leaves the physical body traveling in light, while sleeping to accomplish many other projects that are beyond the astral plane. Many people are experiencing that while doing community projects, meeting in places and having these lucid experiences in dreamtime. This is a level of where our higher consciousness intelligence is learning how to bi-locate while leaving the body here sleeping.The second stage of this is Translocation. This level is when the consciousness is able to transfigure a portion of your atoms into light, meaning the physical body can be transfigured into light. In the previous stage, the body was left here on earth and the person is projecting their consciousness out, they are going somewhere else and looking at the view, but they come back into the body. Now in the next stage of translocation, there is a certain part of the atoms in that body that are transfigured into light, temporarily. So that person can go visit somewhere else, and take a portion of their atoms or their body with them while they travel. As an example, say the body transfigures into light and the person travels to another planet. The people on the planet that is being visited are going to know that person is from the earth, because that person is still holding the space-time location of where they came from, of where they were born. The identity that person has is still holding the encryption of the birth transduction sequence that energetically reveals that person is from the earth. So that means that part of you is still genetically keyed to the earth body, and that the energetic signature reveals the location of where your identity was born. Translocation means that we can transfigure a portion of our physical body to go someplace else, but we still have the genetic imprint from our parents and where we were born on planet earth.Transmigration is the third and final stage of developing full consciousness freedom as a Cosmic Citizen. This is similar to the process of translocation, however, the person does not have to come back to the earth at all. Now the person can go anyplace in the Cosmos that they choose to go without limitation (However, if they go to another planet, they will be subjected to the laws of that planet’s inhabitants). This is the status of having a cosmic identity and being a full Cosmic Citizen. This has been accomplished a few times on the earth historically, but the current Planetary Miasma mutations can make this very hard, although it may become easier in the future. Transmigration is one way to describe what it means to be free. That when we project our consciousness body out, we don’t have to come back to the earth, nor do we have to incarnate back here. In order to be able to achieve a full transmigration of our consciousness body and physical body, we must have released the miasmatic record and the cell we inherited from our biological parents. It is a cell that was created in the chromosomes at the time the egg and sperm of our biological parents united. This cell becomes a part of the seed of the physical body that we are incarnated in. Once the family of origin cell is freed, it gets cleared from the body, and as it releases, it vaporizes. At this point of transmigration, the person is now a Cosmic Citizen. They may hold memories of being on the earth, but their identity isn’t necessarily that. This third stage is something that is very special, unique, and specific to the Diamond Sun body and Krystal Consciousness in order to achieve full Sovereignty and Spiritual Freedom.”

“The planetary elements of earth, water, air and fire are the fundamental building blocks of nature and form into compounds that make up our physical body. If we recognize our physical body is made up of these elements, particles and atoms, and our light body is made up of consciousness units that exist at an even smaller scale, and those quantum units are generating new levels of photonic or plasmic energy, then we realize that our entire consciousness body is undergoing a massive change at the quantum scale. This massive shift at the quantum scale is changing the laws of structure in the architecture that governs functions over our matter body, as well as our consciousness bodies. Ascending humans are evolving into developing new abilities that change the characteristics of what was previously thought to be a human. Adaptations are occurring so that our higher consciousness intelligence can exist in matter, and simultaneously, we can experience multidimensional awareness in other timelines, yet be as unbound to time as Plasma Waves while travelling in the field. Eventually, we evolve to the point that we shift out of the Chakra configurations in the Lightbody that exist in the lower creation realms, in order to build a plasma lightbody structure. This structure (merkaba) is for a traveling orb body that can house our higher plasma consciousness. This state of lightbody structure, chakras or orb body, signify the difference between reincarnation through the lower densities of space-time, or being freed from the lower constructs of space and time that allow our consciousness body to travel beyond the Solar System. As an example, in meditation or consciousness transport, we are experiencing another level of timeless, formless, and flowing movement that is not bound to space and time, in which our consciousness may more easily time travel or bi-locate. The lightbody becomes free from the constraints of time and space to more easily time travel. When time travelling or Dreamwalking we can merge our consciousness body with the available consciousness energy to generate more Plasma substance, uniting with the manifestation of new structural supports, such as holding pillars, Stargates and portals that help the earth and humanity to evolve in the Ascension timeline. Ascending humans are becoming aware that both states of being, formless and in form, are possible to exist within simultaneously or in spiral time, and as the conscious observer of time, we can still remain unbound to the station of time and its constructs. In this new structure, we are able to experience our consciousness body as formless, shapeless, and moving through time functioning as a wave, while our physical body form is connected to earth and still functioning within the principles of matter. We are form and we are formless, simultaneously. In this new structure, we are able to experience our consciousness body as formless, shapeless, and moving through time functioning as a wave, while our physical body form is connected to earth and still functioning within the principles of matter. For those that have embodied beyond the Soulmatrix and into Monadic consciousness, this new sensation of the change of quantum scale and properties in the function of one’s Consciousness energy, will be experienced in much more tangible ways. Something intangible that is occurring in the quantum of our own body, is gradually becoming more tangible and substantial in the physical. The consciousness body is adapting into new functions that provide structural supports for the planet outside of time, and to bridge for the genetic tribe or group to which we are connected, to achieve higher consciousness attainment in this ending cycle. For those that are newly awakening, and beginning to embody the soul and Chakra functions, this macrocosmic structure will not yet be apparent. The primary focus for those Soul groups will be to work on self-mastery over the lower chakras, and to develop the foundation of the structure for the inner spirit to fully inhabit the physical body.

This is very important, as for many multidimensional people on the path of Ascension, this means how we connect into many levels of the consciousness structure has radically changed, our lightbody is radically changing, and our physical body is undergoing a series of adaptations in order to meet the new energy requirements. Our body may feel different and exhibit strange symptoms. Our previous ways of consciousness connection and communication are in fluctuation, while our lightbody is being reconfigured to accommodate the changing planetary architecture, solar architecture and beyond.^[1]

“A person will not deeply comprehend the nature of authentic Embodiment until they have experienced levels of soul-spirit integration within their physical self. Ideally, the Black Suns want to integrate mass technological fusion into the human bio-neurological matrix through an assortment of high tech propaganda, like mind uploading for achieving immortality, before people wake up to the damaging effects it has on higher consciousness embodiment and Translocation. Translocation happens in sleep state, where it is possible for spontaneous translocation to occur during Soul integration, without the person actually willing it to happen. Currently, there are substantial disagreements between the many different anti-soul philosophies, like the cognitive sciences that attempt to define the meaning of embodiment. What does it mean to say that the higher mind is embodied? Generally, the sciences describe the functional role the Brain has for computational processing and the body’s purpose for connecting the external environment with the internal biology, which generate random yet meaningful symbolic representations for that person. The human body in this academic definition is reduced to a soulless, yet intelligent biological machine taking input from the physical universe with an automated computational brain. Without comprehending the necessity of including the soul-spirit anatomy as inherently defining the deeper meaning of intelligent consciousness coming into physical Embodiment, in most circles the term is profoundly misinterpreted. “Many people can feel that the energetic root in the third dimensional foundation of the earth field has shifted, which lends to sensations of great anxiety, tension and stress. The lower particle fields in the third dimension are rolling up into higher dimensional spaces, and are ceasing to exist in the same way that they were. This is the feeling of having no secure foundation or safety, as if the floor and walls are crumbling away. The Ascension frequency shifts and the changes to the energetic terrain still remain largely unknown, ambiguous and confusing to the majority of the people on the Earth. When people cannot see something occurring externally, they can still feel it occurring internally. If there are no words or context to describe the feeling, and no one else is talking about it, this unknown feeling can bring anxiety, doubts and fears. One cannot resist the change upon the planet or fight against this transformational current without getting energetically pummeled. The contents that were in these lower particle fields include the collective unconscious mind and pain body of all of humanity. This shift is unseen in the visible light spectrum, and although many people cannot see the dimensions rolling up, they can feel it happening. When the foundation of our third dimensional identity is crumbling, the consciousness of the body feels anxiety and stress, through the confusion of not comprehending what is actually occurring. The earth is entering an amplified state of multidimensional bleed-through, as many other realities are spilling into this reality, and the accumulated energies, entities and experiences are very confusing for many. People do not know how to process what they are feeling, what they are experiencing, and how to give it proper context, from all the lies and deceptions they have been told about the nature of reality. Sadly, this is resulting in the extreme mental and emotional imbalances that are manifesting outwardly in many of the earth population, who are being suppressed from accessing multidimensional consciousness anatomy, as well as Ascension knowledge. Unfortunately, the suppression of consciousness information has been made successful by labeling multidimensional consciousness experiences as ‘psychological’ or ‘emotional diseases’. Most anxiety is a result of mental confusion, when we do not have a proper evolutionary context of which to reframe our old beliefs, traditions, habits and their dying structures. Imbalanced behaviors and negative mental attitudes are not tolerated in the new frequencies and if we have not cleared our ego to submit to higher forces, we are getting hammered by external circumstances which amplify these inner distortions. Everyone is feeling some level of this evolutionary change now. No matter who we think we are or where we think we are going — we must return to inner balance. Breathing and meditation techniques can be mastered to release the mental anxiety and learn to shift the body into peaceful and relaxed states of being, even when in the midst of great chaos.”

The Ascension frequency shifts and the changes to the energetic terrain still remain largely unknown, ambiguous and confusing to the majority of the people on the Earth. Most anxiety is a result of mental confusion, when we do not have a proper evolutionary context of which to reframe our old beliefs, traditions, habits and their dying structures.

Imbalanced behaviors and negative mental attitudes are not tolerated in the new frequencies and if we have not cleared our ego to submit to higher forces, we are getting hammered by external circumstances which amplify these inner distortions.

The Three Layers of Ego if uncleared, will manifest depression, obsessions, anxiety, mania and other brain dysfunctions when not integrated with the inner spirit, the Soul Matrix. This mental and emotional imbalance is referred to as “Soul Fragmentation”, the root cause is persistent negative mental thoughts created by an untrained and undisciplined mind. Mental Miasma such as thought or belief obsession can also be inherited and can be cleared through ancestral healing.

Many people who are not aware of the Ascension process, in attempting to deal with their day to day lives are echoing in their sentiment, “Why am I so incredibly tired?” One cannot resist the change upon the planet or fight against this transformational current without getting energetically pummeled. Everyone is feeling some level of this evolutionary change now. No matter who we think we are or where we think we are going — we must return to inner balance. Breathing and meditation techniques can be mastered to release the mental anxiety and learn to shift the body into peaceful and relaxed states of being, even when in the midst of great chaos.

Anxiety related to Low Self Esteem

Low Self Esteem is characterized as a consistent Negative Ego belief system about the self, with persistent attitudes that these thoughts reflect in the decisions and choices that person makes every day. Destructive habits, recklessness and addictions erode self-esteem and confidence which may put a person in a cycle of depression or Mental Anxiety. This persistent low self-image can permeate into a person’s every activities, as it is at the core of a person’s conception and belief of his or her self-worth. When we have beliefs of low self-worth, we have low confidence dealing with our life and commonly feel threatened by other people or situations. This can stress us out with Mental Anxiety.

People who suffer from low Self Esteem may be obsessed with order and controlling behaviors, forcing themselves to comply by an impossible standard of perfection in whatever task they are involved in. This may make them work slower than others, and may make them more vulnerable to feelings of not doing well because of their own impossible expectations. This feeling of failure (despite the fact that they did not fail, except by their own impossible, perfectionist standards) helps further feed their negative perception and anxieties. We cannot force ourselves to be something we are not and then berate ourselves for not being able to meet impossible standards. There is a balance we each must find to seek our true potential and then, be willing to commit to the Ascension path, which is the path of becoming authentic.

Self-esteem is a human psychological need and that to the extent this need remains unmet, pathology of Ego Defense Mechanism (controlling, anxiety, depression, difficulty in relationships, etc.) tends to result. Self-esteem formally is the disposition to experience oneself as competent to cope with the basic challenges of life and as worthy of happiness. While others (parents, teachers, friends) can nurture and support self-esteem in an individual, self-esteem relies upon various internally generated practices. As we commit to these internally generated practices, we build trust in ourselves. Simultaneously, this is at the core of strong self-esteem and confidence. All change starts within.

Uncleared Conflicts create Mental Anxiety

The lower particle fields in the third dimension are rolling up into higher dimensional spaces, and are ceasing to exist in the same way that they were. The contents that were in these lower particle fields include the collective unconscious mind and pain body of all of humanity. All of this content of unconsciousness and pain is coming to the surface of the earth to be made visible, and people do not know what to do with the painful content when they are feeling it, or when it is pushing to be expressed through their body. This shift is unseen in the visible light spectrum, and although many people cannot see the dimensions rolling up, they can feel it happening. When people cannot see something occurring externally, they can still feel it occurring internally. If there are no words or context to describe the feeling, and no one else is talking about it, this unknown feeling can bring anxiety, doubts and fears. If this accumulated anxiety is not addressed, it builds momentum and the unprocessed content can be emotionally or physically explosive. In the extreme, we can see many lost and confused males under 30 acting out the unconscious rage surfacing from these lower particle fields. They are used by dark forces to magnify the victimizer programs through inflicting pain and hurt on many more people near them.

Many people can feel that the energetic root in the third dimensional foundation of the earth field has shifted, which lends to sensations of great anxiety, tension and stress. When the foundation of our third dimensional identity is crumbling, the consciousness of the body feels anxiety and stress, through the confusion of not comprehending what is actually occurring. The earth is entering an amplified state of multidimensional bleed-through, as many other realities are spilling into this reality, and the accumulated energies, entities and experiences are very confusing for many. People do not know how to process what they are feeling, what they are experiencing, and how to give it proper context, from all the lies and deceptions they have been told about the nature of reality. As a result we see the outward manifestation of constant mental anxiety and exhibiting imbalanced to extreme negative behaviors. These are the uncleared mental and emotional conflicts, which exist inside that person, which can further create fragmentation and attachments.

Sadly, this is resulting in the extreme mental and emotional imbalances that are manifesting outwardly in many of the earth population, who are being suppressed from accessing multidimensional consciousness anatomy, as well as Ascension knowledge. People that are unprepared mentally, emotionally and spiritually, to comprehend the impact of these Ascension changes made upon our body, are subjected to excessive sensations of emotional tension and mental anxiety. Unfortunately, the suppression of consciousness information has been made successful by labeling multidimensional consciousness experiences as “psychological” or “emotional diseases”. Nonetheless, with nonjudgment and unconditional love, it is imperative to address unresolved conflicts that create anxiety in our mind, emotions and body, and apply clearing and healing tools to remove discord, and replace these negative feelings with neutrality and inner harmony. With some basic energetic context and proper Meditation tools, this can be accomplished. When personal effort toward healing or improvement is made, it does not matter what kind of belief system that person has.^[2]

Building Core Self

Stay strong to build core self-esteem and self-efficiency, knowing that you can depend on yourself if the going gets rough. Most of the fears we dwell on never come to pass. As you focus on building the right relationship to self-acceptance and self-love, this builds trust and confidence in oneself. Building trust in oneself and building trust with God are the only two relationships that we really need! With those two relationships and ego surrender, all else will fall into place. ^[3]
