LISA RENEE on “Be True to You”

“We all must get to the level where we listen to our Higher Self, and that you realize that many other people on the Ascension path and as Intuitive Empaths are undergoing the same issues. This is something in terms of your own spiritual discovery process that you are going to have to find the truth of this within you, and learn to trust it. Be True to You Honor your entire being and life force. Inquire and know the contents of your heart, and only really give to others what feels joyful and aligned for your person. Do not bargain or sacrifice your truth; however do not avoid tasks that build discipline of the personal character. Ask your multidimensional selves what they need to feel balanced and happy, pay attention to your energetic and physical well-being and generate love and kindness to yourself. When you learn that you can do this, it builds confidence and its easier to trust yourself, to trust your feelings. And in my own experience what happens is that when you start to integrate higher light bodies, trust with yourself and trust with spirit and God, becomes an attribute of the higher light body.”

KARA DEMONET (Soulstice Rising): “Fear Is An Illusion”

Fear seems to be very prevalent in the old world. Yet, it is an opportunity to see it is an illusion; to hold you back and empower the fear. Don’t! Go beyond the fear and focus on Love instead, for within the fear is Love. The fear is also an opportunity to release any residual fear you still hold. Look into the fear; whatever it is; and see at its core Love. In every instance, focus on your own Integrity; your Truth. Being in your Integrity keeps you on your Path of Love. You can see fear as just another distraction; something to cling to; complain about or take on. It’s best to be Love instead. And what is Love? It is who you are. It is Source and by being authentically you, you transform the fear to Love simply by being you; simply by being your Integrity; your Truth.

Realize too that the phase we’re in requires each of us to be patient with ourselves and others. It requires us also to share our gifts; whatever they are and how large or small they may be. Some are writers, some are poets, some are photographers, some are Earthkeepers, some are conduits of a greater Love. It matters not how you express your gift; as long as you do. It can be as small as caring for a pet or loved one or caring for a plant…as long as you do it with Love; share your gift or expand your gifts. Be sure to ground often, for Earth is shifting as we are. Everything is shifting…your beliefs and concepts, your identity…everything. Trust only in Source, for this helps balance and ground you. The Sacred is where to place your attention, for from Source all else is born. Source is who you are.

We often want to control things by believing we must work at a loveless job or keep certain people in our lives. Yet, control is also an illusion. You control nothing and no-one. This is why it is essential to know; truly know; that the Power is within you, for you are Source. If you stay in neutrality as well, then you maintain your Sovereignty. You do not attach to “good” or “bad;” you observe with Compassion, knowing a deeper Truth.

Trust and have Faith that all is in Divine Order. This includes the many things and people that are no longer on Earth or choose to remain asleep. If it feels like everything is falling apart; rejoice; for it is and must. You have consciously let go of much; this also occurs on an unconscious level. I have said there is a great Transformation occurring. Perhaps some of you didn’t feel beneath words or you just skimmed over that word, since it is used so much. Transformation is a complete let-go. From the goo that is left, a New World and a New You is reconstructed cell by cell. Even your DNA is changed, as is your consciousness. All is so all of Who You Are is aligned with and as Source. None of the old can remain. Of course, you must choose. Some may not want to let go of certain things; some may want to continue their complaining and complacency; and yet many will do anything to bring forth the New…not just for themselves and Gaia, but for the All.

If there are still old wounds that you carry around, heal and transform them to Love. This requires you to be in the Now Moment and to have loving support. Your support can be like-hearted others or the invisible realm. When you are in Stillness, call upon support. Ask for what you want and remember just because you have a memory of something it does not mean it is still actively creating in your life. Go into the memory and see if it gets you to react. If it does, ask to have the energy of it removed. If you do not react, trust that you have healed and transformed that particular wound. Just because you remember something does not necessarily mean it is still creating in your life.

If you are one who is asking to ascend and you feel as though nothing is happening, pay attention to your messages. Whether they are in your dreams, meditations or in regular life, pay attention. Stay in the Moment; stay in your Integrity. You are being guided. Yes, there are baby steps, for Ascension doesn’t happen when you want it to (control). It can happen in a second or in a lifetime, for everyone is unique. Remember that you aren’t alone; you are being guided in each moment. Are you listening? Be strong, committed and patient. Each choice you make leads you to Ascension or leads you away. You know the difference. If you feel overwhelmed by too many choices, take a deep breath and do just one thing at a time. Keep it simple.

Are you experiencing gold? This is the essence of Christ Consciousness as well as the New Earth. Do you experience purple? This is the essence of Transformation. Do you experience green? It is your Heart expanding. Do you experience blue? It is your New voice (and could also be the Blue Beings of Sirius communicating with you as well as other beings of Light). As we move toward 11/11, these colors/essences will intensify. Do you experience sensations in your higher chakras (Pineal, 3rd Eye, Crown)? These chakras are being updated. Along with the colors/ essences, there probably are some physical sensations. Flow with it all; observe without wondering what it is or why; just observe without attaching to whatever is going on. How you can help yourself…ground, be in Nature, take care of yourself and be gentle. Don’t push; flow.

If it feels as though you are taking one step forward and one step back, do not despair. It simply is the way it works. Energy ebbs and flows and since you are energy, you ebb and flow! Linear time is an illusion. Nothing goes by Point A to Point B to Point C, etc. Nothing goes in a straight line. Energy is a spiral. You are not a victim; nothing happens to you except when you have disempowering or limiting thoughts and beliefs (you create it; it only seems as though it happens to you). If you don’t like or resonate with your creation, begin again. You are not on a timetable either; all is in Divine Order and in Divine Time. Everything occurs in the Moment. Think of the popular word, “timeline.” Time is an illusion and line is linear. Very 3D. Of course, this is only my perception. What is yours? Or do you just go with whatever is fed to you without Discernment? Use Discernment with everything you see, read or hear. Always ask, “Is this true?”

Much seems to be sensationalized these days. By using Discernment, you are guided. If you feel victimized in any way regardless of who a person says they are or where they get their information, ask to be removed from the situation. Remember, you have a support team ready to help you in any given moment. They will not interfere, so you must ask. Discernment is a tool you have within. It is a Soul Essence. It rests within your Heart.

Here are some examples of being awake or awakening more: you lose track of time (yesterday I was speaking with a daughter and mentioned it was Tuesday; she replied, “Mom! It’s Friday!” I couldn’t stop laughing). You might not even remember what you did just an hour ago. If things seem strange or you get lost in familiar surroundings, this is another message that you’re awakening even more. Sometimes you’re clear; sometimes you are in a fog. Only wanting meaningful relationships; feeling tired of “small talk.” You may want to spend a lot of time alone. Of course, there are lots of physical phenomena too. I won’t go into these, as everyone is unique as to what they are experiencing.

Trust yourself and love yourself. These are the two things to always have in the forefront of your life. Be gentle and peaceful in all you choose to do. Stay neutral without going into judgment. Remember that you are loved and guided and cared for.

LISA RENEE (Energetic Synthesis): “Exercising an Open Mind”

galaxieswithin

Neuroplasticity, also known as brain plasticity (flexibility), is an umbrella term that encompasses both synaptic flexibility (the connection of neurons) and non-synaptic flexibility (modification of action potential) to strengthen or change neuron synaptic signaling.  Plasticity or flexibility in the brain affects the strength and action of neural connections and pathways.  Synaptic flexibility plays a large role in a person’s ability to activate higher learning and access memory functions in the brain.

This also refers to changes made in neural pathways and synapses due to changes in a person’s behavior, environment, neural processes, thinking, emotions, as well as changes resulting from shifts in consciousness.  Substantial changes made in thinking and in responding to various forms of stimuli can profoundly alter the pattern of neuronal activation in response to the way a person experiences or perceives reality.

This means that our direct experiences do change both the brain’s physical structure (anatomy) and functional organization (physiology).

The brain can and does change or strengthen in response to the variety of levels we choose to perceive and think about in our experiences and other types of perceptions.  If we grow mentally rigid, this leads to hardening our heart and becoming extremely inflexible in our thinking, especially as we grow older.  The structure of our brains can be changed by what we focus our attention upon and what we choose to give value to as priority.

Thus, our brain learns by experience and is fully capable of re-programming itself to turn on synapses and increase neuronal activity, by strengthening the brain flexibility through open mindedness.

Being open-minded means being receptive to new ideas, knowledge and being adaptable to change.  Open-mindedness also relates to the way in which people approach the views and knowledge of others.  When we are open-minded we know that others should be free to express their views and that the value of others knowledge should be recognized.  When we are not threatened or scared by others point of view, our body and brain stays open, receptive and relaxed.  We seek to have dialogues and maintain a free information society that shares knowledge with humanitarian goals.  Our goal is to stay mentally open and mentally flexible with an empathic, loving and compassionate heart, and to allow other people to speak what they believe without instigating or condoning violence.  Here are some suggestions on keeping an open and flexible mind, which is crucial to keep ones heart open.  Remember an open mind equals an open heart.

Prayer and Meditation

Prayer and Meditation connect us to higher intelligence and have positive impacts on calming our mind.  Prayer focuses on positive emotions like love, gratitude and Compassion, which allow goodness in our lives and the lives of those we pray for.  Meditation reduces anxiety, stress, and depression, which helps us to find and connect to peaceful states.  Being mindful improves our mental flexibility, brain elasticity and keeps neurons active.  Spiritually centering ourselves on peace, prayer and contemplation of God/Universe, helps us maintain our trust in life, faith, and relaxes every part of the body.

Gratitude

Keep reinforcing the positive things that you have in your life right now.  Feel and express gratitude for the people, things, and experiences that are positive or have a silver lining for higher learning.  Reinforce one’s commitment to expressing love, goodness and gratitude, and to behave as ethically as Christ would.

Better Understand other People

It may be helpful to practice listening to perspectives different from our own, and to allow other people to challenge and stimulate our ways of thinking.  We have an incredible array of languages, cultures, and belief systems that define a variety of viewpoints on the earth.  When we are able to understand other people through their viewpoint, we are more empathic to them.  We can understand how they may feel.  This helps us to have compassion for people and not group them into statistics, countries, religions or some other classification system.  When we classify people, we start to disassociate from the fact they are human beings, our brothers and sisters that have a right to live upon this earth peacefully.

Learn Something New

Learn how to think and explore your own learning patterns by giving yourself time and space for reflection.  Notice how we are constantly bombarded by external forms of distraction.  Our creative minds may need to stay sequestered from the formulas given by society, and to seek answers in the most unpredictable places, or within the silence of meditation.  Do not be afraid to learn something new that requires concentration or be afraid of deeper knowledge of one’s own consciousness.  Stay informed and awake, be willing to see the things going on around you.  Being interested in higher learning expands one’s mind and consciousness.

Trust Yourself

Be aware that poor Self Esteem and lack of trust in our own abilities to learn and problem solve, will close our mind and harden our heart.  Do not feel intimidated by knowledge, competence or other people that criticize to shut you down.  Knowing that you are a worthy, valued and loved person, stay strong to build core self-esteem and self-efficiency, knowing that you can depend on yourself if the going gets rough.  Most of the fears we dwell on never come to pass.  As you focus on building the right relationship to self-acceptance and self-love, this builds trust and confidence in oneself.  Building trust in oneself and building trust with God are the only two relationships that we really need!  With those two relationships and ego surrender, all else will fall into place.

Forgiveness

To forgive another person or circumstances is the most generous thing one can do for oneself.  When we forgive others for perceived transgressions it frees us from the bonds, entanglements and cords, which manifest painful patterns such as judgments, resentments, and anger.  When we are angry it is a very destructive emotion that increases anxiety, harms our brain and closes our heart.  Forgiving yourself from being angry is the most important action one can take in clearing self-sabotaging bonds of victimhood.  Understanding the importance of forgiveness is that it brings you to the current state of now, rather than dwelling on past hurts and pain.  This is incredibly positive for reaching states of open mindedness and freer thinking to progress forward.

Stay Aware of Balance

Know that you are a multidimensional spiritual being with a body, mind, emotions and spirit.  What areas of your multidimensional being require more attention?  Keeping an open mind requires that we keep growing our self-awareness and consciousness, keep developing new interests, and remain receptive to new activities and ideas.  Yet, there are times we require rest, relaxation and have to let it all go in mental stillness.  Thus, as a balanced and healthy person we must try to move in and out of each state of rest and activity, in order to receive the positive benefits of both.

Sovereignty of Brain and Nervous System

Open your 12D Shield. Stabilize in your core and open a vortex field if that is part of your practice.  Feel free to call upon Krystal Star Guardians or guiding beings allied with your Divine Purpose.  Once your shield and core feel as stabilized as you can get them, speak to your body, brain and nervous system these words: My body, I speak to you as an intelligence and I speak to you with Love.  I am in charge of our God Sovereign Freedom and nothing will compromise this.  I will take care of you with all of my heart!  (Take a moment to feel this connection come alive.  Then say the following.)

  • I now command my Brain and Central Nervous System:
  • I Accept only messages that are truthful and organic to my highest consciousness in Christ.
  • I Accept only messages that support my higher good and Divine Blueprint in God Sovereign Freedom.
  • I Permit only that which supports my highest good and Divine Sovereign Purpose to Serve my God-Self.
  • I eliminate all messages that are inorganic or are harmful artificial intelligence, now.
  • Any inorganic intrusive or artificial messages, scripts or impulses are evicted and forbidden now.

As I am God Sovereign and Free, this I decree with all of my heart, mind and might to serve my God Self.  Beloved Body, thank you and so IT IS.  I seal and end my connection with love and gratitude.  Thank you!

ALEXA PELLEGRINI: “Be Simple: 6 Philosophies For a Stress-Free Existence”

Stress-Free

In our fast-paced society, getting a breather is almost impossible — even when you are struggling for air. Today is the day to throw yourself a lifeline and recognize this simple truth: stress is created within the root of the mind. Believe it or not, you can re-frame your thinking and take back control from your stress. Infuse these 6 philosophies into your daily routine to achieve a blissful, stress-free life.

1: Release Your Control

Everything in the Universe has a natural order. By honoring this balance, you are one step closer to achieving a stress-free lifestyle. When you take excessive control over your life or the lives of others, you are creating an imbalance in your environment that may cause tension, irritability and damaged relationships. An overwhelming desire for control stems from an inability to trust yourself and your ability to face life’s challenges. Trusting yourself allows you to gain the confidence to have faith in others and accept the unknown. When you recognize the Universe’s powerful ability to realign what is out of order, the anxiety of yesterday will become a distant memory.

2: Appreciate the Simple Things

We live in a chaotic world filled with stress that we create. When we overemphasize the material, we lose touch with some of the simple, beautiful things life has to offer: observing nature, indulging in laughter, the joy of good food and connecting with loved ones, to name only a few. By reconnecting with life’s simple foundations, you will find your center and naturally attract abundance. Remove yourself from the ‘Matrix’ of unnecessary stress created by society — call an old friend, watch a comedy, take a walk and infuse love into the food you cook.

3: Observe the Long-term Horizon

When we are stressed, we may fail to observe the long-term horizon and focus instead on the chaos of the present moment. In order to combat anxiety, it is important to observe life on a long-term scale. Imagine yourself in this moment several years from now. Will you be the same person, struggling with the same stress? Taking a moment to consider the future will eliminate irrational thinking. Life evolves, and so will you — and your stress! Your struggle is temporary, and there is a solution.

4: Meditate on Prosperity

Visualization is key to manifestation. Money is a common source of stress, but simply meditating on prosperity can relieve unnecessary woes. Each day, take a moment to meditate on money as an energy — visualize your body as a magnet that attracts money to it! Worry is just as problematic as greed. Financial fears create an imbalance deep within the self, perpetuating the subconscious idea that money is abstract and powerful. Recognize money as an accessible energy that exists around you. Easing financial stress is as easy as meditating on the fact that you deserve the money you need.

5: Love Who You Are

The energy we release is returned to us in a mirror-like effect. If you find yourself stricken with low self-esteem, this negative energy is expelled into your environment and prevents you from getting the respect and happiness you deserve. Loving yourself yields a stress-free existence — imagine how simple life could be if you made peace with yourself! Encourage yourself with positive self-talk and take care of yourself – get enough sleep and decompress by doing activities you enjoy. Above all, never place conditions of happiness on ‘if’ statements. ‘If I lose 10 pounds, then I will be happy’ is an excellent example of a statement that can create unnecessary stress in your life.

Stress-Fress

6: Embrace the Change

When life throws us a curve ball, our first instinct may be to resist the change and cling to what is familiar. Ironically, this worsens stress — resisting change is akin to trying to push against a brick wall! The Universe brings us change as a gift, yet we see the gift of change as a problem or something to fear. When you embrace change in your life, your stress will diminish as you accept that everything must evolve in order to grow, including yourself. When you encounter feelings of anxiety about change, remember that even the most difficult of changes have an underlying gift.

LISSA RANKIN: “8 Signs You’ve Lost Touch with Your Intuition”

thought

There’s a lot of buzz about the benefits of tuning into your intuition. We know that intuition helps us make spiritually aligned decisions, protects us from danger, acts as our inner doctor, gives us the heads up when we are needed by our loved ones, and serves as the unseen world’s secret gateway to the human world, helping us live our best lives. But how do you know if you’re tuned in or not? We all have the capacity to listen to our intuition, but sometimes we’re at the mercy of forces that block our ability to interpret our intuition clearly. Here are eight signs that your intuition may be blocked.

1. You feel confused often.

If you struggle to make good decisions and often lack clarity, this is a surefire sign that you’re not tuned into your intuition. When you and your intuition are communicating regularly, you’ll find that a combination of your inner knowing and outer synchronicities team up to help you make the aligned decision that steers you towards the highest good for all.

2. You lack flexibility.

When you’re following your intuition, you have to be willing to go with the flow, which sometimes means changing your plans based on the guidance you’re getting. When you’re out of touch with your intuition, you may be so rigidly tied to a calendar that you ignore all the warning signs that tell you it’s time to cancel a commitment. I’m not suggesting that intuitive people must be complete flakes. Keeping your commitments is a sign of respect and responsibility. But sometimes intuition requires you to say “no” when you previously said “yes.” When you’re really tuned in, this happens less, because you tend to intuit the “no” from the beginning.

3. You feel blindsided by people.

You trusted him. You trusted her. He was your lover. She was your best friend. Then they slept together. OUCH! What happened? When you’re not tuned into your intuition, you may feel blindsided, as if you never saw betrayal coming. But often, all of your friends saw it coming a mile away. Intuition gives you red flags that warn you, but if you insist on only seeing the best in people while blinding yourself to their shadow, you may be blocking your inner knowing.

4. You wrestle with regret.

Intuition helps you make regret-free decisions, because intuition is always doing its best to guide you in the direction of the greatest flow, ease, integrity, and alignment with your soul’s unique journey. When you’re out of touch with intuition, you’re making decisions from your mind or your ego, and regret is a common side effect.

5. You tend to be a chameleon.

If you can chameleon yourself to be like the jocks when the game is on, like your business partners during the board meeting, like the church goers on Sunday morning, like the committed parents at the PTA meeting, like the country club socialites at the local fundraiser, like the yoga devotees at yoga class, and like the party girl on Friday night, you may not be fully tuned into your intuition. It’s not that you can’t switch hats and fit into many circles; it’s that when you’re following your intuition, there are no masks to wear, no personas to put on like t-shirts. You’re ALL YOU, ALL THE TIME, and you’re unapologetic about it. So that might mean you wear your game day shirt to the yoga class, you get down with your bad self at the country club fundraiser, and you skip the PTA meeting because the sun is shining and the beach is calling you to bask in its beauty.

6. You dismiss your instincts as “crazy” or “irrational.”

Intuition rarely feels rational. One day I was at the mall, and my intuition told me to walk into the Gap. Now no offense to Gap lovers, but I don’t like the Gap. I never shop there. So I could have easily dismissed my intuition. But I’ve learned that things don’t go well when I ignore a strong hit, so I walked in the Gap just as someone was having a Code Blue. I’m a doctor, so something in the unseen realm was telling me my services were needed, and I’m grateful to have been used as an instrument of love. If you ignore the seemingly crazy guidance, you will not only fail to let yourself be led to the most aligned jobs, relationships, and transformative experiences; you also might miss out on the chance to be someone else’s miracle. (PS. The woman whose heart stopped is alive and well.)

 7. You doubt yourself.

I never trust people who tell me their intuition is perfect. I think it’s always wise to put a question mark behind something you believe you’re intuiting. Discernment is key when it comes to tuning into spiritual guidance. But with that disclaimer, I can assure you that when you’re tuned into your intuition, you experience much less self doubt. It’s not that you don’t filter the intuitive guidance that comes in. Blind faith in intuition can get you in trouble. But over time, as you confirm how things went when you followed your intuition, you’ll develop evidence-based faith. You’ll know that seemingly miraculous things happen when you follow your intuitive guidance, and you’ll learn to trust it, which fills you with a certain confidence, leaving you with far less self-doubt.

8. You give your power away too easily.

When you’re not tuned into intuition, you’re far more likely to expect someone else to make all of your decisions, even the most critical ones. As a doctor, I saw this all the time in the hospital. A patient who is not tuned into intuition will expect the doctor to make every decision, giving all her power away. Whereas someone who is tuned into intuition might question the doctor, sharing an intuitive hit like “I sense that surgery will harm me and we’re better off watching and waiting.” Or the intuitive person might instantly sense what lies at the root cause of her illness, trusting that if she treats the root cause, conventional treatment might be avoided.

This ability to tune into intuition is the third of the 6 Steps to Healing yourself, which I teach in my new Mind Body Green video course Getting Back to 100% (you can watch the trailer here). I put my heart into creating this program for patients facing a chronic illness, caregivers of someone who is sick, and as well as the health care providers, healers, therapist, and coaches who assist people with physical or mental illnesses.

Check yourself. Tune in. Are you paying attention to your intuitive knowing?

Love,
