AHTAYAA LEIGH: “3 Ways To Heal The Mental Body”

590329a596bf91d2888b742e3bc7a5bb

Our mental body is our inner consciousness.  Our outer physical body is a manifestation of our inner consciousness, our mental body. It is the product of the thoughts that make up our belief system. Whether consciously or unconsciously, our thoughts will eventually manifest in our outer world. In order for healing in our outer world to be anything more than a temporary fix, we must transmute the origins of the dis-ease in our mental body. Otherwise, our outer symptoms will eventually return to reflect our inner turmoil. The bottom line is we must change our consciousness.

Not all imbalances in our mental body will have obvious manifestations in our physical body. Some may manifest more obviously in our emotional body and/or the circumstances we create in our lives.

To use myself as an example, while I am the child of a white mother and black father, I grew up in a single parent family. I didn’t know my father growing up, my mother did not speak of him. This fostered in me a deep sense of abandonment and confusion, on account of having no male influence and no connection to my black heritage. In order to cope on the mental and emotional levels, I developed a prejudice against black men. This was a mental sickness. I was a child with black ancestry who, for all intents and purposes, was racist!

Although not something I was proud of or shared with many, it was a belief system I held well into my twenties. Only when I immersed myself in African culture did I somehow find the cure. By surrounding myself with black men, I was able to transmute the negative core belief that had plagued me for most of my life. It was that simple: immersion.

Your mental body lives in duality. It is ultimately conscious of both sides, but is easily conditioned and influenced to favor certain attitudes, especially when you are young and vulnerable. In my case, not only did I protect myself from a sense of abandonment through the formation of warped beliefs, my attitudes were also shaped by the fact that I grew up in an area where covert racism was the norm. When I traveled the world, I didn’t consciously decide that I was going to heal my mental affliction, it seemed to just happen. With hindsight, I learned something fundamental that allows me to help others with their own transformations.

In your quest to heal negative attitudes and beliefs, there are certain holistic therapies that can directly help you heal the mental body. However, it’s important to note that any healing that takes place in the mental realm also affects the physical, emotional, and spiritual bodies. Everything is connected. Here are three examples of ways to heal the mental body:

3 Ways to Heal the Mental Body

Heal the Mental Body with Dance and Music Therapy

Do you feel a sense of joy and exhilaration when you dance to your favorite music? I’m guessing the answer is yes! Dance therapy has been used as a complementary energy medicine since the 1940’s and is thought to help alleviate symptoms of depression and promote overall health. I would have to confirm this, based on my own experience of using dance and music to lift my mood. It’s fun!

Heal the Mental Body with Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is often used to treat trauma, depression, and addiction. Hypnotherapy is said to be effective because it accesses the subconscious mind, not just the conscious mind. It treats the whole person rather than just the symptoms that show up in the conscious mind, which typically accounts for only 10%. Hypnotherapy reaches the deeper levels of mental issues that are buried and often completely blanked out as a result of some traumatic experience. In addition, hypnotherapy helps to remove the underlying blocks in the mental and emotional bodies, thus making affirmations more effective. It is only our mental and emotional blockages that prevent our positive affirmations from manifesting.

Heal the Mental Body with Light & Sound Therapy

Light and sound therapy works by balancing the chakras and bringing the bodies into alignment with their natural harmonics. Each part of our energy system has a unique rate of vibration. When any aspect is out of sync, ill health can occur. In simple terms, sound and light therapy works by restoring our natural resonance. Continued use trains our bodies to vibrate at their natural frequencies.

Whatever beliefs or attitudes you have that are holding you back from your highest joy and excitement, find a way to shift your consciousness to believe the opposite. Surround yourself with people who have healthy attitudes and avoid those individuals who feed your negative beliefs. If your goal is to heal a dis-ease in the physical body, surround yourself with people who believe you can heal. Avoid those that feed your fear or tell you ‘it’s not possible!’

Anything is possible if you believe! Your thoughts create your reality. You may have to make some difficult decisions to withdraw from certain people. In order to successfully transmute negative beliefs, you must leave behind ALL that does not serve you. Make everything you do, read and say affirm the positive mental attitude you want to cultivate. Know this, even the most ingrained and extreme negative attitudes can be transformed quickly. What generally takes the time is finding the willpower to initiate the change. Once you make the commitment to heal, that healing is well within your grasp. Plant the seeds in your mental body and eventually those seeds will grow and flourish in all aspects of your being. Before you know it, you will be transformed.

ALEXA PELLEGRINI: “The Power of Water for Healing and Spiritual Growth”

ac30f6b80c7ef467c7228580008acc10

Our organs and our cells are comprised of water — in fact, up to 60% of our bodies is made from water alone!  Yet as a society, we continue to forget the healing benefits of water and consistently choose soft drinks, coffee, flavored water and energy drinks as water substitutes.  Water — and not Vitamin water or sparkling soda, but real, pure water is your best friend on your journey to repairing your mental and physical health and increasing your vitality.

Why Water is Vital to Your Overall Health

Imagine a dam in a river that’s been closed off.  Suddenly, the river’s flow begins to weaken, and everything that’s a part of the river’s ecosystem begins to fall apart.  Fish and small mammals can no longer absorb the nutrients they need from the water.  Waste from the river has nowhere to go, so its population dies off.  When the water disappears, so does the vitality of the environment.  The human body operates similarly: without water to usher nutrients and proteins throughout the body, the body’s organs begin to shut down.  Even the food we absorb can’t be properly digested without water to act as a lubricant.  Without water, our body also has no way to expel toxins or pollutants, which increases our chances of acquiring serious ailments from constipation to cancer.  The body’s ‘ecosystem’ perishes.

There’s one organ in your body that needs water the most: your brain!  The brain is 75% water.  Without proper water intake, the clarity of your thinking will decrease and you may be in a perpetual state of fatigue without knowing why.  The best way to preserve your brain health and boost its performance is not just to use it, but to nurture it and care for it.  Your brain never stops running, and it requires constant fuel.  So, before you reach for that cup of coffee in the morning, start your daily routine off on the right foot by showing some love to your gray matter and having an 8 ounce glass of water.

Water Not Only Nourishes Us – it Also Heals the Soul

Water has always been emphasized for its nutritional value, but its other healing benefits shouldn’t be overlooked.  Even observing the ocean or a flowing stream of water can soothe the troubled mind.  Perhaps one of the reasons we feel so comfortable in the water and listening to the sounds of rushing water is because it mimics the fetal state.  From conception, we develop while floating in the embryonic fluids of our mother’s womb.  Floating on the surface of a warm bath or pool can draw us into a state of total comfort and relaxation as we subconsciously return to feeling completely nurtured and protected, just like we did before birth.  When we surrender our need to be physically grounded and allow the water to hold us, we also lose our need for rigid self-control and total self-reliance.  One of the best ways to mentally unwind and relieve stress is to go for a swim, then float on your back and do some simple deep breathing.

Salt water is also a wonderful natural alternative to traditional anti-inflammatory agents.  Gargling with salt water helps strip away excess mucus and bacteria lingering at the back of the throat and in the tonsils to either prevent or treat a cold and a bad sore throat.  Bathing in warm salt water or swimming in the sea can help dry up acne, scab over minor open wounds and encourage the drainage of harmful toxins from the lymph nodes.

Listening to water during meditation and visualizing water are two excellent ways to help reduce stress after a long, difficult day.  The body, when held in a constant state of tension for long periods of time, has been proven to suffer — scientists have found a link between consistently high stress levels and an increased chance of getting heart disease, cancer, anxiety disorders and other serious conditions.  The following exercise will help you take advantage of the healing power of water to reduce your stress levels and stay well.

Step 1:  Begin by taking some deep breaths.  Continue to breathe until you quiet your thoughts and feel relaxed.

Step 2:  Start to envision any kind of water: an ocean, a stream, a brook, even the rain.  Construct this visual in your mind, then try to picture what the water sounds like.  Focus solely on the images and sounds running through your mind.  How does the sight and sound of the water make you feel?

Step 3:  Now, picture immersing yourself in the water.  Whether it’s allowing the rain to glide over your skin, or diving head-first into a beautiful, warm pool, visualize your anxiety, fear, anger and stress melting away as soon as the water touches your body.

Step 4:  Close the exercise with a few deep breaths, and exit the meditation feeling cleansed and revitalized.

MICHAEL FORRESTER: “The Powerful Effect of Heart-Centered Healing”

The Powerful Effect of Heart-Centered Healing.jpg

Every cause of disease first begins with an imbalance in the body’s energy systems, specifically, the interaction between how the heart communicates with the brain and the body.  Fix that and there is no disease, ever.  The heart can produce an electrical field 100 times greater than the brain and a magnetic field 5000 times greater.  Which one are you using to heal?

Emotions are vibrations which influence consistently our reality.  We not only think and work our way through a day, meeting, assignment, but also feel and believe our way through it.  The outcome depends on both.

Simply put, the number one cause of health is your energetic and emotional state.  How you connect emotionally to your overall wellness and wellbeing is more important than any supplement, food, exercise or health treatment.  There is only one cause of disease and that has to do with the energy and frequency imbalances that exist within your body.  Rectify that, and disease cannot exist… it would be impossible.

All the emotions are varieties of two: fear and love.  Fear/stress is contagious and causes contraction: inhibits creativity, brain activity, inhibits the immune system, selective perception and over extensive periods of time leads to breakdown.  Love (positive beliefs and emotions) has high impact and causes expansion: creativity, physical and mental endurance, more productivity in shorter time because we take decisions quicker because we are receptive and highly perceptive.  This a question of Math, HeartMath, as per the contribution in this field of the HeartMath Institute: when one has accurate information, they make better decisions.

The research behind the evolution of HeartMath came from the idea that the body’s emotional response to events do not always occur from “top-down” processing (i.e., the brain sends signals to the heart and other organs, and the body responds accordingly).  Rather, it has now proven that often times our emotional state triggers our heart to send out its own signals to the brain and other organs, and the body then responds accordingly.  For instance, while two-way communication between the cognitive and emotional systems is hard-wired into the brain, the actual number of neural connections going from the emotional centers to the cognitive centers is greater than the number going the other way.  Have you ever: Made a “rash” decision?  Done something dangerous on impulse?  Taken a risk because you believed in it?  This research helps explain the influence emotions have on our ability to think and act.

In fact, researchers at HeartMath have determined that the physiology and nerve centers of the heart are so complex and active, that they constitute a “brain” all on their own, termed a “mini-brain.”  We now know that the heart contains cells that produce and release norepinephrine and dopamine, neurotransmitters once thought to be produced only by the brain and ganglia outside the heart.  Even more remarkable is the discovery that the heart produces oxytocin — the “love hormone” — in concentrations that are as high as those in the brain.

7 Simple Actions To Create Positive Feelings

1.  Think about the colleagues who helped you today.  Thank them in your heart.  Think about your current assignments.  Know that they will work out well and work from this space

2.  What is it that you would like to have professionally?  A new project?  With whom?  Think about it in detail, be specific and imagine you are already working on it.

3.  Entertain the feeling of celebration that arises in your heart.  From this space take the appropriate actions to make it happen.

4.  Find ways to help your colleagues, or make them feel that you care.  Do one invisible act of kindness per day, or more if you want to.

5Before starting your work day give thanks and envision it the way you want it to be.

6.  When finishing your work day give thanks and clear it of negative emotions (which come out of fear that we know now is illusion) Do not take them at home or preserve for the next day.

7.  Smile.

The time of crisis is literally here: there is the fast pace of our world, the assault of too much to do with too little time and resources.  Being in the present moment is just a concept for most of us and has little translation to daily life practice.  Fear is widespread and is polluting us on a very cellular level: hypertension, autoimmune diseases, cancer, infertility, chronic back problems, anxiety, and depression; the list could continue forever.  The difference is how we interpret crisis because we can be at complete peace in the midst of chaos.

Can we live the life we want?  Can we be authentic in our speech?  Can we identify and release our underlying limiting beliefs so that we begin a new commitment towards genuine compassion, abundance, love and connection?  Your commitment will show in your body and intentions.

GOSTICA: “Cats Are Empathetic Too and Help Us Heal”

Cat Empathy

As claimed by the Egyptians, the cat appears to see the spirits of the dead… and much more.

Anyone who has a cat, usually sleepy and lazy, has noticed that it sometimes looks up, even blowing furiously, towards something that the owner does not see.

The ability that cats have, for example, to be able to see that particular phenomenon that consists of the orbs, balls of energy appearing in photographs taken with digital cameras or with more sensitive film, is easily demonstrated and verifiable.  Indeed, there are several photos showing the cat observing with curiosity and interest in the direction of the Orbs spheres, invisible to man.

How is it possible?  In the specific case of Orbs, if it were an optical defect due to dust, as some scientists suggest, how could the cat show interest or fear for a simple speck of dust?  If, however, they were different entities, not necessarily spirits, but only energy, then the special cat ability to sense vibrations and frequencies unknown to man, could be explained in scientific terms.

The particular sensitivity would allow cats to see objects and phenomena that the human senses, not particularly developed, cannot perceive.

Just because scientists do not have the tools to observe a phenomenon, it does not mean it does not exist.

Cats appear to possess a range of specific skills, such as, empathy.  Who owns a cat, has certainly experienced the phenomenon whereby when you’re not well, our friend somehow “feels” it and tries to transmit energy to the diseased part.  A stomach ache, an intestinal disorder… that’s where our cat curls up on, giving us a warmth and a feeling of incredible well-being.

No coincidence that today we are using this empathy for the famous Pet Therapy, which successfully cure various ailments also psychic.  It is not the only power available to our four-legged wonder: unique among animals, the cat tries to sleep on the so-called Hartmann Nodes, like those particular intersections of the Earth’s magnetic field lines, which envelop the entire planet regular intervals.

If a man stayed long over one of these nodes, would have a feeling of fatigue: it is not so for the cat, which seems contrary to relax over these nodes avoided by all other animals.  Because?  This perception of magnetism is known in many animals, such as migratory birds.  But the cat does more, it is as if it was in connection with the Dark Energy that permeates the entire Universe.

Is this is the secret of cats?  Is this warmth healing that they transmit us when we are sick?  If we think that this energy – theorized and demonstrated through mathematical calculations, but not yet spotted because the aforementioned sensory deficit in human beings – is related to the ancestral magic rituals related to the concept of the Mother Goddess, it explains how the Egyptians had been able to deify the cat, as an exponent of the same ground universal female deity.

But in all this, what are the practical consequences?

On the one hand, you consider the cat as an evolved, intelligent and sensitive, perhaps even more than the man on an emotional level.  For this reason it is necessary to treat it in an ever respectful behavior, however, that you should keep with all living beings.  And to observe its nuances and learn to perceive the subtle worlds, invisible dimensions that surround us.

ERIC RAINES: “Etheric Implant Extraction/Removal Protocols”

11542042_10206393656455875_8773702819924229425_n

One of the most common questions I run into is how can I remove these from myself?  Let me walk you through what I tell my clients after the removal, when I teach them to use the energy I do to protect themselves, and eventually be able to remove the etheric implants with practice.

First off, our environment is completely inundated with these things.  They can transmit through contact either mental, psychic or physical, but most often people or animals become infected through physical contact.

They need a very specific environment to comfortably set up shop and do their work.  They need low vibrations.  They need darkness.  By lifting your vibrations and brightening your body, you make it extremely “toxic” for them to exist inside of you and exert influence.  When done properly, what I am about to teach can completely eliminate the influence of the parasitic construct.

Once these systems are gone we, recognize our true resonance.  Free flow in the body: eliminating discomfort and pain, rejuvinating the internal organs, and keeping us youthful.  Silence of the mind: actively silencing the nonstop chattering monkey-mind that most of us believe is normal.  Active meridian flow: opening energetic awareness internally and externally, opening connectivity to Source as well as Gaia consciousness, innate higher dimensional abilities activating, and a connectivity to the reality construct around you in hyperawareness.

We will start off with a protection meditation.  The overall goal of this meditation is very specific.  We are armoring ourselves in golden light.  We will be making a series of golden orbs inside of our bodies and moving them around, using breath to push and lock fields in place, so without further ado, let us begin.

Close your eyes and turn your awareness inside of the skull.  Find the center point and focus on the pineal (3rd eye) for a few seconds until you become familiar with the area.  Now lets turn on a little golden pinprick of light right in the center of the skull.  Sit with this golden speck for a bit.  Once ready to move on, turn up the intensity of the golden light seed we just made… light it up brighter and brighter and really light up the inside of your skull with it.

Once ready, start to then expand the mini golden sun in our pineal gland, breathing into it and expanding it out bigger and bigger.  First make it about the size of a quarter.  Keep breathing into it and expand it out more… push to the size of a tennis ball.  Then a softball.  Keep expanding out until the golden sun is about the size of the inside of the skull.  Sit with this orb for a few seconds, and acclimate and adjust to this new type of energy.

When ready, drop it loose from the head and let the orb float down the central channel of the body, lighting up everything as it descends down through the throat, through the heart, and through the stomach.  Push it down and out the bottom of the central channel through the perineum, and flatten out the golden orb so that we are sitting on a golden lid, and lock that energy into place.

Lets go back up into the center of the skull, and repeat what we have just done.  Turn on that little seed of golden light, ramp up the brightness/intensity, and expand it out to about the size of our head.  Drop this one loose to float down the central channel through the throat, through the chest and park it right behind your belly button.  On an outbreath, we are going to push/expand this energy to coat the front, the back and the sides of our core.  If we were wearing a longsleeve shirt made out of light, this would be the bottom half.

So deep breath in, and PUSH this orb of energy out from the stomach to coat the front, the back and the sides of your core, and lock this energy in.

Lets go back up to the pineal and repeat.  Turn on the light seed, ramp up the brightness/intensity, expand it out to about the size of your head and drop it loose down the central channel to sit right in the center of the chest cavity.

This one, on the outbreath will become the top of our light shirt, so the front, the back, the sides, and the arms will be coated in golden light energy.  Deep breath in, and PUSH it out.  Lock this energy in.

The last one we will do in the head will end up being our golden helmet covering the front, the back, and the sides of our head.

Turn on the light seed, ramp up the intensity, expand it out and take a deep breath in.  On the outbreath PUSH this energy out of the body to surround your head in golden light.

Now, we are going to do this one more time, but this time we are going to be doing it from the heartspace.  Let us now turn our attention and focus to the center of the chest, and lets just sit here for a few seconds and really get a good feel for the energies of the area.  When ready, turn on a little golden pinprick of light right in the center of the chest cavity.  Sit with this for a bit, and then start to really turn up the brightness/intensity of the golden light, flushing all the darkness out of the area and really lighting up the inside of the chest.  Start to expand this point of light out bigger and bigger until we reach about the size of our head.

On the outbreath, this one is going to push out and surround our entire body and energetic field in a golden egg, so lets take a deep breath in, and PUSH it out to encapsulate us in this beautiful golden light.

Now, what we have just done is made your body to high vibration and too light for these parasites to comfortably live inside of you.  If they can actually manage to get past the barriers we have just set up right now, you will notice if they get in.  There will be a heaviness, a denseness, a sense of lack of flow in the area.  If you feel this, do the meditation I just taught you and then do an internal scan to see if anything is inside of you.  When you do this lit up like we are, it is like we have nothing but white walls and light inside of us with the darkest of dark things trying to hide and they stick out like sore thumbs.

Now, to remove them, I coat my hands in this energy I just showed you how to use, making almost a golden glove overlay.  I then reach into the body using my astral hand coated in light, and pull it out.  During the session you will hear me say that I have everything I pulled out of you trapped, and what I trap them in is the exact same orb we just got done learning together.  I pull them out of the body, and I reach up into the orb I created above me, and deposit the implant inside of it, and pull my hand back out, trapping the parasite inside.

Occasionally I will run into a strong one who can start to break its way out of the orb.  When this happens, I visualize waves and walls of light slamming down on the orb from all 360 degrees, making the light barrier thicker, brighter and stronger until eventually the balance is shifted and it cannot break through.

We can do this to any of the barriers.  If during the meditation you felt like your back isnt protected enough, slam walls onto it, thickening the barrier and protecting you effectively.

Now, if you cannot do the golden glove thing, what you are going to want to do is find the implant inside of you (the heavy, dense, pressurized quasi pain) and trap it inside of a golden orb inside your body.  Strengthen the barrier so it cannot slip out, and gently pull the orb out of your body.  The implant should pop loose.  If that doesnt work, spin the orb.  What I feel/visualize while spinning them is a bowling ball made out of light rotating at incredibly high speeds in my hands.  It isnt just a rotating ball of light, there is a massive amount of movement, force and momentum behind it… the implant should pop loose with this easily.

Once the implant is outside of your body, you need to get rid of it.  I give them the chance to convert to the light before I send them to Source for restructure and the conversion rate is about 50% meaning half of them convert, the other half won’t.

To do this, you need to visualize and connect to Source.  Whatever you call the Prime Creator, be it God, Krishna, the Central Sun, Source, All That Is, whatever.  Names don’t matter, just connect to the energy and visualize a portal coming down from it sucking up anything not of the light into it with a massive vaccuum/tornado.  Toss it up into the vortex and Source will take care of the rest.

Never do this type of work on anyone who does not know exactly what is happening.  If you end up doing this work, immediately follow it up with this meditation.  If you remove the parasites from someone who doesnt have the knowledge behind the work, or the protective meditation, you are setting them up for a massive reimplantation, causing anything from a destruction of their social life, to suicide and massive criminal behavior.  Please use your discretion.

When I first started working with this energy, my orbs felt like yellow soap bubbles to me… no substance, no power.  They felt incredibly weak.  That being said, time and space are no limitation when it comes to energy and I knew this.  So if I can visualize a trillion of these weak yellow soap bubbles at one time and lock them all into place, an incredibly strong barrier is made.

This is the bare bones skeleton version of how I do things.  This is the introduction.  When you start to get proficient in what I have shown here, you will start getting urges and impulses to use the energy in specific ways.  I do things with it that work for me that do not work for other people, and other people do things with it that does not work for me.  Pretty much the long and short of it is, once you are proficient, whatever feels right to you is the right path for you.  We are all different and have different strengths, and some of you might figure out how to do things I haven’t even thought of yet.

I am sorry it took me so long to post this, but I have a lull in between extractions and massages at the moment and people have been burning for this information, and I am happy to provide it.

Again, I would like to emphasize that I’m NOT special, I’m NOT a messiah.  Any one of us can learn how to do this with enough time and dedication to really flesh out the new “psychic muscles” this energy starts to develop.  I cannot do this on my own.  I need as many of you proficient in removing these things as we can have.  I need all of you to help.  Together, we will Unleash Natural Humanity!!!

-Eric

KIMBERLY SNYDER: “The Amazing Healing Benefits of Gratitude”

Healing Benefits of Gratitude

If you’re alive and reading this, you have something to be grateful for.  That’s great news!  This post will give you support in practicing gratitude on a regular basis, so you can better heal yourself, while lowering stress and anxiety, enhancing your sleep, and improving your relationships.

The Healing Benefits of Gratitude

You may not realize that something as simple as expressing gratitude — something that costs nothing and takes very little time — can have such an impact on your health.   Yoga Masters have been teaching for centuries that gratitude is a key component of a happy, balanced and healthy life, but it’s nice to see that it’s in alignment with modern findings.  A comprehensive look at gratitude and its effects  [1]  showed that when you routinely appreciate others or even just the positive parts of your life, you can experience:

  —Less aggression  [2]

—Heightened feelings of altruism, empathy, warmth, a greater desire to treat friends, family, and strangers with more kindness (you may even set off a chain of random acts of kindness!).  When someone does something nice for you, you’ll be inspired to pay it forward  [3]

—Reduced symptoms of depression and anxiety, and more optimism  [4]

  —More trust in others

—Extra intrinsic motivation to do and achieve more  [5]

—More satisfaction from relationships (romantic relationships also get a boost from gratitude!)  [6]

—Better ability to deal with criticism/less sensitive to others’ negativity

  —Better sleep

—Lowered likelihood of developing a drug or alcohol problem

—Lowered risk of eating disorder (thanks to a healthier body image)

   —Quicker recovery from post-traumatic stress

The review suggests that there could actually be a causal relationship between gratitude and well-being.  That means increasing gratitude could directly enhance many different aspects of your life, most notably your health.  Could there be an easier, or more inexpensive way to enhance both your happiness and health?  (Okay, sometimes gratitude can be challenging when you’re feeling down — especially in the beginning–but with practice, it becomes much easier, I promise!)  Training yourself to think this way only takes a few minutes at a time, per day or even per week. Eventually, it will help shift your whole perspective on life in a much more positive way.

What Is Gratitude, Really?

That seems simple enough to answer, right?  You can feel gratitude when someone helps you out, but being thankful isn’t always related to another person.  Are you thankful for your warm clothes in the winter, even if you purchased them yourself?  What about your meals, even if you’re the one who has to prepare and cook them?

No matter what, you can focus more on the positive and choose to feel gratitude for anything, or anyone, at any time.  Once you get into the habit of consciously appreciating the positives around you, that attitude spreads over into the times when you aren’t actively practicing the feeling of thanks.  I do this when I walk down the street or wander into my backyard and gaze at the lemon tree.  I express gratitude every day for each and every unique, beautiful tree and plant I see.  I think we should all be more grateful for nature and her beauty every day!

Final note about the research. When comparing feelings of gratitude to other areas of the subjects’ lives in the studies, there were correlations between gratitude and:

—Feelings of satisfaction with life in general

—Feelings of living life to the fullest

  —More self-acceptance and personal growth

—A feeling of staying true to themselves

—The belief that they have quality relationships in their lives

How to Practice This Universal Language

Learning to practice gratitude isn’t a long, drawn-out process.  You can start right now and begin noticing differences in how you feel and your outlook on life in just a few weeks, even if you’re not practicing daily.

Keep a gratitude journal.  At the end of the day or week, write down five things you’re grateful for.  This could be something as simple as being happy the weather was warm enough for you to hike before work earlier in the week or that your spouse did the dishes.  You can even be grateful for the lemons that you use to make your hot water with lemon in the morning, that fill you with beautifying vitamin C and enzymes!

Set an alarm on your phone that will go off periodically throughout the day.  Each time it goes off, stop to remind yourself of something you’re grateful for.

Don’t jump right out of bed at the sound of your morning alarm.  Take a minute to take a few deep breaths and think of a few things that you’re happy to have in your life or experience, whether it’s a beautiful sunrise or the warm blankets you have covering you.

Do something nice for someone else, family or stranger, even if it’s just giving them a compliment and thanking them for something they did.  Spreading joy and showing your appreciation for another human being not only brightens their mood, but yours, too!

Talk with your spouse or best friend at the end of the day about what you’re grateful for.  These daily talks are more interesting than asking if they took the trash out or fed the dog, and may open the door to strengthen your relationship, especially if you start naming things you’re grateful for in each other.

Leave little notes for yourself around the office or at home that remind you of the things you’re grateful for.  Running across those during a stressful moment could make you feel better.  Try sticking them on the top of your smoothie cup or one of the meals you’ve packed for the day.

Really think about what you’re thinking. No, that isn’t a typo.  Your thoughts affect your mood, and you’ll be happier if you’re thinking thoughts of gratitude!  When a negative thought crosses your mind (it happens to everyone, of course!), take a closer look at it.  Are you just feeling grumpy and turning your bad mood into one big growing ball of negativity?  Was your ego, the image and labels you hold about yourself, somehow wounded in some way?  Is there any truth in the thought that you can use to change your situation or use as a catalyst to turn your thought into something more positive?  Once you glean the useful bits from your negative thoughts, kick the rest and give your thoughts a more positive spin.  Here’s an example. Let’s say you tried something new and failed.  Instead of saying, “I’m a failure,” remind yourself that failing — sometimes multiple times — brings you closer to your goal.  It’s still progress and you can still learn from it.  And that’s something to be grateful for.

Tell someone that you appreciate them and why.  They’ll feel good, and so will you!

Start Today!

Use this today as a starting point for a lifetime of feelings of gratitude.  Your whole outlook on life will change once you give yourself that nudge, and you’ll feel better in so many different ways when you begin focusing on the positives.  Look at what you do have, be thankful, and strive to reach out to help other people and keep the goodwill going.

The goodness in your life will blossom in even more abundance as you do.

Now here’s my turn: I’m sending gratitude to YOU for being you and part of this wonderful community.

Love,

Kimberly

MORAG: “Cosmic Dissonance”

cosmic-dissonance-2

Cosmic dissonance can be experienced as we transition between dimensions.  There can be no illusions, on the world stage, in our own lives or in our hearts and minds.  Transparency is authenticity.  It takes time for our mind body soul system to catch up with itself in these high winds of cosmic shifts.  Time for us to change habits, people and places to achieve greater alignment in our chakra system.  This lag is where most of us are, whatever stage we are at in the unplugging, upgrade process, we are all raising our vibrations.

With accelerated karmic clear out in 2016, people have awakened and are living more authentic lives.  Many of us are witnessing the power of manifestation in our lives, experiencing deeply held desires and dreams coming to fruition.

Others are feeling a bit battered and bruised from these powerful and profound energetic winds of change.  Each day passes and a new one beckons.  We are all on our own pathways, grooves in time and space, interwoven in quantum dimensions.  There is no judgement.

As more people awaken, more dark karma is released, feelings of despair and depression can permeate the atmosphere.  Weighing heavy on our energetic system, drawing some of us down a rabbit hole of sadness, blame, envy, pain, regret or shame.  Others may be unable to shake a heavy feeling of confusion or despair.  Learning to make peace with our vulnerabilities, failings and perceived mistakes is part of the recalibration process.

Run an internal diagnostic reading, is it your despair?  If you can’t think of a reason for feeling negative, you may well be empathic or a transmuter, soaking up the energies of those around you and in the energetic ambience of Gaia.

If you can identify a reason for feeling low, work through it.  Explore, understand and own the feeling and the reason for it.  Look for solutions, ask your guides for help, rest and be kind to yourself.

If you are upset by the state of the world then this too is completely understandable.  The world is in a pretty bad state.  But we are changing it.  Look at small ways to make a difference, sign a petition, learn to cook a meal from scratch, volunteer at your local homeless shelter.  We change the world by starting with our own mini world.

Learning about holistic healing helps us by equipping us with tools to manage trickier days.  Meditation is often seen as the holy grail of spiritual peace and awakening, and it is.  But it’s not the only one, nature, water, quiet reflection and solitude can also bring us enlightenment and calm.

Physical symptoms are also common as we upgrade our mind body soul system.  Skin irritations, dehydration, fluctuations in appetite, disturbed sleep, heaviness of limbs, unusual headaches, irritability and tiredness.  Problems managing matrix pressures and expectations, forgetfulness, spaciness, bouts of intense focus and creativity are also common.

Floaty feelings, lightness of being, quantum experiences like flashes of light, seeing orbs or auras, premonitions and synchronicity can occur.  Try to listen to your body, ask it what does it need?  Reassure your ego that everything is OK.  Open your heart to gratitude for the good in your life and in the world.

As we transition we become more adept at integrating the higher dimensions with the third.  Don’t feel bad if you slip up, make mistakes or mess up.  These are deeply challenging times, many people are checking out.  If you’re still in the game you know the good that comes after the bad is released.  The blissful feeling of Oneness, connected and sovereign simultaneously.

Our guides and higher self steer us towards a flow, an energetic groove that we can lock into with daily practise.  Balancing our chakras allows this free flow of energy connecting us more to our groove, our path of surrender, integration and higher frequencies.  This is key to surviving dimensional transition.  Yoga, meditation and nature are the best ways to encourage this free flow of energy through our mind body soul chakra system.

Stay centred and calm, refuse to let external or internal drama dominate your day.  Be kind to yourself.  Manifest your dreams.  Sending love and light, namaste.

Mantra: I am safe, I am calm, I am love.
