“When we have low self-esteem, our ego defense mechanisms will act to block our progress moving forward in our spiritual ascension and evolving in our life. One who understands they are a loved and worthy spiritual vessel for the spirit of God Source, will begin to learn that self-love is at the core of self-acceptance which is the quality one must build to truly feel and experience God’s love for all of us. A peaceful and fulfilling life is most possible when one seeks inner truth and self-knowledge while building a relationship with God and the relationship to the self. If we are to begin to recognize the qualities that define Safe People and safe relationships, we need to first understand what a safe person is and why we need that kind of safety to overcome fear. We need people in our life that will be honest with us, telling us where we are creating harm and potentially where we may need to change, in order to improve ourselves. We need friends that walk according to the truth and are accepting of us, yet they are honest about our weaknesses and faults without condemning us. Safe people can be fully present with others, connecting at deep and intimate levels. Safe people can speak truth to one another, without being offended or taking things personally. Safe people give others the opportunity to grow and become their highest expression, for them as God intended. Safe people create loving and positive feelings and inspire good works, such as being in Service to Others. Safe people create relationships that allow people to be as they are, and draw us closer to feel unity and connection with all of life. Inability to forgive is sourced from anger and resentment, two emotions that can wreak havoc with your health and keep one stagnated. Without the ability to forgive and accept circumstances, in relationship to the self and others, not only does one allow themselves to remain stuck in the past, but this takes a huge energetic drain on your emotional and physical health. We must make an effort to identify what choices we do have, and make changes in our environment that can increase our sense of safety and comfort while in our physical space. Assess the physical and emotional safety of your environment, and realize it may be necessary to remove people or situations from your life who are entrenched in destructive and harmful behaviors, in order to make the necessary changes to your lifestyle. The first step is to identify what makes us feel safe and stable and to do those things every day.

On the spiritual ascension pathway, recognizing the importance of character building as a necessary part of having self-love and self-acceptance is critical to progress through self-deception ego blocks. Self-deception blocks are levels of ego denial, the half-truths we tell ourselves because we are really afraid to see all of the picture that currently blocks our awareness. When we have low self-esteem, our ego defense mechanisms will act to block our progress moving forward in our spiritual ascension and evolving in our life.

Once we feel love for ourselves, we build inner confidence which further builds our trust with the process of life. In these chaotic times, it is very important to build trust in our communications and relationship with our higher power to help us navigate the challenges we find now in earthy life. A person who is more confident about himself, feels more stable in their spiritual foundation and will be more focused and determined to achieve a better state of consciousness with all of life, regardless of whether it is for career, spiritual purpose, inspiration, family or personal goals.

A peaceful and fulfilling life is most possible when one seeks inner truth and self-knowledge while building a relationship with God and the relationship to the self.

When building the relationship with the self it may mean we are taken through character building life experiences that we do not prefer. We must push through our fears that live in the Houses of Ego in order to experience the accomplishment of moving past our perceived mental limitations and negative ego habits. If our mental limitations and/or self-entitlement govern our actions, we will become stunted in our emotional-spiritual growth and fall into symptoms of low self-esteem.

If we are to begin to recognize the qualities that define Safe People and safe relationships, we need to first understand what a safe person is and why we need that kind of safety to overcome fear. We need people in our life that will be honest with us, telling us where we are creating harm and potentially where we may need to change, in order to improve ourselves. We need friends that walk according to the truth and are accepting of us, yet they are honest about our weaknesses and faults without condemning us.

Relationships in which people use shame, guilt or condemn us for our actions are ultimately destructive and traumatizing, which does not produce emotional or spiritual growth. These are the Unsafe People that require us to be different than who we are, in order to be accepted and conditionally loved by them. Conditional love that must be earned is useless, it is a made-up projection from the Negative Ego demands and is not real love. If we do not have this kind of safe person around us yet, we can become that person for ourselves and others. As we intend to clear fears and improve our character, we attract similar people.

Safe people can be fully present with others, connecting at deep and intimate levels.

Safe people can speak truth to one another, without being offended or taking things personally.

Safe people give others the opportunity to grow and become their highest expression, for them as God intended.

Safe people create loving and positive feelings and inspire good works, such as being in Service to Others.

Safe people create relationships that allow people to be as they are, and draw us closer to feel unity and connection with all of life.

In order to heal our mental and emotional body to overcome deep fears, we must know how to establish safety within ourselves and recognize what makes us feel unsafe. Taking good care of our body, having a consistent meditation or spiritual practice to become more inner directed, avoiding exposure to self-harming behaviors, and learning how to manage fear or trauma reactions is essential to being safe within yourself.

The first step is to identify what makes us feel safe and stable and to do those things every day.

We must make an effort to identify what choices we do have, and make changes in our environment that can increase our sense of safety and comfort while in our physical space. Assess the physical and emotional safety of your environment, and realize it may be necessary to remove people or situations from your life who are entrenched in destructive and harmful behaviors, in order to make the necessary changes to your lifestyle. When we are more competent in Emotional Self-Regulation our inner safety is enhanced, so that trust can be formed, as we discover that we really do have the resources inside of us for feeling comforted and safe.

To Forgive Others is Forgiving the Self

To forgive another person or circumstances is the most generous thing one can do for yourself. When we forgive others for perceived transgressions it frees us from the bonds, entanglements and cords which manifest painful patterns such as judgments, resentments, and anger.

Forgiving yourself is the most important action one can take to clearing self-sabotaging bonds of victimhood and their painful wounds from past, present and future. A forgiveness technique is to practice self-acceptance. NO person needs forgiveness for just being who they are. The practice of forgiving yourself is about targeting the specific things that make one feel bad about themselves, the things that make one feel inadequate or unworthy and not about the truth of the real person that you are. As a forgiveness technique, self-acceptance allows one to acknowledge that you are a good person, with faults and all.

This does not mean that one ignores the faults or stops making genuine attempts to improve oneself, but it does mean that one values themselves above ALL of those elements. When one recognizes self-worth by acknowledging ones whole self, then the personal power is generated to stop allowing these faults to be used as weaknesses and continually halt ones progression and evolution throughout life.

Love yourself unconditionally and give yourself permission to heal with the necessary time it takes to do so.

Understanding the importance of forgiveness is that it brings you to the current state of now, rather than dwelling on past hurts and pain. Forgiveness allows one to live in the present instead of the past, which means that one can move into the future with a renewed sense of purpose focused on change, improvement, and building on current experiences, rather than being held back by past pain. Some people are afraid to forgive themselves because they fear losing their sense of self that has been built on the foundation of anger, resentment, blame and vulnerability.

In this case, one may ask themselves if feeling victimized and angry, being the easily hurt and reactive person is the identity you want to show the world and live with as your image. Is the familiarity of being in the victim or victimizer role, or the perceived ego security of this mode of thinking, actually worth the energy, effort and harm it is causing you?

Without the ability to forgive and accept circumstances, in relationship to the self and others, not only does one allow themselves to remain stuck in the past, but this takes a huge energetic drain on your emotional and physical health. Inability to forgive is sourced from anger and resentment, two emotions that can wreak havoc with your health and keep one stagnated.

Overcoming Fears is an important spiritual lesson in higher consciousness development. During the Dark Night of the Soul, many people do not have clarity on the actual causal source of where their fear and pain impulses are coming from. Much of what is being experienced now is being greatly amplified through the hidden fear, buried trauma and emotional wounds from our past. We cannot run away from darkness and we cannot hide from our hidden and buried fears any longer. To reclaim our sanity and spiritual freedom, we must make the effort to Overcome Fear. The Frequency of Fear represents physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bondage. It destroys the capacity for expanding light into our consciousness, while it produces slavery in the mind. Unrestrained fear is a destroyer; it destroys love, it destroys trust, it destroys life, it destroys relationships and it destroys people. For this purpose, spreading fear based mind control and dark spirits to hijack the subconscious thoughts and conscious belief systems of the masses, is the primary consciousness manipulation tool of the Negative Alien Agenda and the Controllers. All earth inhabitants have been conditioned to run fear-based thoughts as the default setting in the subconscious mind, in order to attract and grow even more darkness. Being courageous enough to face our deepest and darkest fears and be willing to put forth the effort to overcome them, is the path we all must take to secure our consciousness freedom during the Ascension Cycle. To Overcome Fear, we must comprehend the real reasons we feel afraid and realize that our fears are pointing to the places within us that need attention. Many humans have taken on the fear based predator mind belief systems or alien mind control for the purpose of consciousness enslavement. All people that indulge in unrestrained and uncorrected negative emotional states of fear will attract demonic or dark spirits, which generate energetic blockages and cords in our Lightbody. At this critical juncture during the bifurcation shift, each person is choosing if they want to exist in spiritual bondage or freedom. To support this process we look directly at Fear, to show us the Spiritual Lessons we have yet to master inside of ourselves, and where darkness is blocking us from finding harmony in our direct relationship with God.

As we travel through the pinnacle of the shifting timelines and trigger events, many people are breaking through Amnesiac Barriers to access the dark contents of the subconscious mind and Pain Body where collective fear programming has been stored. People are conditioned to hide from their fears, to avoid the darkness and where they feel pain, and to bury these bones deep beneath the walls of conscious perception to forget about them. These unaddressed places within us of hidden darkness, unhealed pain and fear are pushing through the internal barriers, into full view of the Conscious Mind. This can manifest as tremendous torrents of mental and emotional pressure that greatly increases the perceptions of fear and pain, anxiety and suffering that are being experienced in our lives. When we are clouded by the lens of fear we are easily overwhelmed and can feel mentally paralyzed as a result of the bombardment of fear, running its frequency throughout our nervous system.

Many people’s core wound is generated in their earliest memories during childhood, and this emotional pain may have been defined in previous lifetimes in similar situations. When the same emotional theme was played out and was not resolved and healed, it is replayed in this current lifetime. Drilling down into the core wound of unhealed emotional pain and fear, takes us into the classic case study of ego walls of separation, of feeling disconnected from experiencing or feeling unconditional love and self-acceptance. Each person will grow to develop their own Ego Defense Mechanisms that reinforce the experiences of separation, which take us away from giving or receiving unconditional love. When we live in fear, our body constricts and we hold back our heart, suppressing our feelings, withholding authentic and truthful communication which increases emotional and mental pain. When we live in a fearful state, our body will constrict from tension, it will contract away from giving and receiving unconditional love, and this denial of self-love is the main cause of continuing to experience and accumulate emotional pain. If we hold a vision of humanity as eternal Souls coming into the material reality to learn lessons to grow and purify ourselves spiritually, it is easier to see that most people have forgotten who they really are as they are wearing many false identity masks. It is rare today to meet with completely honest, balanced and authentic people. Thus in this reflection, we may have forgotten who we really are and are still bargaining away our soul.”

The False Parent is the main Victimizer Archetype that is used to create pain and trauma in the child, when that child is totally dependent upon that adult person. When abuse is suffered in childhood, destructive attachments and negative bonds are formed within that child, which carry into adulthood if they are not cleared. To free the body, mind, emotions and spirit from the bondage of trauma induced by parents or others when we were children, we must take responsibility to learn how to love ourselves and unconditionally forgive what has happened to us. This action dissolves the causality and the consequential effects, as well as later entanglements that this pain has created throughout the child’s timeline, all the way into adulthood.

If we hold a vision of humanity as eternal Souls coming into the material reality to learn lessons to grow and purify ourselves spiritually, it is easier to see that most people have forgotten who they really are as they are wearing many false identity masks. It is rare today to meet with completely honest, balanced and authentic people. Thus in this reflection, we may have forgotten who we really are and are still bargaining away our soul.

The core wound we hide from is the shock and trauma we experience when we feel separated from unconditional love. This core wound organizes our ego identification in ways that help us feel safer in the world, many times draining away our creativity, love and sexual connections. Overcoming our resistance to face inner pain or fear requires that we undergo the dark night of the soul process, so we can experience the direct knowledge that we can come through our fear and pain, and become fully connected, to experience the state of unconditional love. Many people require a spiritual crisis, which starts as a life crisis of some kind, in order to get to the level of desperation that pushes them to let go of everything fully. In this phase of letting go, going past the fear, through the Ego Death, they find themselves in a new state of awareness with an open heartedness that releases the floodgates of unconditional love, Compassion and Empathy.

When we resist the emotional and spiritual process required to address our hidden core wound and pain, it can occupy us for many years in seeking psychological, emotional and spiritual healing work. The core wound is most commonly generated in the pre-verbal or non-verbal areas of the brain, body and consciousness, thus it is greatly entwined with the physical body, CNS, and the functioning of the Three Layers of Ego. If there is no Self Awareness of the pain held in the triggering of this core wound, the wound takes over the body and runs on automatic through the nervous system and brain.

To bring unconditional love and stabilize it into our body and conscious awareness, we need to identify the organizing belief systems that trigger our core pain. We must remember who we are in our spiritual essence, our sense of true core self, before we took on the fear based belief that we were separated from love.

If we are willing to feel the wound that led to the pain generated from our separation from unconditional love, this reveals to us where the wound is located in our body, or where the black emptiness resides. Our core wounds manifest as an aching emptiness or black hole somewhere in our body, usually found in the heart center, and this interferes with our capacity to be grounded in our core self. Once identified, the black holes of pain need to be filled with the light of unconditional love and forgiveness.

Clearing the Pain Body is such an important step in stabilizing our core and becoming inner directed. Due to the strong forces being exerted in our environment during this time, it feels appropriate to end with some practical tips in the form of an exercise that may be supportive.

Suggested Quick Exercise

To go beyond Core Fears and Recover the Core Self, this quick exercise may be helpful:

Source the Belief System: Identify the negative belief or belief system that drives the core wound, that spreads emotional and mental pain and leaves fear residues and constriction sensations in your body.

Connect to your Physical Body: Identify where the core pain or aching wound can be felt in your body and body parts. Pay attention and observe how your body constricts and closes down in fear when you are feeling your core pain or core wound.

Observe the Fear, Witness: Stay present to the core fear and pain without trying to change it or shift it immediately. Observe it as being connected to your physical self, your biological self. Do not try to make the fear or wound as something positive, or bargain it away, just allow yourself to be fully present with the fear and pain, without believing it to be true. Call it out for what it is, the negative ego or predator mind characteristics.

Experience Vulnerability while Feeling Pain: Be open to feel the vulnerability that pain may make you feel, without assigning any labels or value of good or bad. Stay present to experience unbearable pain as an energy, thought form and vibration, staying as open as you can to witness it in your body. If you can focus on the feeling of being vulnerable, allow yourself to be fully innocent, knowing that being comfortable with emotional vulnerability is a great strength.

Invite in Unconditional Love: Bring to mind and imagine yourself in your eternal spirit body before this core wound, pain and negative beliefs existed. In your mind completely surround the fear, void, or blackness in the body and area of pain, with the unconditional love, light and power of the Krystal Star and Godhead. See your entire body lit up in God-Sovereign-Free imagery, enlightened, free and liberated from pain.[1]

Self-Assessing

Since our human family is now living in the Fight-Flight zone so much of the time, let’s look more closely at the spectrum of yellow on the below chart, and the difference between fight and flight. We are looking at increasing levels of activation in the nervous system. On a scale of 1-10, we can have low-level activation, which is a feeling of unease on the flight side and irritability on the fight side. In the mid-range, we have anxiety on the flight side and anger on the fight side. At the high end we have rage and panic, which are getting closer to the threshold where the body switches into freeze or red. 

Creating Conditions

The issue with the survival brain is that we cannot fake it out. If we want to relax, we actually have to create the conditions for the physiology to move into a relaxed state. If we live with a predator, if we work under a predator, if we do not have our basics needs met, we are going to be in Fight-Flight, the yellow zone. So part of being able to clear fear means making choices that help the brain and nervous system register that we are safe.

The Spirit of Denial is used to escape the reality of the unpleasant fears or dangers, by stating they do not exist through the refusal to address them. Sometimes people may admit to the fear or danger but deny the responsibility to deal with the situation by blaming someone or something else. Transferring responsibility of your own emotional reactions to others is referred to as Projection. All of us must learn how to overcome our fears, which dissolves the darkness that exists within the layers of our mind so that we can become free of mental bondage. When we are no longer controlled by fear based belief systems and reactions, we can stop allowing Fear Bondage Loops and the dark spirits they attract, to make an internal dwelling inside our bodies, minds, and emotions. LISA RENEE: “Cosmic Vacuum”

“Round and round we go in the Cosmic Rinse Cycle, whirling out every last bit of extraneous debris and then some as we are getting pulled inside and out of the Cosmic Vacuum. No one told us when the Divine Feminine God Aspect returned to the planet she would be bringing with her Power Tools. Clearly many of us need some levity at this time, as I am fully aware of just how incredibly severe this last month has been. The external environmental energies have been just brutal on some days, like fingernails scratching a chalkboard. This abrasive quality seems to heighten when we are attempting to dig up the mental discipline to just keep concentrating on the positivity that keeps us moving forward. Many times that means we just have to lay down and get out of the way. The Universe certainly has its own plans up its sleeve for us and its Divine Will or Bust. We can feel great energetic momentum pushing us and yet there is no movement forward associated with it. Squished and expanded at the same time is not something we are used to feeling. The sensation of urgency, while stuck inside a Vacuum is an odd place to be indeed. Our inner child, our physical bodies and our emotional self have been put through the wringer. We may feel frustrated with those walking around with seemingly no awareness of what’s happening on the planet. Finding a way to make your life easier and more relaxed may be a necessary part of your personal reorganization. Energetic mastery is also about performing an accurate assessment by honestly looking at the circumstances we are all facing in our lives. We may need to simplify, pare down our lifestyle and do some things we do not want to do, at least in the beginning part of this transitional process. We are reaching a difficult area in our energetic self-mastery, where we cannot be fooled by anything out of integrity with the divine will and our soul agreement. We are at the crossroads of standing between a rock and a hard place. There is no wiggle room for anything else, fantasies, projections or false illusions of what our life should be or look like. During this time, know it is going to challenge you. Know that you have the resources to transcend these challenges and cultivate the inner strength and resources necessary to achieve your highest purposes. Assess if you are currently in the lesson of Divine Will before My Will, as you will note all your creative projects and desires seemed to come to a STOP when the Universe is correcting you. Round and round we go in the Cosmic Rinse Cycle, whirling out every last bit of extraneous debris and then some as we are getting pulled inside and out of the Cosmic Vacuum. No one told us when the Divine Feminine God Aspect returned to the planet she would be bringing with her Power Tools.

Clearly many of us need some levity at this time, as I am fully aware of just how incredibly severe this last month has been. The external environmental energies have been just brutal on some days, like fingernails scratching a chalkboard. This abrasive quality seems to heighten when we are attempting to dig up the mental discipline to just keep concentrating on the positivity that keeps us moving forward. Yet, we have realized a force-of-will to move us forward in any direction refuses to work anymore. Many times that means we just have to lay down and get out of the way. The Universe certainly has its own plans up its sleeve for us and its Divine Will or Bust.

We can feel great energetic momentum pushing us and yet there is no movement forward associated with it. Squished and expanded at the same time is not something we are used to feeling. This new energetic quality is totally perplexing to our minds as nothing makes sense anymore. How are we to own our multidimensionality and navigate ourselves and still function in this 3rd dimension? Maybe we are not even supposed to function in the ways that we thought we should. Every belief system or mental structure is up for review and getting reevaluated. Who am I? What am I to do? We cannot even feel what our next step is as it has not presented itself yet. The sensation of urgency, while stuck inside a Vacuum is an odd place to be indeed.

Our inner child, our physical bodies and our emotional self have been put through the wringer. Many of the types of surprises that show up these days are something we want to send back to the source. I found myself wanting to say, Hey Universe I didn’t order That. Send it back I want a Refund. And put a Galactic Quarantine on it, I don’t want it ever coming back.

Needless to say, this is a time where it is beyond any verbal expression as to what is happening to the human race and this planet. We may feel frustrated with those walking around with seemingly no awareness of what’s happening on the planet. Finding a way to make your life easier and more relaxed may be a necessary part of your personal reorganization.

Energetic mastery is also about performing an accurate assessment by honestly looking at the circumstances we are all facing in our lives. We may need to simplify, pare down our lifestyle and do some things we do not want to do, at least in the beginning part of this transitional process. We are reaching a difficult area in our energetic self-mastery, where we cannot be fooled by anything out of integrity with the divine will and our soul agreement. This means that our spiritual illusions will be dispelled and we may have moments where we feel forsaken by our creator when we feel forced to do something we do not want to do. We are at the crossroads of standing between a rock and a hard place. There is no wiggle room for anything else, fantasies, projections or false illusions of what our life should be or look like.

Many times when we feel adversity through a challenge we get angry or frustrated. We ask why this has come into our energy field and why we created it. During this time, know it is going to challenge you. Know that you have the resources to transcend these challenges and cultivate the inner strength and resources necessary to achieve your highest purposes. Perform an assessment of what is distracting or disempowering you in any way and make adjustments. Assess if you are currently in the lesson of Divine Will before My Will, as you will note all your creative projects and desires seemed to come to a STOP when the Universe is correcting you. With this awareness, know that the Universe knows better than you do, and you must relax yourself and get out of the way. You may have to do some things you do not want to do. Do them anyway. Something better is coming, however you have to learn to truly get your ego out of the driver’s seat and let your divine spirit handle the details. You will note how fast things change from moment to moment, which can bring spontaneous surprises. However, you must learn to master the art of Learning to Let Go.

Be present without any agenda, one of the signs of being awake is self-honesty. You have got to be willing to look within and examine the stories that you are still believing, whether stories of self-doubt, guilt, resentment, judgment, arrogance or whatever. As you face them breathe into them and see through their unsubstantiality. After all, you can’t actually find a thought or belief anywhere and they start to drop away. Then it becomes easy to speak the truth because you’re no longer caught up in trying to defend or justify your ego, which is itself also just a storyline.

Listening is one of the most important keys to being present. Listen to others, listen to the sounds in your environment and especially listen to the sound of your own thoughts. Listen to the silence beyond thoughts, to the silence that you are. Listening in turn opens you to the experience of yourself as a living, feeling, vibrating, conscious human being.

Then letting go of the past happens naturally and we experience true emotional harmony.
