Many people are undergoing extreme internal and external chaos during the frequency shift and the resulting changes it imposes on one’s lifestyle. The forces of transformation are chaotic and confusing to an unprepared mind and body. For those that are called to awaken, the Ascension cycle imposes the dismantling of previous ego identities and their predisposition to create the condition of stressful and imbalanced lifestyles. When we are stagnant in our life, running a treadmill of repeated patterns, these patterns repeat over and over and that oppresses and suppresses our consciousness growth. This makes a human being feel truly unhappy and isolated from connection and meaning.

Being stagnant in our identity, routine and daily schedule, also suppresses our personal development. When we commit to use tools for personal development, we may learn how to regain our true humanity and find value in the principles of expanding and protecting life force. Expanding and protecting Life force is the energetic currency of the coming times, and too many of us have prostituted our life force for material things that have no value to the soul. This stagnation of the soul, promotes anti-life values and spiritual oppression. This oppression weighs even heavier on a burdened mind, and therefore a burdened body. A burdened body and cluttered mind becomes unhappy, soul disconnected, chaotic and then sick. Sickness of the Spirit-Soul stems from the Sickness of the mind.

When a mind is gripped in sickness from burdens that it does not release or let go, its many results are:

  • Obsessions
  • Ruminating
  • Panic Attacks/Fear
  • Delusions (thinking about hypothetical situations over and over)
  • Confusion
  • Pathologies, which erupt to cope with reality
  • Addictions and substance abuse

Like many challenges in life, letting go of negative emotions, negative thoughts and clearing your mind is much easier said than done. However with consistency, tools and practice, anyone can learn to clear their mind and let go of mental obsessions in a way that works for you personally. This takes some dedication and effort towards one’s desire to have peace in one’s life, no matter what the external circumstances.

Personal anger and blame is not productive for anyone that is unhappy with some person or circumstance in their life. To empower oneself, one must take full responsibility for their emotions, thought forms and their interactions with others. Without personal responsibility one’s life will descend into a spiral of pain and suffering, with excuses made for promoting negative behaviors. The person this hurts the most is the person generating the negative thoughts. No matter how much you are angered by someone else, that person is not nearly as impacted by your generated hate thought form as you are yourself. This is an action of self sabotage. Stopping the cycle is imperative by learning how to revalue oneself, revalue others and live a life where one can achieve a sense of inner peace and calm. From the inner calm, which can be generated from a clear and calm mind, one can be present in the moment to enjoy what life has to offer right now. As you open to be in the now moment, you open to a multitude of opportunities that would not be seen nor perceived with a cluttered and confused mind. The more confusion, the more chaos, the more internal pain one will experience in themselves. All of us can stop this destructive cycle in our lives now.

Be Here Now

This is called mindfulness in the Buddhist tradition, which is the understanding of training one’s mind to become fully present in the now moment. It is a type of meditation to immerse yourself, to be fully present in any activity that shows up in front of you. It involves slowing down and focusing on one thing, the thing that is present and in front of you now. If that thing is an activity, fully immerse yourself in that activity happening now.

Refocus

The best thing one can do to clear one’s mind when having trouble removing an obsession or rumination is to shift your focus. Bring a positive activity into your life to change your focus; through exercise, chi gong, reading a book, listening to music, playing with a child. Take a break from stress and worry by refocusing yourself to be fully present to another activity.

Breath Work

Retraining your nervous system and reprogramming your mind, is entirely possible through the application of breath work. If quieting your mind has become extremely difficult throughout the changing energetic terrain of the external ascension landscape, change your inner landscape by releasing your mind lock through this suggested breath work tool.

Meditation

Consistent meditation practice is helpful in training an undisciplined and cluttered mind. Meditation can be applied through many different techniques, and is helpful for facilitating forgiveness and letting go of negativity in many forms. In the early stages of developing meditation skill, sit, relax and learn to observe thoughts passing through without having attachment to them. Once you notice the “thought” pattern, let it go and bring your focus back to the now moment.

Try Emotionally Cathartic Writing

When one feels bursting at the seams from inner frustration, and the mind is anxious, it may be helpful to try to express all thoughts and feelings on paper. Writing them out may help one to be able to let them go and release them. Through journal writing or self-inquiry, one can delve deeper into the topic that is creating the mental anxiety. This way it allows for an examination of emotions and may allow inner epiphanies to become clearer, allowing for better emotional conflict resolution. When one is open to allow different alternatives to be received as potential resolutions, this allows the mind to shift out of its anxious pattern. Shifting out of these patterns is called cognitive restructuring, which resets brain synapse firing. Changing ones thoughts changes ones brain chemistry, allowing new creative resolutions to old problems, making shifting out of old patterns possible.

Unraveling old behaviors can be extremely humbling and give one the sense of the true immense force that exists within the emotional body. It is important to witness them and try not to be overwhelmed or consumed by them. Here is a little exercise to assist in regards to closure and acceptance on all past patterns or circumstances. It is extremely helpful to give voice to what may be unresolved conflicts in your mind, or that have been unexpressed and unacknowledged.

For each person or circumstance, here are the questions to ask yourself and write out completely:

  1. List all resentments
  2. List all regrets
  3. Write all unsaid or undelivered communications
  4. List anything you would have wanted to acknowledge to that person or in that circumstance but did not. When it feels complete, burn or shred the paper and Invocate out loud:

Energy vampires are all around us. Here are a few tools you can use to protect yourself!

The human body generates an electromagnetic field. When that field is easily disrupted, it can manifest in many ways including being ‘sensitive’ to people and environments. You might recognize the feelings of being a sensitive soul. Being around a certain someone puts you in a bad mood. Having to go into a crowded party overwhelms you. When someone isn’t happy with you, you feel as if you’re being physically attacked.

Being energetically sensitive means that you’re picking up on and absorbing negative energy from those around you. You’re not just moody! Great news, right?

Having a strong and balanced energy system is the best way I’ve learned to stay protected from energy vampires. Do this daily and you’ll have a little routine that will help strengthen your system so you can be anywhere, at any time, and feel calm and confident.

3 Simple Rules For Protecting Yourself From Energy Vampires

Rule #1: Balance

Make sure your energy system is strong and balanced. There are many ways to do this but one of my favorites is the “thymus thump.” Thumping a gland in the center of your chest, called the thymus gland, gives you an immune system boost and is also effective for calming fear and balancing your entire system quickly. Simply use your fist and “thump” like Tarzan for about 30 seconds and some big deep breaths.

Rule #2: Ground

Ground your energy. The more grounded, or connected to the earth’s energies you are, the less shaken you’ll be by your environment. A great way to “ground” is by literally pulling your energy down through your feet.

Place your hands at the sides of your waist. With your thumb in the front and fingers toward the back, slide your hands slowly and firmly down your legs. When you get to your feet, squeeze at the sides of your feet. Doing this on grass, dirt, or sand makes it even more powerful.

Rule #3: Protect

By tracing your central meridian, an energy pathway running up the front of your body, also highly attuned to thoughts and emotions, you are able to strengthen it.

Place your hands at the bottom end of the central meridian, which is at your pubic bone. Inhale deeply as you simultaneously pull your hands straight up the center of your body, to your lower lip. Repeat three times. With the electromagnetic force of your hands, you are literally moving the energy in the meridian in the direction of its strength and in turn, the meridian is strengthening you. While doing this exercise, you can also add an affirmation such as “I am safe and protected”.

Breathe! Breathing allows energy movement in your body. If you hold your breath in crowds or around difficult people, you are actually preventing any negative energy from movinʼ right through you.

Cross your arms/legs when feeling energetically vulnerable. This actually protects your aura and creates an energetic shield. Negative energy being directed at you will tend to bounce off of you and return to the sender.

Pick your location wisely. Stand by a window or door in crowds and avoid sitting at the front of a class or room where people direct their energy toward you.

Black tourmaline, a crystal that can be purchased for just a couple of dollars, is an excellent negative energy absorber. Put it in your pocket, purse, or just keep it close by when feeling vulnerable.

Now you have lots of minute-or-less tools to keep you balanced, grounded, and protected. Just don’t forget, they only work if you use them.

CONSCIOUS REMINDER: “3 Ways To Cleanse Your Crown Chakra”

The well-known Crown Chakra, which sits at the top of our heads, is also called ‘Thousand Petal Lotus’ or Sahasrara, and it represents the most potent center of energy in our bodies. Also, it is our personal connecting or the life live to the Source energy.

So, when we have our Crown Chakra healthy and open, it will help us feel connected with something that is better and greater than ourselves, and it will also allow us to be guided by our Divine realms.

In fact, for the Chakra to be in alignment, the rest of the Chakras have to be full and healthy too. It seems that the other Charkas fuel the potential and energy of our Crown Chakra.

3 Ways Of Clearing Our Crown Chakra And Making It Healthy Once Again

 

First of all, we should work on our lower Chakras.

The Crown Chakra is one of the seven Chakras in our body. In order to be balanced and healthy, the rest of the Chakras also have to be balanced and healthy. We can do the following exercise for this purpose:

Over each of the Chakras, we should move our hand in the opposite direction of the hands of the clock than in the same direction, starting with our Root Chakra, working out the way to our Crown Chakra.

We should imagine how it cleanses away everything which blocks the chakra to use the counter clock movement. When we feel that energies are cleansed, we should shake off the hand and do some clockwise circles around the Chakra. With this, we will protect the Chakra.

We have to be guided by our intuition about the time we have to spend on every Chakra.

Creating a quartz grid.

For this, we need to have four pieces of clear quartz. Also, for some additional benefits, it is preferred to keep them out in the sunlight for 10 minutes prior to performing this.

We have to lay down, place one crystal on the top of our head right on the floor. Two of them should be placed next to our ears, while the fourth should be at the bottom of our feet.

First, we have to close the eyes and breathe deeply for ten times. We should imagine how the crystals form some energy and even how they cleanse everything unneeded away.

On the next inhale we take, we should imagine the energy pouring from the head to the feet. On the next exhale we make, we should imagine how the crystal which is near our feet collects negative energies. This should be repeated for about ten times.

Getting sunshine.

We can awaken and invigorate our Crown Chakra through the Sun’s energy. This means that spending some time outside under the Sun’s rays may be fast and also an easy way which can help us open our Crown Chakra.

Moreover, another excellent way we can utilize the energy of the Sun to clear the Chakra is if we consume foods which were placed out in sunlight. We can also work or wear crystals which were outside under the sunlight.

So, when we finally have our Crown Chakra balanced and healthy, we are going to feel excellent, being on the same line with our highest calling, or even connected to everything and with the Universe.

JAIMIE KULIKOWSKI: “Is Our Search For Power Driven By 3D Ego Or 5D Soul?”

The answer is… both.

The third law of physics is for every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction. When energies are different and the same simultaneously, they can oftentimes look and feel very similar. The ego and soul are equal and exact opposites. Both energies are equal in that they are yin (feminine source) and yang (masculine spirit). Where their opposition comes in is in the way they treat each other. In ego, masculine and feminine are at war. Spirit is out in front, dominating and controlling to the point that source gets frozen. In soul, masculine and feminine are at peace. Source is out in front, open and receptive while spirit is responsive with conscious action. When it comes to the human experience, it can be hard to discern if we are being driven by our warring ego or our peaceful soul. It depends on which of our dimensions is out in front.

I was recently talking about the healing modality I practice with a young man and he asked, “Why do people want power?” I immediately started talking about our ego and how our world is being dominated by ego’s hunger for power. Then he explained how he was drawn to power. He said, “There was just a stirring inside of me that knew.” My reply to that was, “Oh, well in that case, you were led by your soul.”

Our 4th dimension of feminine source is the stirring within us that just knows our life’s path and is certain we are going to be alright as we travel on it. When we allow ourselves to be guided by our inner knowing, we are being led by soul because source is in front of spirit. Masculine spirit is the stirring around us that just knows we have been here before and have suffered. Masculine’s energy essence is protection. When we allow ourselves to be guided by our external knowing, we are being led by ego because spirit is in front of source. Our ancestral spirit guides have their shields up at this point in space and time because they have been not only hurt, but killed, by war too many times.

When at war, we see power through the lens of a starving person who is fighting for survival. There is not enough power to go around. We have to get it by dominating, controlling, and winning. Power is achieved through force in the warring ego. When at peace, we see power through the lens of a full person who is looking for truth. There is more than enough power to go around. We find it by connecting, releasing, and sharing. Power is created through surrender in the peaceful soul.

Therefore, in ego, we are power hungry and our wounded masculine spirit guides are out in front. The need to control and win prevails. In soul, we are power seeking and our rejuvenating feminine source guide is out in front. The need for connection and relationship prevails.

The process of awakening is one of getting in touch with and integrating these equal and opposite dimensions that are within and around our human energy bodies. At this point in space and time, everyone has an ego and everyone has a soul. There is no shame in being driven to power by 3D ego. The human experience has been trapped in it for about 59,000 years. There is also no reverence in being driven to power by soul. The soul is not an energy we look up to as it is within and all around. Integration takes time. What we are being called to do in the beginning of this New Earth era is to start recognizing which dimension is out in front in our search for power. Are we being controlled by wounded spirits or led by wise source? The opportunity we have each time we discover we are being controlled by wounded spirits is to figure out the cause of and story around the wounds in order to bring them into consciousness and let them out.

There are numerous methods available for healing chakras. Whereas some of them work, some of them will not work, and the reason for that will be because each of the chakras is connected with a distinct frequency realm.

The six chakras in our body are ordered in the form of a pyramid. So, the first one is the lowest, and it is actually the heavy and wide base of that pyramid, while the highest chakra, the sixth one, is a representation of the top of that pyramid. The sixth chakra is airy, light, as well as easily mutable, and the first one is heavy, dense, and challenging to make changes on. MATTHEW JOHN: “25 Ways To Get Grounded!”

As the energies streaming into our planet from the Sun and the Great Central Sun continue to intensify at a staggering rate, the importance of GROUNDING becomes more and more crucial. For those suffering from a seemingly endless stream of Ascension symptoms, grounding is an absolutely necessary practice to help your physical body and to increase your quality of life. Here are 25 easy ways to ground:

1. Spend time barefoot on the ground

This is by far the simplest AND most effective method. When your bare feet (or hands or any part of your body. are physically touching the Earth, you are directly electrically and vibrationally connected to the Earth and the Schumann Resonance that She continually vibrates. If you work from home or spend a lot of time on your laptop, set up your laptop outside on nice days and do your work with your bare feet touching the bare ground. You may or may not notice the effects, but in the long run it will make a big difference.

2. Stay hydrated

Water comes from the Earth!! Adding a pinch pink Himalayan salt to your water is a great way to stay hydrated and give your body essential minerals.

3. Eat grounding foods

Meat and root vegetables are grounding. As are red fruits. But do yourself a favor and purchase organic, grass-fed meat and wild fish if you can afford it. Lean meats like bison, duck, deer and lamb are more likely to be grass-fed. Grass-fed beef if it is from a reliable source. Wild fish, especially wild salmon! Root vegetables: sweet potatoes, yucca, daikon, carrots, turnips, beets. Red fruits: watermelon, strawberries. Be sure to incorporate some red into your diet each day!

4. Sunlight!

Most Americans and Canadians are Vitamin D-deficient, especially those living in Northern climates. I recommend getting at least 20 minutes of direct sunlight exposure 3-5x per week to maintain healthy Vitamin D levels and also to ground and re-charge. Direct sunlight naturally recharges your chakras and detoxes your entire physical and energy body. Expose as much of your skin as possible to the sun–yes, if you live out in the country and have no neighbors, bare it all!!! If you live in the South or West where it is very hot, you certainly need to get your sunlight before 10 a.m. or after 5 p.m. in the summertime. In the wintertime middle of the day is best as that way you will be getting both UV-A and UV-B rays! If you live in the North, in the middle of the day is the best year round if it’s not too hot!!

5. Hugging trees

Trees love to be hugged and I love hugging trees!!! The trees are our friends and want to connect with us!!! It is extremely grounding to hug trees. Wrap your arms around a tree for 30 seconds with your bare feet on the ground and you will feel different afterward!

6. Breathing

Perhaps the simplest but most important. If you have a hectic schedule, please do yourself a favor and practice taking ‘breathing breaks’, where several times a day you stop whatever you’re doing to just focus on your breath for 30 seconds. Put your hand over your abdomen and just breathe in and out slowly. All meditative practices which focus on the breath are very grounding.

7. Creating a grounding cord

Visualize a cord of light about 6 inches in diamater starting at your root chakra for men or your sacral chakra for women, and running alllllll the way down and connecting with the center of the Earth (you can visualize the center of the Earth as either a great sun or a solid crystal core.. Focus on this grounding cord for a minute or so, and then declare that it shall remain in place until the next time you meditate upon it again. Make it a practice to put your grounding cord in place every morning after you rise and every night before you go to sleep. You can make your grounding cord literally any color. Experiment with which colors make you feel best. You’ll find that some days, you feel drawn to go with one color, and other days a different color. Go with that!!!

8. Focusing on your feet

Focusing on your feet while you walk or sit opens up your main foot chakras and is grounding. You can practice ‘becoming’ your feet–moving your consciousness down into your feet. I find this a great practice to do while walking in nature.

9. Nature

Spending time in nature is one of the fastest and most effective ways to ground. Allow Mother Nature to absorb any negative energy you’ve accumulated in your energy field. Allow the negative ions of the Earth to detoxify your physical body. Spending an hour in nature 3-5x a week will make dramatic differences in your health and well-being!!!

10. Salt baths

Taking a 20-minute soak in warm water with 2 cups or more of Epsom salt, pure sea salt, Himalayan pink salt, or rock salt is a terrific way to ground. Also, bathing in salt water cleanses your energy field of negative energy and attachments.

11. Showers

Running water contains negative ions, which is grounding and detoxifying. Taking a shower morning and night is not only hygienic, but grounding!!

12. Playing with animals and children

Playing with your pets and your children is very grounding. They are much closer to the ground than us adults!!!

13. Yoga, tai chi, and qi gong

These ancient practices bring you into alignment with the breath and the present moment. They are very grounding.

14. Conversing with others

Having conversations with others in-person is grounding because it brings us into the present moment. The sharing of laughter and love is grounding and healing.

15. Exercise and playing sports

Physical exercise is grounding, as it brings you in touch with your body and the present moment. Playing sports for fun is great as the Joy of playing and being present which others is very grounding.

16. Grounding crystals

Carrying and/or wearing grounding crystals is a great idea to help you with grounding. All black crystals such as hematite, black obsidian, black kyanite and jet are not only grounding but also protect your aura.

17. Grounding shoes

There are several websites out there which are selling handmade earthing sandals and shoes. Leather is conductive to the natural energies of the earth, while rubber is not.

18. Grounding mats and sheets

I have not tried these yet but you can purchase grounding sheets and mats online, or you can make your own (there are YouTube videos showing how to do it and it’s pretty simple).

19. Drumming and playing instruments

Making music is grounding, as it brings you into the present moment of the music you are co-creating. Making music with others is even better!

20. Being creative

What do you love to do that lets those creative juices in you flow? Writing? Drawing? Painting? Singing? Practicing that creative passion brings you into Alignment with the Present moment and Joy and is very grounding!!

21. Grounding tones

You can search on YouTube for the Schumann’s resonance. There are several videos which have the Schumann resonance in binaural beats or tones. My favorite one is a video by Sapien Med, which you can find here.

22. Singing

Singing joyfully not only grounds you into the present moment, it clears out your throat chakra and balances your thyroid!!

23. Practicing presence

When you are present, you are grounded. You can make any activity grounding if you can focus on the activity itself, and slow down. A great way to practice this is every time you eat. To slow down, and focus on chewing the food. Not only is this grounding, but it drastically enhances your digestive processes and allows drastically more vitamins and nutrients to be absorbed by your body!!!

24. Running energy downward

Visualize energy running down from above your head, through your crown, down your spine, and into the Earth, either through your feet or your grounding cord. You can do this while you are sitting, lying down, or even walking. You can look up the “Pushing Down Exercise” by Dr. L Wilson or click here to read more about the benefits of running energy down. His instructions are to run energy from your head down to your feet for 30 minutes or more per day, but I believe that any adaptation of this exercise is extremely beneficial, such as running energy from above your crown, through the crown and down through your grounding cord into the Earth. The key here is to run energy down. The benefits of doing this are extraordinary, as you will see if you read Dr. Wilson’s article. Benefits include detoxifying the organs, improved energy, and releasing etheric attachments.

25. Having a grounded person help you out

If you are lucky enough to be around someone who is energetically grounded, centered, and balanced, have them put their hand on your lower back for a little while and you will feel more grounded!

I am a bigger picture person. I have studied the light and the dark sides on this reality and of myself intensively, and I have found that there is one thing that will make my doorway or exit from this reality appear. This thing that I speak of has been forgotten by many playing the game of the intense polarities.

The main focus of my website, How To Exit The Matrix, is to share my personal experience and other’s insights on the true nature of our reality and who we really are. In summary, it is my observation that the reality that we see, taste, touch, feel, and see is a holographic matrix created in order to experience a third dimensional physical reality.

Within this reality that we are experiencing is an extreme polarity of dark and light. The reason for the extreme polarity is that Earth is shifting out of this vibrational frequency into a higher vibrational frequency, and in order for humanity to follow suit, they need to “wake up”. Waking up involves questioning everything in your reality and awareness. Extreme circumstances push people toward change and out of stagnation.

Who are you and why are you here?

Waking up also involves knowing who you are and how you got here. It is very similar to waking from a dream. When you know who you are and when you realize that you are not your body and that you never die, a freedom washes over you that allows you to have an inner peace while our reality collapses. This brings us closer to the understanding and remembrance of what we need to do to find the doorway out. You are here on Earth at this time so that you can wake up and exit the matrix that you have been a part of for eons of “time”, as Earth serves as a portal out of the third dimension and extreme polarity. You had to come here first in order to return home. There are even some some souls that left their peaceful worlds to come here to help those that have been stuck a very long time find the door when it is available.

The key to exiting the matrix

Occasionally I have served the darkness in the past (mostly from ignorance or trickery) and I have also served the light in many more lifetimes. I have been the extreme pendulum, swinging back and forth in order to rectify karma and to expand my soul’s experience. The one thing that I am striving for in this lifetime that will allow me to exit this reality is BALANCE.

True balance is achieved when you can see all viewpoints from a higher perspective. You understand the dark’s necessity for energy vampirism and you also understand the light’s need to serve, protect, and fight for freedom. You realize that even the light team can easily become unbalanced, and being an extreme “lightworker” simply attracts the dark like moths to a flame because that is how balance works. For every action there is an equal and opposite reaction.

When you realize that ultimately you are only fighting yourself and that by being extreme in anything you are going to attract the opposite polarity, then you can step back and try to figure out how you can stop that fight. It doesn’t mean that you lie down and let the dark take over. It also doesn’t mean that you stand in the power of light with a sword to ultimately win the battle for earth and humanity. It means that you pull the dark and light aspects within you, accepting that you played this game to experience everything it had to offer.

Zero point

Balance brings forth the zero point energy that opens the portal for exiting this reality. Some call it ascension and some call it incension. This portal exists within you and is activated through connecting the heart with the endocrine system. Earth is also receiving frequencies aligned with activating or re-arranging our latent DNA. Only you can activate your portal by accepting and flowing with these frequencies. Once it is activated, you can never be influenced by extreme polarity again and you begin to attract a new reality which is harmonized and balanced. You simply move toward a frequency that resonates with your own frequency.

When you begin unlocking the portal, you begin to become the observer of what is unfolding in this reality. You are “in this reality but not of it”. You notice that you are the creator of your reality based on contracts and agreements made before incarnating, but you also see how you can change your reality by making conscious decisions in the now moment that change the past as well as the future. Zero point is the removal of the veil of forgetfulness and the alignment of the wheels of time so that you may see the exit and move toward it.

You are an aspect of Source

Source created dark and light both. Source created the beings that took over the organic template of Earth and the organic template of the human body that allows experience of the organic Earth. If it was a forbidden thing to do, Earth’s consciousness would not have allowed it in the first place. If it was such a horrible thing, we would never had incarnated into it. We made ourselves a bet before we came here: would we awaken to who we are and realize that we are all of it? Would we learn how to stop the extremity within ourselves into a harmonious balance which sings a new vibration?

Masculine and feminine imbalance

Balance is also missing between the masculine and feminine. Ever since the androgynous human was split into a male and a female for reproductive purposes, there has been a battle for domination and control of the sexes. In Orion, the female queen rules, and on Earth the patriarchal has ruled while the feminine has been suppressed. We have to be careful when we bring the feminine back to Earth that it is not to rule or to dominate males. Currently there are a number of dominating, controlling female programs running that overcompensate for male domination. Since the outer reality is a reflection of within, balancing the male and female aspects of us individually will help to balance it in our reality. This means women can let go of the media programming of oversexuality, high heels, and starvation and men can learn to feel their emotions rather than playing the tough guy.

Chaos brings change and transcendence

As your life circumstances seem to morph and change now faster than ever, you realize that the waking life is just a dream or matrix that you wanted to experience. The real you is your oversoul that exists outside of the matrix. This realization brings calm and balance into your life and allows you to observe rather than react and interact with the battle. With this knowledge, you keep your energy for yourself rather than giving it away within the matrix. This energy will then propel you where you need to go when the doorway opens. Don’t get caught up in the distraction of “look over here”. Instead, focus on looking within and moving further away from the illusion.

As you continue to observe, your float higher and higher away from the battle into a place of peace and knowing that allows you to continue to reach a higher understanding of what has happened, what is currently happening (and why) and what your future holds. I feel that my future holds a place where extreme polarity no longer exists because it is no longer needed. It will have been a tool for propelling me out of the matrix as I merge with all that I am and all of the lifetimes that my oversoul has had. There is a whole new game waiting for us, and the zero point through balance is the stargate that will open the door to this new reality.

While it is important that we honor the divine feminine, we must not forget that the divine masculine is alive within each and every one of us as well.

The only way we can truly become awakened and spiritually mature beings is to integrate both sides of our nature as men and women — not simply one above the other.

Why Has the Divine Masculine Been Ignored?

How often have you seen the divine masculine discussed or revered (as opposed to the divine feminine)? Be honest: not much. Maybe a few people here and there have touched on the matter… but overall people aren’t paying that much attention to the topic.

Let’s face it. There’s not an overwhelmingly large number of positive role models out there of the divine masculine. In fact, to come across a truly mature and integrated male is rather like stumbling upon a rare delicacy or mythical unicorn.

Why is this the case?

The unfortunate reality is that up until this point in history, we have mostly been presented with the shadow side of the masculine. We have seen how bloodthirsty, arrogant, domineering, and destructive masculine energy can be. Therefore, most of us have lost our interest, and dare I say respect, for this fundamental aspect of existence.

The tragic truth is that most of the large-scale suffering in history has been instigated, inflicted, and/or carried out by men. And until this day “The Man” (a phrase that refers to governments/authorities) continues to inflict oppression and spread greed, prejudice, and corruption.

The crusades and witch hunts, two major world wars, genocides, tribal race wars, dictators, terrorist groups, fundamentalist religions/cults, and the mass rape and murder committed across the world… I could go on and on about the atrocities committed largely by men. It’s no wonder that many people have a bad taste in their mouth and the divine masculine is being ignored.

9 Ways to Awaken the Divine Masculine Within You

As I said previously, spiritual maturity is about nurturing, honoring, and balancing both sides of your nature. And ALL men, women, and non-binaries/trans, possess both the masculine and feminine aspect inside.

Ignoring, suppressing, demonizing, or treating one type of energy as “less than” another is immature and ultimately creates suffering. Don’t give fuel to your shadow self. Don’t perpetuate more division within this world. Learn how to awaken both types of energy within yourself in a healthy way. Here’s how:

1. Examine your wounds surrounding the Masculine

As a male or female (or non-binary), what has your experience been like with men? Have you had supportive male figures in your life (e.g. your father and/or brothers)? Have you experienced mostly abusive relationships/connections with men? Or have you experienced a little bit of both?

Examining your wounds will help you to examine any unconscious beliefs, biases, or prejudice you have towards men. These mental and emotional blockages are very revealing and will help you to develop and strengthen a healthy bond with your inner divine masculine. Write down your experiences and reflect on the themes that arise such as abandonment, friendship, alienation, love/hate, emotional connection/distance etc.

2. Take self-responsibility

Look after yourself. Own your actions. Take responsibility for your happiness. Don’t permit yourself to become a victim who needs to be “rescued.” To awaken the divine masculine, you need to be accountable for your thoughts, feelings, and choices. Don’t blame other people when things go wrong; this is pointless and a waste of energy. Respect yourself, be mature, and reclaim your warrior energy.

3. Contact your inner Father

We all possess many sides of our nature. Psychologist Carl Jung called the different faces of our psyches “archetypes.” The Father is a universal archetype that we all carry inside, regardless of whether we’re male or female. One powerful way of awakening your divine masculine is to contact this inner Father and develop a relationship with it. I recommend practices such as journalling, various forms of artistic expression such as painting, automatic writing, and even using tarot as a way of contacting your inner Father. Explore what he wants to share with you. Remember that your inner Father is kind and benevolent. In what ways can you father yourself better or be the father that you never really had?

4. Deconstruct your conditioning

What have you been conditioned to believe about “what it means to be a man”? We collectively and individually carry so much baggage when it comes to defining masculinity. Common forms of conditioning that many of us have received regarding men include, for example:

  • Men shouldn’t cry (because it makes you a “wimp/sissy”)
  • Men must be stoic and not express their emotions
  • Men must have a successful career
  • Men must be the head of the household
  • Men are primarily logical and left-brain oriented
  • Men have to be interested in sport
  • Men are the protectors of women and children
  • Men must “dominate” women physically, sexually, and career-wise
  • Men are expected to be aggressively self-confident
  • Men must look strong and have muscles

Can you think of any other forms of conditioning that I have left out?

Once you have discovered what your culture has taught you about men, you will be more capable of consciously redefining what masculinity means to you. This will allow you to develop a healthy relationship with your inner divine masculine. Ask yourself, “what does mature and balanced masculinity look like to me?”

5. Find a masculine teacher/guide/figure you admire

Thankfully there are some wonderful examples of embodied divine masculine energy out there. These men may be among your inner circle of friends or family members (and if so, feel blessed!). If you don’t know anyone who reflects the divine masculine in your life, don’t worry. You aren’t short of options out there!

There are many teachers alive today who embody the divine masculine. There are also deceased teachers from the past who express masculine energy in a mature way. Don’t be afraid to use fictional heroes or mythical gods as your guides either. Just ensure that you don’t idealize or worship these figures — simply admire, respect, and learn from them. Ultimately, what is important is that you learn from these role models and embody + express your own inner divine masculine.

6. Connect with your inner Warrior

The inner Warrior is another face or expression of the divine masculine. But please don’t mistake what I’m saying for the way warriors are portrayed in modern times. Your inner Warrior isn’t interested in dominating, killing others, or “fighting for peace.” Your inner Warrior supports and protects you. He takes no bullshit. He will defend your rights peacefully but assertively. He will cut through the lies and see with clarity. He values truth, courage, and inner strength.

When you bring more of the Warrior energy into your life, you are awakening the divine masculine. You are reconnecting to the Wholeness deep within yourself. To build a strong connection with this energy, you might like to explore the look and feel of your inner Warrior. What is his personality like? What does he enjoy doing? When does he already appear in your life? And in what areas could you benefit more from his presence? Examples of ways to connect with your inner Warrior include practicing martial arts, boxing, vigorous exercise, guided visualizations, becoming an activist, yang yoga, artistic self-expression… and the list goes on.

7. Be assertive and stick up for yourself

Being assertive isn’t about being angry or confrontational, nor is it about throwing yourself in another person’s face. To be assertive is to respect yourself and your needs. If you’re a quiet person or introvert, it’s likely that you struggle with assertiveness (I’ve explored how to overcome that passivity in my book Quiet Strength).

One of the best ways to start with being assertive is to define your needs. What need is not being met? How do you feel when your boundaries are being overstepped? Assertiveness requires courage, so it is important to take little steps. Above all, always remember that your needs and opinions are just as valid as anyone else’s.

8. Stand in a confident way

Our body language has a powerful impact on how we feel (and vice versa). Try this experiment for a moment: let your shoulders drop forward, hunch over, and cross your arms so you’re in a “C” shape. How do you feel? Now straighten your back and shoulders and let your chest be exposed so you’re in an “l” shape. How do you feel?

Although it might be uncomfortable and foreign at first, improving your posture will help to send the unconscious signal that you are confident, calm, and secure in yourself. This is an amazingly simple way to get in touch with your divine masculine side.

9. Stop being passive, start being active

Be the instigator, initiator, and giver within your relationships (and life in general). Take the initiative to go out of your way to set goals, make plans, and work towards what you dream about. Don’t let passivity make you apathetic and lazy. Feed your inner fire and do something with it.

If you have been feeling the collective energies it could be described as somewhat chaotic and a sense of moving backwards in time as the mind looks to rationalise the emotions coming out to play by hashing up old events, stories and timelines.

As we are moving into a very important part of 2018, to keep on track with what the heart is communicating on more subtle levels through the body, intuition and allowing things to sit and wait out a little more before acting upon.

The most effective way to clear through any old stuck energy right now is movement, get outside and play in the sunshine, dance around in your living room listening to your favourite music, shaking, jiggling, anything to get the body moving through the cellular memories of old beliefs.

It’s a conditioning with the mind/body and spirit to balance out so the cells can restore through the cleansing of carbon density, move into a more fluid way of creation, and resonate with more light.  This comes from attuned vibration through activating your energies in a way that is taking away from the mind and rational thoughts to stepping into what FEELS good in the NOW.  This new moon is will be feeling good with movement, play, jumping!

Talking is done, there is no more need to keep going over the “minds” “rational” version of events right now, it is quicker to call the body to the party to let go and surrender through being free in the moment to express how it needs to.

This will be a powerful time leading up to the summer solstice energies on the 21st June 2018 and the new moon movement energies are able to hold the frequency to the newness of what wants to manifest into the second half of 2018.

The movement will create a balance energetically as the body is feeling safe through self-expression and joy to release stuck beliefs.

This is a time of newness as our bodies are shifting and are needed to be loved unconditionally through the process, the old loops and cycles of past events cannot settle when there is a continued flow of energy throughout so keep moving and shaking and this yang will hold us safe through the shifts.

Set the intentions and allow it to feel good in the body, in the energy centers, in the heart, call in for support from the collective, and continue to play through each emotion by understanding then moving and activating the voice.

Don’t be afraid of self-expression through movement and play it will be an integral part to ascension and stepping into more fluid dimensional experiences and stuck energy cannot shift when the focus is on stuck energy is needs fluidity and light to flush through.  Much like the body detoxes so too the energetic systems need a clearing and moving, shaking and the voice will support and expand this process.

Shake, shake, shake, dance, jiggle, wiggle, scream, shout, let it ALL out, these old paradigm emotions have no space to reside within the cells of joy and love so allow a joyful new practice to come into motion this coming week and you will feel more abundantly supported, clear less stuck and spacious within the cells.
