MATEO SOL: “7 Gut Instincts You Should NEVER Ignore”

In order to fulfill your spiritual purpose in this life, you’ve got to walk the path less traveled.

And to walk the path less traveled, you have to embrace your inner wolf.

It is your inner wolf that will guard, guide, and protect you with courage, integrity, and intelligence.

But here’s the thing: in order to embrace your inner wolf, you’ve got to listen to your gut instinct.

The problem is that our gut instincts are often polluted by fears, prejudice, and mental clutter.

In this article, I want to share with you the seven gut instincts you should never ignore. You’ll also learn how to differentiate the voice of fear from the voice of primal wisdom.

What is the Gut Instinct?

Your gut instinct is the physical reaction you have to the world around and inside of you.

When you experience an overwhelming “gut feeling,” your body is carrying out a primal response to subconscious information. The ultimate purpose of your gut instinct is to protect you. As your gut instinct is the most ancient and primal “sixth sense” you have, it is the one you can rely upon the most.

One example of your gut instinct in action would be deciding to spontaneously avoid walking down a road at night because something “feels off.” That feeling is your gut instinct warning you that danger is afoot. You may then glimpse an intimidating gang of men down the street as you hurry by — your gut instinct has just saved you from potentially being robbed, beaten up, raped, or worse.

How Does Gut Instinct Work? (and Why You’re an Animal)

Put simply, your body is like the television screen on which your subconscious (the radio waves) transmits its information. When you can learn to read your body, you can learn to accurately tune in to your gut instinct.

We human beings like to believe ourselves to be separate from animals. Yes, we might be more sophisticated. But at our core, we are still animals — human animals. Our primal impulses and evolutionary origins don’t just disappear because we sit and read the newspaper each morning or wipe our asses with lavender-scented toilet paper.

As noted by anthropologist Clifford Geertz:

… man is an animal suspended in webs of significance he himself has spun.

Rather than get hoity-toity about the fact that we’re only really advanced animals, why not embrace it? By honoring the wisdom of the subconscious mind and its impact on the body to produce ‘gut instinct’ we can save ourselves from a lot of suffering. (This has been proven by the way.)

What’s the Difference Between Gut Instinct and Intuition?

Gut instinct and intuition are often used synonymously. And, yes, they are interconnected. But they aren’t quite the same.

So what’s the difference?

Put simply, gut instinct is your primal wisdom. Intuition is your spiritual wisdom. We need both if we are to walk our spiritual paths with courage and intelligence.

Intuition is very cerebral — it is a calm and clear sense of “knowing.” On the other hand, gut instinct is very visceral and physical — you feel it in your body.

Intuition can be expressed through the body, and the gut instinct can be expressed through intuitive knowing. But generally, both are clearly discernable and strikingly different in their experience.

Also, gut instinct is much more emotional and reactive (as it is wired in the primal brain), whereas intuition is more neutral and calm.

Examples of Gut Instinct

Some call it a “hunch,” others an “inkling,” but in this article, we’ll refer to it as the gut instinct. Here are some examples that are taken from the animal kingdom and human (animal) behavior of gut instinct:

  • A herd of zebra sense danger while grazing. They cannot see the lions lurking in the surrounding savannah, but something is distinctly “off.” One zebra whinnies and the herd begins galloping away vigorously.
  • A herd of elephants meander through the deserts in search of water. Instinctively they know what direction to move in to find their sustenance.
  • A cat sits on the edge of a three-story house and wants to find a way down. She slinks over to the edge and stares at the ground apparently about to jump — but then changes her mind. She climbs down to the first story roof and then makes the jump, apparently aware on an instinctual level that jumping from any higher distance would injure her.
  • A person approaches you at a bar wanting to flirt with you. You start reciprocating, but something feels wrong. You sense a predatory quality about this person. You don’t trust them. You excuse yourself and leave.
  • Two hikers get lost on a trail within the mountains. Without a compass or any way to determine a direction back to camp, they sit silently and tune into the surrounding trees. Suddenly one of them points to the west, “I have a feeling that is the way back!” An hour later they have made it back to home base.
  • You’re driving down a highway at night. Suddenly, the impulse overtakes you to change lanes immediately. You obey the impulse, and a couple of seconds later miss a large spike of glass that could have punctured your tire and rendered you stranded on the side of the road.
  • A young woman is sitting in class at college. Out of the blue, she feels the strange impulse to return home. She ditches the class and catches a taxi, a pit of dread looming in her stomach. When she arrives home, she finds her mother on the floor having a heart attack. If she had ignored her gut instinct, her mother would have most likely died alone.
  • A man has two job offers. One of them pays less, and the other pays more. Logically he would choose the job that pays more, but he can’t shake the knot of dread that forms in his stomach every time he considers accepting the higher paying offer. He decides to choose the job that pays less. Two months later, he is relieved that he chose the right offer as the higher paying company went out of business due to a high profile lawsuit.

I hope you now have a good idea of how the gut instinct operates!

Signs You’ve Experienced a Gut Instinct

Pay attention to these signs:

  • A sudden feeling of dread or fear (that is out of context)
  • A strong urge to do something (feels like an inner nudge or pull)
  • Full-body chills, goosebumps or “tingles” up the spine
  • Nausea or physical uneasiness
  • Sudden hypervigilance (or being on “high alert”)
  • A clear and firm voice within you instructing you to do/not do something

You might experience all of these signs at once or only one or two of them.

Is it Fear? Or is it Your Gut Instinct?

Don’t get them confused!

But also, don’t worry if you have already. Chances are you were never taught about the difference between superficial mental fears and true gut instinct.

The mind can easily fool us, particularly when it comes to gut instinct. After all, we feel our emotions within our body. When you’re scared, you most likely get clammy hands, butterflies, and an increase in heart rate, right?

In a similar fashion, when we experience a gut instinct, we also receive physical sensations.

So how on earth can we distinguish between the two?

My response is to pay attention to your mind. What is the quality of your thoughts? Is your mind racing, frantic, or chaotic? If so, you are experiencing fear.

On the other hand, if your mind is relatively neutral, but your body is experiencing strong reactions (like a sense of impending doom for instance), you are experiencing a gut instinct.

In other words, when you need to distinguish between the voice of fear and your gut instincts, always turn your attention to your mind.

Why?

Gut instincts are spontaneous — they arise out of the blue. They don’t have time to build-up in the brain, therefore, the brain is relatively still and neutral. There is no “hmm, should I? Shouldn’t I?” going on. There is just an immediate DO THIS/DON’T DO THIS.

Fears, on the other hand, build-up. They are typically more vague, nagging, unclear, and tumultuous. If your mind is spinning, if your thoughts are everywhere, you are experiencing fear, not gut instinct.

7 Gut Instincts You Should NEVER Ignore

Obviously, you must be the judge. But there are some situations in life where your gut instincts shine the most.

While it’s easy to brush off most nagging sensations, please never ignore the following ones:

1. “I’m in danger”

Remember that your gut instincts reflect what your subconscious mind already knows. Although you may not be able to pinpoint what exactly the danger is, please listen to this inner warning. It could be the difference between life and death.

2. “They’re in danger”

Yes, you might sound like a lunatic. Yes, you might feel embarrassed or perplexed. But if you genuinely feel that someone is in danger, tell them. You have nothing to lose. You might just prevent the person from making a big mistake or endangering themselves.

3. “This isn’t the right choice”

If you get a strong and clear feeling that what you’re doing isn’t right, pay attention. Even if there is no moral or logical reason why you should be feeling that way, take heed.

4. “I need help”

Your gut instinct doesn’t only warn you of danger, it also helps to preserve your emotional wellbeing. If you receive a strong sensation that you need help (whether physically, emotionally, mentally or spiritually), seek it out. Don’t linger.

5. “I need to help them”

At some point in our lives, the overwhelming desire to help someone will arise. There may not be any rational reason why. The other person may appear to be perfectly fine on the surface. But don’t let appearances deceive you. Have a conversation with the person. Ask them how they are. This might make you feel vulnerable or uncomfortable, but you will at the very least make the person feel special, and at the most potentially save their lives.

6. “Something feels off in my body”

Unless you’re a hypochondriac (which is unlikely), your gut instincts rarely lie about the state of your health. If a sudden strong and clear desire arises to see a medical professional, do it. Get a full health assessment, and even if nothing comes up, feel proud of yourself for practicing self-care.

7. “This is it!”

Often when the perfect life calling, spiritual path, job, house, decision, option, etc. comes along, your gut instinct will immediately notify you. If you receive a strong and clear feeling that practically screams “YES” don’t ignore it! This is one of the most important reasons why it’s essential to listen to your gut instinct. It could be the difference between making a life-fulfilling choice and a soul-starving decision.

Trust Your Gut

So long as you’re able to distinguish between the voice of fear and the spontaneous feelings of your gut instinct, it is safe to trust your gut.

Trusting your instincts is an invaluable life skill and one that will tremendously benefit you on the spiritual path. After all, this instinct is built into our very DNA, so why not make the most use out of it?

As a final recommendation, I suggest practicing mindfulness meditation if you struggle to trust your gut. Mindfulness meditation will help you to become aware of your thoughts and body sensations. The more awareness you can develop, the easier it will be to make the distinction — it will become second-nature to you.

P. C. RALL: “We Are All Born Psychic — Steps to Reconnect to Source”

For a long time now the thought has been that you have to be special or gifted in order to be psychic, but nothing could be further from the truth.

In fact, I often tell clients that we are all born psychic and that the only difference is that we either allow or block our access to Source as conduits.

To this answer I often get the question: “How do we allow ourselves to flow with Source?”

Here are five easy steps to embrace your gifts as a psychic:

1. Allow yourself to become aware that you are a part of Source by verbally repeating: “Source and I are One, We are One with All”.

2. Repeat to yourself: “I am gifted beyond my physical senses and allow my spiritual senses to open up and guide me and others”.

3. At least once a day walk barefoot on the Earth and say: “The planet and I are connected to my purpose”.

4. Sit or stand as you consciously become still to center and ground before asking for guidance to flow to you and through you from Source for self or others.

5. When you get a psychic impression mentally ask: “What does this mean?”, then journal your first impressions that come to you from any of the activated higher senses by trust.

In the beginning, the 5 Steps will seem difficult at first, but with a bit of practice and trust — without force — you will get the answers that you seek as psychic conduit of Source.

Remember to always approach this with Love and for the better good of all seeking guidance.

The more you allow, the clearer the flow will be.

TOM MONTALK: “Five Critical Human Weaknesses”

Why does history keep repeating itself? Why can’t mankind get its act together and put an end to physical, financial, and spiritual slavery? Maybe it’s because every attempted solution has failed to address some very fundamental human weaknesses. Until these critical flaws are overcome, change will remain superficial as the old problems keep resurfacing.

The first weakness is that our perception is limited to only the five physical senses.

In being unable to see anything beyond the material universe, we are lured into emulating its ways, into acting like animals or machines even though at the core we are spirit.

It also blinds us from seeing our occult enemies and the nonphysical control structures and energies that they employ. Like an iceberg, most of the Matrix Control System is hidden from view. For that reason, humans are like puppets being pulled by invisible strings.

Sooner or later, mankind must develop clairvoyant powers. Through proper esoteric training, it will become possible to perform miraculous healing, remote viewing, psychic self-defense, perception and removal of etheric parasites, precognition, telekinesis, probability influencing, telepathy, and quick detection of agent saboteurs. Imagine how significantly this would level the playing field. If we could see beyond the flesh, it would be game over for those psychopaths driven by alien and demonic forces.

But for now, mainstream institutions don’t even believe in extrasensory perception, let alone try to develop it. You never hear it mentioned by social or political movements either, which goes to show just how deeply our society has been had by the Control System.

Our second weakness stems from science staying firmly in the realm of physical matter, physical energy, 3D space, and linear time.

This holds back the necessary revolutions in technology that would overcome scarcity and environmental destruction. Our primitive technology also makes Earth physically defenseless against alien forces, giving them the strategic upper hand.

Therefore we must move toward a higher type of science that makes use of energies and principles still unexplored by the orthodox. Examples include scalar physics and demiurgic technology, which employ zero point energy, longitudinal electromagnetic waves, force-free gauge potentials, and etheric energy to accomplish the seemingly impossible. They would allow for free energy, antigravity, invisibility, and time travel. Without such technology, the human race will continue being preoccupied with physical survival, competition over dwindling resources, and dependence on the few who control these resources.

Our third weakness is ego, the mental parasite that keeps us emotionally invested in the Matrix.

It is a foreign installation, grafted upon the soul through genetic imprinting and social conditioning. Ego functions as a mortal personality worn by spirit in order to operate smoothly within the Matrix, though at the risk of getting lost within it. When Spirit, the core of our being, over-identifies with Ego, it takes on its weaknesses and forgets its own purpose. The rider then becomes the horse and can be easily lead by the reigns. So long as the Ego rules our choices, we will always be acting in ways that reinforce the Matrix.

We must overcome the tyranny of the Ego and establish a personal connection with Spirit, with the higher Self. This can be done by recognizing what stems from the Ego, what stems from the higher Self, and through discipline and introspection always following the higher. Through consistent identification with the higher, it grows in influence over the lower. It becomes more firmly anchored within us until igniting like a star into full manifestation. We can augment that process through a cultivation of intuition, meaningful dreams, synchronicity, and deep contemplation. We can increase the clarity of the connection by nurturing noble feelings such as compassion, beauty, understanding, love and empathy. Without a connection to Spirit, we remain wanderers without compasses and lamps without fire, lost in the darkness as so many currently are.

The fourth weakness is ignorance, stupidity, and naiveté, which keep us from making informed decisions.

Deception succeeds only when invited in by lack of awareness. Mankind’s problem is not so much the forces who seek to control it, but the scourge of public ignorance that sustains and regenerates these forces.

Therefore we must increase awareness through a combination of study, observation, experience, contemplation, and most of all revelation. This requires a deep love for truth and learning. We must train our intellects without compromise and become very familiar with logical fallacies and the spiritual warfare strategies used against us. The intellect is not something to throw away in favor of the heart, rather both should be developed in parallel and brought to perfection. The more informed we are, the smarter our decisions. And the smarter our decisions, the better our future.

And the fifth weakness is humanity’s unquestioned faith in consensus reality.

Consensus reality is the way mainstream society perceives the world, the way it works, what every individual must do to survive in it, what is permissible and what is impossible. It is the map drawn by the Matrix to chart our course through life. We are taught to assume that the rules and limitations of the many apply to us without exception.

We must disentangle ourselves from consensus reality. This will only happen when we begin living by the principles of the secret divine reality that exists around and within us. Which jurisdiction you enter depends on where you are positioned on the sliding scale between Ego and the higher divine Self. It depends on where you place your root assumptions, your emotional center point, or your mental dwelling point. By entering the jurisdiction of the higher, we overcome the authority of the lower. What the mainstream deems foolish, risky, or impossible then becomes the norm. Anomalies and miracles become the new reality. The only way to beat a rigged game is to play by a different set of rules.

These unquestioned vulnerabilities all stem from the same fundamental problem, that of spirit being overcome by the darkness of the material universe. The transcendence we seek is not about escape and avoidance, it is about the mastery of the higher over the lower. The real solutions are rooted in the “above” whereas the weaknesses arise from “below.” We cannot defeat the “below” using only the tools and methods of the “below.” Attempting to do so merely replaces one Control System with another. And that is why all human revolutions, social experiments, and utopian attempts have failed, for they have ignored the fundamental problems I have outlined.

These weaknesses reinforce each other. Where three are overcome, the other two eventually produce defeat. All must be overcome together if mankind is to permanently secure its freedom. If the human race as a whole cannot do it, maybe the rest of us can. We shall accomplish it through the mastery of spirit over the mind, and mind over matter.

NEZEL PADAYHAG: “6 Ways To Tap Into Your Heart’s Intelligence And Wisdom”

In life, you may have certainly been in a situation where you need to decide between the contradictory opinions of your heart and your mind.

Things become more difficult when people remind you that your head is where your brain is because it’s higher. Though your heart is protesting, you follow what looks logical and correct.

For decisions involving the most correct choice, like whether or not you should dump a narcissist partner, it’s only wiser to decide with the mind.

However, the function of your heart goes far beyond supporting life.

The heart is also an intelligent organ that interferes with your decision making process, the reason why it wants to be given due consideration at times.

How To Tap Into Your Heart’s Intelligence And Wisdom:

The heart as Hridaya

Researcher Gregg Braden has dug into the ancient technique of using the heart as an intelligent organ.

The functions of the heart go far beyond supporting life and sending blood all throughout the body. It has a wisdom that’s not influenced by the ego.

As such, it gives you information from a neutral place. Your heart knows your past, present, and future. Since it does not have any egoic tendencies, it always has your best interest at heart.

The Sanskrit word Hridaya, which comes from ‘Hrid’ meaning ‘center’, and ‘Ayam’ meaning ‘this’, describes the heart’s intellect as the energy that is contained within the heart chakra.

More than a physical heart, it also is a spiritual heart that contains the intelligence of God or the transcendental mind.

This spiritual heart sees to it that you perceive things from your center and not stray away from your Highest Self.

The yogi Bhagavan describes the heart center as a seat of Pure Consciousness, realized Existence, Knowledge, and Bliss.

The mind of your brain operates from your past experiences and past erroneous beliefs assigned to those experiences. In short, it creates false perceptions just to arrive what for you is the ‘right’ answer, even topping those false concepts with emotional investment.

The Heart’s Neurobiology

The neurobiology of the heart has these significant points:

– The heart has more fibers leading to the brain than from the brain to the heart, making more communication to take place in the heart.

– The heart of an unborn fetus beats before the brain has been formed. And humans form an emotional brain before a rational one.

– The heart has an independent complex nervous system known as the ‘brain of the heart.’

– The heart can create coherence in the body through its rhythm.

– The heart’s electromagnetic field is greater than that of the brain, which can be detected several feet away.

– The heart has wisdom.

The wisdom of the heart is what provides us with clear decisions that are being governed by our highest self. Gregg Braden suggests the following tips to tap into the heart’s intelligence.

6 Tips On Tapping Into The Heart’s Intelligence

1. Focus on your heart with the intention of seeking its intelligence.

2. Breathe slowly to calm your nerves and silence your brain.

3. Have a deep sense of gratitude, compassion, and love to activate the heart’s energy.

4. Ask a brief and accurate question to your heart.

5. Notice the different feelings or bodily sensations.

6. Keep this practice regularly.

The heart’s intelligence is subjective and wouldn’t be the same for everyone. You may feel butterflies in the gut, a warm sensation throughout your body, or tingling in the fingertips. Or, you might even receive a clear, short and kind answer in your mind.

Establishing this deeper connection with your heart takes time. Persist with the practice and listen to your heart more.

There’s no reward as great as listening to your heart that’s leading you to your purpose.

LAURIE BARRACO: “4 Symptoms Of An Overstimulated Pineal Gland And How To Soothe It”

Developing your intuition is an important part of personal development. Intuition helps us trust our decisions, keep us safe and protected and keeps us aligned with our purpose here on planet Earth.

A common issue many encounter as they are developing their third eye (intuitive center) is that they overstimulate their pineal gland and do not create a strong foundation for the energy to build upon. You can say that they are top heavy. The upper chakras are receiving a lot of attention through psychic development exercises.

It is equally as important for you to pay attention and stimulate your other 5 chakras — throat, heart, solar plexus, sacral and root. The pineal gland becomes overstimulated as a result of these exercises.

Next, you begin to experience the 4 common symptoms of an overstimulated pineal gland. The pineal gland is located in the third eye center of the body. It helps us connect with other dimensions as well as our ability to predict the future.

4 symptoms of An Overstimulated Pineal Gland

  • Difficulty in concentrating, struggling to stay focused
  • Headaches
  • Blurred vision, pressure in the eyes, sensitivity to light
  • Insomnia

What You Can Do To Soothe an Overstimulated Pineal Gland

  • Rub a grounding oil on your third eye. Patchouli, peppermint, sandalwood, chamomile, frankincense and or blue tansy will bring relief.
  • Cover your third eye with either a hat, bandana and or a bindi.
  • Avoid fluoride!
  • Placing a crystal like tiger’s eye, hematite, amethyst, or fluorite on your third eye will help soothe an overstimulated pineal gland.
  • Schedule a Reiki, cranio sacral healing session.
  • Hugging a tree will help you ground the energy into the Earth.
  • Eat root foods such as carrots, sweet potatoes, dark chocolate, and or protein.
  • Do some yoga or breath work exercises. This will move the chi through your energy centers.
  • Avoid crowds for a few days.

Each and every one of us has psychic gifts and these gifts vary from person to person. We do ourselves a disservice when we compare our growth to others. Some people have clairvoyant abilities from birth and some of us have to work at it a little harder. Your psychic abilities will increase when you are good and ready. Being impatient and trying to rush the process will only cause you to be out of balance and experience some of the symptoms I have mentioned above.

Take your time, enjoy the process and let go of your expectations of how and when you will be able to achieve your goals. Your gifts will be online when the time is just right for you. Patience and trust are part of the development process.

CHRYSILLA LEWIES: “Forgetful Lately? Here’s The Surprising Reason Why!”

Do you feel like you are losing your mind, forgetting simple details? Rest assured you’re not, it’s actually one of the ascension symptoms we are all currently experiencing.

You can’t seem to remember what someone told you yesterday or maybe it just feels like your mind is becoming a sieve. You start thinking that you might need Memory supplements, your friends suggest reading more to challenge your mind to keep it active; and It’s true, we all need to use our muscles to keep them healthy. The brain is a muscle, but we don’t seem to use it as much as we use to. Let’s face it, technology has taken over a lot of problem solving tasks, but this is not the reason we are losing our memory, it is actually the complete opposite.

Our consciousness is gradually splitting away from the physical world and we no longer need to rely on our physical mind as much as we have done in the past. We are moving into higher states of consciousness and moving into the era of knowingness.

Forgetful Lately? Here’s The Surprising Reason WHY!

There is no better time than the present to practice to trust your internal guidance and to follow your intuition. By sitting in quiet meditation and getting to know how the real YOU feel — your essence as a pure energy being. You will find the balance between the heart and mind as you become more aware of the changes happening within you. You will start to notice how your feelings are pulling you into the direction you are meant to be going. These thoughts might be as subtle as:

  • “I knew I should have taken that exit on the motorway!”
  • “I got a feeling that I should have taken different route home, but didn’t”, or
  • “I don’t think I should go to this event, something doesn’t feel right.”

When living in your thinking mind and you are analyzing every decision you make or would like to make — will lead you to miss crucial opportunities. If you do, it might lead you to look at something and instinctively where you will know that something might happen before it actually does. You may get a feeling of knowingness and you get the opportunity to follow and trust your intuition. But do you?

When you are consciously thinking, you can feel the mind as it is working, analyzing and compartmentalizing. Sometimes you get home after a long day at work and you are tired, but not because of the physical work but the mental thinking you have been doing. Moving into the era of knowingness, your mind will no longer have to work as hard. Your mind feels empty and it feels like you’re not retaining as much information as you used to. Think of it as you storing the information in ‘The Cloud’.

The knowingness will come to you in a manner where you will be able to automatically read a person by just being in their auric field or connecting to them through thought. You may experience having a knowingness of what they are feeling without being in their presence. You may be so connected to someone that you will immediately know when something is wrong, and you will be guided to pick up the phone and call them.

The key is to Trust.

Enhance your natural abilities through practicing psychometry, meditation and or any other techniques that will allow you to use your senses more, instead of your mind.

Intuition Group Exercise

One person should draw shapes of all kinds on different pieces of paper.

Shuffle them and then give one to each member in you group.

No one will know what was drawn but you.

Take turns, and tune into one drawing.

Guess by describing what you see.

A minimum of two can participate and an ideal group size of 6.

Have Fun!

ADEANA M. SLATER: “Trust Your Intuition First And Foremost”

As I have spoken about before in other articles, your intuition is your built-In GPS system that will guide you not only onto your new path but is ever-ready to also guide you throughout your life if you allow this skill within yourself to sharpen and expand.  This skill is nothing new of your soul awareness but it is a new adaptation within your experience here on Earth in which you are merging the spiritual and physical aspects of yourself.  I can refer to this as learning to ride a bike for the first time.  This memory and soul imprint stays with you.  Just like other similar situations and experiences we will hold these milestones with our emotions throughout our lifetime.  These soul imprints will and can follow you from life to life. This depends on the significance of what you are encouraged to master or learn in each incarnation.

I know that inside all of you, this GPS system of heart and soul guidance is very powerful now and will continue to be so.  This is your intuition calling for you to listen and pay attention.  How many of you have initially felt this “gut-instinct” or reaction but ignored it in fear of failure or being wrong?  How many have tuned into this intuition with your emotions and felt too vulnerable so you shut it down and pulled your energy out completely not feeling brave enough to engage at all?  This is a very normal reaction to this initiation that will continue to test you now and well into your future.  These tests are to help you step into your own power and trust the guidance you are receiving.  There is no such thing as punishment although we like to victimize ourselves in this way to feel better about the struggles that we are currently manifesting with our own energy and/or stagnation.

Stagnation can be made manifest with what you could call “bad advice.”  I will tell you that there are people brought into your life that could and will give you bad advice on purpose to steer you far away from your chosen path.  There are also individuals that have a good heart but are not what we would deem as: ‘risk takers.’  So their energy is engrained into conforming into societal norms and expectations.  This is not wrong per se from THEIR perspective but this advice is wrong for you individually and for your own situation.  You will also have other pressures discouraging you to change or move yourself forward at all.  GUILT is energetically used a lot and this can and will hit you from all sides and in every which way possible.  You could remain in an unhealthy and toxic environment or relationship in all ways due to expectations or the guilt to change it all.

This energy is building for you to recognize your own intuition. You are going to learn these lessons so fast and abruptly, especially if you are untrusting what you are feeling.  Then you will know without a shadow of a doubt that you should have acted or reacted to that heart and soul inspiration you initially felt. And how will you know the difference?  It will be by “trial and error.”  Don’t be discouraged by error.  This is how we all learn.  Don’t be discouraged with yourself or others.  You will also begin to know and recognize dark energy and evil intention. You will begin to discern energy rather quickly now.  The Darkside are unable to exist by masking themselves much longer.  The truth is surfacing and they have no where to hide.  Their intentions are surfacing most now. This exposure is here and now.

This was the WHOLE point of Ascension.  To uplift the collective out of the reach of the Darkside manipulation and for all of you to finally see and feel your self-worth and Divine potential.  The biggest most important lesson from you to take away from All of this is learning to trust your intuition and going with that energy guidance.  You can’t go anywhere as a soul if your guidance and GPS isn’t functioning as optimally as it should. If this was the case, you would find yourself walking in circles and with no true direction at all.

This is not our collective intention.  So it will behoove you to learn and sharpen the skill of intuition as much as you can.  Now is the time.  And this skill will positively serve you no matter what endeavor you choose for yourself.  Get back on that “bike” and ride yourself into this same intuitive guidance that has been with you all along although you have intentionally ignored this birth-rite.  Make these lessons of life easier for yourself in this way.

So be it.  And so it is.

Love to ALL of you,

~Adeana

CONSCIOUS REMINDER: “Meeting Your Higher Self And Asking For Help”

Have you met your Higher Self?  Have you even tried to reconnect with it?

Yes, we have reached a point of time where all of us are somehow aware about the concept of Higher Self but not all of us have met our Higher Self or had a conversation with it.

So, your Higher Self is what you really are which is obviously so much more than your corporeal form.  Your Higher Self knows so much about you that even you aren’t aware about.  Thus, it is obvious that conversations with your Higher Self are going to be far more productive than you can imagine.  These conversations can actually make you so much more than what you think you will become because these conversations will fill you with positivity and happiness.

You have to remember that you are always connected to your Higher Self.  Yes, you can talk to it anytime you want because the bond you share with it is of unity; it’s basically a part of you.  So, we feel that we are separated from our Higher Self but that is not the truth.  Separation of such a kind can never ever exist.  All that you have to accept is that you have far more energy than your physical being and thus you will experience far more than just what you experience physically.

So why should you listen to your Higher Self?

Because it is always, always there to help you.  Whenever you feel that your intuition is telling you something, the truth is that your Higher Self is trying to talk to you.  Listen to it, keenly.

How Does the Higher Self Communicate?

It does through your intuition or through the random signs and symbols that you may see here and there.  Don’t dismiss these just like that.  They have a meaning that you must try to comprehend.

All you have to do now is to take your Higher Self on a date…

To go on a date with your Higher Self, imagine yourself to be in a peaceful place; someplace where you are happy and comfortable.  Now, try and feel the presence of your Higher Self.  Once you feel it, talk to your Higher Self.  Ask anything, don’t worry the Higher Self won’t judge you or bother you.

Once you have asked the questions, wait for the answers.  The Higher Self might use various methods like images and feelings and words; just pay attention to the answers.

Sometimes, you may have to distinguish between your Ego and your Higher Self.  In order to do that, you have to see yourself when the answers come.  If you feel any anxiety or stress, then you are talking to your ego because the ego is attached to the feeling of pain.  Ego creates a feeling of negativity through creating and appropriating some sort of identity.  The Higher Self doesn’t do this. There is no identity in the Higher Self situation.  It is just boundless and abundant, overflowing energy.

You can also try to ask more yes/ no questions because such questions go beyond the functioning of the mind and are answered by the Higher Self.

You can also try and use Journaling.  When we journal, we can distinguish between the noise of the mind and the things that the Higher Self says.

So, it is time to sit and chat with your Higher Self.  You will probably end up finding something about yourself that you never knew existed.

COLBY PSYCHIC REBEL: “Creating Fulfillment Through Intuition”

Intuiting.jpg

Intuition is the most effective tool we have in our spiritual arsenal to create a fulfilling life.  Each of us holds the gift of intuition.  It usually comes in the form of a “gut” feeling.  Although most of have been told that intuition is that primal instinct that serves as our personal compass, we forget to use it in our everyday life.  Perhaps, that is because it’s the most rudimental of our senses and we almost dismiss the simplicity of it.  In our desire to be perfect, we can overcomplicate such a basic tool.

Intuition can occur in many forms.  It may be the hair that stands on the back of our neck warning us to changes lanes to avoid a traffic accident or we may get the feeling that a loved one is about to pass and then we receive the call notifying us of our worst fear.  It may be that feeling in the pit of our stomach raising our awareness to an infidelity within a relationship or the mother’s instinct in knowing her child is in danger.

Sometimes it can show as a spontaneous feeling that springs itself on us in a flash of information, or it can linger as a gnawing thought that we attempt to push away.  Intuition is strong and relentless.  How many times have we tried to push a feeling away, yet it stays ever present until we listen to it?

Intuition is that innate sense that we all have.  It’s our natural survival instinct, our most primal sense, yet so many of us forget to use it and more importantly, trust it.  When we surrender to intuition, it provides invaluable navigation within our lives.

We can use intuition as our compass in decision-making allowing us to continuously move in a direction that is in alignment with our soul.  Decisions no longer need to be stressful, difficult or complex.  When we find ourselves struggling with indecisiveness, we are being reminded that we are in our logical mind.  We are not using our intuitive faculty.  When we co-mingle our personal beliefs, fears or experiences with our intuition, we are merely manifesting a false reality.  We then tend to create imaginary scenarios in which our decision could be wrong, so we refrain from committing.

How many times have we ignored a “hit” of information like the snooze on the morning alarm, only to realize later that it had been accurate?  It’s time for us to wake up to our inner alarm system!

The good news is that intuition is a muscle.  The more we use it, the stronger it gets.  By finding ways to strengthen our primal sense, we ultimately can create a more fulfilling life.  A life that contains fewer regrets, mistakes and missed opportunities.  When we use our intuition and trust it unconditionally, we are guided under our soul’s narrative that will always be working for our highest good.

There are several simple exercises that we can practice to build our intuition. Here are four exercises to help get the muscle growing!

Telephone Telepathy:  When the phone rings, take a moment to tap in intuitively to see who the call is from prior to answering it.

Elevator Exercise:  If waiting for an elevator, stand in front of the one that feels will open first.  It doesn’t matter if we are wrong, it’s building that muscle and the willingness to trust that is important.  When standing in an elevator and it comes to a stop, tap in to feel if it will be a man or a woman entering the elevator, or if others are in the elevator, who is next to get off?

Deciding with Breath:  If torn with a decision, take a moment to breathe in and relax the logical mind.  Release the rationale behind a decision and feel the decision.  See if it comes easier to let go of the mind chatter.

Dream with Intention:  Before going to sleep, we can set an intention for a symbol to come in our slumber.  Then letting go and seeing if that symbol comes to us in a dream, or in a message.  In our sub-conscience state, we are more relaxed which allows our intuition to flow more smoothly.  Keeping a journal by the bedside is an excellent way to record successes and messages!

There are so many ways our intuition can benefit us.  It releases stress, anxiety and allows us to trust our paths without the second-guessing since we know our higher-selves are guiding us along our path.  Taking time each day to integrate these exercises into our lives will not only strengthen our intuitive muscle, but it may just lead to a more fulfilling and balanced life.
