LISA RENEE: “Finding Inner Peace as a Lifestyle”

Many people are undergoing extreme internal and external chaos during the frequency shift and the resulting changes it imposes on one’s lifestyle. The forces of transformation are chaotic and confusing to an unprepared mind and body. For those that are called to awaken, the Ascension cycle imposes the dismantling of previous ego identities and their predisposition to create the condition of stressful and imbalanced lifestyles. When we are stagnant in our life, running a treadmill of repeated patterns, these patterns repeat over and over and that oppresses and suppresses our consciousness growth. This makes a human being feel truly unhappy and isolated from connection and meaning.

Being stagnant in our identity, routine and daily schedule, also suppresses our personal development. When we commit to use tools for personal development, we may learn how to regain our true humanity and find value in the principles of expanding and protecting life force. Expanding and protecting Life force is the energetic currency of the coming times, and too many of us have prostituted our life force for material things that have no value to the soul. This stagnation of the soul, promotes anti-life values and spiritual oppression. This oppression weighs even heavier on a burdened mind, and therefore a burdened body. A burdened body and cluttered mind becomes unhappy, soul disconnected, chaotic and then sick. Sickness of the Spirit-Soul stems from the Sickness of the mind.

When a mind is gripped in sickness from burdens that it does not release or let go, its many results are:

  • Obsessions
  • Ruminating
  • Panic Attacks/Fear
  • Delusions (thinking about hypothetical situations over and over)
  • Confusion
  • Pathologies, which erupt to cope with reality
  • Addictions and substance abuse

Like many challenges in life, letting go of negative emotions, negative thoughts and clearing your mind is much easier said than done. However with consistency, tools and practice, anyone can learn to clear their mind and let go of mental obsessions in a way that works for you personally. This takes some dedication and effort towards one’s desire to have peace in one’s life, no matter what the external circumstances.

Personal anger and blame is not productive for anyone that is unhappy with some person or circumstance in their life. To empower oneself, one must take full responsibility for their emotions, thought forms and their interactions with others. Without personal responsibility one’s life will descend into a spiral of pain and suffering, with excuses made for promoting negative behaviors. The person this hurts the most is the person generating the negative thoughts. No matter how much you are angered by someone else, that person is not nearly as impacted by your generated hate thought form as you are yourself. This is an action of self sabotage. Stopping the cycle is imperative by learning how to revalue oneself, revalue others and live a life where one can achieve a sense of inner peace and calm. From the inner calm, which can be generated from a clear and calm mind, one can be present in the moment to enjoy what life has to offer right now. As you open to be in the now moment, you open to a multitude of opportunities that would not be seen nor perceived with a cluttered and confused mind. The more confusion, the more chaos, the more internal pain one will experience in themselves. All of us can stop this destructive cycle in our lives now.

Be Here Now

This is called mindfulness in the Buddhist tradition, which is the understanding of training one’s mind to become fully present in the now moment. It is a type of meditation to immerse yourself, to be fully present in any activity that shows up in front of you. It involves slowing down and focusing on one thing, the thing that is present and in front of you now. If that thing is an activity, fully immerse yourself in that activity happening now.

Refocus

The best thing one can do to clear one’s mind when having trouble removing an obsession or rumination is to shift your focus. Bring a positive activity into your life to change your focus; through exercise, chi gong, reading a book, listening to music, playing with a child. Take a break from stress and worry by refocusing yourself to be fully present to another activity.

Breath Work

Retraining your nervous system and reprogramming your mind, is entirely possible through the application of breath work. If quieting your mind has become extremely difficult throughout the changing energetic terrain of the external ascension landscape, change your inner landscape by releasing your mind lock through this suggested breath work tool.

Meditation

Consistent meditation practice is helpful in training an undisciplined and cluttered mind. Meditation can be applied through many different techniques, and is helpful for facilitating forgiveness and letting go of negativity in many forms. In the early stages of developing meditation skill, sit, relax and learn to observe thoughts passing through without having attachment to them. Once you notice the “thought” pattern, let it go and bring your focus back to the now moment.

Try Emotionally Cathartic Writing

When one feels bursting at the seams from inner frustration, and the mind is anxious, it may be helpful to try to express all thoughts and feelings on paper. Writing them out may help one to be able to let them go and release them. Through journal writing or self-inquiry, one can delve deeper into the topic that is creating the mental anxiety. This way it allows for an examination of emotions and may allow inner epiphanies to become clearer, allowing for better emotional conflict resolution. When one is open to allow different alternatives to be received as potential resolutions, this allows the mind to shift out of its anxious pattern. Shifting out of these patterns is called cognitive restructuring, which resets brain synapse firing. Changing ones thoughts changes ones brain chemistry, allowing new creative resolutions to old problems, making shifting out of old patterns possible.

Unraveling old behaviors can be extremely humbling and give one the sense of the true immense force that exists within the emotional body. It is important to witness them and try not to be overwhelmed or consumed by them. Here is a little exercise to assist in regards to closure and acceptance on all past patterns or circumstances. It is extremely helpful to give voice to what may be unresolved conflicts in your mind, or that have been unexpressed and unacknowledged.

For each person or circumstance, here are the questions to ask yourself and write out completely:

  1. List all resentments
  2. List all regrets
  3. Write all unsaid or undelivered communications
  4. List anything you would have wanted to acknowledge to that person or in that circumstance but did not. When it feels complete, burn or shred the paper and Invocate out loud:

I address my Greater God Self for Final Release and Disposition:

Please witness my Declaration of Power:

I resolve any and all vows and agreements that I have taken, anyone in this body has taken, and anyone within my genetic lineage has taken pertaining to:

Any vow of Illusion, Separation and Disharmony. Remove and Clear All Negative Implants, Ancestral patterning, Genetic patterning, and improper karmic attachments to ___ (Insert Name of Person), known or unknown to me.

I claim my Divine Inheritance and Self Sovereign God Power NOW!

I now declare these vows and agreements as null and void in this incarnation and all incarnations across space and time, all parallel realities, parallel universes, alternate realities, alternate universes, all planetary systems, all source systems, all dimensions and the Void.

My Beloved Spirit, please release all structures, devices, entities, orientations or effects associated with these vows and agreement. NOW!

In deep love and gratitude, Thank you!

I hope these tools prove to be supportive in the commitment to clear your mind and achieve inner peace.

ALIYAH MARR: “Duality’s Equation In The Matrix”

Have you ever wondered how the Matrix works? How did things get this way and how do you “unplug” from the Matrix? The self-appointed rulers of the Matrix don’t want you to know the following secret: the Matrix takes advantage of the balancing principle of duality, which is a mechanical law, not an ethical one. By keeping people in ignorance of the way reality truly works, the rulers can manipulate the laws of duality to serve themselves and exploit others.

Here is how it works: duality is an equation that must — emphasize must — balance, or the whole system collapses. If you throw a gross thing like obscene wealth on one side of the equation, it needs something of equal weight on the other side, such as abject poverty. But here is the real key:

The two sides of the equation must be equal in weight but not in size.

On a mechanical scale, a tiny piece of lead can balance a huge sack of feathers. The lead is small and dense, while the feathers take up lot of volume; the feathers occupy more space than the lead, but both objects weigh the same. The rulers of the Matrix use the mechanics of duality in order to maintain their position on the top of the pyramid. In their skewed version of duality’s equation, the extravagant wealth of one man is balanced by a huge amount of people who are dirt poor: the two sides of the equation are equal in weight but not in size.

In fact, in the Matrix, wealth must be contrasted by poverty or it is not considered wealth. In the Matrix Mind, the concept of universal wealth is illogical; it is a contradiction in terms. This is because valuation is one of the guiding principles that supports the hierarchical system. In the Matrix everyone can’t be equally wealthy, somebody has to have more than someone else or the system breaks down.

The controllers manipulate duality by putting extremes on either end of the scale. This trick works with power too: one person with great power is balanced by a large disenfranchised populace. The definition of power in the Matrix is “power over.” The more people the rulers control, the more power they think they have.

Using the simple mechanics of duality, the rulers of the Matrix have maintained their colossal wealth and power for eons. They constructed a hierarchy that puts them at the top. Then they reinforced their rule with a belief system for the masses — a fiction the rulers created to keep the populace from ever discovering the true nature of reality; this is how they kept the keys to creation for themselves. All social structures support the Matrix by promoting the same belief system under different guises, guaranteeing that the ignorant, exploited masses continue to look for some outside force to save them, never knowing that the power they seek is within.

In duality we experience separation — separation from self-knowledge, from the Self, Source, All That Is. This simple fact of existence has been taken to the extreme and exploited by the rulers of the Matrix for personal gain. Their system relies upon the continued ignorance and spiritual immaturity of the populace; the world rulers are betting that you won’t see through their machinations. The Matrix keeps us in ignorance through our beliefs and fears; it tells us that inequality, greed, and exploitation are natural. When we believe that the Earth is a survival-based planet, we fear powerlessness and poverty. As we engage in fear, we reinforce and recreate the Matrix.

All systems can be reduced to a few fundamental principles that guide them and provide stability and structure. The core premises that drive the Matrix are:

  • Valuation
  • Control
  • Profit

Putting the principles of the Matrix into practice results in the following conditions; they may not be in your backyard but you can bet they exist somewhere in the world:

  • Valuation produces Inequality
  • Control produces Exploitation
  • Profit results in Privation

Poverty, exploitation, and starvation are the results of a profit-motivated system that allows some people to benefit from the suffering of others. It might look OK on the surface, but the deeper reality is that everyone is affected, no one is exempt from the karma of lower consciousness. If one person is enslaved, the whole world is enslaved; if one person is hungry, the entire world is hungry. When a few people control common resources — when they can drive the valuation of those resources higher by withholding them from the populace — the world experiences scarcity.

Each one of the principles that support the Matrix can be replaced by its polar opposite:

  • Valuation is replaced by Equality
  • Control is replaced by Respect
  • Profit for a few is replaced by Universal Abundance

The old paradigm of control and domination can exist only when the individuals in it remain ignorant of the greater reality of Love. Once a child learns to read, she cannot unlearn it; she reads wherever she goes. In the same way, once the realization of Oneness and connection is reached, you cannot ignore what you know; you spread Oneness and Love to everyone around you. The Matrix crumbles because its energetic support of fear and scarcity is gone.

JAMYE PRICE (Weekly LightBlast): “The Name of Love”

Blessed Being, do you recognize the profound Love that you are? Do you recognize how special and unique you are to Life? Do you recognize how much Life Loves you?

It is unconditional, infinite, and eternal. Just as you are.

Being human is a unique experience within Life. Your path is to adapt Life to you, whereas many other aspects of Life are more resonant to adapt. This is overly simplified, and therefore only part of the whole story. Yet this shaping of Life is your path.

You offer harmony to chaos, and chaos offers opportunity to you.

The power to adapt life troubles some because they observe how life on Earth has been shaped by greed, egoic power, and disregard for the sanctity of life.

It is frightening because it means that you must risk coming out of the safety of your shell, and letting your seed of compassion root deeper into the depths for the strength to reach higher toward the Light.

Everyone around you is interacting from a place of Love, whether you recognize it in the moment or not.

Perhaps in one moment, it is an easy and wonderful reflection of your highest hopes for life. Maybe it’s a different way of Love that makes you uncomfortable. It may be in opposition to you, causing you to fear it, resist it, or push against it. Perhaps another is reflecting an immature aspect of self-preservation that causes harm in a moment.

Yet each being, and indeed all aspects of Life, are deeply connected to Love and interacting from a resonance within the full spectrum of Love, even what seems like its opposite.

Where you are in that spectrum determines your experience.

Your current time calls for your empowerment to hold your boundaries of Love so that your resonance stays strong, maintaining a powerful vibration that interacts with humanity—affecting the vibration of life on Earth.

The Name of Love?

You see it all around you.

One is called human, one tree, one flower, one challenge, one moment.

Recognize the Love, the sacredness of each, and you recognize Love amidst all Life.

Your awareness gives Love strength, nourishing it to grow.

As we sit to Blast The Name of Love, we are recognizing that every aspect of separation is another name for Love. We are seeing the sacred in all expressions, even those that call us to greater strength through opposition in a moment.

We are clarifying our desires and holding our bond of Love strongly within, as the human experience touches our unique vibration. We are becoming strong enough to sway with the winds of change while rooted deep in supportive Love. We are compassion in human form, echoing that I am into future form as humanity transforms. Blast on!

ALETHEIA LUNA: “Ego Death: The Obliteration of the Self and the Experience of Enlightenment”

ego-death-stages-2

“Waking up is an endless losing what you think you know, like a wave of destruction that leaves nothing, but what is true.”  ~Unmani

Death is a word that we humans usually associate with darkness, mourning, decay and general creepiness. We spend our entire lives running away from, avoiding and denying the fact that we will someday physically die.

However, the death that I’ll be talking about in this article isn’t the typical kind of death we fear. The death I’ll be referring to is the most beautiful, precious, illuminating, awe-inspiring, expansive, enlightening and paradigm-shattering experience you could ever go through. This experience is known as “ego death,” and for every serious spiritual seeker, it is a pivotal process to go through.

What is the Ego?

In order to understand what ego death is, we must first understand what the ego is.

As we elaborated on in the article “What is the Ego?” the ego is basically our sense of self or our identity. The ego is a biological and spiritual tool that was created by and defends the belief that, we are all separate “individual” entities.

As a result of believing that we are separate and isolated in this life, we suffer immensely. The ego perceives life through the lens of duality. Duality is the opposite of reality — it is the division of life into opposing forces such as love/hate, good/bad, right/wrong and holy/sinful.

When we divide life, we suffer. The result of the dualistic ego is judgment, hatred, condemnation, and alienation. While we accept some things, we reject other things. While we love some people, we hate other people. Instead of unconditionally accepting life in its wholeness, we segregate it into “acceptable” and “unacceptable” experiences, people, beliefs, thoughts, and emotions. Thus, we suffer.

As a result of our perceived separation from Spirit, and the duality lens we see life through, we also begin to reject ourselves. Any thought, feeling, sensation, experience or belief we have that is judged to be “bad,” “unacceptable” or “wrong” we suppress, avoid and deny. As a result of this repression, we fuel our Shadow Selves which become more twisted, angry and perverted the more we “lock” away.

The product of living through the ego can be observed in our world very clearly. The depression, anxiety, mental illness, murder, hatred, greed, poverty, war and environmental destruction we experience is all a reflection of our internal suffering. Our internal suffering is solely the product of the ego that believes it is separate from others and life itself.

What is Ego Death?

Ego death is the experience of transcending the ego, self or identity. This experience is the most mind-bending, awakening, awe-inspiring, peaceful and unconditionally loving experience you could ever have. Ego death is essentially an experience of embodying your True Nature completely (or returning back to who you really are), temporarily.

However, while the experience of ego death is indescribably beautiful, it can also be indescribably horrific for those who are not aware of the spiritual path, and for those who resist the actual experience.

Those who report ego death generally fall into two groups: those who found the experience illuminating, and those who found the experience tormenting. I have experienced both states of pure ecstasy and pure horror.

If you are familiar with the psychonaut community (a collection of people who use psychedelic substances to access higher states of being), you would have heard of many “ego death” experiences. This is because shamanic plants such as ayahuasca, DMT, and psilocybin mushrooms are powerful gateways to the Divine experience. Psychedelic explorers Dennis and Terence McKenna (who referred to themselves as the “Brotherhood of the Screaming Abyss”) often mentioned the state of pure awe and also terror experienced in the face of ego death. However, as Terence McKenna once said, the abyss must be approach with courage, because only then can you discover that the fear is an illusion:

“Nature loves courage. You make the commitment and nature will respond to that commitment by removing impossible obstacles. Dream the impossible dream and the world will not grind you under, it will lift you up. This is the trick. This is what all these teachers and philosophers who really counted, who really touched the alchemical gold, this is what they understood. This is the shamanic dance in the waterfall. This is how magic is done. By hurling yourself into the abyss and discovering its a feather bed.”

Ego death can feel scary because it is the ultimate threat to the ego: complete destruction, if only for a minute. As a defense mechanism, the ego creates intense fear. However, in order to progress on our spiritual paths, we must understand the role of this fear, be mindful of it, and not permit it to limit us.

7 Stages of Ego Death

Ego death happens in stages, and if courageously pursued, results in the experience of Nirvana, Oneness or Enlightenment.

While ego death is not formulaic or necessarily predictable, it does tend to follow a pattern:

Stage 1 — Spiritual Awakening

In the first stage of ego death, we begin to “wake up” to life. Our process of spiritual awakening might be triggered by a life crisis, a tragedy, a chronic illness, or simply the natural process of soulful maturing. When we experience a spiritual awakening, we begin to search for more depth in life. Often, we ask big questions such as “what is my purpose?” “what is the meaning of life?” and “what happens after death?”  Spiritual awakenings are triggered by the sensation that something profound is missing in life, and are accompanied by the feelings of depression and anxiety. You can learn more about the spiritual awakening process in our book.

Stage 2 — The Dark Night of the Soul

The Dark Night of the Soul is inseparable from the spiritual awakening process. When we experience the Dark Night, we become extremely conscious of our separation from ourselves, other people and the Divine. The Dark Night of the Soul is a period when we feel utterly lost, lonely and isolated from others. It is the accumulation or culmination of our suffering. Deep down, we know something has to drastically change in our life, but we don’t know what or where to look. Read more about the Dark Night of the Soul.

Stage 3 — The Spiritual Seeker

Eventually, after experiencing a spiritual awakening and Dark Night of the Soul, we stumble into the field of spirituality. We start experimenting with different spiritual practices and find that some alleviate our suffering. We become obsessed with reducing the suffering we have been carrying and explore many different fields such as energy healing, zen, yoga, astrology, mysticism, etc.

Stage 4 — Satori

The word “Satori” is a Zen Buddhist word that means “momentary enlightenment.” Satori is a small glimpse into your True Nature, or Consciousness itself; a moment when your ego is completely shed. For some, this experience is scary, and spiritual growth stagnates, for others, it is deeply life-changing and spiritual growth continues.

Stage 5 — The Elder Soul

After a certain period of time, we begin to develop spiritual discernment. We discover the gimmicks and spiritual bypassing practices that keep us trapped in the cycle of pain, fear, and separation, and learn practices that open us to the Divine. As we begin to experience more and more soulful maturity, we learn the virtues of self-discipline, patience, and focus.

Stage 6 — Dissolution and Deconstruction

In this stage, we begin to surrender all that we are not. This stage is not just about identifying our destructive and limiting beliefs and behavior patterns, but actually letting them go and letting the light in. Grace, discipline, trust, courage, non-attachment and love all play an important role in this process.

Stage 7 — The End of the Search

Finally, we come to a stop. We realize that all that we are, and all that we need, can be found right Now. The search to become something, to lose something, to find something and to accomplish something perish. We see through the illusion of looking for truth, joy, peace and love in any place outside of ourselves. We see the Truth That We Are mirrored in all beings and all things. While the ego still exists, we become aware of the ego as simply a tool; not the Truth of Who We Are. Transcending duality and the grip of the ego, we develop unconditional love and acceptance for all things. This is the state of ultimate peace, freedom and what people refer to as “enlightenment,” yet those who experience this know that no possible label or mental construct can encapsulate such an experience.

Ego death is a serious, purging, profound, and shattering experience. It is so deep and so beyond anything we have experienced in this life, that it changes your perception of existence in a single moment.

I hope these “stages” have helped you to understand it better.

Finally, I’ll leave you with a beautiful quote to ponder about death itself:

“Death is a stripping away of all that is not you.  The secret of life is to die before you die — and find that there is no death.”   ~Eckhart Tolle
