LISA RENEE on “Meditation Lifestyle”

Meditation is the skill of focusing 100% of your energy and attention in one specific area in the present moment. Quieting the mind, becoming present to the now moment are the cornerstones of a balanced human being. Meditation helps to clear Negative Ego and the Pain Body which develops Consciousness. Pure alchemy exists within the energetic balance of the core spiritual essence within the natural state of the divine being. To connect with inner spiritual alchemy, one must extract the artificial machinery influences and intentionally remove the Houses of Ego that may have been programmed within the self. As we are opening into states of consciousness in the Trans time continuum, consider to conceive of Unity consciousness through meditation by expansion of space and within infinity in time. Spiritually centering ourselves on peace, prayer and contemplation of God/Universe, helps us maintain our trust in life, faith, and relaxes every part of the body. The benefits and rewards of a meditation lifestyle become exceedingly obvious, and the state of inner peace and balance are much easier to achieve in all life situations.”

LISA RENEE: “Mental Anxiety”

“Many people can feel that the energetic root in the third dimensional foundation of the earth field has shifted, which lends to sensations of great anxiety, tension and stress. The lower particle fields in the third dimension are rolling up into higher dimensional spaces, and are ceasing to exist in the same way that they were. This is the feeling of having no secure foundation or safety, as if the floor and walls are crumbling away. The Ascension frequency shifts and the changes to the energetic terrain still remain largely unknown, ambiguous and confusing to the majority of the people on the Earth. When people cannot see something occurring externally, they can still feel it occurring internally. If there are no words or context to describe the feeling, and no one else is talking about it, this unknown feeling can bring anxiety, doubts and fears. One cannot resist the change upon the planet or fight against this transformational current without getting energetically pummeled. The contents that were in these lower particle fields include the collective unconscious mind and pain body of all of humanity. This shift is unseen in the visible light spectrum, and although many people cannot see the dimensions rolling up, they can feel it happening. When the foundation of our third dimensional identity is crumbling, the consciousness of the body feels anxiety and stress, through the confusion of not comprehending what is actually occurring. The earth is entering an amplified state of multidimensional bleed-through, as many other realities are spilling into this reality, and the accumulated energies, entities and experiences are very confusing for many. People do not know how to process what they are feeling, what they are experiencing, and how to give it proper context, from all the lies and deceptions they have been told about the nature of reality. Sadly, this is resulting in the extreme mental and emotional imbalances that are manifesting outwardly in many of the earth population, who are being suppressed from accessing multidimensional consciousness anatomy, as well as Ascension knowledge. Unfortunately, the suppression of consciousness information has been made successful by labeling multidimensional consciousness experiences as ‘psychological’ or ‘emotional diseases’. Most anxiety is a result of mental confusion, when we do not have a proper evolutionary context of which to reframe our old beliefs, traditions, habits and their dying structures. Imbalanced behaviors and negative mental attitudes are not tolerated in the new frequencies and if we have not cleared our ego to submit to higher forces, we are getting hammered by external circumstances which amplify these inner distortions. Everyone is feeling some level of this evolutionary change now. No matter who we think we are or where we think we are going — we must return to inner balance. Breathing and meditation techniques can be mastered to release the mental anxiety and learn to shift the body into peaceful and relaxed states of being, even when in the midst of great chaos.”

The Ascension frequency shifts and the changes to the energetic terrain still remain largely unknown, ambiguous and confusing to the majority of the people on the Earth.

The Three Layers of Ego if uncleared, will manifest depression, obsessions, anxiety, mania and other brain dysfunctions when not integrated with the inner spirit, the Soul MatrixThis mental and emotional imbalance is referred to as “Soul Fragmentation”, the root cause is persistent negative mental thoughts created by an untrained and undisciplined mind. Mental Miasma such as thought or belief obsession can also be inherited and can be cleared through ancestral healing.

Many people who are not aware of the Ascension process, in attempting to deal with their day to day lives are echoing in their sentiment, “Why am I so incredibly tired?” One cannot resist the change upon the planet or fight against this transformational current without getting energetically pummeled. Everyone is feeling some level of this evolutionary change now. No matter who we think we are or where we think we are going we must return to inner balance. Breathing and meditation techniques can be mastered to release the mental anxiety and learn to shift the body into peaceful and relaxed states of being, even when in the midst of great chaos.

Anxiety related to Low Self Esteem

Low Self Esteem is characterized as a consistent Negative Ego belief system about the self, with persistent attitudes that these thoughts reflect in the decisions and choices that person makes every day. Destructive habits, recklessness and addictions erode self-esteem and confidence which may put a person in a cycle of depression or Mental Anxiety. This persistent low self-image can permeate into a person’s every activities, as it is at the core of a person’s conception and belief of his or her self-worth. When we have beliefs of low self-worth, we have low confidence dealing with our life and commonly feel threatened by other people or situations. This can stress us out with Mental Anxiety.

People who suffer from low Self Esteem may be obsessed with order and controlling behaviors, forcing themselves to comply by an impossible standard of perfection in whatever task they are involved in. This may make them work slower than others, and may make them more vulnerable to feelings of not doing well because of their own impossible expectations. This feeling of failure (despite the fact that they did not fail, except by their own impossible, perfectionist standards) helps further feed their negative perception and anxieties. We cannot force ourselves to be something we are not and then berate ourselves for not being able to meet impossible standards. There is a balance we each must find to seek our true potential and then, be willing to commit to the Ascension path, which is the path of becoming authentic.

Self-esteem is a human psychological need and that to the extent this need remains unmet, pathology of Ego Defense Mechanism (controlling, anxiety, depression, difficulty in relationships, etc.) tends to result. Self-esteem formally is the disposition to experience oneself as competent to cope with the basic challenges of life and as worthy of happiness. While others (parents, teachers, friends) can nurture and support self-esteem in an individual, self-esteem relies upon various internally generated practices. As we commit to these internally generated practices, we build trust in ourselves. Simultaneously, this is at the core of strong self-esteem and confidence. All change starts within.

Uncleared Conflicts create Mental Anxiety

The lower particle fields in the third dimension are rolling up into higher dimensional spaces, and are ceasing to exist in the same way that they were. The contents that were in these lower particle fields include the collective unconscious mind and pain body of all of humanity. All of this content of unconsciousness and pain is coming to the surface of the earth to be made visible, and people do not know what to do with the painful content when they are feeling it, or when it is pushing to be expressed through their body. This shift is unseen in the visible light spectrum, and although many people cannot see the dimensions rolling up, they can feel it happening. When people cannot see something occurring externally, they can still feel it occurring internally. If there are no words or context to describe the feeling, and no one else is talking about it, this unknown feeling can bring anxiety, doubts and fears. If this accumulated anxiety is not addressed, it builds momentum and the unprocessed content can be emotionally or physically explosive. In the extreme, we can see many lost and confused males under 30 acting out the unconscious rage surfacing from these lower particle fields. They are used by dark forces to magnify the victimizer programs through inflicting pain and hurt on many more people near them.

Many people can feel that the energetic root in the third dimensional foundation of the earth field has shifted, which lends to sensations of great anxiety, tension and stress. This is the feeling of having no secure foundation or safety, as if the floor and walls are crumbling away. As a result we see the outward manifestation of constant mental anxiety and exhibiting imbalanced to extreme negative behaviors. These are the uncleared mental and emotional conflicts, which exist inside that person, which can further create fragmentation and attachments.

Sadly, this is resulting in the extreme mental and emotional imbalances that are manifesting outwardly in many of the earth population, who are being suppressed from accessing multidimensional consciousness anatomy, as well as Ascension knowledge. People that are unprepared mentally, emotionally and spiritually, to comprehend the impact of these Ascension changes made upon our body, are subjected to excessive sensations of emotional tension and mental anxiety. Unfortunately, the suppression of consciousness information has been made successful by labeling multidimensional consciousness experiences as “psychological” or “emotional diseases”. Nonetheless, with nonjudgment and unconditional love, it is imperative to address unresolved conflicts that create anxiety in our mind, emotions and body, and apply clearing and healing tools to remove discord, and replace these negative feelings with neutrality and inner harmony. With some basic energetic context and proper Meditation tools, this can be accomplished. When personal effort toward healing or improvement is made, it does not matter what kind of belief system that person has. [2]

Building Core Self

Stay strong to build core self-esteem and self-efficiency, knowing that you can depend on yourself if the going gets rough. Most of the fears we dwell on never come to pass. As you focus on building the right relationship to self-acceptance and self-love, this builds trust and confidence in oneself. Building trust in oneself and building trust with God are the only two relationships that we really need! With those two relationships and ego surrender, all else will fall into place. [3]

LISA RENEE: “Relaxation and Fluidity”

“During these times learning how to slow down and achieve a relaxed state of mind is of vital importance, especially when retraining and clearing out our subconscious mind programming. The simple truth is that when we rid our body and mind of destructive habits and useless distractions we create more balance, which naturally manifests more grace and ease in our life. Our brain and our mental body is much more effective when we have slowed down and works more optimally when we are in a relaxed state and calm atmosphere, because this is the natural state of our core spiritual essence. All forms of mental anxiety, stress, and over intellectualizing makes our mind speed up to having too many thoughts at once, and this overwhelms and clouds our Discernment, causing us to make poor impulsive decisions. To make contact and communicate with our subconscious layers, as well as our super consciousness layers, we need to go slower in order to reach a totally relaxed Meditation state and stay fluid within the energies. Energy bodies behave like waters moving in an ocean or river, if we can sense our inner energy when it meets the outer energies, we can navigate the surrounding waters by paying attention to the energy flow. We go with the flow in a state of relaxed fluidity. In our natural state, our inner self will strongly align with the outer self to bring harmony and wholeness between the inner and outer. When a person is fluid and relaxed, their Energy Receivers are open and more receptive to guidance and creative resolutions. As many of us in the spiritual community are fully aware, we must move out of the Subconscious Programming and Mind Control conditioning of the 3D way of existence and be hypervigilant to constantly refocus ourselves into higher states of being.”

During these times learning how to slow down and achieve a relaxed state of mind is of vital importance, especially when retraining and clearing out our subconscious mind programming.

If we are moving too fast and not paying attention to the energy flow, we can get carried in the current of stronger forces in a sudden and unexpected tidal wave and this is when we get hurt or injured.

Thus, it is important that you learn to induce a simple meditative state in yourself, where you become the observer and are incredibly relaxed, and yet you are alert, not so relaxed that you fall asleep. Obviously, this state is not for when you are doing heavy physical exertion, but in the majority of your waking life, you can be in this relaxed state of fluidity paying attention to how the energy feels around you, while doing simple tasks or at work completing responsibilities. Using single focus and staying presently focused on the task in front of you, while naturally adjusting to the energies that are making subtle changes to the environment. In the early stage of developing Meditation skill we have to sit, relax and learn to observe the thoughts passing through without having attachment to them. Once we notice the thought pattern, we let it go and bring our focus back to the now moment. The next stage is adjusting to the energies inside you and outside of you. Each of us must find the most natural state of being for our body that feels good in the energetic flow, and not let our mind interfere with that natural state of calm and equilibrium. In our natural state, our inner self will strongly align with the outer self to bring harmony and wholeness between the inner and outer.

Also, we need to know how to stay as calm as possible even when under great stress in the moment. Stress causes our body to enter a heightened state of reactivity due to the release of hormones and Neurotransmitters when we’re feeling overwhelmed and stressed out. So, remaining calm and slowing down, even during potentially tense situations can establish a sense of powerful stillness that will help your mind stop racing from one thought to the next.

To be effective we need to establish a peaceful mind-set before concentrating on any one thing, especially when facing conflicts or challenges. General fluidity and relaxation of both the mind and body will greatly improve higher sensory perception development and build spiritual communication links, helping to bring more ease and clarity for problem solving. When a person is fluid and relaxed, their Energy Receivers are open and more receptive to guidance and creative resolutions. Listen to your body, treat your body with care and make corrections when you feel tense, by returning back to a state where your bio-rhythm feels relaxed and open. With practice you can discipline your mind and emotions from overwhelming your effectiveness in a range of social settings. The more we dis-identify from our need to control the external influences and learn to allow and accept situations we have no control over, the more quickly we can adapt and stay relaxed while addressing stressful situations.

As many of us in the spiritual community are fully aware, we must move out of the Subconscious Programming and Mind Control conditioning of the 3D way of existence and be hypervigilant to constantly refocus ourselves into higher states of being. Expressing unconditional love, Compassion, gratitude, appreciation, and the Spirits of Christ, are great sources of higher states. Knowing that love, heartful presence, being in alignment with nature, and being an authentic and caring human are the simple keys to ensure our success in every way to rebuild our lightbody. May we inspire others who may come into contact with us, to know the truth in the path of unconditional love, as it is the only path of spiritual freedom! [1]

LISA RENEE: “Now Moment”

“Consistent Meditation practice is helpful in training an undisciplined and cluttered mind to develop higher Consciousness which allows one to develop Higher Sensory Perception. Developed HSP will not occur in most people with an untrained and undisciplined mind. In the early stages of developing meditation skill, sit and relax and learn to observe thoughts passing through without having attachment to them. Once you notice the ‘thought’ pattern, let it go and bring your focus back to the Now Moment. This is called the Neutral Association or Observer Point. The Controllers have zero power over you (one’s thoughts and emotional state) when you are outside of their frequency reach by maintaining neutral balance or the Observer Point. Being in the Observer role also means that you are fully present in the Now Moment, which can also be referred to as Mindfulness. A way to understand Observer Point is liken it to viewing a movie. If you become at all over-identified or emotionally connected to any thread in an archetype of drama, then you are pulled into the movie, pulled into the time and space of which the hologram is playing out. When observing the drama in Now Moment, one exists outside of the time fields, one is outside of the matrix of which is creating the dramas. As soon as you get sucked into it, now you become a part of the movie. Understand that by holding neutrality and not responding does not mean that you don’t care. Other people may not understand this. When you are capable to maintain and then embody a level of inner and outer Energetic Balance through maintaining the observer with no attachment to outcome, God Forces and spirit can help through communications that access your Spiritual Guidance System that can bring resolution, reconciliation and peace to the most despairing of circumstances. Remember, fear closes the door to God Force, while holding inner and outer energetic balance (with Peace and Love) opens it.”

The Controllers have zero power over you (one’s thoughts and emotional state) when you are outside of their frequency reach by maintaining neutral balance or the Observer Point. Being in the Observer role also means that you are fully present in the Now Moment, which can also be referred to as Mindfulness.

If you stay out of the Negative Ego‘s Mind Control program that tends to trigger extreme mental and emotional polarity via ongoing inferior and superior thought forms, it is very hard for external forces of Mind Control to continually manipulate or gain control over you. The Controllers have no access to control Now Moment consciousness and do not understand the synchronicity and self-organization of the God Force in Action, through the Law of Compassion that enacts the Compassionate Witness. Remember, fear closes the door to God Force, while holding inner and outer energetic balance (with Peace and Love) opens it. [1]

Single-Mindedness

Single-mindedness has to do with the power of focus. Your ability to focus is ultimately your biggest ally in accomplishing tasks and projects. With practice this is an ability one can develop. Your level of achievement and success depends upon it.

Define single-mindedness: It is an adjective meaning: 1) Determined 2) Having one overriding purpose or goal. 3) Steadfast; resolute.

Now let’s define focus. 1) The concentration of attention or energy on something. The opposite of this would be “absent-minded”, “scattered”, or perhaps just “distracted.”

Observe, Discern and Accept

Practicing Meditation and developing the observer point is the critical skill which can be learned, trained and developed to discipline an unruly ego mind. With an unruly and undisciplined mind one cannot reach higher consciousness and access higher sensory perception. The process is one of self-observation and gaining increased self-awareness. Through dedicated observation of the self and gradually discerning between these functioning aspects of the mind, one can attain the direct experience of the consciousness they are. The still point of which this consciousness connects to in the parts of our mind is that which forms all of our thoughts, emotions, and experiences that direct us through life.

To begin this process one must observe the functions of the mind and discern them in action and intend to return that part of that mind function, or thought back into the internal still point or neutral. As we observe the thought, action or behavior in ourselves externally, we source this as an aspect of our mind that is connected to the internal whole and return that thought to the still point of consciousness inside our heart. In the earlier stages this is the intention and goal of specific meditation to become aware of inner stillness without the mind interfering. Later it is a walking meditation in which every single thought, behavior and activity is witnessed by the Observer Point in the day to day activity. As this skill is developed this becomes possible with little to no effort to remain in the Observer Point. It is at this point a massive leap in higher consciousness and awareness of sentient forms may be experienced. [2]

To allow the deeper comprehension of the self to discern the functions of mind one will need to discern the functioning of each part of the mind and accept its nature without judgment of its content. This means to train the mind one must learn to observe, discern the part of the mind and accept its nature. Through observation, discernment and acceptance one can train the mind to be disciplined back to neutral, which allows access to still point of higher consciousness. An everyday quick tool to train the mind:

  • Observe
  • Discern
  • Accept
  • Neutral

Discipline Mind

Consistent Meditation practice is helpful in training an undisciplined and cluttered mind to develop higher Consciousness which allows one to develop Higher Sensory Perception. Developed HSP will not occur in most people with an untrained and undisciplined mind. Meditation can be applied in many different techniques, and is helpful for facilitating Forgiveness and letting go of negativity in many forms. In the early stages of developing meditation skill, sit and relax and learn to observe thoughts passing through without having attachment to them. Once you notice the “thought” pattern, let it go and bring your focus back to the Now Moment. This is called the Neutral Association or Observer Point. [3]

HGS Calibration Protocol – Step Three

HGS Calibration Step Three

Set Neutral Association or Observer Point (Remain Non Attached to Outcome) Healing is non-verbal and non-linear. Release the mental body from fixating and Increase Higher Perceptive Feeling by doing an inner field check list. Stay fully present in the Now Moment.

Tip: Being neutral and relaxed will happen naturally as you gain experience doing HGS energy sessions. Perform these corrections when it’s difficult for you or another person to be in a relaxed state.

Observer of Holographic Movie or Images

Transcript: A way to understand Observer Point is liken it to viewing a movie. When you are outside looking at it, as if it is a movie, you are not in the same time space field where this particular event is actually transpiring, and that’s where one needs to stay when viewing Timelines.

This is the same principles in working with some of the Galactic Wars and many of the challenges that we may see in the higher planes. I have seen others remote viewers and Gridworkers throughout the years make a harsh mistake. The mistake is when we engage with the drama in another timeline as is, like you are in it now, and this is a major mistake. You have got to pull out. You cannot be in the timeline. As soon as you are feeling the emotional pull or the vestment or the attachment, whatever it is that pulls you into the timeline and you get sucked into the identity in dramas, now you can hurt yourself. The level of holding Observer Point is understanding that when you do this you are outside of the space where that event and that technology has power. When you are outside of it, that technology, whatever it is, whatever’s going on, does not have power over you. As soon as you get sucked into it, now you become a part of the movie.

Thus, observing timelines is like watching a movie. You’re watching it as a movie and you recognize; this is a movie and there’s a part of you observing the movie. This is the most effective way that you can be of support in the function of witnessing. The second that you identify with the movie and you become a part of the movie you can get hurt. This means you get implanted and a bunch of crap happens to you because now you have been sucked into the trauma or drama of the movie. This is the needed skill set as a practitioner or a steward of what we’re dealing with in the Christos Mission, and being able to master this skill is important in not only fieldwork, but as a session provider.

Understand that by holding neutrality and not responding does not mean that you don’t care. Other people may not understand this. Over the years I have been told by others that have had to reconcile issues with me that they feel I’m monotonic. That I speak in monotone like I don’t care or I just allow things to occur that are damaging because they see that I will not take a physical action. What I feel they’re not understanding is exactly this point of observer. The wisdom is always in knowing what is your piece, when to take action and when to remain still and silent. The wisdom is in the application and direction of your personal energy, your consciousness, workign with the Law of Conservation at whatever time and space that you’re working with, especially when clearing particular issues in the field. LISA RENEE: “Meditation and Mindfulness Practical Tips”

“Meditation is the skill of focusing 100% of your energy and attention in one specific area in the present moment. The consistent practice of meditation comes with a myriad of health benefits that include increased concentration, decreased anxiety, and a general feeling of well being and connection.”

~Lisa Renee

Although a great number of people try meditation at some point in their lives, a small percentage actually are consistent with their dedication for the long-term. The most difficult period of reprogramming personal habits or unconscious behaviors is the first 21 days. If commitment and dedication are disciplined with persistence for over the 21 day period, generally it is much easier for the person to continue to maintain their meditation practice. The benefits and rewards of a meditation lifestyle become exceedingly obvious, and the state of inner peace and balance are much easier to achieve in all life situations. Quieting the mind, becoming present to the now moment are the cornerstones of a balanced human being.

The purpose of this article is to provide practical recommendations to help beginners get past the initial resistance and integrate meditation into your lifestyle:

1) Make it a formal practice. You will only get to the next level in meditation by setting aside specific time (preferably two times a day, am and pm) to be still. We suggest the 12D shield practice as a daily meditation.

2) Start with the breath. Breathing deep slows the heart rate, relaxes the muscles, focuses the mind and is an ideal way to begin practice.

3) Stretch first. Stretching loosens the muscles and tendons allowing you to sit (or lie) more comfortably. Additionally, stretching starts the process of “going inward” and brings added attention to the body.

4) Meditate with Purpose. Beginners must understand that meditation is an ACTIVE process. The art of focusing your attention to a single point is hard work, and you have to be purposefully engaged with the process.

5) Notice frustration creep up on you. This is very common for beginners as intrusive or persistent thoughts interrupt our focus. When this happens, really direct focus in on your breath and let the frustrated feelings go.

6) Experiment. Beginners should be more experimental and try different types of meditation. Try sitting, lying, eyes open, eyes closed, there is no wrong position or method if it works for you.

7) Feel your body parts. A great practice for beginning meditators is to take notice of the body when a meditative state starts to take hold. Once the mind quiets, put all your attention to the feet and then slowly move your way up the body (include your internal organs). This is very healthy and an indicator that you are on the right path.

8) Pick a specific room in your home to meditate. Make sure it is not the same room where you do work, exercise, or sleep. Place candles and other spiritual or sacred objects in your room to help you feel at ease.

9) Read a book (or two) on meditation. Preferably an instructional guide AND one that describes the benefits of deep meditative states.

10) Commit for the longer term. Meditation is a life-long practice, and you will benefit most by NOT examining the results of your daily practice. Just do the best you can every day, and then let it go!

11) Listen to instructional audios, videos and CDs.

12) Generate moments of awareness during the day. Finding your breath and “being present” while not in formal practice is a wonderful way to evolve your meditation habits.

13) Make sure you will not be disturbed. One of the biggest mistakes beginners make is not insuring peaceful practice conditions. If you have it in the back of your mind that the phone might ring, your kids might wake, or your coffee pot might whistle than you will not be able to attain a state of deep relaxation.

14) Notice small adjustments. For beginning meditators, the slightest physical movements can transform a meditative practice from one of frustration to one of renewal. These adjustments may be barely noticeable to an observer, but they can mean everything for your practice.

15) Use a candle. Meditating with eyes closed can be challenging for a beginner. Lighting a candle and using it as your point of focus allows you to strengthen your attention with a visual cue. This can be very powerful to maintain focus.

16) Do NOT Stress. This may be the most important tip for beginners, and the hardest to implement. No matter what happens during your meditation practice, do not stress about it. This includes being nervous before meditating and angry afterwards. Meditation is what it is, and just do the best you can at the time.

17) Do it together. Meditating with a partner or loved one can have many wonderful benefits, and can improve your practice. However, it is necessary to make sure that you set agreed-upon ground rules before you begin!

18) Meditate early in the morning or late evening. It is quieter, your mind is not filled with the usual clutter, and there is less chance you will be disturbed.

19) Be Grateful at the end. Once your practice is through, spend 2-3 minutes feeling appreciative of the opportunity to practice and your mind’s ability to focus.

20) Notice when your interest in meditation begins to wane. Meditation is hard work, and you will inevitably come to a point where it seemingly does not fit into the picture anymore. Chances are that losing the ability to focus on meditation is parallel with your inability to focus in other areas of your life!

Meditation is an absolutely wonderful practice in developing yourself and quieting your mind. It can be very difficult in the beginning. Use the tips described in this article to get your practice to the next level!
