The frequency of fear represents physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bondage. It destroys the capacity for expanding light into our consciousness, while it produces slavery in the mind. Unrestrained fear is a destroyer; it destroys love, it destroys trust, it destroys life, it destroys relationships and it destroys people. For this purpose, spreading fear based mind control and dark spirits to hijack the subconscious thoughts and conscious belief systems of the masses, is the primary consciousness manipulation tool of the Negative Alien Agenda and the Controllers. All earth inhabitants have been conditioned to run fear-based thoughts as the default setting in the subconscious mind, in order to attract and grow even more darkness.

It takes personal will and commitment to understand how fear works in the hidden shadows of darkness, in order to find the strength to fully transform it into light. All of us have the internal power to transform darkness into light. Being courageous enough to face our deepest and darkest fears and be willing to put forth the effort to overcome them, is the path we all must take to secure our consciousness freedom during the Ascension Cycle. Overcoming Fears is an important spiritual lesson in higher consciousness development. We must address fears from the place of observation in order to demystify them and see where they are actually coming from. When we have the courage to address our hidden fears, we are facing the hidden places of darkness that have existed in parts of ourselves.

To Overcome Fear, we must comprehend the real reasons we feel afraid and realize that our fears are pointing to the places within us that need attention. Places that need unconditional love and spiritual understanding, in order for us to continue to evolve and grow. Fear stunts our forward progress and emotional growth, it blocks our interaction with our inner spirit and it generates disharmony in our relationship with God.

Right Thinking in Facing Fear

At this critical juncture during the bifurcation shift, each person chooses if they want to exist in spiritual bondage or freedom. This decision begins with gaining control over the mind, to remove blockages through the willingness to face darkness and Overcome Fear. This is the decision to commit to the process of organizing our lifestyle to prioritize our evolution towards developing a deeper connection with God, in our prayerful request to help us overcome darkness in order to achieve spiritual freedom. This comes with the necessity of reprogramming our mind into right effort and right thinking, and to remove all that fear content which obstructs the relationship with our spirit from fully bonding. Right Thinking gives us the personal power to remove the state of our suffering. All judgments, fears and interpretations have to be suspended and when they occur, they are registered for observation and then let go and released.

We need to dissect the Frequency of Fear in all the ways it impacts our subconscious attitudes and behaviors, by paying attention to how we think and interpret our world through the inner dialogue we have with ourselves. Fear programs must be extracted from out of our body and cleared from controlling our consciousness, by paying attention to what we must learn from the lessons that come from the fear. Fear shows us the spiritual lessons we have yet to master inside of ourselves, as it demonstrates where darkness is blocking us, in finding harmony in our direct relationship with God. When our minds can only think about surviving perceived threats, we are easily controlled and manipulated through blind spots created from our own fears. This defines the state of mental bondage and suffering. Through perpetual states of feeling fear and anxiety, our critical thinking, executive function and emotional self-regulation skills that help us to resolve problems in our life are essentially eliminated. We are unable to face challenges and solve problems effectively when fear lives in our mind. Overcoming Fear is the main lesson, we have to regain control over our mind and be able to accurately assess ourselves in our surroundings. Overcoming Fear also contains vital keys in becoming the director of our own lives, as well as leading us to achieve mental, emotional and spiritual freedom, or a life without suffering.

When we Overcome Fear we can break free from impulsive reactions that are triggered from domination based tactics used in the everyday world, and from manipulators that use aggression and intimidation in order to take control over our mental perceptions and emotional reactions. From this awareness, we can see these interactions as lessons for mastering our personal growth, which we gain incredible spiritual strength from. We live in a mind controlled world that uses fear based perceptions to socially engineer slavery. What steps can you take now to begin to free yourself from the patterns of mental bondage and personal suffering, forming strong mental skills for recontextualizing fear and improving your ability to emotionally self-regulate? What spiritual lessons does fear reveal to you now?

Frequency of Fear and Feeling Unsafe

The frequency of fear is what makes people feel threatened and unsafe in the world, as well as feel disconnected and separated from other people, which generates disunity in the world. Disunity breeds self-deception, false perceptions and many negative ego character flaws that generate relationally unsafe people. People with a lack of empathy or ethical conduct have a tendency to deeply criticize, blame or judge others. When fear rules us, darkness rules us. It also rules our relationships, which extinguishes the possibility for sharing deep human heart connections and forming empathic and loving bonds. Please take note of how fear is rooted in darkness and can destroy ethical conduct, respect and empathy for others very easily. Fear destroys the hope for unified cooperation to exist between people which breaks down compassionate communication, that could be directed towards problem solving greater issues that impact all of humanity. One controller type person that uses fear to manipulate others for power can easily destroy the accumulated unity, positivity and trust earned in an entire organization or community, in one fell swoop. Thus, fear is the main manipulation tool of the controller archetype that is designed to generate perceptions of being threatened and feeling unsafe in the company of others and in any kind of social setting. It also produces relationally unsafe people, who are generally unethical, disrespectful people that lack empathy for others.

Essentially, unsafe people have weak character qualities that tend to spread fear and disunity, which make other people feel unsafe while in their presence. Many unsafe people have developed walls to distance themselves from others because of their hidden fears, that stem from unhealed personal trauma. All of us have been in the company of an unsafe person and noticed how uncomfortable and tense we may feel while in their presence. When we cannot be authentic and truthful in the presence of another because we fear they will judge, persecute or attack us for revealing ourselves, we feel deeply uncomfortable, drained and unsafe when we are in their presence. Many relationally unsafe people are ruled by their fears and many of their reactions and impulses are made unconsciously, through their unhealed mental or emotional triggers.

Let’s bring to mind some fear based negative ego qualities that create Relationally Unsafe People, people we cannot be completely truthful around without fearing we will suffer some kind of repercussion, attack or punishment. Unsafe people can be judgmental, blaming, manipulative, dishonest, narcissistic, emotionally unstable, irresponsible, gossips, Gaslighters, control freaks, back-stabbers, demanding, and entitled with superior attitudes. Sounds like a lot of darkness is present in those behaviors, doesn’t it? When in the company of people that demonstrate these fear based negative ego qualities, we may need to create strong boundaries and set the terms of our interaction with them. In some cases we may need to sever the connection entirely. There is generally nothing positive that will come from continually feeding destructive, harmful or abusive relationship patterns that refuse to heal or evolve. We have to plant seeds where there is fertile soil, if we want a garden to grow. And to shift out of the negative polarity of fear, one may need to pull weeds, or walk away from that relationship pattern as an act of self-love and self-preservation.

However, if we habitually feel unsafe with others, it may be we need to demystify the reasons we feel afraid, and discern the difference between people that demonstrate unsafe behaviors, and those who demonstrate responsible and safe behaviors. This also means that if we feel unsafe, it is our spiritual duty to build safety within ourselves by developing inner strength, based in the higher qualities that make us a safe person to be around. Strong spiritual foundation is built upon the cornerstone of moral character development and building trust inside and outside for ourselves. Trust is built upon the consistent ethical behaviors of moral conduct where people are treated with equal respect and kindness, and allowed to be who they are without repercussion. As much as you may feel unsafe with others, are you yourself a safe person for others to be around? Many times what we fear in others is the hidden unconscious behavior that we have not cleared from within our own deepest selves. Until we are willing to look at these hidden fears, we can also easily project or transfer these fears onto other people.

As a basic guideline for extracting fears by replacing negative qualities with positive qualities, is monitoring day-to-day thoughts and behaviors. We can look to GSF Behavior or simply adhere to the Golden Rule. Treat others’ as you would like to be treated, and intend to build self-esteem through esteeming actions.

At some point it is helpful to realize that the current accepted reality of negative ego behaviors and the frequency of fear, has been used against people of the earth as a psychological weapon to weaken them. Fear is broadcasted everywhere in our environment and this has produced relationally unsafe people all around us. Fear weakens moral character and it stunts the higher attributes of generosity, kindness and tolerance for others. The manufacture of endless enemies in the mainstream media maintains the mass perception of continual threats, which condition more fears and learned helplessness into the unconscious mind and pain body of humanity. The fear broadcast drills down into our personal lives, infecting our thoughts, behaviors and relationships with the frequency of fear. The frequency of fear produces feelings and perceptions that we are unsafe, unsafe with others, unsafe inside ourselves. Knowing that we live on a planet imprisoned through the mass broadcast of the frequency of fear, can be helpful to disentangle us from the mainstream fear broadcasts and fear based reactions of people around us. Refuse to take on and wear the frequency of fear running in the exterior. When we can see the fear agendas operating in the external, we can go within and sift through what is sourcing from within. Becoming aware of what fears may have been taken on through being with fear based people, as well as noting the outer agendas that use forms of electronic harassment and media based mind control.

Establishing Safety to Overcome Fear

If we are to begin to recognize the qualities that define safe people and safe relationships, we need to first understand what a safe person is and why we need that kind of safety to overcome fear. We need people in our life that will be honest with us, telling us where we are creating harm and potentially where we may need to change, in order to improve ourselves. We need friends that walk according to the truth and are accepting of us, yet they are honest about our weaknesses and faults without condemning us. Relationships in which people use shame, guilt or condemn us for our actions are ultimately destructive and traumatizing, which does not produce emotional or spiritual growth. These are the unsafe people that require us to be different than who we are, in order to be accepted and conditionally loved by them. Conditional love that must be earned is useless, it is a made up projection from the negative ego demands and is not real love. If we do not have this kind of safe person around us yet, we can become that person for our selves and others. As we intend to clear fears and improve our character, we attract similar people.

Safe people can be fully present with others, connecting at deep and intimate levels. Safe people can speak truth to one another, without being offended or taking things personally. Safe people give others the opportunity to grow and become their highest expression, for them as God intended. Safe people create loving and positive feelings and inspire good works, such as being in service to others. Safe people create relationships that allow people to be as they are, and draw us closer to feel unity and connection with all of life.

In order to heal our mental and emotional body to overcome deep fears, we must know how to establish safety within ourselves and recognize what makes us feel unsafe. Taking good care of our body, having a consistent meditation or spiritual practice to become more inner directed, avoiding exposure to self-harming behaviors, and learning how to manage fear or trauma reactions is essential to being safe within yourself. The first step is to identify what makes us feel safe and stable and to do those things every day. We must make an effort to identify what choices we do have, and make changes in our environment that can increase our sense of safety and comfort while in our physical space. Assess the physical and emotional safety of your environment, and realize it may be necessary to remove people or situations from your life who are entrenched in destructive and harmful behaviors, in order to make the necessary changes to your lifestyle. When we are more competent in emotional self-regulation our inner safety is enhanced, so that trust can be formed, as we discover that we really do have the resources inside of us for feeling comforted and safe.

CONSCIOUS REMINDER: “Before You Start Healing And Guiding Others — Heal Yourself First”

The self-help and spiritual community is a brilliant one where one could really grow and become the best version of themselves spiritually and mentally.

But somehow, even this community has become contaminated, not because of any corruption, but because of their lack of self-realization. There have been numerous occasions where I was sitting in front of a healer, a mentor, or a teacher, but they could not really heal me.

Rather, I found that they were wounded themselves and their wounds were reflected through me. What it showed me is that their wounds were affecting me and not in a good way.

Wounded healers can’t really help you much, they don’t practice what they preach. As a result, you only end up being worse than you already were.

It’s common knowledge — you will only trust professionals when they actually do what they are supposed to do. You would not visit a surgeon who knows all the basics of conducting an operation but does not know the practical application of the same, right?

That’s the case with a wounded healer. They know all the theoretical means to make someone spiritually healed, but since they have not practiced healing themselves, they fail to do anything about their patient. Oftentimes, they forget that we have been through this as well.

As a healer, I have been wounded too, and I have understood it when a wounded healer is trying to heal me. Similarly, as a wounded healer myself, I had tried to help others heal as well.

The vibrational energy that a healer has which should envelop a wounded person just doesn’t click. On top of that, if you are a healer and you are wounded, you cannot pose yourself as a healer. That is called fraud and you should not do something like that.

When you are trying to heal someone, or at least, when you are trying to become a healer — you have to ask yourself some important questions. They will be hard ones and you might find it difficult to answer them, but you must:

Have you been wounded before and have you become a healer without addressing the wound?

Are you still suffering from the wound but are trying to pretend that you are not and that is taking up a lot of energy?

These are internal questions that you must ask to finally understand yourself. If the answers are ‘Yes’, then you should stop being a healer for others and try to release your own wounds first.

How Can You Do it

Sit with yourself and go inside. Confront your wound, however painful it turns out to be. Don’t shy away from it. Remove any obstacle that is trying to stop you from transforming. Become free! Become a living experience of what you have always preached.

Don’t go about preaching to others when you need to direct your teachings to your inner-self. I have been in the same position. I became my own quantum alchemist and started to do some inner work to release all my blocks and transform myself.

It was painful and it does not go away immediately. I still work on it. Yes, my business failed during this time, but that’s okay. At least I was true to myself.

Self-Realization

Before you engage in this intensive programme, you have to go through some self-realization. First, you have to ask yourself:

Is it your service time that triggers your wounded self?

Do you have a specific kind of structure that makes you believe you can be a mentor or a healer?

If the answers are yes, then go on with your services.

But if it is no, then stop. Heal your wounded child. Become what you teach first. Transform yourself and then you can transform others.

The world needs healers, but it does not need wounded ones. Be a proper healer and help the world grow.

CONSCIOUS REMINDER: “Leave The Past In The Past, And Start Living In The Now”

A lot of people are living proof of how they can be captured in the claws of the past. Signs which show that you are living in the past are many, but you need to be strong enough to recognize them.

Here are actions you should use in order to live in the present.

1. Don’t escape the moment

Life is a battle, trying not to face with the reality will cause you bigger problems. Facing the fear will hell you to overcome it. After dealing with every issue, you will be stronger as a person, and you will appreciate every minute spent in the present.

2. Embrace your pain

Everything that life serves to us, is served with a reason. You should embrace that and move on. Pain and suffrage are part of life, and we cannot avoid them. They makes us stronger, and enrich us with experience.

3. Ground yourself

No matter what your problem is, you need to stay grounded. In order to achieve this you can go outside, put your arms on tree, focus, and feel the object, analyze what you are hearing and feeling. You are here now, and there is no other place that you need to be.

4. Project a better future

What you are surviving now, will make you a stronger and smarter person. You deserve a better future, so with new experiences you are capable enough, to reconstruct your project for your future. Don’t be anxious, make your dreams become reality.

5. Remember what didn’t go wrong

Experience is the best thing that you can get from your past. Learn from the mistakes, and try not to copy them in the present. Think before you act, and you will build your life as if it was an empire.

6. Welcome new joys

You need to get free from the claws of the past, and let happiness to enter in your soul. You should give yourself another chance, and move on with your life. Live your life fully, for yourself and for the people around you.

7. Make necessary changes

Changes will make you to stay in present, not to lose yourself, and to stay focused. Eliminate the fear from new things, change your job, your home, meet new friends. Break the monotony down.

NANICE ELLIS: “Are You In A Chaotic Or Energy-Sucking Relationship?”

Are you in a chaotic or energy-sucking relationship?  If so, you need to know about the social/relationship disorder known as “Amorphia”!

Do you have a friend, partner or parent who spews their emotions, crosses boundaries or manipulates the relationship according to their needs?  If so, they may be suffering from the social/relationship disorder called Amorphia!

The term “Amorphia” is derived from the word amorphous which means “indefinite character without defined shape or form; lacking clear structure, boundaries or focus.”

Although the word “amorphous” is most commonly used to describe undefined circumstances or shapeless substances, such as clouds or chemicals, people can also have amorphous tendencies.  In fact, in many cases, amorphous behaviors can turn into a social dysfunction that negatively affects relationships.

Even though I usually prefer to avoid labels, I also know that it’s impossible to heal a relationship without first identifying the core issue. As a result, I have personally coined the term “Amorphia” to describe this relationship dynamic.

So, what exactly is Amorphia?

You know all those people who drain your energy? Well, in all likelihood, many of them suffer from some degree of Amorphia, and, therefore, they can be defined as “Amorphics”! Although severe Amorphics are often described as “energy sucking vampires,” in most cases, the signs and symptoms of Amorphia are more subtle.

Although Amorphia can manifest as a wide range of behaviors, it can be defined as the misuse and abuse of energy, and this means that Amorphic people are not responsible with their energy (aka emotions, behaviors actions, etc…).

For instance:

  • Amorphics are often unpredictable and unable to commit to even simple choices, and because they have poor follow through, many don’t honor the commitments or choices they do make.
  • Amorphics often display inconsistent behavior and cannot be pinned down, and because they want to keep their options open, they may say one thing and do another.
  • While having poor boundaries, Amorphics frequently shift responsibility and use their emotions to manipulate others.
  • Since many Amorphics don’t value other people’s time and energy, they’re known to be insensitive or undependable (they are often late for appointments).
  • Amorphics can change their mind in a flash without any discussion; not even communicating with those involved.

Even though many Amorphics don’t understand how their behavior negatively affects others, the combination of mixed messages and broken promises results in ongoing arguments and chaotic relationships.

Chances are, if someone is not consciously using their energy, they’re unconsciously abusing it!

Projectors vs. Sponges

Although Amorphia can show up in many different ways, Amorphics can be divided into two distinct categories:

  • Amorphic Projectors
  • Amorphic Sponges

While Amorphic Sponges absorb, distort and/or project energy, they are more likely to be overly sensitive “people pleasers,” and while Amorphic Projectors project and distort energy, they are noticeably insensitive and more likely to develop narcissistic tendencies.

Amorphic Sponges seek approval, acceptance, appreciation, validation, etc…, and in order to get one or more of these emotional needs met, they may change their behavior to please others; this often results in self-suppression and disempowerment.

Amorphic Projectors seek respect and recognition in order to feel superior, and they always have to be right. Since they have to control the energy in any room or relationship, they often use their energy to over-power and suppress others.

While Amorphic Sponges need others to lift them up, Amorphic Projectors use others to lift them up.

The 4 Dynamics of Amorphia

Despite their differences, Projectors and Sponges share many common traits, and, in fact, they both misuse their energy in the same four ways.

So, unless otherwise specified, the following applies to both types of Amorphics.

#1 – Emotions

Both Amorphic Projectors and Amorphic Sponges project their energy through emotions — often using their emotions to manipulate others. While Amorphic Projectors are more likely to project anger, frustration, etc… and Amorphic Sponges are more likely to project sadness, disappointment, etc…, guilt and obligation are commonly used by both.

Since Amorphics project their energy/emotions onto others, if they’re feeling something, they want others to feel it too, and, in fact, it’s common for Amorphics to make other people responsible for their emotions. For example, it’s common to hear Amorphics say things like, “You made me angry.” By spewing blame and disappointment, they also make others responsible for their happiness.

Although some Amorphics wear their emotions on their sleeves, many are emotionally unavailable and hide their emotions. It’s also common for Amorphics to be emotionally reactive and quickly jump to conclusions. So, if something goes right, they’re happy, and if something goes wrong, they’re distraught.

Moreover, Amorphics may try to enroll others in their story by chronically validating their fears with “horror stories,” thereby manipulating people to feel what they feel. For example, if an Amorphic person is afraid of dogs, they may frequently share stories about random dog attacks.

Although Amorphics may spew their fears without ulterior motives, many intentionally provoke fear in order to control a partner’s, friend’s or child’s choices. For instance, to convince a partner not to go out with friends after work, an Amorphic partner may start talking about a local crime trend.

Furthermore, the Amorphic Sponge is an “energetic sponge” who takes on other people’s energy, emotions, and drama, and this means that if a friend or relative is sad, they’re sad. As a result, many Amorphic Sponges are ungrounded and emotionally unstable. In fact, they may expect a significant other to ground them or play the responsible adult.

On the other hand, the Amorphic Projector often diverts other people’s energy and may not seem to care how anyone feels — this dynamic results in, what appears to be, self-righteousness and a lack of compassion.

#2 – Responsibility

Rather than taking responsibility for their own lives, it’s common for both types of Amorphics to shift responsibility. Therefore, instead of taking responsibility for bad choices or negative circumstances, Amorphics either portray themselves as victims or justify their behavior with excuses.

By making others responsible for their feelings, they naturally project expectations, and when those expectations are not met, they project blame and disappointment.

So, no matter what happens, they have a distorted sense of responsibility.

However, even though Amorphics don’t take responsibility for their own lives, they may somehow believe that they have the right to manipulate others, and, when this is the case, they can either be over-protective people pleasers who feel responsible for everyone (aka Sponges) or over-bearing control freaks who always know best (aka Projectors)!

In addition to their emotions, Amorphics often manipulate others through judgment and blame, and if those strategies don’t work, threats and consequences are common. For instance, they might threaten to withhold love or approval, and if they don’t get their way, follow through accordingly. And, when all else fails, some Amorphics resort to suicidal threats, possibly escalating to tangible plans, and this means that the Amorphic person makes another person (usually a romantic partner) responsible for whether they live or die.

While Amorphic Sponges are more likely to hurt themselves, Amorphic Projectors are more likely to hurt others. Believing that they have the right to over-power or control another person, in extreme cases, Amorphic Projectors use their energy to violate others, and this can manifest as anything from bullying and verbal threats to physical violence.

Furthermore, whenever you see domestic violence, there’s always an Amorphic Projector acting as the abuser and an Amorphic Sponge portraying the victim.

#3 – Communication

By sharing too much information or asking inappropriate/personal questions, Amorphics can make people feel uncomfortable, and, furthermore, many Amorphics consistently ignore social signals.

On the other hand, in order to remain non-committal, some Amorphics share too little information. In fact, based on their needs or a desired outcome, Amorphics might omit pertinent information altogether, and, as a result, they’re often accused of lying.

Since the person who withholds information has greater power, their friends, relatives and colleagues are often at a disadvantage.

Furthermore, because Amorphic Projectors don’t consider the needs or wants of others, they often make choices without consulting those involved, and if they always have to be right, everyone else has to be wrong.

Not surprisingly, Amorphics often make their partners (and others) feel like they’re going crazy!

#4 – Boundaries

Both Amorphic Projectors and Amorphic Sponges have unclear boundaries, and many don’t know where they begin and others end.

While Amorphic Projectors may take advantage of others, Amorphic Sponges may allow people to take advantage of them.

Not knowing how to respect (or recognize) another person’s boundaries, both types of Amorphics often infringe their needs upon others, and this means that they may regularly expect help, support, money, etc…, and, in fact, they may chronically borrow money and default on promises of repayment.

Furthermore, if the Amorphic Sponge is emotionally needy or constantly seeking approval, others may experience his or her “energy” as an infringement in their space.

Since many Amorphics don’t respect privacy, they’re often found eaves-dropping or breaking into private emails. By getting into other people’s business, they frequently interfere where they don’t belong, and depending upon their intention, this can manifest as anything from unsolicited advice to downright manipulation. And, while the lines are blurred, this type of behavior can easily escalate into stalking.

Moreover, when Amorphics don’t respect physical space, it’s common for them to stand too close to other people or demonstrate inappropriate touching. On the other hand, it’s also common for Amorphic Projectors to hide behind a big wall, and by projecting “defensive energy,” keep everyone at a distance.

Additionally, with or without physical touching, some Amorphics use sexual energy as a form of manipulation, and in extreme cases, this can result in sexual harassment or assault.

By “manipulating” the boundaries of an intimate relationship, and justifying infidelity, Amorphics are more likely to cheat on their partners.

Role dysphoria is also common among Amorphics, and when this is the case, they may inappropriately take on the role of a parent or child.

The good news is that, in most cases, Amorphia has a cure!

Here’s How to Heal an Amorphic Relationship

If you’re in a relationship with an Amorphic, it’s safe to say that you’re in an Amorphic Relationship. However, once you understand the underlying dynamics, it’s possible to heal the relationship.

As the friends, partners and relatives of Amorphics, we often unknowingly perpetuate certain dynamics with our own behavior, and, therefore, by identifying and changing certain behaviors in ourselves, we have the power to heal our Amorphic Relationships.

So, if you’re the partner, friend or relative of an Amorphic, here’s what you need to do:

First, identify Amorphic patterns by pinpointing the ways in which Amorphia is showing up in your relationship.

Second, identify the hidden costs: energy draining, disruptive, frequent arguments, chaos, lack of intimacy, etc…

Third, identify your role in the Amorphic Relationship by answering the following questions:

  • Do you have unclear or non-existent boundaries?
  • Do you ever undermine your own worth?
  • Do you feel responsible for the Amorphic and his or her feelings?
  • Are you a people pleaser who doesn’t want to disappoint others?
  • Do you ever change, or hide, certain behaviors in exchange for approval or acceptance?
  • Do you ever change, or hide, certain behaviors in order to avoid guilt?
  • Do you ever change, or hide, certain behaviors in order to avoid someone’s anger, frustration or disappointment?
  • Are you afraid of consequences and threats (especially from the Amorphic Projector)?

If you answered yes to any of the above, you’ve spotlighted, at least, some of the ways in which you might be perpetuating an Amorphic Relationship.

Fourth, if you want to change an Amorphic’s behavior and heal an Amorphic Relationship, you must first change complementary behaviors in yourself!

For example, when it comes to an Amorphic partner, friend or parent:

  • Don’t be a people pleaser.
  • Don’t try to prove your worth.
  • Don’t allow yourself to be controlled by emotions.
  • Don’t be manipulated by guilt and obligation.
  • Don’t change or hide certain behaviors to avoid an Amorphic’s anger, disappointment, etc…
  • Don’t take responsibility for an Amorphic’s
  • Don’t take responsibility for an Amorphic’s
  • Don’t change your behavior in exchange for approval or acceptance.
  • Don’t inhibit your behavior because you’re afraid of consequences or threats.
  • If you believe that you’re in a dangerous situation, get professional help to get out.

Boundaries are Non-Negotiable!

Furthermore, if you’re in a relationship with an Amorphic, set and enforce clear boundaries. Since you can’t assume that someone will know exactly what you mean, always spell it out!

For example:

  • If you want your privacy respected, be perfecting clear that it includes no snooping, ease-dropping and interfering.
  • If you want to create positive and upbeat relationships, set a boundary that says no judgment or negativity.
  • If you want others to value your time, request that they keep their commitments, arrive on time and communicate changes promptly.

When one of your boundaries is crossed, make sure to respond immediately. If you wait to talk about it, your Amorphic partner, friend of relative might deny that it ever happened or reinterpret the event. Therefore, immediately pinpoint the Amorphic behavior and clearly state the boundary that’s been crossed — be clear and decisive without getting into a debate.

Remember, if you want others to respect your boundaries, you must also respect theirs.

Last but not least, cultivate the ability to say “no” and always be “at choice” for all you do and don’t do.

No doubt, it can take time to transform an Amorphic Relationship, and some relationships may need to end, but with love and patience, many relationships can endure — and even thrive.

1. Filtering

You filter out all the positive aspects of a situation and magnify the negative details.

How to combat it?

Try to list out as many positive details about a particular situation you find to be negative.

2. Polarized Thinking

You see things as Black and White, Good or Bad, there is nothing in between. Either you are perfect or you are a failure.

How to combat it?

There are many shades between black and white. Understand that nothing in nature is an extreme, it’s just our position of seeing a particular thing that can give us this subjectivity. If something is not perfect doesn’t mean it’s garbage.

3. Overgeneralization

You come to a general conclusion based on a single incident or piece of evidence without further research.

How to combat it?

Ask yourself where your evidence came from, how trustworthy is the source of the evidence, and is there any other evidence to back this assumption. How likely is for this single instance to be a general repeating truth? Did it happen at least 3 times with the same conditions? Were there any instances you can think of where the same conditions applied but the incident didn’t happen?

4. Mind Reading

Without their saying so, you assume what people were thinking and feeling, or why they act the way they do. You think you know what people think about you.

How to combat it?

Even though we like it to be true, we can’t read other people’s minds. We can assume what they think based on subtle clues and body language, we can get really close, but we can’t literally read their minds. What we usually do is project our own thoughts and we assume what they would think. Even if we come close to what they were thinking we cannot possibly know what they felt and for what reason. It takes years to connect with someone to such level, and even then our assumptions are wrong most of the time.

5. Catastrophizing

You always expect the worst. When you notice or hear about a problem you start asking What Ifs, What If It Happened To You.

How to combat it?

Just because something happened somewhere it doesn’t mean it will happen to you. Think about how many people it will not happen to. What makes you so special?

6. Personalization

Thinking that everything people say or do is some kind of reaction to you. You compare to others trying to determine who is better looking, smarter, etc.

How to combat it?

What people care about the most is themselves. They are obsessed with their own insecurities and they really do not care that much about you. The one who cares most about you is yourself and that’s why you assume everyone around you do the same. How sure are you about your assumptions? Can you test them in some way?

7. Control Fallacies

If you feel externally controlled, you see yourself as helpless, a victim of fate. On the opposite side, feeling everything in your life is internally controlled by you makes you feel responsible for the pain and happiness of everyone around you.

How to combat it?

The only responsibility you really have in your life is yourself. Understand that there are things outside of your control. What’s within your control are your choices, and even your choices can’t make other people happy if they do not choose to make themselves happy.

8. Fallacy Of Fairness

You feel resentful because you think you know what’s fair but others do not agree with you.

How to combat it?

Others might not see through the same perspective as you do. Try to see through other people’s eyes. Why would they not agree with you? What would be their reasoning? Where is their mistake? Instead of harboring anger within yourself try to let them know why you think they are wrong and you are right. Try to converse on the topic and maybe you will see the flaw in your perception. Maybe they will see their flaw. Whatever you do, expressing your truth will give you clarity.

9. Blaming

You hold other people responsible for your pain.

How to combat it?

Even though others might have hurt you they are not responsible for your pain. They might be responsible for what happened but your pain is your responsibility to heal. They do not feel pain, you do. Unless you accept your responsibility you will not be able to heal yourself. It’s much better to heal yourself than to seek revenge, be selfish about this.

10. Should

You have a list of rules and commandments about how everyone should act. If someone breaks a rule it extremely angers you and if you violate a rule you feel guilty.

How to combat it?

Nobody knows the right way to live so why would you assume everyone should listen to you? Nobody is born with a guide book. Even though your rules might be created to reduce suffering, know that most often, when rules are followed blindly, it comes a time when they create more suffering than reduce it. Especially if these rules are forced unto someone. We all follow a different path to the truth. If some rules work for you does not mean they will work for anyone else. Have your boundaries, but let others be free in having their own. Think about how you would feel if others forced some rules you don’t agree with upon your way of living. How will these rules help others? Explain it to them, invite them to follow.

ALEXANDER PAPAGEORGHIOU: “Let Go of Your Gods and Leaders — You are the Answer”

The time of Ascension is in full glow, as we near the highest peak of energies we have been feeling and anticipating for years.  For many of us, the grounding of full 5D energies is nearing completion and we are beginning life on a completely blank slate.  At this point, we need to review our lives over the last decade or so and see how much we have learned to be self-reliant, using our intuition and our guidance to show us the way towards this new existence.  The time of leaders, gurus and figures that we relied on to show us the path is finally over.

The purpose of the Ascension process has been to reconnect us with our infinity, our light, and to enable us to become creators, in an aware, and loving manner.  We have been stripped of all the superfluous, the painful, the difficult, and the old, in order to reveal what we can easily call, the real US.  Our real energy has been unveiled and we can finally connect with it and survey our entire history from the time our soul was created to today.  We have become aware of the veils that have clouded our society for eons and the false priorities they have dealt us so that we would not take the time to ask questions and uncover the truths so adeptly hidden for so long.  These were in place so that we would not discover our own power, as that would crumble the status quo.  Finally, we connected with our spiritual guidance and were able to get messages from higher realms, to enable us to understand what the purpose of our journeys have been, collectively and individually, and what awaits us at the end of the path.

Most awakening light beings have sought out teachers and guides in the physical world in order to get the tools they needed to start creating.  Often times, these were not energetically compatible with the seekers, but rather chosen via the mind for empirical reasons, or through karmic choices.  This led many astray in the quest for information about how to awaken their own power and remember what they had decided to forget in this incarnation.

The ultimate purpose of a spiritual teacher is to pass on knowledge and elevate the people that seek their help.  No knowledge can be appropriated or owned.  No teacher that is legitimately trying to spread the light can function otherwise.  Once that is done, the seeker can go on the own path and continue their journey to where their own etheric spiritual guidance wishes to take them.  Many will eventually become teachers of the knowledge and pass their own experiences onward.

Having received many clients over the years, I have seen over and over people that had unconsciously chosen to end up with teachers that were motivated by elements of EGO, control, and often to create a status for themselves as prophets and indispensable awakening factors in their clients lives.  This had defeated the entire purpose of the Ascension, of this new age of light we are entering.  True teaching and mentoring is done purely out of love, there can be no dependency on the teacher and the guide should never allow for this framework to develop in such a way.  One must always let their client leave in a more elevated, liberated state than they arrived in, and to have enabled them to understand, through proper communication with themselves, which way they should end up.

The concept of Guruism, of the prophet, and of the infallible teacher is void and over.  The era of awakened beings being their own GODS, their own source of light, through their own connection with the Creator is now, and anything that disguises itself as teaching and enlightening but does not ELEVATE and RELEASE is simply not authentic and helpful in any way.  If you recognize these traits in a teacher and feel like you are not able to move forward on your own for fear of being alone or having to release a dependency on that person, if you feel unsure of yourself but at peace when you are around these individuals, you really must explore why your empowerment is not in full glow and why you are not accepting YOURSELF AS THE ANSWER.

A legitimately loving guide serves only one purpose: to act as a messenger for the light and help reconnect you to your soul and spiritual guidance so that you may be able to channel the light through your heart on your own accord and be all that you are.  Anything less than this is misguided in motivation.

We are all fragments of the same light and are here to reconnect to ourselves, as that is all that is real.  The Source is here to guide us and we seek to be enlightened and EMPOWERED simultaneously.  We are all Creators and infinitely resourceful beings in our own light.  Let Gods and Leaders lie in the past.  Be Your Own.
