LISA RENEE (Time Shift Blog): “Mental Rackets and Payoffs”

The intensity continues as we move forward into July, we are continuing to be repositioned and shifted so that our energy bodies and our consciousness is congruently aligned with the new timeline architecture, as well as with the new energy foundation. As we continually undergo micro-adjustments in just about every area of our inner person and outward lifestyle, we are witnessing more of the mental patterns and archetypes from our past lives. As cellular memories are surfacing, they can reveal themselves as powerful and intense emotions, images or sensations that arise from within suddenly, as feeling associations are being reconnected.

These cellular memories are from both the ancient human galactic histories, other lifetimes as well as patterns we may have lived out in our current lifetime that may have contributed to fixed patterns of behavior. Many unresolved trauma patterns continue to cross over into multiple stations of identity, these are generally deep patterns of emotional trauma or negative behaviors that surface so that we may resolve them. They may be stemming from our multiple lifetimes, and the many human incarnation experiences where those same patterns were repeated many times without finding energetic balance or conflict resolution. The collective consciousness patterns which have defined who we are in order to accept the belief systems that have been imposed upon us, have been deeply disturbing to our core spiritual being. It is reflected to us daily throughout the macrocosm how isolated and divided we feel as a species, that the human race has evolved completely and utterly alone on this rock, disconnected and without contact from other species, as well as not knowing the existence of our spiritual families. As a species we have been handed many false concepts and negative archetypes that we have believed to be true about ourselves that define our sense of self in our human identity.

As a result, many people on the earth have been negatively conditioned to feel deeply alone, feeling unwanted, feeling they do not belong, feeling burdened by uncertainty and insecurity and believing that there is something wrong with them. When we feel deeply disconnected and alone, all kinds of disempowering thoughts and painful feelings can show up in our lives. When we can shift our awareness from purely focusing on ourselves and looking to the larger picture, it may occur to us that we are not alone, and that this thought form has only surfaced for us to see. An incredible amount of people, nearly all people have directly experienced these exact same thoughts, also experiencing these exact same painful feelings of isolation and disconnection from others. How many people on this earth are feeling this way right now?

When we realize that the pain of disconnection and isolation is the misery within human existence that stems from the negative mind control inflicted upon us by the NAA, we can begin to realize that we are no less than anyone else on this planet. Feeling deep grief, experiencing great loss and sorrow, the state of suffering, this is intrinsic to the general human experience in the current reality of which we all share and are a part. When we can actually see and feel into the collective consciousness that holds this overall collective mindset of disconnection, we can know that we really are not our thoughts and feelings. Did you choose these certain thoughts that surface into your mind? When these negative thoughts pop up in your mind without warning, suddenly surfacing from out of nowhere, observe them and look deeper. You will notice that some of these thoughts and feelings trigger you when they surface while others do not, there are thoughts that show up and they disappear just as quickly. All thoughts and feelings fade away from memory over time, whether you want them to or not. The mind control programming on this earth teaches us that we are supposed to be the content of all of our thoughts and feelings, and when these random thoughts suddenly show up, that they actually belong to us and constitute an essential part of our human identity.

Thus, all of these patterns are being refined during this time to give us the opportunity to see what we need to change or heal inside ourselves that we inherited from the collective consciousness mind control. This is a time where we must learn to create our new reality from an entirely new palette of color, creating new thoughtforms about ourselves, feeling deeply into the new emotional spectrums that ignite cross collaboration, co-creation and manifestation. The infusion of these new color frequencies are from the unity code harmonics, the trinity wave formats that create a base for the new energy platform, and this architecture is available to us now to help us build something entirely different.

As you study these old and painful patterns from the past you will begin to see them embedded as distortions that have great influence upon human consciousness, the 3D belief systems that have profoundly impacted the way human beings function in the world at so many different levels. The mental games and reptilian mind control programs that are running covertly within our unconscious self, those larger behavioral patterns that are set up by the death culture that has been accepted by mass society. All of the subterranean distortions of the upside down world are coming into blaring review for us to more deeply analyze in order to comprehend what is behind it and how it has influenced our lives.  We have to see who and what is running a mental racket into the mental body of our unconscious and conscious mind, in order to become free of its negative triggers. A racket is a corrupt mental program running in our conscious or unconscious self that justifies itself into being, to protect the psyche from discovering its deepest and darkest fears. When the unconscious mind is running rackets it is very tricky and manipulative, trying to cover up the truth in order to continue to feed the ego programs for an emotional payoff. However, we are being pushed to clearly see these mental rackets running within our psyche, as the new energy foundation will not tolerate or support them. Running mental rackets is the antithesis to embodying personal integrity and authenticity. In order to be congruent with the core essence and the nature of our true self, we have to see the rackets that are bargaining with our ego in order to receive a mental or emotional payoff. Then take steps to remove faulty thinking and clear these mental rackets from taking control over our emotional state that influence the spiritual house of our inner being. When we are running mental rackets, we become the cause of our own mental and emotional suffering. When we can recognize that we are contributing to our own suffering by running negative mental rackets we can choose in every moment to give it up instantly.

Suffering is generated from focusing on what we want something to be, seeing the difference between what we want and what is actually the reality in this moment. The expectations of wants, needs and desires put projections onto something or someone that you want to be different from what they actually are, and this generates pain. When we want to force change upon another who is not living up to our expectations or desires, we may be feeding into blockages that make the situation of our own suffering become even worse. When we project our desires and needs onto others, when those expectations are not being met then people feel deeply hurt. And yet this hurt was produced from one’s own internal suffering by placing expectations upon another to relieve it, instead of finding deeper acceptance that allows each person to be who they are in this moment. When we find the generosity to hold total unconditional acceptance and love for others, we naturally find the same unconditional love and acceptance for ourselves.

If we want to be emotionally freed from feeling hurt and abandoned by other people, we must give up all expectations we have of other people, and find acceptance for them and the situation we may find ourselves in the moment.

Are you running mental rackets that are making you suffer? Mental rackets are fixed ways of thinking, being and behaviors that you refuse to change even if they are unhealthy or destructive to you and others. Fixed ways of being can be a mental program playing out certain archetypes or negative patterns, such as feeling victimized by something and looping into the victim-victimizer thoughts that generate repeated grievances and recurring complaints. If we have the same pattern of behaviors that generates recurring complaints about something or someone, then we have to take responsibility to change that mental pattern in order to begin to change the results that we make in our lives. Many people that constantly complain about the same issues and constantly feel hurt and betrayed by others, may not realize that deeply hidden in the unconscious mind, is a mental program running for an emotional payoff.  There is a payoff for every emotionally driven behavior and thought, whether positive or negative, that can be used to manipulate types of responses that you want to get out of other people. We can choose to let them go once we have honestly identified the negative emotions that are repeating patterns, and then digging deeper for the emotional payoff that is received from that behavior.

When we are not self-aware and we continually feed into the same negative behaviors without making an effort to change them, we are continuing to feed into duplicity at the expense of being totally honest with others, with upfront and open communication. Sometimes these negative behaviors happen in our more intimate and emotionally connected relationships. Many people may not be aware they are emotionally duplicitous with others, and that is a seed of deceit that will generate a return of more of the same.

To go deeper and commit to let go of running mental rackets in order to receive an emotional payoff from them, we can spend some time to untie the knot between the negative behavior and the emotional payoff habit. Spend some time alone honestly assessing the negative patterns you may have running mental rackets that are tied to emotional payoffs. What’s important to recognize is that undesirable or negative behaviors are often associated with a mixture of wanted and unwanted consequences. One of the most important payoffs that is often associated with undesirable behavior is the reduction of anxiety and tension. There are many different types of undesirable and negative behavior that are used as coping mechanisms, that actually help people temporarily reduce their feelings of mental or emotional anxiety.

Once you have more clarity on the deeper reasons why this undesirable pattern has emerged, then find the vulnerability to share honestly with that person when you have noticed this dynamic occurs in that relationship. First, share the negative thought and behavior that has become a habit, once you have identified this happens between you and another person. Allow yourself to be vulnerable and reveal to this person the emotional payoff that you receive for using this negative behavior between you. Then commit to this person and yourself that you will not run this negative behavior and emotional behavior racket anymore to the best of your ability. Then declare to the person what is the most essential parts of your relationship that you value, as well as discovering the ways to build deeper trust together.

This is a time of Reality Check so that we can see what damage has been done that has left coping mechanisms and mental rackets, taking stock of what we have left to mentally and emotionally process, so we can live and speak in the deepest truth and integrity that we are capable of. Blind spots in our awareness or the perception that we hold of others that keep us in denial and living inside the deceptive psychological defense programs, or running mental rackets cannot continue. We are being rid of layers of drama, trauma and defense mechanisms that we have been operating unconsciously and consciously as the result of being a 3D human. Many of us on the ascension path may find ourselves deeply enmeshed in clearing these emotional and archetypal patterns now. It may show up as a part of healing the larger macrocosm mental rackets or healing something in your personal life, however the process of revelation is the same. All of humanity is subject to running these mental rackets and programs. This process can be painful as it requires that you give it all up at the Altar of inner spirit, nothing is held back, nothing is sugar coated, nothing is veiled from your ability to see or live by the truth as you know it. All we need to do is drop any resistance and let the circumstance self-correct as we participate by compassionately witnessing the pattern as it is being shifted or completely dissolved and removed. It is also dissolving the membranes that create energetic walls of separation that exist inside of us, so that we can be more whole within and therefore also be more whole in our interactions with others.  This can be an intense time of spiritual awakening and expansion, so taking the necessary time out and being gentle and forgiving in these circumstances, is the practice of building energetic self-mastery.

Things are not as they Seem…they really are not.

When we project on to others what we “think” is going on with them and assume they are this way or that, (not interested, uncaring, not in love, etc) it becomes a state of consciousness that is hard to recognize that is PROJECTION.

Its like there are many worlds people live in (and there are) and the communication between most people in relationships is the state of consciousness of projections.

The different worlds are the different levels of consciousness.

One cannot have a deep true level of intimacy, with someone who is projecting. As there is no real communication going on. Beliefs in APPEARANCES ~ and second guessing through the filter of ones fears. Is not intimacy. Or even anything REAL.

If there is a state of illusion, it is this. A state of consciousness where ONES deep level fears are so ingrained in consciousness, that the filter they see everything with, becomes to them, a WORLD where they see everything as the victim. Which has NOTHING to do with what is actually going on.

The friend, the lover. At some point (hopefully) one realizes and takes responsibility for ALL feelings that come up related to deep inner  insecurities. These insecurities  are at the core of the subconscious programming, we are here to clear. As we enter completely 5th Dimensional Consciousness.

Project, expect and demand a certain life or a certain experience from life or with another, is the little self, rejecting the Higher Self through resistance.

The Higher Self YOU knows exactly what needs to be cleared, what needs to be changed, WITHIN YOU. That is why it is coming up. It is called ~ your “experience” like it or not.

Waking UP ~ Like a trained athlete that knows daily dedication, is a state of consciousness, where ONE lives to be awake. One lives to truly SEE how they are functioning and what they are functioning through.

Holding oneself accountable, is part of the process. Are we truly being authentic or projecting on to others our stuff?

How can you tell if the predominant way you live is through projecting? Are you the victim EVER? That is projecting.

At the level of 5th Dimensional Consciousness YOU OWN EVERYTHING.

That everything is YOUR FEELINGS.

We do not brush aside and deny and cover up how we feel to step deeper into freedom.

We feel, we own, we LOVE what arises, within ourselves.

There is no other way.

And like the trained athlete, it takes all. Focus, self-awareness, going through things even when we do not like it. To CONTINUOUSLY take part in our own Evolving  of consciousness. To wake up.

LOOK within! It is you! Everything you see, feel and experience is through the state of consciousness within yourself.

When you change inside. When you have a change of HEART, you see Everything differently. This may be a game this experience of life. If so, play the game full on, through being more attentive to what is going on within yourself.

Those feelings, those feelings you keep ignoring. Bring them up to the light of Day. Give them compassion and love, that is the only way you enter freedom.

True Freedom, true Love. Not out there, SEEKING everything externally. 3D is backwards, is attempts to attain out there first. 5D is everything is a result of within, and the consciousness experiences itself through that.

The inner awareness, love, joy and bliss of taking responsibility for what is going on within. Then sharing loving relationships built on high levels of self-awareness.

Go Deep within and know yourself. Know the Universe within. Know the mastery of manifestation ~ WITHIN.

MICHELLE WALLING, CHLC: “How To Move Through Vibrational Roadblocks”

Congratulations on learning how to raise your vibrational frequency! You may be wondering what to do next, and you also may have had some unexpected challenges that have left you wondering if you are doing the right thing. What is the next step beyond raising your vibration and when do the challenges end?

As a part of spiritual awakening, we learned that the world has existed in a lower vibrational frequency which has kept us lulled into complacency in a walking sleep state. You may have read many articles on raising your vibration such as this one- How To Raise Your Personal Vibration, and may have listened to videos such as this one from Gregg Prescott of In5d that explains how this frequency has been all around us and why:

As you transmuted low vibrational frequencies, your DNA has slowly shifted to allow our cells to vibrate faster. This has allowed your cells to begin to ignite with light or plasma, and the DNA within your cells has begun to transform.

Through meditation, you slowed time down, turned off the outside world, went within to raise your frequency. You worked on transmuting energies of fear (thick, sticky, dark energy), and are learning to operate from the heart rather than the head or ego. Your consciousness has expanded along with your cells and you are working on detoxing and purifying your body, which also raises your vibrational frequency.

A couple of things may have happened since you began your work. For one, you may have figured out that at some point you will need to stop raising your frequency or your spirit may pop out of your body. This isn’t a bad thing as people have out of body (OBE) experiences a lot. However, for the purpose of holding a frequency that will help Earth to ascend in her vibrational frequency and consciousness, we need to stay in the body and be grounded. The importance of grounding is imperative because it keeps us in tune with the Earth and Source, and is one of the most important things we do on a daily basis.

Another thing that may have happened to you as you hit a high point of vibration is that negative entities were attracted to you like moths to a flame. This is because the beings that feed off of our energy are beginning to starve as a collective because of the number of people waking up and cutting them out of their lives. When they notice a glowing light bulb on their plane of existence, they think that they will be getting a buffet dinner. They gather around and wait for the dinner bell. If you are not always on your toes, you may slip back into an old habit such as arguing, jealousy, alcohol, or drug use. These behaviors and actions create a fissure in the auric field just big enough to allow one of these entities to plug the socket in to start feeding.

Slowly you begin to be drained again of your energy and your cells begin to vibrate a bit slower. If this happened to you, the good news is that your consciousness was raised enough to understand what had happened, and many of you pulled out of this situation and went right back into a high vibrational state. You also realized that the reason this happened to you is that you were vibrating so high that you were noticed. Don’t have any fear about getting back to that state, because the higher you go, at one point you will become invisible to them. This is a game of one step forward and two steps beck, but eventually you will get to the top of the stairs. Don’t be too hard on yourself for that backward step, it is a very normal part of learning and experience through a veiled illusion.

Another possibility is that while clearing out what is not of a high vibrational frequency, some hidden things of the past surfaced and you struggled with major changes on your life. Upheaval brought a bit of chaos until you were able to figure things out. This was almost another dark night of the soul, but since you had already been there before you recognized that you simply needed to pay attention to what was coming up and deal with it like the warrior that you are. Most of the times this upheaval can be interpreted as a vibrational roadblock, keeping you in a seemingly never ending “groundhog day”.

Then you may have had the rinse and repeat pattern. Some people who suffer form this have been labeled as “bipolar”. This is when individuals have fluctuations from negative to positive and back, and whose vibrations fluctuate from low to high to low. These individuals are highly receptive to influences from outside electromagnetic, UV and audio frequencies.

You may have realized that you needed to move away from the person or situation that triggered you or the city that was bombarding you with low frequencies through towers and radio waves. The important thing to realize is that running away will not keep the pattern from repeating. The energies need to be felt through the emotional body and let out in a way that does not harm others. Figuring out how to do this is simply a trial and error creation.

The “what to do next?” question can be answered by determining where you are in the stages of flux right now. The mastery of this incarnation is to learn how to balance the fluctuations of vibrations so that you do not have such extreme polarities. You don’t want to pop out of your body unless you are trying to, and you don’t want another dark night of the soul. Now is the time to master learning how to control your reactions and thoughts much better each time you are triggered. It’s also time to face your fears and stop running away from situation and people, but instead recognizing where the energy came from and transmuting it into a balanced state.

It is time now to harness the power of the earth, and the cosmos. The mind, body, and soul are keys to unlocking potential and finding the vibration and energy that is in tune with who you really are. The secret to life isn’t about continuing to “raising your vibe”. That gets you to a place where you can discover your unique soul frequency and tune into it. Doing this will strengthen your connection with your higher self, your oversoul, and Source (all the same thing on the highest level). This is the advanced work that is to be done as you raise your vibrational frequency. Everyone’s spirit rings a particular tone. Go within to hear or feel your tone and intend to bring more of that tone into your body. When you feel like you are singing your own song of love and harmony, share your tone with everyone and everything in your reality, and see how happy that makes you feel.

Finally, if you find yourself becoming bored and unhappy and have cut off everything that you used to do that was fun, it’s time to re-evaluate your life from a higher perspective.

I recently had a life coaching session with a 67 year old man whose life consisted of baseball, hunting, and hanging out in the woods. He found himself sitting alone, cut off from the world, wondering “what’s next”?

After asking him a few questions, I sensed that he had a really good handle on identifying what was harmful to him and he had worked very hard to eliminate these things. We decided together that is was o.k. for him to re-introduce some of the things that he used to love to do, with a higher consciousness, awareness, and understanding. For example, he really missed baseball and he got really excited when I told him to turn the TV on to watch a few games! He knows how to shield himself with crystals and will turn the volume down during commercials. He also will go back to sitting in his deer stand with his bow and arrow, which is when he was most happy in life. Before he shoots a deer, he will telepathically commune with it and the Earth and ask for permission to take the deer’s life. He will also use all of the deer in one way or another that is not wasteful. While this may be controversial for animal rights activists and vegetarians, this man had done nothing his whole life but spend time in the woods, hunt, and watch baseball, and when he quit doing these things he lost his friends and became a hermit and was on the verge of severe depression.

This man’s case is a lesson in tailoring your spiritual practice to your lifestyle. It shows that it is important to do what makes you happy in life while we shift from 3d through 4d and into 5d. Of course we will eliminate a lot of things when we shift out of this reality. But for now, take a good look at what you have stripped away from your life and think about whether if it has left you barren. If you quit your banking job and you cannot keep food in the refrigerator, it may be time to take on a similar job until the banking system collapses. An understanding of how to emotionally detach from the system will allow you to do this knowing that you will be happier with income for now. Some people just simply cannot work in the very industries that are corrupting our lives, while some may need to be infiltrators from the inside out. Learn how to have balance in your life, and learn how to turn a negative situation into a positive one.  If you need to, do some things in moderation that may have been labeled as spiritual “no no’s” based on your intuition, soul path, and lifetime history.

The challenges may not end until we have returned to Source to sign up for another assignment. However, by integrating our higher self’s wisdom from our soul, we can learn how to play the game with a better understanding of how to be in this world but not of it. Your intention to remove yourself from this reality will be the strong force to push like minded individuals over the edge into a new reality where these struggles will vanish. For now, do the best you can and take the load of bricks off of your shoulders. Your going to get there one way or another, and right now you have to do what makes life easiest for you while you continue to climb the steps. Your soul song frequency will get more and more refined for every brick you drop.

LISA RENEE (Energetic Synthesis): “Anger is Dangerous”

During the transition of moving from the Ophiuchus constellation, the wound healer, and moving into the fiery element of the Sagittarian influences, this phase of exposure to these cosmic forces that are transmitting from the Galactic Zodiac include various stages and intensities of healing crisis for many people.  This time may include the rapid incineration of longstanding patterns of identity and the burning up of the old, painful and decrepit energies of the past.  This is similar to the inner spiritual bonfire that can dissolve the constructs of the lower self and clear the attachments to negative beliefs and  behaviors that result in energy parasites and thought form possession.  As many people on the planet endure forms of psychological, emotional and spiritual healing crisis, many may be feeling confused about the roller coaster of emotions they may be feeling.  One of the most common forms that healing crisis can play out in groups of people, especially those without impulse control or self-awareness, is to get really frustrated and angry from not knowing how to express pent up emotions.  We have a lot of people on this earth who do not know how to handle or diffuse the intensity of pent up emotional anger that they feel bubbling up from deep inside themselves and sourcing from the collective consciousness.  Our culture is not taught about the forms of anger, how to diffuse anger, how to gain control over personal impulses of anger, and how to get to the source of anger before it starts to take complete control over that person’s mind, emotions and body.  It is important to recognize, now more than ever, expressing uncontrolled anger and violent outbursts without self-control is dangerous to you and dangerous to others.  Expressing anger with violence only breeds more anger around you, and will infuse destructive energies into your life.

There are many misconceptions about anger and aggression and how to best cope with it. The most destructive misconception is that it is healthy or effective to display anger in hostile, aggressive or violent ways in order to allow that person to vent their anger impulses.  When people act out their anger impulses in the heat of the moment, the results of that persons rage, hostility and violence, even if its momentary, is often destructive and tragic.  People cannot make a clear and positive choice when they are stuck in feelings that cycle into rage or anger.  Because they allow base negative emotions to take control over them, they are not trustworthy people, as one never knows what may set them off into a seething rage or outburst.   In the current terrain, most people that burst out into hostile anger are enduring short term thought form possession or dark entity possession.  When a person loses control over their faculties, and allow hostile anger to take them over, they are used as a vessel to produce and direct energetic harm to themselves and to others.  This is called a dark portal, which can be defined by observing a person’s negative behavior that is connected to forms of anger.  There are many forms of anger like: annoyance, irritation, aggravation, agitation, frustration, peeved, annoyed, miffed, sulking, offended, bitter, indignation, exasperation, incensed, pissed, outrage, hostile, spite, vengefulness, resentment, wrath, rage, fury, ferocity, and livid.  All of these negative emotional states are risky if they are excessively indulged, and all people should be aware when they are feeling forms of anger, in order to maintain control over their faculties.  Hate is also form of anger because when a person chooses to blame the other for their personal difficulties, that is the moment that person has decided to hate them.  If hatred or anger is not resolved, the result of accumulated anger is bitterness and resentment, which are some of the most poisonous emotions for the body, mind, and spirit.

Many times people near that person that is expressing forms of anger can get hurt, and even get slimed by the intense bursts of negative energies, like aggression or seething rage.  When a person loses control over their anger impulses, they are easily manipulated and they perceive the reality around them much differently, than a person who is calm.  Think about this, who has better discernment of events happening in the moment, a person on a rage fest of angry spew or a person who is completely calm and observing the situation and can see the overview?  Does the person who is spewing a rage filled blast of negativity into the environment and directing that destructive energy at other people, have any true clarity in that moment while he/she is on the middle of an angry tantrum?  No, this is how tragic mistakes occur and people get hurt.

When we get into cycles of expressing uncontrollable rage or anger, our mind and eyes will see through a filter of rage, and that person becomes highly susceptible to delusions, and fabricating a false narrative in order to justify their negative behavior.  A delusion is a belief that is held with strong conviction despite superior evidence to the contrary.  When we lose control over our faculties from uncontrolled anger or rigid and inflexible thinking, we can only access very limited perceptions, such as false or incomplete information, confabulation, dogma, illusion, or other distortions of perception.  Obviously, if we are making life decisions based on false or incomplete information that is primarily based upon our undisciplined impulses, we are not making informed or aware choices, and this will propel us onto a path of creating more confusion and deception about our correct direction.  When people allow themselves to discharge aggression, violence and anger, they put on a filter of anger that skews their vision and perception.  Most of the time, people that have consistent outbursts of uncontrolled anger are easily used as dark portals, and whatever they perceive happening is not actually the accurate assessment of what is happening.  When a person allows themselves to be consumed by anger, they lose all control over their reasoning faculties, and they have little to no discernment about the true and accurate version of events.  People that let themselves be carried away by forms of aggression or angry outbursts may defend the false ego narrative that led them to the conclusion that the anger outburst was necessary.  Because they need to justify their anger, they will easily be led to fabricate a complete delusion about the actual events, because the truth is too unpleasant for them to actually deal with. Many times the truth is that they are unwilling to look at the real cause of the episodes of outbursts of anger, and are unwilling to take responsibility for the problems they have. It’s easier for their mind to make up stories, to fabricate an enemy that can be the object of all their projections and problems, thus rejecting any accountability for their personal actions.

A person unwilling to take responsibility for their angry outbursts are usually high stress controller types or manipulators, and in order to make themselves feel justified for their angry outburst, they will blame someone or something as the cause of their rage.  This unwillingness to be accountable to personal actions can result in forms of projection or transference, which is a way to blame someone else for your own negative behaviors and aggressive displays.  Thus, as more people feel a lot of inner anger, much of which they do not know how to cope with, they start to find people or things to blame as the direct cause of their anger and rage.  We are going to drill this down further, in order to be able to see how anger is generated by improper thinking, the need to place blame on others, real or imagined, which leads to producing more pain, confusion and unhappiness in our life.  Wrong actions formed by improper thinking generate more pain, anger and destruction. Right actions formed by right thinking, generate more happiness, love and harmony in our life.

Self-Justification

Unfortunately, people often are confused by what is perceived incorrectly through their own need to be okay through self-justification of their negative behaviors, like displays of anger.  Some people formulate these distortions as Ego Defense Mechanisms because they have not learned how to free their mind through the use of Negative Ego tools for deeper self-inquiry and to clear out pent up emotions that can lead to angry outbursts and destructive impulses.  As we learn to free our mind and love ourselves unconditionally, we know that we are okay without needing to self-justify or defend who we really are that is related to ideas of self-worth.  When we are free of our own need for self-justification, (by increasing our inner self-approval and self-love, no matter where we find ourselves) then we do not need to justify others or justify ourselves, as well as resort to the blame game.  We are then freed to be capable of unconditionally loving others no matter what they may be choosing to do in that moment.  It is what it is in this moment.  One has no control over others nor what others may think about them, based on whatever perceptions or beliefs that have been formed, whether its truth or lies.  The quality of our thinking shapes our belief systems and attitudes and is the result of accumulated life memories and the personality filter which form perception, judgment, bias and skills or proficiencies.  The mind may distort information when the ego feels threatened, and that person will fabricate a storyline that fits into the reality they want it to be, rather than what it really is, in order to find a coping mechanism through the feelings of discomfort.  When people are using a coping mechanism to self-justify, they present a one-sided argument that is incomplete and based on the faulty thinking of an selfish egoic perception.  If we focus on the Spirit of Humility it reduces our need for self-justification and blaming others, which allows us to admit to and learn from our mistakes or negative ego behaviors.  Humility is the key to help us overcome many of these thought form distortions which evolve into a host of ego defense mechanisms and delusional thinking.  During times of stress, overload, or threat, people often resort to a simplistic form of thinking, called primal survival thinking. 

Primal Survival Thinking

Primal thinking when it is repetitive and left unchecked, accumulates factors in people that they may start to believe are true when they are really deceptions they believe about themselves.  When we are overstressed or overwhelmed we may go back to the “root” fears or the most primitive layers of the unconscious mind.  It is only when we have arrived at a level of trust that we are secure and safe in this world, safe in our relationship with God spirit, that we can fully clear survival root fears and eliminate primal thinking.  Whenever we feel unsafe or threatened, we go back to the root of our survival fears, which trigger ego defenses into base negative thoughts like fear.  This is why building the relationship to the core self and building the spiritual practice to deeply connect with our higher power is the most important practice all of us can do.  This is the way ego discipline is formed and strength in the energetic foundation of one’s spiritual-energetic core is built.  For an accurate assessment of reality and challenging circumstances, it is important to reexamine the situation using purposeful, valid, thoughtful, and accurate analysis that properly allows for the many complexities that we face on the planet today.  We can blend a synthesis of the mental analysis of the evidence or facts, mixed with intuitive levels of Higher Sensory Perception in order to have better assessment ability and to understand, the accurate assessment of events of which we are involved.

Mental Triggers

When we identify these types of mental triggers that take us into distorted thought patterns, through noticing our tension, anxiety or frustration levels, we can switch back into the balance inside ourselves to find a way to release our stress.  Immediately we can shift tension through refocusing our mind into breath, or refocusing into the current moment sensory-feeling awareness, or finding a nonviolent way to express the tensions we are feeling.  By refocusing oneself at the moment tension or stress is being experienced, it prevents impulsive reactions such as blurting out negative words or expressing angry behaviors at others.  When we express angry behavior impulsively, it is not a pleasant or positive situation for ourselves or others around us.  When we have allowed anger to make us impulsive it means we have embodied that angry state, which is not a healthy practice for anyone.  Acting out impulsive anger can be very intimidating and bullying to others.  This is very emotionally damaging in all people and it breaks trust in creating healthy and safe relationships with others.  In most social situations, it is preferable to recognize anger and learn to observe that anger as it builds without allowing the angry state to overwhelm and take over one’s body, mind and emotions.   It is possible to witness and feel anger instantaneously and to refocus that anger immediately, in so to refuse anger, hostility or violence to become your identity as a person.  This is also demonstrated by having respect for others around you, in so that your angry spew is not vomited onto other people that are around or in the environment.

Impulse Control by Refocusing

As one learns how to refocus one’s thoughts in the moment, one prevents overwhelming states of emotion from triggering impulsive behaviors and angry reactions.  As one develops strong impulse control they are learning a form of ego discipline through applied patience.  If we check in and find that we do not like what we may be feeling, we can learn better the reasons for that by further shifting into the observer mode.  In our community, we call that process of observing as shifting from identifying with a thought or feeling by moving ourselves into the compassionate witness.  As a Compassionate Witness we have no judgment of thoughts or feelings, we hold no judgment of what we are observing in the external, we only observe those thoughts and feelings in our self and others.  When we can fully observe through our own Compassionate Witness, we then become neutral and centered and we have no need to exert control, direct harm or get angry.  Then, we can immediately find relief from our inner anxiety, fears and a host of other negative thought distortions.  This process is key to shifting ego defense mechanisms, clearing the thought addiction tendency and releasing the mental anxiety or fear of feeling emotional depth or pain.  By continually using an ego defense mechanism to avoid facing the source causation of the anxiety or deeply rooted fear, (which is unresolved pain or trauma) we are only perpetuating the mental looping which uses denial of the truth in order to avoid feeling pain or discomfort.  Denial of the truth is the seed of all deceptions and delusional fantasies that are generated from an unclear and undisciplined mind, which only leads to generating more frustration and anger.

Splitting

Splitting is a very common Ego Defense Mechanism that occurs when a person is unwilling to know the truth, or take responsibility for their actions and behaviors.  If the truth is unpleasant for them, they fabricate a story that is more acceptable to them to justify their belief system.  This kind of person would rather listen to pleasant manipulations and deceptions in order to feel better, rather than actually know the truth if its unpleasant for them.  Splitting can be defined as the division or polarization of beliefs, actions, objects, or persons into good and bad labels, by focusing selectively on a narrow and incomplete version of perceiving their positive or negative attributes.  Splitting diffuses the mental anxiety that arises from a person’s inability to grasp the nuances and complexities of a given situation or state of affairs by simplifying and schematizing the situation and thereby making it easier to think about and categorize.  It also reinforces the sense of self as being labeled as good and virtuous, by effectively demonizing all those who do not share in the same opinions, perceptions and values.  On the other hand, such a compartmentalization leaves people with a distinctly distorted picture of reality that creates self-delusions, and a restricted range of thoughts and emotions; it also affects our ability to attract and maintain healthy relationships.  People with splitting tendencies are not mentally or emotionally stable, they flip flop between many sporadic impulsive states or outbursts of emotion.  Perceptions can easily flip, with friends and lovers being thought of as personified virtue at one time and then as personified evil at another time (and back and forth).  Splitting also arises in groups, when members of the in-group are seen to have mostly positive attributes, whereas members of out-groups are seen to have mostly negative attributes – a phenomenon that contributes to group think and, indeed, inflexible attitudes  and lack of acceptance for other people.

Exercise:  Analyzing our anger can provide valuable insights into knowing yourself and to increase self-awareness. To analyze the anger you are feeling, begin by examining the perceived loss. Ask yourself:

  • What have I lost? Is the loss real?
  • What is its value to me?
  • Why do I perceive this as important?
  • Was this my loss or was it someone else’s? What are their views regarding this loss? How do you know? Why do you care?
  • Do I feel insulted? Why? Has my ego been attacked? Have I lost some dignity? Was I ridiculed or humiliated? Has my reputation been damaged? Do I feel less competent? Was I denied fair recognition or reward? Is the insult groundless or is it an accurate interpretation of my behavior? What is the asymmetry that bothers me so much?
  • Do I feel powerless? Have I lost autonomy? Do I feel cheated? Was I taken for a sucker? Was a trust betrayed? Was privacy breached?
  • Was I coerced into submission or obedience?
  • Have I been threatened, injured, struck, abused, attacked, or intimidated?
  • Has anyone trespassed on my territory?
  • Have my goals been thwarted? Have my freedoms been abridged? Is my safety or security reduced? Is my legacy diminished?
  • Have I lost power? Have I lost stature? Have I lost strength? Have I lost influence? Have I lost access? Has a relationship been damaged?
  • From a rational point of view, how big is this loss? What impact will it have? How can I recover? Can I just ignore the issue?

Your answers to these questions will provide valuable insights into gaining clarity about your values, beliefs, goals, and needs.  Based on what you learn by asking these questions, complete the following sentence:  I am angry because I have lost ______.  This loss is important to me because I _________. (value, believe, want to achieve, or need).  Once you have gained clarity on why you feel angry, then evaluate how strongly you still assess the sensation of loss or injustice.

Now identify the willful agent who is the target of your anger and examine their intent. Ask yourself:

  • To what agent do I attribute this action?  Who do I hold responsible?
  • Did they act deliberately? How do you know?  How can you check your assumption of intention?
  • Do they consider themselves responsible for the action?

An agent is someone who acted deliberately.  If you are angry because you stubbed your toe on the door your choice of agents is limited to:  1)  the door, 2)  the floor, 3)  yourself, 4)  someone who pushed you, or 5)  Some innocent person who was not even in the room at the time.  Note that the first two agents on the list cannot act willfully, and the last did not even act!  The Fundamental Attribution Error—incorrectly attributing an action or intent to an agent—is a common mistake that people make.  If you find yourself blaming an un-willful agent (e.g. the door or the floor) for your anger, perhaps the change that is needed is that you need to take more responsibility for your own actions.

In order to gain a more accurate assessment, we suggest using the GSF standard of practicing the Law of One in valuing empathy, compassion and kindness, holding a deep appreciation for another’s situation and point of view, as the basis for fairness and proper discernment in every situation, no matter whose fault you may think it is.

Origins, Archetypes, and the Plot of Anger

Anger encourages us to act on our sense of fairness. Anger may be interpreted in many of the following ways:

  • A demeaning offense against me or what is perceived as mine.
  • Interference with what we are intent on doing. Thwarted goals. Frustration.
  • Intentional physical harm toward us; actual, threatened, or reasonably perceived,
  • Intentional psychological or emotional harm toward us, including insult, humiliation, denigration, intimidation, or rejection,
  • Disappointment in the performance of others we care about; we get most angry at the people we love the most,
  • Witnessing the anger of another, especially when it is directed at you.
  • The nonverbal message of anger to others is “get out of my way” or “I want to hurt you”.

Benefits and Dangers of Anger

 The anger mechanism can provide important personal messaging about the state of wellbeing and consciousness we are experiencing in the moment.  Here are some of those benefits:

  • Anger tells us that something needs to change.  Are you willing to make the changes required?
  • Anger can provide the motivation to constructively change whatever it was that caused the anger.  It can energize the fight for legitimate rights.  It can motivate us to overcome oppression.
  • Anger can provide the motivation to constructively correct an inequality.  It urges us to act on our sense of fairness and justice.
  • Anger can help to reduce or overcome fear and provide the energy needed to mobilize needed change.
  • Anger sends a powerful signal that informs others of trouble or harm.  It notifies the offender that you have perceived an offense.
  • Anger can be a general response to an external stimulus that needs to be addressed or knowing that there are problems that need to be resolved.

One of the most dangerous features of anger is that expressing anger increases the anger of others around you and this incites violence and harm into the environment.  This can lead to a rapid and dangerous escalation of destructive and painful energies spreading like a virus. People may try to harm the target of their anger, whether its justified or not.  The impulse to harm is probably a central part of the anger response for most people, thus telling us it directly leads to committing actions of violence and brutality.  While anger can be dangerous and must be constrained, it should be acknowledged for the reasons it is there, and not be denied, or covered up by deceptions and lies.  When we learn to control our angry impulses, and stop directing regular angry outbursts at others, choosing instead to source our anger and be responsible for our own behavior, we start to help build our own sense of positively coping with stress, which helps to build our self-esteem and confidence.  Self-esteem is what is needed to know that you can get through the challenges and stressors of everyday life without fear or feeling threatened by others because they have different belief systems or perceptions.

Building Self Esteem

Building self-esteem formally is the outlook to experience oneself as competent and adequate to cope with the basic challenges of life and worthy of happiness and fulfillment.  Others (parents, teachers, friends) can nurture and support self-esteem in an individual, but true self-esteem relies upon various internally generated practices and positive belief systems and motivations.  To be responsible to take care of oneself, and face stress competently and confidently is one way of building a strong base for self-esteem.  In Nathan Branden’s framework, there are six pillars of generating and building self-esteem which help people to better cope with stress and anger:

  • Living consciously: the practice of being aware of what one is doing while one is doing it, i.e., the practice of mindfulness.
  • Self-acceptance: the practice of owning truths regarding one’s thoughts, emotions, and behaviors; of being kind toward oneself with respect to them; and of being your own good friend.
  • Self-responsibility: the practice of owning one’s authorship of one’s actions and of owning one’s capacity to be the cause of the effects one desires.
  • Self-assertiveness: the practice of treating one’s needs and interests with respect and of expressing them in appropriate ways.
  • Living purposefully: the practice of formulating goals and of formulating and implementing action plans to achieve them.
  • Personal integrity: the practice of maintaining alignment between one’s behaviors and convictions. Speaking in alignment to your true and authentic self.

Getting more clarity on the source of our own stress and anger and using the tools to refocus our mind in order to gain control over our personal impulses is a critical skill needed during these turbulent times.  If you are not in control of your mental and emotional impulses, something else will take over your mind and emotions, and as a result, you are a high risk for exposure to manipulation, delusions, and possession as a dark portal.  In addition to being easily manipulated by the world of forces and other people, you will also lose all discernment in clarity, accurate assessment, self-determination, sovereignty and personal truth.  This is an important survival skill for all Starseeds, Indigos and awakening people to be able to see the risk and signs of people around us that are run by uncontrollable forms of anger and emotional outbursts, and to recognize they are people traumatized in pain, and are not people that have accurate perceptions of events or act with ethical conduct to demonstrate solid trustworthiness.

Above all at this time, learn to be kind and develop true humility in all situations, gain control over your impulses and diffuse anger, as it will serve you in boundless ways in the longer term.

It is only possible to engage with psycho-emotional healing once we have achieved greater levels of self-awareness, which is the fruit of dedicated self-inquiry. The process of becoming aware of our emotional triggers and sourcing the real cause of emotional pain is made through self-observation and increased self-awareness. Through dedicated observation of the self and gradually discerning between these functioning aspects of the mind, one can attain the direct experience of the consciousness they are. The still point of which this consciousness connects into the parts of our mind is that which forms all of our thoughts, emotions, and experiences that direct us through life. Through observation and self-inquiry, we become aware of the contents of our psychological and emotional patterns of behavior.

Psycho-emotional is to describe any kind of psychological interaction one may have with their inner feelings or expressed emotions. Most people will experience a quality of feeling emotions that are first generated from the quality of their thoughts. The context and value of those thoughts are held in the person’s belief system and dictate the quality of emotion and behavior that is expressed. So it is important to be aware of what kind of emotions we feel when we are thinking a certain thought or connecting to a certain event or person. After we are able to witness the psychological interplay with our emotional relationship to any kind of internal or external stimulus, then we begin to see the connections that are made between our thoughts and feelings. This allows us to gain the next stage of self-awareness which is to then source the thought and decide what value or context we want to assign to it. This is what underlies our belief systems and is responsible for our inner motivation that shapes our outer behavior and actions.

When we develop and improve our psycho-emotional awareness through observation, we are capable of making changes to our mental state and unconscious mind at the same time we are observing it. Changes to our mental state and inner thoughts impact our outward behavior and our physical actions. This shifts how we respond to our environment and how we interact within every relationship and social setting.

Now imagine that you are feeling a range of emotions with no sense of their origin, and that you are not sure what thoughts these emotional sensations are actually sourcing from. Spontaneously, there are feeling-emotions arising in your body and they may overcome your awareness, so that you pay close attention to them. Sometimes, this can feel like a wave of emotion that came out of nowhere and filled your body with a certain sensation. These are days when we may wake up from bed feeling sad or heavy or feeling light and happy with no direct reason. When we are more developed with emotional sensing, we can easily identify our feelings in the moment, we can sense the energy behind words and we can sense the feeling emotions of others. Such as sensing negative emotions in ourselves and other people with a feeling of sharpness, heavy-density, drudgery, broken glass, slime, or weaponry. Or sensing positive emotions in ourselves and others may feel buoyant, easy, relaxed, flowing, expansive and harmonious. These emotional animations can be sensed in the body from the instinctual mind also known as the Pain Body, or we can experience higher emotions that may be sensed from within the heart center.

Many times, we are sensing the collective consciousness emotional body of the human race or we may be sensing the larger movements and transitions that are occurring to the planetary body during the ascension cycle. Further still, sometimes we may be receiving mind control transmissions that are broadcast into the ELF airwaves, from many different technological devices and the mainstream media. The body will automatically react to these electromagnetic currents of neurological mind control or sense the changes occurring to the magnetic movement of the earth body, even when there is no conscious thought-form present. Many people on the earth at this time have trouble expressing what they are actually feeling inside their body. Try to give words to what you are feeling and sensing even if it does not make sense to your logical mind, bring the feeling into a symbol you can work with to identify what it is. Once we are able to develop deeper awareness of what kind of sensation we are feeling inside our body, and ask to track where these thoughts and feelings are actually sourcing from, they become much easier to identify.  Once they are identified, we can choose to remove and repair them, clear them from impacting our body and consciousness negatively. We are unable to clear collective consciousness negativity or planetary mind control transmissions, until we can discern what it is and can assign a quality of feeling or identify the energy vibration that our body is picking up. Currently, there is a lot of emotional trauma surfacing in the collective consciousness body of humanity and the earth, and many people are picking up that trauma and feeling it personally.

Psycho-emotional trauma has common elements that impact people.

  • The occurrence or event was totally unexpected accompanied with sudden or shocking realizations.
  • The person was not prepared for what happened, nor prepared to deal with the result or the aftermath of trauma crisis.
  • The person felt powerless and there was nothing that person could do to prevent the event from happening.

It is not the occurrence or event that necessarily generates the psychological-emotional trauma, it is the person’s unique experience of the event that determines if it was traumatic or not. Each person may process the event in a unique way that is specific to them, even when its connected to a collective trauma or larger planetary event.  Traumatizing events can take a serious emotional toll on those involved, even if the event did not cause physical damage. Traumatic events can change the functioning and structure of the brain, which impair the brain’s bio-neurological processing. Many common problems that impact the brain chemistry and function is directly related to unresolved and unhealed psychological-emotional trauma that has produced post-traumatic stress conditions in that person. Early life trauma, childhood trauma creates the life conditions for setting up vulnerability for that person to continue to experience future traumatic responses.

What are the possible effects of emotional trauma?

Even when unrecognized, emotional trauma can create lasting difficulties in an individual’s life. One way to determine whether an emotional or psychological trauma has occurred, perhaps even early in life before language or conscious awareness were in place, is to look at the kinds of recurring problems one might be experiencing. These can serve as clues to an earlier situation that caused a dysregulation in the structure or function of the brain. We can observe many of these symptoms occurring to people around us, that are unaware that the planet is undergoing a shift in consciousness which requires the dismantling of the ego-personality programs that are running reptilian hive mind or fear and trauma programming.

Common personal and behavioral effects of emotional trauma:

• substance abuse

• compulsive behavior patterns

• self-destructive and impulsive behavior

• uncontrollable reactive thoughts

• inability to make healthy professional or lifestyle choices

• dissociative symptoms (“splitting off” parts of the self)

• feelings of ineffectiveness, shame, despair, hopelessness

• feeling permanently damaged

• a loss of previously sustained beliefs

Common effects of emotional trauma on interpersonal relationships:

• inability to maintain close relationships or choose appropriate friends and mates

• sexual problems

• hostility

• arguments with family members, employers or co-workers

• social withdrawal

• feeling constantly threatened

How is emotional trauma treated?

To overcome emotional triggering and the replaying of trauma patterns, it is necessary to discharge, disable, and eliminate negative internal thoughtforms and prevent new ones from forming. There are ways of healing emotional wounds and getting rid of self-defeating subconscious mind programming that generate negative internal thoughtforms. While methods vary in complexity and efficiency, the basic idea comes down to finding an internal thought form, and discharging the emotional content  by consciously replaying the associated false perceptions and emotions, and realizing that the perceptions were false, and replacing them with a new realization that is closer to the truth. Find the false perception or fear, discharge the narrative and emotion associated, and replace with a positive and loving thought form and emotion. Preventing negative internal thoughtforms from accumulating is a matter of changing and transforming any negative emotional energy that is being accumulated, as you observe the process as it happens through self-awareness.

Prayer and meditation connect us to higher intelligence and have positive impacts on calming our mind and clearing negative emotions. Prayer focuses on positive emotions like love, gratitude and compassion, which allow goodness in our lives and the lives of those we pray for. Meditation reduces anxiety, stress, and depression, which helps us to find and connect to peaceful states. Being mindful improves our mental flexibility, brain elasticity and keeps neurons active, while helping to keep the brain activity more balanced. Spiritually centering ourselves on peace, prayer and contemplation of God  and the Universe, helps us maintain our trust in life, faith, and relaxes every part of the body, mind and spirit.

What is most important now is to relax the body and mind through daily meditation, and to clear negative ego, emotional pain, and stay calm and neutral. Pure alchemy exists within the energetic balance of the core spiritual essence within the natural state of the divine being. Ask God or your highest expression in God to help heal emotional trauma in your pain body and to show you the best way to heal emotional trauma. To connect with inner spiritual alchemy, one must extract the artificial machinery influences and intentionally remove the Houses of Ego (reptilian or predator mind) that may have been programmed within the self. As we are opening into states of accessing higher consciousness, consider to conceive of Unity consciousness through meditation by expansion of space and intending to connect within infinity in time.

In meditation we may focus upon:

•Perpetual presence in all Time and Space. Timeless.

•Perpetual Presence in dreaming and waking states combining into Oneness.

•In accessing memory of perpetual presence, or timelessness, all dread vanishes.

•Attempt to reach neutrality in mind towards all existing things. (Neutrality is neither love, hate nor indifference).

•Hold mentally the capacity of sameness, equilibrium and constant calm and peace.

•This discipline attracts and increases the virtues of The Spirits of Christ. This acquires the virtue of Benevolence towards all things.

•Seek improvement in one’s humanity and spiritual expression without praise or blame, or needing emotional dramas of the Victim-Victimizer archetypes.

Additionally, there are many traditional approaches to treating psychological-emotional trauma that include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) . CBT is intentionally changing one’s thoughts and actions and the systematic desensitization to reduce reactivity to a traumatic stressor. People learn to respond to stressors, rather than react impulsively to previous patterns of emotional triggers.

Recent developments in the treatment of emotional trauma include effective forms of psychotherapy and somatic (body) therapies that were developed with new brain science information in mind. Although often intensely interpersonal, these therapies are also psychological and neurological in their focus and application and may be helpful for certain groups of people. This group of therapies relies on innate instinctual resources, rather than medications, to bring about healing. They differ in some ways, but the one thing they have in common is combining talk therapy while simultaneously having a focus on the body. As with any therapy, but especially due to the intensity of the emotions involved, it is important to find a therapist with whom one feels trust, rapport and a strong bond. They include:

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is a form of counseling intervention that draws on various theories of alternative medicine including acupuncture, neuro-linguistic programming, energy medicine, and Thought Field Therapy (TFT). It is best known through Gary Craig’s EFT Handbook, published in the late 1990s, and related books and workshops by a variety of teachers. EFT and similar techniques are often discussed under the umbrella term “energy psychology”.

Eye Movement Desensitization/Reprocessing (EMDR) was developed by psychologist, Francine Shapiro, after she noticed her own stress reactions diminishing when her eyes swept back and forth as she walked through a park. It is conducted by licensed mental health professionals who have taken specific training in this complex approach. It combines elements of a range of therapeutic approaches with eye movements or other forms of rhythmical stimulation, such as hand taps or sounds. Theories as to why EMDR is effective are still evolving. Some speculate that the rapid unique therapeutic element of EMDR, the eye movements or other rhythmical stimulation may help the brain access and process traumatic material.

Somatic Psychotherapies – The term somatic, coined by Tomas Hanna, means mind/body or more precisely brain/body. The idea is that to change the body, we have to engage the brain and change the brain, not only how we think and feel, but also the neurological connections themselves. The body, its sensations, and direct sensory experience are referenced throughout the therapeutic process. Somatic therapies include:

Somatic Experiencing: developed by Peter Levine, this approach evolved in part from observations of how animals literally “shake off” traumatic experiences, allowing the body to process stress chemicals completely until they return to normal levels. The SE therapist may be a licensed professional or unlicensed but with some mental health training. All SE therapists complete an extensive training program, in which they learn to observe the body, facial expressions and gestures carefully and to help the person “thaw” a response that was “frozen” in a traumatic situation (illustration: the person might be observed to make short gestures that almost appear to be a pushing motion, but that stop abruptly, the therapist might have the person complete the gesture in full, and notice how the body’s tension level changes).

Hakomi Method: originated by Ron Kurtz, this system is based on five therapeutic principles – Mindfulness, Organicity, Non-Violence, the Mind-Body Connection, and Unity. It is a body-centered approach for which, in part, the therapist helps the client experiment with small changes in gesture or other movements, to see what differences occur in the processing of emotionally charged content (illustration: the person might be observed to always make a certain gesture or have a certain posture when talking about the attacker – the therapist might suggest the gesture or posture be changed to a different one as an experiment, and then to notice the changes in feelings or thoughts).

This is the time to take an active role in healing ourselves, healing our lives. When we can identify our emotional pain and are willing to take steps to heal our emotions, we empower ourselves in taking steps that lead us to spiritual freedom. May love, peace and spiritual strength bless you.

Recent events have proved to be very painful, very confusing and very hurtful for so many people that it seems fitting to bring this up, even though I don’t really want to.  It seems that any word that I may say or write can easily be taken out of context or misunderstood, as when tempers flare and emotions are triggered, mind slides tend to operate and dominate in the landscape.  I speak to the larger controller agendas that are behind influencing the collective consciousness movement in order to feed into larger systems of mind control programming, as my role is to identify these schisms.  Sometimes people do not hear what I’m saying from the overview perspective of the collective consciousness on our planet because they do not perceive the existence of the collective fields.  As a result, sometimes a person may take an observation of the field as my personal opinion and then they are easily offended if the perspective differs from their own.  I want to remind us all that there’s always room for all of our own experiences and in my view, there is nothing to be offended about in having a difference of opinion or range of experiences.  As a person, it is the right to have our own experiences and perceptions, and to express our experience is a basic human right.  However, what I hope to express is of importance in speaking in terms that create unity, and to not take offence at other’s opinions because they are different from your own.  What I’ve tried to convey is that the larger system is broken and corrupt and until the control system is revealed along with disclosure of off-planet control mechanisms, it really doesn’t matter who becomes the face puppet for the masses.  The strings are on everyone that take on that role and they’re put there on purpose to fulfil a larger agenda.  I’m sorry that is the reality on earth, and I report the unpopular perspective of current energetic observations.

We, as a collective have to change the system by changing how we think and changing how we treat people in our own small microcosm.  It starts in our own personal life, in our own personal relationships and in our relationship to group consciousness,  like in our community and that is where change needs to happen.  Change will not occur if we are blaming others, hostile, and emotionally triggered or we’re feeling personally insulted and divided from each other.  In order to be effective, we have to see the larger game in play.

The game is Divide and Conquer of humanity.  The goal is to create division amongst us all and that is what the controllers really want.  So, my question is: If you know what they want, why give it to them?  Why become an agent of anger, hostility or feeling offended by letting them get you emotionally triggered and upset towards committing aggressive or destructive actions?  It is critical to understand that this is the reaction they want from you.  That’s what they’re betting on, they can press a button and the majority of uninformed people will jump in the direction that they have been mostly influenced by, the broadcast of the mainstream media promoting division with an hostile diatribe.  That’s what they want, kneejerk automaton behavior that the masses will follow, in order to stay in the underpinnings of the controller program of Divide and Conquer.  And they’re culling the harvest of those emotional energies in the collective consciousness right now with alien machinery.  Please don’t feed them, as they will only hurt you and others around you.

We’re entering a time of great uncertainty and instability.  When people are fearful the system is collapsing, it’s a normal response to want to blame a person, to blame a face, an identity to label them as an enemy, to find someone to blame, as if we can identify the enemy to blame that is going to bring us a sense of normalcy.  We have left normalcy.  We do not need to create even more scapegoats and social pariahs in the box of the 3D mainstream culture, we need more loving kindness and greater acceptance for all kinds of people.  We are now in the surreal reality of bifurcation and this is what it looks like.  We need to find calm and inner peace when travelling in these chaotic waves, for if we do not find our inner sanctum, these collective consciousness forces will carry us into even greater depths of anger or suffering.

When people are confused they lash out with anger or blame, in order to make sense out of something that is incomprehensible and bewildering to their context for reality.  This time is the dismantling of the 3D, the breakdown of the old order, and it has to happen for people to wake up and realize who has been behind the control agenda the whole time.  So, this is the time to feel empathy for the fear that people have because they do not understand the dismantling of social and governmental structures, and that this is needed to reveal the truth of who is given power on this planet.

As spiritual warriors, as galactic light warriors, we must stop consenting to the thoughts of hatred, thoughts of division, thoughts that we are personally offended, because this only hurts and divides us.  We must stop acting out hate and violence in every way we can gain control over our personal impulses.  People tend to hate what they are deeply scared of.  People may hold hatred for their unresolved emotional conflicts and fears, as most people do not like to change or evolve.  Many people hold disdain and hatred for what they do not understand.  This leads us to the necessity of cleaning out personal fear and fear programs which means, clearing out the negative ego.  When we are in fear, we are not dealing with our own personal pain because the anger, the blame and the hatred is what disguises the pain we have.  It’s disguising the pain that we are feeling deep down inside.  We must be brave and courageous at this time, to be willing to see the pain, to face our own pain, and to face others pain.  This is the only way we can get beyond the fears we have and beyond the anger that covers it up.  This hurts us inside and it runs very deep in the collective consciousness of humanity.

Can you feel the pain in the collective inside yourself?  Find empathy for that pain because you are not alone!  Find the common links that bond us to every human being that is in pain on this earth, and they too, are desperately looking for relief and searching for answers.  It is very hard to speak unpleasant and brutal truths while holding unconditional love and compassion for others, and I commit to do the best I can.  We must unify our common human bond and find unconditional love, compassion and empathy for everyone in these situations, and realize our elected leaders,  are a reflection of the consciousness work we all must do.

This is not about spiritual elitism.  It is about doing the right thing in alignment to the ways we can be productive to connect with higher consciousness, as the starting point to find resolution of the many problems that plague our world.  We cannot solve these issues with ego fears and divide and conquer strategy.  These issues can only be addressed with principles of loving kindness, compassion and empathy.  Looking to what’s happening in our world today – we are in a crisis over consciousness.  The primary crisis in our world is not the political framework.  It is not the cultural framework, or the religious framework, that is used to enforce mass spiritual oppression.  The crisis we’re facing is inside of ourselves, and inside all of humanity, and it extends to the entire planet.  This is a crisis of consciousness.  The lack of self-awareness combined with the utter lack of consciousness, results in an inability to directly experience our true essential nature as spiritual beings.  As long as we cannot recognize the true essential divine nature that exists inside of ourselves, we are unable to recognize the same essential nature inside everyone around us and that is inherent in all living things.

May our community find empathy for all of our members, and friends, to extend that compassion to those around us who are suffering and feeling the collective pain.  Let’s hold a silent space for loving/kindness and empathy for all of us here now, extending it to the entire community and then to the entire world.  May loving kindness and peace be with your heart in these unstable and uncertain times.

Practicing Loving Kindness Meditations activate and strengthen areas of the brain and nervous system that are responsible for empathy and increased emotional intelligence.  The practice always begins with developing a loving acceptance of yourself.  If resistance is experienced then it indicates that feelings of unworthiness are present.  The practice of loving kindness is designed to overcome any feelings of self-doubt or negativity.  Once you have developed this loving kindness for yourself, then you are ready to systematically develop loving-kindness towards others.

Visualization – Bring to mind a mental picture that exudes loving kindness and brings warmth to your heart. Visualize yourself or the person the feeling is directed towards, returning the loving feeling to you or just the shared feeling of being joyous.

Through Reflection – Reflect on the highest and most positive qualities of a person you know and the acts of kindness you are aware of. Make an affirmation towards generating more of these positive qualities in yourself, more goodness and strong virtues. Reflect upon making positive statements of kindness directed to yourself, using your own words.

Verbally – When we speak inspiring words or phrases which contain meaning of loving kindness, they are the most effective because the subconscious mind hears your voice. Focus on an internalized mantra or meaningful phrase such as loving-kindness and God-Sovereign-Free.

When the positive feelings arise, switch from the mental focus of the exercise onto the actual emotional feeling, as it is the emotional feeling that is the primary goal.  If you lose the sensation of the loving kindness, the feeling and warmth opening in your heart, return to the exercise, to bring back or strengthen the emotional feeling.  When you have the loving kindness feeling in your heart, you can project that quality of frequency in all directions, north, south, east and west and 360 degrees.  Connecting that emotional feeling of loving kindness into loved ones, spiritual communities, towns and countries around the world.
