Inner balance between the masculine and feminine energies requires that we be cleared of Mother/Father distortions. Sacred marriage with God is the layers of our own inner male and female in balance. Hieros Gamos is the representative of the Three in One, The Mother, The Father and the Holy Sun (child). Through the sacred marriage between the Mother and Father Parent, the Christos Child is born. We then can be freed to have relationships that are sourced in Love and not karmic pain. The spiritual resolution of this will bring many of us an ability to experience the first relationships based purely on Love, no karmic history, no gender distortion. The False Parent is the main Victimizer Archetype that is used to create pain and trauma in the child, when that child is totally dependent upon that adult person. To free the body, mind, emotions and spirit from the bondage of trauma induced by parents or others when we were children, we must take responsibility to learn how to love ourselves and unconditionally forgive what has happened to us. This action dissolves the Causality and the consequential effects, as well as later entanglements that this pain has created throughout the child’s timeline, all the way into adulthood. Unhealed childhood trauma and pain is commonly carried over into our adult intimate relationships, infecting them with pain and leading into unhealthy and destructive relationships. When we are able to unconditionally forgive the situation and love ourselves, we learn that what happened to us as a child, had nothing to do with our real self. We shift our thinking to reflecting upon what lessons we have learned, and what strengths we can take away from that experience. We must shift our concept of the Parent that exists on the external, to become the Parent that exists in the internal self, and know that we are the true spiritual parent for ourselves. Our self-worth is not relative to how our biological family or adopted parents treated us as children.

When we change the way we perceive our negative experiences, we are able to own our own emotional conflicts without blame, guilt or projection upon another person, by needing to make it their fault. The set up on earth is to disempower people into always thinking that their misery is someone else’s fault, so that they are always in a state of blaming something else outside of themselves. This creates powerlessness and cycles of victimization that trap the person into compliance with the enslavement programs. Do not assume that you know anything about that person that can be judged for what you cannot see or really know, as you have not walked in their shoes. Many people on this earth live with a broken heart, experiencing a large amount of Isolation, misery and fear throughout their life. Chances are you had a parent or other people that acted these feelings out on you. [1]

Healing False Parent Patterns

At this time as our Mother God Parent is returning her heart presence to the earth, many of us will have an opportunity to review the unhealed wounds we have around the False Parent. This is one of the Controller Programs that is a sub program of the Victim-Victimizer software program and a collective miasm that has accumulated over many generations of parental and family unit dysfunction.

The False Parent is the confusion a child has with the belief system that our biological Mother or Father Parent should love, protect and nurture their offspring, but in actuality, none of these emotional needs are met by the Parental role. Additionally the desire to belong to a family, in order to feel connected, is not satisfied emotionally. Depending on the level of Parental dysfunction, love and emotional needs are ingrained to be abusive, painful or selfish, and that “belief system” carries throughout the life experiences. Without correction of this dysfunction, the digression of the pattern continues to define “love” with all interpersonal relationships of the child, leading into adulthood. As long as the pattern continues, the person will feel disconnected, love-less, have unsuccessful marriages, and will seek defense or coping mechanisms to fill the inner void.

The False Parent is both a crude victimizer program and the byproduct of the planetary enslavement to produce disconnected and tyrannical human offspring that serve the alien agenda. How a civilization treats women and children is a definitive marker for the consciousness digression or development of a race. To develop consciousness and begin to heal the parental roles, as well as gender roles, this pattern will need to be understood as a cornerstone of humanities spiritual healing.

At this time we have an opportunity to come into the greater realization that our true Parent is our God Parent. The child can hurt itself if it is not given proper parenting and loving discipline to learn emotional and spiritual growth.

During this time, spiritual reflection in order to forgive one’s Parents, forgive family issues and resolve other pain related to gender role confusion will be supported to complete these past patterns. Inner balance between the masculine and feminine energies requires that we be cleared of Mother/Father distortions. Sacred marriage with God is the layers of our own inner male and female in balance. Victimizer Archetypes

False Parent is a Victim-Victimizer software mind control archetype that is used to target spiritually developing people.

As the Victimizer Archetypes and related programs that are embedded in the cellular matrix are very enhanced now, especially in adjunct to Life Review patterns for many of us now on the ascension path. Let us say this is explosive for some of us now, and I am observing traps for ensnarement, and Addiction, like jaws attempting to latch on to our vulnerability. People around us, including family members may play into these Victim Software archetypes and being aware of the False Parent will help you to stay clear of energetic drain and emotional dramas.

• False Parent (i.e. Surface: I am your protector/nurturer. Hidden: Let me play this role so I can exhaust you and divert you from realizing your real spiritual path)

Healing the False Parent

Humanity’s greatest task during the Ascension Cycle is to heal their personal emotional trauma around sexual pain, and gender wounding that is related to the False Parent archetype.

There are groups of people that are having heart openings and are choosing to have more loving kindness and peace in their lifestyle. There are groups of people that are closing down their heart from unresolved emotional pain and suffering, and they are unconsciously creating more chaos, negativity and stress in their lifestyle. When these different choice levels surface in intimate relationships such as marriages or partnerships, the conflict can be extremely explosive, emotional and painful. Before the awakening process, many people choose partners or spouses that carry karmic patterns of pain associated or familiar to them from childhood, based on the False Parent. If we have a False Parent relationship during this time of the collective pain body surfacing on the planet, we will be under intense pressure to resolve this emotional conflict and make different choices in our future direction. We must find the emotional blockage that acts as a barrier to further our spiritual growth, or the relationship will end. As difficult as it may be in the short term, ending unhealthy relationships is much better for our growth and happiness in the longer term.

People that are run by their unconscious mind or pain body, may have little to no control over their reactions and impulses at this time. They will have no comprehension of the False Parent or Sexual Misery overlays running in the environment and in other people. As a result, they will unconsciously play out these impulsive behaviors of the False Parent in their relationships, and these dysfunctional patterns will magnify and get worse. All things that are hidden must be seen and observed in order to be healed and energetically shifted in our relationships. Most people are not good communicators or able to communicate feelings very well. This is especially true when it comes to all matters concerning intimate relationships and sexuality.

At this time, we have an opportunity to come into the greater realization that our true Parent is our God Parent, and our God Parent is calling us home during the Ascension Cycle. When we are capable to love and parent ourselves, our body becomes a beloved friend, a safe and secure space. Our intimate relationships and marriages are transformed through loving ourselves and we are moved into healthier states of being to create more loving and peaceful relationships. [3]

Reversal Mother = Satanic

The Reversal Mother is the anti-life hatred for the Godhead that exists in the anti-female collective consciousness of the Satanics. The interdimensional aliens in the Orion Group, such as the Black Sun Dragon Moth have primarily used the Reversal Mother principle of Satanism to spread their war and blood sacrifice ideology on the earth. Those ideologies that endorse religious wars, genocide, eugenics, pedophilia, killing for God as a blood sacrifice, are specifically generated by the satanic collectives. They have accumulated the collective consciousness grids of the earth to be programmed with alien machinery running AI software for mind control, and that siphons energy off the planet to fuel other timelines and phantom realities. Reversal Father = Luciferian

The Reversal Father is the anti-life male collective consciousness of the Luciferians, whose accumulated collective consciousness is harvested by the NAA to gain energetic power from the earth grid and from humanity, by hijacking and raping the male and Father principle energies. The interdimensional alien Annunaki Gods, Enki, Enlil, Thoth, and Yahweh and Jehovah from Saturn, have primarily used the Reversal Father principle of Luciferianism to establish the world religions on the earth, using patriarchal domination rhetoric to serve the false light, and the Bi-Wave Consciousness, so they could gain full control over humans and exert themselves as the Gods.

False Parent Collective Consciousness

The Imposter Spirit forms, which many Negative Aliens have adopted in the role of False Alien Gods that intermediate on the earth, are connected to the False Parent Collective Consciousness that is referred to as Satanism and Luciferianism. To become Satanic or Luciferian means that consciousness body has lost its eternal connection to the Godhead, thus has to find sources of energy to feed upon to continue to exist. Satanism is a collective consciousness force field, and any kind of entity can embody the anti-Christ, and become an embodied Satan.

Amoraea Flame

Amoraea is sound frequency, that acts as the carrier wave for the Override Pillar Gates. Once the Amoraea Flame sound frequency runs in our Universal Tree of Life, it splits into the Mother and Father Arc, Mother Arc manifests in our density, while the Father Arc anchors in the Parallel Time Matrix. As we embody both, we override the False Parent energies running in our field, and anchor the merge of both the real Mother and Father principle, as embodiments on the earth. [5]

Emotional Healing is very intimate and requires that we are willing to be vulnerable and open to explore our level of emotional intelligence and feelings. On the pathway of Spiritual Ascension, we are constantly challenged to address and heal our Pain Body in so that we can increase emotional intelligence which leads to emotional balance. Emotions are like a spectrum of color we can choose when painting the color palette of our life landscape. Lack of Self Awareness

If we have low Self Awareness from the lack of attention placed on personal emotional- inner feelings exploration, we generally have very low tolerance in dealing with the levels of stress in our lives. This impairs our ability to listen and understand the subtleties of energetic information that is being transmitted to us from the environment and people. When we are emotionally balanced and able to listen and pay attention to the energetic subtleties, we receive a lot of information that helps us to make better decisions in how we communicate or act in accordance to situations we are presented with.

Monitoring Emotional State

Emotional intelligence (EI) is the ability to monitor one’s own emotional state and be able to observe other people’s emotions and to distinguish between different emotions and identify them appropriately. When emotional states are able to be observed and discerned for their quality, one may use this emotional sensory information to help guide thinking, behavior and actions. The emotional intelligence ability model, developed by Peter Salovey and John Mayer, focuses on the individual’s ability to process personal and impersonal emotional information and to develop skills to navigate the social environment.

Emotional intelligence is the ability to perceive emotion, integrate emotion to help facilitate thought, understand emotions and to regulate emotions that are put in service to promote personal growth in every situation in life. As one increases emotional intelligence this also increases self-awareness and knowledge of the deeper or hidden levels of the self. When one has cultivated emotional intelligence, it lends the capacity to put emotions in proper perspective and to enhance thinking and problem solving. When one has the abilities to accurately perceive emotions, it gives greater access to the source of generated emotions which assist in thought processes and to better understand emotions and emotional knowledge. When we integrate emotional intelligence as a base of self-knowledge, we can reflectively regulate emotions so as to promote increased emotional, intellectual and spiritual growth.

Multidimensional Body Orientation

If we can learn to understand that acquiring emotional intelligence is a form of credible knowledge, this knowledge greatly assists the awareness of emotions as useful sources of information that can help one to make sense of and navigate the social environment. Individuals vary in their ability to process information of an emotional nature based on their personal orientation. People will choose one level of their body which they tend to orientate through and use primarily to acquire information about the environment they are apart. As example, some people are more focused in their physical/active body, mental/social body, or spiritual/energetic bodies. When we are out of balance with ourselves, we limit our self-awareness and stunt our psycho-emotional growth by limiting the body to which we are orientating. The more we can become aware of our deeper emotional states, we increase our ability to relate emotional processing to a much larger and wider perception that crosses into multiple layers of one’s body. Our emotional intelligence ability is increased as we gain mastery over certain behaviors in ourselves that require impulse control.

Emotional Intelligence Model

The emotional intelligence model has four basic types of abilities to help measure ones competency to manage emotional states:

• Perceiving emotions – the ability to detect and decipher emotions in faces, pictures, voices, and cultural artifacts—including the ability to identify one’s own emotions. Perceiving emotions represents a basic aspect of emotional intelligence, as it makes all other processing of emotional information possible.

• Using emotions – the ability to harness emotions to facilitate various activities which require perception, such as thinking and problem solving. The emotionally intelligent person can benefit fully upon his or her changing moods in order to best fit the task at hand.

• Understanding emotions – the ability to comprehend emotional feeling language and to appreciate complicated relationships among the spectrum of emotions. For example, understanding emotions encompasses the ability to be sensitive to slight variations between emotions, and the ability to recognize and describe how emotions evolve over time.

• Managing emotions – the ability to regulate emotions in both ourselves and in others. Therefore, the emotionally intelligent person can harness emotions, even negative ones, and manage them to achieve intended goals.

All humans experience some emotional state that help guide our actions in life. Emotions are experienced as feelings that often occur simultaneously along with our conscious thoughts. The emotional feeling may be subtle and go almost unnoticed, or it may be strong enough that it clearly gets our attention. The emotional feeling may be so strong that it overwhelms our decision making and leads us directly to immediate or impulsive action. As our Emotional Intelligence increases, one will experience a variety of positive transformations in one’s life. Destructive behavior patterns of the past may transform into more positive behavior as one begins to solve the mysterious puzzle of human interactions and gain a quiet and confident understanding of them. Anxiety may yield to more peaceful, tranquil, and contented feelings as ones deeper emotional understanding increases. One starts to gain improved self-confidence and feel empowered, and less confused and frustrated with circumstances. Overall, one can transform from confused to confident; from clueless to comprehending and enlightened, from fragmented to coherent, from shallow to deep, and from oppressed to liberated, as one learns how to become the authentic self.

Interpretation of Emotions

Once we recognize an emotion we can choose how to react to it. Making good choices requires us to understand the information the emotion is sending us. That we know how to interpret that signal, then consider the choices we have for action, and foresee the consequences of those choices. The many emotions we all feel provide us with many decisions that we are responsible for.

In order to heal the emotions one must discern feelings and discipline the ego. In order to access higher frequency as needed for full DNA repair, one must have a clear heart. Clearing and healing Emotional Trauma is thus a major part of Spiritual Ascension progression and improving ones confidence to cope with life stressors. Learning to discern where an outer impulse, teaching, or apparently high vibrational expression is sourcing from (and whether it is in our best interests to follow) requires having a clear heart and emotional intelligence.

Inner Study of Emotions

Ask to inquire on the inner study of your inner feelings and emotions. One can do this through simply journaling daily (or automatic writing) with the goal to uncover deeper unconscious emotions that may be buried under fears. The state of one’s emotions determine what kind of experience we are having. It is us that determines the quality of our relationships and the quality of our life by the emotions we are feeling and sharing. Our emotions and their lower drives are extremely powerful forces in our lives. Our unresolved emotional conflicts and their fears will keep us from doing the things we love and sabotage our spiritual growth. Our spiritual growth is directly related to our emotional intelligence and emotional balance. This is why spiritual ascension is 99% emotional healing. One must resolve emotional conflicts, wounds, inner fears and pain in order to grow the self-awareness required to become conscious to participate with the spiritual bodies. The soul is the true emotional body, to recover her, we must be willing to heal her through increasing our emotional intelligence.

Emotion Journaling Exercise

To help manage emotions and develop emotional intelligence, emotional journaling as a type of writing therapy may be very helpful . Here is a suggestion to begin:

• Purpose: Getting your emotions down on paper can help you to process difficult times as well as help you with sorting out general emotional problems. A journal acts as a free talk therapist, “someone” you can spill all your feelings too, no matter what, without judgment. Using a journal to self-express can relieve anxiety, help you to understand negative emotional triggers, and resolve problems in your daily life.

• Method: Write down your emotions every day as entirely as possible; re-read them later for insight.

• Long Version

1. Choose a journal. You can use a plain notebook or a fancy one. You might even want to write an anonymous blog. There are also guided journals like Writing to Heal, Writing for Emotional Balance, and Time to Write to Yourself; guided journals may be helpful if you don’t know where to start and feel uncomfortably overwhelmed just using the tips below.

2. Before you begin, remember that this journal is personal. Don’t try to write masterful prose or try to analyze your feelings too much. Just spill out your emotions as fully and truthfully as possible without self-judgment. Try to write for ten or fifteen minutes straight daily. Afterwards, re-read your writing for possible insight.

3. Start by describing a recent event. Answer all the basic details of who was there, what were they doing, where and when it occurred, and why things happened as they did. Write in detail, using all five senses to describe the moment. Remember, smells and tastes are as important triggers to emotional memory as sight and hearing. Now, express your feelings about this event – how all your sensory inputs and interactions with others made you feel. This exercise helps you to become comfortable with a full-spectrum emotional journaling experience.

4. Now, instead of focusing on an exterior event, focus on an interior feeling. Using the emotional trigger linking techniques above, try to understand the “big picture” of your emotional response. If you are anxious, consider the situations in which your anxiety arises and try to identify its triggers. Express your anxiety in its fullness; do not be ashamed. Nobody will read your personal journal; you must bare your raw feelings as much as possible. You will often find thoughts rising up that you couldn’t have expressed otherwise. Follow these thoughts and feelings to their root and try to understand them.

5. You may want to use the event-describing techniques above to examine experiences in your past. Take a life-changing event (whether it is positive or negative) and try to describe it in its fullness. Find all the triggers for emotional response and explore them. You may find links you didn’t realize were there!

6. If relationship troubles are part of your life, use your journal as a way to express your feelings and problems without hurting your partner’s feelings. You may be able to see the situation more objectively after letting off steam. It also may help you to better pinpoint the reasons behind your anger or sadness so that, when you converse with your partner, you’ll be able to resolve them.

7. Notice the words that you use. Sometimes they are the key to deeper feelings within the subconscious. Highlight or underline words and feelings that seem to recur. Try to understand why these particular things are important to the unconscious mind.

History: Diaries and journals have existed for millennia; the Roman Emperor Marcus Aurelius’ famous work Meditations began as a journal expressing his personal philosophy and shows remarkable emotional insight. However, the method of using a diary as a method of personal emotional exploration is mostly a 20th century phenomenon, seen in the journals of figures like Carl Jung. Later, psychologists such as James W. Pennebaker began exploring the very real benefits of emotional journaling with experiments demonstrating that journaling (especially expressing undisclosed or unexamined trauma) strengthened mental wellbeing and even improved physical health.

Notes: Don’t overthink while writing. Let your 10-15 minute writing period be stream-of-consciousness and nonstop. Later, after you’ve expressed all of your feelings, you can re-read what you wrote and analyze it. Do not, however, do it in the moment. [1]

LISA RENEE (Shifting Timelines): “Frequency of Fear”

“Let’s bring to mind some fear based Negative Ego qualities that create relationally unsafe people, people we cannot be completely truthful around without fearing we will suffer some kind of repercussion, attack or punishment. Unsafe people can be judgmental, blaming, manipulative, dishonest, narcissistic, emotionally unstable, irresponsible, gossips, Gaslighters, control freaks, back-stabbers, demanding, and entitled with superior attitudes. Sounds like a lot of darkness is present in those behaviors, doesn’t it? When in the company of people that demonstrate these fear based negative ego qualities, we may need to create strong boundaries and set the terms of our interaction with them. In some cases we may need to sever the connection entirely. There is generally nothing positive that will come from continually feeding destructive, harmful or abusive relationship patterns that refuse to heal or evolve. We have to plant seeds where there is fertile soil, if we want a garden to grow. And to shift out of the negative polarity of fear, one may need to pull weeds, or walk away from that relationship pattern as an act of self-love and self-preservation.”

The Frequency of Fear is what makes people feel threatened and unsafe in the world, as well as feel disconnected and separated from other people, which generates disunity in the world. Disunity breeds self-deception, false perceptions and many Negative Ego character flaws that generate Relationally Unsafe People. People with a Lack of Empathy or ethical conduct have a tendency to deeply criticize, blame or judge others. When fear rules us, darkness rules us. It also rules our relationships, which extinguishes the possibility for sharing deep human heart connections and forming empathic and loving bonds.

Please take note of how fear is rooted in darkness and can destroy ethical conduct, respect and empathy for others very easily. Fear destroys the hope for Unified Cooperation to exist between people which breaks down Compassionate Communication, that could be directed towards problem solving greater issues that impact all of humanity. One Controller type person that uses fear to manipulate others for power can easily destroy the accumulated Unity, positivity and trust earned in an entire organization or community, in one fell swoop. Thus, fear is the main manipulation tool of the controller archetype that is designed to generate perceptions of being threatened and feeling unsafe in the company of others and in any kind of social setting. It also produces Relationally Unsafe People, who are generally unethical, disrespectful people that lack empathy for others.

Essentially, unsafe people have weak character qualities that tend to spread fear and disunity, which make other people feel unsafe while in their presence. Many unsafe people have developed walls to distance themselves from others because of their hidden fears, that stem from unhealed personal Trauma. All of us have been in the company of an unsafe person and noticed how uncomfortable and tense we may feel while in their presence. When we cannot be authentic and truthful in the presence of another because we fear they will judge, persecute or attack us for revealing ourselves, we feel deeply uncomfortable, drained and unsafe when we are in their presence. Many Relationally Unsafe People are ruled by their fears and many of their reactions and impulses are made unconsciously, through their unhealed mental or emotional triggers.

Let’s bring to mind some fear based Negative Ego qualities that create relationally unsafe people, people we cannot be completely truthful around without fearing we will suffer some kind of repercussion, attack or punishment.

Unsafe people can be judgmental, blaming, manipulative, dishonest, narcissistic, emotionally unstable, irresponsible, gossips, Gaslighters, control freaks, back-stabbers, demanding, and entitled with superior attitudes. Sounds like a lot of darkness is present in those behaviors, doesn’t it?

When in the company of people that demonstrate these fear based negative ego qualities, we may need to create strong boundaries and set the terms of our interaction with them. In some cases we may need to sever the connection entirely. There is generally nothing positive that will come from continually feeding destructive, harmful or abusive relationship patterns that refuse to heal or evolve. We have to plant seeds where there is fertile soil, if we want a garden to grow. And to shift out of the negative polarity of fear, one may need to pull weeds, or walk away from that relationship pattern as an act of self-love and self-preservation.

However, if we habitually feel unsafe with others, it may be we need to demystify the reasons we feel afraid, and discern the difference between people that demonstrate unsafe behaviors, and those who demonstrate responsible and safe behaviors. This also means that if we feel unsafe, it is our spiritual duty to build safety within ourselves by developing inner strength, based in the higher qualities that make us a safe person to be around. Strong spiritual foundation is built upon the cornerstone of moral character development and building trust inside and outside for ourselves. Trust is built upon the consistent ethical behaviors of moral conduct where people are treated with equal respect and kindness, and allowed to be who they are without repercussion. As much as you may feel unsafe with others, are you yourself a safe person for others to be around? Many times what we fear in others is the hidden unconscious behavior that we have not cleared from within our own deepest selves. Until we are willing to look at these hidden fears, we can also easily project or transfer these fears onto other people.

As a basic guideline for extracting fears by replacing negative qualities with positive qualities, is monitoring day-to-day thoughts and behaviors. We can look to GSF Behavior or simply adhere to the Golden Rule. Treat others’ as you would like to be treated, and intend to build self-esteem through esteeming actions.

At some point it is helpful to realize that the current accepted reality of Negative Ego behaviors and the Frequency of Fear, has been used against people of the earth as a psychological weapon to weaken them. Fear is broadcasted everywhere in our environment and this has produced relationally unsafe people all around us. Fear weakens moral character and it stunts the higher attributes of generosity, kindness and tolerance for others. The manufacture of endless enemies in the mainstream media maintains the mass perception of continual threats, which condition more fears and Learned Helplessness into the unconscious mind and Pain Body of humanity. The fear broadcast drills down into our personal lives, infecting our thoughts, behaviors and relationships with the frequency of fear. The frequency of fear produces feelings and perceptions that we are unsafe, unsafe with others, unsafe inside ourselves. Knowing that we live on a planet imprisoned through the mass broadcast of the Frequency of Fear, can be helpful to disentangle us from the mainstream fear broadcasts and fear based reactions of people around us. Refuse to take on and wear the frequency of fear running in the exterior. When we can see the fear agendas operating in the external, we can go within and sift through what is sourcing from within. Becoming aware of what fears may have been taken on through being with fear based people, as well as noting the outer agendas that use forms of Electronic harassment and media based Mind Control.

Preserving and Healing our Heart may be a uniquely different process for each person, however, the main purpose is to give personal meditative attention in better sensing our heart’s inner messages, in order to restore a flow of loving energy in our lives and achieve overall energetic balance. The human heart is an energy harmonizer, and naturally restores balance throughout the bodily systems when we learn how to balance the feeling sensations of the heart with the belief systems of the mind. Sensing our heart means that we are paying attention to our inner feelings, emotions, and needs while sensing the natural rhythms and discovering the deeper dimensions of our multidimensional heart. When our heart has been closed it is usually the result of previous trauma and pain that we had suffered during childhood and carried as miasmatic imprints that were unresolved from other lifetimes. In order to open our heart, we will need to be willing to face any buried and unresolved pain, facing the shadows we carry, which may include emotions like sadness, grief and despair.

As mentioned, when we begin to crack through the energetic barrier that was surrounding our pericardium and heart, we will feel the emotional depth of our soul wounds, the betrayals, the abandonment and the pain. This is the quintessential Dark Night of the Soul. However, it is important to remember when you are undergoing this difficult stage of healing the heart, that you are surfacing all that has been unspoken and unheard to be witnessed, and that out of these powerful feelings and deep-seated grief will come a spiritual strength and renewal that will be worth it all. Practicing Compassion for self and forgiveness of others, working on feelings of Empathy, are ways of developing heart-based qualities that help us work through powerful and intense emotions. These are the beginning stages of intending to spiritually heal and open up our hearts on the earth. We can discover self-acceptance and find joy, feel reverence for and take pleasure in the simplest things in life.

Here are some factors to support creating a peaceful oasis for ourselves even when exposed to the forces of chaos during the planetary shift.

  • Address mental noise: Excessive mental chatter, negative self-talk and playing out archetypes of drama, generates imbalances throughout our body and places energy blocks around the heart. In order to regain energetic balance within all of the main four bodily systems, we must be able to sit quietly and still our mind. This begins with learning about the Negative Ego and learning how to control impulses and quiet the mind, through Meditation or breathwork. To heal and open our sacred heart we must clear negative ego, reduce mental noise and outer distractions. (See Where Can I Start?)
  • Forgiveness: To clear out the pericardium shield and related energy blockages from around our heart complex, many times we will need to forgive ourselves and others. To forgive another person or circumstance is the most generous thing we can do for ourselves. When we forgive others for perceived transgressions it frees us from the bonds, entanglements and cords which manifest painful patterns such as judgments, resentments, and anger.
  • Letting go: For many people that undergo deeply shocking or hard emotional challenges, such as ending relationships, this can give rise to deep negative emotions like anger, resentments and bitterness that block us from moving forward in life. The pain of such events can make us suffer from a broken heart, which has both physical and energetic impacts to closing down our heart. If we can look at life as many lessons in which we are learning to become spiritually whole, the sensation of a broken heart provides the opportunity to explore more of the dimensions of our inner selves. By being present in the moment and surrendering to the now, judgments and future expectations of others are completely dissolved. Let it all go.
  • Discernment: If we act recklessly by making quick and careless decisions based on lower impulses, this interferes with good decision making by impairing our discernment. One must grow in Spiritual Maturity to be able to discern what is in alignment for them personally, without judgment and without concern for what others may think of your choices. As you allow yourself to be who you really are as an embodiment of soul purposed truth, you will allow others to be exactly who they need to be.
  • Take inventory: When we are feeling unhappy about the current conditions in our lives, it is time to restore energetic balance by taking inventory. What are you doing in your life now that brings you meaningful connection, fulfillment and feelings of joy in the moment? If we look to others to give us permission, or rely on relationships or external events in order to experience love and happiness, this sets us up to fail. When we focus only on the external to make us happy, this is based on temporary conditions, thus, we are distracting ourselves from hearing the real messages that come from inside our hearts.
  • Create Priorities: Once we have taken inventory and listened to our heart for more clarity on what generates meaningful connections and increased loving feelings, we will want to apply our new found awareness to co-create a healthier lifestyle and more balanced relationships. If we are too serious and in work mode too much of the time, without playfulness and humor, this also generates imbalances which shut down our heart. We must re-evaluate our commitments in life to reduce stress and seek to remove any areas where obligations or negative interactions are no longer supporting a more natural flow in our life.
    When we are in energetic balance with ourselves, we are in balance with our spiritual self, our heart and we cease to have great personal turmoil or suffering. This is the path to becoming increasingly healthy and peaceful.

Reclaiming self-ownership and clearing negative ego fear programming is the most important thing you can do to help free yourself and make progress to express your true creativity and art inside your soul. It is through reclaiming our true heart based and empathic humanity, practicing unconditional love no matter what is thrown at us, that we can be free from the fear based programming and intimidation. When we are in the presence of a controller, manipulator or bully, being able to hold neutral observer awareness is very important.

  1. Find your spiritual lessons inside the obstacles. Where are you weak and what are your strengths? Look for the pieces you may have missed inside yourself, that which you need to get stronger or change the way you have been doing things. The game has changed on earth and we must change with it. Every weakness you have will be attacked and exploited, so take action to correct them. The answer to everything is higher consciousness and self-awareness.
  2. Command your personal space and claim your human right to co-exist on earth as a GSF being, while taking personal responsibility for self-ownership. Assert this every day and build this spiritual muscle.
  3. Kick the negative ego to the curb, discipline your mind to stay in observer while working to stay aligned with the resonant energies and feelings, rather than relying on the mental body constructs. Keep the mind quiet and calm.
  4. Replace the negative ego earth laws with the highest authority made in the Universal Laws, make the commitment to follow and express the Universal Law of One and Service to Others in your life every day.
  5. Commit to live peacefully and harmlessly, to remove all anger and violence inside your body and mind through self-love, self-respect and self-forgiveness. Pray or ask for help every day.
  6. Command all energies and implants that exist in your body that were placed there without your consent, to be governed by the Universal Laws of God. Take full ownership over your body, all things in your body and consciousness now belong to you completely. As the result, you will take responsibility for reprogramming them into states of harmony. State that all programs or technology inside your body are now aligned to the higher governance of your Avatar Christ or God self.
  7. Stop pushing to look externally for 3D ways to survive, and ask what you can do to go beyond the control matrix and serve your highest purposes. It is likely you will need to meditate more, get quiet more, and stop doing what you think you have to do, because it is highly likely that you are doing the wrong actions that will yield you nothing but frustration. The chaotic mind will not lead you, only the still heart will lead you.
    No matter what is happening in your life, you cannot deviate back to negative ego thinking, correct yourself and stay centered, neutral and calm as possible. Remember, that is the weapon of the aliens (Satanic and Luciferian forces), and the AI Mind control. Stay above it.
  8. Keep boundaries and try to stay away from unhealthy and toxic people, gather strength inside yourself. Make people earn your trust with trustworthy behavior. Don’t tolerate liars, manipulators and violent people.

To be sovereign over one’s self is to be free of the control or coercion of others, to truly have the freedom to direct one’s own life through having Informed Consent about the many things that impact our bodies and consciousness. We extend that belief to include freedom over Self-Determination in the direction over one’s consciousness which connects with the Soul, Spirit and higher intelligence spiritual bodies. Self-Sovereignty is inherently a human right given through Universal Laws, expressed through the Law of One. The teachings of the Law of One describe the spiritual laws that govern our spiritual evolution for each dimension. It is a single philosophical system of World Humanism, which merges cosmology, science, Human Rights and spiritualism.

To accept personal sovereignty or self-ownership, also means that person must accept Self-Responsibility. As you increase your use of free will choice and consent, you also increase the responsibility for your own actions and reactions.

Self-Responsibility is being able to own your own emotional conflicts without blame, guilt or projection upon another person, by making it their fault. Do not assume that you know anything about that person that can be judged for what you cannot see or really know, as you have not walked in their shoes. When feeling upset, restore balance to your heart and aura, by lovingly holding your boundaries without violating others boundaries by expecting them to resolve your conflict. Be willing and open to learn the lessons and find out what the real issue is, which most of the time is not what it appears to be. Going deeper and reflecting on forgiveness of yourself and others, allowing time to pass, helps to neutralize the conflict. Learning how to become responsible and accepting Self-Responsibility is a major step of productive Negative Ego clearing.
