GABRIEL HEARTMAN: “The Road To Lion’s Gate — The Departure From The Third Dimension”

I feel like I have been in a parallel dimension that past couple of days. Feeling very tired and heavy in my body, not so much in my heart. There has been a feeling that I of moving in a field of density that made it hard to really feel motivated to do much. And that was actually a good thing. It gave me an opporTUNEity to tune into what is moving inside me and the collective as we are moving through this gateway.

I could feel how the 3rd dimension is in progress of a deep and immense purging from our spiritual and physical bodies that reverberate through our emotional bodies. It is like our emotions are the bridge between the two. Our own personal dowsing rod to access the direction of our True North.

As we continue to receive the invite from ‘above’ to move UP, to shift into timelines that most reflect our deepest gifts and authentic hearts, we begin to feel all that we have held as 3D energy inside the cells of our bodies and hidden places in our hearts. To the parts of us still with 3D anchors and emotional woundings, this can feel like a prying apart at times and that can manifest in so many varied ways in our bodies and our emotions.

As a sensitive to this purging and shedding, you may feel the collective response as well that adds to or amplifies your own. It can make you a bit mad at times wondering what the hell is really going on with you! There is a lot filtering through the Metasoul as well, as part of the ascension process is to heal that which remains in the karmic holding tanks of your soul.

The third dimension is in the rearview and if we still have energy there it is going to feel intense and draining at times. This is where going IN and doing the deep dive to feel all those anchors that may be spinning you in circles or giving your physical self some fits. This is an exciting yet intense time! It is not all candy corn and rose petals for many. Yet it doesn’t have to be suffering either.

There is a pathway. It is you consciously entering the domain of your heart and soul to navigate the beings inside you we call parts and aspects. They hold the keys, the answers, and more questions. They are ones that have been protected and the ones who have been doing their damnedest to make sure that you don’t get hurt this life, and yet ironically there is a pain in that as well.

Finding, honoring, and feeling these parts of you are what help to release those anchors and help Love find its way into your heart again. To help the process of Ascension take you to your forgotten 5th-dimensional realms of passion, joy, and creation. There is a field of dreams awaiting you, me, and all of us. It is Now and it is Here….on the inside.

For about a month before the full moon eclipse we were in a state of complete and total bliss. I call it “blissed out”. This is a state of total euphoria — happy and peaceful, just because. This truly is our natural state, yet we had forgotten.

This lasted until July 30th, linear time. This may have felt like a drop/let down of energy. It may have felt as if the bliss was suddenly gone, but this is not so. The energy still felt very peaceful but the euphoria felt like it was gone. It has not, as these past two days we are in integration mode and this is an integral part of the ascension journey. Walking and waking may seem so difficult. Honor this and rest, lay down, lay around as these upgrades occur. Know that when this integration, for now, are complete, we will jump back up and start rocking and rolling “quantum style” once again. Wherever you are in the process, honor it.

You may notice that your pineal gland is further activated and you begin to “see” more through your third eye than you do with your physical eyes. Last week’s blurry eyes assisted with this activation to acclimate our new-found vision further enabling us to see a multidimensional being. We may begin to see vividly into other dimensions and timelines, if we are not already. If this is new for you then know that we are remembering and activating our true essence as source where all is possible, we had just forgotten.

As the crystals in our body are activating we become a pure channel, enabling us to experience miraculous journeys and restore self to perfect health in the blink of an eye. All is possible instantaneously as we know that we are capable to do so.

Miracles become commonplace as we vibrate higher and higher, restoring us to our natural state. Magic and miracles are not reserved for a mere few souls, they are available to all. We are here to assist all in remembering the immensity that we are truly capable of. There are no limits as we raise our frequency, ever-expanding our heart. Opening our heart more and more gives us access to all that was previously hidden. We begin to see the beauty in each moment. Joy fills our being as never before. Opportunities present as doors open that we never even knew were there. These doors swing open, never to be closed again. Peace becomes our natural state as we release more and more programs, density and emotions that we now see were never us at all.

When we do experience some intense emotion, we now know that they are simply coming up for release. We no longer believe them, we bring our awareness to these emotions, sit with them, honor them in our own way and then release them. As we move further on our journey to higher consciousness and we release with awareness, we begin to move through these releases faster each time. It becomes effortless as we come to a place when we can release as we move about our day. Sometimes doing mundane physical work will assist with this process. When we reach this point, it brings us excitement when something comes up, it is no longer dreaded, instead it is welcomed as we notice how free we will feel after release.

We know that some souls are in the intense, rough phase of release and they may also be unaware of their light and the powerful activations taking place at this time. We hold space for these souls, yet know that all are exactly where they are meant to be.

Just yesterday during an impromptu session a very concerned mother wanted to know about her son. He is a star seed that is unaware and what we call the consciously unconscious. He appears lost in pain, sensitive to the energies, DNA upgrades and activations. He experiences powerful releases of anger that he projects to those closest to him. During this session the Arcturians came flying in quite quickly and strongly. They were all smiling with the biggest grin, so very happy that I could feel their joy. They showed me them observing this star seed going those these strong emotions that not only scare him, but his family as well. The Arcturians were nodding in approval as they delivered the message that all is well and he is doing beautifully, doing exactly what he is supposed to be doing. He is right on time on his ascension journey, even if it may not appear so.

This is commonplace for starseeds in their 20’s and 30’s that appear lost, they appear stuck, yet they are not. All will awaken in perfect timing. They see how the generations before mistreated Gaia, the animal kingdom and all of mother nature. Destroying all for personal gain. They see right through the politicians and political system and the misuse of power and money. They are the game-changers that have not been called to duty in full service yet. They see it all very clearly and seem stuck in their anger, yet all is perfect and they will awaken at just the right time to step into their mission at the perfect moment. All is well and we will rejoice with love when the puzzle pieces begin to fit perfectly together for them.

This morning the words were Hippocampus Activations in progress. This is the center of emotion, memory and Autonomic Nervous System. It is part of the limbic system which is associated with feeling and reacting and is associated primarily with memory. This is HUGE, as it an important and amazing part of ascension, allowing us to “remember” who we really are as light beings, star beings and angelic beings. These activations came in this morning right on the heels of pineal gland activations to further assist “seeing” with the third eye instead of our human eyes. Allowing us to further access to other dimensions as never before. All of these activations are assisting us further and further down the rabbit hole into self-awareness. This is a time to let go, just as we let the Autonomic Nervous System do its thing (we have no choice in this) as it controls the bodily functions such as breathing, heartbeat and digestive systems.

These activations will be affecting:

  • Breathing — We may experience shallow breathing
  • Heartbeat — We may experience heart palpitations 
  • Digestive System issues such as gurgling stomach, gas, increased elimination and bloating
  • Extreme fatigue and body aches — It is important to allow rest to occur when it is needed
  • Foggy eyes as these activations occur
  • Feelings of foggy brain, inability to do anything linear as what humans call “thinking” goes out the window
  • Headaches as the brain is being rewired/reworked
  • Waves of heat as old programs are being burned off to assist us to “see” and remember who we truly are
  • Nausea as we shift dimensions quite quickly

During this time it is recommended to drink more clean water and sleep or rest/lay down to assist with the process. It will be easier if we flow with these energies rather than against them. If you feel it is appropriate, seek medical attention. Otherwise use natural ways to work with these activations to assist instead of hinder. I personally do not use much of anything and flow with it as I do not wish to hinder this process in any way but you must follow your own intuition as always and do what is best for you and your body. Always trust yourself first for knowing what is right for you.

MATTHEW JOHN: “25 Ways To Get Grounded!”

As the energies streaming into our planet from the Sun and the Great Central Sun continue to intensify at a staggering rate, the importance of GROUNDING becomes more and more crucial. For those suffering from a seemingly endless stream of Ascension symptoms, grounding is an absolutely necessary practice to help your physical body and to increase your quality of life. Here are 25 easy ways to ground:

1. Spend time barefoot on the ground

This is by far the simplest AND most effective method. When your bare feet (or hands or any part of your body. are physically touching the Earth, you are directly electrically and vibrationally connected to the Earth and the Schumann Resonance that She continually vibrates. If you work from home or spend a lot of time on your laptop, set up your laptop outside on nice days and do your work with your bare feet touching the bare ground. You may or may not notice the effects, but in the long run it will make a big difference.

2. Stay hydrated

Water comes from the Earth!! Adding a pinch pink Himalayan salt to your water is a great way to stay hydrated and give your body essential minerals.

3. Eat grounding foods

Meat and root vegetables are grounding. As are red fruits. But do yourself a favor and purchase organic, grass-fed meat and wild fish if you can afford it. Lean meats like bison, duck, deer and lamb are more likely to be grass-fed. Grass-fed beef if it is from a reliable source. Wild fish, especially wild salmon! Root vegetables: sweet potatoes, yucca, daikon, carrots, turnips, beets. Red fruits: watermelon, strawberries. Be sure to incorporate some red into your diet each day!

4. Sunlight!

Most Americans and Canadians are Vitamin D-deficient, especially those living in Northern climates. I recommend getting at least 20 minutes of direct sunlight exposure 3-5x per week to maintain healthy Vitamin D levels and also to ground and re-charge. Direct sunlight naturally recharges your chakras and detoxes your entire physical and energy body. Expose as much of your skin as possible to the sun–yes, if you live out in the country and have no neighbors, bare it all!!! If you live in the South or West where it is very hot, you certainly need to get your sunlight before 10 a.m. or after 5 p.m. in the summertime. In the wintertime middle of the day is best as that way you will be getting both UV-A and UV-B rays! If you live in the North, in the middle of the day is the best year round if it’s not too hot!!

5. Hugging trees

Trees love to be hugged and I love hugging trees!!! The trees are our friends and want to connect with us!!! It is extremely grounding to hug trees. Wrap your arms around a tree for 30 seconds with your bare feet on the ground and you will feel different afterward!

6. Breathing

Perhaps the simplest but most important. If you have a hectic schedule, please do yourself a favor and practice taking ‘breathing breaks’, where several times a day you stop whatever you’re doing to just focus on your breath for 30 seconds. Put your hand over your abdomen and just breathe in and out slowly. All meditative practices which focus on the breath are very grounding.

7. Creating a grounding cord

Visualize a cord of light about 6 inches in diamater starting at your root chakra for men or your sacral chakra for women, and running alllllll the way down and connecting with the center of the Earth (you can visualize the center of the Earth as either a great sun or a solid crystal core.. Focus on this grounding cord for a minute or so, and then declare that it shall remain in place until the next time you meditate upon it again. Make it a practice to put your grounding cord in place every morning after you rise and every night before you go to sleep. You can make your grounding cord literally any color. Experiment with which colors make you feel best. You’ll find that some days, you feel drawn to go with one color, and other days a different color. Go with that!!!

8. Focusing on your feet

Focusing on your feet while you walk or sit opens up your main foot chakras and is grounding. You can practice ‘becoming’ your feet–moving your consciousness down into your feet. I find this a great practice to do while walking in nature.

9. Nature

Spending time in nature is one of the fastest and most effective ways to ground. Allow Mother Nature to absorb any negative energy you’ve accumulated in your energy field. Allow the negative ions of the Earth to detoxify your physical body. Spending an hour in nature 3-5x a week will make dramatic differences in your health and well-being!!!

10. Salt baths

Taking a 20-minute soak in warm water with 2 cups or more of Epsom salt, pure sea salt, Himalayan pink salt, or rock salt is a terrific way to ground. Also, bathing in salt water cleanses your energy field of negative energy and attachments.

11. Showers

Running water contains negative ions, which is grounding and detoxifying. Taking a shower morning and night is not only hygienic, but grounding!!

12. Playing with animals and children

Playing with your pets and your children is very grounding. They are much closer to the ground than us adults!!!

13. Yoga, tai chi, and qi gong

These ancient practices bring you into alignment with the breath and the present moment. They are very grounding.

14. Conversing with others

Having conversations with others in-person is grounding because it brings us into the present moment. The sharing of laughter and love is grounding and healing.

15. Exercise and playing sports

Physical exercise is grounding, as it brings you in touch with your body and the present moment. Playing sports for fun is great as the Joy of playing and being present which others is very grounding.

16. Grounding crystals

Carrying and/or wearing grounding crystals is a great idea to help you with grounding. All black crystals such as hematite, black obsidian, black kyanite and jet are not only grounding but also protect your aura.

17. Grounding shoes

There are several websites out there which are selling handmade earthing sandals and shoes. Leather is conductive to the natural energies of the earth, while rubber is not.

18. Grounding mats and sheets

I have not tried these yet but you can purchase grounding sheets and mats online, or you can make your own (there are YouTube videos showing how to do it and it’s pretty simple).

19. Drumming and playing instruments

Making music is grounding, as it brings you into the present moment of the music you are co-creating. Making music with others is even better!

20. Being creative

What do you love to do that lets those creative juices in you flow? Writing? Drawing? Painting? Singing? Practicing that creative passion brings you into Alignment with the Present moment and Joy and is very grounding!!

21. Grounding tones

You can search on YouTube for the Schumann’s resonance. There are several videos which have the Schumann resonance in binaural beats or tones. My favorite one is a video by Sapien Med, which you can find here.

22. Singing

Singing joyfully not only grounds you into the present moment, it clears out your throat chakra and balances your thyroid!!

23. Practicing presence

When you are present, you are grounded. You can make any activity grounding if you can focus on the activity itself, and slow down. A great way to practice this is every time you eat. To slow down, and focus on chewing the food. Not only is this grounding, but it drastically enhances your digestive processes and allows drastically more vitamins and nutrients to be absorbed by your body!!!

24. Running energy downward

Visualize energy running down from above your head, through your crown, down your spine, and into the Earth, either through your feet or your grounding cord. You can do this while you are sitting, lying down, or even walking. You can look up the “Pushing Down Exercise” by Dr. L Wilson or click here to read more about the benefits of running energy down. His instructions are to run energy from your head down to your feet for 30 minutes or more per day, but I believe that any adaptation of this exercise is extremely beneficial, such as running energy from above your crown, through the crown and down through your grounding cord into the Earth. The key here is to run energy down. The benefits of doing this are extraordinary, as you will see if you read Dr. Wilson’s article. Benefits include detoxifying the organs, improved energy, and releasing etheric attachments.

25. Having a grounded person help you out

If you are lucky enough to be around someone who is energetically grounded, centered, and balanced, have them put their hand on your lower back for a little while and you will feel more grounded!

Each and every one of us has psychic gifts and these gifts vary from person to person. We do ourselves a disservice when we compare our growth to others. Some people have clairvoyant abilities from birth and some of us have to work at it a little harder. Your psychic abilities will increase when you are good and ready. Being impatient and trying to rush the process will only cause you to be out of balance and experience some of the symptoms I have mentioned above.

Take your time, enjoy the process and let go of your expectations of how and when you will be able to achieve your goals. Your gifts will be online when the time is just right for you. Patience and trust are part of the development process.

Timelines merging, veil is SO thin, and what has been called ‘past lives’ is NOT past, yet these energies are in the now. There is so much bleed through right now of other lifetimes that then triggers our emotional body reactivity and ‘hidden’ woundings. It creates a ricochet effect that can be confusing and intense.

These eras and legacies and civilizations (Atlantis, Lemuria, Avalon, ‘Ancient’ Egypt, Greece, and Rome, etc.) are energizing and ALIVE in the now. The mind (and part of you) might want to make them the ‘past’ so that they don’t have as much impact and influence as they actually seem to on your experience of reality and your emotional reactivity and outward manifestation.

Our definition of what is ‘real’ and ‘reality’ is being hugely altered, shifted, and turning upside down from what 3D has said and taught that it is. Our hearts ‘get’ it as they are not linear and they feel every moment as the now….they get stuck sometimes in a moment or scene and need us to help them move beyond it again, to become fluid again…to free up the flow of love, compassion, gratitude, and goodness. Our hearts are what is needed in this now, with so much crazy making (this is a TRUE mind fu*k! reality) realigning of our realities.

Energies of all these timelines are coming in and offering us a storyline to go down that comes alive with our openness to feel and heal it with the aspects of us that are living it out. Sorting through what is what through the terrain of the heart with the higher mind helping too (yes, I believe there is a higher vibrational frequency of thought and that the mind is not bad, just can vibrate at different levels of consciousness). This can be a tricky process with self love and compassion AND need for some separation from the Metasoul aspect living in the timeline needed to hold the space.

This can feel like a ‘soup’ to navigate yet the process of parts work and metasoul aspects helps in such a huge way. It provides a life line and a heart line too….and a soul line too actually. It provides a reminder of the soul’s choice in this life situations to recapitulate traumas that need healing.

Be open right now to what has previously been labeled as ‘impossible.’ Be open to letting in energies of what you may have felt were not ‘relevant’ or ‘in the past’. Open your heart to all the aspects that need you…..even if (and especially if) they exist in another timeline.

As you are open to this and curious, you become more able to ride the waves, experience the gift of them, and integrate it ALL into your wholeness expression as Divine Love!
