“Let’s bring to mind some fear based Negative Ego qualities that create relationally unsafe people, people we cannot be completely truthful around without fearing we will suffer some kind of repercussion, attack or punishment. Unsafe people can be judgmental, blaming, manipulative, dishonest, narcissistic, emotionally unstable, irresponsible, gossips, Gaslighters, control freaks, back-stabbers, demanding, and entitled with superior attitudes. Sounds like a lot of darkness is present in those behaviors, doesn’t it? When in the company of people that demonstrate these fear based negative ego qualities, we may need to create strong boundaries and set the terms of our interaction with them. In some cases we may need to sever the connection entirely. There is generally nothing positive that will come from continually feeding destructive, harmful or abusive relationship patterns that refuse to heal or evolve. We have to plant seeds where there is fertile soil, if we want a garden to grow. And to shift out of the negative polarity of fear, one may need to pull weeds, or walk away from that relationship pattern as an act of self-love and self-preservation.”

The Frequency of Fear is what makes people feel threatened and unsafe in the world, as well as feel disconnected and separated from other people, which generates disunity in the world. Disunity breeds self-deception, false perceptions and many Negative Ego character flaws that generate Relationally Unsafe People. People with a Lack of Empathy or ethical conduct have a tendency to deeply criticize, blame or judge others. When fear rules us, darkness rules us. It also rules our relationships, which extinguishes the possibility for sharing deep human heart connections and forming empathic and loving bonds.

Please take note of how fear is rooted in darkness and can destroy ethical conduct, respect and empathy for others very easily. Fear destroys the hope for Unified Cooperation to exist between people which breaks down Compassionate Communication, that could be directed towards problem solving greater issues that impact all of humanity. One Controller type person that uses fear to manipulate others for power can easily destroy the accumulated Unity, positivity and trust earned in an entire organization or community, in one fell swoop. Thus, fear is the main manipulation tool of the controller archetype that is designed to generate perceptions of being threatened and feeling unsafe in the company of others and in any kind of social setting. It also produces Relationally Unsafe People, who are generally unethical, disrespectful people that lack empathy for others.

Essentially, unsafe people have weak character qualities that tend to spread fear and disunity, which make other people feel unsafe while in their presence. Many unsafe people have developed walls to distance themselves from others because of their hidden fears, that stem from unhealed personal Trauma. All of us have been in the company of an unsafe person and noticed how uncomfortable and tense we may feel while in their presence. When we cannot be authentic and truthful in the presence of another because we fear they will judge, persecute or attack us for revealing ourselves, we feel deeply uncomfortable, drained and unsafe when we are in their presence. Many Relationally Unsafe People are ruled by their fears and many of their reactions and impulses are made unconsciously, through their unhealed mental or emotional triggers.

However, if we habitually feel unsafe with others, it may be we need to demystify the reasons we feel afraid, and discern the difference between people that demonstrate unsafe behaviors, and those who demonstrate responsible and safe behaviors. This also means that if we feel unsafe, it is our spiritual duty to build safety within ourselves by developing inner strength, based in the higher qualities that make us a safe person to be around. Strong spiritual foundation is built upon the cornerstone of moral character development and building trust inside and outside for ourselves. Trust is built upon the consistent ethical behaviors of moral conduct where people are treated with equal respect and kindness, and allowed to be who they are without repercussion. As much as you may feel unsafe with others, are you yourself a safe person for others to be around? Many times what we fear in others is the hidden unconscious behavior that we have not cleared from within our own deepest selves. Until we are willing to look at these hidden fears, we can also easily project or transfer these fears onto other people.

As a basic guideline for extracting fears by replacing negative qualities with positive qualities, is monitoring day-to-day thoughts and behaviors. We can look to GSF Behavior or simply adhere to the Golden Rule. Treat others’ as you would like to be treated, and intend to build self-esteem through esteeming actions.

At some point it is helpful to realize that the current accepted reality of Negative Ego behaviors and the Frequency of Fear, has been used against people of the earth as a psychological weapon to weaken them. Fear is broadcasted everywhere in our environment and this has produced relationally unsafe people all around us. Fear weakens moral character and it stunts the higher attributes of generosity, kindness and tolerance for others. The manufacture of endless enemies in the mainstream media maintains the mass perception of continual threats, which condition more fears and Learned Helplessness into the unconscious mind and Pain Body of humanity. The fear broadcast drills down into our personal lives, infecting our thoughts, behaviors and relationships with the frequency of fear. The frequency of fear produces feelings and perceptions that we are unsafe, unsafe with others, unsafe inside ourselves. Knowing that we live on a planet imprisoned through the mass broadcast of the Frequency of Fear, can be helpful to disentangle us from the mainstream fear broadcasts and fear based reactions of people around us. Refuse to take on and wear the frequency of fear running in the exterior. When we can see the fear agendas operating in the external, we can go within and sift through what is sourcing from within. Becoming aware of what fears may have been taken on through being with fear based people, as well as noting the outer agendas that use forms of Electronic harassment and media based Mind Control.

CAITLIN JOHNSTONE: “How To Effectively Cope With Your COVID-19 Anxiety”

As 2020 gets crazier and crazier, emotional self-care is getting more and more important. A lot of people, especially the “plugged-in” types who like to pay close attention to what’s going on in the world, are getting into some looping stress patterns over the COVID-19 pandemic that are unnecessary, unhealthy, and unhelpful.

It’s an understandable web to get tangled in; there are all these alarming news stories and statistics pouring in every single day, many of which speak of dangers which may pose a direct threat to the lives and livelihoods of ourselves and our loved ones. Some people spend hours online combing through all the latest information they can find about this thing, and as they’re doing this a tremendous amount of stress builds up in the background of their experience, ultimately culminating in depression, panic attacks, angry outbursts, substance abuse or other unpleasantness.

You see strategies for coping with this increasingly common problem everywhere online, from common healthy stress management techniques like deep breathing and meditation, to escapist claims that the virus doesn’t pose any real danger, to many people simply unplugging from their news feeds altogether. What people aren’t talking about nearly enough, in my opinion, is the simple yet highly effective practice of consciously feeling your feelings.

You wouldn’t think “feel your feelings” is something that needs to be said; it sounds not just like common sense, but like something that happens automatically without your intention or permission. We’ve all experienced emotions we’d prefer not to experience if given the choice, so we assume emotion arises unbidden like a force of nature.

While that can certainly be true, a tremendous range of our emotional spectrum is often blotted out by a basic lack of emotional attentiveness. Our culture tends to encourage us to put all but our loudest emotions on the back burner and focus on other matters, and Covid-19 happens to feed into that dynamic especially well by giving us a bunch of sparkly news headlines and statistics to focus on while this low-level background anxiety slowly builds unnoticed.

Feelings need to be felt. Not acted out on other people, but felt. They’re like small children; if you just give them a cuddle, let them cry and listen to their grievances they feel better in a few minutes, but if you deprive them of attention they’ll start acting out to get it.

At some point between childhood and adulthood, most of us consciously created strategies to stop our feelings from coming up unbidden. At some point, crying in front of your peers became embarrassing and you learned how to stop it from happening. Most of us never thought to take down those defences after they were installed. Some of us have never even re-learned how to cry again. Letting your feelings flow again will take a conscious effort from most of us.

No matter how much mantra repetition, deep breathing or positive affirmations you do, unless you’ve felt those feelings all the way through you’re just wallpapering over the actual issue. A huge percentage of the anxiety that people are currently experiencing is just a big backlog of feelings that need to be felt.

For some of you, just reminding you of that will be enough. Put down the phone and quietly meditate on it until it bubbles up. Hold your feelings like they’re a little baby newborn. Let them happen until they’re all the way done.

Others might need to try out some different strategies. Here are some of mine.

First, I always check in with my body. Am I clenching anything? Hands, bum, tummy, forehead, jaw? What else is happening? Is there background nausea, or a lump in my throat, or is my heart thumping too hard? I investigate. Close your eyes now and try it with me. Scan around for a few minutes.

Try tapping around with the tips of your fingers on one hand of the areas that you identified are tight. You’ll find spots that are a little bit sore. They feel like a light bruise. Tap on those spots for a little longer until they release. Once you’ve done that, let your fingers tap round your body and find other tight spots. Do this for at least a few minutes.

As you’re doing this, the loud buzz of anxiety releases and the actual root feelings become more clear. Sometimes all you have to do is feel them. You will probably feel embarrassed to feel them. That’s just one of the layers of defence you put in all those years ago. If it feels stuck, use your theater improv skills to exaggerate and try some feelings on until you find the source feeling. Feel them all the way through. Sometimes they feel their way to the other side, oftentimes they end abruptly with a burp, the shakes, a yawn or some other release.

If that doesn’t work, I usually hop up and do a very easy qi gong sequence a dear friend of mine taught me years ago. I think any kind of repetitive energy movement would do though. Basically I do the same movement over and over again with my eyes closed. Once the energy is moving around the body I can sense areas of blockage. I just keep looking at them until I’ve fully seen all the parts of it and then it releases, usually by a big expression of feeling like a roar or something, that usually ends in dry retching.

I know I’m done when I’m at zero again. I don’t stop until I feel totally at peace. I think that’s important to note because some people really get off on having big feelings and having their big feelings all over everyone else. Sometimes people want other people to “own” their feelings. Rather than feeling them, they try to make other people feel them by proxy. They’re usually referred to as drama queens.

The point is to release the feelings so your natural peaceful zero point can shine through again. You are the sky, the feelings are weather. Identifying as the weather will mean you are invested in keeping the weather going. Identifying as the feeling will mean you will be invested in keeping the feeling going. Set the intention to let it speak to you, and then let it pass. That’s where health is.

A lot of people are saying that the fear of the coronavirus is more damaging than the virus itself. I think that’s true, but not in the way they mean it. They’re often trying to say that the coronavirus itself a nothingburger and the fear is being used to manipulate us. I think the virus is a real thing, and also our fear will be used by ourselves and others to manipulate us. We need to clear a path to inspiration by feeling through our feelings and getting back to zero as often as possible. This will help us in the big picture by seeing what’s happening and responding with grace, and in the micro by keeping our immune systems in full relaxed readiness and not tangled up, tripping over itself, fighting ghosts and in panic-mode.

Do the internal work and the external work will follow. This is how we save ourselves.

“During these times learning how to slow down and achieve a relaxed state of mind is of vital importance, especially when retraining and clearing out our subconscious mind programming. Our brain and our mental body is much more effective when we have slowed down and works more optimally when we are in a relaxed state and calm atmosphere, because this is the natural state of our core spiritual essence. All forms of mental anxiety, stress, and over intellectualizing makes our mind speed up to having too many thoughts at once, and this overwhelms and clouds our Discernment, causing us to make poor impulsive decisions. To make contact and communicate with our subconscious layers, as well as our super consciousness layers, we need to go slower in order to reach a totally relaxed Meditation state and stay fluid within the energies. Energy bodies behave like waters moving in an ocean or river, if we can sense our inner energy when it meets the outer energies, we can navigate the surrounding waters by paying attention to the energy flow. We go with the flow in a state of relaxed fluidity. If we are moving too fast and not paying attention to the energy flow, we can get carried in the current of stronger forces in a sudden and unexpected tidal wave and this is when we get hurt or injured.”

Thus, it is important that you learn to induce a simple meditative state in yourself, where you become the observer and are incredibly relaxed, and yet you are alert, not so relaxed that you fall asleep. Obviously, this state is not for when you are doing heavy physical exertion, but in the majority of your waking life, you can be in this relaxed state of fluidity paying attention to how the energy feels around you, while doing simple tasks or at work completing responsibilities. Using single focus and staying presently focused on the task in front of you, while naturally adjusting to the energies that are making subtle changes to the environment. In the early stage of developing Meditation skill we have to sit, relax and learn to observe the thoughts passing through without having attachment to them. Once we notice the thought pattern, we let it go and bring our focus back to the now moment. The next stage is adjusting to the energies inside you and outside of you. Each of us must find the most natural state of being for our body that feels good in the energetic flow, and not let our mind interfere with that natural state of calm and equilibrium. In our natural state, our inner self will strongly align with the outer self to bring harmony and wholeness between the inner and outer.

Also, we need to know how to stay as calm as possible even when under great stress in the moment. Stress causes our body to enter a heightened state of reactivity due to the release of hormones and Neurotransmitters when we’re feeling overwhelmed and stressed out. So, remaining calm and slowing down, even during potentially tense situations can establish a sense of powerful stillness that will help your mind stop racing from one thought to the next.

To be effective we need to establish a peaceful mind-set before concentrating on any one thing, especially when facing conflicts or challenges. General fluidity and relaxation of both the mind and body will greatly improve higher sensory perception development and build spiritual communication links, helping to bring more ease and clarity for problem solving. When a person is fluid and relaxed, their Energy Receivers are open and more receptive to guidance and creative resolutions. Listen to your body, treat your body with care and make corrections when you feel tense, by returning back to a state where your bio-rhythm feels relaxed and open. With practice you can discipline your mind and emotions from overwhelming your effectiveness in a range of social settings. The more we dis-identify from our need to control the external influences and learn to allow and accept situations we have no control over, the more quickly we can adapt and stay relaxed while addressing stressful situations.

As many of us in the spiritual community are fully aware, we must move out of the Subconscious Programming and Mind Control conditioning of the 3D way of existence and be hypervigilant to constantly refocus ourselves into higher states of being. Expressing unconditional love, Compassion, gratitude, appreciation, and the Spirits of Christ, are great sources of higher states. Knowing that love, heartful presence, being in alignment with nature, and being an authentic and caring human are the simple keys to ensure our success in every way to rebuild our lightbody. May we inspire others who may come into contact with us, to know the truth in the path of unconditional love, as it is the only path of spiritual freedom!

Demoralization tactics attack our mental body and distorts our mental map, so that we give up our personal autonomy and capacity for self-leadership, not believing in our own innate abilities to co-create a fulfilling and meaningful life for ourselves. Dehumanization tactics are attacks made against our core soul essence, distorting our minds into believing that humans are not worthy of humane treatment, leading to increased violence, war crimes and Genocide. As a result, many people have been conditioned to dehumanize themselves, believing they are worthless, and thus easily give up their personal right to express Individualism, Autonomy and Self-leadership. These are human rights that are protected in the Natural Laws, and when we live in alignment to natural laws, our divine right to express our authentic spiritual nature and true self becomes increasingly evident as we spiritually awaken.”

As more awakening people choose to become public figures to help guide the paradigm shift, they need to become aware of their sphere of influence and recognize that they have become a leader by default. With whistleblowers, independent journalists, disclosure teams, experiencers and spiritually awakening people are acting as the main platforms of relevant news dissemination of ongoing planetary events, it is easy to see why cultivating self-leadership is important. The spiritual-disclosure-ascension communities are plagued by psychological warfare tactics to incite meaningless dramas that confuse and derail those thrust into the leadership by default position. The acceleration of the Culture Wars also reflects the global war over consciousness that is occurring in the macrocosm at the planetary, galactic and Universal levels. The intensifying culture wars manifesting in the outer physical reality are a direct reflection of the intensifying events occurring in the war over consciousness, the spiritual warfare that is happening in the inner non-physical realities and within many of the invisible realms. The spiritual war is being waged at the end of the Ascension Cycle to attempt to enslave the human body, human mind and human soul, in order to strip individuals of their divine rights of personal autonomy and to hand over their consent to the Controller’s or False Alien Gods, who then have full authority over the consciousness of that individual.

In the center of this chaotic struggle for full spectrum dominance, the primary goal of the Controllers is to continue to push for the centralization of their global control efforts through the manipulation of these culture wars into a fragmented assortment of class struggles. The culture wars are based on problem, reaction and solution, a mass marketing and Propaganda effort for selling a structure of society to the people. In this case, in order to get them to believe that the Power Elite want to enact a world centralized government that intends to equally serve the working classes of the entire global population. Essentially, this is the same flavor of the Black Sun satanic ideology that came from the German philosophers of the late nineteenth century, leading into the World Wars, which slaughtered untold multiple millions from the promotion of these same class struggle ideologies.

Engineered culture wars are used to incite intense conflicts between an assortment of social groups and classifications, in which the people use to identify with different ideals, beliefs and philosophies. To weaken a powerful group or nation the goal is to infiltrate the culture, destroy traditions and historical records, and promote conflicts into greater division in order to continually spread confusion and misdirection into violence. The invasion happening in Europe to destroy the historical records and the existing culture of powerful cities and nations reveals this tyrannical strategy very clearly.

Thus, the seeds of the culture wars are pushing for another round of Cultural Marxism or socialism instigated from the World War era and is designed to manipulate and lead assorted nation’s leadership and the world population into global tyranny to fulfill the satanic collectivist nightmare of the New World Order. This is the Controller agenda backed by the NAA. This oppressive structure of tyrannical rule will never treat individuals as individuals, it will never recognize the divine right of the unique living soul expression to freely exist on the living soil of planet earth. The planet earth is the macrocosm of our human body and we belong to each other.

  • What are my strengths and weaknesses, what can I improve?
  • Where am I going?
  • Am I able to withstand discomfort in order to make the changes required to be my highest self?

When enduring times of great turmoil that can act as a Spiritual Catalyst, this is when we undergo tests of moral character, tests of self-awareness in order to refine and distill the purity of our inner spiritual essence. In these challenging stages, we may be met with an increased sensation of dark entity attacks, astral related phenomena, victimizer programming, audio inserts of self-doubt dialogues, all related to perpetuating fear-based programming out to the masses. The intensity of these experiences can help us to better comprehend the self-mastery we must develop over the hidden shadow aspects, as we rise above the fear in order to propel ourselves forward to another stage of spiritual awakening, to arrive at inner clarity. Main Goals of Power Elite

What are the primary goals and methods used by the NAA and Power Elite in their quest to fulfill the Luciferian Covenant and install the New World Order, a totalitarian and dystopian nightmare of consciousness enslavement?

“The Void is the place where our old reality, our former work, dissolves in order to make way for the new. Until that timeline comes into our direct view, we cannot see it or sense it, and we may feel disconnected or in suspension from the sense of moving forward in our day to day reality. As we enter this period Into the Void, spend some time imagining and feeling what is your heart’s desire and what feels really joyful to you. Think and dream about what you want to create and bring more of in your life. When it comes it is incredibly clear, you will not miss it as you remain in the present moment as Observer. We must surrender to God fully in order to make the leap of faith and jump over to the other side into the loving arms of our Mother. Discovering the true bond made between our real God parent, as well as healing the Mother and child bond will be required to access the higher heart principle and fully embody the attributes of Christ Consciousness.”

This last cycle radically collapsed a series of decrepit or obsolete timeline architectures which gives us a real sense of losing time, or existing in some strange In-between Space or in-between time state. This state is similar to being within the hypnagogic state, a different brain wave state which places our Conscious Mind awareness in the dimensional space that exists between being awake and being asleep.

From the Guardian perspective this state has been outside of our waking visible light spectrum and is being reintroduced to us while awake now. This state is when you are just beginning to see the layers of the hologram’s matrix architecture. It also the entry to the Astral Plane and 12D Shielding and fear control is highly suggested before intentionally entering. Over the course of history philosophers and scientists both have documented many theories about this consciousness state, however, their final conclusion usually chocked up to some illusory hallucinations from the observer. However in actuality these objects in view while in hypnagogia or lucid dreaming states may be encodement symbols, geometries and math that are used in the language of the holographic matrix field that create our perception of reality. The brain neurochemistry will organize these holographic bits into colors and shapes that move or fit together. These holographic matrix fields are set up as a hierarchical system of celestial management structures that define and govern each dimensional plane of existence. Each plane has a gatekeeper consciousness or species that is existing within its dimensional space. Science refers to these moving objects commonly observed within hypnagogia as the “Tetris Effect”. [1]

Void Space

Feeling as being in between timelines is similar to being inside a birthing canal or existing within a void space. This sensation is right before the dimensional doorway opens up into your personal awareness to reveal the next level of the timeline/reality you are moving through.

In this interim phase, it may feel like we are waiting for something to happen. We are waiting for the next timeline of our reality to phase lock into our now moment of awareness. Until that timeline comes into our direct view, we cannot see it or sense it, and we may feel disconnected or in suspension from the sense of moving forward in our day to day reality. [2]

What Does it Feel Like to Go Into the Void?

With the end of this phase, we have in essence, entered into a new reality, the one that we have been working to create for many years. When we have a shift at this level of completion into a higher dimension it creates distortions in the loop of how we experience time and space and as we integrate those new energies into density, we can feel very much like we have gone Into the Void.

As you may have guessed this can create some feelings of discomfort and confusion as the mind grasps to understand the logic behind why the things that have worked in the past are no longer working or feeling right in your life. It has a quality of feeling as if your Life is in Suspension until further action or information is presented. There is a stagnate feeling that you are waiting for that information or instruction so that you can really get moving forward with your life. Possibly there is some guilt that what you are doing is not enough or you are not being as productive as you think you should be. This creates mental confusion and you may start to question if you made a wrong turn somewhere or missed a blaring signpost in your life! For many of us, the answer is, Relax! You are being reorganized, You are right on schedule and there is no place to be except where you are! You have gone Into the Void.

The Void is the place where our old reality, our former work, dissolves in order to make way for the new. As we enter this period Into the Void, spend some time imagining and feeling what is your heart’s desire and what feels really joyful to you. Think and dream about what you want to create and bring more of in your life. As I have mentioned before, it is extremely important to focus on what you do want, rather than what you don’t want. If you do not yet have a vision of what that is for you, start with the essence of the quality of feeling that you would like to bring more of in your daily life. Hold that essence and feeling with you as much as possible. If you get clear and decide what you do want to do next, be as specific as possible. Share your vision with your guides, ask them to show you how to implement it and then sit back and wait for the signs. Remember, you don’t have to make it happen, just be alert, listen to your intuition and act on what comes your way. When it comes it is incredibly clear, you will not miss it as you remain in the present moment as Observer.

Being in the Void can be very frightening for your Inner Child. The Inner Child is terrified of having your world fall apart in order to make way for the new. To make it easier you may want to take time each day to tell your Inner Child that this is normal, that you are in the process of expansion into greater experiences of integrity and joy and that this will end. One day in perfect timing you will awaken to your next step being presented to you.

Mastery of the qualities of patience and perseverance and affirming the divine right order of all things, is surely some of the best tools one can cultivate during a Into the Void period. It is important to understand that this part of the process is necessary to do the shedding and releasing of dross, debris and obsolete patterning in your energy field and thought/emotion grids. In this New Era of Abundance those old patterns must be cleared and healed within us. As we clear and heal ourselves in this process, new DNA instructions are activated to build cells capable of holding even greater amounts of energy, light and information. This greater light is our divine inheritance to manifest and live in exceedingly new levels of joy, abundance and enlightenment, and is why we have agreed to be here on Earth at this special time. [3]

Luciferian Abyss

This level of the Observer Point is when the higher mind remains static as a result of not synthesizing with the higher heart opening and this is what defines the Luciferian Abyss.

This is the aspect of the higher mind which holds access to a threshold of observer consciousness that is devoid of deep heart based Compassion and true empathy. It hangs on to the edge of the consciousness abyss in the higher mental body until it can fully let go and surrender, dissolving into the vast oceanic field of loving compassion. Jumping over the Luciferian Abyss is the final point of surrender where we may feel fear that we will be swallowed into the black hole of nothingness.

At this point we stand at the edge of the abyss peering over the massive void. We must surrender to God fully in order to make the leap of faith and jump over to the other side into the loving arms of our Mother. This is why after achieving the Observer Point and emotions go extremely flat, if feelings of Compassion and Empathy do not naturally follow through an open loving heart, there should be an intentional effort to continue to open the heart, to commune with Mother and heal the inner child. Discovering the true bond made between our real God parent, as well as healing the Mother and child bond will be required to access the higher heart principle and fully embody the attributes of Christ Consciousness.
