LISA RENEE on “Ego Defense Mechanisms”

“Through the course of growing up from childhood into adulthood, we develop coping skills and will come to label people, places or objects in the environment that are acceptable or not acceptable in our belief systems. Ego defenses are similar to mental racketeering programs that are commonly used as coping mechanisms for reducing day to day anxiety, fears, and obsessions that are related to thought addiction or the need to control the environment. When we are addicted to our thoughts, we have lost balance with our feelings and sensory abilities that allow us to be fully present in the moment and be in a receptive mode to better discern the environment and their energies. We work hard to retain the belief that ‘I’m OK’ and there is nothing is wrong with me, even when faced with repeated negative patterns and feeling unhappy in life. Our ego minds are programmed and then neurologically wired to select and interpret evidence supporting the relationship to our self as ‘I’m OK’ and there is nothing wrong with me that I need to change, even when there is evidence that proves this to be contradictory. A variety of mechanisms: conscious, unconscious, and social will direct our attention to ignore the negative behaviors we cause in our life and to instead highlight what we think is positive or acceptable in order to increase our optimism and reduce our anxiety when facing problems or challenges. Unfortunately, we often are confused by what we perceive incorrectly through our own need to be okay through self-justification. Self-justification based upon social and mental programs of acceptance of negative and harmful behaviors, is deeply ingrained in each of us in order to feel better. To cope in this world our mental patterns make it easier for us to surface skim the information in the environment that easily supports what we already think we know or believe. To remain comfortable with our world view through confirmation bias, even if its not working well for us, is the way we resist change, or resist the need for emotional and spiritual growth. These mental thought patterns are distortions that we call ego defense mechanisms. Ego defense mechanisms help us avoid accepting evidence that challenges our self-image as a good and worthy person or that challenge our strongly held stereotypes or belief systems. We formulate these distortions as Ego Defense Mechanisms because we have not learned how to free the mind through the use of Negative Ego tools for self-exploration and deeper self-inquiry. As we learn to free our mind and love ourselves unconditionally, we know that we are okay without needing to self-justify. When we are free of our own need for self-justification, by increasing our inner self-approval and self-love, no matter where we find ourselves, then we do not need to justify others or justify ourselves. We are then freed to be capable of unconditionally loving others no matter what they may be choosing to do in that moment. It is what it is in this moment. We can blend a synthesis of analysis with Higher Sensory Perception in order to have better assessment ability and to understand, what is. Our goal in self-mastery is to find the balance between our thought process and our feeling process so that we recognize distortions in our thinking which block Higher Sensory Perception. Every soul is taking the same journey, but each soul has evolved at a different level. The teachings of the Law of One describe the spiritual laws that govern our spiritual evolution for each dimension and it represents the ultimate path to achieve sovereignty in the Cosmic Christ Consciousness. Simply put, the Law of One is the Universal Truth that All Is One. Ego Defense Mechanisms in a deceitful person give them self-justification to lie as they are either self-righteous or serving a cause where everyone lies. This is delusional behavior. We know that honesty is always the true pathway in our relationship with God that leads us towards Spiritual Maturity and Freedom. It is the Truth taught by Christ when he proclaimed, ‘Love your neighbor as you love yourself.’By continually using an Ego Defense Mechanism to avoid facing the source causation of the anxiety or deeply rooted fear, which is unresolved pain or trauma, we are only perpetuating the mental looping which uses denial of the truth in order to avoid feeling pain or discomfort. Denial of the Truth is the seed of all Ego Defense Mechanisms.”

LISA RENEE on “We All Have to Do Our Own Inner Work”

“Over the last decade, with the steady amplification of polarities, the rising intensity of external energies and forces, the challenges that we may have to face that test our character, test our mettle, seem to have been greatly magnified. We have often spoken about the planetary Dark Night of the Soul, and by observing the outer world, its clear that it’s in full swing. Over the past year, I have prayed countless times for guidance on what is the best process for helping people that are enduring extreme challenges, and painful transitions, when they have not been educated with strong coping skills or given proper support towards knowing the absolute necessity of cultivating Resilience. We live in a culture of mind control to shape weak characters, and habits that weaken our mind, body and energy field, so that we are easily overwhelmed by dominating forces and challenges. Life on earth is not easy, it is a tough school of knocks in which we can learn a tremendous amount, especially now. To survive these challenges, we have to look at life on earth as lessons and learning, looking at painful or negative events as an opportunity to see something that we did not see before, or to change how we perceive the world around us. As we learn from our life experiences and we can observe more clearly, we gain more emotional intelligence and the ability to explore our true purpose. Why did you come to earth now? All of us have things to accomplish on earth during the ascension cycle, and these experiences are deeply personal, intimate and unique to who we are. No other person can define the spiritual purpose for another, this is our responsibility to find out. To gain an accurate assessment of the reality we find ourselves, we will need to know ourselves very deeply. We may need to take off the rose colored glasses of denial in order to to see the accurate truth inside things, or we may need to find the light that does exist in the darkness while it sleeps, finding faith, love and acceptance in the spirit of humanity. People may have gathered many delusions in their belief system about what it means to be happy and to feel pleasure, which is instant gratification that is portrayed by the mainstream media and consumptive modeling to make us believe in such fantasies and crafted advertisements as if they are real stories. Instant gratification teaches us little, we cannot learn about ourselves and the world we live in, if we believe instant gratification and selfish desires are the meaning of life. This is a luciferian and satanic narrative to keep us weakened and trapped in material delusions. Learning how to deal with difficulty, being willing to really see the truth of the matter, is much more productive than clinging to an illusion. To feel content and connected, it is required that you learn how to be strong and self reliant, that you pick yourself up after a fall, and that you know how to refocus your mind away from emotional sadness when you don’t succeed or get your needs met. One of the most important skills we need today, is to live in peace with unmet desires and needs. Attachments make us suffer greatly, and as such we should have preferences and not attachment to the outcome. This does not mean you give up, it means you never give up and look at life as lessons to build character and strength, you keep moving forward the best way you know how to in the moment. How can you find the inspiration to persist instead of getting depressed or angry when things go awry, and to accept that they often will? Much of the time, life on planet earth is about conflict resolution and learning how to synthesize energies in the world of extremes, to neutralize polarity and return to peace. How do people deal with difficult events that completely transform and change their lives? The death of a loved one, loss of a job, serious illness, criminal attacks and other traumatic events. These are all examples of very challenging life experiences. Many people react to such difficult circumstances with a flood of strong emotions and a sense of uncertainty and fear, bringing on mental paralysis or anxiety. Navigating life’s challenges requires life skills. To develop life skills, you have to live through your life, gaining experience, gaining wisdom from hard earned lessons. This process involves resilience, it is an ongoing process that requires time and effort and engages people in taking a number of steps. Developing resilience is a personal journey towards maturity whereby each person will have to choose different approaches in order to build personal resilience. Resilience is an important energy building tool, being resilient also helps to keep healthy boundaries that build a stronger energy field, or aura. Our goal is to build strength in our inner world via inner reflection and meditation, which is building the energetic strength of our energy field, while learning how to observe and remain neutral to what happens in the outer world. We must remember that we are in a war over control over the mind, and limitations and pain we feel are also created in the mind, which means we have the power to remove and clear them from impacting us. Destructive behavior patterns of the past may transform into more positive behavior as one begins to solve the mysterious puzzle of human interactions and gain a quiet and confident understanding of them. Anxiety may yield to more peaceful, tranquil, and contented feelings as ones deeper emotional understanding increases. One starts to gain improved self-confidence and feel empowered, and less confused and frustrated with circumstances. Overall, one can transform from confused to confident; from clueless to comprehending and enlightened, from fragmented to coherent, from shallow to deep, and from oppressed to liberated, as one learns how to become the authentic self. We change the locus of power, giving power to our inner spirit and inner world, while removing external influences form having power over us. This takes some time to master. The energies in the outer world can be tough, harsh, painful and surreal. That is a fact, and it is what it is. The truth is that this does not have to disturb your inner peace, connection and purpose. May we share more about the quality of resilience, knowing we are in this together, and we all have to do our own inner work.”

LISA RENEE: “Building Self Esteem”

Self Esteem is the value of a person’s worth and there are a lot of factors that come into play, especially in helping a person feel more confident about himself, which is also a primary factor in establishing a person’s outlook towards personal inspiration and feeling of success. On the spiritual Ascension pathway, recognizing the importance of character building as a necessary part of having self love and self acceptance is critical. in order to progress through self deception blocks. When we have low self esteem our psychological defense mechanisms will act to block our progress moving forward and evolving in life.

One who understands they are a loved and worthy spiritual vessel for the spirit of God Source, will begin to learn that self love is at the core of self acceptance, which is the quality one must build to truly feel and experience God’s love for all of us. Once we feel love for ourselves we build inner confidence, which further builds our trust with life.

The more confident a person is, the more focused and determined the person is to aim for achieving a better state in life, regardless of whether it is for career, success, spiritual purpose, inspiration, family or personal goals. A peaceful and fulfilling life is most possible when one seeks inner truth and self knowledge, while building a relationship with God and a relationship to the self. When building a relationship with the self it may mean we are taken through character building life experiences we do not prefer. We must push through our fears in order to experience the accomplishment of moving past our perceived mental limitations. If our mental limitations or self entitlement govern our actions, we will become stunted in our growth and fall into low self esteem.

Self Esteem Makes Better Choices

Self-esteem can also align to help a person make better choices, especially when it comes to personal character development, improved learning and coping skills in life, which often lead to more abundance. Self-esteem improves mental and emotional clarity. Self-esteem in one’s personality starts at birth, through parenting, environmental and other factors. As a person’s consciousness develops and takes shape into adulthood, this is when a person starts to measure himself, as to his own value and belief system around self worth. It then shapes how a person looks at himself and compares or assesses himself with the environment or his surroundings and starts to ask himself, do people like me and accept me for being me? Do other people regard me as an example or inspiration for others? How do other people look at me? What is my attitude and behavior towards life? Am I a deserving and worthy person to be loved, appreciated and to experience abundance? These are but some of the common social questions that help a human being gain self understanding, in the earlier growth stages, which help to gauge or measure his value and worth as a person.

Self Respect

All humans have a need to feel respected. This includes the need to have Self-Esteem and self-respect. Esteem presents the typical human instinct to be accepted in community and to be a valued member by others. People often engage in activities which give the person a sense of contribution or value. Low self-esteem or an inferiority complex may result from imbalances that have not been addressed or healed, such as unhealed emotional conflicts. People with low self-esteem often look to gain respect from others and they may feel the need to seek fame or glory. However, fame and glory will not help the person to build self-esteem until they accept who they are internally. Psychological imbalances such as depression can hinder a person from obtaining a higher level of self-esteem or self-respect. Most people have a need for stable self-respect and self-esteem. Deprivation of these needs may lead to an inferiority complex, weakness, and feelings of helplessness.

Building Self Esteem

Self-esteem formally is “the disposition to experience oneself as competent to cope with the basic challenges of life and as worthy of happiness”. While others like parents, teachers, and friends can nurture and support self-esteem in an individual, self-esteem relies upon various internally generated practices. To be responsible to take care of oneself is one way of building self esteem. In Nathan Branden’s framework, there are six “pillars” of generating and building self-esteem. Branden distinguishes his approach to self-esteem from that of many others by his inclusion of both confidence and worth in his definition of self-esteem, and by his emphasis on the importance of internally generated practices for the improvement and maintenance of self-esteem in every day life.

  • Living consciously: the practice of being aware of what one is doing while one is doing it, i.e., the practice of mindfulness.
  • Self-acceptance: the practice of owning truths regarding one’s thoughts, emotions, and behaviors; of being kind toward oneself with respect to them; and of being “for” oneself in a basic sense.
  • Self-responsibility: the practice of owning one’s authorship of one’s actions and of owning one’s capacity to be the cause of the effects one desires.
  • Self-assertiveness: the practice of treating one’s needs and interests with respect and of expressing them in appropriate ways.
  • Living purposefully: the practice of formulating goals and of formulating and implementing action plans to achieve them.
  • Personal integrity: the practice of maintaining alignment between one’s behaviors and convictions.

LISA RENEE: “Shifting Mental Pain”

“Every chronic state of mental pain that is generated through anger, fear, or worry is an opportunity for one to see the places where love, forgiveness and self-acceptance are required to heal. This pain or fear shows us the areas we need to transcend, in order to evolve from beyond the ego’s mental control over our lives and into being guided by the higher intelligence of our inner spirit. As long as we resist the inner work necessary to clear fear attitudes and their pain responses, we remain spiritually stagnant. When we hit cycles of spiritual stagnation, we will feel immense pain or discomfort that will force us to address that pain in order to be liberated from it. Spiritual development is not always comfortable, and many of us are going beyond our comfort zone at this time, in order to progress to the next level that our spiritual self is demanding from us. If there is spiritual stagnation present, one will be pushed hard to transform. This is a byproduct of spiritual ascension on our planet and that discomfort shows the pathway to developing and refining the path of liberation, which is only found by following your inner spirit. If we are attached to something and it is creating spiritual stagnation, that object will be removed from our lives so we can refocus ourselves back on the inner spirit. If we get the lesson the first time, the lesson does not have to be repeated. Shadows are only powerful when they remain hidden and buried, as the shadow masquerades in falsity that uses fear to torment us with lies. Be brave, to reveal them and place them to face your real spiritual self. Our personal sovereignty awaits us through the release of fears by applying personal responsibility to our thoughts and emotions. Choose your authority now, knowing that you are a God, Sovereign, Free Being.”

Shifting Mental Pain with Interpretation Analysis

In order to clear and shift mind control and negative thoughts from running one’s life, one must identify them as the symptoms of the planetary and personal consciousness evolution. This time on earth, more than any other time in human history, is an incredible push towards consciousness participation for humanity to regain spiritual liberation. Liberation is free from the effects of negative thoughts and free from emotional suffering. Each time you shift an emotional response from anger or judgment to love, joy, gratitude, and acceptance, you are doing global service work at a personal level.

There is an attitude of interpreting life that will bring you inner peace, calmness, joy, happiness, unconditional love, and equanimity regardless of what is going on in your life and the outside world. There is another attitude of interpreting life that will make you feel upset, angry, irritable, impatient, moody, emotional, unstable, and depressed. These are two examples of choices one can make at every moment when interpreting our life experiences. Neither of these emotional states have anything to do with what is actually going on in your life or in the environment. It has everything to do with how one is interpreting one’s life.

Every chronic state of mental pain that is generated through anger, fear, or worry is an opportunity for one to see the places where love, forgiveness and self-acceptance are required to heal.

The Higher Spiritual Intelligence necessitates that we only have preferences, by releasing control to the outcome of events in lives. This is a process of surrendering and known by the phrase, Let Go and Let God. If we become attached to a person, place, thing, or the outcome, then manipulation and interference are a byproduct of that attachment. Attachment is an ego control mechanism based in deep fear. If we are attached to something and it is creating spiritual stagnation, that object will be removed from our lives so we can refocus ourselves back on the inner spirit. This is also why practicing having “preferences” over ego attachment will be a much easier process, with less emotional pain. If we get the lesson the first time, the lesson does not have to be repeated.

Inner peace is a state of mind that accepts the current state of circumstances as they are, without judgment. When faced with adversity one looks for the opportunity to learn its lesson, in order to move past old recurring patterns. This expands our consciousness as we transcend previous limitations. When we move through our fears and perceived limitations we gain incredible amounts of personal power through enhanced self-esteem. When we know we have the power of our spirit within us, we know we are cared for and that things in our life will work out.

We all have the power of our eternal spirit within us to guide us and keep us safe. The 12D shield process is the beginning, which allows us to develope a deeper communication link with this aspect of ourselves. However, we must learn to remove fear and mental bondage in order to be liberated from its control over the body. The body must be prepared to embody the spiritual light, and with that fear programs and negative thoughts must be removed.

As one feels guided, if mental programs have been difficult to control, here is an exercise provided below to bring them to one’s surface awareness. As we acknowledge these thoughts as stemming from negative ego, similar to facing the ghosts that have been haunting the shadows of our mind, we can see the ghost for what it is. When we face it clearly, revealing it from its hidden shadows, its power is diminished and it ceases to have the ability to terrorize us.

Shadows are only powerful when they remain hidden and buried, as the shadow masquerades in falsity that uses fear to torment us with lies. Be brave, to reveal them and place them to face your real spiritual self. The Eternal Self, as I am God I am Sovereign, I am Free!

Our personal sovereignty awaits us through the release of fears by applying personal responsibility to our thoughts and emotions. Choose your authority now, knowing that you are a God, Sovereign, Free Being.

LISA RENEE on “Being Responsible for our Darkness”

“When we are blind to our mistakes in life that lead us down a path of suffering and disconnection, if we refuse to pay attention to these events and analyze our own behaviors that led down that path, we will never flourish. We must be willing to see our mistakes, the places where we can improve our competence in managing our lives, and where we can be as authentic and self-sourcing as possible. We cannot learn how to improve ourselves unless we are willing to face our darkness. If we can be objective and see our maligned thinking without judging ourselves as higher or lower, good or bad, just remaining open hearted and willing to evolve and change, then we can profoundly shift the quality of our life, and the life of others. Taking responsibility for the darkest areas of ourselves means that we are willing to look at the inner areas where we are doing things that commit harm and that we know deep down are not in our best interest. We make the choice to discipline ourselves into stopping harmful thoughts, behaviors and actions, because if we are being really honest with ourselves, we know they are not positive actions. With every decision we make, if we choose to listen to the truth within and be deeply honest with ourselves, we start to align even more closely to the positive presence of truth. This process reveals even more things that we may need to address truthfully, so that we can evolve into the highest expression of our personal potential. When we are feeling mentally disturbed or feeling emotional tension, in order to dissipate that internal stress that we are feeling, we need to learn how to clarify our thoughts and feelings that are producing that tension in our body. We may need to source recurring negative thoughtforms that are being stimulated automatically from frequency implants attached to our unresolved pain located in our consciousness body. The awareness to move towards more positive actions, starts to ripple changes out into the field that rearranges our lives to be based in truth and this also helps to clear out implants. When we have a better comprehension of how implanted thoughts and mind control implants are used in to produce a pathological society, we can better discern the agenda and refuse to participate with it. The antidote to mind control broadcasts and clearing implants is connecting deeply with your inner spirit, and developing your spiritual self every day with higher emotional qualities like unconditional love, compassion and empathy, and genuinely caring about what happens to the people and to the planet. When we live a pathological life we create a pathological society. When we ignore the presence of darkness and we continually tolerate harmful behavior of senseless self-destruction, we commit a sin against the eternal light that exists within us. We must become the love and light that shines from out of our form, in order to fulfill our purpose to become the authentic person we are meant to be. Thus, we all must put some effort into our life to be the kind of person that we really want to be, and we will need the motivation to take care of ourselves properly. Develop a vision of what you’d like your life to be in relationship to the kind of person you want to become as your highest expression in this moment and in the future. Then aim for that positive vision and break down the goal into smaller pieces that you can demonstrate every day in order to create a meaningful and spiritually connected life.”
