President Trump issued an executive order aimed at ‘streamlining’ GMO regulations in the U.S.

On June 11, President Donald Trump quietly issued an executive order to “streamline” GMO regulations in the United States. The order, titled Modernizing the Regulatory Framework for Agricultural Biotechnology Products, is the latest move by the Trump administration aimed at promoting the use of genetically engineered or modified crops.

In his executive order, Trump called on federal agencies to fix what he called a “regulatory maze” related to the farming and selling of GMO products.

The executive order states:

“Biotechnology can help the Nation meet its food production needs, raise the productivity of the American farmer, improve crop and animal characteristics, increase the nutritional value of crop and animal products, and enhance food safety. In order to realize these potential benefits, however, the United States must employ a science-based regulatory system that evaluates products based on human health and safety and potential benefits and risks to the environment. Such a system must both foster public confidence in biotechnology and avoid undue regulatory burdens.“

The order goes on to instruct the Secretary of Agriculture and other officials to “develop an action plan to facilitate engagement with consumers in order to build public confidence in, and acceptance of, the use of safe biotechnology in agriculture and the food system”.

The executive order also lays out plans for the Trump administration to work with other nations in developing GMO policies. Section 8 of the order gives the Ag Secretary and Secretary of State 180 days to develop an international communications and outreach strategy to facilitate engagement abroad with policymakers, consumers, industry, and other stakeholders.

Additionally, the order calls on the Department of Agriculture, the Environmental Protection Agency, and the Food and Drug Administration to design a website that contains and provides links to relevant United States Government regulatory information.

Greg Jaffe, biotechnology director at the Center for Science in the Public Interest, told the Associated Press that the impact of the order depends on how the federal government responds. “There needs to be an assurance of safety for those products,” Jaffe said.

The topic of genetically engineered food has been controversial for years. Scientists, health advocates, and concerned citizens have been raising questions about the technology over the last decade, including activists forming global marches against biotechnology giant Monsanto between 2013 and 2016.

More recently, criticism of GMOs has centered around labeling laws. To understand the current battle for labeling genetically engineered foods, one must look back to 2015. At that time, the controversial Safe and Accurate Food Labeling Act passed the House in June before ultimately failing amid heavy opposition.

To critics, the bill is known as the “DARK” Act (Deny Americans the Right to Know) because the law is also aimed at nullifying GMO labeling measures, such as a state labeling bill passed in Vermont. Mike Pompeo, author of the bill, criticized mandatory labeling laws as unnecessarily costly and insisted a federal standard was the answer.

In late February 2016, U.S. Senate Agriculture Committee Chairman Pat Roberts introduced another bill which attempted to create a federal voluntary standard for labeling GE food. Roberts’ Senate Bill 2609, or the Biotech Labeling Solutions Act, would have blocked mandatory labeling efforts by states.

In March 2016, the bill failed to reach the 60 votes needed during a procedural vote, with 49 votes in favor and 48 votes against. However, by July 2016 the labeling measure was added to the National Sea Grant College Program Act as the National Bioengineered Food Disclosure Standard. It was that measure which was ultimately signed into law by Obama, placing the U.S. Department of Agriculture in charge of labeling America’s genetically engineered food supply.

Under the Trump administration, the battle for labeling has died down largely due to a lack of reporting in the mainstream press and misinformation which falsely tells Americans that labeling rights have been won.

However, in July 2018, an analysis of proposed rule changes revealed that thousands of genetically engineered foods may be exempt from upcoming labeling requirements. In early May 2018, the Department of Agriculture released a draft rule describing how the labeling law is supposed to be implemented.

Between May and July 3, the USDA received 14,008 public comments. The comments indicate that some of the public is concerned about the language used in the rule. “The term bioengineered should not be used. It is both misleading and confusing to consumers. GMO, GE or Genetic Engineering should be used instead,” one commenter writes. “Please make all food items labeled correctly as GMO so consumers know exactly what they are purchasing,” another said.

The Environmental Working Group reports that if companies want to label foods which are made with genetically engineered ingredients, they must use the terms “bioengineered” or “bioengineered food ingredient,” instead of the widely known phrases “genetically modified” or “genetically engineered.”

Interestingly, the International Food Information Council (IFIC) recently conducted a survey to see how people respond to these different labels, including new symbols being tested by the USDA. The IFIC found that in every combination of label, the level of concern among consumers increased. In the survey consumers were shown bottles of canola oil without any label, with one of three symbols (plant, sun, or smile), with a symbol plus “bioengineered” on the label, and a symbol with “may be bioengineered” on the label.

As the USDA works to establish a uniform national standard for labeling foods that may be genetically engineered, critics continue to call out the dangers of putting the federal government in charge of the situation. Donald Trump’s recent executive order will only exacerbate the already confusing situation.

Americans who have concerns about the safety of GMOs will have to wrestle with the fact that these products may not be labeled and — with the latest executive order from Trump — will enter the food supply at an increasing pace in the coming years.

‘UNPLEASANT TRUTH’ FOR THE DAY ~ Jeremy Naydler: “5G — The Final Assault”

“In November last year (2018), the United States Federal Communications Commission (FCC) authorised the rocket company SpaceX, owned by the entrepreneur Elon Musk, to launch a fleet of 7,518 satellites to complete SpaceX’s ambitious scheme to provide global satellite broadband services to every corner of the Earth. The satellites will operate at a height of approximately 210 miles, and irradiate the Earth with extremely high frequencies between 37.5 GHz and 42 GHz. Not one inch of the globe will be free of radiation. Given the scale of the project, it is surprising how few people are aware of the enormity of what is now just beginning to unfold all around us. Very few people have even heard about the 20,000 new satellites that are due to transform the planet into a so-called ‘smart planet,’ irradiating us night and day.”

5G: The Final Assault

Ascension Avatar note: This has all been happening as the ‘Trumpers’ were busy worshipping “The Donald” and ‘QAnon’ (too hypnotized by his New World Order hand signals to notice the fact he’s been pushing for 6G?) and while the ‘New Agers’ were oohing over the latest fake ‘Archangels’, ‘Ascended Masters’, ‘Galactic Federation’ and ‘Ashtar Command’ messages broadcast by the NAA, numbing them even further. Lisa Renee says:

“Spiritual Bypassing is generally an ego defense mechanism used by people that identify as lightworkers or on the Ascension path, who are unwilling to see negativity or look at unpleasant truths happening around them. They consider these unpleasant truths to be negative energy that lowers their personal vibration, so they choose to ignore them and pretend they don’t exist. As an example, it can be assumed that children being used as sex slaves for SRA* have karmic reasons for being killed. Therefore, they don’t have to do anything about it, because they need to maintain their high vibration and all is in divine order.”

*Satanic Ritual Abuse (the worst offenders being Galactic Federation, on AND off-planet)

On a final note, I have observed the biggest denial of all in the ‘spiritual’ and ascension communities is while people are beginning to realize they have been and still are mind-controlled sleeper-hosts for the NAA (as there are many fully-aware and willing participants too), I haven’t seen much change lately and don’t expect to, unless critical steps are taken by them to become completely implant-and-entity cleared, until the ‘remote control’ that had been navigating their ‘self-driving car’ or ‘pilot-less plane’ no longer has access to their God-Sovereign-Free Being!

Here is a great place to start…

JIM SATNEY: “Parents Say 5G Cell Tower Causing Cancer In School Children — And The District Is Taking Kickbacks”

San Joaquin County Parents believe radiation from a 5G cell tower is causing cancer in school children. Doctors have diagnosed at least four kids from the county’s elementary school system. Parents believe that one specific cell tower poses the biggest health concern.

“We had a doctor tell us that it’s 100 percent environmental, the kind of tumor that he has,” said Monica Ferrulli.

Ferrulli’s son, Mason, is one of the children diagnosed with cancer. The 5G cell tower is located on a path Mason walked on a daily basis prior to his diagnosis. Mason recently relapsed and is currently undergoing brain cancer treatments.

Joe Prime’s son, Kyle, was diagnosed with kidney cancer in 2016.

“It just seems like coincidence is no longer a reason for all this illness,” Prime told the network.

“Kids shouldn’t be guinea pigs and we shouldn’t be taking chances with the children’s lives,” he went on.

The district claims the towers are safe, however, some experts disagree. Concerns over 5G and cancer health risks are not new.

“I wouldn’t send my kids there at all. It is absolutely dangerous,” said Eric Windheim, an electromagnetic radiation specialist.

“Children are still developing and their cells are still being divided. It’s the worst possible time in their life to be exposed.”

Windheim says that the tower transmits dangerous wireless frequencies. Those wireless frequencies travel upwards of 30 miles.

Parents are pushing to have the cell tower removed, but the district is defiant. The parents claim the district receives $2,000 [monthly] for allowing the tower.

The district sent letters to parents stating that the electromagnetic frequencies are below federal standards.*

B.N. FRANK: “🦋 Attract Butterflies and Bees to Your Garden by Reducing WiFi Radiation Frequencies 🐝”

Ascension Avatar note: Every day I thank God there’s no “Smart” Meters in the area I’m living… I used to curse the fact there’s no WiFi either, but now I thank God for that too… 🙏

.   .   .

A happy garden is a wireless-free garden. Decades of research has already determined that plants and insects as well as animals and people are harmed by exposure to wireless radiation.

Cell phones, cordless phones, WiFi routers, utility “Smart” Meters and more, emit wireless radiation.

This flyer provides details on how to eliminate or at least reduce these sources for California residents who want a healthy garden. Of course, the same suggestions apply to gardeners everywhere.

Happy gardens for bees and butterflies

Make your garden safer and happier for bees, birds, trees, plants, wildlife, and you. Reduce wireless microwave radiation in and around your home. It interferes with learning, fertility, neurology, immunity, navigation, sleep, DNA, and overall biology of wildlife and humans. Here are some steps:

  • Opt-out of PG&E’s wireless Smart Meters, and request analog gas and electric meters. Smart Meters constantly pulse microwave radiation signals and also relay information from other Smart Meters in your neighborhood. Eliminate that source of pollution. PG&E one-time charge is $75, plus $10/month for three years, free thereafter (CARE/FERA is lower). Encourage your neighbors to opt-out, too, and create a quiet zone in your neighborhood.
  • Request a Cal-Am analog water meter. Wireless water meters have constant microwave pulses.
  • Cable your internet access, eliminate wireless routers, and disable wireless features on laptops, computers and printers. Wi-Fi radiation extends 200 feet or more outside your home 24/7.
  • Sign up for AT&T copperline landline telephone service.
  • Use corded phones instead of cell phones, cordless phones, or DECT phones.
If you own a cell phone, transfer calls to your corded landline phone when you are home.

Tens of millions of utility “Smart” Meters have been installed throughout the U.S. and around the world so it’s likely that you have them unless you have already “opted out.” These meters have also been associated with many other awful issues besides killing plants and repelling insects.

People everywhere hate these meters and are fighting to get them off their homes and out of their communities.

Protect the Earth. It starts with you!

5G CRISIS: “Stopping 5G Microwave Radiation — May 15th National Day of Action”

A friend of ours who works in public relations told us once that the only group he really worries about are the people who shop at Whole Foods. And by this, we imagine he meant people who care about the food they eat and the world around them, who read labels, pay attention to science, and don’t hesitate to do whatever is needed to protect their families from harm.

The instinct to protect is so basic to being a human being that we take it for granted. We grab the hands of small children to cross the street. We dress them in warm clothes to play in the snow. We slather them with sun block or make them wear shirts at the beach. We feed them healthy food.

And while it may be possible to pay a politician enough money to vote a certain way on an issue, you can’t pay a parent enough money to allow you to expose his or her child to something harmful. That’s just human nature.

So why would parents be so complacent about the construction of up to a million new wireless antennas near homes and apartments in residential areas across the country — antennas that emit radio-frequency microwave radiation 24/7, paving the way for the next generation of wireless technology known as “5G”?

It’s not a lack of science. Hundreds, if not thousands, of published, peer-reviewed scientific studies have demonstrated how long-term, low-level exposures to this type of wireless radiation can eventually overwhelm the body’s biological, chemical and electrical systems, creating an opportunity for serious medical issues ranging from neurological problems and cognitive deficits to cancer. Children are more vulnerable to these effects, as their physiology is still developing.

Back in the 1960s, the U.S. and Russia were both conducting extensive experiments on the health impacts of wireless radiation on military personnel, and what they found (and documented) was worrisome.

These studies, some classified until just recently, were among the first to show neurological and cognitive harm from microwave exposure levels far below current government standards.

A recent 10-year, $30-million-dollar study by the National Toxicology Program of our National Institutes of Health corroborated what numerous other studies have shown: clear evidence that long-term exposure to wireless radiation increases the risk of several cancers, particularly malignancies of the heart, brain and adrenal gland.

A 2018 study by the Ramazzini Institute in Italy found that lab animals exposed to the radiation emitted by distant cell towers had a greater chance of developing heart tumors than those not exposed. This study, funded in part by the U. S. government, was the first large-scale study to show clear evidence of cancer risk from far-field exposures.

Given the science, you would expect that the sight of wireless companies installing powerful new antennas in close proximity to homes and apartments would elicit cries of protest from parents. But curiously, they have been silent.

Until now.

On May 15th, a national coalition of more than 90 local organizations across the country will participate in simultaneous rallies in front of retail wireless establishments, demanding that wireless companies stop their deployment of so-called “small cell” wireless antennas in residential areas until their technology can be proven safe.

The groups are counting on public opinion to do what the government has so far been unable or unwilling to do. Current government guidelines for exposure to wireless radiation are more than 20 years old, and pertain only to thermal exposures (How close do you need to get to an antenna before it burns your skin?), and nothing at all to do with biological impacts, which have been the subject of hundreds of recent studies showing harm. Despite repeated requests from consumers, the medical research community and the General Accounting Office, the FCC has declined to update its guidelines.

Local officials have been stymied in their efforts to slow the deployment and protect their citizens; recent rulings by the FCC, which have the force of law, essentially prevent any local municipality from stopping the deployment of wireless antennas, even when local communities can prove there is no gap in coverage and no need for them.

Senator Richard Blumenthal has been outspoken in his criticism of wireless companies and the FCC for permitting the deployment of small cells without proof of safety, and several members of the House of Representatives have introduced legislation to un-do the recent rulings of the FCC and restore authority to local officials. But their efforts are not receiving widespread support, and given the speed with which legislation moves in Washington, it is highly unlikely that any action by the Federal government will stop the deployment in time.

Which leaves us with public opinion, and those people who truly care about the world we live in and the world our kids will inherit. Most parents feel a natural instinct to protect their children, and this May 15th, they have a unique opportunity to demonstrate their concern. Please join us.
