NEZEL PADAYHAG: “How Each Of The 5 Basic Brainwave States Shapes Your Reality”

Most of us grew into believing that our reality shapes us. But as science advances, we come to the understanding that, in the most part, we have the power to shape our reality.

Now you must know the difference between reality and the actual world. A reality is the personal world you shape and perceive from the actual world around you.

If you change your reality you actually change your own personal world. Knowing how our brain’s activity influences our perception of the world is the first step in this pursuit.

Your neural connections and brain chemicals might be responsible for your emotions and your perception of the world.

However, more studies point to the importance your brainwave frequency plays in your body’s biologic functions and the shape of your reality.

Even your ability to focus is controlled by your brainwave state. Your unique brainwave activity, with its rhythm and pattern, matches each of your activities.

The brain’s millions of neurological synapses operate on electrical impulses resulting in an overall frequency. This frequency or wavelength directly affects your consciousness.

If you have the ability to measure these waves, you can have the ability to control your own biology.

The basic brainwave states are associated with different mental states and each of these states impacts the shape of your reality in a different way.

The 5 Basic Brainwave States And Their Effect On Reality:

1. Alpha

Alpha waves slow the cycle of your brainwave at 7 to 12 Hertz and help you relax. This state is often associated with imagination, visualization, peace, safety, and relieving stress.

When watching movies or television, this is your brain state. You can also access the deeper realm of consciousness with this state.

2. Beta

Beta waves enhance concentration, cognition, alertness, and focus.

Having a frequency of 13 to 40 Hertz, beta waves help you make quick connections, find ideas for your creative projects, and have the best state of mind when engaging in sports and other physical activities.

3. Theta

Theta is the best state to be when you want to meditate, increase your creativity, memory, intuition, and other extrasensory perception skills. This “shamanic” state of consciousness has a frequency of 4 to 7 Hertz.

Theta waves also increase your chances of becoming more receptive, having visions and flashes that are almost dreamlike, becoming inspired, and digging into your buried memories. This realm is considered elusive and mysterious because brain activity slows down to a point that almost induce you to sleep.

4. Delta

Being the slowest brain wave at 0 to 4 Hertz, Delta is the state of your mind when you’re in deep sleep.

Delta waves are crucial for your body’s restoration and healing. Delta is also the state where your unconscious mind operates.

5. Gamma

Gamma is the newly discovered frequency and has a hyperspeed frequency that is above 40 Hertz. Because of this, not many discoveries have been associated with it.

So far, the Gamma waves are understood to be associated with high level information processing and bursts of higher order thinking and insight.

Conclusion:

On a regular day, different parts of your brain are oscillating on different frequencies even if, at some point, most parts of the brain operate on one dominant frequency within.

To be operating on the same frequency, wherein the brain could work as one, is the ideal state to be because it can make you feel the most powerful.

Some people have been using methods for brain entrainment, like binaural beats to control and make the most of their brainwave frequencies.

Clearly, if you want to change your reality, you can do something about it by using these states in your favor.

Let’s say you want to shift from a stressful mental state to a relaxed one, you can try listening to the kind of frequency that supports the mental state you want to be in.

It’s simple and cheap because you can do it right from the comforts of your own home and all you need is knowing yourself.

SADHGURU: “How Your Energy System And Imagination Are Connected”

“If you have conclusions about everything, there is no possibility, no receptivity. If you have conclusions, you do not have to be attentive — you can go through life like you are dead. The more conclusions you have, the more rigor mortis there is in your mind and in your body as well.”

~Sadhguru

There is a certain geometry to the physical existence and to the energy existence. Everything in the universe, from the atomic to the cosmic, works the way it does because of geometric perfection. One of the most fundamental and the most stable forms in geometry is a triangle. In the human energy system, there are two equilateral triangles — an upward-pointing one below, and a downward-pointing one above. Normally, these two triangles meet just above the anahata. To work with your mind and imagination, it is important to adjust the alignment of the two triangles at least to some extent. The ideal alignment would be that the upward-pointing and the downward-pointing triangles intersect to such an extent that they form a perfect six-pointed star with six equilateral triangles on the outside.

With the necessary alignment, you will be able to exercise your imagination in such a way that you can manifest what you want outside of you. To enhance the power of your imagination, you need to lift the upward-pointing triangle, which in terms of the geometry of the body is the foundation, to such an extent that it includes the vishuddhi, which is the basis of your imagination. There is sadhana to move it up and hold it there, all the time. If you do not have such sadhana, a simple way to achieve this is not to eat for a period of time. Generally, when the stomach is empty, the upward-pointing triangle tends to rise by itself. Once you eat, it descends again.

The Importance of Keeping the Chakras Mobile

There are one hundred and fourteen chakras in the body. The seventy-two thousand nadis, or energy pathways in the system, have one hundred and fourteen significant junction points, where the nadis meet in substantial numbers and redistribute themselves. These points are generally known as chakras, which literally means “wheel” or “circle,” though they are actually triangles. We call them “chakras” because that suggests movement — moving forward. Out of these hundred and fourteen, two are outside of the physical realm. For most human beings, these two are very feeble, unless they put in the necessary sadhana. Out of the remaining one hundred and twelve chakras, a few are generally located in certain parts of the body, on a physiological level. The rest of the chakras could be moving to some extent.

The way the chakras move depends on what you do with yourself. If you want to empower yourself to do different types of activities and to adjust to different type of situations, the pranic physiology or the chakra physiology of the body needs to be able to adjust accordingly. Doing the necessary work to keep the chakras mobile is important because the mobility of the chakras determines how flexible and effective you are in different types of situations, in order to meet different types of requirements. The problem with most human beings is in one situation, they function well. In another situation, they are a total mess. This is because they can only think, feel and act in a particular way.

You should be able to do everything well, with a little practice. But this will not work if your energy system is rigid. So, keeping your system mobile is important, not just because we want to do different kinds of activities in the world. It also gives you a certain flexibility of experience, that you are comfortable in any kind of situation. To be at ease, your energies must be flexible. These hundred and twelve chakras can be used as hundred and twelve doorways to your ultimate nature. That is why Adiyogi gave one hundred and twelve ways to attain to the ultimate.

To be able to move this complex triangular structure of your physiology the way you want it requires a different level of sadhana. But the most fundamental thing is that these two triangles should intersect. Normally, the upward-pointing triangle is below and the downward-pointing triangle is above. If you bring the two equilateral triangles to a point where they intersect in such a way that they form a star with six equilateral triangles, the system is in balance and becomes very receptive. My work is about presence and transmitting something, for which you need receptivity. My words are not going to enlighten you. I only say things to confuse you, because you cannot enlighten anyone by talking. It is the presence that has the power to transform.

From Conclusions to Confusion to Consciousness

Talking is a good tool only to destroy the idiotic conclusions that people have made. When conclusions are destroyed, confusion happens. Being joyfully confused about everything in the universe is a good state to be in. This means you are constantly paying attention to everything. Once you realize that you do not know a thing, you become receptive. If you have conclusions about everything, there is no possibility, no receptivity. If you have conclusions, you do not have to be attentive — you can go through life like you are dead. The more conclusions you have, the more rigor mortis there is in your mind and in your body as well.

“Being joyfully confused about everything in the universe is a good state to be in. This means you are constantly paying attention to everything. Once you realize that you do not know a thing, you become receptive.”

If you are doing hatha yoga every day, you will notice that on a day when your attitude is kind of rigid, your body will not bend. On another day, when you are happy and mentally flexible, your body will bend much better. The nature of your consciousness is manifesting in every cell of your body, every moment of your life. That is why there are many kinds of self-inflicted diseases in the world today. Never before, human beings had as many food choices as we have today. In earlier times, people ate what was locally available. Today, in spite of so much variety, there is so much illness. In fact, the more choices people have, the sicker they get.

The United States is probably one of the countries with the greatest variety of food choices, but they also spend a huge amount of money on healthcare — three trillion dollars per year. That is a crime against humanity. If those who do not get sufficient nourishment are ill, it is understandable. But if those who are eating well are sick, it means something fundamental is going wrong. We have not understood that every cell in your body was created by the nature of your consciousness. If you do not know how to keep the nature of your consciousness well, you will not know how to keep your system well. Then you will function by accident, which need not be so.

We as human beings do everything that other creatures do too — we eat, sleep, reproduce, and die. One thing that distinguishes us is we are making a lot of fuss about all that, just as an aside. The most important difference about human beings is we can do all these things fully consciously. For example, you can eat fully consciously. Let us say you are hungry. If you were some other creature, you would just pick up whatever suits you and devour it. But as a human being, you are able to wait until mealtime, sit at the table, chant the invocation, and rather than stuffing your face with both hands, eat with your right hand. This is being conscious. If you go by the body alone, you will want to eat immediately. But since you have the necessary intelligence and awareness to hold back the compulsions of the body, you can respond to the situation in a conscious manner. If someone behaves very compulsively, they say he is like an animal. So, this is a journey from compulsiveness to consciousness.

Consciousness gives you the possibility to become free from your tendencies. Even if you have been ruled by all kinds of tendencies until this moment, if you respond fully consciously now, there will be a distance between you and the accumulated tendencies that you have. If you make every aspect of life conscious — not only in action, but also in thought, emotion, and energy — you will be on top of the world.

TANAAZ (Forever Conscious): “How to Listen to the Wisdom of Your Body”

Your body is your temple and home to your soul. It holds its own divine wisdom and knowledge, but unless you meditate regularly or take the time to tune in, chances are you’re going to be unaware of this innate wisdom.

This is not unusual, and why most of our aches and pains and overactive mind goes unnoticed until we are winding down for the day.

In fact if you are struggling to sleep, if you constantly feel like you are in a state of confusion, or if you have persistent aches and pains that you are unsure of how to manage, it is a sign that you need to tune in and connect with your body.

When something goes wrong, when we feel under the weather or when we just feel off, it is often our body’s way of communicating with us, and sometimes all we need to do is listen.

In order to tune into your body you have to become a good listener, and you have to start tapping into the stillness within. While meditation is great for this, a quick and easy way to tune into your body is actually in the shower.

It’s something about the hot water that is very relaxing for most people, and can help to open you up to listen to the wisdom of your body.

To tune into your body, try this simple exercise when you are next in the shower. For best results, try to do this everyday –

Tune In to your Body Exercise

1.) Close your eyes, stand under the running water and allow yourself to really feel the sensation of the water on your body. Really drop in to the feeling and allow yourself to notice and observe every sensation. Become super present and try to concentrate on how your body feels.

2.) With eyes closed, take your attention to an area of concern. For example, you may have a bad knee or a sore shoulder. Choose one area and take your attention there. Really allow yourself to feel into it. If there is any pain felt, try to breathe through it. Allow yourself to feel it all, and then direct this question to that area of your body- “What do you want me to know?”

3.) After you ask the question, you may get an immediate response or intuitive feeling. Your response may be a word, a vision, a picture, or just a sensation. Trust whatever arises for you.

For example, I did this exercise to help tune into my body and the message I received was- “stop pushing”. For me, I was able to feel into what this meant, and knew that the message was to slow down, stop pressuring myself, and to instead go with the flow a little more.

4.) After you have received your message, you can take this practice further by either journaling about your response or meditating. You can also direct this question to different areas of your body that may be troubling you.

By feeling into your body on a regular basis and becoming aware of what messages it’s communicating to you, it allows you to take charge of your health and wellbeing.

When you tune into your body and treat it with loving kindness, it is amazing how much your life can improve.

Please note, this exercise is not a substitute for a professional medical diagnosis. While it can help you to become more mindful and aware of your body, if you have a health concern, be sure to get it checked out by a professional.

CONSCIOUS REMINDER: “Your Body Is Smarter Than You Think”

The human body is a temple of thoughts. It has the wisdom of its own.

For centuries, healers have pondered the connection between mental and physical health. In recent years, science has begun to recognize the powerful connections through which emotional, spiritual, and behavioral factors can directly affect health outcomes.

As research in the field of mind-body medicine is finding, emotions and thought patterns can contribute to imbalances within the body, and therapies like hypnosis, visual imagery, meditation, and yoga are being used to re-establish balance and promote health. The mind and body connection happens on both a physical and chemical level.

The brain is the hardware that allows you to experience mental states that are labeled the “mind.” This concept of the “mind” encompasses mental states including thoughts, beliefs, attitudes, and emotions. Different mental states can positively or negatively affect biological functioning.

The human body is a temple of thoughts. It has the wisdom of its own. There are a lot of positive energies that run through our body and a person should channelize those energies for effective results. Meditation is the best way to keep our minds focused and it also helps in maintaining an effective connection between the mind and the body, helping us to act prudently.

Meditation isn’t about becoming a different person, a new person, or even a better person. It’s about training in awareness and getting a healthy sense of perspective. It is about not trying to turn off the thoughts or feelings. Through meditation, a person learns to observe them without judgment.

And eventually, he might start to better understand them as well. Meditation is of several types and the correct one should be chosen depending on the type, habits, and nature of the person who will be meditating.

The different types are Loving-kindness meditation, Body scan or progressive relaxation, Mindfulness meditation, Breath awareness meditation, Kundalini yoga, Zen meditation, Transcendental meditation.

In order to establish a good connection between the mind and the body, a person should be able to listen to his body. In order to do that, one must be a good listener and must be very patient.

The use of hot water is a very effective tool which helps in relaxing the mind so that a person can pay attention to his body. Discussed below are a few things that can be under a shower which will help a person to listen to the wisdom of the body.

When you are under the shower, try to close your eyes and feel the hot water running down your body. Keep yourself calm and don’t let other thoughts disturb you. Focus on the sensation of your body. Use your hands and massage your body a little to make it feel better.

After a long hard working day, you must be exhausted. While under the shower try to find the part of your body which aches the most. Try and concentrate on soothing that part of your body, leaving out all the rest.

For better results use some lotion or oil on that area. It helps in increasing the sensation. In the end, ask that part of your body that what does it want you to know.

Hot water helps in relaxing the nerves of our body and helps to calm the mind. This, in turn, establishes a good connection between the mind and body.

After the question has been asked, there is a thought, vision or intuition that pops up in the mind. Trust the instincts and follow out the order. This is the first sign that the body is communicating with the mind.

After this, you can either choose to do the same with the other parts of your body that might be troubling you or leave the shower. By repeating this method on a daily basis, you will know how to listen to the wisdom of your body.

CHEMORY GUNKO: “DNA Upgrades: What They Mean & How They Affect Our Body”

dna-upgrades

All over the spiritual communities you hear talk of the words DNA upgrades, upgrades and light body activation. But what does this actually all mean and how is it impacting your life, the situations around you and your body?

WHAT IS HAPPENING TO YOU AND YOUR BODY?

There was a really interesting experiment done a few years back that shows how DNA immediately affects the environment around us by pulling atomic elements like photons into a holding pattern. Effectively, what is happening is that Source is sending microwave particles of light and energy from the sun with all these storms, burst and flares.

These microwaves enter your body (this is why I don’t talk on phones, too much can be damaging), and begin to change your body at the level of your DNA.

All healing does this actually – the new energy (or resonance) makes physical changes to your DNA and cellular structure.

Over the course of the next three weeks your body then adjusts to these changes (the integration period).

After the integration period, the photons around you respond to you differently – causing the people and situations in your life to change and respond differently as well.

So you’re experiencing the changes of shifting now, first as your body adjusts, second as you purge emotionally, and third as you adjust the NEW YOU to the old environments and people you’ve always moved in.

It’s difficult, because when we experience change internally, we want the world around us to change immediately – and for the better.

But the universe does not rush to fill something that is already filled – it creates space for energy to flow.

So along with emotions purging, people and environments are going to purge in order to make space in your life for the new stuff that is coming.

This is not a loss – it is change ONLY.

So surrender and don’t fight it. You wanted change and this is what the first part of change looks like.

If you are feeling a strong urge to take action on an issue or relationship in your life, remember rule 1:

WAIT BEFORE YOU ACT

Give this a few days or a couple of weeks to see if the energy passes – you can always still act if you wait later on. You can’t unsay or undo that which has been done or said in anger or passion.

And no, all is NOT fair in love and war. It is NOT okay to say or do what you want and then come back from it afterwards and act like nothing happened.

If you want people to treat you with respect and you want your arguments to go smoother, then offer the same respect you would like to receive.

If you love the person in front of you, then remember that this argument is part of your relationship of love – you still act with love in a relationship.

GENERAL OVERVIEW OF SYMPTOMS AT THE MOMENT

  • Lots of physical symptoms such as headaches, feeling fluish and tired
  • Lots of emotions moving through
  • Fatigue and lack of focus
  • Walking between two worlds – 3D vs 5D reality
  • Timeline jumping and Mandela Effect
  • Aggression, restlessness and stuff coming to a head
