LISA RENEE: “Hara Center”

“The Hara is located at the navel, about two inches inwards from the skin. It is the gateway into the etheric envelope surrounding the planet. The Hara is the center of the etheric or chi body, it is a ball of energy that directly connects to the earth. It is about an inch in diameter and is the gateway into the ocean of chi. Around the Hara and with it as the center there is an envelope of energy called the ‘tan tien’ or Dantien. This tan tien or dantien is a ball of etheric energy about the size of a soccer ball. It is filled from the Hara and is often called ‘the cauldron’ in Taoist alchemical texts. This ball of energy interacts with all the organs and especially the intestines as it is where food is turned into energy. Energy is taken from the food and mixed in the tan tien or cauldron before being distributed throughout the body. Having the Hara open and a ‘full’ tan tien or dantien is vital for real health and vitality. Unfortunately most people have many Samskaras and energetic blockages in this area and the ‘fullness’ that should be felt in the tan tien is absent. This is the main cause of many addictions especially to food. Constantly eating and overeating are an attempt to feel full despite a blocked Hara and empty tan tien.”

The Hara Center is located at the navel, about two inches inwards from the skin. It is the gateway into the etheric envelope surrounding the planet. The Hara Center is the center of the etheric body where the Monad seats itself. It is about an inch in diameter and is the gateway into the ocean of life force or chi. Around the Hara Center and with it as the center there is an envelope of energy called the ‘tan tien’ or Dantien. This tan tien or dantien is a ball of etheric energy about the size of a soccer ball. It is filled from the Hara Line. [1]

Rebuilding Pranic Tube in Hara Line

For those of us on the ascension pathway we are undergoing shifts in the architecture of our Violet Ray flame, crown chakra and our pranic tube. The prana tube runs the movement of our breath in the same direction with the central vertical channel of which our chakra cones attach at their center. Our chakras are very much designed like circular flower petals with seed crystals in its center. The crystal seed of our chakra flower is attached to the central vertical channel and the “prana”, the breath of life, runs in circular patterns throughout our vertical channel and our chakras when we are healthy and in energetic balance. When we focus on our breath through meditation we can redirect the life force in the prana tube to circulate in the central channel and vitalize these energy centers. One of the most effective ways to balance the breath through both the right and left channels of the brain center, sinus, and nasal passages is through “pranayama”alternate nostril breathing. [2]

Clear Blockages

Moving blockages from the lower energy centers and emphasis on clearing the astral body and its centers generally can bring significant relief. Focus your mind upon the natural movement of the kundalini, which starts in the back tailbone ( male principle), moves up the spine, past the neck, stops at the top lip and changes polarity moving down the front of the body ( female principle) from the top lip to the tailbone. This circular movement of energy is the “microcosmic orbit”, of which all life force moves in our central column or hara line. By focusing your mind gently in meditation on its natural circular movement , intend to move and clear blockages as you strengthen the inner pathway of the life force flow. [3]

Microcosmic Orbit

Practicing the Microcosmic Orbit Scanning procedure starts with breathing and focusing on the Tailbone, slowly running up the back of the spine and down the front channel, while looking for or sensing energetic weakness. When energetic weakness is found, intend to correct weakness and use mental focus to say, “Correct nadial control panel” or “correct nadial complex”. The Microcosmic orbit is the circular energetic flow moving up the spine which completes a moving circuit at the perineum. Because the spine and spinal nerves, CNS are the main control factor of every function in the body, this exercise is suggested to strengthen the energy moving in the center channel. Practice scanning for energetic weaknesses and focusing upon the main central channel, following the micro cosmic orbit path on the main energy channels, to complete and strengthen the internal energy circuit, place the tip of the tongue on the upper palate while continuing to focus on strengthening the circular movement in the main channel. LISA RENEE: “Spectrum of Frequency”

“It is important to open the chakras and increase the circulation of energy flow or life force because the more energy that is flowing, the healthier we are. Illness in the body is caused by energetic imbalances or blockages of the flow through the bodies systems. Reduced energy flow not only leads to illness and states of disease it creates distorted perceptions that allow us to be out of harmony with natural laws that interferes with experiencing life as our true authentic self.”

~Lisa Renee

Awareness of our Lightbody, the Human Energy Field and Spectrum of Frequency supports the beginning of understanding that all and everything around and within us is an Energetic Form and Vibratory Quality and Rate of Frequency. In our Ascension model we recognize and work with 15 Wave Spectrum of Frequency that correlate directly with the Universal Rays (See the Universal Time Matrix) and our individual Chakra systems.

We are Pure Energy and Consciousness and with that there are very specific locations within our Lightbody that an individual’s choice of expressing emotion, thought, memory and experience all contribute to the manifestation of experience and form into physical matter. This will help us to become self-sovereign within our personal power and responsible manifestors in the world of form thus experiencing a much greater range of joy and fulfillment in the unlimited possibilities of co-creation.

Rate of Frequency

Energy is Consciousness and it either contracts or expands to maintain or increase its Rate of Frequency. The process of how fast or slow energy contracts back towards its center point of source field is the Vibration rate. The process of how fast or slow that same energy expands away from the center point of the source field is the Oscillation rate. The combination of both the pattern of Vibration (contraction) and Oscillation (expansion) speed is what determines the Frequency rate of all energy and things. As our personal, collective and planetary consciousness raises frequency, the matter world, including our physical bodies, also becomes less dense as our Frequency increases.

Chakra Functions

Chakra Functions are to transmit and receive Spectrum Of Frequency.

It is important to open the chakras and increase the circulation of energy flow or life force because the more energy that is flowing, the healthier we are. Illness in the body is caused by energetic imbalances or blockages of the flow through the bodies systems. Reduced energy flow not only leads to illness and states of disease it creates distorted perceptions that allow us to be out of harmony with natural laws that interferes with experiencing life as our true authentic self.

The Chakras major functions are:

1. Vitalize the Auric bodies and thus the physical body, organs and glands.

2. To bring about the development of different aspects of self-consciousness. Each Chakra is related to a specific psychological (higher mental blueprint) form and function.

3. To transmit energy between the Auric layers of the Lightbody. Each Auric body has its own set of seven major particle wave Chakras, and eight corresponding anti-particle wave Chakras (also called morphogenetic chakras) each located in the same place on the physical body. Each progressive layer exists in increasingly higher Frequency, each with a higher frequency band than the lower one. Energy is transmitted from one layer to the next through pathways in the tips of the Chakra. Most of these pathways are sealed in most people. They open through the intention to align to expanding their consciousness or through spiritual purification work. Since the Chakras serve to vitalize the body they are directly related to the pathology or energy blockages in the body.

Harmonic Universes, Stations of Identity

The Universal Time Matrix is comprised of five density levels that each hold three dimensional holographic fields within them, or groups of three Spectrum of Frequency that manifest as platforms of consciousness perception and expression. Each of these density levels are organized into a trinity of dimensional reality fields, and each of these reality fields are also called Harmonic Universes or HU. In each Harmonic Universe, there are consciousness levels that have characteristics in the blueprint that result in matter forms and consciousness perception that is unique to each harmonic universe or density. Each expression of the God source in its collective consciousness or life form, has many stations of identity that exist in each of the dimensional realities or Harmonic Universes.

For human beings, these consciousness bodies exist throughout the densities and are aspects of the higher self and Lightbody. These aspects are called the Stations of Identity.

  • In the First Harmonic Universe in 1D-2D-3D exists the three layers of the personality matrix or incarnated human.
  • In the Second Harmonic Universe in 4D-5D-6D exists the three layers of the Soul Matrix.
  • In the Third Harmonic Universe in 7D-8D-9D exists the three layers of the Monadic matrix.
  • In the Fourth Harmonic Universe in 10D-11D-12D exists the three layers of the Christos Avatar Matrix.
  • In the Fifth Harmonic Universe in 13D-14D-15D exists the Three Layers of the Rishi matrix or Threefold Founder Flame or GSF Flame.

These collective consciousness bodies exist on the planet earth throughout the densities and are aspects of the future timelines and the Lightbody of the planet earth. The earth consciousness body is directly interconnected in all Harmonic Universes to interface with the human consciousness, which is its life form expression in all densities.

  • In the First Harmonic Universe in 1D-2D-3D exists the Three layers of the earth matrix.
  • In the Second Harmonic Universe in 4D-5D-6D exists the three layers of the Tara Matrix.
  • In the Third Harmonic Universe in 7D-8D-9D exists the three layers of the Gaian matrix.
  • In the Fourth Harmonic Universe in 10D-11D-12D the future earth blueprint in its crystalline form in the exists the three layers of the Aramatena or Aurora Earth Matrix.
  • In the Fifth Harmonic Universe there is no dimensionalization into matter forms, therefore there is no planetary body or human forms. In the fifth density, as the consciousness does not manifest into matter, this area is called pre-matter. The three primal light and sound fields hold the ray expressions of Mother Arc, Father Arc and Golden Ray Sun of Christos, the trinity of the Godhead, from which all biological forms are created in all of the Harmonic Universes.

During the Ascension Cycle, and personal Awakening we are able to open the dimensional doorways beyond the access of the magnetic repulsion zones that function to separate the densities, in order to integrate with our higher consciousness aspects stationed in other densities or Harmonic Universes. This is the process whereby we refer to as Spiritual Ascension, as the awakened person undergoes gradual Ascension Stages for Expanding Consciousness by connecting with and integrating the intelligent energy of the higher consciousness aspects.

DAVINA SKINNER: “7 Chakras And 7 Links To Your Subconscious”

The Chakras do not start and end with their description or definition — which is where many people stop with their understanding of them. To know their name and position is great but what purpose does that serve? What use is that information to you in your daily life? The Chakras are amazing, organic, Dimensional Centers of Energy and within them they hold so many secrets.

When their energy is combined, it makes up what we call the Aura, the energy field within and around the human body. It is within this energy sphere that psychics can ‘see’ and can discern many things about you that the ‘normal’ person is not consciously aware of.

Many of these things you can become more conscious of yourself and to my mind it is your subconscious mind giving you some minute signals, trying to get through to you. This is just the same and linked with how your body language works, your body language is your Chakra energy at work!

There are a great many ways that the Chakras can try to ‘get’ your attention, often by being out of balance. Again there are a whole host of symptoms that would indicate an out of balance Chakra but for the purpose of trying to keep things simple I highlight just one common signal for each of the seven Chakras. For Example;

The Base Chakra

A good indicator of how stable the Base Chakra might be is to consider what you do with your feet and legs when you sit down in certain situations: You may sit with both feet firmly placed on the floor or you may occasionally cross your legs. In and of itself, there is no great indicator here unless there tends to be a regular and repeated pattern. You may find you often cross your legs tightly, almost winding them around the chair leg, or you may fidget excessively, you may feel the need to raise your feet up off the floor and in some cases sit with your knees bent up in front of you. This can indicate a sense of insecurity which is one of the key elements of the Base Chakra.

The Sacral Chakra

You may notice you often cover this area, below the navel with your hands; this tends to be out of an instinctive need to feel protected. It can be an area that is easily prone to storing fat, in men and women and is linked with how vulnerable you feel in relationships in particular. It is an emotional power house and it is important to be able to ‘flow’ with these emotions otherwise you may encounter creativity problems not just physically but mentally too.

The Solar Plexus

This Chakra you already associate with your subconscious or inner knowing whether you realize it or not! This is after all the home of your GUT instinct. It is not for no reason we call it this. This Chakra directly links with your core spirit or energy that instinctively ‘knows’ what or who is good for you and which situations are bad. Recall a time when you had a bad feeling about someone or something and you will no doubt recall that sickening feeling in the stomach. Often things happen so quickly that we don’t stop to consider just what our reactions are about or precisely where they affect us in the body.

The Heart Chakra

This, it is no surprise is all about love. How comforting is it when you feel hurt or upset to receive a loving or caring hug from someone? It is a natural instinct to put your arms around each other and to ‘touch’ hearts. It is a comfort and is in effect two energies of the two people meeting, one giving one receiving in this instance. To watch anyone in pain tugs at your ‘heart strings’ and that is just what it is like if you could see the energy.

The Throat Chakra

This Chakra not only relates to the throat and neck area but to the organs you use in communication too, your ears, mouth and nose! It is very often associated with your ability to ‘speak your truth’. You may know someone who covers their neck and throat area regularly, either with high collars or scarves. This can indicate that a lot of what they would really like to say is left unsaid or is covered up. This can either result in resentful gossip out of earshot or a build up of ‘unsaid stuff’ that at some point bursts forth in an emotional storm!

The Third Eye Chakra

Often you will see people rub or tap this area as if trying to literally grab hold of a thought they somehow know is there but they just can’t quite get hold of. This is the intuitive Chakra center of the mind and it can easily be pulled ‘out of sync’ by the logical, rational, conscious mind we use for a large part of the day. As you may have noticed, when you let go of chasing that illusive thought and get on with an unrelated task, the inspiration or information seems to magically come from nowhere!

The Crown Chakra

Excessive worry can indicate itself here in a physical way. One of the most common is when you see people holding their head in their hands in despair or deep concern; when they ‘just don’t know what to do’ or can’t see the answer to a certain predicament. They may feel totally blocked in being able to see a way forward and keep their head looking downwards.

The majority of the instances above directly link to your body language. But when you look deeper and start to reveal more about the Chakras and their links to your mental and emotional wellbeing as well as your physical and spiritual wellbeing then you start to get a more holistic view of your true potential and beauty as a human spirit.

NEZEL PADAYHAG: “Learning Your Chakra Type Is The First Step To Achieving Energetic Balance”

We are living between two worlds. The Outer World from where you recharge and exercise your energy and the Inner World from where you find connection and direction of energy. You need to have balance between these two worlds to balance your energies.

Real balance means having a roof over your head, food to eat, clothes to keep you warm, a place to call your home, a deep connection with yourself, good relationships, and a strong connectedness with the Source and the world. It’s not one or the other, it’s both!

Real balance us difficult to achieve when your chakras or energy centers aren’t balanced. If some of your chakras are overactive, and other are underactive you will live in a reality created mainly by the overactive chakras and you’ll be out of balance.

The truth is your energy is specific only to you. Thus, the first thing you need to do is know what chakra dominant type are you.

When you identify with your chakra dominant type you will know what you need to work on. When you achieve real energetic balance you will unlock your true energetic potential.

What’s Your Chakra Type?

1. Upper Chakra Dominant Type

If you’re the upper chakra dominant type, then you don’t have problems connecting with your spiritual and Higher Self.

You may have satisfying relationships and you are probably in the best of your health, but your problem lies in keeping yourself grounded.

This means you have struggles providing for your physical needs. Your higher chakras are overflowing with energies but your lower chakras are barely making it.

Working with your lower chakras is the first step to balancing your energies and achieving real abundance.

You need to meet your basic physical needs, connect with yourself and other people on a deeper emotional level and take more action to know yourself better.

2. Lower Chakra Dominant Type

The lower chakra dominant types are the wealthy people who have all the luxuries in life but are miserable, unhappy, and aren’t at peace.

The energies in their lower chakras are so high but they get stuck in the middle, thus an imbalance exists.

Physically and materially they are abundant but spiritually they are in poverty. And in order for them to achieve their true potential they need to reach spirituality.

What you need is, to work on your higher chakras to achieve balance and unlock your true energetic potential.

You need to express yourself, listen to your intuition and open your mind.

3. The Split

You are a split type if you can go back and forth from having high energy levels in the upper chakras to high energy levels in the lower chakras.

The problem lies in having a weak middle, the part that keeps the flow and the balance.

You often gravitate and go forth between the opposites.

What you need to work on is your middle chakras, the heart, throat or the solar plexus.

You need to open your heart, express yourself better and know yourself more.

The Chakras Work Best When They Work Together:

Whatever chakras are dominant in yourself, you need to know that all of them work the best when they work together.

Nurture your balanced chakras and work on the ones you are neglecting because their inactivity blocks your way of achieving energetic balance..

You also need to take note that you can be a mix of the three types.

Knowing yourself better is the key to knowing the energies that you lack.

When you are being balanced you are empowered from within.

RESHMA PATEL: “Warning Signs That Your Chakras Are Out Of Balance”

There are 7 main energy centers in the body, known as chakras. Each chakra is located throughout our body so that it correlates to specific body ailment and physical dysfunctions; each energy center also houses our mental and emotional strengths. When we have a physical issue, it creates weaknesses in our emotional behavior. When we release the stale energy from the body, it can undo any tightness, stiffness, or malfunction of that area.

The clearing of the energy can also balance our emotional state of mind. The Chakra Mind-Body Balance is a two-way street: if there are certain fears and emotions we are holding on to, we experience physical restrictions, too.

If you have achiness or stiffness, or certain reoccurring emotions and fears, read along and you may find out which chakra is affected or blocked.

1st or Root Chakra

Sits at the base of your spine, at your tailbone.

Physical imbalances in the root chakra include problems in the legs, feet, rectum, tailbone, immune system, male reproductive parts and prostrate gland. Those with imbalances here are also likely to experience issues of degenerative arthritis, knee pain, sciatica, eating disorders, and constipation.

Emotional imbalances include feelings affecting our basic survival needs: money, shelter and food; ability to provide for life’s necessities.

When this chakra is balance, you feel supported, a sense of connection and safety to the physical world, and grounded.

The lesson of this chakra is self-preservation; we have a right to be here.

2nd or Sacral Chakra

Located two inches below your navel.

Physical imbalances include sexual and reproductive issues, urinary problems, kidney dysfunctions, hip, pelvic and low back pain.

Emotional imbalances include our commitment to relationships. Our ability to express our emotions. Our ability to have fun, play based on desires, creativity, pleasure, sexuality. Fears of impotence, betrayal, addictions.

When this chakra is balanced, we have an ability to take risks, we are creative, we are committed. We are passionate, sexual and outgoing.

The lesson of this chakra is to honor others.

3rd or Solar Plexus Chakra

Located three inches above your navel.

Physical imbalances include digestive problems, liver dysfunction, chronic fatigue, high blood pressure, diabetes, stomach ulcers, pancreas and gallbladder issues, colon diseases.

Emotional imbalances include issues of personal power and self-esteem, our inner critic comes out. Fears of rejection, criticism, physical appearances.

When this chakra is balanced, we feel self-respect and self-compassion. We feel in control, assertive, confident.

The lesson of this chakra is self-acceptance.

4th or Heart Chakra

Located at the heart.

Physical imbalances include asthma, heart disease, lung disease, issues with breasts, lymphatic systems, upper back and shoulder problems, arm and wrist pain.

Emotional imbalances include issues of the heart; over-loving to the point of suffocation, jealousy, abandonment, anger, bitterness. Fear of loneliness.

When this chakra is balanced we feel joy, gratitude, love and compassion, forgiveness flows freely, trust is gained.

The lesson of this chakra is I Love.

5th or Throat Chakra

Located at the throat.

Physical imbalances include thyroid issues, sore throats, laryngitis, TMJ, ear infections, ulcers, any facial problems (chin, cheek, lips, tongue problems) neck and shoulder pain.

Emotional imbalances include issues of self-expression through communication, both spoken or written. Fear of no power or choice. No willpower or being out of control.

When this chakra is balanced, we have free flowing of words, expression, communication. We are honest and truthful yet firm. We are good listeners.

The lesson of this chakra is to speak up and let your voice be heard.

6th or Third Eye Chakra

Located in the middle of the eyebrows, in the center of the forehead.

Physical imbalances include headaches, blurred vision, sinus issues, eyestrain, seizures, hearing loss, hormone function.

Emotional imbalances include issues with moodiness, volatility, and self-reflection; An inability to look at ones own fears, and to learn from others. Day-dream often and live in a world with exaggerated imagination.

When this chakra is balanced we feel clear, focused, and can determine between truth and illusion. We are open to receiving wisdom and insight.

The lesson of this chakra is to see the big picture.

7th or Crown Chakra

Located at the top of the head.

Physical imbalance include depression, inability to learn, sensitivity to light, sound, environment.

Emotional imbalances include issues with self-knowledge and greater power. Imbalances arise from rigid thoughts on religion and spirituality, constant confusion, carry prejudices, “analysis paralysis.” Fear of alienation.

When this chakra is balanced, we live in the present moment. We have an unshakeable trust in our inner guidance.

The lesson of this chakra is live mindfully.

After reading this, you (like me) may feel that more than one chakra is imbalanced or blocked. This is because when one is blocked, the other chakras begin to compensate and either become overactive or under-active.
