Bio-Neurological Impairment is used to describe many types of mental illnesses that are defined as emotional and behavioral disorders, such as Autism. It is also used to describe a range of neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s, Schizophrenia and Parkinson’s. As statistics for bio-neurological diseases and mental illness have skyrocketed over the last 40 years, questions need to be asked about, what is changing and damaging the Bio-Neurology of the human being? These are facts that cannot be disputed in the scientific and medical community.
Currently, one in 42 boys are diagnosed with Autism spectrum, classified as a bio-neurological disease. One in 3 seniors die with Alzheimer’s, while one in 9 people over 65 are diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, a bio-neurological disease. According to the National Alliance on Mental Illness, one in 25 adults in the U.S. experience serious mental illness that impairs daily functioning, making them dependent on psychoactive drugs. While one in 4 people suffer from general unspecified mental health disorders. That’s a tremendous amount of psychoactive drugs being prescribed to the world population, at every age, in which these drugs act to take control over the functions of the CNS and Brain.
Anything that takes control over the functions of the nervous system and brain can potentially impair or damage the self-awareness and consciousness state of that individual.
What are the long-term effects of the consistent consumption of combined drugs that act to control the nervous system and brain? Does this break down immunity and eventually generate a host of diseases, like Alzheimer’s later on? Common sense tells us that if we become childhood consumers of an array of medical products, we will grow into adulthood dependent on even more medical products, having spent a lifetime of dependency on the medical system, at a cost of hundreds of thousands of dollars per person. Many people have gone bankrupt trying to pay for the outrageous costs of family medical expenses. Some of us realize that western medical care is not health care. It is a consumer product marketed to the masses in order to be immensely profitable for corporations, and is not designed to heal people. These multinational corporations have far reach that extends to non-human oversight and control over their management operations that ultimately serve off planet agendas. These agendas include mass introduction to methods of bio-neurological impairment, in order to gain full control over the human species and all of life.
The result of bio-neurological impairment is that many people become mentally fixated on the external and overwhelmed by the assault of artificial electromagnetic stimulus, so they shut down. They are unable to access inner emotional feelings, empathy or compassion, or sense the quality of energies around them. Bio-Neurological Impairment gradually produces soul disconnection and mental fragmentation. When a person is disconnected from their inner self via bio-neurological impairment, they are unable to discern the difference from their own inner thoughts, and those they pick up from the external sources. They are unable to discern mind control transmissions that are pulsed into the environment. This is the general profile of many 3D people that are being controlled through their automatic bio-neurological functions, via drugs, Mind Control, implants, addictions, sexuality and consistent marketing messages to buy more consumer goods. We live in a society that equates our worth as people with the consumer goods we purchase. Thus, for most 3D people playing this material game, they are not aware of how this external control over their nervous system and brain is taking place within excessive consumerism, marketing and materialism. People without self-awareness and knowledge about their bio-neurology and consciousness functions are being regressed into disconnected mind controlled robots. The people on the earth are undergoing a methodical procedure of controlled Dehumanization through disassociation. To dehumanize people, the NAA employ trauma based mind control methods, treat people and nature without empathy, dignity or respect, and intentionally disconnect people from accessing their higher intelligence and Consciousness functions. This is easy to accomplish if the entities gain access to the human body through controlling the CNS impulses and the thoughts transmitted to the brain receiver.
When we become more aware of how our nervous system and brain work to transmit impulses and receive Electromagnetic Signals to interpret and operate all of the functions of our body, we realize this is a critical function of our consciousness. As it impacts our consciousness, it is important to focus on determining the energetic quality of the signals we are processing through our nervous system and brain. The health of our CNS and its ability to send out high frequency energy signals, form critical functions that communicate directly with our intelligent Soul–Spirit energies. High frequency energy signals like love, Compassion, Empathy and spiritual connection help to repair our nervous system and help us to reconnect with our Soul-Spirit intelligence messaging. Vaccinations are a medical treatment in the form of an injection for the purpose of increasing immunity that is to be administered to an otherwise healthy individual. Many people are waking up to the unethical actions of the medical-pharma-CDC corporatocracy corruption ring, that are forcing many vaccination doses in untested combinations to be administered to healthy babies and children. Many of these controversial legislations that are attempting forced vaccinations, violates the very clear language in the Informed Consent section of the AMA Code of Medical Ethics. Informed Consent is directly related to preserving a human beings right to self-ownership, autonomy and the prevention of abusive conduct. Forced vaccination is designed to destroy the laws that protect informed consent and medical freedom, and all people should be mindful of this attack made against our human rights and our body. These actions are intended to return humanity back, to repeat the World War II timeline of the Black Sun Agenda when Eugenics, gassing undesirable citizens, and other crimes against humanity were perfectly legal and enforced by fascist nations seeking world domination, with the support of the NAA.

Individual responses to vaccinations are based upon the weak genetic link in the person, but adverse reactions can always be linked directly to harm the bio-neurology from the introduction of Neurotoxins to the bloodstream. Each person’s unique genetic makeup will respond to the neurotoxin with different physical symptoms that can be classified in a range of clinical diseases, but the attack against the Brain, CNS, DNA and Mitochondria are evident. Vaccinations tend to combine multiple metals in trace amounts, like aluminum and mercury, which exponentially increases its toxic impact to damage Neurons and produce brain dysfunctions. It is no wonder why the age for earlier onset dementia keeps dropping and Alzheimer’s is rapidly growing in the population. When the Bio-Neurology is damaged, it is harder for that person to embody their Soul or spiritual body, because the body repels the resonate frequency of their higher self.
Additionally, live virus vaccines are grown on assorted human and animal cells collected from aborted fetal tissue, monkeys, cows, chickens, dogs, mice and other animals. The way many vaccines are produced is through cross-species viral contamination. When foreign DNA is injected into a human, the body’s immune response is to attack that foreign DNA. When that foreign animal DNA attaches to the human cells, the immune response includes attacking its own cells. Injecting these traces of multiple species DNA into the bloodstream also causes problems with DNA signaling in the body, with the human species original DNA. It is the confounding of human DNA language, designed to confuse communication in the cells. The human body cannot identify the original DNA signal when it becomes hybridized with multiple species, thus the cells are unable to recognize the frequency resonances of its true DNA parent.
This is another level of the NAA introducing the injecting of animal DNA into the bloodstream to genetically mutate the human population to become more animalistic over time. This is a form of intentional genetic modification and forced hybridization, with multiple animal species in order to degrade human DNA. Unfortunately, until a Full Disclosure Event reveals the true design of the CDC, the masses are subjected to science fraud, media cover up and a massive conspiracy. The CDC is backed by the NAA at the very top and engineered the childhood vaccination schedule, based on the fact that in the late 1980’s many more Indigo and Crystal children were being born on the earth. These are souls from the stars, beings that volunteered to help planet earth move into higher consciousness during the Ascension Cycle. As a result, the combined assault of these vaccinations on some of these very sensitive and ancient souls in small baby bodies could be destructive to devastating to their bio-neurology and Consciousness. This is the intention and causal event that spawned the CDC’s aggressive vaccination campaign, upping the dose schedule at the same time that Indigos were showing up en masse.
As a caring human being that is concerned about the children of the earth and the future of humanity, we all should do our own research and be mindful of who benefits from the information that we are reading on these topics. At the very least, follow the money and ask what kind of person can sleep at night with their highly rewarded big bank accounts, knowing they are committing this crime against children? Common sense and a thinking brain will clearly tell people/parents, that most of these are ingredients that are not safe ( and at the very least questionable) for injection into the body, let alone the vaccine dose schedule suggested for babies and children. Does anyone really want these chemicals, animal and insect DNA injected directly into their blood stream?
The incredible statistic from the National Vaccine Information center states that in 1990, 1 Child in 555 was diagnosed with Autism. In 2013, 1 Child in 50 was diagnosed with Autism.
The recent measles outbreak at Disneyland became the vehicle for the momentum of jumping on the vaccination bandwagon, and the media has been milking this for all its worth to get scared parents and people running to their local pharmacy or doctor for shots. Right now, California legislators are trying to pass a bill removing exemptions from vaccinating children, which means they are trying to remove the parents rights to not vaccinate their child. These are a few such media stories of many, that paints the parents that choose to not vaccinate their child as responsible for killing others, by putting other children at risk to die. Its the blaming game of Victim-Victimizer mind control programming, trying to create divide and conquer between parents of vaccinated and non-vaccinated children. When parents are terrified that their non-vaccinated child will be ostracized and lose their (vaccinated) friends at school from irate parents and faculty – will they fall into the pressure to vaccinate? This psychological warfare tactic is despicable.
It is important to not “jump on the bandwagon” with a conspiracy rhetoric on every case, but to compile this information and study it with common sense and objectivity. Look at who is saying the words, who they represent and why they are saying it. Why the push now? Who is really benefiting and how much money is behind it? The sad thing is many doctors and people think that vaccinations and drugs are a good thing, with no awareness of the larger agenda to completely disconnect the human nervous system from activating spiritual functions in the physical body. The current agenda is painful to witness as it comes with consequences to those we love and care for. On a positive note, there are many doctors, microbiologists, pharmaceutical professionals and concerned citizens that are warning the public and providing hard evidence of the genocidal agenda which is being reported through alternative media.
If we can see the current soft kill measures in the environment that have been methodically put in place through the well thought out long-term planning of the Controllers, we can easily see the hidden purpose of these genocidal methods, including the eugenicist policies and censorship put in place by the Global Health Mafia. An example of active soft kill agendas is the enforcement of legal poisoning in the general public through vaccinations, water fluoridation, GMOs, Chemtrails, herbicides, pharmaceutical drugs, aborted fetal tissues, nanotech and other pathogenic biological weapons. All of these examples change the electromagnetic frequency and chemistry of the human body, radically impairing the functioning of the brain, central nervous system, immunity and RNA-DNA communication signals. To ascend and embody our Inner Christos, we need a relatively functioning Bio-Neurology that connects the Soul and Monadic layers into our physical body via our Brain, nervous system and bodily fluids.
The latest mRNA vaccine abomination is targeting the human Brain and bio-neurology in such way that the spiritual layers of the consciousness body are shown to disintegrate at cellular levels and then disconnect from the physical matrix entirely. This is the retaliation tactic to counter the impacts of the current planetary Plasma Activations in which Solar Synthesis is occurring, but is being blocked by those who are terrorized in fear while running AI mind control algorithms in their Limbic System, which is referred to as GOAT Mind.
The most empowering step we can take now is to refuse to be terrorized in fear and complicit with this human genocidal campaign by compassionately educating others, finding others that know the truth behind this agenda and commit to developing our heart-based relationship to our higher self. We must find within our heart the direct connection to God, our highest power, and to seek inner guidance and higher truth to help direct us forward. When we are spiritually connected, we gain the inner strength, courage and higher intelligence that lends itself to the coping skills we need to overcome this phase of the dark night of the soul and the aggressive effects of spiritual and biological warfare. We came to this earth to hold the light in the darkness, and this is the time we have been called to show up for God, Christ and all Children of the Sun. There was a significant bifurcation event in the planetary fields at the end of 2015, which began the ramp up of AI Signal frequencies and cube technologies being used by the Controllers for directly targeting the human Limbic System in order to incite a range of fear-based unconscious impulses in the masses. The purpose of directing covert electromagnetic targeting towards the sympathetic nervous system is to trigger distortions within the unconscious mind layers to form the GOAT mind algorithms to spur uncontrollable impulses in the limbic system that overwhelm and then take over brain function. G.O.A.T. represents God of All Things to the satanists and Luciferians, who commonly refer to goats or use goat heads in their rituals. This mark of the beast symbolism is viewed on multiple dimensions of reality to denote satanic branding on people or things connected to Baphomet grids or to represent satanic astral portalsystems. Hence, the symbolism of the goat faced demons Baphomet and Pan that have been commonly associated with the horned devil in Satanicrituals and occult seals used to evoke demonic and negative alien powers. The GOAT Mind agenda is stimulating lower instinctual impulses and uncontrolled reactions by running an AI algorithm in the Limbic System in order to incite irrational fears and emotional hysteria for the purpose of Controlling Perception, blocking multidimensional awareness and preventing Ascension in the masses. This GOAT mind can be observed as an energetic signature that appears as an electronic laser symbol brand, mark of the beast curse or goat head sigil emblazoned on top of the crown or written on top of the brain of that individual. The Controller goal is to confuse the masses with artificial algorithms targeting the brain’s limbic system for a variety of impacts to bring on the GOAT brain distortion. One such agenda is to use limbic and amygdala manipulation in order to insert false memories and false identities with emotional body imprints, which open many possibilities for manipulating cloned light holograms by negative entities. In spiritual people this is being weaponized against their undisciplined impulses and unhealed Pain Body issues, so they cannot tell the difference between an authentic spiritual identity and negative alien imposters pretending to be a benevolent light being, when they are emotionally manipulating the target through Holographic Inserts.
This is also a Psychological Warfare tactic in the masses for spreading Confusion and disorientation so that the individual cannot discern what decision to make or what direction to move towards, while experiencing an explosion of uncontrolled impulses and instinctual reactions. When individuals are totally controlled by unconscious impulses and automated reactions run by fear they cannot reason or think properly, as a result they lose Coherence quickly and easily descend into chaos and confusion.
From this place of utter confusion and emotional chaos, it is very easy to coerce, intimidate and blackmail people, such as the heads of an institution or businesses in order to make them compliant to the Controlleragendas, to promote toxic injections, enforce censorship and cancel culture. When most people are threatened by authoritarian tyrants and psychopaths, they comply. When a person is filled with mental incoherence and emotional chaos, that combination of negative energetic content is very low frequency in which they can become easily possessedand manipulated by demonic entities, which further exacerbates negative thoughts and destructive behaviors.
The Lightbody mutations which form GOAT Brain algorithms and automated reactions are directly linked into the solar plexus and 3D Conscious Mind matrix, which is designed in the lightbody to hold the core plasma body center. By attacking the Solar Plexus and conscious mind matrix of the masses with the GOAT algorithm, it interferes with and distorts the physical body anatomy. Causing it to reject the seating of the authentic higher spiritual identity, thus repelling the organic plasma body through the running of reversal plasmas in the vertical channel or meridians. The most common artificial signals appearing in the environment are reversed magnetic fields which appear as AI red wave and violet colored reversal plasmas, which are the Dark Alien Motherfrequencies used by the NAA. Extremely dark anti-Christ Black Dragon AI hybrids run on these red to purplish violet plasma reversals, and embodying these frequencies through highly distorted thinking and indulging in highly reactive negative emotional states creates a risk for high level Black Dragon bodily possession.
Over the past few years, it was noticed that some people felt as if their head was screwed on backwards and that they were facing into the wrong direction, moving towards the past timelines in a descending spiral. We discovered that the massive distortions of the unhealed and undisciplined Negative Ego greatly increased the polarization and fragmentation of the unconscious, instinctual and conscious minds to such levels the Lightbody anatomy became negatively entrained and then completely overwhelmed with very dark mutations. This state of spiritual digression with a “Fallen Tree” fully engages with the GOAT mind algorithm which intensifies the unconscious impulses and emotional hysterias, which loop in bi-polar states and feed severe addictions and possessions. When the state of negative entrainment with GOAT brain tipped the lightbody over 55 percent and filled it with extremely dark mutations, the energy field of that individual appears to have flipped over into full reversal positioning in an AI time loop that faces into the past timeline. Further, once the individual’s lightbody goes into full reversal so do their brain hemispheres, generating false right and false left positioning in the timeline. Another stage of Gender Reversal has also been observed, through a false male and false female energy which presents as inner scrambling of gender centers, with further implosion of the inner vertical staff.
Unfortunately, the Controllers are exploiting this severe spiritual distortion in every way possible by giving individuals with GOAT Brain that have embodied time loop reversals into past timelines a celebrity like status, to lead the sleeping masses that are following them into the past timeline loop. It is important to note that the most unstable and incoherent GOAT minds are given a media platform in which massive amounts of money are thrown at them, rewarding them for their incoherent and depraved GOAT mind satanic behaviors which the Controllers want to spread into the masses. The global plandemic was the cover agenda for inciting the fight or flight autonomic system to activate the GOAT mind in the masses through the belief in a fraudulent virulent killer disease. This psychological operation was supplemented with the AI mind control running CV algorithms into the environment for the purpose of triggering the limbic system into continual looping fears, plummeting the consciousness of the masses into the lowest and densest frequency states. If this is not corrected, this can flip that individual into a complete inner reversal in which their lightbody will blend with vampiric time loops sending them into their past timeline and causing visible personality changes.
The limbic system structures in the brain are extremely important for connecting with our emotional and spiritual experiences, as it functions to interpret our emotions and feeling responses connected to higher sensory perception, as well as storing memories. This area of our brain is wired directly with our Soul matrix which is our higher emotional sensory body, that when spiritually activated connects into our heart-brain complex which creates natural feelings of Empathy. Humans need a healthy brain with a functioning limbic system and Bio-Neurology that is not being assaulted by artificial mind control frequencies and neurological toxins, in order to experience compassionate empathy and achieve higher consciousness or enlightenment. Starseed people tend to be natural empaths because they have unique neural profiles in which their limbic system actually functions at higher levels to communicate with their heart center.
The Controllers want to destroy the emotional functions and higher sensory experiences connected to spiritual experiences that are provided by healthy human brains by targeting our bio-neurology with an assortment of energetic and physical neuro-toxins. Recent events reveal to us yet again another aggressive attempt to destroy the healthy functioning in the human brain and nervous system, with a full spectrum assault targeting the limbic system through blaring fear Propaganda that we cannot escape.
