LISA RENEE (Time Shift Blog): “Human Orifices are Portals”

In the human body design, all orifices function as divine principles which serve as a physical conduit to its spiritual counterpart connected in another dimension. In most people that are spiritually activated at the soul level, all seven orifices on the face are directly connected to the archetypal mind in the fifth dimension and directly connect to the throat chakra. This is why we will observe a predominate wave of disease patterns in the public, from the blocked throat chakra or 5D pattern. First, let’s review all seven orifices located on the face.

Open Portals in the Human Body:

  • Right Eye, Nasolacrimal duct (Father’s Eye, Rods, Cones and Optic Nerve)
  • Left Eye, Nasolacrimal duct (Mother’s Eye, Rods, Cones and Optic Nerve)
  • Right Ear, (Balance and motion, auditory/cranial nerve bundles)
  • Left Ear, (Balance and motion, auditory/cranial nerve bundles)
  • Right Nostril (Male-Mental Principle, Pranic-Vital Force, Solar Principle)
  • Left Nostril (Female –Emotional Principle, Lunar Force, Spirit Principle)
  • Mouth and Tongue (Male and Female Principles United)

Our eyes collect light from the surrounding environment, then regulate and focus it through lenses to form an image, converting this image into a set of electrical signals, and transmitting these signals to the brain through complex neural pathways. Our negative ego belief systems form filters which can become implants that limit what spectrum of light will form images that are acceptable to our eyes. This is why it is crucial to maintain on open and flexible mind, or the light spectrum and filters of your eyes will become incredibly limited, and thus subjected to control. This means mind control through negative ego also controls your vision, what you can see, and what you do not see. A mind-controlled person will see much less in their vision, then a person with an open and free mind.

Our hearing from our right ear corresponds to the axiatonal lines that resonate primarily with the mental planes 3D, 6D and 9D. Our hearing with our left hear corresponds to axiatonal lines 4D, 7D and 10D. Because of the issues of the astral plane, the left ear is used to broadcast from the astral plane. As a result, many astral and fallen entities send messages to the human nervous system mainly through this area. Our goal is to heal this area from astral manipulation by being aware of it. As we heal our left side and left ear, by removing alien machinery and astral intermediaries, we are able to receive the frequency broadcast from our Avatar Christ self. The Avatar Christ Self is formed from our original Lyran body and directs the carrier wave through the 10th dimension to communicate directly with our body and consciousness. Eventually, we want to have our body completely governed and controlled by our Christ Avatar self.

The right nostril represents physical energy for the body and mind. Breathing through the right nostril is important for circulating more energy and is important in balancing metabolic processes. Breathing in through your left nostril will access the right feeling hemisphere of your brain. Breathing in through your right nostril, will access the left thinking hemisphere of your brain. Consciously alternating your breath between either nostrils will allow you to activate and access your whole brain. This brings balance through both breath channels located in the right and left nostril pathway. If your breathing pathway through your nose is not easy, this means there is some breathwork and meditation needed to clear this area, both energetically and physically. Imbalance in thinking will clog your nostrils and breathing pathway.

The mouth and tongue are extremely important because this orifice represents the male and female union and the breath pathway in the mouth connects directly to the sexual organs. The mouth represents the word as spoken by the logos of Creator. When the throat chakra is clear, the voice and spirit fire breath is carried in the words spoken. The mouth opening and the external lips are the female organ. The tongue represents the intonation of frequency of the words generated and represents the male organ. Together the mouth and tongue, represent the union of male and female, and when used correctly form inner hierogamic union. What we put in our mouth, becomes a part of our body. What we speak out of our mouth becomes manifested in the world. When this area is infiltrated or sick, it will impact our sexual organs functioning.

Male and Female Principle Stars

The Male and Female principles of creation are represented within our bodies, and the function of each gender body obeys that principle in the direction of electromagnetic energy and consciousness. When we expand consciousness and unify our energetic aspects of gender, we become androgynous or hermaphroditic. That means no matter what body we are in, we have a gender body that is unified in both male and female principle, which potentially manifests the Risen Christos-Sophia Diamond Sun Body.

Whether you are a man or woman, you have both the male principle and female principle energetic consciousness within you, and this is accessed by your knowledge of this fact.

The Geometric Form of Five is inherently connected to the sexual organs of a male. When we take the seven facial orifices and unite them with male sexual orifice and dimensional portals we get the number Twelve (12). The correct pattern of the electrical spin for the Universal Male principle is 12:12. The same architecture in the planet body is the 12 Tree Grid and when the 12:12 is projected as the first image of God as a Hu-Man (Adam), it is called the Albion.

The Geometric Form of Six is inherently connected to the sexual organs of a female. When we take the seven facial orifices and unite them with female sexual orifice and dimensional portals we get the number Thirteen (13). The correct pattern of the electrotonal spin for the Universal Female principle is 13:13. The same architecture exists in the planetary core as Mother Arc. When the 13:13 is projected as the first Sound field of God from the Universal Creatrix, it descends the Holy Spirit and the colors created fill the Albion with a palette of colored music. This music is called the Cathar.

When these electromagnetic patterns of Male Albion Star Code and Female Cathar Star Code unite in balance with each other, they create the Rod and Staff.

NEDA HASAN: “Top Twelve Ways to Raise Your Frequency To Attract A Vibrant, Enjoyable Life”

1562659-7

1. Sunlight

Not only is sunlight a way to make up for lost Vitamin D, but it is used to help stabilize the mood. You can shift stagnant, dull energy of the room by just opening your windows and letting light come through.

2. Sound

Solfeggio Frequencies and Binaural Beats, especially with the use of headphones, have been used to help diminish anger, depression, anxiety, and the list goes on. They are out there on YouTube for free. Check out 396 Hz on Audio Entrainment’s Channel. I would like to add that this is a perfect alternative for anyone who is lazy and reluctant to meditate. You can also listen to uplifting tunes that lift your spirit.

3. Herbs

Lavender Oil has a calming effective on the mind, especially before you go to bed. Besides the health benefits, basil is known to cure sadness and depression. Angelika root has been used centuries ago to get rid of evil spirits, but now it is used for upset stomachs, enhancing sex drive, and eliminating negativity. It should not be taken in heavy dosages, however. Burning Eucalyptus is known to help with colds. Green Oat is said to be good for addictions of any sort. Always check with your doctor if you want to consume any special herbs. Burning it however definitely will provide your home with a relaxed feel.

4. Enjoyable Exercise

Exercise, in and of itself, is known to release endorphins that help one feel better and release stress, but joy in exercise escalates the experience. If you enjoy dancing or playing tennis, do it! When you are having fun and burning calories at the same time, you are not only helping your emotional health, but physical health as well. Feeling like your workout is a burden will not help you to lift your frequency as like attracts like and a miserable journey cannot yield a happy outcome. The Key is to feel a sense of joy.

5. Water

Spending Time in Water will not only cleanse your body, but attract positive energy as Water is second closest to Source Energy, the first Being Light. This information is confirmed by Teal Swan, a legendary Spiritual Teacher. She advises to take a glass of water, set the time for a few minutes, and focus positive thoughts toward the water glass. Then drink it! Repeat this exercise for two weeks.

6. Appreciation

An attitude of gratitude is the key to abundance. Keep a Journal of positive things that cause you to feel joy just by thinking about it. It could be as menial as the violet curtains in your bedroom, or the bath filled with roses your children decorated for you when you came back from work. Positive Feelings are even more powerful than positive thoughts, so more joyful situations and thoughts will manifest. They trick is to just set aside time every day to dwell in a state of love.

6. Visualization

Visualization is the way to make it clear to the universe what it is you really want in this physical realm. When you hold up images you love and make them your phone wallpaper, or put up a vision board you see and have access to everyday, you help to materialize your goals. You cannot help but to have positive focus towards your dreams or whatever it is you are trying to attract. Visualization helps to develop clarity of what one wants in life. And you can keep adding to that board when your ideas expand. Imagining your dream lifestyle causes you to feel happy. Think of it this way: for a watchmaker to create a watch, he has to have an image of the finished result of the watch in his mind. It is the same way with your goals. Imagination is powerful. The journey becomes much easier once you know exactly just what your goals are.

7. De-clutter your Living Space

If you have a messy work desk, you can attract stressful situations. Cleaning up every once a week can remove stagnant, non-moving energy in a room to leave fresh vibrant energy flowing through. You will also feel more lively and in control of your life.

8. Eat More Fruits, Vegetables, and Nuts

Vegetables such as cucumbers not only add to clearer skin and help to reverse the aging process, but lift your energy. Nuts like almonds help with Vitamin D and help balance serotonin levels. Vegetables are not only great for vitality, but they resonate at a higher frequency that meat and processed food. They contain more life energy than dull foods like processed cheese and coffee. Never underestimate the power of Diet to transform your life.

9. Break Up with Stress

Stress weakens the immune system and can literally make one feel sick and be sick. Psychosomatic illnesses, such as excessive vomiting, are often caused by negative thoughts. Stress decreases energy and can lead to aging. When one is stress, they tend to make impulsive choices that make them feel good only physiologically and temporarily such as reaching for sugary snacks, which open the door to more disease and problems like cancer and diabetes. When one is in a relaxed state, they are less likely to manifest diseases in their life. And if diseases do arise, they are able to treat it quicker. Disease cannot survive in a body that is at ease. Your mental, emotional, and physical health are interrelated. Stress can attract more negative experiences besides illness, such as heavy workload, and unhappy relationships.

10. Watch Pure Forms of Entertainment

Most people are trained to believe the best forms of entertainment are action movies that involve, sex, drugs, and violence. Comedies like 21st Jump Street and Hangover have made blockbusters in today’s society. Movies like The Next Karate Kid and One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest, are seldom spoke of. Unfortunately, most people, especially in our youth, prefer a quick, easy way of forgetting reality that I call “entertainment for the sake of entertainment.” Gunshots, sexy scenes, and violence, seems to be the recipe for a great movie to many. But to me, true entertainment teaches a lesson about life, such as Forest Gump. They make people feel good, not just for a few hours of laughs and emotional excitement, but long when the movie is over. Furthermore, young kids who secretly do not like and are afraid of cheap forms of entertainment are peer-pressured and brainwashed into thinking such movies are healthy, just because it makes certain people laugh. A spiritually evolved person, however, does not feel amused by seeing a body part shot off.

11. Don’t Chase People who Aren’t Willing to Do Much for You

Many of us spend hours on celebrities or trying to get a person’s attention so they will like us. Often, are efforts go unnoticed and we feel taken for granted. You can be kinder to people than Mother Theresa ever was! If you do not respect yourself, people are not truly going to respect you. Nothing can make us truly happier then being around people who love us unconditionally, whose intentions are pure, who accept us as we are regardless of whether we are fat, skinny, short, tall, have a Ph.D, have no Ph.D, can drive, cannot drive, etc. When you stop chasing the wrong people (the people who do not care for your happiness and well-being) you give a chance for the right people to catch up. And it will not matter if they are blood-related or not, they will feel like family to you.

12. Meditate on your Thoughts

You do not have to sit-crossed legged for hours and repeat a mantra to the point of mental exhaustion to meditate. You can let go, sit back, even open your eyes. You can observe the flicker of a flame, or the waves hitting the shore. The main thing is to get lost in peace. Go in such a state of peace, that negative thoughts that were bothering you earlier tend rise to the surface, such as how embarrassed you were about that stain on your suit at work. This time, they won’t affect you because you are such in a state of peace that you will not care as feelings are more powerful than thoughts. Law of Attraction practitioners often forget that feelings also cause thoughts, it’s not just the other way around. Yes, thoughts can cause feelings, but feelings can cause thoughts as well.

JANE MEGGITT: “Ways Cats Understand Physics”

Flying or jumping kitten cat isolated on white

Of course, if you play with your cat, you already know he understands string theory…

The Kyoko University study may win an award for the most adorable science project ever, as much of it consists of videotaped cat reactions. While the study proved that cats have an elemental understanding of physics and cause and effect, it also showed that cats score well in the common sense department. It’s not easy to fool a cat… unless you’re using a laser toy.

The experiment

Researchers showed 30 cats “either an object dropping out of an opaque container” or nothing dropping out when the containers were turned over. First, scientists shook the containers with objects to produce a rattling sound, but also shook the empty containers which didn’t produce noise. The felines then were allowed to roam around and explore the area where the experiment was conducted. Fifteen — or half — of the cats “actively explored” containers with an object that made noise in them. Just 10 cats explored the “no object and no sound” containers.

The results showed that cats looked at the container longer when there was noise than when there wasn’t — an action known as “preferential looking.” They also peered longer when an “incongruent” event occurred — such as an object dropping out of a container that didn’t make a noise, or no object dropping out of one that did rattle.

The researchers concluded the result “suggests that cats inferred the existence (or absence) of the object based on the rattling sound (or no sound) and predicted the appearance of the object (or not), applying a physical rule.” They surmised this reflects natural feline hunting ability, as they must often discover the location of prey solely by sound. Since cats are basically nocturnal — although as any cat lover knows, they sleep day and night — their primary hunting hours are spent in the dark. The study shows cats use cause and logic regarding noise to determine the presence of invisible objects.

Feline hearing

Dogs have a fantastic sense of smell, but felines possess exceptional hearing ability and beat the canines in the aural department. Although cats have good vision, hearing is their sharper sense. A typical feline’s audible range is 79 kilohertz, or about 10.5 octaves. Human hearing is in the 20 kilohertz range. That means a cat can distinguish the very high-pitched sounds made by rodents, inaudible to the human ear. He can tell the difference between similar ultrasonic sounds several yards away.

Feline ears have 22 muscles in the outer ear, or pinna. Consisting of cartilage and covered with hair, the pinna is designed to catch sound waves, sending them down the ear canal to the eardrum. You’ve certainly noticed that your cat can move his ears separately, and often communicates his emotional state via the ears.

Deafness

Does this mean a deaf or hard-of-hearing cat can’t hunt? Not necessarily, although he’s unlikely to perform this task well. In an area where prey is abundant, the deaf cat may still catch mice or other animals. It also depends on prey drive — there are some cats that really enjoy hunting and will pursue it enthusiastically even if they aren’t particularly successful. Of course, deaf cats really belong indoors, as the outside world is too dangerous for them.

Do try this at home

The Kyoto University experiment is one that you can try to replicate at home with your own kitties. The Kyoto University team used metal balls as items in the opaque containers. You can use anything that rattles, but consider expanding the experiment. Along with ordinary rattling items, switch to toy mice or similar objects resembling prey.  See if your cats show more interest in prey-like pieces than other noisy articles.

In simple terms, cats understand an action leads to a reaction. Researchers still don’t know “what cats see in their mind’s eye when they pick up noises,” so further study is necessary.

JOE BATTAGLIA: “If You Want To Accelerate Brain Development In Children — Teach Them Music”

violin (2)

Alternative and complementary treatments such as creative art, meditation, and yoga have been proposed to bridge many gaps that conventional medicine cannot. But music, because of its ubiquity in our society as well as its ease of transmission, has perhaps the greatest potential among alternative therapies to reach people in deep and profound ways. Music matters and it heals.

Music instruction appears to accelerate brain development in young children, particularly in the areas of the brain responsible for processing sound, language development, speech perception and reading skills, according to initial results of a five-year study by USC neuroscientists.

We now know through controlled treatment outcome studies that listening to and playing music is a potent treatment for mental health issues. 400 published scientific papers have proven the old adage that “music is medicine.”

Research demonstrates that adding music therapy to treatment improves symptoms and social functioning among schizophrenics. Further, music therapy has demonstrated efficacy as an independent treatment for reducing depression, anxiety and chronic pain.

The Brain and Creativity Institute (BCI) at USC began the five-year study in 2012 in partnership with the Los Angeles Philharmonic Association and the Heart of Los Angeles (HOLA) to examine the impact of music instruction on children’s social, emotional and cognitive development.

These initial study results, published recently in the journal Developmental Cognitive Neuroscience, provide evidence of the benefits of music education at a time when many schools around the nation have either eliminated or reduced music and arts programs. The study shows music instruction speeds up the maturation of the auditory pathway in the brain and increases its efficiency.

“We are broadly interested in the impact of music training on cognitive, socio-emotional and brain development of children,” said Assal Habibi, the study’s lead author and a senior research associate at the BCI in the USC Dornsife College of Letters, Arts and Sciences. “These results reflect that children with music training, compared with the two other comparison groups, were more accurate in processing sound.”

For this longitudinal study, the neuroscientists are monitoring brain development and behavior in a group of 37 children from underprivileged neighborhoods of Los Angeles.

Thirteen of the children, at 6 or 7 years old, began to receive music instruction through the Youth Orchestra Los Angeles program at HOLA. The community music training program was inspired by the El Sistema method, one that LA Philharmonic conductor Gustavo Dudamel had been in when he was growing up in Venezuela.

Learning the Violin

The children earn to play instruments, such as the violin, in ensembles and groups, and they practice up to seven hours a week.

The scientists are comparing the budding musicians with peers in two other groups: 11 children in a community soccer program, and 13 children who are not involved in any specific after-school programs.

The neuroscientists are using several tools to monitor changes in them as they grow: MRI to monitor changes through brain scans, EEG to track electrical activity in the brains, behavioral testing and other such techniques.

Within two years of the study, the neuroscientists found the auditory systems of children in the music program were maturing faster in them than in the other children. The fine-tuning of their auditory pathway could accelerate their development of language and reading, as well as other abilities – a potential effect which the scientists are continuing to study.

The enhanced maturity reflects an increase in neuroplasticity – a physiological change in the brain in response to its environment – in this case, exposure to music and music instruction.

“The auditory system is stimulated by music,” Habibi said. “This system is also engaged in general sound processing that is fundamental to language development, reading skills and successful communication.”

Ear to Brain

The auditory system connects our ear to our brain to process sound. When we hear something, our ears receive it in the form of vibrations that it converts into a neural signal. That signal is then sent to the brainstem, up to the thalamus at the center of the brain, and outward to its final destination, the primary auditory cortex, located near the sides of the brain.

The progress of a child’s developing auditory pathway can be measured by EEG, which tracks electrical signals, specifically those referred to as “auditory evoked potentials.”

In this study, the scientists focused on an evoked potential called P1. They tracked amplitude – the number of neurons firing – as well as latency – the speed that the signal is transmitted. Both measures infer the maturity of the brain’s auditory pathways.

As children develop, both amplitude and the latency of P1 tend to decrease. This means that that they are becoming more efficient at processing sound.

At the beginning of the study and again two years later, the children completed a task measuring their abilities to distinguish tone. As the EEG was recording their electrical signals, they listened to violin tones, piano tones and single-frequency (pure) tones played.

The children also competed a tonal and rhythm discrimination task in which they were asked to identify similar and different melodies. Twice, they heard 24 melodies in randomized order and were asked to identify which ones differed in tone and rhythm, and which were the same in tone and rhythm.

Children who were in the youth orchestra program were more accurate at detecting pitch changes in the melodies than the other two groups. All three groups were able to identify easily when the melodies were the same. However, children with music training had smaller P1 potential amplitude compared to the other children, indicating a faster rate of maturation.

“We observed a decrease in P1 amplitude and latency that was the largest in the music group compared to age-matched control groups after two years of training,” the scientists wrote. “In addition, focusing just on the (second) year data, the music group showed the smallest amplitude of P1 compared to both the control and sports group, in combination with the accelerated development of the N1 component.”
