AHTAYAA LEIGH: “Is Western Astrology Part of the Matrix?”

The Western Astrology matrix.jpg

What if western astrology is actually part of the matrix control system that works tirelessly to keep us out of alignment from who we really are?  Or at best, what if western astrology is all one great big misunderstanding that our collective pride just does not want to admit?

Western Astrology vs. Vedic Astrology

If you ask any astronomer where the constellations are located in the sky relative to Earth, the coordinates they give will match those given by vedic astrologers when calculating the position of the planets and stars.  Vedic astrology and astronomy both point to the actual position of constellations in the sky relative to Earth.  Western astrology does not.  Western astrology is out of alignment by almost 30 degrees.

In both western and vedic astrology, the zodiac consists of 12 constellations, or groups of stars, from Aries to Pisces.  Each zodiac sign covers 30 degrees of sky out of a total of 360 degrees.  The constellations slowly move backwards from our perspective because of a phenomenon called the procession of the equinoxes.  In the last 2,000 years the constellations in the sky have moved backwards almost 30 degrees, but western astrology has failed to account for this, resulting in an almost 30 degree discrepancy.

Around 2,000 years ago the position of the beginning of Aries happened to occur at the same time as the beginning of spring in the northern hemisphere.  But now if we look in the sky to see which constellation is on the horizon at the time of the Spring Equinox in the northern hemisphere, it’s actually Pisces.

Western astrologers try to convince us that this discrepancy has no bearing on our lives here on Earth.  After all, they have a lot of their identity tied up in western astrology’s validity.  It’s understandable that they would first defend it.  Some will argue that our cosmic influence ends with the sun, and that everything beyond our sun is irrelevant to our everyday lives. This is gross misinformation.

The sun is a transducer of energy.  It steps down energy received from the core of creation channeled through the vast star systems of the wider galaxy.  Our solar system is minuscule in comparison to the wholeness of the galaxy, and that’s not to mention the galaxies beyond the Milky Way, which are tiny in comparison to the entire universe.  Our physical sun is not independent, it is connected to all that is, and so are we.  So to say that the energy from the stars channeled through our sun has no influence on our lives here on Earth is an unfortunate misunderstanding that could be costing us dearly.

This misunderstanding is part of what keeps us trapped in illusion.  As human beings we are easily manipulated because we often accept information without doing our own research.  This is how misinformation and mind control has spread in epidemic proportions.  For those of us who are lightworkers on the path of ascension we must especially exercise common sense and logic.  We must question everything logically and listen for the truth in our hearts.

What does this mean for lightworkers?

From a lightworker perspective we know that we are working with energies from the wider universe.  We are aware that all the light we receive on Earth originates from the Creator, not our physical sun.  We know that.  We know we are multidimensional, galactic light beings helping to raise the level of consciousness on planet Earth.  Logically, if we are tuning into the energy of the stars we had better know which stars are influencing the planet at all times.  Many of us harness the moon’s phases to assist in personal and planetary healing.  We focus our attention on the energies that are being transmitted through the sun and the moon from the stars beyond because this is how we ground cosmic energies into the Earth plane.  We anchor them through our actions and intentions.

If the moon is actually receiving energy from Pisces but we focus our attention on Aries what happens to our efficiency as conduits for cosmic energy?

Let’s answer this by using the analogy of two water pipes that are badly fitted together.  Some water will pour through from one pipe to the other, but lots will go to waste.  This is what happens when we are out of alignment with true cosmic forces.  As noble and pure as our intentions might be, most of our potential is being wasted.  Most of the energy does not get grounded.

There will be resistance to this information, stemming from an unwillingness to detach from the identities we have formed based, for the most part, on our western sun signs.  Those who have their sun in Sagittarius in western astrology are suddenly having to get their heads around being a Scorpio!  It’s too much for some people to cope with, but as lightworkers cope with it we must.  We have a job to channel cosmic energies into the Earth plane.

There are beings who will try to hold us back with misinformation, perpetuating what may well have started out as a misunderstanding, but is now a serious issue.  Whether this misinformation was intentional doesn’t really matter.  What matters now is that we return the Earth to alignment with the true harmonics of the universe.

There is no doubt that lightworkers all around the world are doing amazing work on all levels of creation.  But we could be doing better.  Those of us following western astrology for light-working purposes are out of alignment with true cosmic forces.  We know that the sun does not just heat this planet, it transmits light codes from throughout the universe.  As conduits grounding the energies into the Earth plane, it is important that we properly connect to the circuit so that energy can flow freely and unencumbered from the stars, to the sun and through us into the Earth plane.

Let’s remove all distortions caused by the false matrix system and return to Truth!

Let’s focus on what is important, and that is doing our best for Mother Gaia and all sentient beings living upon her.  Let’s align with our full potential as conduits for galactic energies.  If we do this, we can raise the collective consciousness on Earth and dissolve the false systems that have kept us trapped in a fear based existence.  We must set aside our pride, take a step back and rectify the mistakes, misinformation and misunderstandings that plague the collective well-being.  We must return to alignment with all that is.

Let’s look at the facts in a logical manner and be prepared to change.  This is important for us all.

AVIA VENEFICA: “Native American Animal Symbols Of The Zodiac”

native-american-zodiac-signs-2

Native American Animal Signs Otter

OTTER:  Jan 20 — Feb 18

A little quirky, and unorthodox, the Otter is a hard one to figure sometimes.  Perceived as unconventional, the Otter methods aren’t the first ones chosen to get the job done.  This is a big mistake on the part of others — because although unconventional, the Otter’s methods are usually quite effective.  Yes, the Otter has unusual way of looking at things, but he/she is equipped with a brilliant imagination and intelligence, allowing him/her an edge over every one else.  Often very perceptive and intuitive, the Otter makes a very good friend, and can be very attentive.  In a nurturing environment the Otter is sensitive, sympathetic, courageous, and honest.  Left to his/her own devices, the Otter can be unscrupulous, lewd, rebellious, and isolated.

wolf

WOLF:  Feb 19 — Mar 20

Deeply emotional, and wholly passionate, the Wolf is the lover of the zodiac in both the physical and philosophical sense of the word.  The Wolf understands that all we need is love, and is fully capable of providing it.  Juxtaposed with his/her fierce independence — this Native American animal symbol is a bit of a contradiction in terms.  Needing his/her freedom, yet still being quite gentle and compassionate — we get the picture of the “lone wolf” with this sign.  In a nurturing environment the Wolf is intensely passionate, generous, deeply affectionate, and gentle.  Left to his/her own devices the Wolf can become impractical, recalcitrant, obsessive, and vindictive.

Native American Animal Symbol Falcon

FALCON:  Mar 21 — Apr 19

A natural born leader, the Falcon can always be looked upon for clear judgment in sticky situations.  Furthermore, the characteristics for this Native American animal symbol never wastes time, rather he/she strikes while the iron is hot, and takes action in what must be done.  Ever persistent, and always taking the initiative, the Falcon is a gem of a personality to have for projects or team sports.  The Falcon can be a little on the conceited side — but he/she is usually right in his/her opinions — so a little arrogance is understood.  In a supportive environmental the Falcon “soars” in his/her ability to maintain passion and fire in relationships, and always remaining compassionate.  Left to his/her own devices, the Falcon can be vain, rude, intolerant, impatient, and over-sensitive.

beaver

BEAVER:  Apr 20 — May 20

Take charge, adapt, overcome — this is the Beaver motto. Mostly business, the Beaver is gets the job at hand done with maximum efficiency and aplomb.  Strategic, and cunning the Beaver is a force to be reckoned with in matters of business and combat.  One might also think twice about engaging the Beaver in a match of wits — as his/her mental acuity is razor sharp.  The Beaver has everything going for him/her—however tendencies toward “my way or the highway” get them in trouble.  Yes, they are usually right, but the bearer of this Native American symbol may need to work on tact.  In a nurturing environment the Beaver can be compassionate, generous, helpful, and loyal.  Left to his/her own devices the Beaver can be nervous, cowardly, possessive, arrogant, and over-demanding.

Native American Animal Symbol Stag and Deer

DEER:  May 21 — Jun 20

This Native American animal symbol is the muse of the zodiac.  The Deer is inspiring lively and quick-witted.  With a tailor-made humor, the Deer has a tendency to get a laugh out of anyone.  Excellent ability for vocalizing, the Deer is a consummate conversationalist.  This combined with his/her natural intelligence make the Deer a must-have guest at dinner parties.  Always aware of his/her surroundings, and even more aware of his/her appearance, the Deer can be a bit self-involved.  However, the Deer’s narcissism is overlooked because of his/her congeniality and affability.  In a supportive environment the Deer’s natural liveliness and sparkly personality radiate even more.  He/she is an inspiring force in any nurturing relationship.  Left to his/her own devices the Deer can be selfish, moody, impatient, lazy, and two-faced.

Native American Animal Symbol Woodpecker

WOODPECKER:  Jun 21 — Jul 21

Woodpeckers are usually the most nurturing of all the Native American animal symbols.  The consummate listener, totally empathic and understanding, the Woodpecker is the one to have on your side when you need support.  Of course, they make wonderful parents, and equally wonderful friends and partners.  Another proverbial feather in the Woodpeckers cap is the tendency to be naturally frugal, resourceful, and organized.  In a nurturing environment the Woodpecker is of course caring, devoted, and very romantic.  Left to his/her own devices the Woodpecker can be possessive, angry, jealous, and spiteful.

Native American Animal Symbol Salmon

SALMON:  Jul 22 — Aug 21

Electric, focused, intuitive, and wholly creative, the Salmon is a real live-wire.  His/her energy is palpable.  A natural motivator, the Salmon’s confidence and enthusiasm is easily infectious.  Soon, everybody is on board with the Salmon — even if the idea seems too hair-brained to work.  Generous, intelligent, and intuitive, it’s no wonder why the Salmon has no shortage of friends.  This Native American animal symbol expresses a need for purpose and goals, and has no trouble finding volunteers for his/her personal crusades.  In a supportive environment, the Salmon is stable, calm, sensual, and giving.  Left to his/her own devices, those that bear this Native American animal symbol can be egotistical, vulgar, and intolerant of others.

Native American Animal Symbol Bear

BEAR:  Aug 22 — Sep 21

Pragmatic, and methodical the Bear is the one to call when a steady hand is needed.  The Bear’s practicality and level-headedness makes him/her an excellent business partner.  Usually the voice of reason in most scenarios, the Bear is a good balance for Owls.  The Bear is also gifted with an enormous heart, and a penchant for generosity.  However, one might not know it as the Bear tends to be very modest, and a bit shy.  In a loving environment this Native American animal symbol showers love and generosity in return.  Further, the Bear has a capacity for patience and temperance, which makes him/her excellent teachers and mentors.  Left to his/her own devices the bear can be skeptical, sloth, small-minded and reclusive.

Native American Animal Symbol Raven

RAVEN:  Sep 22 — Oct 22

Highly enthusiastic, and a natural entrepreneur, the Crow is quite a charmer.  But he/she doesn’t have to work at being charming — it comes easily.  Everyone recognizes the Crow’s easy energy, and everyone turns to the Crow for his/her ideas and opinions.  This is because the Crow is both idealistic and diplomatic and is quite ingenious.  In nurturing environments this Native American animal symbol is easy-going, can be romantic, and soft-spoken.  Further, the crow can be quite patient, and intuitive in relationships.  Left to his/her own devices, the Crow can be demanding, inconsistent, vindictive, and abrasive.

Native American Animal Symbol Snake

SNAKE:  Oct 23 — Nov 22

Most shamans are born under this Native American animal symbol.  The Snake is a natural in all matters of spirit.  Easily attuned to the ethereal realm the Snake makes an excellent spiritual leader.  Also respected for his/her healing capacities, the Snake also excels in medical professions.  The Snake’s preoccupation with matters intangible often lead others to view them as mysterious, and sometimes frightening.  True, the Snake can be secretive, and a bit dark — he/she is also quite sensitive, and caring.  In a supportive relationship the cool Snake can be passionate, inspiring, humorous, and helpful.  Left to his/her own devices, the Snake can be despondent, violent, and prone to abnormal mood swings.

Native American Animal Symbol Owl

OWL:  Nov 23 — Dec 21

Changeable and mutable as the wind, the Owl is a tough one to pin down.  Warm, natural, with an easy-going nature, the Owl is friend to the world.  The bearer of this Native American animal symbol is notorious for engaging in life at full speed, and whole-hearted loves adventure.  This can be to his/her detriment as the Owl can be reckless, careless, and thoughtless.  Owls make great artists, teachers, and conservationists.  However, due to his/her adaptability and versatility — the Owl would likely excel in any occupation.  In a supportive, nurturing environment the Owl is sensitive, enthusiastic, and an attentive listener.  Left to his/her own devices, the Owl can be excessive, overindulgent, bitter, and belligerent.

Native American Animal Symbol Goose

GOOSE:  Dec 22 — Jan 19

If you want something done — give it to the Goose.  Persevering, dogged, and ambitious to a fault, the Goose sets goals for accomplishment, and always obtains them.  The goose is determined to succeed at all cost — not for the approval of other — but those with this Native American animal symbol competes with his/her own internal foe.  Driven is the watchword for the Goose’s dominating personality trait — which makes them excellent in business and competitive sports.  When tempered with supportive, nurturing family and friends, the Goose excels in all things he/she attempts.  In a loving environment the Goose can be very passionate, humorous, gregarious, and even sensual.  However, lead to his/her own devises, the Goose may fall into obsessive or addictive behaviors that will inevitably be his/her demise.

DAVID WOLFE: “How Compatible Is Your Relationship According To Your Zodiac Sign?”

compatible-signs

No two zodiac signs approach relationships in quite the same way.  Capricorns, for example, hate vulnerability and experimentation while Aquarians welcome both with open arms.

Surely, then, a Capricorn and Aquarian could never get along in a relationship — right?

Wrong!  The truth is that any two signs — no matter the astrological distance between them — can form a lasting, meaningful relationship.  In this post we’ll be exploring the various types of zodiac relationships, what they provide and how you can make the most of each.

Let’s start with the most basic.

Same Sign Relationships

Dating someone with the same zodiac sign as you can feel sort of like dating a mirror at times.  The shared sign means you both possess many of the same values, quirks and insecurities.  Should you engage in such a relationship, prepare to learn many lessons regarding the art of self-acceptance.

Also prepare for awkward sibling-esque moments.  You can minimize these by maintaining your individuality in the relationship and putting effort into frequent romantic activities.

One Sign Apart

  • Aries: Pisces, Taurus
  • Taurus: Aries, Gemini
  • Gemini: Taurus, Cancer
  • Cancer: Gemini, Leo
  • Leo: Cancer, Virgo
  • Libra: Virgo, Scorpio
  • Scorpio, Libra, Sagittarius
  • Sagittarius: Scorpio, Capricorn
  • Aquarius: Capricorn, Pisces
  • Capricorn: Sagittarius, Aquarius
  • Pisces: Aquarius, Aries

As in our aforementioned Capricorn-Aquarius example, major differences in romantic approach begin to appear when you date someone even just one sign away from you.  To put it simply, if you want a dynamic relationship this is a good place to start looking.

Expect plenty of tension.  This will not be an ‘easy’ relationship.  But, when maintained properly, it will be quite a rewarding one when that tension boils over into exciting and explosive passion.

Patient, well-thought-out communication is key to success in a relationship between individuals one sign apart.  While partners will never totally understand each other, they can learn many things about human nature and romance by spending time together.

Two Signs Apart

  • Aries: Sagittarius, Aquarius
  • Taurus: Pisces, Cancer
  • Gemini: Aries, Leo
  • Cancer: Taurus, Virgo
  • Leo: Gemini, Libra
  • Virgo: Cancer, Scorpio
  • Libra: Leo, Sagittarius
  • Scorpio: Virgo, Capricorn
  • Sagittarius: Libra, Aquarius
  • Capricorn: Scorpio, Pisces
  • Aquarius: Sagittarius, Aries
  • Pisces: Capricorn, Taurus

The most successful ‘friends with benefits’ tend to reside in this category.  Both signs will always be represented by compatible elements.  For example, Libras are represented by air while Leos are characterized by fire.  The former needs the latter to burn.

Should individuals two signs apart find themselves in a genuine relationship, it will usually progress naturally out of a close friendship.  That said, should you engage in such a relationship, beware the friendship trap.  Make sure you find ways to keep the love spark going.

Three Signs Apart

  • Aries: Cancer, Capricorn
  • Taurus: Aquarius, Leo
  • Gemini: Pisces, Virgo
  • Cancer: Aries, Libra
  • Leo: Taurus, Scorpio
  • Virgo: Gemini, Sagittarius
  • Libra: Cancer, Capricorn
  • Scorpio: Leo, Aquarius
  • Sagittarius: Virgo, Pisces
  • Capricorn: Aries, Libra
  • Aquarius: Scorpio, Taurus
  • Pisces: Gemini, Sagittarius

Relationships in this category often lead to issues resembling parental conflicts (Mommy and Daddy issues).

Those who engage in such a relationship should prepare for clashes, with each side taking turns being the ‘parent’ and ‘child.’  But this dynamic is what keeps the relationship active.  Both people will learn about conflict and compromise in a way that helps them heal old wounds.  Also, when these two signs team up, they become an unstoppable force and are able to achieve anything!

Four Signs Apart

  • Aries-Leo-Sagittarius
  • Taurus-Virgo-Capricorn
  • Gemini-Libra-Aquarius
  • Cancer-Scorpio-Pisces

Mates in this category have signs of the same element.  This leads to a relationship abundant in harmony.  Partners feel no shame in exposing even the most embarrassing of personal details with one another.

It’s in such a relationship that one learns how to be vulnerable.  Should the relationship end, it will have provided each person with the confidence and willingness to go forward and open themselves up to future partners.

Care should be taken to maintain some mystery and not expose too much too soon.

Five Signs Apart

  • Aries: Virgo, Scorpio
  • Taurus: Libra, Sagittarius
  • Gemini: Scorpio, Capricorn
  • Cancer: Sag, Aquarius
  • Leo: Capricorn, Pisces
  • Virgo: Aquarius, Aries
  • Libra: Pisces, Taurus
  • Scorpio: Aries, Gemini
  • Sagittarius: Taurus, Cancer

When individuals five signs apart come together, the result is a truly odd relationship.  Observers will find themselves wondering how in the world such different people could ever come together so well.

And believe me, they are different; they’ve got nothing in common astrologically.  They may even have opposing ideas as to what a relationship should be.  But through work and dedication, each person can learn what service means in a relationship as they cater to one another’s needs.

Opposite Signs

  • Aries-Libra
  • Taurus-Scorpio
  • Gemini-Sagittarius
  • Cancer-Capricorn
  • Leo-Aquarius
  • Virgo-Pisces

Have you ever heard the term ‘opposites attract?’  That’s definitely the case when it comes to signs that reside across from one another on the zodiac wheel.  Such partners often make a great team, perfectly contrasting one another.

Should you engage in such a relationship, expect to gain a new sense of perspective.  Your opposite zodiac sign partner may ‘complete the picture,’ so to speak — providing you an understanding of the world that helps you better understand your place in it.

Which type of zodiac relationship are you in right now?  If you’re not in a relationship, which type appeals to you most? Share your thoughts on the topic in the comments!

LARA STARR: “How Each Sign of the Zodiac Expresses Their Anger”

Zodiac 2

It doesn’t matter who you are. Everyone gets angry from time to time. And when we’re angry, we tend to leave patience, humility and common sense behind, even if only for a moment. Maybe once we realize how we typically respond to things that anger us, we can work on delivering a better response.

So, here are some of the typical things each zodiac sign usually has to work on when it comes to acting out in anger.

Aries-shutterstock_52556017 (1)
Arians are definitely one of the quickest to anger. After all, they are one of the fire signs. They have a burning fire within them and at times you may see bouts of that fire bursting forth in anger. This is their dark side.

They don’t usually start arguments with people, but they certainly know how to end them. At times they can be impatient and volatile, especially when pushed past their limits or when they are forced to deal with something before they believe they are ready.

But, as quick as they are to anger, they are usually just as quick to calm down and even forgive those who angered them in the first place. They are one of the signs most capable of ‘forgiving and forgetting’.

Taurus-
Taureans are usually quite fair tempered creatures. They tend to be very slow to anger. But when they do get angry, you had better watch out! Disloyalty, inequality, betrayal, those are the sort of things that really get on their nerves. Other than that, most Taureans don’t want to waste their time and energy on getting angry.

shutterstock_52556008When they do get angry it can take a long time for them calm them down again. It’s best to give them space until that time.

Unless of course, Taurus is calm enough to try and talk things out. If they are, give them a chance to get their thoughts out in the open, otherwise you may anger them even more for refusing to listen.

After the argument is over, they are usually very quick to forgive, unless of course you’ve done something extreme that they consider unforgivable.

They will still be civil with you in most cases afterward, but you won’t be able to bring the relationship back to what it once was.

Gemini-
As you probably already know, Geminis are known as the Twins. You may as well flip a coin when it comes to how they’re going to react when in anger.

shutterstock_52556020

They may seem completely calm and centered when their words of anger cut you to the core.

Geminis LOVE to talk. That’s usually what they do best. When in anger that does not change.

When you piss off a Gemini, get ready to be chewed out. Anger may start as rudeness or sarcasm, but it can quickly change to screaming, yelling and throwing things.

Luckily, they don’t tend to stay angry for an extended period.

As long as you don’t tell a Gemini what to do or how to act, they may be able to forgive and forget.

Cancer-
Cancers are a very sweet, understanding, loyal and loving sign. And that’s really all they want in return. If they feel unloved, unappreciated or offended by something, the first sign is usually sulking.

If you’re not getting the hints, it may evolve into shutterstock_52555993passive aggressive behavior. If you’re still not getting the hints, they will more than likely go into hiding.

Cancers in recluse mode may act as though they really do not want to talk to you, but that is usually just a ruse. In most cases they actually do want to work things out, they just don’t want to be the ones making all the effort.

If you ignore them or blow them off, they will take it as even more evidence that you don’t care, thus doing more damage to the relationship.

Since they are so loving and loyal, they expect their loved ones to be as well. They will usually forgive you not long after, so long as the argument isn’t over something major.

Leo-
When it comes to arguments with Leo’s, it’s all about who can roar the loudest. Just about anything will set them off, and when it does, they will certainly let you know about it.shutterstock_52555996

They will kick, scream, rant, rave, throw things around the house and make quite the spectacle.

They will probably say a bunch of hurtful things that they don’t actually mean too, so don’t take it personally. They’re just trying to get their anger out in the best way they know how – by venting.

After they’ve cooled off they won’t hold a grudge. In fact, they are probably most likely to come back in the room soon after, acting like nothing happened at all. They are quick to anger, but they are quick to move past it as well.

Virgo-
Virgos are one of the most patient and loving signs. They can take an unbelievable amount of abuse from people before they start showing signs of frustration and anger.

They try to avoid doing so because they aren’t very comfortable expressing shutterstock_52555990their anger. But when they need to let it out, their emotions can get very intense.  Their anger can be so strong, you may even feel it from the other room.

Virgos are still quite passive aggressive when angry too. They usually avoid confrontation and arguments at all cost. They find it much easier to walk away when they are angry, rather than sticking around to scream it out.

Virgos are also very forgiving, and won’t really hold a grudge. Then again, they don’t tend to forget either.

They are far less likely to trust someone after they realize their trust has been misplaced.

Libra-
Libras is the peacekeeper sign, so the scales are the perfect symbol for them. They always try to keep things equal and well balanced in their relationships, so anger and outbursts are avoided at all costs. That’s why they tend to keep quiet and bottle everything up until their lose their cool.

shutterstock_52556011

However, since they are one of the most sensitive signs, just about anything under the right circumstances can set them off.

When angry words start flying around, that’s when Libra usually makes a run for it. They may say a few choice words, but usually those words are shouted as they’re running off.

Even at the verge of their rage, they will hold back, think twice, and put up the sweetest poker face they can muster.

If you hurt them enough times, they will certainly hold a grudge.

They also tend to take note of all the things they hate about a certain situation, and then mentally file them away to use against you later on.

Scorpio-
Want to know if a scorpio is angry? Watch their eyes. They tend to let you know with their eyes a lot sooner than they do with the rest of their body language. Like a few signs we previously mentioned, Scorpio is another one that tends to keep shutterstock_52556002 (1)their anger on lockdown. For a time, anyway.

They tend to get angry in their head first, then they plan their next actions accordingly.

Sometimes their only action is to chew you out in their mind without saying a word. Other times, they are just quiet because they are planning their next argument in advance.

This usually happens long before they are angry enough to explode. So, if you see the angry eyes and then they get really quiet – it’s probably best to give them some space until they seek you out to talk things over.

If you try and push them into sharing their thoughts too soon, you may regret it.

Scorpios are also one of the signs that are more likely to hold long term grudges. They may forgive, but they will never, ever, forget.

Sagittarius-
Dishonesty, disloyalty, cruelty and hate speech of any kind is usually enough to anger a Sagittarius, and when a Sag gets angry they take no prisoners. When you piss one off, you know it, and you better walk away. Fast. Though, they do tend to have a lot of patience with most people so you probably won’t see them get angry very often.shutterstock_52555999

The first sign of irritation before anger arises is most likely to be overwhelming sarcasm.

If a Sagittarius is getting angry, their conversation is probably just dripping with it. Most Sag’s try to keep their anger under wraps because losing their cool can make them feel quite embarrassed after they’ve calmed down.

The most important thing to watch out for, is that they don’t create drama out of boredom.

Sag’s like problem solving and working out issues, so they can occasionally create problems at home or work without consciously intending to.

Capricorn-
Capricorns are an earth sign, so they are pretty easy going most of the time. However, they can have some rigid requirements for keeping the peace at home.

shutterstock_52556005

Most likely because they simply want their space to be kept how they like it.

You never know what will make a capricorn angry. You may not even notice when they first get angry either.

That’s because Capricorns also tend to keep their emotions bottled up. Especially the negative ones. They’d much rather sulk and give you the cold shoulder over yelling.

In the end, they may lose their cool for a second and make a big fuss, but they will get over it quickly.

They will usually forgive you after they tell you how disappointed they are in you.

Aquarius-
Aquarians really can’t stand to argue, especially when it comes to pointless arguments with stubborn people. They are the ones most likely to ignore you when they’re angry. They’d much prefer go for a walk or a drive rather than stick around and argue it out.shutterstock_52556014

If they can’t avoid what’s irritating them, they may feel cornered and explode out of sheer frustration.

They will then abruptly avoid you at all costs until they have calmed down again.

Or, they may just avoid you completely in the future. It all depends on who the argument is with. If it’s a new relationship, they may not see worth in the effort of repairing it.

Pisces-
With a Piscean it all depends on what kind of day you catch them on. Ifthey’re already having a bad day, they may explode if you set them off.

shutterstock_52555987

If their day is going either way, then most Pisceans tend to avoid confrontation at all costs.

They would much rather go have a smoke or a drink to help them calm down, rather than stick around for an argument.

If that doesn’t make them feel better, then usually a good cry will.

They are probably the sign most likely to start crying out of frustration and anger, rather than flying into a rage and smashing things. of

When it comes to grudges, Pisceans will hold them in extreme situations, but for how long all depends on the circumstances.

AVIA VENEFICA: “Moon Sign Meanings & Personality Types”

  MoonSignMeaning2

Avia Venefica seems to nail the moon sign personality traits. She sure did with mine! (Pisces) 😀

Moon signs are an astrological term indicating which zodiac sign the moon’s presence was in during the time of our birth.

You’ll know your lunar sign by the date, time and place of your birth. These details indicate the placement of the moon within the 12 zodiac signs when you were born.

For example, if the moon was stationed within the constellation of Sagittarius on your birthday, then… you guessed it, your lunar sign would be Sagittarius.

In a nutshell, a moon sign is the polarity of a sun sign (sun signs being the most commonly known, and the sign on which your horoscope in the newspapers is based).

Sun signs are assertive, active, vital, outgoing and these are the personality aspects of ourselves we willingly expose to the world around us. (see Symbolism of the Sun here)

Lunar signs, however are quite the opposite. They represent the unseen, intuitive, emotional, psychic, instinctive perspectives of our personality.

Some astrologists maintain our moon sign represents our unconscious. I don’t know if I buy that, because some of us are extremely aware of our moon-side behaviors. And, if we’re aware of a thing, we’re certainly conscious of it.

I would agree, however, that lunar signs are symbolic of our shadow selves. Those aspects we keep secret. We might even keep some of these aspects secrets from ourselves – and that would certainly go under the category of “unconscious.”

Lunar signs are connected with our primitive instinct too, and so a modicum of unconsciousness could be involved here. Many instincts can be judged as distasteful, and so the moon can hide that unpleasant aspect from ourselves.

Many of us are unwilling to investigate our moon signs for fear of touching those dark aspects of ourselves. But just because our lunar personality traits are cloaked, doesn’t mean their bad.

This is a common misunderstanding. In fact, we owe it to ourselves to explore our shadow sides. We experience unbalance by not knowing ourselves fully (light and dark) – and that unbalance can represent major problems.

Besides, lunar signs are amazing keys unlocking a myriad of mysteries within us and the world around us.

For example, our lunar sign is also a clue to our maternal instincts as well as traits we may have inherited from our mothers.

There are scads of esoteric doors that our lunar sign holds the key to unlocking.

Meaning of Astrological Moon Signs

Moon signs represent proclivities and vast potentials within us that are often obscured by a murky veil of midnight in our awareness.

Where a sun sign represents active principals of ourselves, our moon signs are far more elusive.

Some astrologists define our moon sign as our unconscious. Others say our lunar traits are primal and describe our instinctual motivations.

I say our moon sign is a vessel of promise, to be viewed through the mystical telescope of focused awareness. Once that light of awareness shines on our lunar faces, a whole new universe of self-understanding is made known to us.

The following entries are a sampling of some personality traits of moon signs.

Summary of Moon Sign Personality Traits

Aries Moon SignsMoon Signs in Aries:
You light up best when you’re recognized for your talents, but this can be a bit dodgy because Aries as your moon sign dictates a bit of modesty with your accomplishments (had you Aries in your sun, there’d be no issue with tooting your own horn). Nevertheless, you are illuminated with incredible perseverance, so even if you aren’t bragging about your inventiveness and accomplishments most people will see you shine brightly simply because you never give up, and persist in your goals. You’ve got a brilliant sense of humor that puts people at ease. This is a good thing because your exuberance and full-on voltage is sometimes off-putting to more sedate or reserved people. But you can’t be asked to hold back from your electric impulsiveness – you absolutely must express yourself. You do this exceedingly well in group projects – you are a consummate cheerleader; always motivating the group.

Taurus Moon SignsMoon in Taurus:
Your moon side becomes illuminated when you are clear about your place, and where you stand within the grand scheme of things. You like utter honesty, and if you feel mind games are being played, you want no part of it. You tend to be very classy, with killer taste in design, fashion, art, etc. In fact, you need to surround yourself with refinery and loveliness. Otherwise, you’ll pick up on lower energies and dingy or sullied environments will send you to an abyss of depression. Taurean moon signs have notorious inner-wisdom. Your job is to trust that inner-knowing (because often these signs lack the conviction behind their gut instincts) because you are always dead-right. Do not make a move until you feel it is right on a visceral level. It’s your gift, and a fantastic tool for self-preservation. Trust your inner guidance, always.

Gemini Moon SignsMoon Signs in Gemini:
Your mind is as sharp and clear as the fullest moon in the sky on a crystal-bright night. With this kind of mental alacrity comes a tendency to over-think. And, with over-thinking comes anxiety, worry or even doubt about your own judgment. Gemini moons do best when they can balance their active minds with some sort of creative outlet. Music is particularly effective as it activates both left and right brain functions. You have remarkable communication skills. You easily speak to others with confidence, and have the uncanny ability to “know” what is being said to you – even when your mind is thinking instead of listening to what the other is saying. This makes you an effective liaison, communicator and negotiator – but to a point. Gemini moons must be heard. If you feel you aren’t being listened to, you’ll tend to retreat from the scene (rather than push your point).

Cancer Moon SignsMoon in Cancer:
You shine your brightest when your mission to help, heal and support others. Moreover, you are “over the moon” with joy when you can see all your hard work pay off. You need to see the difference you make in the lives of others – this is your highest reward. Of course, recognition for all your support and nurturing is a great motivation for you too. As a moon sign, you’re not likely to show your touchy-feely-emotional nature to others, which is ironic seeing as how you are such a great mentor and supportive ally. Give acknowledgement to your inner stirrings rather than hide them. You’ve got amazing intuitive skills and, under stress you’re known to just blurt out thoughts on your mind that are incredibly accurate on a psychic level. You can train yourself to express your intuition more fluidly and openly, but you’ve got to open up a bit, come out of your shell.

Leo Moon SignsMoon Signs in Leo:
No amount of night will dampen your gloriously bright light. You have energy that is undeniable. Indeed, if someone denies you your proper place of respect and authority, it does not bode well. You are in your element when you are being admired for your amazing wit, charm and intelligence. With your sharp intellect comes a tendency to process to quickly and this makes you miss subtle clues in communication with others. Consequently, some misunderstandings can take you completely by surprise. Just remember the phases of the moon, and train your mind to move a bit like a rolling storm (rather than at lightning speed). You like to take risks, and these usually pay off for you because you tend to be naturally lucky. Perhaps that’s why your outlook is usually optimistic.

Virgo Moon SignsMoon in Virgo:
You know how the moon orbits the earth? Well, your intuition orbits everything, and that means you’re often on “sensory overload” making you anxious and twitchy much of the time. Virgin moons tend to pick things up arbitrarily like a sponge gathers water. What’s more, you try to make sense of it all – putting chaos into order. Sorting out details and making everything tidy and logical tends to make you edgy, and others often have no idea what’s gotten you irritated. Just know you are this way, and be patient and accepting of this aspect of yourself. This kind of intuition is a gift. Work with it. And while you’re at it, ease up on the self-criticism. No one else is as harshly critical about you – so why are you being so relentless with yourself? Simply know your standards (even for yourself) are higher than everyone else’s. That means your “average” performance is actually excellence by anyone else’s standards.

Libra Moon SignsMoon Signs of Libra:
Your life is best illuminated when you keep things simple. You see tremendous beauty in the simplest elements, and seek to keep purity and clarity in place in all your dealings. Just because you have a need for simplicity doesn’t mean you’re life is uncomplicated. A moon in Libra is always looking for a yin to your yang (or vice versa). Meaning, you’re always seeking a complimentary balance to your energy – particularly in partnerships. You love a challenge, and you work very hard to balance the equation by finding solutions. This means you often attract partnerships with people who have some glaring flaws (because you know you can tip the balance and sort them out). You have incredible style too. The arts, fashion and literary excellence lures every inch of your inherent creativity and electrifies you.

Scorpio Moon SignsMoon in Scorpio:
You’ll find your more emotionally synchronized during the waning moon. This is because you process better in private, where watching eyes cannot see you. You are deeply intuitive and other people’s thoughts and feelings reveal themselves to you like curious magic. With all this information coming your way, it’s no wonder you need time alone to process everything. Your challenge is to be more forgiving of your natural cycles (you get impatient and angry with yourself – and tend to hide these feelings from others which just exacerbates your tension). You also tend to be guarded, and take great measures to manipulate your environment to match your ideal setting. And you are incredibly idealistic, which is a fabulous balance to your intensity.

Sagittarius Moon SignsMoon Signs in Sagittarius:
The moon is constantly in motion, which compounds your Sagittarian need for activity, variety and mobility. Ever the adventurer, you require life to show you excitement and high times. When things get dull, you get weary and set looking for something better, brighter. This need for shiny newness sometimes gets you into trouble because sometimes you stir the pot in the wrong direction – churning up too much activity or drama. Your saving grace is a strong sense of justice, and a love for humanity. These passions bring about your philosophical nature, which easily puts you in a position of teacher and mentor. Actually, you’re quite a brilliant tutor, and win a great deal of admiration from your followers (of which, there are many). It’s your enthusiasm that holds people in rapt attention of you and your teachings.

Capricorn Moon SignsMoon in Capricorn:
To those who don’t know you well, you appear as cool as the moon. In control, self-disciplined and dignified, you are often mistaken as unfeeling. You’re extremely productive, capable and thorough. This means you make everything you do look easy, which can also put people off. They have no idea beneath your cool exterior you are pragmatically planning the next five moves in your strategy to accomplish your goals. And accomplish goals is a forte. A unique mixture of patience, willingness and dogged determination usually insures victory. You’re also remarkably dependable; others naturally seek you out for guidance and advice. Your special ability to stay collected under pressure makes you a fantastic leader. You also win respect from your peers easily because you don’t just talk the talk (you rarely boast), you actually walk the walk. You prove your value through consistent action. People really look up to you for that, and admire your integrity.

Aquarius Moon SignsMoon Signs in Aquarius:
Nothing much gets past you, particularly when communicating with others. You’re the one who hears what a person is saying, but is also knows what is unsaid. I’d hate to play poker with you because you’re the one who knows everybody’s tells and quirky mannerisms. It’s the moon that enhances your knack for perception, and the Aquarian nature is to intellectualize what you’re perceiving. So, it only makes sense you are able to “read” people to the extreme. In fact, a lot of your decisions and actions are based on unseen intellect. This makes you look a wee bit daft or eccentric to others. Odds are you don’t mind the label – maybe even relish it. Although you have brilliant perception of what others are all about, you never use it for ill will. Quite the contrary. You are a humanitarian, and easily serve as a catalyst for positive change in the lives of those around you. You also give off a comforting, secure vibe that puts people at ease and makes them trust you. This enhances your ability to help others.

Pisces Moon SignsMoon in Pisces:
You live on the darker side of the moon and tend to be reserved, sometimes downright withdrawn. Some people mistake this for shyness, but that’s really not the case. You’re just sensitive. Deeply sensitive. In fact, you have a vein of psychic gold that is so accurate, it’s scary even to yourself at times. You are incredibly gifted in your powers of observation. Even better, you are incredibly shrewd, you make accurate assessments and have sound judgment. This unique combination makes you a force to be reckoned with, but you tend to use your powers in creative ways. As long as others allow you to work and play in your own unique way you’re able to remain pretty content. However, if pushed into conformity, or criticized can unleash a raging sea of animosity. No one can blame you though because you have such a unparalleled perspective of the world – you really deserve to dance to your own specialized music and rhythm.
