“The primary goal for NAA at this time is to get humans to run as much artificial frequency throughout their body as possible, to infect their process of thinking and brain function, to transition easily to hive mind control programs. Many consumer products or plant substances being promoted in new age and spiritual communities are designed to activate latent addiction behavior, to keep the person on the hamster wheel of addiction, looping in some kind of destructive behavior or bad habit. All addictions or regular use of any kind of consciousness altering substance, whether alcohol, Marijuana, cocaine, crystal meth, MDMA or the many labbed substances used today in the clubbing environments, can lower the persons frequency to such level they can be manipulated through spiritual Attachments, parasites, Possessions or taken over by a reptilian entity that uses the body as a host. Drug use allows the astral manipulation of the subject through the lowering of their lightbody frequency to levels that vibrationally connect with that particular type of entity. The increased spreading of synthetic Marijuana and genetically modified marijuana, have severe impacts to bio-neurological functioning, impairing Executive Function and decision making. It is usually an astral enlightenment program to trick the person into believing their artificially induced spiritual and altered consciousness state is real. Many times the person is being behaviorally conditioned that drug use is cool, hip or expanding to Consciousness, when it is actually setting up Consciousness Traps on the astral plane. Consciousness altering substances used during rituals are used in order to contact non-human intelligences, of which most of the time are very low level spirits, demonics and reptilians. Drugs used in ritual can be considered a form of Black Magic. Ayahuasca, other ceremonial shamanic plants and psychedelic drugs are high risk behaviors that invite Attachments, Addiction Webbing and Possession for human beings on the planet during the Ascension Cycle at this time. Ayahuasca plant spirit has been hijacked by many of the dark avatars and the consortium of NAA entities that are on this planet during the Ascension Cycle looking to harvest Soul bodies and the possibility to take over the physical body. It is designed to interfere with true spiritual communication links and shut off the neurological communication functions between the person’s consciousness and their higher spirit. It will install its own software programs to run the body, and brain in the autonomic functions of the Central Nervous System. This combination makes it easy to trick, deceive and hijack that person’s lightbody, Brain Waves and belief systems. The Ayahuasca plant is connected to a massive spirit, that has grown in size from many people being falsely lead on this path and taking it at high quantities during this time. The design of this plant ceremony in most common cases, is that the spirit of the plant is manipulated by negative forces that want the original consciousness of the person taking the drug to leave the body and/or change Timelines. The goal for the Imposter Spirit that want to take over the human body either in the current time, or in the future timelines, use the Ayahuasca plant to act as its conduit and dark portal opening to allow access into the inner spiritual sanctum of that person. From the Guardian Krystal Star host perspective, Ayahuasca should be avoided and steps taken to understand its true energetic signature and know who is behind its aggressive promotion in the spiritual communities. If a person is saturated with artificial frequencies, they become very low frequency. This low frequency impacts the quality and substance of their thoughts, until their thoughts become totally artificially generated. Their thoughts will not be their own and they may perceive false holograms or receive false messages directing them to create harm to themselves or others. “There are many things that weaken our general health and wellbeing, through the weakening and fracturing of the human energy field or aura. When we develop self-awareness and learn basic spiritual housekeeping, one can be proactive in generating a strong aura, which increases energetic balance and health in every layer of the multidimensional bodies. These are the most common causes of a weak aura, which contribute to a weak immune system in the body. Some people may have weaker immune systems genetically; others may have weaker immune systems because of viral or bacterial infections. The growing diseases in the population today are the result of the continual violation of natural laws, and the repeated violations made against the constitution of humankind, at personal and collective consciousness levels that interconnect through cause and effect in the timelines. The Immune System is a host defense system comprising many biological structures and processes within an our bodily matrices that protect us against disease. To function properly, an immune system must detect a wide variety of agents, known as pathogens, from viruses to parasitic worms, and distinguish them from the body’s own healthy tissue. The immune system protects the human body from infection with layered defenses of increasing specificity. In simple terms, the immune system generates physical barriers that prevent pathogens such as bacteria and viruses from entering the body and spreading throughout the body, which stops infection from going systemic. Some people may have weaker immune systems genetically; others may have weaker immune systems because of viral or bacterial infections. As a basic guideline for building a stronger immunity, lets look at some physical body goals that can be implemented immediately.

Stage 1- Physical Body Goals

Increase physical body awareness and needs to optimize and nurture your physical body function, so it can operate at the level you require of it.
Identify nutrients, foods, cleanses, physical supports such as exercise, sunlight, therapies, healing modalities, sharing love and laughter with others and pets, that which increases your joy and physical wellbeing.
Commit to healing and supporting your physical self as a priority.
Educate yourself about detoxification, cleansing and the relationship between physical parasites and energetic parasites.
Use common sense for implementing healthier strategies; don’t smoke, don’t take drugs and avoid alcohol and sugar. Get adequate sleep, promote a healthy and still mind, consume the healthiest foods and purest water available to you, promote gut health with probiotics, wash hands frequently and be hygienic, get regular exercise, manage stress, and try to find humor and laughter more often. ^[1]^[2]

Weaken Aura, Weaken Immunity

When you have been exposed to any circumstance that has weakened your aura which commonly will also weaken your physical immunity, it is helpful to support your physical body in so to know how to better strengthen your immunity. First, identify any physical weaknesses you may pinpoint and implement a basic physical support strategy for increasing wellness. When we pay attention to our body, many times we will get clear guidance on simple steps we can take to make our body stronger. Investigate the ways you can strengthen and purify the physical body for building a stronger immunity, which also helps to build a stronger spiritual foundation and repel energetic harassment.^[3]

The Basic Energy Scan is a Technique to improve your HSP Skill and to retrieve impressions from Energy Signatures in people, places things and entities.

• Prepare with your 12D Shielding process.

• Bring into your inner vision a White Sphere or Ball of Energy and visualize or intend this White Sphere of your consciousness to rest in your 3rd Eye, your sixth Chakra.

• Breathe and focus on the White Ball in your Third Eye, focus on your sensation of it.

• With your mind focused on the White Sphere Symbol, program the White Sphere Energy Ball with the command “I intend this White Ball Symbol to be in Alignment, Wholeness and Purity with my Highest God Purpose. I AM GSF.”

• Now exhale and move the White Sphere of Energy down from your 3rd eye and into your Heart center or 4th Chakra. Breathe naturally while you connect with the symbol and sense this aspect of your conscious energy field residing in your heart complex.

• Now call to mind a person, place, event or object that you are intending to scan. Visualize or intend that the object of your scan is standing in front of you or within your view.

• Focusing on your heart center, exhale a small white cord thread to connect to the object of the scan and then send out your White Ball Symbol through the cord to overlay the object of your energy scan.

• As you inhale into your heart, allow yourself to receive some impressions of the object’s energy signature, as well as pay attention to what color your White Ball Sphere starts to turn.

• You may start to “feel” a range of perceptual feelings or emotion around the object.

• Does it feel in alignment or resonance with you? Notice the White Sphere of Energy and look at its color. If it remains white and feels strong it is in alignment with you. Depending on its shape or shade of gray to dark, will be its level of purity or resonance for your being.

Practice with this technique and it will become entrained in your neurological system. You will be able to begin to read basic energy signatures very quickly. This will give you another level of energy discernment when presented with choice or decision.

As you become more advanced you will start to see the color wave spectrum of the object and it will discern what frequency and dimension this “information” or energy is sourcing from. [1]

The NAA promote substance abuse in all of its forms in order to gain full control over the human body, especially the sexual organs and brain waves. The increased spreading of synthetic Marijuana and genetically modified marijuana, have severe impacts to bio-neurological functioning, impairing Executive Function and decision making.

It is noted that people that have endured severe trauma based mind control like SRA and are in severe physical pain, that some drugs can be helpful during the therapeutic state of intending to heal deep spiritual Trauma and address painful memories. However, drug use for therapeutic means should be temporary water wings and not made a permanent crutch, which sets up long term addictive states. Addictions severely weaken the Lightbody and lower the overall fundamental frequency of the consciousness and body.

LISA RENEE: “12-D Shield”

This is the foundation technique suggested to use as a protective shield to strengthen and grow your Lightbody as well to utilize before you do any other healing, energy work or modality. The 12D Shield is an organic part of every human beings Lightbody which can be repaired and activated when using the inner focusing 12D shield technique. The frequency of which activates this horizontal shield and its vertical light pillar is platinum white in its frequency spectrum color. The 12D Ray current was returned to portions of the earth grid, therefore returned to humanity in early 2000.

Merkaba Star

Six Pointed Star, 12D Platinum White Ray
A Six Pointed Star. This geometry means Unity, unity of polarity coming into oneness with God. In the earlier stages of building the divine krystic 12D Shield, the Merkaba Star or Star of David is the symbol code called upon to support the path of energetic synthesis, to bring unity within the lightbody. The Star of David means unity between male and female, the geometry directs balance between the masculine and feminine energies that exist within every human being, whether male or female form. All humans are intrinsically made up of Gender Principle energies, masculine and feminine, of which are designed to come into sacred union or hierogamic union in order to communicate with the highest self, the inner Christos-Sophia light.

12D Ray

This 12D White Ray (a ray is a term for an energetic particle wave spectrum) is the consciousness unit and a level of our being that manifests on the 12th Dimension. The 12D Ray holds the imprint of all 144 Subharmonic Strings from all 12 dimensions in the Universal Time Matrix. It is the first dimension of individuation on which the original divine blueprint for humanity was created as a 12 DNA Strand Avatar. The Threefold Founder Flame, Prime creator merged Blue Ray (13D), Gold Ray (14D) and Violet Ray (15D). These three primal sound fields created all of our 15 Dimensional model of our Universal Time Matrix to create the Divine Monadic Blueprint for the Human Krystal Star or Christos Consciousness Being. This is also known as the Silicate Matrix, the Crystalline Body holding the codes of the Eternal Christ principle. Eternal Life Ever Flowing into the expansion of One Source. As we work with this 12D Ray and 12D Shield we reconnect the memory of our Silicate Matrix Crystalline Body into embodiment. This becomes more powerful during Ascension cycles.

12D Expands into Transit Gate

Once a person is attuned and working with the 12D shield daily, the Lightbody becomes aligned to the 12D Ray this starts to build the spiritual foundation for the Soul, Monad and Avatar bodies. See Ascension Stages. At a certain level of proficiency, one can utilize the 12D Shield as a Transit Gate Vortex, or a Shadow Gate. This is a vortex set up specifically to clear low vibration energies, entities, and negativity from the space one has commanded with the 12D shield as GSF. We call that Commanding Personal Space with a boundary test using the GSF triad. This means one is stating that one chooses the consent and authority of God-Sovereign Free- which is aligned to the Law of One, therefore the Christ. To clear out lower frequencies, misplaced entities, misqualified or negative energies that accumulate in a room, space and group aura field exposed to higher frequencies.

Directing Energy

It is a persons directed and focused attention, not muscular control or use of force, which accesses the inner sensory ability to control the movement of life force or chi energy. When the mind is developed and disciplined, and thus calmed and centered, by focusing the mind, one can direct energy and life force very specifically.

When the mind has been mastered, a person will conquer restlessness and boredom. When you learn to control the energy you are able to control the states of Consciousness.

The first stages of Directing Energy is concentration. Bringing your focus is a direction of personal will towards sustaining mental effort. This is concentration. Tension will arise in the body, as you notice this tension building, it is building the inner vibration which manifests as a result of the concentrated effort made in the physical body. Notice the tension building and then allow the body to release that tension fully, in order to achieve deeper relaxation. Relax and let go, falling deeper into relaxation, letting go of the mental and physical body and then feel. Allow the sensory feeling of that moment to reveal to you impressions, sensing the feelings in that moment.

The power of the force of Love is key that unlocks every door in the Universe. When we can access the power of Love we are capable to accomplish almost anything. When intending to direct energy, bring feelings of love and devotion to the process.

The Medulla Oblongata is at the base of the brain stem that acts as the energy receiver of cosmic energy. Bring to your mind the life force energy coming into the medulla oblongata and being directed to your body parts. When feeling unwell, imagine the Cosmic Consciousness streaming into the back of your head and projecting itself throughout your body parts and areas that feel blocked or unwell. This helps to develop ones skill at directing life force energy, such as the 12D Shield within the self and the environment.

Discernment of Directing Energy

In regard to the use of Creation Symbols or those sacred geometries that are hijacked for negative purposes, such as STS and for Black Magic, this is something that each one of us has to find personal Discernment in what we connect with and what we feel connected to. Generally, what is a potent way to gain deeper clarity, is to first stabilize the body and to learn how to be consistent with your 12D Shielding and to use it as a Boundary Test with what is known as the GSF triad, which is God Sovereign Free. When you encrypt your 12D Shield with God Sovereign Free, what you are basically saying, is “I’m only allowing that which interacts with me to be in full resonance with God Sovereign Free”. When you are able to develop some proficiency with that, doing a 12D shield encrypted with your God Sovereign Free triad and then you use this as a boundary test for sacred geometries or anything else to get better discernment about the quality of energy. Anything that you come across, you want to feel what level of resonance you have with it, and to feel and discern the body’s resonance to this coding or symbolism because of the reversals, some of which has been discussed many times in regard to the Metatronic Reversal field.
