ERIC RAINES: “The Importance of Now”

“One of the most powerful things you can do as a reality co-creator, is to exist in the eternal NOW. Move through each moment of your life as if you were a child experiencing everything for the first time. See things as they are, not with what previous biases say that they are. Look for the magical shapes and faces inside of the clouds instead of labeling them ‘clouds’. Look for the mystery in the way the trees move and are guided along through divine patterning instead of just walking next to the ‘trees’. Experience the wonder of a child, truly embedded in the NOW.”

~Eric Raines

In the scientific and Spiritual communities, it is fairly common knowledge that time truly does not exist. Time has been manipulated into a single flow of point A to point B, instead of the all encompassing essence of the infinite, or the eternal NOW. What most have not been able to grasp, is that simply by existing inside of time and accepting it as fundamental in how your reality functions, you are opening yourself up to multiple access points.

One of the most powerful things you can do as a reality co-creator, is to exist in the eternal NOW. Move through each moment of your life as if you were a child experiencing everything for the first time. See things as they are, not with what previous biases say that they are. Look for the magical shapes and faces inside of the clouds instead of labeling them “clouds”. Look for the mystery in the way the trees move and are guided along through divine patterning instead of just walking next to the “trees”. Experience the wonder of a child, truly embedded in the NOW.

It is only when we step into time, once we cross over into the adult world of work, bills, and increasing pressures, does time begin to hold sway. The age old adage of “Once you turn 18, time just goes faster and faster.” explains everything. As a child, 5 minutes can feel like a half hour or sometimes even longer, simply because we have no other worries than doing exactly what we are doing right then and there. It is only when we are older and have time limits and deadlines that we impose on ourselves every day does time begin to infect our consciousness. This is the fundamental barrier between the childhood consciousness where everything is possible and magic is only around the corner, to the fully sterile, sanitized, compartmentalized and fractured “adult” mentality

In a place of frantic rushing, we cannot find stillness.

In a place of worry outside of the now (fear of the future, regret of the past), we cannot find peace.

In a place of rigidity, we cannot enjoy the flow.

In a place of hate, we cannot find a smile

In a place of closemindedness, we cannot understand the deeper nature of what is real and what is not.

By stepping into the NOW, by experiencing THIS MOMENT as fully as possible, you automatically phase out the list above. In the NOW as fully as possible, there is no frantic rushing. There is no place to be other than right here, right now, thus the term “late” does not even exist. Focus on what you have control over in the moment. If you are “late”, turning yourself into an emotional and energetic nuclear explosion serves nothing but the entities that are feeding on that resonance. Breathe. You will arrive when you arrive.

By stepping into the NOW, there is no past, there is no future, there is only direct 5D experience. Fear of what is coming and regret at what has been cannot exist, simply because the direct experience of the NOW, with 100% of your focus firmly placed there is all there is. There is no time to worry, because you are outside of time.

By stepping into the NOW, we immerse ourselves in the experience. Completely immersed in the moment means that you are directly dialed into the nuances of the experience, completely in tune, yet not micro-managing the event….completely in sync, yet not directing. This allows for simul-flow, or direct reaction to the NOW without thought or intention….it is a state of just being. In this state, true physical magic is possible.

By stepping into the NOW, there is no place for grudges or building resentments. In the now, you are in a constant state of shifting to accommodate the container (water flows into the teapot, it becomes the teapot. Water flows into the cup, it becomes the cup). If there was emotional friction in one moment, in the next moment there is only cooperation because there is no past in the NOW. With no preconceived biases or stereotypes, we meet each other as people, not categories. People are naturally generous, happy, compassionate and loving….when they stem from the NOW.

By stepping into the NOW, there is no trying to fit the situation into your understanding of how things are. By stepping into the NOW, you see things for what they truly are, not what your belief system dictates is real. This by far is the most important thing you can do for yourself while in this reality. By releasing the agreements that the collective consciousness has imposed on our reality, we can then see into the heart of this Matrix. By becoming aware of the parasitic construct, we now have the power to do something about it. Energy flows where attention goes, and the parasitic construct has more light and attention on it right now than ever before.

Stay in the NOW dear ones. Breathe. Experience fully. Observe in wonder. Spark the inner child back to life. We got this

From my heart to yours,
Eric

JESSICA KLASSEN: “Allowing Nature To Be The Example For Our Children’s Bright Future”

“If we look at Nature, we see that absolutely everything within it is important and there for a reason. As we are all a part of Nature, this means that we are important and here for a reason as well.”

This is one of the key lessons that I teach, not only to my own 3 children, but to all of the children that I meet when I am touring with my book, “The Sapling.”

There is nothing within Nature that happens by accident.  It is all planned and perfection.  We are the same.  There are no accidental or extra people on this Earth.

We all arrive with a gift to share, which is why it is so important that we grow into who we truly are, just like a tree, for example.  Because if a tree did not grow into their full potential, we would all be denied their gifts, and look at how many of us would suffer.  The rest of the world actually depends on us being true to ourselves.

And what about those people of the world who don’t seem to be contributing?

They are simply not in touch with who they really are and the true desires of their heart.  When we turn to Nature and truly connect with the Earth, we become centered, grounded, and compassionate human beings.  It is hard to deny our Soul’s longing within the authenticity of Nature.

“The Sapling” follows the journey of a little tree who feels small in a big world and becomes afraid to grow.  With the encouragement of her friend, the Big Tree, she realizes there is nothing to fear and becomes the Tree she is meant to be.

As I’ve been touring schools, libraries, and daycares, I have been sharing this story as well as the lessons in energy and Nature communication.  I absolutely love connecting with children and feel that I am learning more than I am teaching.  I am happy to say that I have been pleasantly surprised at most places.  I can see that the parents and teachers have been making Nature a priority within these children’s lives.  These children are open and happy.

In others, unfortunately, even the children have become jaded and cynical, convinced that all that exists is what they can see, and even this is with a negative slant.  This, of course, is no fault of their own.  When I tell them that trees can talk to us, or that it was the trees who shared the idea for my book with me, they blurt out “that’s impossible!”

Such a sad statement from a little mouth.  This is the time of their life when they should be reinforced with the knowledge that all things are possible.

Many schools and daycare centers are taking regular Nature walks and implementing gardens.  I truly appreciate these wonderful teachers who are making the basic life skills and birthright of growing our own food a priority.  Especially for the children who are not fortunate enough to learn these skills at home.

I have actually had some children ask me, “why would you grow it yourself when you can just go buy it?”  When I reply that the veggies from the garden, either theirs or a local grower, are not only tastier but are more nutritious because they are fresh and grown in kinder conditions, they look at me as though I am some sort of alien.

I have been left questioning the motives of some teachers who are discouraging having gardens for the students because they “don’t have time” or “can’t be bothered.”  Is the role of a teacher not to teach?  Learning how to connect with the Earth and grow your own food, literally reap what you sow and see the rewards of your efforts, should be the basis of all curriculum.  Where would any of us be without nutritous food?

I was speaking with a group of students recently, aged 12-14, and teaching them about Energy and how important healthy food is to maintain a harmonious and balanced life.

Their teacher, a morbidly obese woman, was sitting at her desk during this lesson, sucking on a can of Coca-Cola, proudly declaring that she was diabetic.

Thankfully, her students looked as disgusted as I was.

In my opinion, she should not be allowed to have this kind of toxic influence upon children.  Not only that, I feel that if you know what is bad for you and you still refuse to clean up your lifestyle, you should be denied healthcare in regards to the health issue that you yourself are denying taking action towards reversing.  If you want to willingly poison yourself and destroy the vessel you were granted, go for it.  But I shouldn’t have to pay for it. I haven’t visited a doctor in years, and it is not just because I was blessed with good health.  I have made a conscious, daily lifestyle choice to honor and respect my body.

In Canada we have free health care, which is a wonderful thing for some, but has also allowed others to be irresponsible.  When you are hurt in an automobile accident and take disability because you are unable to work, you are watched quite closely to ensure that you are not “cheating the system.”  Perhaps the same should happen to those with diagnosed health issues.  They should be monitored to ensure they are following a plan of exercise and healthy diet, rather than happily taking the prescriptions and not changing anything else.

Needless to say, it is obvious that many of our teachers need to be de-programmed from our dysfunctional society.

I often ask Nature what needs to be shared, or what we need to know.  The most recent message I was given was in regards to communicating with Nature, as well as with our own Souls.  I was told, “The clearer your energy, the easier it will be.  Think about it.  How well can you communicate with someone who is drunk or stoned?  This is how many of you appear.”

I take it that Nature sees many of us in a stupor, either from unhealthy food with additives and preservatives, drugs, both prescription and recreational, as well as our environment and unhealthy habits, be it smoking, gossip, or attachments to drama.

I absolutely love the way in which Nature speaks; straightforward and no-nonsense.

And this leads to Nature’s next message;

“Life’s only requests are that we show up and give our best.”

So how do we show up and give our best?

Bringing awareness to our Energy has become the basis of my teachings now, both with children and Nature Communication workshops.

Basically, we need to clean ourselves up first.  This is how we will rise to our greatest potential.  The Trees shared with me the importance of humanity understanding their Energy, and to become aware of what they were putting out into the world, and what they were taking in.

Some basics that I share to help others notice their Energy and bring it into/maintain balance:

Earthing:

Getting outside and noticing the natural world around us does wonders for our Energy bodies, and especially if we can do so in barefeet.  As we are natural conductors, being that we are mostly made of water, we need to ground this energy out, and unless we are barefoot on the Earth, it is very hard to do.

When I make my visits, most kids LOVE to be barefoot, but many reply that their mothers do not allow it.  Sometimes it is because they once happened to step on a bee or got a sliver.  These random occurrences should not keep us from connecting with the Earth and absorbing her healing energies.  Earthing has been proven to release inflammation from our bodies and reduce the risk of many common diseases, such as cancer.

In cold climates, such as Canada, going barefoot year round is not an option, but we have other ways we can ground our energy.  Simply placing our hands upon a tree or a rock and asking them to ground us will do the trick as well.  Grounding also helps us to release the energy of others that we have picked up as well.

Eating Healthy:

As mentioned earlier, eating healthy, living food, especially if it was grown yourself, is the greatest gift you can give to your body.  Also, do yourself a favour and toss the microwave.  They really do just scramble the Energy of our food and kill it.  What is left is a toxic “filler” that will not nourish you, but instead slowly poison you.

Love Yourself:

As love is the most powerful energy of all, self-love keeps our energy bright and strong, fending off illness and revealing the true purpose of our hearts.  It allows us to overcome all fears and obstacles.  I would have never followed through with publishing my book if it was not for the daily practice of repeating “I love myself”, as well as looking myself in the eyes in front of a mirror while saying it.  It truly moves mountains.  Just as Nature has self-love and total confidence in her abilities, so should we.

Clean Environment:

Whether this is your home, your habits, or the people in your life, your environment should reflect the inner work that you are doing.  Also, turn off wi-fi when you can, and limit time spent on all gadgets.  When I place my hand near a device with wi-fi, it literally hurts.  Our children are far more sensitve than we are, so even if they don’t realize it, it’s hurting them.

Understanding Energy:

Understanding the basics of Energy, such as, what we put out we attract back to ourselves.  When the Trees shared this importance with me, they showed me how we all have these many pathways extending out from ourselves, much like the branches of a tree.  As many of us are unaware of what we are putting out there, or “feeding” we often attract and create more situations that are unfavorable without even realizing it.  These pathways of Energy are similar to a stream of water.  We can stop feeding them and dry them up, or we can feed them and make them like a raging river.  It is truly our choice what kind of pathways we wish to feed.

It is also important that we understand that Energy never dies, it only transforms.

I recently once again learned this lesson.  It was in regards to a stand of Oak trees that I tried desperately to save from being bulldozed.  Sadly, I didn’t succeed.  Not long ago I drove by where they used to stand and I felt that same pain in my heart for them.  I felt that I had failed them.  Then I was suddenly flooded with the awareness that all of my fighting and tears that I cried was not in vain.  That Energy was not lost.  It is now fueling and supporting the work I am doing with “The Sapling.”  It is strengthening my reach and the message of the trees.

Change the Way You Look at Nature and Yourself:

When we learn to observe without judgement and with appreciation for what we see, Nature quickly reveals that what you look at will change for the better.  Wildlife will be attracted to you, people will surprise you in the greatest of ways, and you will do the same when you start to look at yourself this way.

We know when someone looks at us in a special way, and we naturally respond.  I remember how my grandparents used to look at me with such wonder and gratitude.  And I feel that I was often the brightest version of myself in their presence.  Nature will do the same. It is as though she says, “Well if you think that is beautiful, then check this out!”

As I spend more and more time with more and more children, I realize that they know all of this but simply need the permission to feel it.  To be reassured that magic is real and is found in the natural world all around us, and therefore within us as well.  This is why I will have them feel their energy body within their hands.  In this way they can feel something without seeing it.

I love watching their faces light up as they exclaim, “I can feel it!”  They will share how their hands are either tingling, pulling, throbbing, being pulled together or throwing off sparks.  I let them know that there is no wrong way to feel it, as everyone is different and unique.  And even if they don’t feel it in their hands, it’s likely that they feel their energy flowing in their scalp, their feet, or in their chest.

It is fun to know that Nature can feel our Energy, either within our touch, our thoughts, our words, or even when we look at it.  And the most comforting thing that I have learned is that Nature longs to feel us, our touch, and to absorb our Light.  We are truly meant for one another, and living in harmony is possible once again for humanity to achieve, so long as our our children, the next caretakers, understand that this is not only possible, but necessary for our happiness and continued life upon this Earth.

I love teaching children that they have an impact on the world-as everything they think, say, feel, and do is Energy, and therefore affects the world around them.

I like to ask, “what kind of impact would you like to have on the world?”

As Nature keeps us in true, uninterrupted contact with our Highest potential, I find it no surprise that in all legends and many stories from our ancestry, that the “wise ones, wizards, and healers” almost always lived in seclusion in the woods.  In this way, they stayed true to what was important, away from the programming and trappings of society.

They were able to commune with Nature and hear her wisdom, and in this way, help others.

The time for change is now.  Nature is here to assist and help us through this window if we are willing.

She wants us to succeed and rise to our greatest potential, as she can see us, the true us that is Divine.  She hurts for what we have become just as any parent would hurt for their children.

It is my hopes that all children never lose their sense of wonder and the knowing that this world is a magical place to be, so long as they keep their eyes, ears, and heart open to the truth.

I hope that you have found this helpful!  I would love to hear from you via my website http://www.jessieklassen.com.  While there, feel free to sign up for my free weeklyish newsletter where I share my lessons and experiences from living a life close to Nature.

CONSCIOUS REMINDER: “Amazing Tree Energy — How Trees Help Us Heal”

Trees are the most spiritually advanced living beings on the Earth who are constantly in a meditative state and subtle energy is what they speak as a language.

Trees can help open your energy channel and help them reciprocate with healing their blockages. A relationship with the tree is a mutually beneficial one which needs to be nourished.

Healing Abilities Of A Tree

Taoist masters observe that trees not only have the power to convert Carbon Dioxide into Oxygen but they have the capacity to absorb any negative energy and convert into something useful. The trees are firmly rooted in the earth and the more firmly the trees are rooted into the earth, higher they reach the heavens above. Trees are the wisest absorbing the vital energies from the earth and universal forces from the higher dimensions.

Tree: Healer And Friend

As a spiritually advanced living being, they co-exist with nature and human beings. Trees are quite intelligent and they do have a sense of touch and feel and they have conscious emotions too. Trees have the ability to calm you down when you are under the weather and they can also end all your miseries — however, this relationship needs to build up.

Choose A Tree To Work With

Through the time in history, trees have been used for various healing and medicinal purposes and for this the bugger trees have always been the best choice, especially the Pine trees.

They radiate Chi, nourish the blood system, strengthen the nervous system and ensure longevity. These trees fill the soul and our spirit. Pines are the immortal trees. Although pine trees are mostly the best choice, many other trees or plants can be used. The larger trees contain the most energy. Among the most powerful are trees growing near running water. Some trees feel warmer or hotter than others; some feel cooler or colder than others.

Here are certain trees that have the energy to heal and you can choose one among them to work with:

1. Cypresses and cedars lower the temperature and feed Yin energy.

2. The Willows help fight the dry winds to eliminate excess moisture from the body, reduce blood pressure, and strengthen the urinary tract and bladder.

3. The Elms calm the mind and strengthen the stomach.

4. Maples fight the dry winds and help reduce the pain

5. Banyan trees (Indian Fig) purify your heart and help eliminate bodily moisture.

6. Cinnamon can remove the cold from the heart and the stomach

7. Fir trees help to absorb bruises to reduce sweating and first heal bone fractures.

8. Hawthorns help digestion, strengthen the intestine and fight low blood pressure.

9. Birches lower body temperature, eliminate body moisture and help detoxify the body.

10. The Prunes feed the spleen, the stomach, the pancreas and calm the mind.

Establishing A Communication With A Tree

To communicate with a Tree, you have to have the heart to understand they are as human in their emotions than you can believe. When you talk to a tree, you will notice that they respond. As you choose to begin working with a tree, you have to see to the fact that a tree is nothing but a counter part of you and they are all but trying to tell you to be humble and humane with them.

They have the power to unlock your intuition and help you in your spiritual journey.

SERENA WOODS: “The Trees Will Teach You Telepathy”

tree telepathy2 (6).jpg

Have you ever wondered what “telepathy” really means? Have you ever experienced it? Have you ever wanted to experience it? Well you can, and you should.

Telepathy is commonly known as ”mind to mind” communication, without the sounds of linguistics or speaking, it is an instant form of transference of thoughts and senses. Some think it is merely ”language-less”…..it is not. Telepathy alone may be, but Empathic Telepathy is a language full of silent communion and it is this form that is natural to us.

Some of us know that thought-forms can be transferred from person to person, and even some technologies have been developed which can do this. And there are spiritual beings and entities who can be telepathic with us. They can transfer either thoughts or feelings, or both. This is a mixed cornucopia of input.

But what I am talking about is Empathic Telepathy which is natural and organic to living beings, a way of being that is fulfilling, and we can Be this way with all Living Beings.

Nature has a language that communicates itself through its sounds, scents and colors, textures and more….including its history and panoramic complexities of sentience we are at a loss to detect much less describe, and whose composition is communicated often so profoundly beautifully, countless poems throughout history have been written in humble attempts to write in words what all has been received. Many readers of such poems sense the beauty of them but it is mostly the writers response to their communion with Nature which is being conveyed through the poems and often apologetically for an egregiously inept ability to capture in writing all that was received. The reader cannot experience what has been telepathically conveyed to the writer, only what the writer has sensed and is trying to convey. This is second hand but it is still rich.

Empathic Telepathy is more than transference of thought, this is a sad left brained (sans-sentience) explanation. It is communion, communion of the highest order. It is a ”language” of a multi complexity of feelings within and around the communicator which includes the entire spectrum of experience of what is being communicated. A higher consciousness being, especially those of the Natural Kingdoms have many senses, and many of these can be expressed. You not only get the thoughts around the communication, you get all the sentience that occurred at the moment of the experience being expressed, as well as the current feelings of the one communicating. Often what has been conveyed includes history. It is a sentient rich communion between those who are expressing, of feelings, thoughts, ideas, scents, and sounds all simultaneously, ambient with the communicators unique sensations, surpassing space and time, in an instant.

You may have noticed I am using the term communicator and not just ”person” as it is certainly not limited to people. Telepathy is achieved most successfully with not only people, but with animals, and the Green Kingdoms, and Mineral and Etheric Kingdoms.

This involves listening rather than merely hearing.

Listening and hearing are two different things. Hearing is the detection of audible sound being spoken whose words are open to infinite interpretation. Such communications when received with a tempered mind is hearing only. You have often heard people say “I hear you” and yet you find yourself feeling a void, waiting for appropriate response and left unfulfilled.

Listening involves sentient rich receptivity and is deliciously complex and filling.

Empathic Telepathy is not just ”mind to mind” communication but consciousness to consciousness. This involves a greater use of the brain, a multi sensory complexity within the body with which we are naturally endowed.

The loss of telepathy and empathy comes from all institutionalized forms of ”education” and ”training”. These are processes that temper ones mind much like a steel blade is made. It is hammered and pounded, and heated, and hammered and pounded, over and over, on and on….until it becomes a blade. It has been tempered and molded by the black-smith. And so the steely mind has been indoctrinated and inculcated into being left brain dominant being likened more to a computing processor. This is a form of mind control. These are well funded and organized institutions whose goal is to make you learn what they want you to learn, most if not all of it lies, for at the very least it is incomplete. It is not education, is it fractionalized and desensitization.

Even those who consider themselves smart will hear a stream of words from a speaker and often formulate a response before one has even finished speaking. This is computing. It has a projectile nature of being a one way transaction. It is box like and of the intellect alone. It is the way of the black-word smithy to form minds into computized instruments. Information bits are chosen and pieced together and spun into deliberate creations with artistic license.

It is the way of the Empathic Telepath to commune openly and fully the precise truth.

Empathic Telepathy listens will full brain and body capacity and is able to receive infinitely much more information, wisdom and knowledge, sentient rich, in a nano second. Unlike the tempered steely mind which needs to acquire information and experience in a linear time/space continuum.

For Empathic Telepaths, communicating with such steely mind word smiths is entirely frustrating and fruitless. One is left with a bitter aftertaste, mixed with a complexity of discordance, a feeling of some kind of void, or being given ”spin” or manipulation.

With Empathic Telepathy there is a sweet taste left, one is left satisfied, respected and well received, filled with much more than itself, no matter the truth.

How can we become Empathic Telepaths? Where is the teacher?

Thought-forms can be conveyed by people and technologies now, it is a one way transaction projected unto another, often without our knowing, and these kinds of projectile transferences are usually of the regressive kind. I would find a more benevolent source.

To regain our natural abilities we need to first and foremost desire to be receptive as this desire is itself receptivity and one begins to open and soften the tempered mind, make it malleable again. It is a deliberate act of will and discipline. Then we need to find a source of true telepaths, and the most benign and gregarious ones will be found in Nature. Trees especially are willing to be our sources of communion again and our friends. To find out the truth of that statement you will need to experience it for yourself. No tree will lead you astray nor lie to you, nor commune to you anything that has any ”spin” or ”distortion” within it. They are as incapable of this as an infant is capable of lying.

Nature in all its forms are our relatives in truth and in essence, in physicality and in origin.

All of Nature is us, people, trees, grasses, mountains, water, plants etc, we are all of the same essence….and so they are our relatives in another form yet deeply informed of us.

Go to Nature to commune. Don’t just go to speak, but go to listen. This may take some practice for those who are not used to being receivers, but it can be done when you become soft of mind and receptive. They will find you. You will need to spend more time with Nature especially trees which are everywhere and many are willing to communicate with you, though not all. You will find only Truth.

You can nurture an opening of your mind which acts like a portal of connection with them and they will use this portal to commune with you. Sometimes this connection can happen quickly, surprisingly so, and some will need some time. A type of trust is needed to develop, not with the tree or whatever your source, but with your own mind….you must trust in your mind to become soft and vibrant with receptivity. For everyone it will be different.

But I can see a world of Empathic Telepaths coming into being, coming ”online” so to speak, and this is only the beginning of regaining our connection to Source, to our Divinity, our true Natures and to feel at home both in our own skins and on this planet we were born on. We must commune with our relatives and love them, live with them. This is harmony. When all forms of communication and communion are open, flowing in all directions and natural feelings and senses permeate our beingness, this is where we sense our Family and Love.

Blessings, Serena, Lady of the Woods
