Beyond this planet most of the extradimensional or ET species, as well as other more technologically advanced human civilizations, commonly use forms of Telepathy as the primary method of communication. “Empathic people can be hyper aware, or able to tune into other people’s moods whether they’re positive or negative energies. Without boundary setting, some mental body tools and the 12D shield the energies of other people and their thought forms and moods, their emotional states even when they are hidden in the unconsciousness layers and they’re not talking about it out loud but it’s still an energy result that’s being created and those thoughts and emotions are things and they can lodge in your light body. This is why most all empaths can remember that when you’re in a crowd, group or some kind of party atmosphere where there’s a lot of people you may feel drained, depressed or burdened with heavy energy. As a result most of us learned we had to be alone to regain our centre and find balance. We would go into our room and hide away just wanting to be left alone and get some peace and quiet. This is necessary in so that we take care of ourselves in this way creating the space for peace and quiet, a safe space for us to recover our core and centre ourselves again. Many of us in our community are empaths to a varying degree of sensitivity. First we have to know and remember that being in crowds or groups in person, being around people that are Energy Vampires is very challenging and at times it can be overwhelming. That is how it is. This is why the 12D Shielding process is so important to learn to strengthen the Aura to repel environmental or external energies. When an empathic person is stressed it is common that their empathic ability will be heightened and the boundaries lessened and this means that psychic sponging or emotional sponging may occur more easily. So, an empathic person has to be much more aware of how to self assess and administer self care because in a crowd or place that has a lot of negative energy build-up this can feel like a direct assault, attack and be totally exhausting. As a result empathic people must learn to protect their sensitivity and find energetic balance in a way that allows their nervous system and body to find states of total relaxation, inner stillness, that space of no stress or tension when the body is able to be comfortable, let go and relax.

Before we learn to identify Negative Ego thoughts and emotions in ourselves sometimes empaths take on other people’s thoughts and emotions and mistakenly think those are their own. This is why as empaths we have to self-source. We have to be self-aware so that we can tell if we are absorbing thoughts or feelings from external sources or other people or it may be coming from mind control broadcasts. Come into checking with our selves. Is this thought mine? Is this feeling mine? Where is this coming from? Empathic people may have developed a sensory ability that is more heightened than others. It’s not limited to a perceptual range of emotions. Let’s say some empaths can have a really developed sense of smell. They can get overwhelmed with that sensory overload and they react very differently to things like essential oils or perfumes or a range of aromas. One kind of empath may feel relaxed and emotionally supported by natural aromas and fragrances while another kind of empath feels assaulted by their frequencies while another empath may have sensory visual overloads where if they see images that are disturbing it is much more impactful to them because they can go into a kind of visual shock while another type of empath or non-empath would not have this kind of reaction or response to that visual stimulus. Empaths have different developmental levels in their sensitivity that can extend into different abilities that go way beyond just emotional sponging of non-visible energies.

We have an interesting situation where we are evolving into Group Consciousness as empaths and at the same time we have to learn how to function in a group without being totally overwhelmed by the group energies. I want to affirm that this is necessary and to recognize how to take care of your self better when feeling overwhelmed by group energy. You can be in a group and still learn to honour your individual self taking good care and giving yourself what you need to feel better to re-centre and rebalance. Some people in the 3D world may not understand this process or requirement so it’s up to you to enforce that boundary for your own health and sanity. Explain to others what you need which in many cases may be to be left alone. We have to manage our empathic abilities in a fallen matrix where many people have lost their ability to feel, sense or assess the energies in the environment. So don’t be shy and tell people nicely that this is how it is being loving but firm and clear about maintaining your boundaries.

As an example monitor yourself when you feel overwhelmed or stressed out. Know that your empathic ability is even more heightened. So make a plan to distance yourself when you need to. If you can identify the source of where you may be emotionally sponging – maybe it’s a person, group or thing that holds a strong emotional charge get away from it. Take distance and in your mind intend to power up your aura shield and deflect negativity. Remember that physical closeness in proximity is also what intensifies the emotional or psychic sponging. If you have to appear in a group or crowd somewhere prepare for that before you go. Be sure to shield and meditate to power up your auric strength before the gathering. Maybe work your symmetry command or what you like to do to centre yourself, connecting to Spirit while feeling your heart. Visualize protection around you while powering up your aura intending to be strong.

If something happens in the crowd or event try to find an isolated space for a moment and meditate to reaffirm your connection powering up your light source and boundaries. This is something you can do in a bathroom stall or car seat while in a public place. Any place you can get to to be left alone to meditate in stillness for a few minutes. Focus on positivity and love. Strengthen your 12D Shield and see it working as a protective bubble around you.

Sometimes empaths have an especially hard time saying “no” to demanding people but this is a must for an empathic person. Set healthy limits and boundaries. Pay attention to the circumstances. Know your own limits. Don’t set yourself up to be stressed out. Make sure that you limit how much time you spend listening to difficult or challenging people like those in the Controller or dominator archetype by learning to say “no”. You do not have to defend your answer as “no” and you have every right to say “no”. Set clear limits and boundaries with people. Be sure to redirect them politely if they get critical or nasty because they didn’t get what they want from you. Reaffirm your right to say “no” and mean it remembering that saying “no” is a complete sentence that you do not have to apologize for.

Some empaths respond well to breathing focus, shifting awareness to the breath while observing whatever it is in the environment that has caused psychic sponging. Let’s say you’re out in the environment and come across an area of extreme negativity in the Earth grid that emanates a miasma of toxic sadness and fear or a flash of memory that you see that fills you with this negative emotion that you know is the experience of that moment in time. Bring to your mind to focus on your breathing. Allow yourself to relax your eyes and focus inward on breathing. Feel the breathing movement through your nostrils or your mouth. Maybe do a few pranayama breaths with alternating nostril and see if the emotional tension or pain releases for you. This works for some better than others but it is a tool to help shift out negative feelings quickly.

Many times if you feel sharp sudden pain, feel sick out of nowhere or have an extreme headache or bloating you have some attachments, fragments or entities that may be asking for transit or release. If you’re in public try to get to a quiet and isolated spot and work the Release into Aqua Portal or Diamond Pillar or call upon the Guardians or God Self for help in making transit for these releases. Most of the time you don’t need to recite a long command but feel how it moves in your heart when you ask for these energies to be released and cleared you may see them or feel them spinning out of your field. You may feel a palpable release of physical pressure as some area of your body – it could be your head, heart or body part.

Many times if you wake up and immediately don’t feel good, feel congested and hurting ask to release black magic spells, curses, symbols and inserts. While you are trying to wake up do some “I am God, Sovereign, Free” mantras while you are getting up and getting ready. This should give quick releases. You may need to command your personal space and really strengthen that up when you have time during the day. When you get a few tips and work with the ES tools you can also apply Simple Triad Sweep (STS), Ban of Non-Interference with the visual structure banning energetic interaction between you and the object or person with emotional charge. The Krystal Star of Azoth can also be visualized at any place in your body spinning and neutralizing the dark spot of energy. You also can direct Celestine Fire in this way and many people after some time in the community use the meditations may find a mix and match to find other ways that they feel work the best for them individually.

It is important to get more clarity and define your needs to function better as an empathic person. When you have a moment it might help to have a written list of things that are your top issues for emotional sponging or situations that you’ve noticed have really knocked you out of centre or emotionally rattled you. Then formulate a plan for handling these types of issues so you are better equipped when they happen suddenly and out of the blue. If there are triggers to these emotions then you know you may have some work to do with Core Fear Removal working with your higher spirit to clear out the pain body of emotional triggers. Your goal is to be able to feel ranges of emotion but to not let these emotions overwhelm you and that you can shift out of them quickly and easily. They don’t linger with you at all or become lodged in your body.

Also for most getting into a bath and soaking is highly supportive for clearing out energies of the day and may be something you want to do at bedtime. Getting in a bath or shower with some salts and meditation is a great amplifier for cleansing out the negative energies of the day. I hope that this is helpful to have a few guidelines to remember that as empaths we are a community of empathic people and so that we can stay strong in supporting each other and that this is a totally normal ability to have and stay centered in the midst of some really unstable and surreal energies that we may be exposed to in these times. ^[1]

These beings have been manipulating the human world of affairs for thousands and thousands of years, since the Atlantian Cataclysm for their own purposes. These are inter-dimensional and extra dimensional beings known as Fallen Angelic in ancient history and they use many technological manipulation methods to Mind Control and negatively manipulate the future direction of the human race by artificially generating False Timelines. Once such negative manipulation is installing the Armageddon Software into the planetary brain in order to install False Father Negative Alien Religions based on serving the Yahweh and Jehovian Annunaki Collectives.

There are many types of these extradimensional groups and races. Some have lab engineered bodies, some are extradimensional and capable to project their Consciousness throughout time and space without a form body. The NAA is a term used which includes Negative Aliens factions which include Fallen Angelic Annunaki hybrids called Sons of Belial, Thoth, Enki, Enlil Collectives as well as those in the Black Sun Program; the Alpha Draconis/Orion Group, Greys, Zeta, Drakonians also called Reptilians, the Reptile Insectoid Collectives, etc.

Alpha Centaurians

Alpha Centaurians are also known as Centaurians and are Annunaki hybrids from Alpha Centauri and Omega Centauri that are under the enslavement of Draconian and Necromiton armies of the NAA. They are used to infiltrate the Astral Plane reporting back to their supervisors, and battle for control over the Planetary Gates in the middle East, such as the Giza Pyramids and Sphinx location in Egypt. The Necromiton are the entities that project themselves as Men in Black to clean up and sanitize UFO or related extraterrestrial evidence that reveal their agenda on planet. They cannot exist on surface for long periods of time, so they have built bases underground with the cooperation of human military.

Alpha Centaurians are involved in genetic experimentation with humans, they have been exchanging military technology and weaponry with earth human governments. [1]

Alpha Draconis, Draco

The direction of life force [collected through the NRG Grids] is hierarchical and managed by the Alpha Draconis system in the Orion Constellation, however multiple conflicts exist within the system and the fight for its resources exist among many species, the reptilian and draconian levels of contingents. There is a vast system of bottom feeders and defectors.

The Orion Group is a Satanic force that has a predatorial ideology that uses females as slaves or breeders, while seeking territorial dominion on other planets within their warring and killing culture. Their position in the NAA and its consortium of Negative Aliens is called the Black Sun Program. They are a predator force with a predator mind which is mainly responsible for creating much of the Negative Ego in humanity through Mind Control programming and they have introduced financial and debt enslavement to planet earth through the banking cartels.

Additionally the Nordics are blond looking humans from Orion and are also predatorial, this species is responsible for spreading racism, genetic discrimination, genetic experimentation, such in the Nazi ideology and they are proponents of promoting their belief system of “genetic superiority” through spiritually abusive methods of Eugenics. This Nordic group was directly involved with Hitler’s Germany and World War II.

Dracos species are potentially capable of shape-shifting and have extremely developed Psionic abilities, which allow them to possess or enter bodies through consciousness projection. Therefore, as they originate form a Phantom Matrix system of Satanic based AI infected entities, many of these Draco entities are confused by people as the devil or believing they are Satan, as an individual figure.

Annunaki Hybrid Fallen Angelics

The Annunaki Hybrid Fallen Angelics were created to counteract and destroy the Krystic Human Guardian Race for control and domination of this timeline in the Universal Time Matrix. These entities are also called the Sons of Belial or Belial Group.

Biological Drones

A biological robot that is programmed or tele-operated by other species. These engineered bodies are used remotely to perform certain tasks in an extradimensional or extraterrestrial environment that may be used to perform certain tasks, collect data, biological or geographical samples, etc. This is effective way for a species to explore other planetary terrain without risk to the original biology of that species.

EBE, Extraterrestrial Biological Entities

Since the person’s Consciousness has not been prepared for the afterlife, whatever is left of his energetic quanta will be assimilated into a cyborg body or other types of synthetic life forms or EBE’s. Some people also refer to them as EBEN. There are currently spiritually disconnected humans existing on the earth that will be assimilated into synthetic life forms that appear as Extraterrestrial Biological Entities, but were actually human souls in human bodies in past timelines. Most of the smaller EBE bodies assimilate nutrients from light similar to plants. They are unable to evolve, reproduce, ascend or move into higher dimensions of consciousness. Some of these EBE’s have returned to the earth from the future to try to break into the human genetic code, in this earth timeline in order to save themselves. Many of these EBE’s were once humans that were involved in the Orion Wars, and were captured in Orion and used in worker colonies. Some from the earth were enslaved on the astral plane by other races of creatures, such as Mantids, Grey Aliens and Reptilians that took them as workers to other planetary systems. Some are even used as minions for carrying out human abductions in MILABS soul transference projects. Many of them had their consciousness erased and they do not remember that they were once human.

This is one of the possible results of the Transhumanism movement underway in this earth timeline now, that leads to the potential future alien or dark force control over that Soul. Once the consciousness is assimilated into artificial intelligence and synthetic biology, that being can no longer incarnate into an organic human form. That person cannot incarnate again into human realms, such as planet earth. They become a displaced entity that cannot die and be reborn into another identity they are enslaved and merged with an AI hive mind. This is desired by many of these negative groups, such as the Alpha Draconis/Orion Group, as then they have full control over the life force of humans that can be made into worker slaves. This is the main purpose as to why Transhumanism is being marketed and pushed aggressively during this time, they want to create more human EBE’s and cyborgs or host bodies. When that person drops their body while the Universal Gates are open, they can easily be transported to many different planetary systems for trading as a workforce commodity. [2]

Dragon Moth Omnicron

Dragon Moth or Omicron Draconians are one of the factions behind the Orion Group, one of the intruder groups of the NAA that source from the Orion Constellation. Dragon Moth sources from mainly around Alnitak around the Orion’s belt areas. Dragon Moth entities are extremely vicious and violent and are behind most of the militant and terrorist activities in the areas of the planet that correspond to the Iraq and Iran Gate. The Islamic extremist factions observed in the Middle East are culled and orchestrated in terrorism techniques primarily by the Omicron reptiles. The Dragon Moth are reptilian entities that exist extradimensionally in bodies that are animated and controlled by off planet Satanic forces from Orion, and their higher ups exist in the monadic planes or Gaian timelines. They manipulate time to extend their mind control terrorism to this timeline in the past, the earth timelines in matter. Through ripping black holes in space time, they have been able to get closer to the earth plane through the Astral Plane. Events like the nuclear event in Fukushima, Japan create damage in the earth field which allows their forces to penetrate more deeply in areas they were not previously able to access directly.

Also, they have been known to be hired as mercenaries for the Annunaki who negotiate with them to help defend their territories (ley lines) in the United Kingdom around Stonehenge. These areas operate what is called the NRG which is the primary mind control grid that operates the Sexual Misery program that harvests human sexual energies, and promotes the Victim-Victimizer software in order to enforce sexual misery in the human race. Dragon Moth are terrorist specialists in military strategy, and the Annunaki bargains with them for ley lines or negotiates with them to get them to enforce militant control over areas with targeting versions of Psychotronic Warfare in the demographic area. Where there is terrorist sleepers, (human people or ex military personnel that just start shooting or killing randomly) this is generally a Dragon Moth-Omicron operation.

Grey Alien

Many people that are direct Abductee-Experiencers have reported differently appearing types of Grey Aliens, in similar appearing bodies of different sizes for over the past 100 years. Aleister Crowley is a key figure in cooperating with the NAA, starting from Grey Alien contact made in Cairo, Egypt in April 1904. An Annunaki in a Grey Alien body named Aiwass, transmitted and implanted him with “Book of the Law” which is the central sacred text of Thelema, that was written down from dictation given from the entity.

The Greys have skin colors ranging from light gray to dark gray; dark bluish gray to steel gray; as well as skin tones in the tan to brown range. Despite their different skin tones, with the exception of their heights, their overall physiology is similar and they are normally categorized according to their height and observed hierarchical status relating to their behavior and the tasks they are seen performing during the procedural processes that are carried out on Abductee-Experiencers. Greys are telepathic and use mind to mind melding techniques through strong thought projection made through the eyes to connect an optic nerve communication method. They are the creators of many common Alien Implants used to make humans docile or place them under Mind Control belief systems, thus they also may enhance telepathic communication with the use of neural implants placed in the subject. It is highly likely that many of the Grey Alien bodies are Biological Drones created in laboratory, and thus are not able to sustain natural biological-spiritual evolution, consciousness expansion, and procreation. Thus, they abduct, harvest and manipulate humans for their unique DNA that is capable to sustain life and light within their own bodily tissues, while Grey Alien bodies are dead tissue or synthetic bodies. The inability to evolve or procreate has led the Greys and other Zeta aliens to create Hybrid Breeding Programs to impregnate earth females, or take ovum and sperm from earth people with desirable genetics in order to create hybrid children. Mantis-Insectoid Entities

Mantis-Insectoid Entities have been reported continually in the Abductee-Experiencer phenomenon for as long as there has been awareness of written accounts of humans having alien contact experiences. Mantis beings appear to be at the higher end of the Extraterrestrial and Extradimensional hierarchy since they are most always described as overseeing or have a supervisory role in the abduction procedure or contact process, in genetic experimentation of humans. In many contact reports, it appears they are the authority figure whether it is a medical procedure or Human ET Hybrid interaction, usually they are giving direction and show superiority over over Grey Aliens or EBE’s that work under them. This takes place during situations involving baby or child presentations all the way to sexual instruction, interaction and possible telepathic absorption of emotions and sensations. In many such encounters, there is normally a Mantis or Insectoid being directing and observing the other beings and people involved in the genetic experimentation. [4]

Nephilim Watchers

Nephilim (genetic hybrid between Oraphim and Reptilian) are easy to possess and Mind Control for their NAA negative alien agenda. [5]

During the end of 2nd Seeding the Annunaki started breeding with Humans and a race called NEPHILIM was created. Many of these Nephilim creations were from kidnap, rape and forced breeding with the human women of the earth. This was not agreed upon to genetically tamper with the human race and the Elohim would not let this race walk on or be on the Earth. This created a Conflict and another War broke out. This created the war with the Annunaki and other Annunaki sympathizers, such as the Dracs and Sirian Annunaki Hybrids. The Nephilim Wars ended this seeding attempt and we reorganized for the next Evolutionary Round where the Luciferian Rebellion occurred in the Atlantian Cataclysm timelines.

Many of the Nephilim were destroyed on the earth and their fragmented consciousness become enmeshed with the lower demonic spirits of the dense levels of earth matter. Some of these entities bound to the earth became known as the Watchers, and comprise of both Nephilim and Fallen Angelic fragments.

Reptile Insectoid Collectives

The main groups of Negative Aliens, the Annunaki, Drakonians, Zetas and Necromitons that source out of the Phantom Matrix spaces in the parallel systems, formed alliances with the Fallen Angelic Annunaki Groups to take control over the earth, which are referred to as the NAA. These groups used technology to open Wormholes that were blended together to create the power required to attempt to pull the earth body into the Black Hole System leading into the phantom matrix where they exist, and then could gain total control over the planet and humanity.

These are also called the Black Suns or Black Sun Agenda.

Sirians

The Sirians have both positive and negative impacts to the earth evolution, as the Star Sirius is a planet in higher dimensions and portions of the timelines of Sirius B planet were corrupted though Orion Group and Reptilian invasion. During the second seeding phase of planet earth, renegades from Sirius that were influenced by the Luciferian Marduk races decided they wanted to create their own host bodies, and get away from the administrative structure of many ambassador bases that exist in the Sirius Star system.

Thoth, Enki, Enlil Collective

Thoth, Enki, Enlil Collectives are Annunaki hybrid Fallen Angelics that are from Nibiru and formed alliances in the NAA with Necromitons, Odedicrons that serve Nibiruian interests in capturing territory on earth and in this Solar System. Most of their main harvesting networks are located in the United Kingdom, and thus they have a heavy presence in the land mass that is known as reptilian central. It has been brought to my attention to observe the recruitment and grooming techniques of the Thoth, Enki, Enlil Collectives which are Annunaki Fallen Angelic Hybrids. These groups are contacting their preferred male bloodlines on the earth for the express purpose of creating the next generation in the worshiping mind control program that the Guardian Host refers to as the building of “Enki’s Army”.

Zeta Groups

The Zeta groups are Negative Aliens, from the Reptile Insectoid Collectives that formed alliances with the Drakonians to take control over the earth, and to which are also referred to as the NAA. These groups are also called the Black Suns or Black Sun Agenda. These groups used technology to open Wormholes that were blended together to create the power required to attempt to pull the earth body into the Black Hole System leading into the phantom matrix where they exist, and then could gain total control over the planet and humanity. The Zeta contacted the earth world governments during the first World War to make agreements for the barter of earth resources and human genetics in exchange for Grey Alien advanced technologies and assorted militarized weaponry. The Zeta were involved in colonizing Mars and were active during the Atlantian culture that eventually led to the fall.

They joined with the NAA to counteract and destroy the Christiac Human Guardian Race for control and domination of this Time Vector in this Universal Time Matrix.

The Zetas are interested in Breeding Programs to create Zeta human hybrids in order to maintain control over the earth in the future timelines. Thus, they formed covert agreements with the world governments and allied forces during World War II in order to reproduce their own race, and through which they could use the Zeta Hive Mind to more effectively mind control the population of the earth. During World War II treaties were made with the allied government, and as a result, several organizations, black operations and covert groups such as Majestic 12 were set up to further administer to these treaties, while secretly testing out assorted alien technologies, weaponry while reverse engineering space craft, and these activities are what began the Compartmentalization process to set up different factions for the Secret Space Programs as well as build deep underground complexes for high level testing of these alien technologies carried out by the Military Industrial Complex.
