LISA RENEE: “Hara Line”

Hara Line: Main vertical spiritual current column (also called the sushuma). It runs up the center of the body. This is related to the formation of the 1st of the 1st Eight Cells of the Spirit Body in the Tailbone. It is where the Hara Currents come from. And before the Hara Currents we have the Core Currents that come from the Eye of God. [1]

  • White Spiral: Pingala Nadi, Solar Principle
Dark Spiral: Ida Nadi, Lunar Principle
Vertical Central Line: Sushumna Nadi, Neutral

Hara Center

The Hara Center is located at the navel, about two inches inwards from the skin. It is the gateway into the etheric envelope surrounding the planet. The Hara Center is the center of the etheric body where the Monad seats itself. It is about an inch in diameter and is the gateway into the ocean of life force or chi. Around the Hara Center and with it as the center there is an envelope of energy called the ‘tan tien’ or Dantien. This tan tien or dantien is a ball of etheric energy about the size of a soccer ball. It is filled from the Hara Line.

Rebuilding Pranic Tube in Hara Line

For those of us on the ascension pathway we are undergoing shifts in the architecture of our Violet Ray flame, crown chakra and our pranic tube. The prana tube runs the movement of our breath in the same direction with the central vertical channel of which our chakra cones attach at their center. Our chakras are very much designed like circular flower petals with seed crystals in its center. The crystal seed of our chakra flower is attached to the central vertical channel and the “prana”, the breath of life, runs in circular patterns throughout our vertical channel and our chakras when we are healthy and in energetic balance. When we focus on our breath through meditation we can redirect the life force in the prana tube to circulate in the central channel and vitalize these energy centers. One of the most effective ways to balance the breath through both the right and left channels of the brain center, sinus, and nasal passages is through “pranayama”alternate nostril breathing. [2]

Clear Blockages

Moving blockages from the lower energy centers and emphasis on clearing the astral body and its centers generally can bring significant relief. Focus your mind upon the natural movement of the kundalini, which starts in the back tailbone (male principle), moves up the spine, past the neck, stops at the top lip and changes polarity moving down the front of the body (female principle) from the top lip to the tailbone. This circular movement of energy is the “microcosmic orbit”, of which all life force moves in our central column or hara line. By focusing your mind gently in meditation on its natural circular movement , intend to move and clear blockages as you strengthen the inner pathway of the life force flow. [3]

Microcosmic Orbit

Practicing the Microcosmic Orbit Scanning procedure starts with breathing and focusing on the Tailbone, slowly running up the back of the spine and down the front channel, while looking for or sensing energetic weakness. When energetic weakness is found, intend to correct weakness and use mental focus to say, “Correct nadial control panel” or “correct nadial complex”. The Microcosmic orbit is the circular energetic flow moving up the spine which completes a moving circuit at the perineum. Because the spine and spinal nerves, CNS are the main control factor of every function in the body, this exercise is suggested to strengthen the energy moving in the center channel. Practice scanning for energetic weaknesses and focusing upon the main central channel, following the micro cosmic orbit path on the main energy channels, to complete and strengthen the internal energy circuit, place the tip of the tongue on the upper palate while continuing to focus on strengthening the circular movement in the main channel.

LISA RENEE: “Hara Center”

“The Hara is located at the navel, about two inches inwards from the skin. It is the gateway into the etheric envelope surrounding the planet. The Hara is the center of the etheric or chi body, it is a ball of energy that directly connects to the earth. It is about an inch in diameter and is the gateway into the ocean of chi. Around the Hara and with it as the center there is an envelope of energy called the ‘tan tien’ or Dantien. This tan tien or dantien is a ball of etheric energy about the size of a soccer ball. It is filled from the Hara and is often called ‘the cauldron’ in Taoist alchemical texts. This ball of energy interacts with all the organs and especially the intestines as it is where food is turned into energy. Energy is taken from the food and mixed in the tan tien or cauldron before being distributed throughout the body. Having the Hara open and a ‘full’ tan tien or dantien is vital for real health and vitality. Unfortunately most people have many Samskaras and energetic blockages in this area and the ‘fullness’ that should be felt in the tan tien is absent. This is the main cause of many addictions especially to food. Constantly eating and overeating are an attempt to feel full despite a blocked Hara and empty tan tien.”

STEPHANIE LUCAS: “5 Ancient Interpretations for The Meaning of the Tree of Life”

Tree of Life

The essence and meaning of the Tree of Life in many modern interpretations is believed to connect all forms of creation. The image is widely thought to represent the Divine Creator, and it is revered as the representation of the interconnectedness of all sentient beings. Today’s interpretation is an excellent summation of the various mythical and religious interpretations the Tree of Life throughout history.

1. Christianity – The Tree of Life in the Garden of Eden

Within the center of the Garden of Eden, the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil was said to grow alongside the Tree of Life according to many Christian translations; however, it’s still hotly debated among various sects as to whether these two trees are actually one and the same. It seems that most interpretations across the board, indeed view these trees to be one and the same.

According to the Encyclopedia Britannica, The Tree of Knowledge connects the heavens and the underworld. The Tree of Life connects all forms of creation, and both are forms of the World or Cosmic tree; hence various religions and philosophies recognize them as the same tree.

Many Catholics tend to view The Tree as the representation of humanity’s condition of an immaculate state as it was prior to its corruption from original sin that fostered the Fall (when the slippery guardian serpent tempted Adam and Eve.) Orthodox Christians often refer to the cross of Christ as the Tree of Life, where the union of earth and heaven encounter matter and spirit. – Essentially, a divine meeting within the heart.

2. An Islamic Perspectivequrantreeoflife

Only one tree – the Tree of Life a.k.a. the Tree of Immortality – is referenced in the Quran. Similar to Biblical scripture, the serpent/Satan tempted Adam and Eve to eat from the tree and to disobey Allah. Hadiths do allude to more heavenly trees, but some Islamic movements view these references as merely symbolic of Adam’s betrayal. The story will seem very familiar to Biblical Christians. God in Quran (Al-A’raf 27) states: “Children of Adam! Let not Satan tempt you as he brought your parents out of the Garden, stripping them of their garments to show them their shameful parts. Surely he [Satan] sees you, he and his tribe, from where you see them not. We have made the Satans the friends of those who do not believe.”

egypt3. Egyptian Mythology

Considered one of the ‘first couples’ in the Ennead hierarchy of Egyptian mythology, Isis and Osiris were said to have materialized from the Tree of Life – an acacia tree of Iuaaset. Considered to be where life and death were enclosed, the direction East represents Life and the rising Sun, and West, where the Sun sets was considered the direction of death and the underworld.

Many creationist myths within this culture reference a serpent and an egg, which sourced a bird of light, and many images of the tree include representations of these figures, as well. Interestingly, acacia trees contain the psychedelic drug DMT, which is commonly associated with deep, spiritual experiences.

4. Chinese Immortality Tree

A peach tree that produces a single fruit every 3000 years…according to a Taoist story, the one who consumes this magic fruit will become immortal. This is the Chinese Tree of Life. Guarded at the base by a dragon and the top by a phoenix, its branches reach up towards the heavens while its base solidly connects it with the earthly plane. One of the most recent archeological discoveries of our time concerning the Tree in China was at the Sanxingdui pit in Sichuan, where bronze trees of this description were uncovered dating back to 1200 BC.

5. Mayan World TreeMaya-worldtree

Tomaoanchan is what the Mayan called their heaven, which they believed to be a mystical place obscured by a mystical mountain upon the earth. The World Tree was considered to locus of all creation that reached in for directions. Each direction on the Mayan World Tree is represented by a different color, and its central point is considered the base through each of the layers of existence, the heavens, the earth, and the underworld.

Countless other cultures have referenced this universal representation of creation’s cycle including the Assyrians, Sumerians, Nordic cultures, Baha’I, and the Jewish faith. What is your interpretation of the Tree of Life?
