LISA RENEE: “Earth Element”

“Gridworkers may feel the Blueprint structure in the planetary field transforming completely with the shifting timelines, and this feels like something very different, extraordinary and even bizarre is occurring in the earth fields. It feels like it is a new design that is encompassing our consciousness with the necessity to learn a foreign language, and yet it feels distantly familiar and vastly powerful.”

~Lisa Renee

Currently, the planetary body is undergoing a space-time reorganization that ripples out many strange anomalies that influence the quantic field. As a result, there are new patterns of electromagnetic disturbances, interruption or distortions in the collective field. The quantum field, also referred to as inner space-time, is rippling these effects into the unmanifest layers of the core manifestation template, otherwise known as the blueprint matrices that make up the layers of morphogenetic fields in the earth. Gridworkers may feel the Blueprint structure in the planetary field transforming completely with the shifting timelines, and this feels like something very different, extraordinary and even bizarre is occurring in the earth fields. It feels like it is a new design that is encompassing our consciousness with the necessity to learn a foreign language, and yet it feels distantly familiar and vastly powerful. The Blueprint alterations impact the dark matter template, and this appears to have direct consequences to altering and changing the Earth Elements, and the elemental structure of the earth body.

Bio-Spiritual Evolution

The physiological Adaptations that are influencing humanity are in response to the series of biological and spiritual evolutionary markers that are profoundly impacting the planetary architecture, planetary elementals, and the Earth Element itself. The combined changes are further impacting the human phenotype as it has been documented within scientific consensus. The Human Race Phenotype is a generalized expression of characteristics and traits influenced from the combination of the genetics, behavioral and environmental factors, as well as the variety of influences stemming from the collective consciousness.

Earth Element is Transforming

As a result of the structural and architectural changes influencing the earth body, the earth element and earth substance as a raw material, for matter forms is also transforming. All planetary elements are shifting, however, the relationship that the earth body has specifically connected to the spleen functions, has direct relevance to the current transformation impacting the emotional body and the blood production in the physical body. The Spleen governs transportation and transformation of what we consume, into energy that builds and protects the blood. The blood holds our entire consciousness record blueprint. As such, this is entirely related to the main shifts that are occurring between our higher consciousness as it translates into our physical body into the blood stream, as these records are beginning to circulate and connect into the physical body differently.

The Wounds of Christ are karmic blood Miasmas recorded in the planetary body and collective human body from Crucifixion Implants that were holographically inserted into the planetary brain. These inserts misdirected and stole the planetary life force and crucified the human body parts belonging to our spirit. One important area of the human body that was impacted from the planetary inserts was the Spleen implant, located on our 7D axiatonal line, in the left side ribcage. These false crucifixion stories and Holographic Inserts are how the planetary collective mind was invaded, to reflect the salvation model of a crucified deity, to spread organized religion. This represented the enslavement of humanity to recycle their Souls from tainted blood and Blood Sacrifice, which is what the crucifixion story actually is. The current evolutionary stage is impacting the release or surfacing of these human blood records and their histories, and as a result, there is a detoxification and shift occurring in our blood, and potentially, the full release of the Spleen implant.

Stomach and Spleen Relationship

This imbalance can escalate many physical and emotional issues for the people of the earth, as their body and sense of identity in relationship with the earth element, is greatly fluctuating and transforming. When we are out of balance and feeling disharmonious with the earth element, it greatly impacts the stomach and the spleen organs, and we feel extremely depleted, drained, and emotionally unhappy. Traditional Chinese medicine considers that the Spleen is one of the most important organs functioning within our body. When we consider the higher functions of the spleen as designed is to purify, protect and spiritualize our Blood, and that it was crucified in the earth element by the NAA to stop its proper functioning in the human body, then this has direct significance and spiritual importance. Reflecting on this relationship to see if there is resonance in our own body may be helpful to reveal ways we can better support the physiological changes that are occurring in the planet, that are impacting the earth element of our body.

Our relationship with food, consumption, and energy management is also changing, and some of us may feel pain or over sensitivity in the solar plexus region from being unable to digest our food, unable to digest our reality, while feeling unable to process the amount of intense emotions we feel. This impacts the stomach and spleen from being able to transform what we do consume into proper nourishment and circulating them into vital forces that the body requires to stay strong. When the spleen and stomach suffer damage, food and drink stagnate and do not transform, the mouth loses its ability to distinguish flavors and the extremities feel limp and tired. Discomfort, bloating and distention are felt in the stomach and abdominal regions, symptoms of vomiting and diarrhea appear, or there may be excessive bleeding. Many chronic and difficult health problems such as edema, chronic fatigue syndrome, insomnia, hair loss, iron deficiency, irregular periods, infertility, can be due to a disorder of the spleen function. This pattern is very common in our culture, not only because of the spleen crucifixion implant, but also because of the culture of disconnection we are subjected to. As well as the excessive thinking high stress and irregular eating habits that are a result of our busy daily schedules. The Spleen is the center of transporting the energy of what’s processed in our stomach, into our Blood and transforms that into healthy vital forces that the body can use to regenerate and strengthen itself. Western medicine does not consider the spleens importance at any level, and thus, researching traditional Chinese medicine that understands the spleen as an essential organ for our body’s health, and agrees with the fact that everything is interconnected with energy, may be much more productive. LISA RENEE: “Solar King”

“The Solar King provides warmth, growth, solar nourishment and protection for our solar plexus, for building our inner spiritual light to blend with our will center. To build and activate our sacred Sun Temple to be illumined as a House of Light, the Solar King is the amplifier to call upon. The Solar King will connect you again to the Sun Temple of your genetic coding to mirror the reflection of rebuilding your inner sun temple with rebuilding the sun temples of the earth. This meditation is purposed for activating and opening the Inner Solar Temple in our heart complex through the Double Diamond Body Amplifier and accessing the Crystal Heart Seed and its Permanent Atom within our 8D Chakra.”

~Lisa Renee

The Solar Logos and access to the Solar Deities, is the collective Solar King or Sun God Complex. Within our light bodies we have a Sun Temple, the place of light that illumines our spiritual inner core and stokes our heart flame through the Eye of RA. (The Eye of RA is located within the solar plexus and still point area of the chakra system.) The Solar King provides warmth, growth, solar nourishment and protection for our solar plexus, for building our inner spiritual light to blend with our will center. To build and activate our sacred Sun Temple to be illumined as a House of Light, the Solar King is the amplifier to call upon. If our heart is blackened from the use of excessive will, fear, pain or wounds, we call the Solar Deity to build the inner temple within. Upon the altar of our inner sun temple, we find comfort and refuge from the dark night to return back into the light to heal our wounds. Through refuge within the inner Sun Temple, we are risen again back to the light source upon the ashes of our pain. This is the amplifier for sudden traumas, shocks, betrayal and losses, to gain inner strength and endurance quickly. Many of us have root memories of resonant affiliation connecting to a planetary “sun temple”, which are where many pyramids that have been built to mark the primary energy vortices of planet earth. The Solar King will connect you again to the Sun Temple of your genetic coding to mirror the reflection of rebuilding your inner sun temple with rebuilding the sun temples of the earth. This is to help heal the Astral Body and its collective Solar energies within and without (Overtone).

Heart of the Solar King

This meditation is purposed for activating and opening the Inner Solar Temple in our heart complex through the Double Diamond Body Amplifier and accessing the Crystal Heart Seed and its Permanent Atom within our 8D Chakra.

Through the initiation into the Crown of the Magi via the Aurora Crown’s 144 point Merkaba star, we activate the Four Living Creatures of consciousness in our 10D Chakra, or Solar Star. Through the Four Living Creatures, we call upon the Guardians of the 12 Pillars to Surround and Protect the Earth. As we breathe and sense our Oneness with the entire Universe, we ask to visit the Solar Temple within the Sun’s body (The Heart Of the Solar King). We participate with the Solar Template Initiation and pass through the Rite of Anubis to gain access to the holy of holies, the altar of the Solar King, which is the heart of the RA Complex. This is to reunite the Solar King with the Earth, by igniting the crystal heart and returning the Inner Sun temple and its Soul back into the hearts of humanity.

NEZEL PADAYHAG: “3 Ways To Empower Your Solar Plexus Chakra And Find Your Personal Power”

Your solar plexus chakra is the seat of your personal power that fuels your will and inner strength. It’s your inner sun that kickstarts metabolism and controls your energy.

Home to your gut feelings, it’s where you can connect with your spirit and access your ageless wisdom.

Having a balanced solar plexus chakra is of utmost importance because it’s the balancing point of all the 7 chakras.

An inactive solar plexus chakra makes you feel lethargic and less motivated to pursue your goals.

On the other hand, if it’s overactive, it makes you jump from one activity to the other, making you more dominant over other people.

There are a number of ways to bring balance to your solar plexus chakra. Here are the 3 that turned to be most effective for us.

3 Ways To Empower Your Solar Plexus Chakra:

1. The solar plexus Chakradance.

In ancient times, warriors developed a dance that brought balance to their inner energies and enhanced their strength and courage.

Dancing the Chakradance is dancing like an ancient warrior who goes with the flow of the music until he feels the fire inside him ignites and fuels his body with energy and strength.

The Chakradance is the warrior archetype’s inner journey. The warrior archetype depicts a person who is aware of his own strength and stands up for his own truth.

Healthy solar plexus chakra feels exactly how a warrior archetype feels, in the midst of fear and discomfort he still finds the courage to face every obstacle that befalls him.

To do this dance you need to play a song that gives you a sense of courage and power. We all have such songs, ones that we feel fearless while we listen to them.

Play this song and let the music spark up the flame inside you. The Chakradance encourages a vigorous movement of your legs and arms.

When it starts, you only notice the flame. As the music intensifies, the fire increases until you notice the fire within you bursting like flames that feel liberating and powerful.

Everything that’s no longer needed slowly dissipates and your body feels being energetically refueled.

After the dance you will achieve a clarity of purpose, passion, and an empowered will to tackle your goals.

2. Do something that your idol would respect.

We all have idols. These people, imaginary or real, are how we identify our superior ego, how we picture our ideals and values within a character.

However, it’s not always wise to meet your idols. That’s why you should look at your idols as inner personal mentors.

Ask yourself what would your idol do in a certain situation you feel afraid or uncertain of. Ask yourself what can you do to become a better man, what would your idol respect.

Once you know what this thing is, do it. It doesn’t have to be something big. In fact, it should be something as simple as helping someone out without asking anything back.

When you do the thing that your idol would be proud of you doing, you will empower your solar plexus chakra and fill it with pride.

3. Face your shame with dignity.

We feel shame for a reason. It’s not a bad emotion, it tells us where we fail to exercise our true power so we can see if we make some mistake and make sure we are a good person.

If we are not hurting anyone, if we play by the rules of society to a normal degree, and if we follow our heart doing what we want, but we still feel shame, then there is a problem.

However, the problem is not in what we do, but rather, it’s how we see ourselves. The problem is within.

Most of us feel shame when we follow our heart or when we do something we are passionate about because that’s how we were raised.

We were raised to be told what we should do. So, we have a sense of not being good enough to decide for ourselves. We feel unworthy of our own desires.

That’s why you need to face your shame with dignity. Inspect what you are ashamed of and face this shame. Ask it what it can teach you.

Ask yourself why you feel as not enough to use your personal power, see what you can learn, but tell your shame you are its boss.

It told you what you needed to know, but you don’t need it anymore. You are thankful for teaching you, but you also know that this type of shame is created by society, not you.

And there is no way you can get better at making decisions and using your personal power if you don’t free yourself to be who you are.

DAVINA SKINNER: “7 Chakras And 7 Links To Your Subconscious”

The Chakras do not start and end with their description or definition — which is where many people stop with their understanding of them. To know their name and position is great but what purpose does that serve? What use is that information to you in your daily life? The Chakras are amazing, organic, Dimensional Centers of Energy and within them they hold so many secrets.

When their energy is combined, it makes up what we call the Aura, the energy field within and around the human body. It is within this energy sphere that psychics can ‘see’ and can discern many things about you that the ‘normal’ person is not consciously aware of.

Many of these things you can become more conscious of yourself and to my mind it is your subconscious mind giving you some minute signals, trying to get through to you. This is just the same and linked with how your body language works, your body language is your Chakra energy at work!

There are a great many ways that the Chakras can try to ‘get’ your attention, often by being out of balance. Again there are a whole host of symptoms that would indicate an out of balance Chakra but for the purpose of trying to keep things simple I highlight just one common signal for each of the seven Chakras. For Example;

The Base Chakra

A good indicator of how stable the Base Chakra might be is to consider what you do with your feet and legs when you sit down in certain situations: You may sit with both feet firmly placed on the floor or you may occasionally cross your legs. In and of itself, there is no great indicator here unless there tends to be a regular and repeated pattern. You may find you often cross your legs tightly, almost winding them around the chair leg, or you may fidget excessively, you may feel the need to raise your feet up off the floor and in some cases sit with your knees bent up in front of you. This can indicate a sense of insecurity which is one of the key elements of the Base Chakra.

The Sacral Chakra

You may notice you often cover this area, below the navel with your hands; this tends to be out of an instinctive need to feel protected. It can be an area that is easily prone to storing fat, in men and women and is linked with how vulnerable you feel in relationships in particular. It is an emotional power house and it is important to be able to ‘flow’ with these emotions otherwise you may encounter creativity problems not just physically but mentally too.

The Solar Plexus

This Chakra you already associate with your subconscious or inner knowing whether you realize it or not! This is after all the home of your GUT instinct. It is not for no reason we call it this. This Chakra directly links with your core spirit or energy that instinctively ‘knows’ what or who is good for you and which situations are bad. Recall a time when you had a bad feeling about someone or something and you will no doubt recall that sickening feeling in the stomach. Often things happen so quickly that we don’t stop to consider just what our reactions are about or precisely where they affect us in the body.

The Heart Chakra

This, it is no surprise is all about love. How comforting is it when you feel hurt or upset to receive a loving or caring hug from someone? It is a natural instinct to put your arms around each other and to ‘touch’ hearts. It is a comfort and is in effect two energies of the two people meeting, one giving one receiving in this instance. To watch anyone in pain tugs at your ‘heart strings’ and that is just what it is like if you could see the energy.

The Throat Chakra

This Chakra not only relates to the throat and neck area but to the organs you use in communication too, your ears, mouth and nose! It is very often associated with your ability to ‘speak your truth’. You may know someone who covers their neck and throat area regularly, either with high collars or scarves. This can indicate that a lot of what they would really like to say is left unsaid or is covered up. This can either result in resentful gossip out of earshot or a build up of ‘unsaid stuff’ that at some point bursts forth in an emotional storm!

The Third Eye Chakra

Often you will see people rub or tap this area as if trying to literally grab hold of a thought they somehow know is there but they just can’t quite get hold of. This is the intuitive Chakra center of the mind and it can easily be pulled ‘out of sync’ by the logical, rational, conscious mind we use for a large part of the day. As you may have noticed, when you let go of chasing that illusive thought and get on with an unrelated task, the inspiration or information seems to magically come from nowhere!

The Crown Chakra

Excessive worry can indicate itself here in a physical way. One of the most common is when you see people holding their head in their hands in despair or deep concern; when they ‘just don’t know what to do’ or can’t see the answer to a certain predicament. They may feel totally blocked in being able to see a way forward and keep their head looking downwards.

The majority of the instances above directly link to your body language. But when you look deeper and start to reveal more about the Chakras and their links to your mental and emotional wellbeing as well as your physical and spiritual wellbeing then you start to get a more holistic view of your true potential and beauty as a human spirit.

RESHMA PATEL: “Warning Signs That Your Chakras Are Out Of Balance”

There are 7 main energy centers in the body, known as chakras. Each chakra is located throughout our body so that it correlates to specific body ailment and physical dysfunctions; each energy center also houses our mental and emotional strengths. When we have a physical issue, it creates weaknesses in our emotional behavior. When we release the stale energy from the body, it can undo any tightness, stiffness, or malfunction of that area.

The clearing of the energy can also balance our emotional state of mind. The Chakra Mind-Body Balance is a two-way street: if there are certain fears and emotions we are holding on to, we experience physical restrictions, too.

If you have achiness or stiffness, or certain reoccurring emotions and fears, read along and you may find out which chakra is affected or blocked.

1st or Root Chakra

Sits at the base of your spine, at your tailbone.

Physical imbalances in the root chakra include problems in the legs, feet, rectum, tailbone, immune system, male reproductive parts and prostrate gland. Those with imbalances here are also likely to experience issues of degenerative arthritis, knee pain, sciatica, eating disorders, and constipation.

Emotional imbalances include feelings affecting our basic survival needs: money, shelter and food; ability to provide for life’s necessities.

When this chakra is balance, you feel supported, a sense of connection and safety to the physical world, and grounded.

The lesson of this chakra is self-preservation; we have a right to be here.

2nd or Sacral Chakra

Located two inches below your navel.

Physical imbalances include sexual and reproductive issues, urinary problems, kidney dysfunctions, hip, pelvic and low back pain.

Emotional imbalances include our commitment to relationships. Our ability to express our emotions. Our ability to have fun, play based on desires, creativity, pleasure, sexuality. Fears of impotence, betrayal, addictions.

When this chakra is balanced, we have an ability to take risks, we are creative, we are committed. We are passionate, sexual and outgoing.

The lesson of this chakra is to honor others.

3rd or Solar Plexus Chakra

Located three inches above your navel.

Physical imbalances include digestive problems, liver dysfunction, chronic fatigue, high blood pressure, diabetes, stomach ulcers, pancreas and gallbladder issues, colon diseases.

Emotional imbalances include issues of personal power and self-esteem, our inner critic comes out. Fears of rejection, criticism, physical appearances.

When this chakra is balanced, we feel self-respect and self-compassion. We feel in control, assertive, confident.

The lesson of this chakra is self-acceptance.

4th or Heart Chakra

Located at the heart.

Physical imbalances include asthma, heart disease, lung disease, issues with breasts, lymphatic systems, upper back and shoulder problems, arm and wrist pain.

Emotional imbalances include issues of the heart; over-loving to the point of suffocation, jealousy, abandonment, anger, bitterness. Fear of loneliness.

When this chakra is balanced we feel joy, gratitude, love and compassion, forgiveness flows freely, trust is gained.

The lesson of this chakra is I Love.

5th or Throat Chakra

Located at the throat.

Physical imbalances include thyroid issues, sore throats, laryngitis, TMJ, ear infections, ulcers, any facial problems (chin, cheek, lips, tongue problems) neck and shoulder pain.

Emotional imbalances include issues of self-expression through communication, both spoken or written. Fear of no power or choice. No willpower or being out of control.

When this chakra is balanced, we have free flowing of words, expression, communication. We are honest and truthful yet firm. We are good listeners.

The lesson of this chakra is to speak up and let your voice be heard.

6th or Third Eye Chakra

Located in the middle of the eyebrows, in the center of the forehead.

Physical imbalances include headaches, blurred vision, sinus issues, eyestrain, seizures, hearing loss, hormone function.

Emotional imbalances include issues with moodiness, volatility, and self-reflection; An inability to look at ones own fears, and to learn from others. Day-dream often and live in a world with exaggerated imagination.

When this chakra is balanced we feel clear, focused, and can determine between truth and illusion. We are open to receiving wisdom and insight.

The lesson of this chakra is to see the big picture.

7th or Crown Chakra

Located at the top of the head.

Physical imbalance include depression, inability to learn, sensitivity to light, sound, environment.

Emotional imbalances include issues with self-knowledge and greater power. Imbalances arise from rigid thoughts on religion and spirituality, constant confusion, carry prejudices, “analysis paralysis.” Fear of alienation.

When this chakra is balanced, we live in the present moment. We have an unshakeable trust in our inner guidance.

The lesson of this chakra is live mindfully.

After reading this, you (like me) may feel that more than one chakra is imbalanced or blocked. This is because when one is blocked, the other chakras begin to compensate and either become overactive or under-active.
