VEIL OF REALITY: “Love Bite Plus — Panel Discussion on Paranormal Interferences In Human Love Relationships”

Ascension Avatar note: Got 3+ hours to burn? I certainly didn’t, but thankfully, have never allowed anyone or anything into my life describing this scenario… and never will!

By Bernhard Guenther

We have completed a 3 hour and 22 minute Panel Discussion on The Love Bite and The Dark Side of Cupid topic (October 17th, 2015). This is the most comprehensive discussion yet available on the internet on the theme of paranormal interference in human love relationships.

Panel Discussion participants:
Eve Lorgen, James Bartley, Laura Leon, Bernhard Guenther, Carissa Conti, Tom Montalk, Arella Eliora.

We covered many topics, shared our experiences, research, pathways towards healing, protection and much more.

Discussion Bulletin Points:

  • The history of how the term “alien love bite” came about.
  • The alien love bite and the Dark Cupid “love bite” symptoms.
  • The targeting aspect of Dark Side of Cupid connections.
  • Obsessive aspect of the love bite, love and drug attachment extremes.
  • How the love bite can trigger life threatening conditions.
  • How ETs/aliens handlers keep us in states of prolonged isolation where emotional needs go unmet, thus setting us up for love bite relationships.
  • Trust issues, intimacy issues as a result of abduction histories.
  • The inverse of the Love Bite—disrupting true love and how its not unusual for truth seeking abductees.
  • How others connected to the “abductee” can be manipulated to keep the abductee from awakening.
  • The Predator vs Prey set up in Love Bite/Dark Cupid.
  • One of the persons, the “prey victim” is usually more spiritually evolved because essentially they are being targeted.
  • How the Predator in the duo tends to have Narcissistic traits or personality disordered. How the predator can mirror our needs so well. Sexual attraction high. How both the Predator and the Prey are both empathic and psychic.
  • How it feels like one is under a spell and the “red flags” of true intuition get overridden.
  • How some people are groomed to be addicts of love.
  • How the predator types are acting like “organic portals”, puppet people and are very destructive. Some predators are possessed by high level entities and demons, psychic vampires.
  • Many victims of the DSOC were literally targeted by sorcerers, “hosts” for inter dimensional entities.
  • How true soul sparks or Twin Flame true love partners will be targeted to be set up in counterfeit “twin flame love bites” so that they don’t meet the real soul mate partner. How to tell if its a real twin flame versus the imposter love bite.
  • Many online Twin Flame web sites, forums, gurus are actually part of the parasite/predator program to keep and ensnare people in love bites. How difficult it is to “deprogram” people from the belief in their twin flame when the red flags of a love bite are glaring at them. Denial.
  • Cult leaders especially dangerous and often are hosted by parasitic beings who encourage and set up love bites in masse. (octopus head feeders)
  • The feelings of when your own intuition is being overridden, like you are in a trance but somehow just “go along with it”.
  • Our bodies can react with psychosomatic symptoms when we have invasive negative energy beings invading our energy bodies. Dark beings should be incompatible with our frequency hence unusual physical symptoms or pain.
  • Sexual interaction the most potent form of energy transfer between two people and with entities.
  • Some fractured people are groomed to be “empty vessels” and puppets for mind control agendas that may play out in love bite scenarios.
  • False timeline reality creation, through “black magic like” rituals can bring in dark beings, and cause a true destiny distortion, and a love bite instead of “true love”.
  • Love spells can yield love bites.
  • Solar plexus chakra affected in many love bites, where our will is weakened
  • Childhood wounding can contribute to vulnerability to love bites, and also be the source of great learning and healing.
  • Drug use can open one up to entity possession, unhealed wounds, fracturing of personality.
  • Narcissists and entity possession often go hand in hand.
  • How the narcissist uses blame, projection, shame, guilt and punishing tactics.
  • How you cannot rationally communicate to a narcissist because they twist, blame, shame and project so much it’s futile. Just disengage.
  • Healing discussion in love bite situations.
  • Self-awareness and self-correction necessary to re connect with spirit and intuition.

CONSCIOUS REMINDER: “Simple Healing Methods For Each Of Your 7 Chakras”

Ascension Avatar note: Slim pickin’s today… slim pickin’s… There are actually 15 chakras: 1 – Red Crystal, 2 – Orange Crystal, 3 – Yellow Crystal, 4 – Green Crystal, 5 – Blue Crystal, 6 – Indigo Crystal, 7 – Violet Crystal, 8 – Gold Crystal, 9 – Silver Crystal, 10 – Sapphire Crystal, 11 – Dark Silver Crystal, 12 – White Crystal, 13 – Aquamarine Crystal, 14 – Pale Gold, 15 – Magenta. 🙂

.  .  .

There are numerous methods available for healing chakras. Whereas some of them work, some of them will not work, and the reason for that will be because each of the chakras is connected with a distinct frequency realm.

The six chakras in our body are ordered in the form of a pyramid. So, the first one is the lowest, and it is actually the heavy and wide base of that pyramid, while the highest chakra, the sixth one, is a representation of the top of that pyramid. The sixth chakra is airy, light, as well as easily mutable, and the first one is heavy, dense, and challenging to make changes on. Additionally, each of the chakras symbolizes some distinct elements.

Also, each of them needs distinct methods of healing, and here we will present you some, which you can try.

Methods for healing of each of the chakras:

First (Root) chakra

As the first one is the heaviest, densest, as well as most connected to our physical body, most of the healing will come from physical activities such as Hatha yoga.

The first chakra is connected to our sense element, as well as treatments oriented to smell, such as aromatherapy, which works best. As the earth is the first chakra’s element, gemstones can also be used for some treatments. Also, gardening, particularly touching earth, will be an excellent activity connected with the healing of this chakra.

Second (Sacral) chakra

This chakra is also physical and dense, so Hatha yoga will also work best in this case, particularly tantrically oriented one, as well as hip poses. As the second chakra is connected with our taste, the best thing will be to eat foods which will heal it like oranges, pumpkins, and mangoes.

Water is this chakra’s element. So, doing some aquatic work such as Watsu will also be an excellent treatment for healing the second chakra.

Third (Solar Plexus) chakra

This chakra is connected with the conscious, as well as with mental reasoning, and with self-image. Visual therapies, such as working with some yantras and Transformation Power Questions will be the best healing method.

As fire is this chakra’s element, sunbathing will also be good. Also, firewalking will be an excellent way to stoke this chakra. Some methods which boost our confidence can have good results. Additionally, some actual core works such as powerful yoga or some kind of breathing which is stroking the core will also be useful for this chakra, known as solar plexus chakra too.

Fourth (Heart) chakra

This is the chakra that serves as a bridge between lower, or the chakras which are more physical, and upper of more spiritual ones, and it responds very well to touches. A lot of studies prove this, in which babies thrived when nannies and nurses actually held them.

The most common and excellent way of boosting, as well as balancing this chakra, known as the heart chakra, will be through hugging. This will work when we even self-hug ourselves, or we can also use EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique. Another excellent treatment will be breath work as this chakra is connected to the element of air.

Fifth (Throat) chakra

Sound healing will be one of the best methods for this chakra, as it involves two different techniques: putting the sound out, as well as taking it in.

The sound can be put out by simply reciting some mantras, as well as by chanting, or seed sounds or also our most loved song which will make us feel quite good. The sound can be taken in through some crystal bowls, and mantras, or even our most loved song.

Here are the seed sounds – the smallest mantras for each of the chakras:

1st – Lam
2nd – Vam
3rd – Ram
4th – Yam
5th – Ham
6th – Om
7th – Silence (pure consciousness)

Sixth (Brow/Third Eye) chakra

As this is, in fact, the well-known ground zero chakra for each of our dreams, as well as visualizations, visualization will be the most suitable tool which we can employ on this chakra. It can be performed inwardly or also outwardly.

The inward visualizations actually involve meditation in which we need to close our eyes, and also create some positive thoughts and world around us, feeling and seeing what we really want. It is a process which will change our psychology and even make us interact positively, as well as confidently with the world inside us, forcing some changes.

The external visualizations are done with creating some beautiful vision boards which will help us to ignite creative energies, as well as improve our life in general.

Seventh (Crown) chakra

For this chakra, the only method for healing will be meditation. In fact, it will make us enter into a condition of thoughtless, silent and pure openness.

Although the methods for healing the chakras are effective, trying some others will also be good, as we may find the right one for us, which will fit every need of our chakras.

NEZEL PADAYHAG: “3 Ways To Empower Your Solar Plexus Chakra And Find Your Personal Power”

Your solar plexus chakra is the seat of your personal power that fuels your will and inner strength. It’s your inner sun that kickstarts metabolism and controls your energy.

Home to your gut feelings, it’s where you can connect with your spirit and access your ageless wisdom.

Having a balanced solar plexus chakra is of utmost importance because it’s the balancing point of all the 7 chakras.

An inactive solar plexus chakra makes you feel lethargic and less motivated to pursue your goals.

On the other hand, if it’s overactive, it makes you jump from one activity to the other, making you more dominant over other people.

There are a number of ways to bring balance to your solar plexus chakra. Here are the 3 that turned to be most effective for us.

3 Ways To Empower Your Solar Plexus Chakra:

1. The solar plexus Chakradance.

In ancient times, warriors developed a dance that brought balance to their inner energies and enhanced their strength and courage.

Dancing the Chakradance is dancing like an ancient warrior who goes with the flow of the music until he feels the fire inside him ignites and fuels his body with energy and strength.

The Chakradance is the warrior archetype’s inner journey. The warrior archetype depicts a person who is aware of his own strength and stands up for his own truth.

Healthy solar plexus chakra feels exactly how a warrior archetype feels, in the midst of fear and discomfort he still finds the courage to face every obstacle that befalls him.

To do this dance you need to play a song that gives you a sense of courage and power. We all have such songs, ones that we feel fearless while we listen to them.

Play this song and let the music spark up the flame inside you. The Chakradance encourages a vigorous movement of your legs and arms.

When it starts, you only notice the flame. As the music intensifies, the fire increases until you notice the fire within you bursting like flames that feel liberating and powerful.

Everything that’s no longer needed slowly dissipates and your body feels being energetically refueled.

After the dance you will achieve a clarity of purpose, passion, and an empowered will to tackle your goals.

2. Do something that your idol would respect.

We all have idols. These people, imaginary or real, are how we identify our superior ego, how we picture our ideals and values within a character.

However, it’s not always wise to meet your idols. That’s why you should look at your idols as inner personal mentors.

Ask yourself what would your idol do in a certain situation you feel afraid or uncertain of. Ask yourself what can you do to become a better man, what would your idol respect.

Once you know what this thing is, do it. It doesn’t have to be something big. In fact, it should be something as simple as helping someone out without asking anything back.

When you do the thing that your idol would be proud of you doing, you will empower your solar plexus chakra and fill it with pride.

3. Face your shame with dignity.

We feel shame for a reason. It’s not a bad emotion, it tells us where we fail to exercise our true power so we can see if we make some mistake and make sure we are a good person.

If we are not hurting anyone, if we play by the rules of society to a normal degree, and if we follow our heart doing what we want, but we still feel shame, then there is a problem.

However, the problem is not in what we do, but rather, it’s how we see ourselves. The problem is within.

Most of us feel shame when we follow our heart or when we do something we are passionate about because that’s how we were raised.

We were raised to be told what we should do. So, we have a sense of not being good enough to decide for ourselves. We feel unworthy of our own desires.

That’s why you need to face your shame with dignity. Inspect what you are ashamed of and face this shame. Ask it what it can teach you.

Ask yourself why you feel as not enough to use your personal power, see what you can learn, but tell your shame you are its boss.

It told you what you needed to know, but you don’t need it anymore. You are thankful for teaching you, but you also know that this type of shame is created by society, not you.

And there is no way you can get better at making decisions and using your personal power if you don’t free yourself to be who you are.

DAVINA SKINNER: “7 Chakras And 7 Links To Your Subconscious”

The Chakras do not start and end with their description or definition — which is where many people stop with their understanding of them. To know their name and position is great but what purpose does that serve? What use is that information to you in your daily life? The Chakras are amazing, organic, Dimensional Centers of Energy and within them they hold so many secrets.

When their energy is combined, it makes up what we call the Aura, the energy field within and around the human body. It is within this energy sphere that psychics can ‘see’ and can discern many things about you that the ‘normal’ person is not consciously aware of.

Many of these things you can become more conscious of yourself and to my mind it is your subconscious mind giving you some minute signals, trying to get through to you. This is just the same and linked with how your body language works, your body language is your Chakra energy at work!

There are a great many ways that the Chakras can try to ‘get’ your attention, often by being out of balance. Again there are a whole host of symptoms that would indicate an out of balance Chakra but for the purpose of trying to keep things simple I highlight just one common signal for each of the seven Chakras. For Example;

The Base Chakra

A good indicator of how stable the Base Chakra might be is to consider what you do with your feet and legs when you sit down in certain situations: You may sit with both feet firmly placed on the floor or you may occasionally cross your legs. In and of itself, there is no great indicator here unless there tends to be a regular and repeated pattern. You may find you often cross your legs tightly, almost winding them around the chair leg, or you may fidget excessively, you may feel the need to raise your feet up off the floor and in some cases sit with your knees bent up in front of you. This can indicate a sense of insecurity which is one of the key elements of the Base Chakra.

The Sacral Chakra

You may notice you often cover this area, below the navel with your hands; this tends to be out of an instinctive need to feel protected. It can be an area that is easily prone to storing fat, in men and women and is linked with how vulnerable you feel in relationships in particular. It is an emotional power house and it is important to be able to ‘flow’ with these emotions otherwise you may encounter creativity problems not just physically but mentally too.

The Solar Plexus

This Chakra you already associate with your subconscious or inner knowing whether you realize it or not! This is after all the home of your GUT instinct. It is not for no reason we call it this. This Chakra directly links with your core spirit or energy that instinctively ‘knows’ what or who is good for you and which situations are bad. Recall a time when you had a bad feeling about someone or something and you will no doubt recall that sickening feeling in the stomach. Often things happen so quickly that we don’t stop to consider just what our reactions are about or precisely where they affect us in the body.

The Heart Chakra

This, it is no surprise is all about love. How comforting is it when you feel hurt or upset to receive a loving or caring hug from someone? It is a natural instinct to put your arms around each other and to ‘touch’ hearts. It is a comfort and is in effect two energies of the two people meeting, one giving one receiving in this instance. To watch anyone in pain tugs at your ‘heart strings’ and that is just what it is like if you could see the energy.

The Throat Chakra

This Chakra not only relates to the throat and neck area but to the organs you use in communication too, your ears, mouth and nose! It is very often associated with your ability to ‘speak your truth’. You may know someone who covers their neck and throat area regularly, either with high collars or scarves. This can indicate that a lot of what they would really like to say is left unsaid or is covered up. This can either result in resentful gossip out of earshot or a build up of ‘unsaid stuff’ that at some point bursts forth in an emotional storm!

The Third Eye Chakra

Often you will see people rub or tap this area as if trying to literally grab hold of a thought they somehow know is there but they just can’t quite get hold of. This is the intuitive Chakra center of the mind and it can easily be pulled ‘out of sync’ by the logical, rational, conscious mind we use for a large part of the day. As you may have noticed, when you let go of chasing that illusive thought and get on with an unrelated task, the inspiration or information seems to magically come from nowhere!

The Crown Chakra

Excessive worry can indicate itself here in a physical way. One of the most common is when you see people holding their head in their hands in despair or deep concern; when they ‘just don’t know what to do’ or can’t see the answer to a certain predicament. They may feel totally blocked in being able to see a way forward and keep their head looking downwards.

The majority of the instances above directly link to your body language. But when you look deeper and start to reveal more about the Chakras and their links to your mental and emotional wellbeing as well as your physical and spiritual wellbeing then you start to get a more holistic view of your true potential and beauty as a human spirit.

RESHMA PATEL: “Warning Signs That Your Chakras Are Out Of Balance”

There are 7 main energy centers in the body, known as chakras. Each chakra is located throughout our body so that it correlates to specific body ailment and physical dysfunctions; each energy center also houses our mental and emotional strengths. When we have a physical issue, it creates weaknesses in our emotional behavior. When we release the stale energy from the body, it can undo any tightness, stiffness, or malfunction of that area.

The clearing of the energy can also balance our emotional state of mind. The Chakra Mind-Body Balance is a two-way street: if there are certain fears and emotions we are holding on to, we experience physical restrictions, too.

If you have achiness or stiffness, or certain reoccurring emotions and fears, read along and you may find out which chakra is affected or blocked.

1st or Root Chakra

Sits at the base of your spine, at your tailbone.

Physical imbalances in the root chakra include problems in the legs, feet, rectum, tailbone, immune system, male reproductive parts and prostrate gland. Those with imbalances here are also likely to experience issues of degenerative arthritis, knee pain, sciatica, eating disorders, and constipation.

Emotional imbalances include feelings affecting our basic survival needs: money, shelter and food; ability to provide for life’s necessities.

When this chakra is balance, you feel supported, a sense of connection and safety to the physical world, and grounded.

The lesson of this chakra is self-preservation; we have a right to be here.

2nd or Sacral Chakra

Located two inches below your navel.

Physical imbalances include sexual and reproductive issues, urinary problems, kidney dysfunctions, hip, pelvic and low back pain.

Emotional imbalances include our commitment to relationships. Our ability to express our emotions. Our ability to have fun, play based on desires, creativity, pleasure, sexuality. Fears of impotence, betrayal, addictions.

When this chakra is balanced, we have an ability to take risks, we are creative, we are committed. We are passionate, sexual and outgoing.

The lesson of this chakra is to honor others.

3rd or Solar Plexus Chakra

Located three inches above your navel.

Physical imbalances include digestive problems, liver dysfunction, chronic fatigue, high blood pressure, diabetes, stomach ulcers, pancreas and gallbladder issues, colon diseases.

Emotional imbalances include issues of personal power and self-esteem, our inner critic comes out. Fears of rejection, criticism, physical appearances.

When this chakra is balanced, we feel self-respect and self-compassion. We feel in control, assertive, confident.

The lesson of this chakra is self-acceptance.

4th or Heart Chakra

Located at the heart.

Physical imbalances include asthma, heart disease, lung disease, issues with breasts, lymphatic systems, upper back and shoulder problems, arm and wrist pain.

Emotional imbalances include issues of the heart; over-loving to the point of suffocation, jealousy, abandonment, anger, bitterness. Fear of loneliness.

When this chakra is balanced we feel joy, gratitude, love and compassion, forgiveness flows freely, trust is gained.

The lesson of this chakra is I Love.

5th or Throat Chakra

Located at the throat.

Physical imbalances include thyroid issues, sore throats, laryngitis, TMJ, ear infections, ulcers, any facial problems (chin, cheek, lips, tongue problems) neck and shoulder pain.

Emotional imbalances include issues of self-expression through communication, both spoken or written. Fear of no power or choice. No willpower or being out of control.

When this chakra is balanced, we have free flowing of words, expression, communication. We are honest and truthful yet firm. We are good listeners.

The lesson of this chakra is to speak up and let your voice be heard.

6th or Third Eye Chakra

Located in the middle of the eyebrows, in the center of the forehead.

Physical imbalances include headaches, blurred vision, sinus issues, eyestrain, seizures, hearing loss, hormone function.

Emotional imbalances include issues with moodiness, volatility, and self-reflection; An inability to look at ones own fears, and to learn from others. Day-dream often and live in a world with exaggerated imagination.

When this chakra is balanced we feel clear, focused, and can determine between truth and illusion. We are open to receiving wisdom and insight.

The lesson of this chakra is to see the big picture.

7th or Crown Chakra

Located at the top of the head.

Physical imbalance include depression, inability to learn, sensitivity to light, sound, environment.

Emotional imbalances include issues with self-knowledge and greater power. Imbalances arise from rigid thoughts on religion and spirituality, constant confusion, carry prejudices, “analysis paralysis.” Fear of alienation.

When this chakra is balanced, we live in the present moment. We have an unshakeable trust in our inner guidance.

The lesson of this chakra is live mindfully.

After reading this, you (like me) may feel that more than one chakra is imbalanced or blocked. This is because when one is blocked, the other chakras begin to compensate and either become overactive or under-active.
