LISA RENEE: “Spirit of Patience”

“Patience (or forbearing) is the state of endurance under difficult circumstances, which can mean persevering in the face of delay or provocation without acting on annoyance/anger in a negative way; or exhibiting forbearance when under strain, especially when faced with longer-term difficulties. Patience is the level of endurance one can take before negativity. It is also used to refer to the character trait of being steadfast. Learning and acquiring patience will take an individual far out of their comfort zone and thrust them into lessons of transformation. Patience is required to develop deep empathy and compassion towards others which allows us to be generous with Forgiveness. Patience is the endurance of meeting life challenges without negativity, in so that we can build our core strength to be effective and powerful vessels of God Spirit.”

~Lisa Renee

The Spirit of Patience is one of the seven main spirits of Christ.

The Spirit of Patience is an essential aspect toward developing Spiritual Maturity and growth into a strong moral character. Developing the Spirit of Patience allows us to develop strength in ourselves to expand our consciousness and go beyond our perceived Ego/Personality limitations. Learning and acquiring patience will take an individual far out of their comfort zone and thrust them into lessons of transformation. Patience is required to develop deep empathy and compassion towards others which allows us to be generous with Forgiveness. Patience is the endurance of meeting life challenges without negativity, in so that we can build our core strength to be effective and powerful vessels of God Spirit. Without the strength of the Spirit of Patience we can digress into self entitlement and emotional tantrums to get what we want from the selfish Negative Ego desires and its whims.

The Spirit of Patience is the antidote to Anger and Rage.

Virtues

The Spirits of Christ are that which attract Virtues which are a form of the bestowal of Divine Grace. Virtues are qualities of goodness which inhabit in the world of forces, as a “spiritual force”. When one builds strength in virtue, one builds strength in the power of our goodness which translates into the power of God Force. We reap the quality of our cultivated virtue in that which brings incredible gifts directly from the God spirit. (These are the Spirits of Christ) [1][2]

As the Universal Law of Structure states; we can build our house in so that the spirit we design it for can reside. This is what it means to create a House for Christ and to purify ourselves for the Spirit of Christ. The Spirits of Christ requires a House in which to dwell inside our mind and body. As you devote your attention and focus on the quality of the Spirits of Christ, the Houses for Christ grow stronger. Where we focus our energy and attention its energetic form materializes. Thus, greatly increasing one’s relationship to God and experiencing energetic balance which returns us into feelings of self-love, peace and happiness.

The Spirits of Christ

  • Dismantle the House of Wrath/Rage: Evict the Spirit of Wrath and Rage, Call in the Spirit of Patience. Ask God to help you build the House of Patience in your mind and body aligned with Christ Spirit.

Strong Moral Character

A strong moral character is the physical ballast which is directly related to the capacity of embodying the personal virtue (frequency) created by the Spirits of Christ. So we could think of the physical body as the practical reality of grounding into our being a strong moral character in our actions every day, while the spiritual-energetic body expands relative to one’s ethical conduct. Without higher cognitive development and ethics, an animal will choose a short term gratification over a longer term gratification, with no comprehension to the consequences of that choice. Many times when we are short sighted because we are impatient, we are unable to see the larger overview of circumstances which may be blocking our instant gratification. Patience allows us to become aligned to the highest expression of outcome in our spiritual development in so that there are no karmic or other consequences that are impacted by a short term decision. Patience develops tolerance and respect for the energies of others, and the proper use and direction of life force and other resources, both tangible an intangible. Patience re-educates value for things. [3]

Endurance

Patience (or forbearing) is the state of endurance under difficult circumstances, which can mean persevering in the face of delay or provocation without acting on annoyance/anger in a negative way; or exhibiting forbearance when under strain, especially when faced with longer-term difficulties. Patience is the level of endurance one can take before negativity. It is also used to refer to the character trait of being steadfast. [4]

LISA RENEE: “Into the Void”

“With the end of this phase, we have in essence, entered into a new reality, the one that we have been working to create for many years. As you may have guessed this can create some feelings of discomfort and confusion as the mind grasps to understand the logic behind why the things that have worked in the past are no longer working or feeling right in your life. It has a quality of feeling as if your Life is in Suspension until further action or information is presented. This creates mental confusion and you may start to question if you made a wrong turn somewhere or missed a blaring signpost in your life! For many of us, the answer is, Relax! You are being reorganized, you are right on schedule and there is no place to be except where you are! You have gone Into the Void. Mastery of the qualities of patience and perseverance and affirming the divine right order of all things, is surely some of the best tools one can cultivate during a Into the Void period. It is important to understand that this part of the process is necessary to do the shedding and releasing of dross, debris and obsolete patterning in your energy field and thought/emotion grids. In this New Era of Abundance those old patterns must be cleared and healed within us. As we clear and heal ourselves in this process, new DNA instructions are activated to build cells capable of holding even greater amounts of energy, light and information. This greater light is our divine inheritance to manifest and live in exceedingly new levels of joy, abundance and enlightenment, and is why we have agreed to be here on Earth at this special time.”

Feeling this sensation of moving Into the Void as being in between Timelines is similarly to being inside a birthing canal or existing within a Void Space. This sensation is right before the dimensional doorway opens up into your personal awareness to reveal the next level of the timeline/reality you are moving through.

In this interim phase, it may feel like we are waiting for something to happen. We are waiting for the next timeline of our reality to phase lock into our now moment of awareness. Until that timeline comes into our direct view, we cannot see it or sense it, and we may feel disconnected or in suspension from the sense of moving forward in our day to day reality. [1]

What Does it Feel Like to Go Into the Void?

With the end of this phase, we have in essence, entered into a new reality, the one that we have been working to create for many years. When we have a shift at this level of completion into a higher dimension it creates distortions in the loop of how we experience time and space and as we integrate those new energies into density, we can feel very much like we have gone Into the Void.

As you may have guessed this can create some feelings of discomfort and confusion as the mind grasps to understand the logic behind why the things that have worked in the past are no longer working or feeling right in your life. It has a quality of feeling as if your Life is in Suspension until further action or information is presented. There is a stagnant feeling that you are waiting for that information or instruction so that you can really get moving forward with your life. Possibly there is some guilt that what you are doing is not enough or you are not being as productive as you think you should be. This creates mental confusion and you may start to question if you made a wrong turn somewhere or missed a blaring signpost in your life! For many of us, the answer is, Relax! You are being reorganized, you are right on schedule and there is no place to be except where you are! You have gone Into the Void.

The Void is the place where our old reality, our former work, dissolves in order to make way for the new. As we enter this period “Into the Void”, spend some time imagining and feeling what is your hearts desire and what feels really joyful to you. Think and dream about what you want to create and bring more of in your life. As I have mentioned before, it is extremely important to focus on what you do want, rather than what you don’t want. If you do not yet have a vision of what that is for you, start with the essence of the quality of feeling that you would like to bring more of in your daily life. Hold that essence and feeling with you as much as possible. If you get clear and decide what you do want to do next, be as specific as possible. Share your vision with your guides, ask them to show you how to implement it and then sit back and wait for the signs. Remember, you don’t have to make it happen, just be alert, listen to your intuition and act on what comes your way. When it comes it is incredibly clear, you will not miss it as you remain in the present moment as the Observer.

Being in the Void can be very frightening for your Inner Child. The Inner Child is terrified of having your world fall apart in order to make way for the new. To make it easier you may want to take time each day to tell your Inner Child that this is normal, that you are in the process of expansion into greater experiences of integrity and joy and that this will end. One day in perfect timing you will awaken to your next step being presented to you.

This greater light is our divine inheritance to manifest and live in exceedingly new levels of joy, abundance and enlightenment, and is why we have agreed to be here on Earth at this special time. [2]

Luciferian Abyss

This level of the Observer Point is when the higher mind remains static as a result of not synthesizing with the higher heart opening and this is what defines the Luciferian Abyss.

This is the aspect of the higher mind which holds access to a threshold of observer consciousness that is devoid of deep heart based Compassion and true empathy. It hangs on to the edge of the consciousness abyss in the higher mental body until it can fully let go and surrender, dissolving into the vast oceanic field of loving compassion. Jumping over the Luciferian Abyss is the final point of surrender where we may feel fear that we will be swallowed into the black hole of nothingness.

At this point we stand at the edge of the abyss peering over the massive void. We must surrender to God fully in order to make the leap of faith and jump over to the other side into the loving arms of our Mother. This is why after achieving the Observer Point and emotions go extremely flat, if feelings of Compassion and Empathy do not naturally follow through an open loving heart, there should be an intentional effort to continue to open the heart, to commune with Mother and heal the inner child. Discovering the true bond made between our real God parent, as well as healing the Mother and child bond will be required to access the higher heart principle and fully embody the attributes of Christ Consciousness. This last cycle radically collapsed a series of decrepit or obsolete timeline architectures which gives us a real sense of losing time, or existing in some strange In-between Space or in-between time state. This state is similar to being within the hypnagogic state, a different brain wave state which places our Conscious Mind awareness in the dimensional space that exists between being awake and being asleep.

From the Guardian perspective this state has been outside of our waking visible light spectrum and is being reintroduced to us while awake now. This state is when you are just beginning to see the layers of the hologram’s matrix architecture. It also the entry to the Astral Plane and 12D Shielding and fear control is highly suggested before intentionally entering. Over the course of history philosophers and scientists both have documented many theories about this consciousness state, however, their final conclusion usually chocked up to some illusory hallucinations from the observer. However in actuality these objects in view while in hypnagogia or lucid dreaming states may be encodement symbols, geometries and math that are used in the language of the holographic matrix field that create our perception of reality. The brain neurochemistry will organize these holographic bits into colors and shapes that move or fit together. These holographic matrix fields are set up as a hierarchical system of celestial management structures that define and govern each dimensional plane of existence. Each plane has a gatekeeper consciousness or species that is existing within its dimensional space. Science refers to these moving objects commonly observed within hypnagogia as the “Tetris Effect”. LIVE BOLD & BLOOM: “12 Of The Most Important Values To Live By”

What values are important to a life well-lived?

What do you want to be known for? What qualities do you admire in others and work to cultivate in yourself?

And how do those qualities reflect your core beliefs?

Your life values are those that, once you identify them, help you with decision-making and provide the building blocks for your character — specifically the one you want to have.

For example, if one of your top value in life is courage, you’ll likely seek out new challenges so you can act in spite of the fear that comes when you’re faced with the possibility of failure or rejection.

And if forgiveness has recently become one of your values to live by, you’ll want to remind yourself of your new commitment when you’re about to spend time with someone who has hurt you in the past.

But what is the point of identifying your values, and how do they contribute to your growth and happiness?

To answer this question, we’re exploring 12 of the most important values in life and showing how they influence everything you do.

But before we do that, it makes sense to explain what values are in the first place.

What Are Values in Life?

Values are about what you consider important to the life you want to live. They inform your priorities and, when practiced consistently, form the character you want to have.

They’re rooted in your core beliefs about what makes for a life well-lived and about the behavior you want to model for others (including children if you have them).

Shared values are the basis for a common code – a value-based compass – that speeds up decision-making and unites those who share that code.

By expressing those values, the common code articulates different aspects of the shared mission and becomes the key motivator for those who share it.

You can take each of the following examples of values in life to create a code or motto that motivates you to practice that value every day, so it will become second nature when it’s most needed.

12 Most Important Values To Life By

1. Courage

Courage is about doing what you believe needs to be done — not in the absence of fear but in spite of it.

You might feel disinclined to offer a genuine apology out of fear that the other will reject it, but courage will help you apologize anyway, because it’s the right thing to do, out of respect for the one you hurt or offended. Whether they accept your apology or not is their business.

Courage requires a step outside of your comfort zone. If you have no fear, you don’t need courage, but when something you know you have to do makes you feel sick inside, courage is what makes you do that thing anyway.

Courage code: “I do what needs to be done, even if fear comes along for the ride.”

2. Kindness

Kindness is about treating others the way you want to be treated.

It’s more than just holding your tongue when you’re tempted to say something unkind; kindness looks for ways to make life better for others. It takes delight in lifting others up and reminding them they’re not alone, invisible, or insignificant.

Kindness and compassion are closely related; the latter involves the readiness to see a situation from someone else’s perspective and to give them the benefit of the doubt. It also takes into consideration what the other person has gone through and chooses to respond with kindness rather than anger or vengefulness.

Both demonstrate at least a subliminal appreciation for the connectedness of all living beings; when you show kindness and compassion to others, you benefit (at least) as much as they do.

Kindness to yourself is also important, and it’s the basis for self-care. Don’t forget to be as kind to yourself as you want others to be.

Schedule time each day for reasonable and thoughtful self-care, and practice mindfulness to be fully present for it. In practicing kindness to yourself, you also make yourself better able to render kindness to others.

Kindness code: “I treat others as I want to be treated — with thoughtfulness, patience, and respect.”

3. Patience

When someone is pushing your buttons, taking your time or attention away from something you want to finish, or making your life harder in some way, you practice patience by putting yourself in the others’ shoes, trying to see the situation from their perspective, and responding with kindness and respect.

No one wants to be treated like an inconvenience or a burden, and sometimes your priorities have to change to make room for something (or someone) more important or more likely to help you grow.

Patience code: “No matter how I feel when someone interrupts me or gets in my way, I always treat them with the same patience I hope for from others when necessity compels me to interrupt them or get in their way.”

4. Integrity

Integrity is about acting and speaking in accordance with your beliefs.

If you say one thing but do the opposite, witnesses to this contradiction aren’t likely to recognize you as a person of integrity. They’re more likely to accuse you of hypocrisy.

Though you may not be fully conscious of the disagreement between your words and actions, if you believe one thing but your actions profess a contradictory belief, you might feel a growing unease and unhappiness with the way you’re acting.

It doesn’t feel right. And you’re faced with a choice: either change your belief, or change your actions.

Integrity code: “What I believe is made clear by what I say and do.”

5. Gratitude / Appreciation

When gratitude is a core belief, you make time for it every day. You prioritize both feeling gratitude and expressing it — in your thoughts, in the words you speak or write, and in your attitude and actions.

You might create the habit of writing a daily gratitude list. And if you recognize the importance of emotion to the fullest experience of gratitude, you’ll likewise place a high value on a daily mindfulness practice.

Showing appreciation to others for their words and actions is also essential to making this a core value. Just as you appreciate it when others thank you for a job well done, for a thoughtful gift, or for rendering the help they needed, others appreciate that recognition too.

And far too often, we act as though others must already know how much we appreciate them. Don’t assume that they do; make sure of it.

Gratitude code: “In the morning, throughout the day, and in the evening, I feel and express gratitude for the good things in my life. And I make sure everyone who has done something good for me knows I appreciate them for it.”

6. Forgiveness

Forgiveness is about letting go of anger and resentment toward those who have hurt or offended you.

You’re not saying what they did was okay or not a big deal; you’re acknowledging that what they did was hurtful but choosing to forgive them in order to be free of the anger and resentment (toward them) that are making you miserable.

In forgiving them, you take back your power and choose happiness and peace of soul for yourself, even if the one who hurt you has never shown the slightest hint of remorse.

Everyone has a capacity for forgiveness — just as everyone has the capacity to hurt others with their words and actions — but not everyone has cultivated a habit of forgiveness.

We learn to be more forgiving by forgiving more. If you write morning pages, add a short list of people you forgive, adding what you forgive them for and something you appreciate about each person.

Forgiveness code: “I forgive those who have hurt me, because I know I’ve made mistakes and hurt people, too, and I want to be free of this anger and resentment. I choose freedom, and I choose to genuinely want (and work for) the good of those who’ve hurt me.”

7. Love

Love sees the good in everyone, and it wants good things for them. You may not always know what’s best for someone else, but if you love them, you want their ultimate happiness, and you want to see them grow.

You recognize that no one reaches adulthood with their character fixed and unchangeable; we’re all a work in progress. Things your 20-year-old self would say might appall your 40-year-old self. It’s part of being human if you’re a human that continues to grow.

Did someone you love do terrible things in their 20’s or 30’s — things they would never do now (in their mid-40’s)?

Forgive them for not knowing better before they learned whatever stopped them from doing those terrible things. And forgive yourself for not knowing that human beings are all capable of terrible things — just as we’re also capable of growth.

When you love someone, you don’t base that love on the kind of person they were ten or twenty years ago, or on the person, you hope they become or that you wish they were. Your love tells them, “You are enough — just as you are today.”

You recognize that their beliefs and behavior may change as they grow, but since your love doesn’t depend on what they believe or on whether you agree on everything, your love doesn’t lessen with time and with the challenges those changes bring.

Love code: “I love with both passion and understanding; real love is wide awake.”

8. Growth

If growth is one of your core values, you look for opportunities to grow as a person and to help others grow, too.

You take the time to identify your values and your overall mission, so you can live in accordance with it and become more and more the person you have to be in order to fulfill your mission.

You know that growth isn’t a destination but a process, and you want to enjoy that process and help others to enjoy their own.

You might take an interest in coaching or in group growth opportunities, where members support and encourage each other. You recognize true and wholehearted collaboration as an asset and a growth facilitator, and you prioritize growth over comfort and security.

Real growth might mean shaking things up at home or at work, but the more committed you are to your growth and to that of those you care about, the less you mind rocking the boat.

Growth code: “Every day, I’m growing more into the person I want to be.”

9. Listening

If active listening is a core value for you, you value others’ input and invest time and energy in learning how to see things from their perspectives.

So, it makes sense that when someone wants to tell you something, you give them your full attention and thoughtfully consider their words.

Whereas before you felt tense with the expectation of having to defend your beliefs against an unfriendly viewpoint, you’ve learned (through practice) to listen with genuine openness rather than an ego-centric fear of being proven wrong.

You recognize that you don’t know everything, and you don’t see even familiar things from every angle, so you appreciate it when others share their perspectives. And your body language as well as your feedback shows them you’re listening and that you care about what they have to say.

Listening code: “I listen to others with my full attention, so I can learn from them and show thoughtful consideration for their ideas.”

10. Respect

If you want to be known for treating all human (or living) beings with respect, you probably base that respect on something more fundamental than someone’s rank or social status.

Otherwise, why would you consider it a priority to treat all humans with equal respect — regardless of their age, income, or background?

Or why would you put more energy into making sure the least exalted among you is treated with respect than into making sure others treat you with the same consideration.

It doesn’t mean you don’t consider yourself equally worthy of respect, but you find it easy to put yourself in other people’s shoes, so in making sure they feel respected, you feel more respected, too.

Respect code: “I treat all living beings with the same respect with which I like to be treated.”

11. Self-Giving

Another word for self-giving is sacrifice, but self-giving has a more positive connotation. Essentially, you’re giving of yourself — your time, your attention, your energy, your treasure, your abilities — to help or enrich another.

Real love doesn’t hesitate to give of itself until it hurts, knowing that the momentary pain is nothing compared to the benefit won by that self-giving.

The word “selfless” implies that someone has given so much of themselves, they’ve reserved nothing for their own use or enjoyment, but in giving yourself — if you give out of love — your joy is in what that gift brings to others.

Self-giving can be overdone but only when the motive is pride (or insecurity) rather than love.

Self-giving code: “I give of myself to others not only to connect with them but to acknowledge our connectedness. What I give to them, I also receive.”

12. Vision

You may be used to talking about vision in the context of a specific person’s “vision for the future,” but the larger sense of vision is not something that you own or that comes from you; it comes through you and inspires you and others.

Because the larger vision isn’t confined to your ego, the power of that vision is free to attract, illuminate, and flow through you.

Your vision is connected to one that is infinite and uncontainable — you do not exist to serve yourself at the expense of others; you exist to cooperate with others in the creation of a community that benefits all living creatures.

Your personal vision — what you see as your response to the larger vision — informs your personal mission and the process by which you live out that mission.

It’s not about the lifestyle you want or the things you’ll have when you’re “successful.” It has more to do with allowing yourself to be led by the greater vision through your personal links to it — your intuition and inner wisdom.

Vision code: “I live according to a vision guided by my inner wisdom and judgment.”

Now, it’s your turn.

What are your values? And what will you do today to put one (or more) of them into practice?

One small action today makes more of a difference than you probably realize.

Think of each small action as a seed you plant that, as long as you nurture it along the way, grows into a healthy tree with roots and branches, shedding seeds of its own.

Your values are the life in every seed you plant. Choose the best values, and make them part of your blueprint for personal growth.

And may your courage and passion for growth influence everything you do today.

LISA RENEE (Time Shift Blog): “Becoming Transparent”

Dear Ascending Family,

Certainly, its been a rough time for many people, and I’ve received countless emails from people that are feeling desperate from the confusion, pain and anxiety they are experiencing.  It has been hard to hold neutral space, and to know the best way to help others, when observing so many people in a state of extreme suffering.  Since last October and into the new year of Morphogenesis, it’s clear to me that where there are blind spots or deep wounds that have been buried or hidden, these wounds are exploding to the surface for many people who are disorientated about what they are supposed to do about it.  I’ve also noticed that lightworkers that never had negative attacks or had not been exposed to the underbelly of the war over consciousness, many of them are being initiated into a stream of dark manipulation and aggressive psychic attacks, and they are caught in total surprise that this is happening to them.

Its clear that one cannot really understand the severity of the consciousness war, and the attack against our creative forces and soul-spirit, until that person has been directly targeted for embodying this higher aspect of their consciousness.  Many star people have been dealing with this for many years already, and we all have to come to the acceptance that is how it is on planet earth.  However, now more people are awakening to a certain level, and they are getting a ration of negativity in which they are struggling deeply to comprehend.  In some ways this can be positive, because it means more people are awakening to the fact we are not free beings on planet earth.  This goes much further than the office of president, or world governments, or corporatocracy, as the source of total control over the level of consciousness that earth humans are allowed to have, as it was decided by the slave owners.

From my vantage point, since we moved into the bifurcation of time, those that are struggling with mental and emotional confusion, pain or fear, have really been amplified.  When a person is primarily seated in the intellect over their spiritual guidance system, this can really do a number on those that are awakening.  Unfortunately, there is no magic pill to clear out mental confusion and emotional pain, this is the inner work that every single one of us must do in order to become mentally and emotionally free from its grip.  Our clarity and discernment will remain very poor until we do the inner emotional work and get the ego/intellect out of the driver’s seat of our life.

At the same time, I’d like to say that for many awakening people that have been committed to do the inner work, they are feeling freer and more supported than they ever have.  This is true for me.  When the Krystal Star anchored here in late 2012, my entire life changed, and I went into a role reversal which was startling to say the least.  Over many years, the people that had known what had happened to me and thought of me as “there must be something wrong with her”, started to undergo dismantling and completely changed their tune.  All of the sudden, I was considered an expert in an area that most people had ridiculed me for.

From this very difficult place of observing people in pain, I’d like to share some qualities that I feel are absolutely critical to cultivate in these tumultuous times in order to navigate the energetic chaos and insanity in the outer world, and still maintain inner peace, coherence and clarity.

An important key is allowing yourself to feel incredibly uncomfortable sometimes in order to cultivate deeper clarity and discernment in situations, which gives you the ability to be transparent to outer influences.

Being transparent in the face of aggressive outer forces, and intimately knowing my weaknesses to protect myself, is how I navigate incessant attacks for sharing this information with the public.  I would not have made it this far, if I did not comprehend the importance of developing these qualities in myself.  I always look to be aware of my energetic weakness in every situation and commit to knowing the truth, even if it could be painful.  We all can become transparent to a degree in order to neutralize dark attacking, in which these forces cannot penetrate deeply enough into our lightbody to do real energetic harm.

Energetic harm comes when you feel emotionally devastated for a sustained period of time.

Thus, we all must cure ourselves of this pain body weakness by embodying our soul-spirit, because our unhealed pain will be the first item exploited to cause you agony.  This kind of emotional pain is temporary, and you can free yourself from experiencing this kind of suffering.

There is no real emotional and spiritual growth without some personal discomfort.  It is impossible to make an spiritual impact in the world, if you are unwilling to be uncomfortable and are unwilling to learn something new to improve yourself.  Learning never ends, and there is always something new to learn and improve.  This is how it is.

Clarity

Clarity is the quality of being clear through developing Self Awareness, it is the quality of Coherence that is the natural result of having a full comprehension, awareness or perception of something.  To develop strong Discernment of the energies around us, we must develop some degree of self-awareness and Self-Responsibility for the situations we may find ourselves, in order to arrive in some degree of personal Clarity.  Clarity and Discernment are life mastery skills that we must cultivate into positive attributes that radically improve the quality of our life, and which take time, dedication and practice.  Having clarity about things that are happening in our life, by seeing the macrocosm or bigger picture, helps us to avoid entangling ourselves into difficulties in such way we increase the dark resistance to those energies that we have labeled as negative or bad.

If we increase resistance to the negative energy we have perceived through our intellect, the negative ego, those particular energies will tend to amplify and magnify to become even stronger.

Therefore, to neutralize energetic entanglements and dark manipulation, we observe, discern and accept those energies into Neutral Association.  Our blind spots are generally caused by subconscious wounds, Pain Body, and lack of self awareness that generates the filter for Confirmation Bias that clouds our vision and reactions.

To develop personal Clarity, we need to discipline our intellect to have stillness within, generating a clear inner mirror which allows for Engaged Detachment to discern outer influences, even when these influences make us incredibly uncomfortable.  Spiritual Maturity is the process of dedicating to the expansion of consciousness in that one is willing to be uncomfortable in order to stretch beyond personal limitations.

Generally, we do not see our personal limitations and areas we can improve, until we are made very uncomfortable inside ourselves.  This discomfort can be mental, emotional and even physical.  Spiritual and emotional growth requires that we get comfortable with discomfort, knowing that we can learn something by inquiring on the reasons we feel uncomfortable.

When we have clarity, it produces the authentic state of energetic coherence in such way it allows more light, intuition, insight and energy to pass through you Transparently.  Clarity supports an increased accurate assessment of our environment and the humble ability to assess ourselves in our competencies, which is an effective tool for gaining self mastery.  To arrive at personal clarity for increased discernment in order to remain transparent to adversarial or opposing energies, we must do the inner work and be able to resolve, integrate and neutralize the subconscious wounds or emotional conflicts we carry.

The opposing forces use dark manipulation to direct strong resistance to amplify the areas we carry pain, and these events will reveal to us where we have energetic weakness and vulnerability through these unhealed wounds.  Dark forces will continue to agitate us through our energetic weakness, caused from pain, fear and avoidance, in order to generate as much confusion and misery in the human mind as possible.  If we are feeling mental and emotional pain, we must be willing to do the inner work at some level, and ask for help, in order to come to some resolution that allows neutrality to replace the pain.

The more clarity we have developed, the more authentic we become and the stronger our energetic aura to repel dark forces.

Transparent

As we evolve into higher initiations of Embodiment we are then increasingly able to become more Transparent to the external environmental energies.  Learning how to become more transparent to the external pressures and energies is a necessary skill at this time.  This starts with total Neutrality and non judgment, applied to all that is being observed externally.  A good practice now is to strengthen and develop your witness consciousness now moment awareness, to include Neutral Association to all events, circumstances and situations as best as you are able.  This means you will be less likely to interfere or become entangled with external events that may drain your energy.  Protecting your energy field by becoming self contained and inner directed is important at this time.  The 12D Shield practice is a primer to this process of learning energetic self containment.

During this time humanity has an increased access similar to a broadcast channel to higher intelligence fields, where our Higher Self has a Station of Identity existing at that plane.  These current stellar alignments greatly assist us in accessing the clarity of communicating with our higher aspect or Inner Christ Self.  Many of us are being spiritually initiated now.

It is important at this time to learn how to become Transparent to these external energies.  Do not attach or make judgment on any external behavior, only observe and hold peace inside yourself.  We are traversing some major phases of growth, which require we witness what has happened to our race so that we can become aware of what has happened in so we may choose to heal and change.  The change starts from within us.

Discernment

Being Transparent and clear when exposed to adversarial energies sourcing from the environment and others is a much needed skill set these days.  Without using ego judgment, or assigning a label, test out the personal resonance of people, events and circumstances that you are choosing to engage with or exchange with, determining which is either aligned to your person or not aligned to your person, in that moment.  There is no right or wrong answer, only personal resonance and choice.  That answer may change continually in different timelines depending on when you ask the question and what powers of discernment are cultivated.

Learning personal discernment builds our necessary boundaries to discover what is productive and supportive for fulfilling our spiritual path or not.  Discernment allows for continual productive growth and for the effective use of our personal energies and focused attention.  By upholding our personal boundaries and applying discernment towards all things that we focus our energy and our attention upon, we are more effectively managing our Consciousness and life force.

Thus, we may need to call upon the Spirit of Patience in many difficult situations we may find ourselves.  I find that when clarity or answers elude you, it is usually one of these two factors – Timing and Location.  One must wait for right timing, or there is a need to change your location.  Timing and Location for gaining clarity on your spiritual purpose is really crucial.

Sending much love, prayers of strength to all, in these challenging but beautiful times of Ascension.  We are in this together, and it is not an easy time to be on the earth!  But we have come here to learn and we can grow in quantum leaps if we choose to!

With a Loving Heart,

Lisa
