Most GMO crops are engineered to be herbicide tolerant, withstanding large amounts of chemical weed killer, which over many years of use has produced super-weeds that are resistant to the herbicide, which increases the ongoing chemical sprays on food crops. The toxic insecticide that is produced by genetically engineered corn can get directly into the bloodstream and travel into organs throughout the body.
