In order to clear and shift mind control and negative thoughts from running one’s life, one must identify them as the symptoms of the planetary and personal consciousness evolution. This time on earth, more than any other time in human history, is an incredible push towards consciousness participation for humanity to regain spiritual liberation. Liberation is free from the effects of negative thoughts and free from emotional suffering. Each time you shift an emotional response from anger or judgment to love, joy, gratitude, and acceptance, you are doing global service work at a personal level.

These are two examples of choices one can make at every moment when interpreting our life experiences. Neither of these emotional states have anything to do with what is actually going on in your life or in the environment. It has everything to do with how one is interpreting one’s life.

Every chronic state of mental pain that is generated through anger, fear, or worry is an opportunity for one to see the places where love, forgiveness and self-acceptance are required to heal. This pain or fear shows us the areas we need to transcend, in order to evolve from beyond the ego’s mental control over our lives and into being guided by the higher intelligence of our inner spirit. As long as we resist the inner work necessary to clear fear attitudes and their pain responses, we remain spiritually stagnant. When we hit cycles of spiritual stagnation, we will feel immense pain or discomfort that will force us to address that pain in order to be liberated from it. Spiritual development is not always comfortable, and many of us are going beyond our comfort zone at this time, in order to progress to the next level that our spiritual self is demanding from us. If there is spiritual stagnation present, one will be pushed hard to transform. This is a byproduct of spiritual ascension on our planet and that discomfort shows the pathway to developing and refining the path of liberation, which is only found by following your inner spirit.

The Higher Spiritual Intelligence necessitates that we only have preferences, by releasing control to the outcome of events in lives. This is a process of surrendering and known by the phrase, Let Go and Let God. If we become attached to a person, place, thing, or the outcome, then manipulation and interference are a byproduct of that attachment. Attachment is an ego control mechanism based in deep fear. If we are attached to something and it is creating spiritual stagnation, that object will be removed from our lives so we can refocus ourselves back on the inner spirit. This is also why practicing having “preferences” over ego attachment will be a much easier process, with less emotional pain. If we get the lesson the first time, the lesson does not have to be repeated.

Inner peace is a state of mind that accepts the current state of circumstances as they are, without judgment. When faced with adversity one looks for the opportunity to learn its lesson, in order to move past old recurring patterns. This expands our consciousness as we transcend previous limitations. When we move through our fears and perceived limitations we gain incredible amounts of personal power through enhanced self-esteem. When we know we have the power of our spirit within us, we know we are cared for and that things in our life will work out.

We all have the power of our eternal spirit within us to guide us and keep us safe. The 12D shield process is the beginning, which allows us to develop a deeper communication link with this aspect of ourselves. However, we must learn to remove fear and mental bondage in order to be liberated from its control over the body. The body must be prepared to embody the spiritual light, and with that fear programs and negative thoughts must be removed.

As one feels guided, if mental programs have been difficult to control, here is an exercise provided below to bring them to one’s surface awareness. As we acknowledge these thoughts as stemming from negative ego, similar to facing the ghosts that have been haunting the shadows of our mind, we can see the ghost for what it is. When we face it clearly, revealing it from its hidden shadows, its power is diminished and it ceases to have the ability to terrorize us.

Shadows are only powerful when they remain hidden and buried, as the shadow masquerades in falsity that uses fear to torment us with lies. Be brave, to reveal them and place them to face your real spiritual self. The Eternal Self, as I am God I am Sovereign, I am Free!

Our personal sovereignty awaits us through the release of fears by applying personal responsibility to our thoughts and emotions. Choose your authority now, knowing that you are a God, Sovereign, Free Being.

When feeling mentally overwhelmed, return to read what you have written. Review the responsibility you agreed to hold and the commitment you have made to your self to be liberated from the bondage of the mind. Continue to practice now moment awareness and the many other tools available on our website.

During this time let the world unfold and reveal its pathway without pushing to attempt to figure it all out. Allow things to be what they are, allow people to be where they are. When personal expectations are shattered from having attachments, practice the skill of allowing. Allow it to be the way that it is. Relax, Let Go and Allow.

Regular meditation leads to higher/positive energy that you are consistently tapping into. This effectively makes you very pleasant to be around, and people like that! People naturally gravitate to the people that make them feel good.

4. Your connection with God is strengthened

Spiritual awareness is strengthened with a daily meditation practice. You naturally become more aware of your surroundings, and higher awareness always leads to a deeper connection with God. The trees begin showing personalities, and the landscape takes on different meanings… all through a deeper awareness.

Another scientific fact is that meditation is known to put you into a deeper state of rest than deep sleep. Deep sleep is associated with a delta brainwave. Deep meditation can drop you into that delta brainwave rapidly, achieving the effects in a shorter amount of time.

For every problem a solution exists. When your mind is clear and your in a state of peace, solutions appear. Being in a state of peace just naturally attracts solutions and pathways into your field of view.

Meditation is powerful at clearing the mind and focusing on simple things… like breathing… or a flower. But, it can be used for so much more! To powerfully manifest your desires, you must get into a clear connection with the source of manifesting (God/Universe/Ethers). If your spirits are on high while you visualize then the communication channel for manifesting positive events in your life is strengthened.

While meditating I like to repeat affirmations, otherwise known as mantras, to help focus my energy into the positive. These statements can be as simple as “love” or “I am love, I am joy, I am peace”.

DEANE THOMAS: “Love And A Snow Flake”

A snow flake is such an intricate structure; full of molecular bonds and connections. Molecular structures can be so complex that we never fully get to truly appreciate how unique they are. Snowflakes melt very quickly, when they come into contact with our skin. Yet a group together will form a small mound to be appreciated.

Imagine the amount of energy required to create a snow flake, the journey that it undertakes, and the process which it follows. Enduring, yet so beautiful at the same time. The fragility of its very existence is challenged from the moment it is created. Very much like a human love story!!

Much like most things that are created in nature, there is a cycle and a process for its evolution. We all know the beginning and the end of our life story; we are born and we will die! But what happens to our essence? What happens to our spirit? There are many written theories, and no doubt we already know the answer to that! Much the same as coming to terms with love.

In many ways love can be compared to a snow flake. Beautiful experience, complicated structure, and always melts/disappears when we don’t wish it to! Once we grasp the true concept of love then it all begins to make sense. It is throughout life that our soul reminds us through experiences and encounters. Knowing this we shall certainly learn to trust our inner guide not an illusion from the outside.

We will always be guided to where we are needed, where we are going, and when to heal/regenerate. When we are open to receive love, it will be presented. Our soul, our intuition, our instinct will always “know” when it meets or senses true love. This is one thing we can be grateful for. There is no doubt about it, for the universal laws apply. This can happen when we least expect it, and the wonder is simply magic.

The true love essence will be stronger than before because we have healed. Our energy levels will be higher, and our vibration too. We will then begin to follow our inner guidance. Whether we are guided to a new place or a new opportunity or a new person, we shall simply stop questioning and just enjoy everything. Our internal guidance is never wrong, but our thoughts often are and can be!

After years of healing and getting to the truth of our self, it is not time to be repeating the same old stuff we have done for eons. We woke for a reason, and it is not something that has been written about. We were not given any rule book or guidance, we are simply relying on like-minded soul family members to get us to this point. We have conquered the biggest battles any man or woman can, to reach a place of Oneness.

We have prepared the present and future generations with the right balance of information, so that they too understand what love actually is. Now is the time for the hard work to be rewarded with the pleasure of a whole life. A life full of love, happiness and joy — in a place we create for ourselves and our families. We will bring together those that are meant to be with and around us, and together we will create loving communities.

The significance of a snow flake in our lives is one we shall consider, particularly when its beauty and presence are magical. We can always preserve the essence of a snow flake in our mind and body, much the same as love itself. Once we have preserved the essence, we are complete and whole. It is for us then to maintain that wholeness, knowing we are love.

Unconditional love is our natural essence, it is our state of being, and it is who we are!

MYSTICAL JOURNEY: “Be Soft with You”

Be soft with your spirit.  Be gentle with your essence.  BE authentic to your purpose and calling.  Rid yourself from the negative self-talk.  You become everything you say that you are or that you are not.  We are born every day, every minute, every second.  We are here on borrowed time.  Make it lovingly serene with your heart so that you can present your soul lovingly to another.  This struggle is all bullshit at the end of the day.  It doesn’t matter what you did or haven’t done.  This moment, wasted reading this, or contemplating what hasn’t been scratched off your To Do List, is all irrelevant.

Really… this is nonsense.  All the fake-ness of pretending and showing others a different person in order to fit in society.  I want to know YOU… the real you that cries in your car, gets giddy at the first dog you see in the street… the YOU that loves the moon and stars.

There are folks losing their jobs, their homes, and families.  There are others sitting alone in a hospital room watching a loved one fight for their lives.  While some others are in the petty claws of political and religious arguments on social media… life is happening out there.  Life is happening in here.  Life is a series of ongoing movements and motions reminding us that we get to pick the perception and reaction.

I don’t know why bad things happen.  I don’t know why anything happens.  I would like to believe it’s for the evolution of our higher self.  I would like to believe it’s part of a larger design.  Who truly knows at this point?  I have to be led by faith and that onset programming of a higher body of spirit guiding me.

What I do know is that we need one another. We need a tribe.  We need love.  YES… lots of love and to turn on our hearts to accept and spread it.

We need to know that we aren’t alone in the path of obstacles and challenges.  We need to get out of our own head space and truly feel the vibration of another who is part of the overall conscious mass and start shifting towards changing the negatives to positives.

Hold a friend’s hand in need.  Hug your lover as if it was the last time.  Kiss those kids tightly.  Smile at a stranger.  Open doors for an elderly person.  Compliment a cashier.  Delete the toxic folks out of your life.  If they don’t raise you then they have taught you something.  It’s time to move on.  Use your energy wisely. Just get out of your freaking head and lovingly give to another who needs to feel that the illusion of loneliness is not drowning their existence.  It matters.  It all matters to that one human who is struggling with life.

Stop the craziness of self doubt and anxiety because there is no way you leave this life alive.  STOP focusing on the lack of anything and start creating by living in joy.  So… live for yourself with honor, love, and compassion.  You don’t own this blue planet alone.  I am here.  You are here.  Let’s be here together in peace and harmony.  Let’s be raised by love and light.  We got this!

BRENDA HOFFMAN: “Giggles Without Boundaries”

Ascension Avatar note: I’ve had ‘the giggles’ all morning to the point of stern self-chastisement (“What is wrong with you today?!”). Apparently I haven’t lost my ‘inner child’… 😊

Dear Ones,

You continue to be more task-oriented than child-centered. Yet your most direct action path is a child-like belief, innocence, and play. All of which most of you push to the sidelines as you complete one should task after another.

Even though you might enjoy those tasks, enjoying them does not necessarily preclude child-like fun and innocence.

Do you not feel some sparkles of joy and innocence when you observe a small child in Santa’s lap? Reviewing memories of how you used to believe in magic and joy without boundaries.

Likely, your flashes of joy or child-like fun are pierced by thoughts of what you should be doing — and enjoying it as you do. For you have shifted your joy from special occasions to everyday tasks — as we requested. Yet, most of you have not yet shifted your joy to child-like fun.

Child-like fun is created when you have no objective other than play. It does not matter if the floor is dirty or tomorrow’s presentation is complete, you merely drop personal shoulds to play and giggle.

You counter that you must finish the report or you might not have a job or clean the floor for a visitor — again giving your power to others.

You continue to push play to the end of your day or other smaller segments instead of awakening each day to plot giggles instead of daily shoulds. It is likely that if you fully allowed yourself to follow your giggles instead of shoulds, you would discover more efficient preparation or cleaning skills.

Relax and play more and your seemingly endless list of shoulds will melt away. Continue to focus on shoulds and play will falter, then fade into nothingness.

You cannot be new you if shoulds dominate your being.

Trusting new you will occur when you allow yourself the freedom to be in all your child-like sparkle.

Perhaps you cannot understand what we are speaking of for you have always established a to-do list that must be completed before playtime. When in truth, playtime will greatly decrease your to-do lists in ways you cannot yet imagine.

When work of any sort becomes part of your playtime, that work will dissolve easily and quickly.

Of course, you do not believe this concept is possible for you were trained to believe hard work produced results and play merely postponed the drudgery you faced after playtime.

Let us give you another thought that might help you switch activities from work-time to playtime. You are a new being in a new physical body so that which used to be required is no longer. You have different skills and interests than was true in 3D.

Your current difficulty is trusting those new skills for you remain convinced that hard work is required for all forward action. The opposite is now true. Hard work only creates more hard work as you focus on the diligent efforts to complete the task.

Your new approach is asking yourself if a task will be fun and if not, do not complete that task until you determine within yourself a more fun approach or no approach at all.

You are no longer of 3D. Yet you continue to approach “life is difficult, you’ll never get this done,” etc.

Trust your new self, enough to complete the task in fun instead of drudgery or not at all. Perhaps that task is not needed, or you will discover someone who enjoys doing this for you as you enjoy doing that for them.

You already know you do not have the same interests and skills as others. Yet you expect to enjoy all of the skills you found necessary in 3D as you trudge through those areas you really do not enjoy.

Your future is to play with what you enjoy and expect that someone will complete those tasks you do not, or you will create an easier way of completing them.

You are a new being in a new body with new skills and interests. Even though you have perhaps shifted your perceptions of those tasks you feel are drudgery, it is time to shift those tasks from shoulds to playtime or no time.

You are free.

Your new focus is child-like play. Any task that does not feel as such can be negated, shifted or created anew. All are within your new skillset. You are no longer one of the crowd. You are a special being with a special task not the least of which is claiming yourself through child-like innocence.

As a child, you expect to be cared for and fed. The same is true now. Expect those uncomfortable or abhorrent pieces to be completed in ways you cannot now imagine. It is time to open your child-like expectations that your reward for a job well-done is the freedom to create different methods of completing tasks.

You do not have the interest nor the energy to focus on unpleasant tasks. It is time for play. Play as you create your life of ease and giggles. So be it. Amen.
