The Immune System is a host defense system comprising many biological structures and processes within an our bodily matrices that protect us against disease. To function properly, an immune system must detect a wide variety of agents, known as pathogens, from viruses to parasitic worms, and distinguish them from the body’s own healthy tissue. The immune system protects the human body from infection with layered defenses of increasing specificity. In simple terms, the immune system generates physical barriers that prevent pathogens such as bacteria and viruses from entering the body and spreading throughout the body, which stops infection from going systemic. Some people may have weaker immune systems genetically; others may have weaker immune systems because of viral or bacterial infections. As a basic guideline for building a stronger immunity, lets look at some physical body goals that can be implemented immediately.

Stage 1- Physical Body Goals

Increase physical body awareness and needs to optimize and nurture your physical body function, so it can operate at the level you require of it.
Identify nutrients, foods, cleanses, physical supports such as exercise, sunlight, therapies, healing modalities, sharing love and laughter with others and pets, that which increases your joy and physical wellbeing.
Commit to healing and supporting your physical self as a priority.
Educate yourself about detoxification, cleansing and the relationship between physical parasites and energetic parasites.
Use common sense for implementing healthier strategies; don’t smoke, don’t take drugs and avoid alcohol and sugar. Get adequate sleep, promote a healthy and still mind, consume the healthiest foods and purest water available to you, promote gut health with probiotics, wash hands frequently and be hygienic, get regular exercise, manage stress, and try to find humor and laughter more often. ^[1]^[2]

Weaken Aura, Weaken Immunity

When you have been exposed to any circumstance that has weakened your aura which commonly will also weaken your physical immunity, it is helpful to support your physical body in so to know how to better strengthen your immunity. First, identify any physical weaknesses you may pinpoint and implement a basic physical support strategy for increasing wellness. When we pay attention to our body, many times we will get clear guidance on simple steps we can take to make our body stronger. Investigate the ways you can strengthen and purify the physical body for building a stronger immunity, which also helps to build a stronger spiritual foundation and repel energetic harassment.^[3]

I do not consent to the use of artificial-technology frequency fences and black-box quantum supercomputing devices in the space fence to transmit beam-steering technology that is directing harmful technologies such as the 5G-millimeter microwaves to the people of this earth, I do not consent to the destructive technological abuses that are being directed in assorted EMF spectrum of artificial frequencies targeting to the human race, to animals and nature, to my family, and to myself, I command my right to co-exist in Natural Laws, and the right to own bodily integrity.

Focus on your [u][b]right-hand fingers[/b][/u], please take your thumb and middle finger, placing them at the very top of the bridge of your nose, making sure the two fingers are [u]resting on either side of the bridge of your nose, resting on the top corner of each eye at the top indentation of your eye socket. And so your fingers should be resting at the topmost position on the bridge of your nose. You will find your index finger resting on your forehead[/u]. Place your index finger purposely on the center of your forehead, intending to connect the index finger to point directly into the thalamus in the center of your brain. Now take your left-hand pal open and place it on the back of your neck on the top of the ninth chakra or Alta Major.

Note this position in the left-hand and right-hand fingers, as this is the position we use for holographic re-patterning to clear out obsolete electromagnetic fields and artificial frequencies. At the end of every stated correction, hold this position: Left-hand palm on the back of your neck for support of your medula and right-hand fingers, holding position on the bridge of your nose with your index finger in the center of your forehead.

With each correction, intend to clear all harmful frequencies[/b] that are needed in this moment and then tap the index finger three times on the center of your forehead and Third Eye, in a three count: 1,001 tap, 1,002 tap, 1,003 tap. See your entire skeletal structure, skull-and-bone structure, in your mind’s eye. Intend to look closely into your bones. Imagine that you see the emerald spark, as a standing wave in the cellular material of your bone, matrix and bone marrow. As you get closer at the microscopic level, there is an emerald-green-standing wave protecting and shielding your skeletal matrix. This is Holy Father, protecting you at the cellular level, deep in the resonance of your bone structure, connecting you always directly to him and with him.

Focus on the chromosomes that you have inherited in your body from the family of origin, now. Dear ES Family,

As we enter into 2019, at this time so many people that are near and dear to us, many people around us are undergoing a major consciousness shift in the foundation of their identity. As many of us are well aware, this can appear to be a major life upheaval, and thus this period of time can be extremely challenging for many people. We are enduring stages of the planetary dark night of the soul, whether consciously on the spiritual path, or unconsciously on the spiritual path. We are all engaged at some level of this combination of dismantling and its result, which is designed to catalyze a personal renewal process that changes our direction in life. Recently, the larger collective consciousness themes are surfacing around any power struggles or conflicts that exist in the nature of our current station of identity. This includes all of the structures around us and in our environment that reinforce the beliefs we have about our core identity, or how we experience our sense of self in this world.

So many of us in this spiritual family, many humans on the earth right now are undergoing a deep level of change in their core foundation that supported their current station of identity. When that foundation cracks, if the foundation has been built upon deception, or a lack of seeing the whole truth, these cracks weaken the core foundation and the people, places and things that were reinforcing our environment start to crumble away. We are seeing these cracks surface now into view, and this is the blessing which allows us to strengthen and solidify our core and our spiritual foundation. To know that when we intend to build the house for our inner spirit, we build it on the permanent strength and foundation that is based in truth.

This is a time of inquiring on the nature of truth. What truth means to us. How do we speak truth, live truth, think truth to the best of our ability, while being a human being, on a planet undergoing the chaotic event of consciousness liberation. We must seek to understand ourselves while navigating on a prison planet, and begin to forgive ourselves for allowing the anti-human conditions in which we find ourselves living within on this planet today. However, every time we undergo a significant breaking apart of foundation, it can impact the deeper part our ability to trust, to trust the universe, to trust God, to trust ourselves, and to ultimately know who we can trust and how to trust others. When we break down our identity and that which had reinforced that identity, we can lose trust in the entire spiritual ascension process.

In holding that awareness that many beloved human beings around us are enduring a crisis of faith, and are also enduring a crisis of truth. Things in the external are confusing, and we need to take the time out to get clear about the necessity to break down the areas in one’s life where deceptions have been built upon something in our sense of identity, that have created illusions and self-deceptions. Which ultimately, in the longer term, can harm us if they are not corrected.

Understanding these cracks in the firmament are that which we are sensing, maybe in terms of loved ones near us undergoing massive shifts in their identity, in their reinforcements of identity, whatever that environment may have been. Our relationships are undergoing big changes right now. Our relationships are a type of reinforcement of our identity, our significant other, our boyfriend, girlfriend or spouse, our family members, our jobs or careers, methods of which we interact with the world at large, all of this has levels of reinforcing our identity every day to define what we do in this world. This is undergoing shifts in the core foundation, at every level. Being patient, holding inner stillness as an observer to the process of change, helps this shifting through the core foundation of identity to be much easier and smoother at this time. To bring compassionate understanding to those around us that we may see in our own communities, and in our own families, while in our work environments, whatever it may be. Note that the common theme we may see is the breaking down of foundation in people, places or things, which have been built either on deceptions, lies of omission, denials, or a lack of understanding the larger picture. When structures break down reinforcements, many times there is a surface purge of miasmatic debris, dead energy, or previous obsolete patterns, and the combined weight of these forces in our body can manifest into ascension flu, assorted dropping density symptoms, or other types of physical illness.

As a result of the energetic terrain shifting in the collective field, I’d like to share that since December, the acute focus has been the awareness of an assortment of Pestilence Programs surfacing in the planetary field, that appear to be the result of both an organic process of shifting massive amounts of collective miasma, combined with negative forces capitalizing on disease programming in order to suppress those awakening or shifting into higher embodiment stages. Essentially, to keep awakening people feeling mired in physical disease programs and the medical turnstile. Many of these disease programs are from many years past, previous timelines, such as the energy signature of the Bubonic Plague, which has been present over the last 30 days. As some of us are aware, the spraying of disease patterns into the collective consciousness grids both through electromagnetic means, and chemtrail spraying of pathogenic cocktails, are genetic modification methods used to control gene expression in an awakening public. By intentionally routing awakening people into the medical system merry-go-round to seek help for unusual physical symptoms, this works to keep people distracted from really what is happening, while suppressing their awakening potential.

Thus, at this time, please be aware that there is a full spectrum electromagnetic assault of Pestilence Programming being targeted in sweeps into the planetary grid networks. This seems to have additional specific targeting to those who do grid work, and work in the planetary field in some capacity, designed as retaliation by Luciferian forces, who are not happy with our recent achievements in the Albion-Cathar body in United Kingdom, France, Spain and Brazil. Please educate yourself about Armageddon Software and its third mode of targeting, the horseman pulsing of the pestilence program, which is an electromagnetic assault of an assortment of disease programs that are pulsed into the collective miasma in the lower dimensions, usually in the phantom or dead energy layers, embedded in the Qlippoth dead shells of negative forms.

Thus, this may be the time to apply special care to the physical body, and to help the body clear disease programs, and the potential blood infection (sepsis) stemming from the miasmatic clouds surfacing in the collective fields. Some recent clearings have surfaced in the field in regard to Coxsackie Virus, Bubonic Plague, Mycoplasma Pneumonia, Lyme Disease, German Measles (Rubella), Avian Bird Flus. Each of these pathogenic organisms have specific energy signatures that are connected to demonic gestalts and black magic, as well as reversal energies running circuitry in the body, which interferes with proper life force flow in the internal channels and generates issues that the medical professionals call cancer. Pay attention, get the rest you require, and do whatever you can and have available to you to take good care of your body and strengthen immunity.

Pestilence Program

The definition of a Pestilence is any infectious, fatal disease that is widespread or an evil influence or deliverer. An example of a pestilence is the bubonic plague. A disease that causes widespread crop damage or animal deaths can also be called a pestilence. In its Biblical use it generally indicates that these are otherworldy visitations that act as consequences to evil or immoral behavior. The word is most frequently used in the prophetic books, and it occurs 25 times in Jeremiah and Ezekiel, always associated with the sword and famine. In 4 other passages it is combined with noisome or evil beasts, or war. [1]

Infection

Infection is the invasion of an organism’s body tissues by disease-causing agents, their multiplication, and the reaction of host tissues to the infectious agents and the toxins they produce. Infectious disease, also known as transmissible disease or communicable disease, is illness resulting from an infection.

Infections are caused by infectious agents including viruses, viroids, prions, bacteria, nematodes such as parasitic roundworms and pinworms, arthropods such as ticks, mites, fleas, and lice, fungi such as ringworm, and other macroparasites such as tapeworms and other helminths.[2]

Bubonic Plague

Bubonic Plague is one of three types of plague caused by bacterium Yersinia pestis. One to seven days after exposure to the bacteria, flu-like symptoms develop.These include fever, headaches, and vomiting. Swollen and painful lymph nodes occur in the area closest to where the bacteria entered the skin. Occasionally the swollen lymph nodes may break open.

The three types of plague are the result of the route of infection: bubonic plague, septicemic plague, and pneumonic plague. Bubonic plague is mainly spread by infected fleas from small animals. It may also result from exposure to the body fluids from a dead plague-infected animal. In the bubonic form of plague, the bacteria enter through the skin through a flea bite and travel via the lymphatic vessels to a lymph node, causing it to swell. Diagnosis is made by finding the bacteria in the blood, sputum, or fluid from lymph nodes.[3]

Armageddon Software

The Armageddon Software programs, such as War, Pestilence and Cataclysm fears, or many other fear programs which can be interchanged as they are similar bio-warfare Mind Control programs used on the earth to suppress human consciousness. This is a Psycho-Spiritual Warfare strategy used against humanity by the Negative Aliens through their False Gods and False Father Satanic religions to use SRA to repeatedly kill and torture humans through war. The Armageddon Software is the companion Mind Control system which is activated through the Crucifixion Implants as a Holographic Insert in the planetary body and human body. The Jehovian Grids and the Jehovah religions are used to power up these NAA Violent Religions to increase fear, terror and wars over of God.

Horseman Of Apocalypse

Though theologians and popular culture differ on the first Horseman, the four riders are often seen as symbolizing Conquest or Pestilence (and less frequently, the Christ or the Antichrist), War, Famine, and Death. [4]

Pestilence Program = Vaccination

Recently, there has been media spin promoting disease programming through the aggressive creation of fear and the push for legalizing forced vaccinations of children and hospital workers. Many articles have been posted recently in the news by medical professionals urging you to vaccinate, combined with a variety of public relation messages to urge people to trust our health to the medical system professional. This implies the average person is unintelligent and incapable in regards to managing their own health and body, and the pushed Propaganda is to give our power fully over to the people that make multiple billions in revenue from the medical and pharmaceutical industry. Who with common sense can truly believe that these drug companies have our families health and wellbeing as their first priority? This is a perfect example of Psycho-Spiritual Warfare (mind control) operation directed to the public to create panic around the medical agenda to prescribe as many pharmaceuticals and vaccinations as possible, without people questioning or performing due diligence on what they are actually being injected with or swallowing. The hard question to ask is who is benefiting from this propaganda, and why are they pushing Vaccinations and saturating the media with commercials to ask the “friendly doctors you can trust” on the latest pharmaceutical or medical device so aggressively now?

It is blaringly obvious that there is a massive conflict of interest between the public’s health and wellbeing that stands between the billions of dollars generated to the Pharmaceutical companies and their medical representatives. No sane person can refute this, it is fact. Happy drug commercials with smiling paid actors to hide following the trail of money is just one of the agendas at work to pull the wool over people’s eyes. We are not even addressing the sinister details of the NAA eugenicist program that is actually behind this propaganda of pushing the vaccine and pharmaceutical agenda. This is just about plain common sense and following the money to see who actually gets paid incredible amounts of money in order to carry out the Armageddon Software which includes the Pestilence program. Neurological Toxins

We can be blocked from receiving these higher frequencies transmitted during the Ascension Cycle, even when we are directly exposed to them, from excessive distraction in materialism, being bombarded with low ELF or radio waves, or from uncleared accumulated negativity and toxic exposures. There is tremendous amount of chaotic forces being purposely spread in order to confuse, obfuscate, distract and trap the masses into very low frequency behaviors that continually drain their energies. Additionally, on planet earth we are exposed to an array of neurological toxins designed to impair the organic functioning of the autonomic nervous system and keep brain wave activity in high stress states. Pharmaceuticals, vaccinations, Chemtrails, ELF, radio wave and wi-fi exposures, genetic modified foods, preservatives, aspartame and recreational drugs are all designed to impair or damage the nervous system over a period of time with continued exposure, dulling the higher sensory ability and suppressing Consciousness of the human being. When we become aware of the potentially harmful effects hidden inside the push of mass consumerism, we can make better choices to protect ourselves and our energies from being unconsciously drained by these forces using Consumptive Modeling to push their products on us.[6]

Genetic Engineering

One way Genetic Engineering works is by physically removing a gene from one organism and inserting it into another, giving the organism the potential ability to express the trait encoded by that inserted gene. Bacterium and virus can be used in the spraying of Chemtrails that have carriers with genetically labbed organisms that are intentionally designed to insert genes to carry certain infections used for gene transcription, and to which the Pestilence agenda remains unseen and largely unknown by the masses. The gene with the desired traits must be coated and copied from thousands of genes that had been collected, and then inserted, injected or inhaled in the targeted groups. Nanotech Weapons and Morgellons

Nanotechnology weapons such as Morgellons are self replicating hollow fibers that are designed to read out the light finger print code of the DNA of the person infected with the Alien Implants technology and transform it to a signal that is detectable to be tracked, tested and harvested. It appears to be self-assembly nanobot technology related to transhumanist agenda of the Archons for artificial light harvesting.

For a moment holding in our heart and loving prayer for all of those that may not be feeling well, or are dealing with the collective disease programming during the ascension cycle. May all be strengthened and spiritually healed through peace and unconditional love. We’re going to set the space, and as we do we call upon our Guardian Teams, our Councils of Greater God self, the Evolution support teams for the Starseed Identity Matrix, those beloved defenders and families aligned to the Law of One mission, to work together for the highest capacity of exchange of God’s Infinite Light, Infinite Love and Infinite Power in Divine right order and harmony. As we set our space, individually, I ask that you put yourself in your own shield, those of you that work with the 12th dimensional shield, please fortify and activate that individually, and those that are not fully versed in the 12D shield, just see yourself completely immersed in a platinum field of light, circular, protecting your entire body, your entire aura and we’re going to again command, through the sovereign freedom, that which is connected to Unity consciousness…I am God, I am Sovereign, I am Free…feel that shield protecting you, supporting you and connecting you into your infinite God Source.

Now as we open our group field, as we open our group consciousness field and we ask our beloveds, opening in our counterclockwise motion in to the full expansion of the Celestial Force of One Light. Beloveds grid this space entirely and at this time through the Aquaferion Matrix, that which is Unity consciousness, as One, we call Beloved God to anchor this space in perfect Divine Harmony and to open all channels of Light to be breathed as One through the breath of God itself. Beloveds, again as we contain within our group field, it’s very much like all of our group bodies are in a container and when we create a field like this many times we are able to accomplish many things that are very positive for our spiritual enlightenment, again that which is only resonant to the highest God purposes, and through that which you command through your inner being…I am God, I am Sovereign, I am Free…all else will fall away, all that is unnecessary or unneeded.

As we are working with the improved health upgrade, this is like installing a new program and blueprint overlay upon your existing blueprint. That which is aligning to the God consciousness and purity of the divinity of the core that you are, the truth that you are. Allowing yourself to fully relax, and for the group we will hold the statement, as the objective of this instillation of this improved health upgrade and program to run in all multidimensional identities, in all parallel lives, when in alignment and appropriate. And we ask that each of the energies be fully completed within the trinitized form that we command here and now. We ask that the God Source, and the higher self spiritual councils automatically check each requested adjustment for each individual in our collective body this evening. As we state the command, you can repeat that command internally in your own mind, saying it in your own words either out loud or internally or you can just listen to my voice. Do what is guided and what feels right for you. We will begin now.

When we look at the larger Galactic picture of consciousness enslavement, we see the NAA’s many pronged agenda to target the brain, central nervous system (CNS) and thought forms of every person on earth. Through the agenda of Transhumanism, we see the promotion of hybridization and synthetic integration with artificial neural networks for control over the CNS and brain. What is starting to surface with more clarity is that the human neurobiology is wired for empathy, which connects us to higher consciousness and has a spiritual function, as well as an immune function. The NAA and their minions of soulless AI infected synthetic beings do not have the bio-circuitry for empathy and intracellular communication with the soul-spirit. We are in essence, in a struggle between human empaths, and alien hybridized humans and extra-dimensional aliens that are non-empaths. Chemical agents and ELF that are used to target the central nervous system are actually degrading the human capacity for empathy, as well as drastically weakening the human immune system which directly impacts physical and mental health.

Neuroscience is used to refer to the branches of biology that focus on the structure and function of the nervous system and brain. The field of Neurobiology includes the study of biological neural networks, in order to replicate their functions in the production of artificial neural networks. An artificial neural network is an artificial intelligence network that mimics the functions of the central nervous system (CNS) and brain of living things, like people and animals. The discoveries in the field of Neurobiology have led to the massive expansion and demand for mass consumer products, manufactured in both of the flourishing multiple billion-dollar industries of Biotechnology and Pharmaceuticals. Biotechnology is the use of living systems and organisms to develop or make products, especially with the focus upon the genetic manipulation of microorganisms and their chemical reactions. Yet, what are all of these artificial mechanisms and chemicals doing to our central nervous system messaging to the brain, as well as its impact upon our immune systems?

Currently, the means of gaining technological or pharmaceutical control over neural networks, brain mapping, genetic modification and the exploitation of biological systems, is an enormous commodity that is being merchandised on and off planet for ungodly amounts of money. The quest to gain total control over the Bio-Neurology of life on earth is a very big business, that is hiding a very dark secret. During the current bifurcation phase, the extremely heated debate around disclosure of these covert technological methods that are used for bio-neurological impairment to consciousness enslavement, and are being fought over in the public arena, argued over behind closed doors, and thus, this conflict for control is rippling throughout the Solar System.

It is worthwhile to do the research, and look at the skyrocketing statistics for bio-neurological diseases, and consider who and what wants to gain complete control over human and animal bio-neurology. What are the many unethical methods being used to gain bio-neurological control over people that is actually making them sick and impairing their immunity? If we are willing to open our mind to see the clear picture of gigantic corporate interests hiding a much larger global agenda of bio-neurological control, then we can take some steps to empower ourselves, such as taking the steps needed to build our immune system, and promote a healthier body, mind and spirit relationship. We can take back our consciousness power through informed consent, and stay present and aware of larger agendas in order to protect our nervous system, brain and our immunity.

There is little to no information available to help people understand that our bio-neurological functions are directly responsible for interconnection with our spiritual bodies, and that if our bio-neurology is hacked we can be effectively disconnected from our emotions, even down to the heart and soul. When our CNS is being influenced by constant electronic assault, it is also impacting our cell to cell communication and this is drastically weakening our immune system. When our immune system is continually being assaulted with toxins, both energetic and physical, this places incredible stress upon the body, and the body starts to get weaker and weaker, especially if we do not take steps to make changes that lessen the impact of that stress.
