FELICITY BUTLER: “Pranic Breathing — Feed Your Energy Body With Light”

We all have an energy body which is a replica of our physical body. It is extremely important to our health and well-being, especially as we move up into the higher frequencies to nurture and feed this energy body. This body can be called our pranic body or etheric body.

The pranic body feeds our energy centers, i.e., chakras, which are spinning vortex gateways that bring in the life-force energy. The chakras are all connected to our endocrine system, which controls the various very important functions of our body.

You can practice very simple visualization/meditation techniques to make sure you are receiving enough chi/life force in your energy system.

I like to do these exercises while walking in nature, and found them very healing when I was going through a traumatic event in my life. If you are near trees you can intentionally bring in their energy, or if you are by water bring in energy from the water. Water is our emotional body. I also visualize bringing the cosmic light down into the earth with each step, and send the earth energy up into the cosmos, creating a rainbow bridge.

The 4 different stages of the pranic breathing technique

Practice each one until you feel comfortable with it.

1. Firstly, imagine you have a hollow tube that is as wide as a circle you can create by placing your thumb and index finger together, like an OK sign. The tube runs from the top of your head to the base of your spine, but you can also extend it up into the universe and down into the center of the earth. On your first inhale imagine bringing up pranic energy from the earth into the hollow tube, hold for a few seconds and then release with a sigh. On the second inhalation imagine bringing in pranic cosmic energy from the Universe, hold for a few seconds and then release with a sign. Practice until you can feel this energy.

2. Carry on as above, only this time as you hold your breath for a few seconds keep your attention on the pranic tube as you exhale with a sigh. On your inhale from the cosmos, hold breath for a second or two while focusing on the pranic tube, then when you release take your attention to your whole physical body. Energy flows where the intention goes. Keep practicing until you can feel a flow of energy from your pranic tube to you whole body.

3. Bring your awareness to your heart chakra, center of your chest, bring yourself into a state of love and gratitude, make sure you can feel this. When you can sense this feeling strongly inhale drawing the prana from the earth into your heart space. Suspend your breath for a while as you focus on your heart chakra, still holding the feeling of love and gratitude. When you let go of your breath move your awareness from your heart into your physical body and allow the now ‘charged’ prana to expand into your whole body.

4. Bring your awareness to your heart chakra. Bring earth prana and cosmic prana simultaneously into the heart center, then exhale.

Imagine that you can feel both the cosmic and earth energies entering you heart chakra with every breath. Visualize your heart chakra expanding with each breath until it fills your whole chest.

Meditate on your expanded heart center, balancing your whole being.

There are numerous methods available for healing chakras. Whereas some of them work, some of them will not work, and the reason for that will be because each of the chakras is connected with a distinct frequency realm.

The six chakras in our body are ordered in the form of a pyramid. So, the first one is the lowest, and it is actually the heavy and wide base of that pyramid, while the highest chakra, the sixth one, is a representation of the top of that pyramid. The sixth chakra is airy, light, as well as easily mutable, and the first one is heavy, dense, and challenging to make changes on. Methods for healing of each of the chakras:

The most common and excellent way of boosting, as well as balancing this chakra, known as the heart chakra, will be through hugging. Another excellent treatment will be breath work as this chakra is connected to the element of air.

Fifth (Throat) chakra

1. Time has stopped being linear, become quantum, transdimensional. Time fluctuations, speeding up creating a sense of lost time, poor short term memory, flash backs. Fluidity as we surrender to the Shift in love vibrations. Slowing down, time seems to synthesize before our eyes. Micro expressions, caught, interpreted, masks slip, truths revealed. Boom. No going back.

2. Dimensional slippage takes place. Trippiness, the world taking on a surreal filter. They Live glasses on all the time, awareness that the matrix is on red alert, out of step, malfunctioning. Loss of time, sense of moving through an interactive game. Some moments in sharp focus, longer periods blurred at the edges.

3. Blocks being removed in people, shifts in relationships, long held issues resolving themselves over night. Transitioning to a different mindset where our priorities become the present, life experiences and love, not money, status or power. We release fear for our safety and surrender to trust in the bigger picture, our guides and higher self.

4. Awareness of the fourth dimension, dreamstate visions, hyper conscious of shadows, seeing through masks, breaking spells, glitching matrix algorithms. There are communities reaching out energetically as light warriors linking light to Gaia’s grid and round her. Just as there are links of light firing through the cyber web, glitching negative algorithms and magnifying positive algorithms. When fear pushes in, push back with love, when truth triggers trauma, regain balance with perspective. Zoom out, look at situations from fresh angles, outside the cosmos. See that you are a sovereign being with free will. Use mantras as the dial to set our energy field, to tune our vibration up and to manifest our days in calm light. Water cleanses our energy field as well as our body, it refreshes our mind. Essential oils, peaceful music, creative activities all calm our minds, lower our heart beat and raise our frequencies.

To heal is to know darkness and retain belief in higher planes of existence. Depression and anxiety can make us ill, mindbodysoul infected with low frequencies. If shadows come meet them with love. Know all that is in darkness is traumatised. Visualise a sacred circle of light, power this circle of light up with love vibrations, protecting us from anything that may mean or cause us harm. The Chakras do not start and end with their description or definition — which is where many people stop with their understanding of them. To know their name and position is great but what purpose does that serve? What use is that information to you in your daily life? The Chakras are amazing, organic, Dimensional Centers of Energy and within them they hold so many secrets.

When their energy is combined, it makes up what we call the Aura, the energy field within and around the human body. It is within this energy sphere that psychics can ‘see’ and can discern many things about you that the ‘normal’ person is not consciously aware of.

Many of these things you can become more conscious of yourself and to my mind it is your subconscious mind giving you some minute signals, trying to get through to you. This is just the same and linked with how your body language works, your body language is your Chakra energy at work!

There are a great many ways that the Chakras can try to ‘get’ your attention, often by being out of balance. Again there are a whole host of symptoms that would indicate an out of balance Chakra but for the purpose of trying to keep things simple I highlight just one common signal for each of the seven Chakras. For Example;

The Base Chakra

A good indicator of how stable the Base Chakra might be is to consider what you do with your feet and legs when you sit down in certain situations: You may sit with both feet firmly placed on the floor or you may occasionally cross your legs. In and of itself, there is no great indicator here unless there tends to be a regular and repeated pattern. You may find you often cross your legs tightly, almost winding them around the chair leg, or you may fidget excessively, you may feel the need to raise your feet up off the floor and in some cases sit with your knees bent up in front of you. This can indicate a sense of insecurity which is one of the key elements of the Base Chakra.

The Sacral Chakra

You may notice you often cover this area, below the navel with your hands; this tends to be out of an instinctive need to feel protected. It can be an area that is easily prone to storing fat, in men and women and is linked with how vulnerable you feel in relationships in particular. It is an emotional power house and it is important to be able to ‘flow’ with these emotions otherwise you may encounter creativity problems not just physically but mentally too.

The Solar Plexus

This Chakra you already associate with your subconscious or inner knowing whether you realize it or not! This is after all the home of your GUT instinct. It is not for no reason we call it this. This Chakra directly links with your core spirit or energy that instinctively ‘knows’ what or who is good for you and which situations are bad. Recall a time when you had a bad feeling about someone or something and you will no doubt recall that sickening feeling in the stomach. Often things happen so quickly that we don’t stop to consider just what our reactions are about or precisely where they affect us in the body.

The Heart Chakra

This, it is no surprise is all about love. How comforting is it when you feel hurt or upset to receive a loving or caring hug from someone? It is a natural instinct to put your arms around each other and to ‘touch’ hearts. It is a comfort and is in effect two energies of the two people meeting, one giving one receiving in this instance. To watch anyone in pain tugs at your ‘heart strings’ and that is just what it is like if you could see the energy.

The Throat Chakra

This Chakra not only relates to the throat and neck area but to the organs you use in communication too, your ears, mouth and nose! It is very often associated with your ability to ‘speak your truth’. You may know someone who covers their neck and throat area regularly, either with high collars or scarves. This can indicate that a lot of what they would really like to say is left unsaid or is covered up. This can either result in resentful gossip out of earshot or a build up of ‘unsaid stuff’ that at some point bursts forth in an emotional storm!

The Third Eye Chakra

Often you will see people rub or tap this area as if trying to literally grab hold of a thought they somehow know is there but they just can’t quite get hold of. This is the intuitive Chakra center of the mind and it can easily be pulled ‘out of sync’ by the logical, rational, conscious mind we use for a large part of the day. As you may have noticed, when you let go of chasing that illusive thought and get on with an unrelated task, the inspiration or information seems to magically come from nowhere!

The Crown Chakra

Excessive worry can indicate itself here in a physical way. One of the most common is when you see people holding their head in their hands in despair or deep concern; when they ‘just don’t know what to do’ or can’t see the answer to a certain predicament. They may feel totally blocked in being able to see a way forward and keep their head looking downwards.

The majority of the instances above directly link to your body language. But when you look deeper and start to reveal more about the Chakras and their links to your mental and emotional wellbeing as well as your physical and spiritual wellbeing then you start to get a more holistic view of your true potential and beauty as a human spirit.
