Usually, we believe that our energies are coming from the foods that we consume. However, this is only partially true. In fact, our energies come from a lot of different places, and not only from what we put into our bodies.

Energies usually come from those around us, our environment, our ways of playing with those energies which already exist within us, the ways we are moving them, and from all the information that we consume.

Energies come from the ways in which we care about ourselves, we invest energies that we get, the emotions that we feel, or even from our spiritual values and souls.

All these things are giving us energies and are even maintaining or enhancing those that we already possess.

Nine Common and Effective Ways We May Drastically Increase Our Energies:

 

We should detach from every single thing that sucks our energies.

It is not all about adding more things in order to have quite more energies. The greatest result will probably come from protecting the energies we already have, energies that we let other different things suck. We should audit our lifestyles and get rid of foods, information, people, environment, music, or habits which are negative.

Take our power back.

Usually, we are giving our personal powers to various other things out of us. For instance, we give them to approvals of others, to trying to control everything around us, and also to fake illusion and idols. Our personal powers belong to us. We should stop serving fake gods and simply take our powers back.

We should eat foods which our organism will process easily.

Feeling lethargic or without energies is usually the consequence of unhealthy eating habits. We either eat some bad foods, we do so late during the night, or we eat foods which take our energies for our bodies to process. We should eat organic foods and feed our bodies with fewer energies used.

Express honestly.

Maybe the greatest thing which suppresses our energies is actually not saying what we really feel, not being unique, and not expressing our personal opinions. These bad habits are dimming our full potential. We should free ourselves to express better, be honest, unapologetic, and beam our uniqueness.

Start our morning in the appropriate way.

This, in fact, means that we should be sleeping for eight hours, breathing fresh air right after we wake up, moving our bodies immediately and drinking water, washing and meditating. This is the formula which is super effective when it comes to boosting the positive momentum.

Follow our purpose.

One thing which may drastically increase our energies is taking the needed steps towards our purpose. Taking just a small step towards our purpose is going to fill us with joy or fulfillment. We should find our purpose and follow our passions. We are going to unlock our full potential of energies.

Hang out with individuals that bring our out best.

Those people we are often hanging out with maybe our best positivity source, or also our biggest growth limits. We should be hanging out with people we are actually excited to spend time with, or people that make us happy or bring out our best version. We should be handing out with people who appreciate us.

We should do the things that we love.

We are supposed to do something that we love. We are going to notice that although it will take more time and hours than we work, we have more energies than when we started. It will fill us with energies. We should make our list of the things that we love doing so that we will do about five of these things per week.

Read books which uplift our mindset.

It is not only with what we feed our bodies but with what type of information we feed our minds. Many people feed them with negative shows on TV or mindless distractions. We should feed our mind with some books which inspire us and uplift our mindset every day.

The earth is currently experiencing massive infusions of light which are part of the ascension process. The cells of our body are using it to transmute into less dense forms. The amount of light entering us right now is causing what many people call “ascension symptoms.”

Electrolytes

Those of us going through the ascension process are notoriously dehydrated. Even when we drink a ton of water, it still feels like we never get enough. If you always feel dehydrated, it’s probably not because you’re not drinking enough water, but because the water you’re drinking doesn’t have enough electrolytes in it.

Electrolytes are minerals in the body that have an electric charge known as ions. All of our bodily fluids, tissues, and cells have them. Maintaining the right balance of electrolytes helps the body’s blood chemistry, muscle function, pH levels, and a host of other processes. They also control our fluid balance and the ability to hydrate.

They are primarily composed of the minerals sodium, potassium, magnesium, calcium, chloride, phosphates, and sulfates. They’re essential because they’re used by our cells to create and carry energy across cell membranes, and they aid in the communication between our cells. We get them from the foods we eat and the fluids we drink.

At least we’re supposed to, anyway. Most of us drink purified, filtered, or chemically treated water, so we don’t get a lot of electrolytes. We can also get it from food, but current farming practices don’t include nutrient rich soil.

Even if we’re eating and drinking what would normally be enough electrolytes, ascension burns nutrients! A good electrolyte supplement will help.

Biochemic Cell Salt Remedies (Tissue Salts)

It takes quite a bit of energy for cells to go through the transmutation process. Cell salts are the energetic form of the minerals that are needed to nourish cells. They form the basic constituents of the cells, tissues, and organs, and our bodies use their energy for metabolism and ionization.

If a cell doesn’t have enough water or ionic substances, like salts, to produce balanced electrolytes, the cells convert their material structure to provide the energy, then go into a depleted state. Cell salt remedies can bring cells back into balance, which is vital to being able to hold the huge amounts of light we’re receiving right now.

They work in a similar fashion to homeopathic remedies, but are essentially the same as micro-dosing the specific mineral that the remedy is made from. There are 12 cell salt remedies that can be used for different ailments, as well as a remedy made up of all 12 called Bioplasma.

It contains a plethora of electrolytes, trace minerals, prebiotics, probiotics, fatty acids, and silica, all ingredients for a healthy digestive system. When used regularly, fulvic acid can heal gut permeability, which decreases problems like bloating, diarrhea, and food allergies.

Once the gut is healed, inflammation throughout the body can also decrease, along with an increase in the body’s ability to absorb nutrients. It also protects the body against cognitive impairments, so it helps with the brain fog many of us get.

Chlorophyll

You’ve probably figured out by now that the cleaner you eat, the less ascension symptoms you have. Chlorophyll is a plant pigment that’s responsible for their green color, and for the absorption of light, aka photosynthesis. We get it when we eat green vegetables, but supplementing can help with quite a few ascension symptoms. It can help us absorb more light, too!

It can bind to substances that are potential carcinogens and interfere with how they’re absorbed within the gastrointestinal system, which protects the cells from damage. This can impact everything from skin issues to digestion, which makes chlorophyll a go-to supplement during this process.

Our livers are getting an intense work out right now. Chlorophyll has been clinically proven to increase phase II biotransformational enzymes, which improve our ability to eliminate potentially harmful toxins.

Iodine is another one of those essential minerals that we don’t produce on our own, so we have to ingest it. Most soil we use for crops is iodine deficient because of poor farming practices, so many of us don’t get enough, especially if we don’t use iodized salt.

It’s responsible for the proper function of the thyroid. It keeps the production of thyroid hormones in check, so we don’t become hypo or hyperthyroid. Starseeds and Indigos are notorious for thyroid and endocrine disorders.

We should ask ourselves how frequently we see our sky, or touch our earth, and look at the mountains in the distance. We are just a small part of this changing, expanding, and ever-growing nature world, although modern technology consistently suggests the opposite. Stress will appear if we are not grounded properly, and when we lose our connection to the Mother Earth.

 

We shouldn’t underestimate the powers that the change of the four seasons brings, in order to awaken our spirit.

Since ancient times, people considered spring as the female persona that brings a rebirth of warmth, light, new life and new growth with it. We will also welcome the infusion of our Divine Feminine, every gift of God’s feminine face.

Spring comes after the long winter sleep melts away, making ourselves open to the opportunities for healing and hope that the new season will bring.

As we take a look around us, much work has to be done. Divine Feminine brings us gifts which we need in order to bring peace, balance, harmony, compassion, and love to this troubled world.

Feminine spirit’s power lives in women and men too, and they may be cultivated just like flowers in spring. If we use them to heal our inner world, we can also bring them to heal, save, help, and rescue our outer world.

We should ask ourselves what we would do with all those powers of our Divine Feminine connection. Are we going to bring shelter for the homeless, food to the starving children, end ward, heal and comfort the sick, the heartbroken, and the suffering?

There are numerous possibilities, but from where we should start?

These are the five ways which will help us wake up our spirit during the spring season and also call forth every gift that we wait to flourish with:

Nurture

We should take proper care of the incredibly miraculous human being that we are. Are we the loving parents to our inner child, and do we treat ourselves with compassion, patience, and kindness?

Do we take into consideration our physical necessities for adequate sleep, regular exercise, and proper nutrition? Do we appreciate and love ourselves? Do we practice gratitude for all our lessons, blessings and experiences?

Heal

We should ask ourselves about how we create wholeness and wellness within. Do we have some regular practices in order to connect to the Source?

Prayer and meditation will be the best possible practices to increase our light and keep our psyche healthy. Connecting to some power which is higher than us will ease pain, fear, anxiety, and fear, and it will create inner peace too.

Grow

We should ask ourselves how frequently we see our sky, or touch our earth, and look at the mountains in the distance. We are just a small part of this changing, expanding, and ever-growing nature world, although modern technology consistently suggests the opposite.

Stress will appear if we are not grounded properly, and when we lose our connection to the Mother Earth. Peace and happiness will come from simply immersing ourselves in the sounds, sights, textures, and scents of the outside. We are going to lose our feeling of presence and belonging if we don’t expose ourselves to nature regularly.

Express

We should ask ourselves if we look within, striving to appreciate and understand our feelings and thoughts. Do we find some ways in which we can express our authentic life experience? Keeping a journal is going to help us develop our capacity to express ourselves.

Recording our impressions and ideas may help us find some patterns in our thinking in order to help us know ourselves. Knowing more means growing more. While we grow, we are going to have tools which we need in order to express ourselves, share our ideas, or build, and even strengthen our relationships.

Serve

We should ask ourselves if we serve simply by placing warm meals in front of homeless veterans or by merely showing struggling children how they can read stories or solve math problems.

Every act of serving the world starts with our inner sense of aim and even connection to our fellow beings. Our inner spiritual works are going to create our inner peace that the world will see reflected as hope, encouragement, and love.

ALEX ‘EARTHIE MAMA’ DU TOIS: How to Make a Detox Bath”

Our bodies are subject to many harsh chemicals in the air we breathe, the food we eat and the body care products some of us lather on our skin. If the toxins remain in the body it is possible for our organs to become increasingly toxic leading to all kinds of possible illness. It is possible to recognize when your body might be needing to detox. If you are feeling sluggish, bloated, achy in the joints, having brain fog or just need to relax, a Detox Bath might be just what you need!

These are the ingredients I use in my Detox Bath

(I use about 1/4 cup of each one and add 20-40 drops of Lavender Essential Oil)

Magnesium Flakes ~ Adding Magnesium Flakes to your body, provides magnesium through the skin. Magnesium is necessary for heart function, bone density, muscle cramping, sound sleep, many metabolic reactions in the body, and much more. Many people are deficient in Magnesium and this is a great way to get Magnesium in the body and relax at the same time.

Bentonite Clay ~ Bentonite clays helps in the detoxification process stimulating the lymphatic system to deeply cleanse by pulling toxins out through the skin.

Baking Soda ~ Baking Soda helps to drain the lymphatic system of toxins. Baking Soda not only helps soothe skin rashes, it helps to restore the acid/alkaline balance in the body. Baking Soda has also been known to counter the effects of radiation.

Epsom Salts ~ Epsom Salts is used as a method for detoxification. The magnesium sulfate that is in the salts help to detoxify with medicinal and cleansing actions like if you were soaking in a sulfur hot spring. Epsom Salts helps relax muscles while pulling toxins out.

Essential Oils ~ You can use any of your favorite essential oils. I love to use Lavender Oil. If I don’t have oils I will break off a branch and some flowers and put it straight in the bath. Lavender is great for soothing the skin and helping with scrapes, cuts, bruises and skin irritations. It is also great for relaxing and unwinding after a long day right before bedtime.

* You can also add Apple Cider Vinegar as it balances the body back into an alkaline state. It soothes and softens the skin too. Himalayan Pink Salts helps rid the body of toxins as well as helps with skin problems, joint pains, insect bites, poison oak/ivy irritations and much more.
