When we look at the larger Galactic picture of consciousness enslavement, we see the NAA’s many pronged agenda to target the brain, central nervous system (CNS) and thought forms of every person on earth. Through the agenda of Transhumanism, we see the promotion of hybridization and synthetic integration with artificial neural networks for control over the CNS and brain. What is starting to surface with more clarity is that the human neurobiology is wired for empathy, which connects us to higher consciousness and has a spiritual function, as well as an immune function. The NAA and their minions of soulless AI infected synthetic beings do not have the bio-circuitry for empathy and intracellular communication with the soul-spirit. We are in essence, in a struggle between human empaths, and alien hybridized humans and extra-dimensional aliens that are non-empaths. Chemical agents and ELF that are used to target the central nervous system are actually degrading the human capacity for empathy, as well as drastically weakening the human immune system which directly impacts physical and mental health.

Neuroscience is used to refer to the branches of biology that focus on the structure and function of the nervous system and brain. The field of Neurobiology includes the study of biological neural networks, in order to replicate their functions in the production of artificial neural networks. An artificial neural network is an artificial intelligence network that mimics the functions of the central nervous system (CNS) and brain of living things, like people and animals. The discoveries in the field of Neurobiology have led to the massive expansion and demand for mass consumer products, manufactured in both of the flourishing multiple billion-dollar industries of Biotechnology and Pharmaceuticals. Biotechnology is the use of living systems and organisms to develop or make products, especially with the focus upon the genetic manipulation of microorganisms and their chemical reactions. Yet, what are all of these artificial mechanisms and chemicals doing to our central nervous system messaging to the brain, as well as its impact upon our immune systems?

Currently, the means of gaining technological or pharmaceutical control over neural networks, brain mapping, genetic modification and the exploitation of biological systems, is an enormous commodity that is being merchandised on and off planet for ungodly amounts of money. The quest to gain total control over the Bio-Neurology of life on earth is a very big business, that is hiding a very dark secret. During the current bifurcation phase, the extremely heated debate around disclosure of these covert technological methods that are used for bio-neurological impairment to consciousness enslavement, and are being fought over in the public arena, argued over behind closed doors, and thus, this conflict for control is rippling throughout the Solar System.

It is worthwhile to do the research, and look at the skyrocketing statistics for bio-neurological diseases, and consider who and what wants to gain complete control over human and animal bio-neurology. What are the many unethical methods being used to gain bio-neurological control over people that is actually making them sick and impairing their immunity? If we are willing to open our mind to see the clear picture of gigantic corporate interests hiding a much larger global agenda of bio-neurological control, then we can take some steps to empower ourselves, such as taking the steps needed to build our immune system, and promote a healthier body, mind and spirit relationship. We can take back our consciousness power through informed consent, and stay present and aware of larger agendas in order to protect our nervous system, brain and our immunity.

There is little to no information available to help people understand that our bio-neurological functions are directly responsible for interconnection with our spiritual bodies, and that if our bio-neurology is hacked we can be effectively disconnected from our emotions, even down to the heart and soul. When our CNS is being influenced by constant electronic assault, it is also impacting our cell to cell communication and this is drastically weakening our immune system. When our immune system is continually being assaulted with toxins, both energetic and physical, this places incredible stress upon the body, and the body starts to get weaker and weaker, especially if we do not take steps to make changes that lessen the impact of that stress. Therefore, there is little knowledge given to the public about the nervous system’s critical role in experiencing the energetic interconnection with life, including feelings of empathy, cellular telepathy and the necessity in maintaining a strong and healthy immune system for the body.

A brain being controlled by the thought impulses sent from artificial neural networks, starts to undergo disconnection from internal cell to cell communication, and this disconnects the organ systems from communicating with each other in so they can function effectively. The health and functioning of the CNS and brain are the most critical components in properly transmitting the DNA’s electromagnetic signals, which give the instructions to our cells to fight off invaders, and also communicate directly with the etheric neural networks that exist within our soul-spirit bodies. When our soul and spirit bodies are connected to our physical body, this greatly impacts the energetic strength of the aura and this increases the physical health and wellbeing of the individual.

During the Ascension Cycle, for those awakening as well as the new generations being born, some humans are experiencing a positive range of genetic mutations that are impacting nervous system development and brain processing that greatly develop immunity to many pathogenic assaults. As the countermeasure, many in the medical community are being pressured to heavily medicate all people that fit under diagnostic labels that are either unknown or designated as spiritual crisis, or they are placed under the umbrella terms used for Neurodevelopmental Disorders, such diagnosis for ADHD and the Autism spectrum.

If our Bio-Neurology is continually assaulted, implanted, drugged, and overloaded with cocktails of energetic and chemical toxins, not only does this negatively impact immunity and health it easily blocks messaging between the body, brain and the higher consciousness bodies. When the human body is inundated with many low frequency electrical signals combined with specific chemical toxins, they produce unique etheric implants that block the higher frequency messaging between the nervous system and brain. As an example, it has been observed that the type of electrical emission patterns and/or chemtrail substances sprayed into an area are commonly matched with certain manufactured lots of flu shots that are made available in the same location. Electrical emissions into the local environment combined with chemicals and/or injections produce a range of bio-chemical effects, including bio-neurological and consciousness effects, on the public. When methods are used to block neural impulses in the CNS, this impairs the brain’s ability to process reality and recall memory, as well as directly impact the functions of the immune system. Further this blocks the brain from receiving communication signals at higher frequencies, that exist above the lower frequency scale of the material reality. This combination is commonly used as a type of localized electro-chemical induced frequency fence for the human bio-neurology to keep people running the lower levels of the negative ego fear programming.

Therefore, the frequency fence blocks higher consciousness development as it impairs the bio-spiritual evolution and the Ascension process for that individual. In order to remove the frequency fence from suppressing our consciousness, we first have to see that it exists. Additionally to better understand how our own body works, we should have a basic understanding of building a strong and healthy immune system, in so to develop a stronger resistance to exposures that can cause energetic imbalance, parasitism or rapid energy depletion that can lead to disease.

Science of Right Living

At its most basic level the Science of Right Living is essentially understood as this; when we live in harmony with ourselves and others, we are living in harmony with the Universal Laws and this drastically increases the quality of life for everyone. Spiritually abusive behaviors are the content propagated through the negative ego mind, thus these thought forms make us confused, depressed, sick and unhappy. This is why we must apply effort to clean up our negative ego, so that we learn how to practice spiritually healthy behaviors that align us to the natural laws, which bring more harmony, grace and positive spiritual presence into our body and life.

All experiences we have in our life are the result of the relationship we have with our true spiritual nature, when we have health and fulfillment in our life we are living accurately to our spiritual purpose. When we are sick, suffering and deprived of fulfillment, we are living inaccurately to our spiritual purpose. Thus to find our true spiritual purpose and live in fulfillment and happiness, even while in this chaotic world, we must deeply inquire on who we really are in order to find the truth that exists inside ourselves.

The growing diseases in the population today are the result of the continual violation of natural laws, and the repeated violations made against the constitution of humankind, at personal and collective consciousness levels that interconnect through cause and effect in the timelines. To find the cause of disharmony and disease in the human body or in the earth body, necessitates finding where the laws of nature have been violated and where there exists conflicts between the spiritual consciousness and the ego personality. Fear, guilt and shame have the most toxic effects upon the body, mind and spirit, and these are at the root of the most common causes in festering diseases.

To find the root cause of disease in a human body, it is necessary to comprehend the existence of the Human Spiritual Anatomy and to determine why the spiritual consciousness and personality are conflicted or fragmented. A high percentage of diseases today are directly caused by the repeated violation of natural laws that generate trauma, through the perpetuation of spiritually abusive behaviors. These include toxic exposures being directly inflicted into the environment, as well as the negativity the person directly inflicts upon themselves. Most congenital diseases are carried over from other stations of identity in relationship to the consequences of actions produced in other timelines, combined with environmental miasma and toxicity. In many cases, if the root cause of the disease is found and removed, if the physical and spiritual body are being considered as one in the same, if the spiritual lesson is understood and personal habits return to harmony with natural laws, rapid healing will follow as the natural result.

What are some basic steps that you can take right now to create the conditions of a more healthy and balanced lifestyle, with the intention to build a stronger energy field and a healthier immune system?

There are many things that weaken our general health and wellbeing, through the weakening and fracturing of the human energy field or aura. When we develop self-awareness and learn basic spiritual housekeeping, one can be proactive in generating a strong aura, which increases energetic balance and health in every layer of the multidimensional bodies. After all, we are energy, and food is energy for us, thus affecting our energy overall.

Therefore, it is quite essential that you pay attention to the vibrations of the foods you eat. When you eat foods that have a high and rapid vibration, you are more able to hold a strong, healthy, exuberant and joyful state. When, on the other hand, you eat foods of a slower, lower frequency, you lower your vibrations and, wonder why you don’t feel quite so good that day.

Each of us has a signature vibration; each food you ingest contributes to that vibration. Here are some of the foods for lower vibrations that you should avoid, not just for nutrition and toxin’s sakes:

OVERANALYZING

Our egos can be one of the biggest trip-ups of all. When it’s chattering away in our ears that it knows best, tell it to be quiet for a bit! When you’re analyzing everything, you can break the connection with your guides. Some of the sweetest moments come when you have sudden clarity and insight that you hadn’t seen before.

Your guides want you to have faith in them, and it also creates the space for all the miracles they want for you. They may not be earth-shattering and crazy every time, but by letting them come to you instead of dissecting every little thing, you can reap their benefits more often and be amazed by their simple beauty.

The main reason people are Vegan and why Vegan eating became a thing, is because many people were not down with putting beautiful animals through unnecessary misery and subjecting them to the horrendous violence that is the animal food industry.  It is fact that animals share the same emotions as us, they have souls just like us, they are flesh and blood, just like us.

Vegan eaters value all sentient life forms and their rights to a cruelty free life, they embrace animals and extend their compassion and protection to them as much as they would any human.  Developing a Vegan lifestyle is about living a peaceful life, without causing harm to any creatures here on planet Earth, not to mention all the health, environmental, and karmic benefits.

Living a Vegan lifestyle means eating a 100% plant based diet, this means no flesh, fish, eggs, honey or dairy products.  I know those people who are new to the idea must be thinking… what is there left to eat?  The answer is everything else that is good for you, and trust me, there is so much to eat!

All day and everyday millions of animals and sea life are tortured and murdered, it is barbaric, unnecessary and for what?  So ignorant beings can eat burnt flesh, drink milk (not meant for humans by the way) lick ice creams and clog their arteries with fatty cheesy pizza?  I just don’t see how people can be so ignorant or turn a blind eye, or how they justify eating like this.

Three Very Good Reasons To Be Vegan

1: For The Animals

Animal welfare is not the only reason for going Vegan, but for many people it is where they take a stand and make the change.  When you love your cat or dog, look into those loving eyes and see their soul.

You can’t ignore the fact that all animals are just the same, standing by and allowing cows, pigs, sheep, chickens, ducks, fish (and the list goes on) to succumb to the disgusting procedures that they are subjected to makes you as responsible as the guy at the meat works with his knife in hand, ready to slit the throat of a frightened being.

And not just that, what about the beautiful bobby calf’s that are ripped from their mothers as soon as they are born, so their mother can be milked till she can no longer stand because her teats have swollen so big from years of being milked, this kind of suffering is not humane.

2: For Your Own Health

A Vegan lifestyle is so amazing for your overall health.  Meet any Vegan and you will see a glow about them, their eyes shine, they have increased energy, their skin looks younger, it is like they found the fountain of youth.  They live longer, you can add at least 10 extra years onto their life span, they have less hospital stays and don’t need to see a doctor as often as their meat/dairy eating friends and family.

It protects you from developing heart disease, diabetes, cancers, high blood pressure, keeps you trim and keeps your mind clear and your body pure, this comes from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, these guys have the proof and know what they are talking about.

3: For The Good Of Our Environment

Many people are so into living a greener lifestyle and lowering their carbon footprint, being Vegan is the number 1 way to do both these things, by avoiding animal products and decreasing the demand for supply overall you are doing just that, pretty easy really.  The resources it takes to produce meat and other animal products far outweigh the balance available to man, there are far better ways to use water and fields than to farm animals.  The grain required to produce meat has been a major contributor to deforestation, species extinction and habitat loss.

Many countries have been driven to produce “cash crops” to feed animals, rather than planting food to feed their own families and communities, the balance is so far out of whack!  A Vegan crop uses significantly less of everything to provide huge amounts of food for larger quantities of people, it is the most efficient use of resources and the most effective way to reduce the negative impact on our environment.

A Vegan Lifestyle Is The Solution

There has never been a better time to switch to a Vegan lifestyle.  Rising global demand for food and water has never been bigger, adopting a sustainable way of living has become quite urgent and a real solution to the socio-economic and myriad environmental problems Earth is now facing.

Developing a Vegan lifestyle is the solution.  Being able to live a healthy life and having a clear conscious is also important as it reduces our stress and allows us to sleep at night… being Vegan is all we need.

Relationship Mastery Part I

Let’s begin by explaining what relationship mastery Is NOT.  Relationship mastery is not the absence of emotions and never experiencing any drama or challenges in a relationship.  The spiritual bypass of relationship “mastery” will have you believe that a conscious relationship is one where both individuals are “cool, calm and collected” all the time and there are no arguments between them.  This view of relationship mastery can only lead you to a numb relationship void of passion and individuated uniqueness.

Relationship mastery is really all about closing the gap between unconscious re-actions and being in a state of absolute presence.  What I mean by this is that often in relationships we will say or do things in an unconscious manner when something within us becomes triggered, usually an unresolved past analogical event (related to anger, sadness, fear, pain, etc.), and we project this onto the present moment.  Usually once we go unconscious and experience a re-action, after a period of time has passed we will go back to the event or experience and reflect upon it.  During this time of reflection we have the opportunity to become conscious of our own unconscious behaviors and can gain insight on how we were wrong, how we failed to take responsibility, how we projected our own beliefs or how poor was our choice of words for example.  Most important, during this state of reflection is where we gain insight on how different we can choose to act the next time a similar event occurs and therefore be able to change the outcome, hopefully into a more peaceful, joyful and loving one.

The gap between when we go unconscious and when we become conscious again will vary from person to person.  Some people in fact are “never” able to reflect upon their unconsciousness (ultimately we all do, even if it happens at the moment of our death), but most of us usually will reflect on a past unconscious re-action within months, weeks, days or a few hours.  The quicker you are able to snap out of unconsciousness and go back to a state of consciousness in order to gain full awareness of what really took place within you, the other person and the event as a whole, the more relationship mastery you will have.  The ultimate goal is to close the gap to such a degree where you can consciously see yourself going unconscious at any given moment.  This divine dichotomy of being in an unconscious state while at the same time being conscious of your own unconsciousness as the automatic reactions occur is what allows you to disengage from the past identities you have created and become fully present.  This state is what is known as the witness consciousness and it is through this state of awareness that your blind spots and the nature of your unresolved issues are revealed.

What then are the steps to close the gap between your unconsciousness and being in a state of presence?

1.  Tracking- keeping a journal and meditation
2.  Energetic clearings

Tracking is the art of monitoring your thoughts, feelings and choices.  A great way to track yourself is by having a journal where every day you go back, review your day and write down what happened, how you felt, what were your thoughts and how you acted or reacted.  Another great way I track myself is by sitting quietly in meditation and reflecting upon my day.  By changing my brainwaves to alpha and theta I can enter a state of whole brain thinking and meta-consciousness which allows me to see myself and events with greater clarity.  But sometimes tracking ourselves through meditation or keeping a journal is not enough, because even though we gain awareness of the destructive patterns which are no longer serving us, soon after we find ourselves having another similar or identical unconscious re-action.  This signals that we are in a karmic loop and that there is an energetic blockage from this or a previous lifetime that is causing the unconscious behavior.  This is why traditional psychology and other types of therapy fail to deliver permanent results, because even though awareness is a crucial step is only the beginning towards long lasting change.

By connecting to my Higher Self or the Higher Self of another person I am not only able to sense the unconscious patterns but energetically disengage the SOURCE of those unconscious re-actions: past analogical events, soul fragments, auric attachments, cords of attachments, karmic imprints, and layers of the emotional pain body or other energetic blockages.  I have found that energetic clearings are the fastest way to transcend any issue that is causing pain, suffering, stress, worry or fear and discover the pearls of wisdom contained within those issues.

Once you clear the source of the unconscious re-actions the next time a similar event occurs, if it occurs at all, you won’t become triggered (because you already transmuted the energetic blockages that were causing the re-action in the first place) it will be easier to remain in a state of presence and make more conscious and higher choices.  Another great thing about clearing these energetic blockages is that because the low frequency that was contained within them is no longer in your field, your frequency instantly rises and you attract a higher grid of people, places, times, things and events.

Track yourself every day and notice how long is the gap between the time you go unconscious and experience an automatic re-action and the time you regain full awareness of your-Self.  Of course depending on the issue you will be more conscious in certain areas of your life and relationships and more unconscious in others.

Relationship Mastery Part II

Is your relationship the same when you are feeling stressed, worried, drained or depressed as compared to when you are feeling joyful, grateful, ecstatic and energized?  Of course not!  That is why managing your state is a HUGE determining factor when it comes to the quality of your relationships.

So what determines your state at any give moment?

1.  Your physiology

2.  Your focus

3.  Your words (story you tell yourself and others)

4.  What you eat

PHYSIOLOGY

Let’s begin by explaining how your physiology has a direct effect on how you feel at any given moment.  Think about the times you have felt depressed and now ask yourself the following questions:  How was your overall posture?  Was your back straight, your head up and shoulders wide?  Or was your back curved, your face looking down and your breathing shallow?  The answer is obvious, right?  People who are depressed have a very distinct physiological patterns and non verbal cues that constantly send a message “I am depressed.” as they walk along dragging their feet and mumble to themselves.  You have probably seen a friend, co-worker or family member with this type of physiology and even before they tell you anything you asked them “Are you all right?  Is something going on?”  That is because people don’t get depressed, people PRACTICE depression.

Harvard researcher Amy Cuddy has studied the effect certain body postures have on the sense of personal power a person can feel at any given moment.  In her research she found that there are specific body postures that will almost instantly increase your confidence and sense of personal power.  Now think of what type of physiology do people that are happy, confident and energetic have?  How do they walk, breathe, move their arms and talk?  When was the last time you saw someone almost floating when walking, swinging their arms, singing out loud, with a huge smile on their face and you asked them “Did you fall in love or what?”  Most people think that how we feel emotionally will determine how we will behave physically and this is true, but its not a one way street.  Scientific research has proven that by changing your physiology you can change how you feel mentally and emotionally.  You can literally condition yourself to feel whatever you desire to feel by behaving as if you were already feeling like that.  What this means is that you can fall in love once again with your current partner by acting as if you were madly in love… indeed love is a verb.

FOCUS

The second factor that will determine your state at any given moment is your focus.  Where was your focus when you felt depressed, in the present, past or future?  People who are depressed tend to focus on the past, more specifically past painful, stressful and traumatic events.  This way they continue to re-live the past and project it onto the present moment.  What you focus on will immediately affect your physiology.  If you make a conscious effort to focus on and imagine a very fearful situation you would notice how your body gets tense.  Science has shown that our nervous system doesn’t know the difference between what we imagine or see in our minds eye and what actually happens in real life, the nervous system reacts the same way.  On the other side of the spectrum when you are completely focused on the present moment or imagining a brilliant future filled with positive outcomes this will change your state for the better.  Now, when it comes to relationships if you are constantly focusing on past painful events or something your partner did to you and you keep re-playing this over and over again, it will negatively affect your state.  The same goes with the relationship you have with yourself, are you focusing on your past mistakes or failures and feeling guilty or ashamed?  Or are you focusing on your strengths, your unlimited potential and how you can create the greatest version of yourself?

WORDS

Have you ever heard a group of people tell their own version of what happened during an event and heard 2, 3 or 4 different versions?  Let’s say that a group of people got lost during a wild safari in Africa, their Jeep broke down and they had to spend the night in the middle of nowhere.  The next day they all go back to camp and one person tells the story of how this was one of the most horrifying experiences of his life while another says it was the greatest adventure for him and that he had never felt so alive.  Same experience, two different stories.  In the same way the stories we tell ourselves and other people will have a great impact on our state.  Based on our past relationship experience do we tell the story of a victim who was abused, betrayed or rejected or do we tell a story filled with experiences of learning, growing and breakthrough.  What stories do we tell ourselves and other people about our partners?  And what tone of voice do we use to express ourselves and communicate with the ones we love?  Words should not be taken lightly, they are very powerful waves of energy that can shape our inner and outer reality.

Think before you speak:

T — Is it TRUE?

H — Is it HELPFUL?

I — Is it INSPIRING?

N — Is it NECESSARY?

K — Is it KIND?

YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT

Let’s face it, what you eat has a huge impact on how you feel at any give moment.  If your eating lifestyle is filled with nutrient deficient highly processed foods you are going to feel tired, sluggish, toxic and awful.  Do you think you can be as passionate and loving when you are feeling like this?  What you eat on a daily basis will affect how your brain and immune system function, how balanced are your hormones and you energy levels.  Scientists have confirmed that what you eat actually programs your DNA and your DNA is the form holding blueprint that expresses the totality of who you are.  Adding whole and unprocessed foods to your diet can not only enhance your physical state, but your emotional, mental and spiritual state as well. If you eat healthy you will feel healthy, it’s that simple.

Relationship mastery is all about managing your state.  Condition your physiology, direct your focus, choose your words, eat healthy and you will become a master of your state.
