Vibration is one of the most crucial factors in determining our spiritual condition. Most of us understand what vibration is, but fail to understand how it functions and how to know more about it?

Do you know where your vibration is? Are you attending the things that you want in your life or are you attracting things that you don’t want?

Here are the 4 quick ways to test your vibration:

1. Do a quick reality check.

Have a clear look at your surroundings, how is it? Is the world around you beautiful or horrible? You are responsible for the reality around you. So if things are good around you, it means your vibration is high and if you are in a bad spot, means that your vibration energy is running low.

2. Pay attention to the repeating numbers

If you are seeing the series of numbers like- 1111, 2222, 3333 or 1234 etc, then it is a sign that you are on high vibration. A decreasing number pattern suggests that your energy is low.

3. Monitor your emotions

If you are feeling happy, joyful, energetic then it may mean that your vibration energy is high. While if you are encountering emotions like anger, sadness then your energy is low. Feeling so-so means that you are in the middle.

4. Monitor your body

Do you feel energy in your body? Are you ready for any challenge? If yes, then you are high on vibration energy. But if you are sick or injured or are suffering from pain, then your energy might be low.

These 4 signs can tell you in which direction you are heading. High vibration means that Good things are in bag for you, while being in the low vibration is a sign from the universe for you to change things around you.
