It seems for many of us lately that the Ascension process is gaining in both intensity and speed.  Especially since the beginning of 2016, there have definitely been new Ascension energies flooding in, giving us an experience of transitioning that is more pronounced than before.

And the energies have a different flavor from what we’ve experienced in the last few years.  They’re hard to describe.  In one way, there seems to be a firmer push with them.  We’re being compelled to move forward somewhat faster now, whether we feel ready to or not.

There’s also a demand to be ever-more vigilant about what we think and do and to see what we are creating for ourselves.  The energies are affecting—and, at times, disrupting—our lives more than before. There’s no ignoring them any more.

Stepping into a New Chapter in Life

New Ascension portals are opening up.  For some, I’ve noticed, a whole new chapter of life has recently opened up.  It’s as if they’ve stepped through a portal and are in the process of leaving an entire way of life behind them, along with an identity they’ve played out for most of their adult lives.

For these it is generally a very exciting time.  There’s an exhilarating freedom they’re experiencing and, at times, an expansive joy that wafts through their being.  New vistas are opening up, promising new adventure, greater creative expression, and deeper fulfillment.

Yet, at the same time, they are also feeling a sense of being somewhat “untethered” and disoriented, which can bring in a sense of anxiety.  Old reference points are disappearing, leaving them feeling unable to describe their lives—or even themselves—anymore in a familiar way.

Changing Identities

New 5D identities are emerging.  For many of these people, old karmic bonds with other people have either loosened or completely disappeared.  They can no longer attach their identity to being someone in a certain relationship anymore.

Either their partner relationship has broken up, their children or relatives are no longer people they really relate to anymore, or close loved ones have died.  However it’s happened, they now sense themselves as relatively unattached beings in a world that seems to no longer be familiar to them.

Others who have recently stepped into a new chapter in their life are those who have either retired, lost their job, or found they could no longer stay at work they’ve never liked to begin with.  Or perhaps they’re someone who has recently found that a passion they’ve had for a long time now feels flat and they can no longer attach their sense of identity to it.

Spiritual Missions Opening Up

Spiritual missions are coming alive.  Something foundational has altered for these who are finding themselves walking into something brand new in their lives.  It’s somehow changed them more deeply than if the physical changes in circumstances they’re experiencing had happened in the past.

It’s as if something within them is now saying, “Okay, now get ready. You’re about to embark on what you’re really here to do this lifetime.”

There’s a wind gathering behind them, getting ready to propel them into a future that feels completely unknown.  And there’s no way to ignore it or move out of its way.  What holds them steady at this point is realizing that their spiritual mission may be about to fully flower into a more expansive expression.

It seems as if they’ve been given a certain amount of grace time to completely shed their old identities before moving into this new chapter of their life.  But they likely won’t be given a great deal of time for this, as the new energy is very present with them, waiting in the wings with its sense of excited impatience.

3D Templates Emerging

3D Ascension templates are emerging.  For others, the Ascension energies since the beginning of the year (and perhaps starting at the end of last year), have been intense in a different way.  It’s as if full “templates” of the core 3D programmings that have run them their entire life are finally surfacing. And all the emotions, misguided beliefs, thoughts, and habit patterns attached to the template are up for experiencing in an exaggerated way.

For some, this template could be called “Failure to Thrive”.  It’s as if all experiences in the past around a certain theme that have limited and traumatized them are now back to be re-experienced—but in an a more intense fashion.  If it’s a struggle about having enough money, this is what is now happening in spades.  If it’s chronic health problems, these are showing up, one after another.  If it’s relationship difficulties, that’s what they’re now feeling caught in.

Or the template could be called “Depression” or “Anxiety” or “Lonely”.  Or combinations of all of these and more.  There are many different 3D templates we all took on this time to live with and learn from.  And it seems that now it is truly time to see these clearly—and hopefully for the last time.  And then it’s time to move out of judgment of ourselves for experiencing them and allow them to release.

Letting Go of the 3D Templates

Ascensionn symptoms are amping up.  Of course, this is easier said than done.  It’s not a simple matter to let go of a pattern that has been deeply embedded in our experience over a lifetime (and sometimes lifetimes).  Often we have not even been fully aware of it till now.  And at times, it can seem as if the template has such a firm grip on us, we may never be able to wrench ourselves free of it.

It appears to take some time to shake these templates loose and allow them to release.  Even if they do seem to be finally breaking apart in preparation for release, we’re dealing with their pieces flying around in our fields for a period of time.  It can be very disorienting, as well as challenging.

Cooperating with the Ascension Energies

Learning to trust helps us into the Fifth Dimension.  As with those who are currently experiencing a firmer push into unknown territory, those having this experience of facing core 3D emotional patterns do well to understand that all of these experiences are part of the Ascension process.

Whatever is not resonating with fifth-dimensional energy cannot be taken with us to that higher dimension.  We must let it go and keep moving forward into the next experience.  At times, this requires a great deal of trust and a willingness to move out of our comfort zones.

Once we can do this, it can be amazingly exciting to watch and anticipate whatever may be next coming toward us in life, knowing that it is coming in order to lift us yet further into a higher vibration.

The positive and freeing purpose of certain experiences are certainly not clear at times until we’ve made our way through them.  But if we look closely, we can see that everything—absolutely everything—is happening for our Ascension in as expedient a way as possible.  We just need to trust this and cooperate the best way we can, so that we are skillfully and trustingly riding the Ascension energies as they flow in, rather than resisting them.

Sometimes, being yourself means being a bit mad. It’s okay to be a bit mad. All the best people are. Some of the worst may at times appear to be. However, there is a subtle, but distinct difference in being mad, from being insane. The insane person lives (if you can call it that) their entire existence, in abject fear and loathing of it. The slightest thing can send them into a fit of rage. Violent, ‘insane’ behavior, that is repellant to ‘sane’ people. The worst most mad people can be accused of, is being violently happy. Some people find even this, to be a bit too much. That’s okay. The mad person finds the company of ‘sane’ individuals to be a bit of a drag. Doldrums. ‘Keeping it real’. The struggle is real, you know… Bollocks!

The mad person’s behavior is typically repugnant to sane individuals, due to the fact that the sane individual is far too busy worrying about the trivial concerns of daily existence, to engage in such a frivolous and silly emotion as ‘joy’.

The sane person thinks, “Silly mad person… don’t you know there are real things, that must be worried about! Like, where’s the car parked; Where might I have to go next and how to get there, how much is the petrol going to cost, where is the money to pay for it going to come from.”

The ‘sane’ person entertains many such trains of thought simultaneously; Concerning sustenance, shelter, companionship etc… Worry, worry, worry. While it is natural to be occasionally concerned about these important items, it is unnatural to be overly concerned about them. This is, what drives good, hardworking, ordinarily ‘sane’ people; To insanity. Deluged under an inundation of out of control worry trains, roaring and thundering into the mental station of consciousness at a rate beyond which, they cannot continue to cope. And so they don’t; And yet, they do. The affected individual is rendered incapable of action – By caring so much – that they can’t even.

By allowing the equilibrium of your mental state to be overrun with too many thought trains, insanity is likely to ensue. This leads to congestion, angry passengers, lost parcels, and mental breakdown. On the other hand, what good is an empty train station? Find the balance that is right for you. Keep positive thought trains going! Send them forth from your station, full of happy passengers, brimming with valuable cargo. Thought trains, that others will be pleased to entertain in their own mental stations. Stop negative trains at the border, and turn them around. Those trains will go in search of other, more accommodating stations. After all, misery does love company. Joy loves company too. People that are ‘too happy’ for ‘no reason’ are weird. It’s okay to be weird. Existence is reason enough to be happy.

Does a flower question its existence? Does it worry if rain will fall, or if there are enough nutrients in the soil for it to grow? No. It exerts only the very slightest of efforts, growing towards light, water and food. It sends out tendrils, seeking for the right way. If something is found, the plant ceases to exert effort in that direction and begins to absorb the available nutrient. As the nutrient is absorbed, the plant pushes further until it meets resistance. Resistance is not the universe telling you, ‘you cannot’ only that there is perhaps an easier way. Sometimes, there is no easy way. Plants are grown from small vulnerable seeds, easily crushed under foot. But yet, a single blade of grass can crack pavement, which a million trodding feet could not crush. Pursue those things that make you feel strongly; Like a plant in search of sun, and you will achieve what you seek. There will be no resistance.

Resistance can be thought of as ‘negative energy’. Do you wake up in the morning, to some clamorous noise, wishing only to stay abed, hating the very thought of putting your feet on the floor? Wishing, that for once, the cares of the day would just care about themselves, and leave you out of it? Did you know, you can do that? The world, will indeed go on. If the Pope can quit, so can you. Sometimes, ‘doing’ just gets to be too much. Resistance. Perhaps, it is time to be instead of do. It’s hard for a reason. Maybe it’s the universe trying to tell you, you’re cutout for something else. Not a pre-punched cardboard cutout; A special snowflake, made by the hand of a child; That child is you. You shaped yourself by participating in a shared reality, full of other individuals shaping, and being shaped. Your snowflake is unique, there is no other quite as unique as yours. Some people will think it’s weird, misshapen, or tatty. That is okay. If you wanted your snowflake to fit in a mold, you’d have used a die cutter.

Die cut snowflakes are perfect, perfectly uniform; Perfectly the same. Like the ticky-tacky cookie-cutter houses, in a large development conglomerate. There, you must participate in a home owners association, and mustn’t to anything to upset the perfect uniformity of the neighborhood. You’re likely to be brought up on charges, if your front grass is half an inch too long, or… Your undisciplined and irresponsible child left their bicycle in front of the garage door. Some people find such outward displays of conformity to be comforting, and pleasing. I do not. I find places where everything and everyone are nearly identical, a bit like the Twilight Zone. As if, the matrix in an effort to conserve memory, has rendered at the lowest possible complexity. Recycling, and reusing a many textures, and interaction scenarios as possible. Woe betide unto you if your khakis are the wrong shade of tan, in these bastions of uniformity. Or, heaven help you, your skin! If you look closely enough, even at things that appear on the surface to be identical, you will find an infinite number of minute differences; Determined by the resolution at which you are viewing a thing at a given time. Do to the fractal nature of ‘reality’ you can zoom in, or out indefinitely. By zooming in, you can observe the minutest detail. Or by zooming out, have an epiphany about the ‘big picture’; Perhaps, coming to realize that things are the same on every level (more or less). It’s the contrasting minutia that highlights the differences between the very large, and the very small. Only when you cease struggling long enough to observe these details without resistance, do they come in to focus.

When you achieve focus, everything becomes clear. You will face no resistance in making choices. You can enjoy your journey fully, and if faced with a crossroads, the signs will be clear and you will instinctively select the correct path. If you arrive at a crossroad, and none of the signs seem to be pointing to something you feel strongly about, maybe you aren’t on the correct path. Meandering is okay. It’s an important part of finding the correct path. Like a plant, putting forth many tendrils in all directions, growing more where it finds the good. But, you aren’t a plant. Your place in life is not static. You don’t have to grow where you are planted. If the place in which you are planted, is devoid of joy; If it feels like you’d just be better off not living… By all means, pick yourself up by the roots, and plant yourself somewhere else. Fleeing in the face of adversity isn’t always the best course of action. Just as there is a fine line between bald faced cowardice, and fleeing an over-matched foe – ‘living to fight another day’. There is a difference between a dry spell, and the Sahara desert. It’s up to you to discern that difference.

Polite society is built upon the repression of the self, for the good of the whole. i.e. Don’t be too weird, or other people won’t like you. Don’t be an individual; Be individualistic. It’s quite easy to be driven mad by an inundation of mixed messages. It’s like being a giant centipede of people sewn together arse to mouth, defecating into each other’s faces. Come to think of it, that’s a rather fitting analogy for a certain social media site… Look at me, Look at my FACE. Look at my fodder. Look at my cool stuff. Look at what an ‘amazing’ time I’m having! Look at the other people, who have looked at my stuff. They said it was cool, ’cause I said their stuff was cool too. Look at it… LOOK AT IT! Tell me how much you like it. LIKE IT NOW! It’s a bit silly really. Why?

Because at the end of the day, the only person who has to listen to the voice in your head;  Possibly taunting you with the success of others, or sniggering at their failures, being overly concerned with how many people liked what you said; Or, the things that you have, the things that you do; Or… Only said that you did or have, because you thought other people would think it was cool… That voice is still you. Ergo, the opinions of others are in fact, self-inflicted. Why are you hitting yourself? Why are you hitting yourself? Stop hitting yourself! Except, the proverbial big brother on the other end of your arm, is still you.

A mad person couldn’t care less about societal norms. A mad person is truly themselves, for the sake of being so. The opinions of others are utterly irrelevant to the mad person; Just as irrelevant as if they were instead, insane. The circumstances under which someone may become mad, or insane are quite similar. However, the reaction to the circumstance is what makes the difference. At some point in your life, you will be presented with a very clear choice. Do you choose to be oppressed, or do you choose to be free. Do you choose to love your life, or to hate it. Is your life worth dying for; Is your death worth living for? ‘Till the sheer joy of existence, drives you mad. Perhaps, you choose to hate your very existence, ’till its repugnance drives you insane… Or maybe, you choose to constantly float someplace in the middle; Ever fluctuating between madness, and insanity. Dwelling in a special little place between the two, lovingly called by the poor frightened sheeple who live there, sanity. Dutifully taking care of the worries as they come, and enjoying some occasional joy while floating above the doldrums.

I choose joy. I choose a bit of madness. You may choose as you like, which is why it is called a choice. A choice you get to make a hundred times a day. Will you do what is expected, or will you do what you want to do. Will you say what is customary, or will you say what is really on your mind?

Life is a series of choices, doing or not doing – To be or not to be – Be a round peg in a square hole, fit in… But don’t fit in. A circle has no corners in which shadows may hide. Don’t be a square, don’t fit into a box. When you are ‘square’, aspects of your true self, you hide in the corners. In shadows, that others may not know your true self, because of fear. Fear nothing; Do not fear nothing. A void is but an empty canvas, and a fully laden palette awaiting the artist’s stroke. That artist, is you. Be yourself, and encourage others to do likewise! If everyone spent more time being themselves, there would be a good deal fewer busy bodies.

ENERGY HEALING TOOLS: “Expect These Upcoming Physical Transmutations”

Ascension is an expected and normal part of the evolutionary development of the Universe. It has always been so and will continue until it is no longer necessary as a collective process. The body during Ascension will know how to readjust and reorganize itself because this process is quite normal. This process of transformation has been coded within the cells of the body and is taking place naturally. What people are now learning to do is how to assist what is occurring naturally with outside factors: being aware of the foods they are eating, being aware of their connection to the earth and by being aware of the direction their body is leading them. The greater you are aware of the process, the greater you can assist what is already going on and will be continuing at its natural pace according to the cellular coding for each individual.

In this process, the very structure of every cell in our bodies will endure changes. The adjustments in your body will occur in the body cells as these cells undergo a gentle infusion of new electromagnetic impulses from the planetary shift. Our DNA will evolve from two physical helixes to two physical helixes and twelve spiritual strands (up to fourteen) which correspond to energy centers, or chakras, inside and outside your body.

The new style twelve strand DNA was originally in bodies 300,000 years ago. Within human body cells are light-encoded filaments, fine gossamer threads of energy that carry information. When these gossamer threads are working together like a fiber optic type of cable, they form the helix of your spiritual DNA. Imagine that your frequencies are starting to detach from each other and where they are still connected, they are just threaded together.

The etheric body acts as a transmitter and receiver for surrounding energies. This takes place via specific energy centers for the body or chakras. Each chakra is directly associated with an endocrine gland and nerve plexus. Because of their close relationship with the chakras, which transmit and receive this energy, the endocrine and nervous systems especially, are now undergoing radical transmutation. The increase in electrical energies is requiring a complete rewiring of the nervous system, while all the organs and glands in the body are being totally restructured.

As humans manifest a more pronounced light body, most of these organs and glands will no longer be needed, and may gradually atrophy and disappear. In the mean time, it is important to acknowledge the changes taking place in the body and to support the physical body as much as possible As more and more light becomes available, the intensity of electromagnetic energy around you also increases. This means that there will be more rapid neurological activity in the body resulting in higher intensity impulses firing the central nervous system.

The nervous system will immediately attempt to dissipate that energy by sending it back out of the spinal chord. If these impulses then fire along facilitated pathways into the muscular system, they could cause muscle tightness and soreness. If they fire into the blood vessels, restricted circulation often results. When these impulses fire into the skin, you may experience abnormal thermal sensations (i.e. feeling hot or cold, prickling, itching etc).

These will be felt more by many people as cellular transformation occurs in the body. It is like your engines are being rebuilt and the temperature gauge is being replaced. So in a way, you are finding that as you are building new information into the body, into the cells, you are redesigning the different aspects of the physical body through this transformation. So as this is happening, there is a greater gap in what is being experienced, a greater experience up and down, and a greater experience of upheaval. Much is being tossed around, much that is no longer working and that is outdated. It is being tossed out as new data and new equipment is being gradually introduced and built into the body. If they should fire into the organs and glands, they may inhibit their previously normal functioning.

The body going through an alteration in consciousness will most likely manifest symptoms of tenderness, ache and trauma. New aches and pains will appear in various places in the body and then these will disappear. Headaches and sudden shooting pains in the head or eyes may occur and these may be signs that adjustments are being made in your energies. These adjustments will be attuning you to different frequencies during cellular transformation. The parts of your brain that have been dormant in the past are now being used.

Your physical body responds to the changes by over reacting to slight stimulation by external biological elements, such as pollens, not originating from it. Flu-like symptoms, sinusitis and congestion, specific aches and pains, and feelings of toxicity may be other reactions you will experience from the increased intensity of incoming energy.

When these disturbances happen, the body is reaching a threshold. It will pass beyond this threshold as the body’s capacity to handle more light increases. During these times, it will be especially useful to take more baths and to drink lots of water. This will help your body to facilitate these changes more easily. Swimming will also be helpful in this respect since water is very soothing and relaxing as well as being useful in balancing your energy.

Are you feeling like you are DONE and just want to go home? There are several reasons spiritual burnout is occurring right now. Energetically, we have received many waves of energy that are wiping out all that does not serve us. As we shift timelines and frequencies, we may feel a disconnect from our bodies. Now is the time to make the changes necessary to adapt to the new energies and to learn how to take better care of ourselves.

There are many reasons for spiritual burnout. First of all, we are ascending! Our DNA is changing, our cells are morphing, and our vibrational level and consciousness are rising. Whether we realize it or not, these changes started many years ago at a slower pace in order to help us get used to change. We have reached an acceleration now and anything that has not been addressed or cleared is coming up for our attention.

Energetically, we are receiving energy from the Cosmos because of the rare galactic alignment with the Earth and Alcyone to the center of the Cosmos. We may be temporarily disconnected from our bodies, like one of those Stretch Armstrong dolls. We need to spring back into form and to get fully centered and grounded once again.

Next, there have been a lot of low level frequencies bombarding the planet through extraterrestrial technology. In concert with the food and water additives that respond to ELF’s and the collective stress that everyone on the planet is feeling, it has been hard to shake the feelings of despair, anger, and frustration. In a way, some of us needed to experience that so we could transmute those feelings for the collective. But we are now moving beyond that role and are focusing on the self, which is the best way to help the collective at this time.

Finally, many of us have been in service to our fellow awakened friends by tirelessly healing, clearing, and informing them. We have been doing the work for them and have given and given until we have almost nothing left to give. We are now finding ourselves depleted as we needed the energy to deal with the energetic shifts. It is now time to regenerate our energy and to change the way we help people. In my job as a holistic life coach, I rarely have repeat clients and it’s not because I’m not good at what I do. I strive to help people empower themselves and to remember who they are to where they don’t really need anyone else.

From here on out, we should be empowering people to find the answers within themselves. For too long, others have continued to look outside of themselves for the answers they seek, through psychics, mediums, seers, and writers. The message we get when we are in burnout is ENOUGH serving at the moment. I have actually stopped doing some of my interviews as I put myself back together again, and I can feel the difference in the “new me” that will match the new information that I am now able to tap into. If I had not taken the time for myself and instead pushed my weekly show out just to keep the ball rolling, I might have experienced some burnout.

Now that we know how we get burnout, here are 11 ways you can turn things back around for yourself.

Get professional help from a life coach, spiritual counselor, QHHT practitioner or a similar energetic healer to strengthen your connection to Source. This is an infinite amount of energy and is available when the intentions and use are in the highest and best good for all. Once you are feeling better, finish the job yourself by healing your body and raising your consciousness.

1. Get out of your head and into your heart.

The monkey mind only confuses things. The NOW moment is in the heart. Strive to be in the heart in your waking meditation more than not.

2. Be willing to let go of materialism and programming.

This includes many of the tools and methods that you used in the past to clear and heal others. Realize when you are being over-controlling of your future instead of allowing things to unfold from the vibrational guidance of your higher self. Recognize the self destructive programming from the past and treat yourself best first so that you can then better help others.

3. Reduce the amount of time on the internet and in front of the tv unless it is highly positively focused.

As you raise above the astral realm frequency, the technology being beamed at you will affect you less and less as long as you are not drawn down by low vibrational topics and heated discussions.

4. Get out in nature.

This cannot be stressed enough. We need to at least vibrate at Earth’s rising frequency, if not higher.

5. Take a sea salt and baking soda bath.

Negative entities and thought forms hate salt. Send love to your bath water and the water in your body. Talk to your body and organs frequently and tell them that everything is going to be ok. They may have been freaking out with the recent energy spikes.

6. Ask for help from your team.

Your guides can slow things down a bit to help you assimilate the energies better. Most of all, ask your team to help you help yourself instead of relying on them to do things for you. When you learn how to do this you can then teach it to others.

7. Reduce stress and let go of baggage.

Learn to recognize when material things and people are triggering you. Learn to let it flow in and out of you rather than reacting in the way that you were programmed. Eventually, in a way you will tend to “lose your mind” and just begin to laugh at the absurdity around you. That’s okay, because laughing will raise your vibration. Make the changes you need to be stress and anxiety free.

8. Say no to people who want you to give them all of the answers.

Without turning your back on people, learn how to give them precise answers that make them think for themselves. We may be disempowering people by giving them the answers all of the time. It’s time for people to step up themselves in the essence of who they are. This new energy is instead served by giving them the initial boost of vibrational healing and providing confirmation for them in the messages they receive. Then focus on teaching them how to finish healing themselves and how to connect with their higher self. We cannot do that for them., and their commitment to do this is imperative at this time. Learn how to adapt your teachings to what people need now, not what they needed one, five, or ten years ago.

9. Re-asses your living situation- location, job, relationships, and the energy that you live in.

Many of us have already done this, however it may be an ongoing thing as you continue to raise your frequency.

10. Love yourself and forgive yourself.

You may have slipped several times over the last year by snapping back at someone or losing your cool. Although that energy had to be moved through you, we don’t want to push it on other people. Forgive yourself and forgive those who pushed you to the edge. Promise yourself that you will do better next time.

11. Raise your vibration.

If you are in burn out, you have lowered your frequency a bit. Perhaps you didn’t realize how much your environment and the people around you have affected you. Do things you love and BE love. Treat others well and be responsible for your own actions and words. Ask yourself what it is going to take to raise your frequency above the matrix to where you are an observer. Be in the world watching, but no longer match the frequency around you. Laugh your ass off if that is what it takes.

I am here to tell you that no matter what things are going to work out. There will be a time where we look back and see why things happened the way they did. We are never alone and we have much help that we may not realize at this time. We must learn to take care of ourselves and to stop allowing people to steal our energy. It is time for everyone who is awakened to let go of crutches and braces and to begin to RUN FOREST, RUN!!!

Accepting your role in a socially inclined world as an empath who picks up on others energies can be challenging. This is often particularly true for those on their ascension journey and seeking their path back to Source – a time when it’s essential to protect yourself from negative energies.I say this as someone who once struggled intensely in social situations – even minor outings like picking up groceries had me feeling as though I was running a gauntlet filled with reject extras from a “Walking Dead” episode.Some may say this just means I’m ‘sensitive’ and to some extent – they are right! However, evidence is mounting with studies indicating strong correlations between social anxieties and empath abilities. In other words, social anxiety doesn’t necessarily make you crazy, overly sensitive to daily life, or mean that you need a prescription – you just might need some empath sensitivity skills and tools to cope with anxiety.

What Does it Mean to Be an Empath Versus Empathic?

Empaths are typically described as those with elevated cognitive empathy tendencies who have a knack for tuning into other’s mental states. In other words, they are Highly Sensitive. Empathics are often considered to border on clairvoyant/reading abilities and they often seriously struggle in crowds to the point of panic attacks of having to leave the room.

Many on this level of the empath scale require special training to learn how to handle all the radiating energy fields they both consciously and unconsciously tap into and OUT OF certain social interactions. While a precious gift to the receptive empath, these sensitivities can prove cumbersome without the right tools to understand, acknowledge, and control them.

Solutions You Can Implement NOW for Anxiety Relief

Empath related social anxiety is a burden that can be alleviated and often resolved with the right intentions and approaches. For those with extreme anxiety, you may want to obtain, train, and harness the protective energies of white light, healing stones and crystals for anxiety, or even use sacred geometry as tools to aid your journey along with the following strategies.

  1. Don’t attempt to be normal or fix yourself– this is only fighting universal intentions and there’s nothing wrong with you. And besides, who wants to be normal?
  2. Strive for a Stress Free Existence by choosing whose energies you surround and associate with – even online! (Especially online!)
  3. Avoid overwhelming yourself in work and home situations – even hobbies – and take proactive steps to cut ties with negativity and stressors. Replace with them new passions!
  4. Study your emphatic abilities, and learn to manage and control them under experienced guidance from a holistic healer, and perhaps learn to embrace your own energetic healing abilities.
  5. Listen to your conscious and subconscious – they don’t lie, only tell universal truths!

Personally, I seem to have reached a cross point between embracing my empath skills and still lacking in shielding abilities. In essence… a message from my Higher Self seems to be guiding me to accepting that a part of my own soul still needs assessing and healing.
