ASCENSION AVATAR: “A Magical Earth Day…”

Today happens to be Earth Day… a day which seemed magical from the start… This morning through my windows I noticed some beautiful cloud formations and sylphs in the skies… I stepped outside to get a few snapshots… Just above the mountaintop in my back yard was a peculiar egg-shaped lightburst cloud… thankfully captured on camera… It is one image I’ll not soon forget! Is this a confirmation we have many Earth (and non-Earth!) Allies helping to usher us in to a higher dimensional reality, a New Earth? Or was it just ‘Mork from Ork’ popping in to say “Hey! Happy Earth Day! Nanu-Nanu!”? 🌏

NEZEL PADAYHAG: “The 7 Biggest Differences Between A Human Spirit And A Human Soul”

The spirit and soul are part of the essential elements of the human being. But often times these terms are misunderstood used interchangeably.

Even if these two are both parts of who you are, they’re not one and the same. Knowing how they differ from each other is a great help in knowing more about yourself.

In his book, One Solitary Life: From The Unknown To The Known?, Anthony Fisichella tried to explain that the Spirit is like the electricity that lights up the bulb, which is the soul.

The spirit is The One source that lights up our souls. If this stretches your imagination, let’s just know the different characteristics of each to make an elaborate distinction.

Indeed, the ‘spirit’ of a warrior and a ‘soulful’ song sound much different, right? Here are the greatest differences between these two.

7 Biggest Differences Between A Human Spirit And A Human Soul

The Spirit:

– It provides you the Consciousness of Self.

– It is an awareness that is always present in the Now.

– It is a vessel serving as your direct connection to the Source.

– It’s where your intuition connects.

– It’s where your life purpose stems from.

– It is one aspect, a projection of your soul, just like your body.

A lack of connection to the Spirit results to:

– Depression

– Disconnection

– Unworthiness

– Lack of purpose

The Soul:

– It is unique to each one.

– It contains all the memories of your lifetimes.

– It consists of your ancestral karma, perception, and experiences.

– It carries your potentialities, talents, and abilities.

– It is your blueprint in life.

– It is the book you’re writing across all The Universe, and which imprint you will leave.

– It’s heavily influenced by the ego mind but underneath is your greatest unfolding.

NEZEL PADAYHAG: “6 Ways Staying Near Water Affects Your Health Positively”

People associate water with calm, relaxation and connection. In fact, when taking vacations, spending a day at the beach is often included on the to do list.

We often see a large crowd of people gathered at the beach, by the lake, or at the waterfalls than we do in the mountains. This is how we can see the magical effect of the water element has on people.

In an interview with the Huffington Post, marine biologist Wallace J. Nichols said that we have a “blue mind” that he describes as a mildly meditative state characterized by calm, peacefulness, unity, a sense of happiness and a satisfaction with life at the moment, which are all triggered when we’re in or near water.

Water has a positive effect on our brains due to its simplicity. It’s a kind of break our brain needs from the clutter it has always been exposed to.

By gazing at the blue sea or serene lake, our thoughts suddenly pause for a while from all the overstimulation. Even listening to the sounds of a running brook or splashing waves can turn our minds into a relaxed and hypnotic like state.

Aside from the transformative and healing effects water has on us, it also boosts our mental health and enhances our well-being.

6 Ways Staying Near Water Affects Your Health Positively

1. Water calms your mind.

Water can calm your mind not only through observation but also through listening to the sounds of different water forms.

Listening to the sound of the crashing waves by the sea alters your brain’s wave patterns and induces a meditative state. Observing the water’s movement also calms your mind.

When your mind is in a state of calm, your stress levels drop, and your mind becomes much clearer.

2. Water helps you to get creative.

Because staying near water promotes a relaxed state of mind, your brain opens up to more inspiration and creativity.

Great insights only come up when your mind is switched off from overstimulation. And water has the ability to naturally get your focus off from that million thoughts.

3. Water amazes you in unexpected ways.

By simply observing water that cascades over a lofty waterfall, you can’t help yourself but be amazed and feel a sense of awe.

Recent studies that explored the feelings of awe found the connection between the experience of awe and an enhanced critical and creative thinking faculties.

By being in a state of awe, you immerse yourself in the present moment.

4. Water amplifies the benefits you get from exercise.

Water alone has its own benefits. When combined with exercise, like running or walking by the sea, you’re increasing ten folds the benefits that you reap.

It’s because you’re surrounded by an environment that triggers a more positive benefit to exercising and increases the negative ions into your system.

5. Water provides you more negative ions.

The positive and negative ions have an influence on how we feel.

Positive ions emitted by electrical appliances, like computers and microwaves, drain our natural energy. On the other hand, negative ions that are generated by water forms, like waterfalls, ocean waves, and thunderstorms, enable us to absorb oxygen much quickly.

Negative ions help us balance our serotonin levels and rejuvenates our mind, making us more alert and focused.

6. Water revitalizes your body.

When you submerge yourself in a sea or lake, the natural water revitalizes your body. The cold chill of the water soothes and treats your nerves while refreshing your body and stimulating your mind.

A warm water relaxes your muscles and eases your body of tensions.

If you’re feeling out of the blue, treat your blue mind with a blue space.

Whether you choose to be in the sea or be at your locality’s fountain, your brain is sure to achieve a mental clarity and you will have that extra dose of a sense of well-being.

NEZEL PADAYHAG: “How To Use The Elemental Energies To Recharge Your Batteries”

In this fast changing world, we need to keep pace to be not left behind. We strive hard to beat deadlines, seek to fulfill our plans and goals, and be in constant motion to stay smart and productive.

While all these are helpful in creating the life we want to live, our bodies can sometimes get exhausted and overwhelmed.

Hence, we need to pause, take a rest, and recharge the inner batteries that keep us moving.

There’s no need to wait to get drained. As symptoms of overload start to appear, let’s give our bodies the much needed break it deserves.

It doesn’t have to be long or complicated. We can recharge our batteries by simply tapping into the power of elemental energies.

How To Use The Elemental Energies To Recharge:

1. Air Element

Air element is essential for the survival of all living creatures. Without it, life wouldn’t be possible.

Seen as active, thin, and movable, air embodies freshness, happiness, intelligence, and mercy.

The energies that the element of air brings help in keeping our focus and rational thinking as well as open our mind to cosmic events.

How to fully connect:

Find a place, preferably an open space, where the air is clean and where you can feel the movement of the wind.

Nature is ideal, like a field or a mountain. But if it’s not possible, a roof or terrace is the best alternative.

Breathe deeply and feel the wind as it touches your face and your skin. Feel it as it blows your hair. Let go, have fun, and allow it to rejuvenate all your energies.

2. Water Element

The water is seen as a cleansing, healing, psychic, and loving element.

Water quenches our thirst and supports us when we swim.

Because water is the element of emotion and subconscious, a connection with it eases depression and the pains brought about by passions.

How to fully connect:

If you feel like crying, do it because it’s a means of connecting with water. By allowing your tears to flow down your cheeks, you allow bottled up emotions to flow with it.

A good cry reduces your stress and calms your mind. Water can also be used as an object for meditation, which can be done by feeling every drop of rain that falls on your face.

Another way is by moving your hand through a stream, lake, pool, or a bowl full of water. Feel its fluidity as it refreshes and energizes you.

3. Fire Element

Being the sole element that shines, fire is the purest of all the elements. Fire is used in rituals because it’s a small form of purgatory where the purging of negative emotions can be done.

It’s transformative as it converts the energy of other objects into other forms, like heat, ash, light, and smoke.

If you feel lethargic about life, connecting with this element re-energizes you.

How to fully connect:

Go out on a sunny day and feel the warmth and light of the sun on your skin. Sun gazing at sunrise or sunset is even said to provide a lot of health benefits.

Set a fire in your fireplace and hear the crackling of logs as fire consumes it. Meditate on it while smelling its smoke.

Another way is to light a candle and gaze into its transformational flame. Allow yourself to immerse in the energy of fire.

4. Earth Element

The element of earth is famed for its grounding benefits. Being the foundation of all the other elements, the earth is where the seeds of all things grow.

It’s an element of stability as well as the foundations of the body. It’s the realm of wisdom, knowledge, strength, growth, and prosperity.

Because it’s fertile and nurturing, Earth is also seen as our mother that provides us nourishment and shelter.

How to fully connect:

Press your hand against fresh soil to feel its vitality and stability.

If you have an access to a field, you can perform a sitting meditation. Sit on the ground and breathe deeply. Imagine your energy reservoir as a root that digs deeply into the Earth.

Allow the energy of the Earth to nourish this root until you feel calm and revitalized.

ASCENSION AVATAR: “A Magical Day…”

Have you ever have one of those days you feel and just know you’re in a ‘higher dimension’?  Well, yesterday was one of those days…  Upon returning to my Oregon home (which is on the market) I stopped at a service station to refuel the car… On the drive there I’d noticed many breathtaking clouds and sylphs… and commented to the attendant, “Wow, check out those clouds!”

He looked up and said matter-of-factly, “Yep. This is God’s country.”

That simple remark brought a smile…

Afterward I drove to a market to get water. While standing in line I suddenly got ‘goosebumps’… and apparently everyone else felt it too because they all began turning and looking around… like, “What IS that?”

When I exited the store I looked up and was nearly startled by what I saw in the sky… there appeared to be a ‘face’ and a ‘body’… and a dazzling sphere of light which was elliptical in its shape…

“Oh, I’ve GOT to get some photos of this!” I said to myself then snapped several shots using my phone… and continued snapping away throughout the drive ‘home’…

Keeping a simple story simple, these are some of the images I captured.  There are even more impressive videos, but for now these will do.  I’m wondering if there may be a deeper message here and perhaps I shouldn’t sell the property?  Hmm, ‘time’ will tell…

InJoy~

When I arrived ‘home’ I noticed this wild yellow rose… which certainly wasn’t ‘there’  ‘before’…

This was taken today before leaving…
