LISA RENEE: “White or Clear Subtle Forces”

“Through the qualities of the white or clear subtle forces, we gain spiritual clarity and can perceive the truth in the people and things around us. This develops and strengthens our spiritual light through our focused concentration, attention and devotion. When we hold the white or clear subtle forces as predominate in our Consciousness, we experience our unification with the eternal God self, which transcends all time and space. When we are capable of holding this state of neutral it restores balance to all layers of our body, and this state is what is responsible for all true healing and sense of wellbeing. Our balanced health is maintained by this state as a lifestyle, because it is in harmony with the Natural Laws, earth and our inner spiritual self, which brings the gift of Perfect Peace.”

~Lisa Renee

In the top level, there are White or Clear Subtle Forces that are the neutral energies. It helps to restore balance, stability and peace, as it transmits higher spiritual intelligence to bring energetic harmony and higher consciousness into the environment. The neutral quality and neutral force is what develops spiritual Awakening. It is the virtues, goodness and clarity that comes through the access to the higher spiritual intelligence, as well as connecting with the force of love that is inherent in creation. Connecting to this subtle force quality will develop the purity of the mind, body and spirit, which induces consistent stages of spiritual awakening and the expanding of consciousness, as the feedback loop to the zero point is created within the body. Through the qualities of the white or clear subtle forces, we gain spiritual clarity and can perceive the truth in the people and things around us. Our balanced health is maintained by this state as a lifestyle, because it is in harmony with the Natural Laws, earth and our inner spiritual self, which brings the gift of Perfect Peace. The state of Neutrality recognizes the place of the black force or Negative Polarity and the yellow force or Positive Polarity in the cycles of creation. It discerns them without value difference, while observing them at work in the world of forces. Harmonizing the opposing forces throughout creation is the natural result of the white or clear subtle forces of the neutral or Zero Point. The Universe is neutral and as such natural forces will always attempt to return to balance, unify and bring wholeness to creation.

Healing the Imbalances of Primal Forces

If we understand that these three forces are governors of the movement of energy and consciousness inside our body, we can use this model as an assessment tool, to help us heal, to help regain more health and balance. Our highest goal is to return to the top level and restore the neutral state of being so that we can exchange feedback loops directly with the God source or Zero Point field.

Generally, a person with imbalances of the Negative Polarity of black forces, must move into the Positive Polarity of yellow forces to dissolve the black substance that has accumulated in their body. We must recognize our pain and suffering and learn from it, by actually confronting it and knowing the reasons why the pain and blockage is there. This means we must move out of mental and emotional stagnation and into some level of self-motivation, physical action or goal which keeps us moving forward in some direction or on a schedule. The black substance attracts the shadow forms, spirit attachments and ghost entities, so this issue may also need to be addressed very specifically with people that are weighed down with black forces. Daily exercise and physical disciplines like martial arts, as well as goals for setting self-motivated actions can be very helpful for this group, because it breaks down these black forces. Many times these black forces are accumulated from past trauma, and we must break from the past patterns and shift, in order to bring new energies into our lives. To move out of the heavy burden of carrying these black forces, self-love, self-esteem and personal healing must be the main focus.

A person with imbalances of the positive polarity that has produced overstimulation and excess physical or mental activity, must move towards neutrality, stillness and holding the observer state of engaged detachment. This transforms both black substance and yellow force accumulation in the body, into the pure white and clear forces of neutrality. Because too much positive polarity generates the Service to Self level of consciousness, this group needs to transition from self-motivated actions to selfless service, such as dedicating to the Service to Others. In order to move past selfishness, we must depersonalize our problems and see the pain in others as a result of the entire human condition on the earth. To create more inner empty space, we surrender our personal disappointments and sorrows to be willing to look at ways we can be of service to the greater whole, helping to be a productive cause to solve the problems on the earth. Highly mentalized people that have problems with quieting their mind and finding inner stillness, may need more assistance with methods of psychological and emotional clearing. A cluttered and undisciplined mind makes the body restless. Through the study of negative ego functions and learning how to discipline the mind, while working with resolving inner conflicts, they may do better with visualization techniques before they can meditate. To move out of the selfish imbalances of the yellow forces, the healing of humanity and the earth must become the main focus.

A person that has moved toward embodying more of the neutral force, will continue to develop and expand the pure qualities of gaining the ever Expanding Consciousness that connects us into the Universe and attaining Perfect Peace. In this state, we are not centered in our own personal issues but focus on developing deeper communication with our divinity and gaining clarity about our place in serving the Cosmic Consciousness. We experience unconditional love and the many states of consciousness as one with the Universal forces and the creator, and seek to be in harmony with it all. As a human being we should be able to self-assess and discern all of these three forces and their qualities in our nature and behaviors, as well as in the environment. The intention to continue to develop the state of neutrality, as well as neutral forces in our body, supports us to directly develop our consciousness and to build strength in our spiritual bodies. This helps to describe the important reasons why the emphasis on developing neutrality and the observer consciousness, in all areas of our thinking, feeling and behaviors has been especially emphasized in our community. SIMON SEGAL: “Tired Of Being A Negativity Sponge? What You Need To Know To Reclaim Your Energy And Prevent Energy Infiltration”

Everything has a vibration — smells, sounds, colors, objects, animals, people. We are in a continual energetic cycle of communication with everything around us, and what we let to affect us is what we become.

And as much as we have the power to affect the world around us with our energy, sometimes we seemingly lose that ability because our vibration becomes lowered and weaker than the surrounding sources.

In this lowered state, we become negativity sponges. Everybody is looking for a place to dump their negativity because it’s very hard to deal with. And when you become an energy dumpster… well, I don’t have to say too much about it — you are well aware what happens.

The sad truth is that we often choose to lower our vibration for all the wrong purpose. I’m not talking about going against our innate goodness (that is self-explanatory). I am talking about destroying our shield out of goodness.

Although it’s always important to lower your shield when you want to connect with people, we often go a step too far, compromising our energy, and ending up in a messed up energetic state.

So, here’s how to know what is that one step too far and how you can reclaim your vibration.

1. Avoid connecting with people through negative emotion

It may seem like an unavoidable scenario: your friend feels sad, and you match emotions to connect with them — to make them some kind of consolation-company. This way, we even our vibration with theirs to be on the same wavelength, and we thus lower our vibration.

Some may argue that this is very normal and expected from those who are close to you. I’d argue against it, though. It’s true that misery likes company, but this kind of company will never help anyone out.

If you truly hold that person dear, you should offer them a higher vibration so that they can get out of that lowered state. This way, you not only help them, but you also help yourself by not getting down in the dumps. In the end, how can you help someone out if you start suffering from the same problem as them?

2. Some things are not your responsibility — and they shouldn’t be

We all face challenges that are set there to make us grow. These challenges may often feel negative and almost impossible to handle. However, the worst you can do for them is take their responsibility upon yourself.

We often start feeling as if we are supposed to fix other people’s problems simply because they complained about how difficult they were for them. Other times, when we are asked to help, we decide to take one step further and start doing the things they are supposed to and can do.

However, you shouldn’t forget that we all carry our own baggage and we are responsible for it more than for the baggage of others. Giving help doesn’t mean grabbing their bags and pulling them with our teeth because our hands are already full.

No matter how ready you feel to do this, it doesn’t do the other person any good because they won’t learn anything from that challenge — they won’t grow. The better option is to encourage them to use their knowledge and power and face the challenge because they are readier for it than you can imagine.

Nobody needs a problem-solver. We just sometimes need a little push and some encouragement.

3. Substitute compassion for sympathy

Sympathy is a poison. Many people don’t understand this and find me cold-hearted when I say this, although I know how much love I have for this world. And why is it a poison? Because it leads nowhere but in the worst direction.

Sympathy means that you feel sorry for someone’s struggle, and when you feel sorry for them, it means that you don’t believe they are capable of coping with that challenge. Why would you think that? Our ability to tackle the most difficult of challenges is something we are born with.

So, why underestimate the person by feeling sorry for them? Compassion is a much more evolved approach that lets you understand their struggle, accept their position, and empower them (if you can) to overcome the obstacles.

You need to have more trust in the people you love — you need to trust their ability, that requires a simple spark of love and understanding to come to the surface. Compassion is a force that promotes growth and bonding — sympathy is a force that destroys the person before they were given the chance to fight.

4. Don’t be so sure that you know better

A person’s life is such a complex thing that you cannot possibly imagine everything that makes that complexity. So are life situations, in which everyone has their smart opinion — until they are faced with one too.

I have never asked for a piece of someone else’s mind on things that are happening to me. Do you know why? It takes a lot more than words for me to explain everything that is part of that problem, and I don’t see why this would be anything different from you or the next person.

And no matter how much you know about someone’s problem, they will always know one thing more. Which means, no matter how good your advice is, no matter how better you think you know — your advice will most often be a dead end for them.

Why a dead end? Because they didn’t act the way they would and listened to you. Being true to yourself and to your nature is the most important thing. Every mistake I have made because it was my decision has been better than the seemingly ‘best things’ I’ve done under other people’s instruction.

So, no, you can’t know better. Allow the person to act as they naturally would.

5. Never take sides

Oftentimes people we know get into a quarrel and try to put is in the middle by making us choose sides. They try to achieve dominance in numbers and don’t really care about your opinion, which can be felt clearly.

In most of the scenarios, you simply want to be objective and rational, so as to help your, say, friends, to overcome the communication problem and make up.

However, bias, pressure, and thinking that we know it all make us jump in the middle and become bombarded by two clashing sources of negative energy. In the end, you don’t help in any way and end up feeling drained and guilty that you stepped in, in the first place.

And really, why should you take sides in a problem that isn’t yours? Instead of choosing the sides of the story, you should embrace them and accept that people need to solve their differences without your meddling.

6. Never become a people pleaser (and if you are, start saying NO)

I have yet to learn to say NO to some situations, as all of us empaths have that people-pleasing gene that is screwing us over. But really, putting others in front of you may feel rewarding and selfless, although it’s actually ridiculous  and those others usually know it.

If everyone acted this way, we would live in a Utopia, I suppose. The truth, though, is that it’s impossible because we were simply born in our own skin, not that of the others — which means we need to start from ourselves.

Putting others before yourself and giving your energy away like you won it off in a casino is a self-betrayal that people won’t appreciate in you, no matter how much you hope that you’ll be appreciated for it.

A better option is to always ask yourself: ‘Can that person do that themselves?’ ‘Can that person wait?’ ‘Do I have to do something related to my life first?’ Even mothers shouldn’t bend to every of their children’s ideas and wishes, right? Why should you?

7. Mind your own business

It’s our eternal pain to learn what others think of us. Many have started revolving their lives around other people’s thoughts and opinions of them. It’s saddening and sickening, really.

I have the reputation of a ‘cold,’ ‘reserved,’ ‘arrogant,’ and whatnot person because I keep my healthy distance and don’t allow people to gobble up my life force and personality. And you know what? I don’t really care. In fact, I’m glad.

Everybody knows me for who I am, and I have never thought twice before saying the things I mean and standing up for myself because I don’t expect anyone else to do it for me.

I know I have an unlimited source of love for this world — but sometimes naughtiness can’t be rewarded with candy, right? Unless it’s cute, I suppose!

The most important thing is that you can’t define your life on the basis of other people’s opinions and thoughts about you. Those who like to judge you for who you are can freely do it, and you can freely not give an f*, because in the end: THAT’S YOU AND YOU SHOULDN’T CHANGE YOURSELF BECAUSE OF ANYONE’S OPINION.

Reclaim your identity, because if you lose it, nobody will be there to find it and bring it back to you. By reclaiming your identity, you reclaim your energy. Respect yourself and respect everyone around you, but know your boundaries.

LISA RENEE (Time Shift Blog): “The Road to Resilience”

Dear ES Family, Over the last decade, with the steady amplification of polarities, the rising intensity of external energies and forces, the challenges that we may have to face that test our character, test our mettle, seem to have been greatly magnified. We have often spoken about the planetary Dark Night of the Soul, and by observing the outer world, its clear that its in full swing. Over the past year, I have prayed countless times for guidance on what is the best process for helping people that are enduring extreme challenges, and painful transitions, when they have not been educated with strong coping skills or given proper support towards knowing the absolute necessity of cultivating resilience. We live in a culture of mind control to shape weak characters, and habits that weaken our mind, body and energy field, so that we are easily overwhelmed by dominating forces and challenges. Life on earth is not easy, it is a tough school of knocks in which we can learn a tremendous amount, especially now. To survive these challenges, we have to look at life on earth as lessons and learning, looking at painful or negative events as an opportunity to see something that we did not see before, or to change how we perceive the world around us. As we learn from our life experiences and we can observe more clearly, we gain more emotional intelligence and the ability to explore our true purpose. Why did you come to earth now? All of us have things to accomplish on earth during the ascension cycle, and these experiences are deeply personal, intimate and unique to who we are. No other person can define the spiritual purpose for another, this is our responsibility to find out. To gain an accurate assessment of the reality we find ourselves, we will need to know ourselves very deeply. We may need to take off the rose colored glasses of denial in order to to see the accurate truth inside things, or we may need to find the light that does exist in the darkness while it sleeps, finding faith, love and acceptance in the spirit of humanity. At the rate of change and transformation we are enduring resilience is an important skill to cultivate for mental and emotional wellbeing.

Stability, Resilience and Tough Times

People may have gathered many delusions in their belief system about what it means to be happy and to feel pleasure, which is instant gratification that is portrayed by the mainstream media and consumptive modeling to make us believe in such fantasies and crafted advertisements as if they are real stories. Instant gratification teaches us little, we cannot learn about ourselves and the world we live in, if we believe instant gratification and selfish desires are the meaning of life. This is a luciferian and satanic narrative to keep us weakened and trapped in material delusions and Service to Self ego games. Learning how to deal with difficulty, being willing to really see the truth of the matter, is much more productive than clinging to an illusion. To feel content and connected, it is required that you learn how to be strong and self reliant, that you pick yourself up after a fall, and that you know how to refocus your mind away from emotional sadness when you don’t succeed or get your needs met. One of the most important skills we need today, is to live in peace with unmet desires and needs. Attachments make us suffer greatly, and as such we should have preferences and not attachment to the outcome. This does not mean you give up, it means you never give up and look at life as lessons that build character and strength, you keep moving forward the best way you know how to in the moment. How can you find the inspiration to persist instead of getting depressed or angry when things go awry, and to accept that they often will. Much of the time, life on planet earth is about conflict resolution and learning how to synthesize energies in the world of extremes, to neutralize polarity and return to peace. How do people deal with difficult events that completely transform and change their lives? The death of a loved one, loss of a job, serious illness, criminal attacks and other traumatic events. These are all examples of very challenging life experiences. Many people react to such difficult circumstances with a flood of strong emotions and a sense of uncertainty and fear, bringing on mental paralysis or anxiety. What enables people to generally adapt well over time to life-changing situations and stressful conditions? Navigating life’s challenges requires life skills. To develop life skills, you have to live through your life, gaining experience, gaining wisdom from hard earned lessons. This process involves resilience, it is an ongoing process that requires time and effort and engages people in taking a number of steps. Developing resilience is a personal journey towards maturity whereby each person will have to choose different approaches in order to build personal resilience. Resilience is an important energy building tool, being resilient also helps to keep healthy boundaries that build a stronger energy field, or aura.

Building Resilience Principles

  • Connect to your higher purpose and meaning in life.
  • Maintain perspective, look for the larger picture.
  • Find ways to implement your unique talents and strengths.
  • Be realistically optimistic, seek truth for accurate assessments.
  • Generate postive feelings and gratitude for what you do have.
  • Be open minded and flexible in situations, be willing to persevere.
  • Reach out to like minded souls, find connection with others that understand.

Learning from the Past Focusing on past experiences and sources of personal strength can help you learn about what strategies for building resilience might work for you. By exploring answers to the following questions about yourself and your reactions to challenging life events, you may discover how you can respond effectively to difficult situations in your life.

Consider the following:

  • What kinds of events have been most stressful for me?
  • How have those events typically affected me?
  • Have I found it helpful to think of important people in my life when I am distressed?
  • To whom have I reached out for support in working through a traumatic or stressful experience?
  • What have I learned about myself and my interactions with others during difficult times?
  • Has it been helpful for me to assist someone else going through a similar experience?
  • Have I been able to overcome obstacles, and if so, how?
  • What has helped make me feel more hopeful about the future?

Emotional Intelligence

To cultivate resilience we will also need to understand emotional intelligence. Over the years, I’ve noticed a theme that the older you are, it may be easier to gain emotional intelligence, some people are very emotionally competent and managing emotions is easy for them. While others have to work a lot harder to tame unruly emotions, and need a different approach to clear pain body impulses. The more experience you have in exploring and managing emotional states, the deeper you know yourself, the easier it is to have emotional intelligence. Younger folks seem to struggle with this more in the current tumultuous terrain. Emotional intelligence (EI) is the ability to monitor one’s own emotional state and be able to observe other people’s emotions and to distinguish between different emotions and identify them appropriately. When emotional states are able to be observed and discerned for their quality, one may use this emotional sensory information to help guide thinking, behavior and actions. All humans experience some emotional state that help guide our actions in life. As our Emotional Intelligence increases, one will experience a variety of positive transformations in one’s life. Destructive behavior patterns of the past may transform into more positive behavior as one begins to solve the mysterious puzzle of human interactions and gain a quiet and confident understanding of them. Anxiety may yield to more peaceful, tranquil, and contented feelings as ones deeper emotional understanding increases. One starts to gain improved self-confidence and feel empowered, and less confused and frustrated with circumstances. Overall, one can transform from confused to confident; from clueless to comprehending and enlightened, from fragmented to coherent, from shallow to deep, and from oppressed to liberated, as one learns how to become the authentic self. We must remember that we are in a war over control over the mind, and limitations and pain we feel are also created in the mind, which means we have the power to remove and clear them from impacting us. Our goal is to build strength in our inner world via inner reflection and meditation, which is building the energetic strength of our energy field, while learning how to observe and remain neutral to what happens in the outer world. We change the locus of power, giving power to our inner spirit and inner world, while removing external influences form having power over us. This takes some time to master. How do we get there? Building Resilience over time. Thus, this blog is dedicated to inspirations and discussion on building resilience and finding what works as a strategy for you. The energies in the outer world can be tough, harsh, painful and surreal. That is a fact, and it is what it is. The truth is that this does not have to disturb your inner peace, connection and purpose. May we share more about the quality of resilience, knowing we are in this together, and we all have to do our own inner work. I hope this is helpful, and sending much love, strength and peace to all. Love and GSF, Lisa

SUSAN VIVYAN: “Thoughts And Words Are So Important”

Watch your words carefully as they carry more power than you realize.  Many are becoming aware of the power of thoughts, words and are more discerning in their choices.  Yes, it is a choice moment by moment.  More immediate results than you realize.

It is via stillness, meditation, concentration, awareness that you become aware of the power of your thoughts; words leading to actions.  When one is the observer in the 3rd person and not immersed in the drama of their own making a wiser perspective emerges.  Greater understanding with more discernment guides daily choices.  The inner reflects the outer and more discretionary decisions are made.

One can still be very present, live in the moment; however, the focus of an aware life is more refined like sand which slowly and gently flows through your fingers with little abrasive quality.

Listen to the words of others but more importantly discern your own thoughts and words.  Become a detached observer with no judgment or criticism.  Allow corrections to your thought patterns and/or actions to be done with gentleness and softness.

Treat yourself with respect.  Embrace your imperfections.  Allow growth to emerge with constant nurturing and self-love.  Focus on your thoughts, your words.  Refine your choices.

You are important!

ALEXANDER PAPAGEORGHIOU: “The Secret to Creating in 5D — Releasing”

Throughout our lives so far, we have gotten used to living, or surviving, with fear as a mechanism to protect ourselves against the world, courtesy of our egos. As we enter and begin to settle in the Fifth Dimension, one of the hardest parts of the acclimatization process is learning to let go.

This has become overused as a term since we are often told by spiritual guides to let go, to breathe, but this time it is more complex, and more rewarding. We have gotten used to being on our own, throughout the Third Dimension construct, but there has to be an elementary change that must take place: TRUST. This time we have a partner that merges with us to be part of a mechanism we now call Conscious Creation: the Universe.

In order to create we need to make two elementary changes. We need to learn to trust in the Source completely and to believe in our ability to create. Then, we need to learn to let go of all the things we cannot control, on a complete basis, to the Universe so that it can deal with this obsolete energy and discard it. The longer we hold onto it, the more we meddle with the energy that is supposed to come down and replace it and we stall the process, making it difficult for ourselves to be in acceptance of the abundance of waves that flush our bodies and our reality in this tumultuous and rewarding time. We are not creating alone. We are visualizers, we anticipate and create the reality that we wish for. We must learn to believe in this ability and to have full faith that after we release it the Universe will do its part. This is a complete partnership that relies of both sides to fully create.

We need to erase the past view of ourselves as physical bodies at the mercy of the dense world. We are infinite light beings existing in infinite dimensions with a loving Counterpart watching over us and rewarding our release of the past and the archaic.

We can never create fully until we have accepted that we are creators and that we now have a symbiotic relationship with the UNIVERSE, which is the physical manifestation of the Creator. Secondly, we must accept that, as opposed to all the lifetimes when we have been swallowed by fear and anger, this time around, two constants have changed: We are AWAKE, and we are NOT ALONE: We are LOVED. That is the most powerful tool for creating and understanding that manifestation is not only willing things into being. We have to tear down all the blockages of the past, the desire to rush things, the anticipation, the fear that we will not get what we want, the meddling of the ego, etc…

For example, in the past, one may have tried to create and things weren’t moving, so they started meddling, trying to accelerate the process, fear started creeping in, and the ego started dictating that either this was not meant to be, or that the person had to take more action. All these actions we lead by FEAR of not accomplishing this. There was no TRUST, no LOVE, and no RELEASE. This process was stifled repeatedly until the person gave up and let it go. After some inner changes, the situation would pop later having taken form. Unfortunately, it took a toll on said person and the fear remained.

This really doesn’t have to take place this way anymore. This is the first time we are fully awake in millennia. We are creating, we are revealing our true selves to ourselves, and we MUST stop being afraid and start trusting, in the process, in our power, in LOVE, and in our GUIDANCE and the UNIVERSE.

Let go completely and let your light find you again and take you where it needs to. Whatever you are enduring, the last layers of pain, fear, anger, it is all for the best and you really should not fear anything anymore. The light is here and it has started shining within you. Trust yourself, the process, be patient and know that you loved more than you can fathom. That is your mantra in the difficult moments.

Love,

Alexander
