We feel shame for a reason. It’s not a bad emotion, it tells us where we fail to exercise our true power so we can see if we make some mistake and make sure we are a good person.

If we are not hurting anyone, if we play by the rules of society to a normal degree, and if we follow our heart doing what we want, but we still feel shame, then there is a problem.

However, the problem is not in what we do, but rather, it’s how we see ourselves. The problem is within.

Most of us feel shame when we follow our heart or when we do something we are passionate about because that’s how we were raised.

We were raised to be told what we should do. So, we have a sense of not being good enough to decide for ourselves. We feel unworthy of our own desires.

That’s why you need to face your shame with dignity. Inspect what you are ashamed of and face this shame. Ask it what it can teach you.

Ask yourself why you feel as not enough to use your personal power, see what you can learn, but tell your shame you are its boss.

It told you what you needed to know, but you don’t need it anymore. You are thankful for teaching you, but you also know that this type of shame is created by society, not you.

And there is no way you can get better at making decisions and using your personal power if you don’t free yourself to be who you are.

Amidst the chatter (inner or outer) remember the still point within you.  You can find your still point via meditation, yoga or any activity connecting you to your flow.  The still point is when you touch the Oneness of All dissolving any worries, fears or concerns and you are immersed in the present moment.

Even for a moment in your conventional time when you find your still point balance is created within your total being.  This still point has nothing to do with time as you know it.  You can be at the still point for a moment and it will extend to other areas of your life unbeknownst to you.  Of course being at the still point every moment of your waking life would allow a clearer perspective.  However, the balance is achieved when the still point and your groundedness to the earth balance one another.

As you become a more integrated multidimensional being the ability to integrate the still point and the groundingness of being on Earth is easier in your time (as you know it).

Being in the flow is different for everyone whether it be meditation, yoga, art, dance, being in nature, or work allowing the inner core full expression.  One activity is no better than the other.  One has to find the activity which activates the flow, the still point where you find your eternal limitless self.

You language is limited, your perspective expanding.  There will come to be a point in time when time is limitless, matters less and there will be other meant to communicate other than verbal exchange.  It is happening NOW.  The still point takes you to the place where words, time, self disappears and your Soul Essence connects to the Oneness of All.  Work that is expansive enhances the Still point that balances the higher dimensions with the earthly reality, aligns the chakras, balancing the masculine and feminine energies.

If you have been feeling the collective energies it could be described as somewhat chaotic and a sense of moving backwards in time as the mind looks to rationalise the emotions coming out to play by hashing up old events, stories and timelines.

As we are moving into a very important part of 2018, to keep on track with what the heart is communicating on more subtle levels through the body, intuition and allowing things to sit and wait out a little more before acting upon.

Talking is done, there is no more need to keep going over the “minds” “rational” version of events right now, it is quicker to call the body to the party to let go and surrender through being free in the moment to express how it needs to.

This will be a powerful time leading up to the summer solstice energies on the 21st June 2018 and the new moon movement energies are able to hold the frequency to the newness of what wants to manifest into the second half of 2018.

The movement will create a balance energetically as the body is feeling safe through self-expression and joy to release stuck beliefs.

This is a time of newness as our bodies are shifting and are needed to be loved unconditionally through the process, the old loops and cycles of past events cannot settle when there is a continued flow of energy throughout so keep moving and shaking and this yang will hold us safe through the shifts.

Set the intentions and allow it to feel good in the body, in the energy centers, in the heart, call in for support from the collective, and continue to play through each emotion by understanding then moving and activating the voice.

Don’t be afraid of self-expression through movement and play it will be an integral part to ascension and stepping into more fluid dimensional experiences and stuck energy cannot shift when the focus is on stuck energy is needs fluidity and light to flush through.  Much like the body detoxes so too the energetic systems need a clearing and moving, shaking and the voice will support and expand this process.

When you have a lot to do and it feels overwhelming, making your bed can be the first step in getting your life on track. It will also (hopefully) discourage you from getting back into it.

3. Take a shower.

Take a shower.

Life feels different when you’re clean! And it can give you a burst of energy if you’re feeling lethargic. Wash your hair and give yourself a head massage.

4. Have a snack — not junk food!

Did you eat enough today? It’s super tempting to eat junk food when you feel like crap. If you don’t feel like making a whole meal, maybe eat just a piece of fruit; something you can burn throughout the day and not in a burst of five minutes.

5. Take a walk.

6. Change your clothes.

Even if you aren’t going to leave the house today, put on real clothes. Or, if you’ve been wearing the same uncomfortable clothes all day and feel restless, change into your sleepy clothes and slippers and relax.

7. Change your environment.

Staring at the same four walls day after day can be drudging. Can you work from a cafe, a library, or a friend’s house? If you can add going somewhere to the list of things you did today, you may feel more accomplished.

8. Talk to someone, not on the internet — it can be about anything.

If you don’t feel like talking through your troubles, that’s OK. Visit a friend, talk to them about a movie you saw. Call your mom and see how she’s doing.

11. Accomplish something — even if it’s something tiny.

Do you need to grab some groceries? Schedule a doctor’s appointment? Reply to an email? If you can’t get to the big stuff on your list, focus on the small stuff, and don’t forget to congratulate yourself for getting something done.

13. Make a “done” list instead of a “to-do” list.

Sacral Chakra:  Located at the area in your lower spine and just underneath your belly button in the front.  Movement of this chakra generates the balancing energies between your masculine and feminine energies.

  • Move your pelvic area in small circles at first then gradually begin making larger circles.

Solar Plexus:  Located just under your breast bone, movement of this chakra will stimulate your heart and lungs.  Known as the seat of the ego, activation of this chakra brings self-confidence and strong will power.

  • As you dance, visualize the sun inside of you, shining brightly throughout your whole body and piercing from the tips of the your fingers and your toes.

Heart Chakra:  Located in the centre of your chest, movement of this chakra stimulates energy flow through all extremities of the body.  Activation of this chakra releases a potent emotional connection to the essence of all of creation through love, compassion and tolerance.

  • Spread your arms outwards, open your chest and spin!

Throat Chakra:  Movement of this chakra stimulates your throat, your mouth, your face and your eyes.  Activation of this chakra gives freedom of expression of your own individuality.

  • Bring your head back with your throat poised outwards and give a good release! Belt it out at the top of your lungs.

Third Eye Chakra:  Located on your forehead between your eyes, movement of this chakra stimulates the back of the neck, and the top of the head.  Activation of this chakra brings a deeper connection to your intuition beyond instinctual.

  • Close your eyes and feel the energy flowing as you dance – through the previously activated chakras and focus the energy pulsing in your forehead.  Once you feel the pulse, begin pulling the energy back and forth in a push-pull manner from the back of your neck just below the skull to the front.

Crown Chakra:  Located above your physical body, movement of this chakra creates a connection between your physical, etheric body and higher self.

  • With all other chakras now activated, focus the energy that is pulsing between your third eye and the back of your neck and complete the connection by drawing a point at the top of the head and bring all of the energy above you.

Finally, keep the movement of each chakra until you can feel its sensation.  Always recognize the emotion you feel as the energy moves through the chakra and release the attachment to the emotion to move through it.  This will keep the energy flowing.
