FELICITY BUTLER: “Pranic Breathing — Feed Your Energy Body With Light”

We all have an energy body which is a replica of our physical body. It is extremely important to our health and well-being, especially as we move up into the higher frequencies to nurture and feed this energy body. This body can be called our pranic body or etheric body.

The pranic body feeds our energy centers, i.e., chakras, which are spinning vortex gateways that bring in the life-force energy. The chakras are all connected to our endocrine system, which controls the various very important functions of our body.

You can practice very simple visualization/meditation techniques to make sure you are receiving enough chi/life force in your energy system.

I like to do these exercises while walking in nature, and found them very healing when I was going through a traumatic event in my life. If you are near trees you can intentionally bring in their energy, or if you are by water bring in energy from the water. Water is our emotional body. I also visualize bringing the cosmic light down into the earth with each step, and send the earth energy up into the cosmos, creating a rainbow bridge.

The 4 different stages of the pranic breathing technique

Practice each one until you feel comfortable with it.

1. Firstly, imagine you have a hollow tube that is as wide as a circle you can create by placing your thumb and index finger together, like an OK sign. The tube runs from the top of your head to the base of your spine, but you can also extend it up into the universe and down into the center of the earth. On your first inhale imagine bringing up pranic energy from the earth into the hollow tube, hold for a few seconds and then release with a sigh. On the second inhalation imagine bringing in pranic cosmic energy from the Universe, hold for a few seconds and then release with a sign. Practice until you can feel this energy.

2. Carry on as above, only this time as you hold your breath for a few seconds keep your attention on the pranic tube as you exhale with a sigh. On your inhale from the cosmos, hold breath for a second or two while focusing on the pranic tube, then when you release take your attention to your whole physical body. Energy flows where the intention goes. Keep practicing until you can feel a flow of energy from your pranic tube to you whole body.

3. Bring your awareness to your heart chakra, center of your chest, bring yourself into a state of love and gratitude, make sure you can feel this. When you can sense this feeling strongly inhale drawing the prana from the earth into your heart space. Suspend your breath for a while as you focus on your heart chakra, still holding the feeling of love and gratitude. When you let go of your breath move your awareness from your heart into your physical body and allow the now ‘charged’ prana to expand into your whole body.

4. Bring your awareness to your heart chakra. Bring earth prana and cosmic prana simultaneously into the heart center, then exhale.

Imagine that you can feel both the cosmic and earth energies entering you heart chakra with every breath. Visualize your heart chakra expanding with each breath until it fills your whole chest.

Meditate on your expanded heart center, balancing your whole being.

**Overview of the week:

*The evening of check in, we will have an informal meet and greet. One of the goals of the week is to build community and friendships, to get to talk with others, face to face, who share a common vision and love. The sharing of wisdom and experiences. Ample time is built into the week for bonding, absorbing, realigning, and solitude, if need be.

*Every morning we will begin with a unique morning routine of yoga, Qi Kung and meditation. This routine is designed to take home with you. You can either take the routine whole as a foundation for a great daily practice or take the pieces that fit into your already existent routine of spiritual self care. The choice is yours.

The flow of this morning routine creates the sacred space for our daily lessons and practice. From this foundation building, we will gradually stack practical awareness into direct experience, building a physical energy that can be created, cultured and used at will in your every day life.

*Topics covered will include:

~Meridian flows– beginning and advanced; Clearing your energetic body as a daily practice;

~The Etheric Construct– how to identify it, how to clear it, how to do the inner work to create true sovereignty. On this day, we will have hands on work, where you will work on yourself then practice working with one another.

~Organ Systems– how they connect to each other, support the body, clean toxicity and more importantly, how to physically, energetically and emotionally detox the organs of the body.

~Genetic clearings– How unprocessed trauma, emotional programs and habits pass down through the family line, how to find those connections within yourself and how to clean the family genetics, breaking generational cycles and activating genetic knowledge of talents and wisdom from ancient times.

~Each of the seven days will have an individual focus and flow.

*One afternoon will be set aside for a group adventure and the organic unfolding of energy work in a nature. In former years, we have gone to the river and the lake. This years adventure will be announced closer to the event.

Over the course of the week, we will share laughter and meals, fireside ceremony and song. We will grow in spirit, health, and awareness. We will fill our cups collectively and individually. We will all leave changed for the better for having met one another. The only way out is in!

CONSCIOUS REMINDER: “This ’18 Breaths’ Meditation Will Help You Unlock The Powers Of The Merkaba”

Today, we are going to represent a meditation exercise which is used to unlock Merkaba’s powers.

We should prepare our space where we will meditate and follow the given steps.

This is a really advanced technique in meditation. The meditation exercise for unlocking our Merkaba and its powers consists of eighteen breaths during three stages.

Stage 1: Gaining balance

Every breath that we take is yogic, which means that we inhale through our nose, filling our abdomen, then our diaphragm, and then our chest in this order, and exhale in this same order right before we relax.

Breaths have to be seven seconds apart, although the most important thing is to accomplish consistency, however.

First breath

While we breathe in, we should touch our thumbs to our forefingers. We should imagine how some white light is surrounding us while we open our heart to experience love.

While we breathe out, we should cross our eyes slightly and then look up slowly. We may feel some energies trickling down our spine.

From the second to the fifth breath

The breaths from the second to the fifth one are identical, except we need to change the position of our hands or our “mudra.”

With every breath that we take, we should move our thumb along one finger, meaning that our fifth breath happens when we are touching our little fingers.

Sixth breath

We should come back to the mudra like in our second breath, having our thumb on our middle finger.

During this position, we have to feel clear, balanced, and polarized. When we don’t feel like that, we should repeat the stages until we do.

Stage 2: Build our pranic energy.

The stage number two will build our pranic energy, which we need for the last stage.

From the seventh to the thirteenth breath

We have to change our mudra in order for our thumbs to meet our middle fingers and forefingers. Every time we breathe in, energy is going to flow right from the energy tube’s bottom or top, building the sphere of the white light in our navel.

With every exhale, this sphere is going to become more powerful, stretching our chakra system towards its limits, and stretching those limits for our following breath too.

Fourteenth breath

Right after the thirteenth breath, out pranic energy will be stable. On breath number fourteen, we need to breathe in to permit this pranic sphere actually to shift from our navel to our sternum. We will lock it right where it is if we breathe out.

If all this doesn’t work, we need to return and try once again. If we haven’t achieved our pranic stability, the last four breaths are not going to work.

Stage 3: Spin our Merkaba

During the last stage, we have to stabilize and also speed up our Merkaba rotation. We have to change our mudra once again for the rest of the breaths. For females, the right palm has to be placed over the left one, and vice versa for males.

Fifteenth breath

We should imagine how opposing tetrahedrons are spinning in opposite directions. In fact, one of the males is spinning counter-clockwise, while one of the females is spinning clockwise.

We should breathe in as before; however, before we do that, we should make a small hole with our lips and exhale with pressure. While we do that, the speed of rotation of those tetrahedrons is going to increase too.

Sixteenth and seventeenths breaths

We are supposed to do the same; however, we should first increase our speed of doing it. While the speed increases, we should feel how the energy builds.

We should also make sure that both rotate at an identical speed, and when we lose our balance, we should stop.

Eighteenth breath

In fact, with this final breath, we should permit our higher selves to inhabit our bodies as our Merkaba will reach its full power. We may also experience a short period of “being elsewhere,” and euphoria will come together with it.
