LISA RENEE on “Higher Self Embodiment Symptoms”

“When we integrate and embody more aspects of the multidimensional higher self we also access higher dimensions of consciousness, thus our experience and perception of the physical realm greatly changes. As we acclimate to the current planetary shifts it can feel incredibly disorientating and physically uncomfortable, and at times we may experience great energetic pressure inside the body that may feel overwhelming. The sensations of massive pressure exerted upon the physical body has been described as oscillation to vibration incompatibilities, another Ascension Symptom. This occurs during the Embodiment process as we endure electromagnetic recalibration between the particle layers of matter vibration and higher frequency oscillations throughout the collective consciousness Blueprint levels. Biochemic Cell Salts, also called cell salts are minerals in an energy form. This ancient knowledge was studied and understood by many of the Ancient Mystery Schools, such as in Alexandria, Egypt and Greece, the importance of mineral cell salts in the process of spiritual initiation into hierogamic union (Hieros Gamos), which allows higher frequencies to be embodied through the nourishing of the cells with the mineralized energy form that is required to transmutate the cell. Together all 12 of these mineral cell salts combined are called Bioplasma. In our spiritual community the necessity of soothing the brain and nervous system from exhaustion during many Ascension Symptoms have given Bioplasma the nickname of the ‘Starseed Supplement’. When tissue salts are required for these functions, there should be an adequate supply available in the body and its fluids to draw upon. The first signs of tissue salt deficiencies are visible in the face, much before physical symptoms occur (See Biochemic Cell Salt Deficiency for a list of symptoms that may be seen on performing facial analysis). So, this further takes us to understand the process of Electromagnetic radiation, as this is a propagating wave in space with electric and magnetic components. We are transforming from carbon based matter into silica based forms. This is occurring at an incredibly rapid and accelerated rate as we are exposed to these ‘New Energies’ never before felt or experienced in these realities that we are sharing now! Electromagnetic (EM) Fields are constantly emitting (or absorbing) photonic fluid, which is more commonly known as Light. There can be disturbances in the electromagnetic fields or we can be overexposed to these frequencies. This can lead to symptoms in the body. Electromagnetic Overexposure Symptoms: (1) Spaciness, dizziness/vertigo, disorientation, lost time spaces or voids, inner ear sensations like buzzing or humming, feeling out of your body, feeling like you are spinning or oscillating with your eyes closed (or open!), feeling light headed as if you are mildly drunk, cannot mentally focus, feverish or heat pulses that stop and start, blurred vision, seeing spots or flashing tiny lights, cranial aches or pain (back of neck, third eye — pineal), wanting to lie down, taking excessive naps or sleeping from exhaustion for no apparent reason. The brain hemispheres (right and left, front back) and our neurological net are being adjusted and recalibrating. We feel all kinds of odd neurological stress. (2) Solar plexus discomfort brings, consistent nausea, digestive complaints, weird bowel, food needs change, (starving, you are scarfing down food at 3 am, during the day nothing looks right or tastes right), weight gain or bloated feeling. Some muscle achey-ness generally occurs after you have passed through the first levels of ‘spaced out’ and dizzy feeling. Patterns appear mostly in the lower body such as the sacrum, legs, lower body aches. A few days of this and intermittent symptoms. Much of this is dropping density and releasing the past ancestral issues. (3) Mild falls or accidents, hitting your head or toe several times in a row or in a short period of time. Clumsy — you are not! Sometimes spirit uses this way to repattern and reorganize a ‘stubborn area’ in your auric field. Say hello to your evolution support team next time you fall over! Do pay attention however… Sometimes your guidance is whacking you over your head to lay down, rest and listen internally. (4) Ancestral and family of origin issues or conflicts from the past come to a head, are surfaced, then cleared, resolved, or terminated. People are cut away and terminated from being an active part of your life. Directing energy towards developing ourselves spiritually, gaining virtues, and staying awake while others are asleep, can be an exhausting job. This is not entropic. As we commit to our personal spiritual development and live a lifestyle in accordance to the Law of One, all energy will be returned to you, and over time, it will be made Krystal clear!”

“The growing diseases in the population today are the result of the continual violation of natural laws, and the repeated violations made against the constitution of humankind, at personal and Collective Consciousness levels that interconnect through cause and effect in the timelines. To find the cause of disharmony and disease in the human body or in the earth body, necessitates finding where the laws of nature have been violated and where there exists conflicts between the spiritual consciousness and the ego personality. Fear, guilt and shame have the most toxic effects upon the body, mind and spirit, and these are at the root of the most common causes in festering diseases. In many cases, if the root cause of the disease is found and removed, if the physical and spiritual body are being considered as one in the same, if the spiritual lesson is understood and personal habits return to harmony with natural laws, rapid healing will follow as the natural result. The goal of the controllers is to make sure humans forget we have souls, and to disconnect us from our spiritual body, in order for the soul to be more easily harmed and harvested. Thus, the NAA intentionally violates the natural laws on earth through the use of Artificial intelligence in the form of psychological and biological warfare to further spread disharmony, division and disease in humanity. Through assorted Mind Control methods used to keep the global population perpetuating violent and divisive anti-human behaviors, this generated severe harm to the collective soul, further increasing the belief systems that perpetuate the Anti-Soul Agendas. The goal of the controllers is to make sure humans forget we have souls, and to disconnect us from our spiritual body, in order for the soul to be more easily harmed and harvested. If we do not realize that we have a spiritual body, so we don’t make an effort to connect with our higher self, then most people cannot determine what are harmful actions or abusive behaviors that fragment the soul even further. When the Soul or spiritual layers are split apart further, this produces disease in the layers and generates more and more potential energy to be harvested for the parasites. Disease in the body is the result of Soul Sickness that is related to the consequence of actions while one is living in discordance with the natural laws. Soul fragments generate more split aspects, which the parasitic entities can use to harvest into different forms of usable energy on multiple dimensional planes. This is why they promote extreme violence and trauma based mind control, designed for soul splitting and Soul Fragmentation in the earth population, because the more fragmented and in pain people are the more energy they can siphon.

Thus, the NAA intentionally violates the natural laws on earth through the use of Artificial intelligence in the form of psychological and biological warfare to further spread disharmony, division and disease in humanity. The main strategy is to download and perpetuate the predator mind belief systems, and hybridize with the human body to promote acceptance of anti-human, anti-soul behaviors as socially acceptable beliefs that are continually enforced by the Controller Pillars of Society. The gradual acceptance of Predatorial Parasitism and total ownership of human bodies as personal property exists at both the biological level and at the spiritual levels. Treating the human body as an inanimate object that can be spliced and diced and then sold for profit is another component that allows them to extract massive loads of energy to carry out their Bio-Spiritual Harvesting agenda. “One cannot communicate with Monad or Christos, until the Mentor takes over from the lower Three Layers of Ego. Most people on earth are not capable to discern or communicate directly with their liquid light Avatar mind, because of serious soul matrix damage. It is the first stage of Higher self Observer Mind, which if left without integrating heart and compassionate feelings, becomes Luciferian. If a person is reasonably dedicated to apply effort on their personal path, this will happen naturally when participating with Meditation. Energetic Healing and Clearing is nonverbal and nonlinear from the ego’s mental body perspective. If we think too much or have bias, we block sensory feeling and also block potential healing and clearing pathways. The physical body is a manifestation of the inner spiritual and energetic life force. All that outwardly manifests in your life experience has a Blueprint at the energetic levels of the body controlling those functions. Therefore it makes sense to restore balance to the energies of the body in order to restore the balanced function of the whole body system.”

The Higher Mind or the Mentor Field is an intelligent energy body that is activated between the Archetypal mind (5D) and Celestial Mind (6D) of the upper Soul Matrix. One level of the manifested ES Mentor band grew from the creation of the ES community field and it has taken a long time to get it to this level of stability and function. Its function is the Communication Network that allows one to communicate with Monad layers and then the Aurora Christos intelligence. The Mentor is the intelligent higher mind of the Soul that can be attuned to communicate with Monad and Christos. One cannot communicate with Monad or Christos, until the Mentor takes over from the lower Three Layers of Ego. One connects the Third Eye, attempts to go around the Pineal Cages, and connect the intelligent energy of the Indigo 6D stream with the 5D Blue stream at the navel area, where the false umbilicus is placed. The exercise is to activate the complete soul matrix intelligent energy function of the 5D Mentor Body. This is understanding that we are going to the celestial blueprint in 6D to unite this field with the 5D matter field, to upgrade the mental body of the human being. This is to elevate the Ego/Personality to the higher mind function of the Mentor. Most people cannot communicate in 12D yet, and the process cannot be bypassed when the predator mind of Negative Ego controls the body. This was discussed as very important to learn since November 2009, which was to shift of the 3D mind to focus to 5D, which is the Mentor body. It is the first stage of Higher self Observer Mind, which if left without integrating heart and compassionate feelings, becomes Luciferian.

Second Harmonic Universe

These collective consciousness bodies exist on the planet earth throughout the densities and are aspects of the future timelines and the Lightbody of the planet earth. The earth consciousness body is directly interconnected in all Harmonic Universes to interface with the human consciousness, which is its life form expression in all densities.

Higher Mind Calibration

The HGS Calibration process includes this Higher Mind Mentor meditation on the website to help activate the Mentor in the person who is sincere in their efforts on the ascension path. A person who works regularly with HGS will be upgraded eventually to the Mentor mind, which is a function both personal and impersonal. The highest triad of the Soul intelligence has this function. The HGS energy template has the same Mentor function but it is connecting from the larger hosting of the collective field of Krystal Star. The Mentor field of Krystal Star communicates with the Mentor Mind of the person, until the person has increased communication and sensory skill levels, which are functions of the Monad and higher. The ES Mentors are the group body that are holding the Mentor field for their own person, meaning they have activated this process within. For most this became natural after participating in the ES community activity or meditations over a few years. As they have activated the Mentor field function, the group holds the collective Mentor Field for the community to also be able to activate the individual members personal Mentor. This is natural function of the intelligent field and not a superimposition. If a person is reasonably dedicated to apply effort on their personal path, this will happen naturally when participating with Meditation. Unless, the person is extremely traumatized, to which our community is not equipped to facilitate high maintenance traumatized people. Our goal is to serve Ascension information that helps people find what they are looking for existing within themselves, not to give them externally what they think they need.

The ES Mentor Field is a foundational body which supports the larger capacity of the expanding HGS field template. They interact with each other. The Mentor Band is something that must be continually created, expanded and built by new template, of which our community is involved in. It is both planetary and personal. Over the years, we discovered that those people that do not have the Mentor field personally active, cannot be ES Mentors, and we had hoped that the person could learn to activate through the larger group. Levels of the planetary Mentor Band were reclaimed in Sarasota in October 2013, as 6th dimensional harmonics that are held by the 666 Seal architecture create problems or obstacles in some people trying to activate their personal Mentor function. The more we clear the planetary distortions that interfere with the Mentor assembly, the easier the personal activation of the Mentor will evolve for people. This is the interchange that exists within the Mentor field, we must correct it, build it, embody it, clear it from the planet, learn from its distortions. Then this is the foundation for the HGS field to be effective in the planetary field, or for more users to have effective results. The HGS field cannot be used by a Three Layers of Ego mind. It is not effective for that person. The ES Mentor field is what lends the Krystal Star Mentor Band realm of intelligence from the Avatar to connect into the physical body in matter — for most people. Most people on earth are not capable to discern or communicate directly with their liquid light Avatar mind, because of serious soul matrix damage. The community function is to hold that capacity and allow the Mentor function to be rebuilt and corrected, both personally and planetary.

The Spirit Body of the Monad is the higher mind function of the Observer, watching and aware of forming concepts and making assessments. It is the higher mind principle consciousness that comes to neutral conclusions and decisions based on accumulated experiences. When the spirit is in control of the nervous system of the body, it makes higher evolution of Consciousness action possible.

The Spirit body comes in at the moment of conception through the Permanent Seed Atom in the higher heart complex to guide the formation of the human beings Blueprint and prepare for incarnation. Unresolved Soul trauma can block the spirit from evolving the consciousness to activate the higher heart, as the soul and spirit are intricately involved in the spiritual functions of the heart. The core essence of the spirit within the human being exists in the heart seed, and is moving throughout time and space, eternally.

The Monad spiritual body triad is the 7th, 8th and 9th layer but it starts connecting at the 8th Chakra level [Thymus] which is the Higher Heart. When the Monad starts coming in like this, the whole Heart changes pattern, meaning the Heart Chakra is no longer an Astral Heart 4th Chakra, it is a Blue Heart. Your Heart Chakra turns blue and the frequency coming through starts turning blue…. this is a connection to the turquoise of the Mother Arc which ignites the inner holy spirit called the Amoraea Flame. So the 8th Dimension is a Gold color but when the Monad starts flowering in the Diamond Heart, and the Heart starts to configure, it actually looks blue and they call this the Living Crystal Lotus Heart. I call this Galactivation.

When our Heart is healed, there is a fire that is ignited inside the Heart that is accessed, and the fire in the Heart is also in the Kidneys. There is a triangle that connects the Heart into the Kidneys. The Kidneys are in the base of the triangle from left to right and the point of the triangle is in the Heart. When the Heart is healed, there is a twin flame ignition in our Heart and Kidneys, which shifts the Heart configuration. Twin flames equals structure of light within the Heart. So two flames ignite in the Heart. The Monad is the greater flame and the physical body is the lesser flame. When this dual flame is ignited, there is an ignition in the Heart and a fire coming into the Kidneys, which is about blood cleansing.

The Monadic spark starts to connect to the Permanent Seed Atom, which is the Christ Consciousness Silicate Matrix and the instruction set for our Krystal Body. This is the seed that the controllers are attempting to crush or stop from flowering in the human population. They want to crush the Permanent Seed Atom in the thymus, which is the 8th Chakra, which is where the Monad starts coming in and actually connecting into the body. The damage of the Diamond Heart manifesting into a Anubian Black Heart damages the Permanent Seed Atom and is what manifests as Monadic Reversal or Metatronic Reversal.

Third Harmonic Universe

For human beings, these consciousness bodies exist throughout the densities and are aspects of the higher self and Lightbody.These aspects are called the Stations of Identity.

Monad and Seed Atom

The Monad and the Permanent Seed Atom are different parts of the same functioning spirit body. When the seed atom is coming online the Monadic light generates into the diamond blueprint Diamond Heart filter of the permanent seed atom. The inner Monadic spirit ignites with the Mother’s Holy Spirit or the Amoraea Flame. The activated ‘Christ’ Seed Atom generates the instruction set of the Silicate Matrix and is the Universal Christos Field or 12D Ray.

Monadic Integration = Divine Purpose

Many of us cannot manifest our divine purpose and destiny projects until this alignment and embodiment of our Oversoul or Monad transpires. Our divine purpose is part and parcel of our divine consciousness and we cannot manifest purpose without our spirit intelligence embodied. Many of us have been searching for our “purpose” when we actually should be working to free and embody our spiritual bodies. We cannot live our true purpose until we are embodied in our Monadic spirit intelligence.

Those poised for stewardship in the next cycle as a part of the “changing of the guard” cannot be corrupted, damaged or deluded that we are in possession or ownership of anything material. The Oversoul/Monad intelligence is able to direct resources without personal agenda … There is no Negative Ego bargaining or superimposing of personal will allowed — ever. There can be no continued “lies of omission”, self-delusion or lack of clarity in any circumstance of our relationships that had created confusion in our lives. We must see all that has been hidden in the shadow and put it all on the altar before God…

Higher Heart Chakra Activation

The Monad spirit body is entwined with the activation of the 8th Chakra located at the thymus gland. When the Permanent Seed Atom begins to activate the sequence of Monadic integration begins to link with the 9th Chakra in a moving gyroscopic field with its center axis in the pineal gland.

Soul-Monad Connection

The Spirit Body of the Monad is the higher mind function of the observer, watching and aware of forming concepts and making assessments. It is the higher mind principle consciousness that comes to neutral conclusions and decisions based on accumulated experiences. When the spirit is in control of the nervous system of the body, it makes consciousness action possible. A human being is responsible for their actions and must choose with a clear Consciousness, as it is the higher spirit intelligence that gives its decisive consent. When the spirit is not connected, it allows consent with dark forces, who many times take advantage of that person. When we are not self-aware nor discerning, we can become Consubstantial to dark forces that overpower our consent. This is why building ones intent, consent and authority correctly is crucially important. This action will build the spirit body and align consent to the higher realms of consciousness. The Spirit body of the Monad is only consciously aware of the contents of the Soul when it is connected to the Soul. This is the same as when the physical body is disconnected from the Soul, the conscious mind does not remember her (cannot feel the soul). When the Spirit body is disconnected from the Soul, the spirit consciousness can no longer remember the Soul, and becomes unconscious of the Souls memory of existence. This unconsciousness has the impact of Soul fragmentation. How this manifests in the First World, the lowest plane on earth, is Insanity, schizophrenia, catatonia, psychotic break, and all other forms of split consciousness. How this manifests in the Second world is chaotic dream states of astral delusions, holographic bits of fragmented pictures of millions of storylines. These pictures intersect without coherence or cohesion, just jumbled messages of dreamy, disconnected fantasy images and impressions. This manifests in the Third World in much the same way as an anesthetic puts the consciousness to sleep, similar to hypnotic like trance or sleepwalking. When the Consciousness layers are split apart, it results in a sleepwalking or amnesiac type trance in all Three Worlds. Conversely, when we awaken our consciousness and start to desire communication with our Soul and Spirit, this starts the awakening process in all Three Worlds.

Here’s a short list of the benefits that come from a daily meditation practice….

The hustle and bustle of everyday life is choking our minds of the peace we deserve! Our technology advancements shouldn’t suffocate our minds, it should allow us to achieve more peace. Meditation helps put those events in perspective for our daily tasks.

2. Your blood pressure is lowered

Science has proven it, meditation lowers the blood pressure, which in return is related to your stress levels and stress management. Much better than taking pills to lower your blood pressure!

3. People around you enjoy your company

Regular meditation leads to higher/positive energy that you are consistently tapping into. This effectively makes you very pleasant to be around, and people like that! People naturally gravitate to the people that make them feel good.

4. Your connection with God is strengthened

Spiritual awareness is strengthened with a daily meditation practice. You naturally become more aware of your surroundings, and higher awareness always leads to a deeper connection with God. The trees begin showing personalities, and the landscape takes on different meanings… all through a deeper awareness.

5. You achieve several hours of sleep in one 20 minute meditation session

Another scientific fact is that meditation is known to put you into a deeper state of rest than deep sleep. Deep sleep is associated with a delta brainwave. Deep meditation can drop you into that delta brainwave rapidly, achieving the effects in a shorter amount of time.

6. Problems that seemed very difficult suddenly have clear solutions

For every problem a solution exists. When your mind is clear and your in a state of peace, solutions appear. Being in a state of peace just naturally attracts solutions and pathways into your field of view.

If solutions to problems appear more frequently when meditating daily, then imagine what happens to your everyday tasks. Solutions to everyday life become more and more obvious. And you begin to take note of these subtle changes as your spiritual vision grows clearer and wider.

Science has shown that regular meditation will increase your life expectancy. It’s pretty obvious to see… less stress and more peace promotes healthy cells and healthy cells regenerate healthier cells. And likewise, stressed cells regenerate more stressed cells. So live longer by choosing more peace in your life.

Speaking of stress, meditation has a profound effect on reducing stress in your body. Because meditation promotes peace and inner calm, stress dissolves dramatically from this meditative process. Again, science has proven it.

10. You can visualize powerfully when combined with positive affirmations and meditation

Meditation is powerful at clearing the mind and focusing on simple things… like breathing… or a flower. But, it can be used for so much more! To powerfully manifest your desires, you must get into a clear connection with the source of manifesting (God/Universe/Ethers). If your spirits are on high while you visualize then the communication channel for manifesting positive events in your life is strengthened.

While meditating I like to repeat affirmations, otherwise known as mantras, to help focus my energy into the positive. These statements can be as simple as “love” or “I am love, I am joy, I am peace”.
