JEREMIAH STEPHEN (HeartSphere): “Voices”

“To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment.”

― Ralph Waldo Emerson

Life teems with choice and decision. Some are difficult, while others are easy. Some test the loom upon which the very fabric of our lives is woven. And upon the precipice of choice we may also find resounding voices–those that are not our own.

We all come to these critical points as we dwell within the many spheres that visit our lives.

All decisions affect not only our life, but the lives of others as well. The choice of food that we nourish our bodies with has consequences that can be witnessed in minutes, and others that may not be seen for many years. Our choice of words can immediately defeat or uplift a stranger, a loved one or a friend. And our choice of actions may alter the course of world history, or at the very least, our own personal history.

But many of these choices are made almost involuntarily, influenced by thoughts that do not belong to our hearts.

I used to be worried about every move that I ever made, about every word that I would utter and every action that I took. I wasn’t worried about the causal outcome of my words or actions, but of the response from those around me. In doing this, I placed myself into a protective shell that grew dense over many years. And many of us are familiar with this.

I was called shy, withdrawn, reserved, introverted and anti-social. But this was never who I truly was. I felt comfortable being quiet, so I stayed where I found comfort.

But the day came when I no longer visited those thoughts that brought me worry. I found strength in my own hands, through creative pleasure and my own God-given gifts. I realized that I only worried over my perception of another person’s perception. It was my own thoughts that worried me, and nothing else.

Then I realized one beautiful truth…

Don’t believe everything that you think.

Today, I embrace who I am. I speak my deepest thoughts, and am not afraid to share my life with anyone. Of course I’m still full of cynicism, sarcasm and a host of other idiosyncrasies, but who isn’t?

I’ve made countless choices that have taught me great truth, and if anyone asked me to correct anything in my past, I can honestly say the thought itself is impossible.

Because everything that I’ve done has brought me here, to this moment.

Had I not decided to move to a new place instead of staying home, I may not have a daughter. Had I chosen to stay just one day longer in Colorado, I may not have a son. So revisiting my perceived past “what-if’s” or otherwise “difficult” choices brings me to knowing that my options were on my path for a reason.

As is everything… And everyone.

We should be wise to not give our choices up to the resounding doubt that speaks to us from the dark corners of the mind. We should never step out of our own light to appease the shadows of a crowd, or to play it safe and stay comfortable in a hardened shell made of our own mind’s treachery.

These are lessons that I’ve learned, and though I am where I am in life because of choices I’ve made from these metrics, I’ve come far from the mist that once covered the hidden garden. I now choose wisely, and listen to my heart as it softly speaks.

I wish all to hear their true voice, and to be sound and content in speaking their own truth as it should be done by one’s own accord.

Life is full of Choices…

And full of Voices…

So, choose wisely.

And Speak your Own.

LISA RENEE (Time Shift Blog): “Personal Value System”

In the face of the current challenges we are navigating in this bifurcating world, it is increasingly important now to examine our personal beliefs and value system. To get to the deeper clarity on what reveals itself to be the guideline to your truest nature. In our context this would be consciously participating with spiritually beneficial behaviors that help to define an improved value system and guidelines, for building improved character and personal integrity. Our personal values provide an internal reference point for what is discerned as beneficial, important, useful, beautiful, productive behaviors and actions, which we commit to for the purpose of developing ourselves and guiding our life. Our personal values are what motivate and generate our behavior and actions, it is what influences the choices we make in everyday life. Understanding ourselves enough to have clarity on what we give value to in our personal value system, is critical for building personal integrity and discerning what actions we take that are aligned with those values or not.

Every person has to choose the kind of person they want to be in this world, whether you decide to wear the mask others provided for you, or act independently to discover what you really value and how to think and feel for yourself.

Consciously making the choice in determining what is important to you by choosing a personal value system, puts focus upon these qualities so that you can align the choices you make to reflect what’s important to you. A person that has clarity on their personal values that guide their life decisions will make much better decisions for themselves. When we make many decisions over a period of time, if we remain clear and authentic to align with our personal values, all of those combined decisions will be coherent and form a network of purposeful and aligned choices that ultimately serve our best interest. With this level of self-awareness and clarity, looking back over time we will see that we were always being guided to be authentic, by aligning our personal values with our actions, which form into the deep inspiration that reflects the kind of person that we really want to be.

When a person is unaware of their actions and how to connect them into their personal values they are unable to develop a strong internal compass when navigating the world. This impairs decision making as when our compass is not being inner directed we make poor choices. Without self-awareness derived from choosing our own personal values, we cannot make informed decisions that enable strong discernment. When we act out of alignment with our deepest values and core self, we fall out of integrity with ourselves and lose our directional compass. We cannot see what direction we are moving in and become increasingly lost and confused, losing discernment in which path we are supposed to follow.

The crisis we are facing in ourselves is the crisis of consciousness, it is a lack of self-awareness of what deeply motivates our behaviors. When we can observe what we give consent to, this reflects what we give value to.

The lack of self-awareness combined with the utter lack of consciousness, results in an inability to directly experience our true essential nature as spiritual beings. Now is the time to dedicate effort to the self-inquiry process, in order to clearly define personal truth in regard to your value system, ethics and the standard of behavior, that which you are committed to follow to be authentic. As you gain deeper clarity on your own personal truth then it is critical to take conscious steps to behave in ways that are consistent and coherent with your personal value system. This is how you build personal integrity, which gives you more strength to remain strong, stable and clear, especially when you are faced with decisions that you must make while enduring adversity or challenges.

To maintain core stability when exposed to the chaotic forces of bi-wave and reversal energies that are producing potent collisions in the surface field, we must know how to be true to ourselves and to maintain personal integrity when dealing with the challenges that may come our way. Our personal integrity, ethics and virtues are powerful forces, which stabilize us and keep us firmly grounded within our spiritual center. This is what keeps us strong, protected and transparent when facing intense oppositional forces.

The Breaking Point that Shatters Integrity

The planetary body is shifting into the higher frequency band that is located in the next Harmonic Universe. It is very important to understand that planet earth and her inhabitants are moving through a very turbulent time of collective consciousness transformation that directly impacts the global brain and individual mental body. We are undergoing another stage of core magnetic field shifting that radically elevates the magnetic tone resonance that emanates from the inner core of the planet.

The impact to the geomagnetic field generates massive surfacing of black forces that produces intense energetic pressure upon people’s bodies, especially their mental body. It is becoming clear that more of the masses are not faring well physically, psychologically or emotionally from the massive impact of magnetic shifts, which are shifting the global brain resonance. This particular theme of mental body fracturing, incoherent thoughts and emotional instability, as well as possible possession, are disturbing and many of us will need to gather strength from the fact that this is happening in greater numbers on the planet. People that are heavily dependent on their intellectual capacity, extremely mentally rigid, severely traumatized or fractured, are having a really difficult time maintaining personal stability and coherence during this time. Additionally, many fractured and traumatized people are prescribed a cocktail of psychoactive pharmaceutical drugs that further alter brain function, leading to unknown consequences.

When a person remains very internally conflicted about themselves, lost and confused in life, holding memories of extreme trauma in their body that remain unhealed, they are internally disconnected from their core self. This type of person lives within perpetual cognitive dissonance and this generates a lot of stress and pressure on that person’s body and energies, especially the mental and physical body. Every person has a pressure point or breaking point when there is too much pressure being exerted upon the body and nervous system, where extreme deviations in brain chemistry and behavior can occur. When people are internally conflicted and fractured they reach a point where they will explode, as a bodily mechanism for releasing cumulative energetic pressure that these emotional and mental conflicts create. This breaking point is occurring in some of the fragile minds of fractured or traumatized people around us, and is what we are witnessing in larger numbers. Mind control in all the various forms it is being used in the media to assault the public with fear based propaganda, is extremely destructive to the human body. Artificial intelligence mind control technologies are especially damaging to the functions of the brain and neurological system, impairing coherent thinking and producing extremist ideologies. This is one component of what is currently manufacturing a greater number of lunatics in society.

A lunatic is an informal term describing a person whose behaviors and actions are considered mentally ill, dangerous, unstable and unpredictable. This type of unstable person, that sometimes exhibits insanely destructive behavior, is something that we should be able to discern in the environment and do our best to remain neutral around, yet set the necessary boundaries while in their midst. This is the saddening result of the extreme methods of mind control and mixtures of chemical substances that have been used in this reality to enslave human consciousness.

Roots of Dishonesty that Split Reality

Being dishonest and intentionally lying to others produces a split reality. This is where you are personally aware of the one reality that is the truth and the other reality that is the lie, and they co-exist simultaneously. The roots of dishonesty that split apart energies produce a negative effect on the personal timeline, it is the energetic content of what you have created when you made the choice to be dishonest. This negative content becomes a black energy that is generated within your mind and body, and can impact other layers by producing fracturing, which is the disintegration in the perception of external reality. When there is a buildup of accumulated content from repeated lying, the consequence over time is memory loss, losing the ability to tell what events really did happen, was it the lie or the truth? People lose memory of events that happened in time and cannot keep their facts straight, because they have told too many lies to too many people. This is a pathological liar that eventually over time, can’t remember what they have said to whom. The more lies that have been told the more split realities they generate, which drains their energy, leading to inner disconnection and a complete loss of integrity. People that have this profile are commonly the most voracious emotional and psychic vampires.

Most people may perceive themselves as mostly positive, wanting to do the right thing in life, and yet they are perpetually dishonest and lie quite frequently. Generally the need to assert control over other people or to gain advantage in circumstances leads to levels of perpetuating forms of manipulation, which produce false impressions. The need to manipulate others leads to varying degrees of spinning deceptions that misinform others through giving false impressions that create split realities.

Lying is the seed of satanic forces, and thus when a person intentionally lies no matter how small the lie is, it opens a back door of vulnerability to dark attachment to the situation. Being dishonest and lying destroys personal integrity and eventually destroys your lightbody. It is imperative that this severe character defect be corrected in order to become free of dark force manipulation, and begin the path to build personal integrity as well as accumulate inner light. People that are pathological liars or perpetual liars in many cases have possession problems; it is a very serious consequence to your consciousness when you choose to intentionally lie.

If there are dark spirit attachments or dark attacks that are aggressive and extreme, and you are unable to rid yourself of these recurring attacks, it is critical to truly evaluate how honest you are being with yourself and others.

The root of dishonesty, deception and lying in all of its forms is the seed of Satanism, which attracts dark entities.

Therefore it is critical to start building integrity through being as truthful and honest as possible in all interactions, examining your motivations in order to commit to speak and act honestly. Make the necessary adjustments in your language to more accurately reflect that you are telling the truth that you know in that moment. Start building relationships with people that want the truth from you and that you can be honest and authentic with.

THOMAS ALEXANDER: “Are Rapidly Shifting Energies Driving You Mad?”

Going Mad 2.jpg

Sometimes, being yourself means being a bit mad. It’s okay to be a bit mad. All the best people are. Some of the worst may at times appear to be. However, there is a subtle, but distinct difference in being mad, from being insane. The insane person lives (if you can call it that) their entire existence, in abject fear and loathing of it. The slightest thing can send them into a fit of rage. Violent, ‘insane’ behavior, that is repellant to ‘sane’ people. The worst most mad people can be accused of, is being violently happy. Some people find even this, to be a bit too much. That’s okay. The mad person finds the company of ‘sane’ individuals to be a bit of a drag. Doldrums. ‘Keeping it real’. The struggle is real, you know… Bollocks!

The mad person’s behavior is typically repugnant to sane individuals, due to the fact that the sane individual is far too busy worrying about the trivial concerns of daily existence, to engage in such a frivolous and silly emotion as ‘joy’.

The sane person thinks, “Silly mad person… don’t you know there are real things, that must be worried about! Like, where’s the car parked; Where might I have to go next and how to get there, how much is the petrol going to cost, where is the money to pay for it going to come from.”

The ‘sane’ person entertains many such trains of thought simultaneously; Concerning sustenance, shelter, companionship etc… Worry, worry, worry. While it is natural to be occasionally concerned about these important items, it is unnatural to be overly concerned about them. This is, what drives good, hardworking, ordinarily ‘sane’ people; To insanity. Deluged under an inundation of out of control worry trains, roaring and thundering into the mental station of consciousness at a rate beyond which, they cannot continue to cope. And so they don’t; And yet, they do. The affected individual is rendered incapable of action – By caring so much – that they can’t even.

By allowing the equilibrium of your mental state to be overrun with too many thought trains, insanity is likely to ensue. This leads to congestion, angry passengers, lost parcels, and mental breakdown. On the other hand, what good is an empty train station? Find the balance that is right for you. Keep positive thought trains going! Send them forth from your station, full of happy passengers, brimming with valuable cargo. Thought trains, that others will be pleased to entertain in their own mental stations. Stop negative trains at the border, and turn them around. Those trains will go in search of other, more accommodating stations. After all, misery does love company. Joy loves company too. People that are ‘too happy’ for ‘no reason’ are weird. It’s okay to be weird. Existence is reason enough to be happy.

Does a flower question its existence? Does it worry if rain will fall, or if there are enough nutrients in the soil for it to grow? No. It exerts only the very slightest of efforts, growing towards light, water and food. It sends out tendrils, seeking for the right way. If something is found, the plant ceases to exert effort in that direction and begins to absorb the available nutrient. As the nutrient is absorbed, the plant pushes further until it meets resistance. Resistance is not the universe telling you, ‘you cannot’ only that there is perhaps an easier way. Sometimes, there is no easy way. Plants are grown from small vulnerable seeds, easily crushed under foot. But yet, a single blade of grass can crack pavement, which a million trodding feet could not crush. Pursue those things that make you feel strongly; Like a plant in search of sun, and you will achieve what you seek. There will be no resistance.

Resistance can be thought of as ‘negative energy’. Do you wake up in the morning, to some clamorous noise, wishing only to stay abed, hating the very thought of putting your feet on the floor? Wishing, that for once, the cares of the day would just care about themselves, and leave you out of it? Did you know, you can do that? The world, will indeed go on. If the Pope can quit, so can you. Sometimes, ‘doing’ just gets to be too much. Resistance. Perhaps, it is time to be instead of do. It’s hard for a reason. Maybe it’s the universe trying to tell you, you’re cutout for something else. Not a pre-punched cardboard cutout; A special snowflake, made by the hand of a child; That child is you. You shaped yourself by participating in a shared reality, full of other individuals shaping, and being shaped. Your snowflake is unique, there is no other quite as unique as yours. Some people will think it’s weird, misshapen, or tatty. That is okay. If you wanted your snowflake to fit in a mold, you’d have used a die cutter.

Die cut snowflakes are perfect, perfectly uniform; Perfectly the same. Like the ticky-tacky cookie-cutter houses, in a large development conglomerate. There, you must participate in a home owners association, and mustn’t to anything to upset the perfect uniformity of the neighborhood. You’re likely to be brought up on charges, if your front grass is half an inch too long, or… Your undisciplined and irresponsible child left their bicycle in front of the garage door. Some people find such outward displays of conformity to be comforting, and pleasing. I do not. I find places where everything and everyone are nearly identical, a bit like the Twilight Zone. As if, the matrix in an effort to conserve memory, has rendered at the lowest possible complexity. Recycling, and reusing a many textures, and interaction scenarios as possible. Woe betide unto you if your khakis are the wrong shade of tan, in these bastions of uniformity. Or, heaven help you, your skin! If you look closely enough, even at things that appear on the surface to be identical, you will find an infinite number of minute differences; Determined by the resolution at which you are viewing a thing at a given time. Do to the fractal nature of ‘reality’ you can zoom in, or out indefinitely. By zooming in, you can observe the minutest detail. Or by zooming out, have an epiphany about the ‘big picture’; Perhaps, coming to realize that things are the same on every level (more or less). It’s the contrasting minutia that highlights the differences between the very large, and the very small. Only when you cease struggling long enough to observe these details without resistance, do they come in to focus.

When you achieve focus, everything becomes clear. You will face no resistance in making choices. You can enjoy your journey fully, and if faced with a crossroads, the signs will be clear and you will instinctively select the correct path. If you arrive at a crossroad, and none of the signs seem to be pointing to something you feel strongly about, maybe you aren’t on the correct path. Meandering is okay. It’s an important part of finding the correct path. Like a plant, putting forth many tendrils in all directions, growing more where it finds the good. But, you aren’t a plant. Your place in life is not static. You don’t have to grow where you are planted. If the place in which you are planted, is devoid of joy; If it feels like you’d just be better off not living… By all means, pick yourself up by the roots, and plant yourself somewhere else. Fleeing in the face of adversity isn’t always the best course of action. Just as there is a fine line between bald faced cowardice, and fleeing an over-matched foe – ‘living to fight another day’. There is a difference between a dry spell, and the Sahara desert. It’s up to you to discern that difference.

Polite society is built upon the repression of the self, for the good of the whole. i.e. Don’t be too weird, or other people won’t like you. Don’t be an individual; Be individualistic. It’s quite easy to be driven mad by an inundation of mixed messages. It’s like being a giant centipede of people sewn together arse to mouth, defecating into each other’s faces. Come to think of it, that’s a rather fitting analogy for a certain social media site… Look at me, Look at my FACE. Look at my fodder. Look at my cool stuff. Look at what an ‘amazing’ time I’m having! Look at the other people, who have looked at my stuff. They said it was cool, ’cause I said their stuff was cool too. Look at it… LOOK AT IT! Tell me how much you like it. LIKE IT NOW! It’s a bit silly really. Why?

Because at the end of the day, the only person who has to listen to the voice in your head;  Possibly taunting you with the success of others, or sniggering at their failures, being overly concerned with how many people liked what you said; Or, the things that you have, the things that you do; Or… Only said that you did or have, because you thought other people would think it was cool… That voice is still you. Ergo, the opinions of others are in fact, self-inflicted. Why are you hitting yourself? Why are you hitting yourself? Stop hitting yourself! Except, the proverbial big brother on the other end of your arm, is still you.

A mad person couldn’t care less about societal norms. A mad person is truly themselves, for the sake of being so. The opinions of others are utterly irrelevant to the mad person; Just as irrelevant as if they were instead, insane. The circumstances under which someone may become mad, or insane are quite similar. However, the reaction to the circumstance is what makes the difference. At some point in your life, you will be presented with a very clear choice. Do you choose to be oppressed, or do you choose to be free. Do you choose to love your life, or to hate it. Is your life worth dying for; Is your death worth living for? ‘Till the sheer joy of existence, drives you mad. Perhaps, you choose to hate your very existence, ’till its repugnance drives you insane… Or maybe, you choose to constantly float someplace in the middle; Ever fluctuating between madness, and insanity. Dwelling in a special little place between the two, lovingly called by the poor frightened sheeple who live there, sanity. Dutifully taking care of the worries as they come, and enjoying some occasional joy while floating above the doldrums.

I choose joy. I choose a bit of madness. You may choose as you like, which is why it is called a choice. A choice you get to make a hundred times a day. Will you do what is expected, or will you do what you want to do. Will you say what is customary, or will you say what is really on your mind?

Life is a series of choices, doing or not doing – To be or not to be – Be a round peg in a square hole, fit in… But don’t fit in. A circle has no corners in which shadows may hide. Don’t be a square, don’t fit into a box. When you are ‘square’, aspects of your true self, you hide in the corners. In shadows, that others may not know your true self, because of fear. Fear nothing; Do not fear nothing. A void is but an empty canvas, and a fully laden palette awaiting the artist’s stroke. That artist, is you. Be yourself, and encourage others to do likewise! If everyone spent more time being themselves, there would be a good deal fewer busy bodies.

“Destiny and Free Will — How Much of Your Life is Predetermined?”

destiny-and-free-will-1 (2)

How much of our lives are predetermined? Do we have any say in how things play out or are we simply living out a story that has already been written?

There have definitely been moments in all of our lives when we have experienced the feeling of a fated event.

Maybe we could chalk it up to being in the right place at the right time, but most of us would have had some encounter with the mystery of fate.

This does not necessarily mean that our entire lives are predetermined however. As most of us also know, we have free will. We can choose to act or not act and we can choose to make a decision or not.

But are we making these decisions on autopilot?

I personally don’t feel that to be true.

I feel that we have a lot of free will in this life, and that a lot of our decisions and actions will determine our future. For the most part, the future is in our own hands.

However, I also believe that there is a certain element of destiny as well. This would be part of our soul contract, which is written before we enter our physical bodies.

You can read more about the soul contract here, but I like to think of it this way-

Destiny is your mountain, how you choose to walk up this mountain is your free will.

The Mountain of Your Destiny

We are all walking a mountain. This mountain is of course, a metaphor for the journey or pathway of your life.

This mountain is the perfect mountain for you and the one that you are destined to climb. This mountain was chosen before you incarnated into your body and holds the perfect terrain for the development of your soul and your soul’s purpose.

While you were given this mountain and while this mountain is aligned with your soul, you have many choices.

Choice #1: The Path

Firstly, there is no wrong path up the mountain. You are free to take whichever path looks best to you and go at your own pace. You can backtrack, find shortcuts or simply stay put in one spot for the rest of  your time- all of it is your choice.

Choice #2: How You Climb

There are also no rules on how you choose to climb this mountain. You can climb it barefoot or you can suit up in an armour. You can go at your own pace or sprint up the pathway, it is all up to you.

Choice #3: Experiences

On this mountain there is a certain terrain or energy that will resonate more deeply with your soul.

This energy will help you to draw experiences, people and events into your life. You may be drawn to people who share a similar journey as you, or you may be drawn to people or a career that helps you to navigate your mountain easier.

Your fears will also be aligned with some of the challenges and experiences that you will face on this mountain.

Essentially however, you get to choose which of these experiences you want to explore and which ones you want to ignore.

Choice #4: How Your Purpose Unfolds

Your purpose is already around you. It is contained within the energy of your mountain and everything that you do.

As long as you stay on your mountain and don’t get distracted by someone else’s mountain, you are going to make progress.

You may never get to the top in this life, but as long as you keep moving, you will discover what you need to of your purpose.

Essentially, all roads are going to lead you home.

Choice #5: Following Your Intuition

As you climb your mountain you may start to become more and more savvy about what lies ahead or what the next bend may look like. You may even start to intuit or predict what the road ahead has in store for you.

You may also start to become more aware of the things that are going to help you on our journey and the things that are going to hold you back.

This is how psychics and intuitives are able to predict certain things about your future, they are able to get a sense of your mountain and the path that you are taking.

Of course, you don’t have to listen to your intuition or psychic predictions, or anyone else for that matter. As long as you stay true to yourself and on your own mountain, there are no wrong turns.

As long as you are walking in some direction on your mountain, you are going to eventually end up where you need to be.

Reaching the Top of Your Mountain

Once you reach the top of  your mountain, usually death occurs to prepare for a new cycle or reincarnation.

At this time, depending how aware you are, you may have some sense of completion or a feeling that your time on this particular mountain is coming to an end.

Your mountain is perfect for you, and holds everything you need to connect with your higher self and your soul’s potential.

Your mountain is your destiny, the energy that you were born with and the path that was chosen for you. But how you choose to navigate and walk that path is up to you entirely.

Wondering how to align with your destiny mountain? All you need to do is align with yourself and the rest will unfold.
