MICHELLE WALLING: “Essential Self ‘Work’ In Preparation For The Shift”

If you currently feel like you are without direction or perhaps you are struggling to ride the waves, there may still be a bit of self “work” that is left to clear your energy field. Those who have completed the self work are finally feeling unplugged from the matrix and are sharing how they achieved this. In this article I will share what has worked best for me in achieving a state of neutrality and has created frequent bouts of happiness, synchronicity, and positive manifestation.

Self work allows for the negative frequency overlay or veil to be lifted so that our original DNA codes can create a shift in our reality. This kind of work is the most important work of all, even over service to others at this time because of how close we are to a bifurcation of realities. Oftentimes it requires that we spend time by ourselves and it could be some of the hardest work albeit the simplest. It is hard to take a good look at yourself and your life to painfully see who you have been projecting vs. who you really are.

We are all Source, which is unconditional love consciousness. Most of us have been experiencing what it is like to be as far away from Source in an illusion of ego (personality) and fear. Uncovering and transmuting the fear and asking the personality to take a back seat to the higher self is what we are consciously trying to achieve. This allows the higher frequency version of us to embody into this dense physical in order to override the fear matrix code that is overshadowing the collective humanity. We are all connected, and the higher frequency in the matrix and the collective always trumps.

Everyone is different and everyone processes the energies differently, but my hopes are that you can find something within this list that may be the last key for you. In no way is this an all inclusive list or a MUST DO TO ASCEND list. You may not have to do everything on this list and you may have done things that are not on this list. These are not listed in a particular order, either, except for the first priority should be Connecting with your Higher self/Oversoul/Source.

Many people do not realize that they are already doing the self “work” by consciously changing the way that they react to everyday situations and skits that unfold in their lives. Over the last nine years since my conscious awakening around 2010, I have addressed every one of these topics in my own reality with conscious intention. People who are just now waking up will be able to cover this self work much quicker than the ones who came before them.

The Work

  • Connecting with your Higher self/Oversoul/Source
  • Shadow work
  • Oversoul integration– embody and clear “past” and future lives (multidimensional self); soul shard retrieval
  • Responsibility for thoughts, words, and actions (creation)
  • Understand who you are and where you are- consciousness inside of a holographic matrix that is a distorted matrix copy within an organic matrix
  • Grounding into Earth, connecting in nature
  • Raising your vibration, (shifting from fear vibration to love vibration)
  • Unconditional love, forgiveness, compassion, gratitude, respect, integrity
  • Uniting the masculine and feminine, (left and right sides of the brain)
  • Ego (lower conscious personality) takes a back seat to higher self
  • Declare your sovereignty and revoke contracts that no longer serve you; learn how to recognize false light contracts
  • Creating from the NOW moment, erasing prior beliefs and programming
  • Cutting energetic cords, release ancestral/family karma, build boundaries and shields from toxic people
  • Remember your mission, (if you have one other than just BEING); assess your current job, your relationships, where you live, and make necessary adjustments to align with your mission
  • Learn how to interact with friends and family and when to share this information (and when not to); be the example vs. trying to force your beliefs upon others
  • Nurture and heal your inner wounded child
  • Develop Discernment on “outside” information
  • Energy healing- peeling back the layers of blocks in the heart center and auric field; releasing victim programming
  • Letting go and surrendering to the process instead of controlling it
  • Find a few like minded individuals that you can discuss things with (the internet/social media is a main tool)
  • Focusing on the desired outcome (New Earth or going home) rather than the past or distorted matrix
  • Removing refined white sugar, wheat, flouride, processed foods, and GMO foods from the diet, refraining from alcohol and drugs, and adding supplements
  • Detoxing heavy metals and fluoride/toxins
  • Turn off the television (tell-lie-vision programming) until you have reached a level where it can no longer influence you (you become the witness)
  • Love, trust, and forgive yourself
    Use your imagination which is the key to creation
  • Reprogramming the brain from automatic, subconscious programming, allowing the higher mind to create your matrix
  • Observe repeating patterns and analyze your trigger points
  • Understand that many of the people in this reality are NPC’s (non-player characters), aka non-souled humans or backdrop people
  • Allow yourself to FEEL emotions, acknowledge the energy and message, and learn to let it go for good.
  • Understand that all is Source including dark and light, negative and positive; respect all life including plants and animals, respect everyone else’s path and perception
  • Listen to your body- food, sleep, intuition. If you are feeling down then it is a signal to raise your vibrational frequency and to stop energetic loss
  • Spend time in reflection allowing a “life review” from your higher self in order to forgive others, and let it all go
  • Shift the energy in your home- Go through your material possessions and keep only what serves you; clean and organize your home and simplify your life; smudge and clear
  • Move the energy in your physical body with light exercise like walking, swimming, tai chi, qi gong, or yoga
  • Finding balance and zero point and 5d frequency (rainbow bridge), and then go in and out of the 3d/4d old matrix, grounding the codes and higher frequency
  • Recognize and stop the behaviors, beliefs, and practices that open up your energy centers to connect with negative energy and astral beings
  • Fire any of your guides that are not of the 100% pure source light; replace them with guides that support your highest and best outcome and intend to make contact with benevolent source light extraterrestrials; star family [Ascension Avatar note: Or, try it my way and say: “Thanks, but no thanks, spiritworld, as a powerful sovereign creator being, I’ve got it covered, as always.   • Close down or remove the overlay energy centers that the astral beings feed off of and remove or neutralize implants and technologies used for energy siphoning
  • Practice Don Miguel Ruiz’s Four Agreements
  • Become the witness; be “in the world but not of it”
  • Focus on yourself first before trying to change the world
  • Centering the emotional, mental, spiritual, and astral body with the physical body to be aligned like nested Russian dolls.

CAMERON DAY: “The Best Form of Meditation You’re (Probably) Not Doing”

You might know this about me already, but I’m a big advocate for meditation of all kinds.

There are a multitude of different types of meditation options available. With so many options, it can be pretty confusing to know what to do and what will work best for you.

I’m going to touch briefly on two popular types of meditation for this article, and then dive into a third type that is my personal favorite.

The first type of meditation is one pretty much everyone has heard of: Transcendental Meditation, or which falls into the category of “mantra meditation,” where the practitioner repeats a mantra silently in order to calm the stream of thoughts that arise from the mind.

TM has become a big business in the U.S. and is fairly expensive to get started with, but even with that facet in the mix, many people can attest that TM was the first meditation practice that they were able to continue to do long-term, which makes it a win in my book.

Meditation type number two is Guided Visualization, which I am obviously quite fond of, given my penchant for producing them. One big advantage of guided visualization is that it can allow someone who normally has trouble quieting the mind to have a meditative, healing experience.

It can also allow someone to tap into the meditative benefits of an experienced meditator by following in their footsteps, so to speak.

Our third type of meditation is what I consider the most important form of meditation in my own life, and I call it simply, “Silence Meditation” although it is also often referred to as “Mindfulness Meditation,” which I consider slightly different.

You might be surprised to hear that I don’t use guided visualizations since I produce so many of them, but that’s exactly the reason I don’t utilize them: I tend to like my own versions better.

So what is Silence Meditation? It is the simple, but not easy, act of sitting in total silence, with a focus on achieving a complete stillness in the mind. A total absence of thought, even for just a few moments.

This is simple in concept, but difficult in practice, because the mind’s nature is to produce thought and it does so consistently all day and even at night when we’re in REM sleep. Yes, our nighttime dreams are a form of thought expressing itself, and the thoughts only cease when we go down into the deepest levels of Delta sleep.

How to Silence the Mind… For a Few Moments

Upon reading the above, the mind naturally will produce a question: “How can someone use the mind to silence their mind?” There are almost as many ways of achieving this silence as there are meditators in the world, which means that there is no one right way to do it.

Since there isn’t a single “right way,” I will just tell you how I do it for myself, because my methods are somewhat unconventional. No surprise there, right?

First is the setup, or how I sit. I use a “V” shaped meditation cushion and place it in front of my couch so that I can rest my back against it. You could use a wall for this purpose, too.

This goes against the grain of meditation teachers who want people to sit fully upright with no back support. That’s great for a photo-shoot, but the reason I use something for back support is because I don’t want to be distracted by thinking about what position my body is in during meditation.

By sitting upright on my pillow while supporting my back with my couch, I eliminate one of the major distractions of sitting and meditating. For your own practice, feel free to simply sit in a chair that allows you to have upright posture. Go with whatever is the most simple and supportive for your body.

Next is blocking out the external world, which I achieve with ear plugs and a blind-fold. More specifically, I use a pair of sound-isolating “ear-buds” for playing audio. They block outside sounds better than regular ear plugs, and allow me to use one of the Genius Brain Power audio tracks to help assist my meditation if I so choose. Usually an Alpha or Theta track.

Some would consider using brainwave entrainment cheating or a crutch, but if it works for the individual, I say go for it. Now to be fair, I personally only use entrainment audio once in a while when the background noise level is too high for the ear-buds alone to block.

95% of the time I just use the ear-buds with no audio because they work better for me than standard foam ear plugs. Keep in mind that the ear plugs are optional, but if you find yourself being distracted by background noise while meditating, then I recommend trying out some ear plugs for a few sessions.

As for the blindfold, any type of blindfold will suffice, and if necessary you can improvise with whatever you have around. Even a long-sleeve shirt will do in a pinch. Enough said there.

Time Enough for Self-Love

With the setup handled, it’s time to start meditating, right? Almost. One more important thing: Use a timer! You don’t want to be distracted by thinking about how long you’ve been meditating, so a simple kitchen timer will alert you when your pre-determined time is up.

But how long should you meditate? That is entirely up to you! I personally meditate in this fashion for 22 minutes in the early morning, which is long enough to get the job done, and short enough that I won’t make up an excuse not to do it.

I arrived at 22 minutes in a somewhat arbitrary fashion. I started out at 10 minutes, and added one minute a day until I was at 20 minutes. Later I added one more minute as an easy way to accomplish 5% more meditation. Eventually I went up one more minute to 22 simply because I like repeating numbers.

So 22 is my “magic number,” but your number might be smaller, especially at first, and that’s fine! You could start with just 5 minutes if you need to, and gradually add one minute per day until you are at a number you feel is giving you the results you desire.

The most important part of choosing your meditation duration is to start small and gradually increase the time each day that you meditate IF you want. If the number feels small and easy to do, then you are far more likely to do it than if you choose a number that feels like an arduous task, or an amount of time that could make you late for work, an appointment, etc.

A shorter duration is better for those days when you’re not getting into a deep meditative state and you’re constantly silencing mind-chatter without enjoying any mental quietness. Speaking from experience, the temptation to “bail out” of the process is far smaller if I know that I won’t have to struggle with that day’s meditation for too long.

The Actual “Silence Meditation” Process

I’m seated, ears are plugged, eyes blind-folded, the timer has started and now it’s time to actually meditate. The first thing I do is start breathing slowly and deeply, putting all of my focus on my breath. After years of practice this alone produces a few moments of blissful mental silence.

But not for long! No sir! My wonderful mind has all kinds of lovely thoughts it wants me to entertain. So when the first thought comes up, I use a mental prompt to release it: Clear the Deck.

As I think those words, I also direct my mind to a brief visualization of the deck of a wooden boat, out at sea, with nothing but blue skies and blue water in every direction, and I imagine that the thoughts are being swept off the deck, down into the water.

Then I let the visualization fade away and return to focus on my breath.

Silence. Breath. Silence. “I need to mail that check to…” (or whatever thought bubbles up).

Yes, the silence doesn’t last for long, especially in the early days and weeks of meditation, and sometimes even after years of practice. But that’s okay! The mind produces thoughts. That’s one of its main jobs and it can take a lot of training to get it to go into that deep silence.

When that thought arises, and it always does, I will name the type of thought, which is a form of acceptance and acknowledgement. I don’t want to fight my mind, only to direct it, so I acknowledge the thought with one word whenever possible.

Examples: Planning, anticipating, ruminating, reminiscing, worrying, analyzing, imagining, judging, speculating.

Once I name the thought, I use my next mental prompt which is: Let it go. So it would “sound” (in my mind) like, “Planning… Let it go.” Yep, I keep things simple!

Silence. Breath. Silence. “I wonder if I’ll have time to exercise before breakfast.” “Oh… Anticipating… Let it go.”

Silence. Breath. Silence. “That guy trolling my blog really needs to get a life.” “Ahhh…judging… Let it go.”

Two More Prompts

I also use two more mental prompts to help deepen the meditative state. Over time these have become commands which my mind (usually) obeys. The first one is “Go Deep.” This pretty consistently puts me into a deeper brainwave state, which I can feel happening because I have practiced it for years, both with and without brainwave entrainment.

The other prompt is “Go Clear” which very nicely clears away any stray thoughts. I tend to use these prompts after releasing a thought with “Let it go” in order to deepen the meditative state and extend the amount of time where no thoughts are floating through my mind.

Slow It Down

I like to “speak” all of those thought-prompts very slowly in my mind. For example, if I’m thinking “Go Clear,” I will think “Gooooooooooo” on the in breath, and “Clearrrrrrrrrr” on the out breath.

Slowing down the thoughts helps lead me back to the state of non-thought more easily.

“This is Too Hard!”

When most people first try this style of meditation, they often don’t have much success at quieting the mind. That’s okay! The fact that you took some time to sit up straight, breathe deeply and even attempt to meditate is huge!

Seriously, you should congratulate yourself after every meditation session, no matter how “good” or “bad” it seemed to be.

Even if you spent the entire time “clearing the deck” and “letting it go” with no observable quieting of the mind, you should STILL give yourself a pat on the back for putting in the time and effort.

Then do it again tomorrow.

With regular practice (daily is best) you will start to have moments of pure mental silence, and over time those moments will grow longer and more frequent. There can still be bad days where you can’t put the thoughts aside, and that’s ok, too!

Remind yourself that whatever is happening in your mind is ok. Don’t fight the mind, just do your best to guide it gently into that place of silent rest.

“These Prompts Don’t Work For Me!”

This is where things get personal. Not that I will take it personally if my prompts don’t work for you, but personal in the sense that everyone will respond differently to the process of guiding their own mind into a place of silence.

The prompts that I use just might not work for you, which means that you’ll need to come up with some of your own. I think it’s fine to figure that out during the meditation session, since if the prompts you are using aren’t working, you might as well spend that time to audition some new prompts.

However, and this is a big however, I recommend that you don’t give up on the prompts until you have tried them a few times.

Why? Because using the same prompts repeatedly over time conditions the mind to respond to those prompts more effectively.

“What’s the Point?”

I know life is busy, and often the first things that we drop when we are pressed for time are self-care and self-empowering practices. However, if you can give yourself the gift of just 5-20 minutes per day of meditation practice, you will start to reap many rewards.

The state of no-thought is incredibly calming, soothing and even blissful. Five seconds of mental silence is like giving your mind a massage or warm bath. This produces mental, emotional and physical relaxation, reduces inflammation and releases beneficial hormones in the body.

With practice, this or any other type of meditation practice will help you to have “space” between stimulus (stress) and response (reaction) in your environment. Instead of cursing at the guy who cuts you off in traffic, you might find yourself taking a deep breath and saying, “Let it go” instead.

After all, that other driver can’t hear your words and your inner peace is more valuable than anger, especially when you’re driving.

Instead of snapping at your spouse/child/parent/sibling/co-worker/etc. when they push your buttons, you could find yourself taking a deep breath and calmly explaining what you truly want to communicate to them.

Those “little victories” in our day feel really good, and regular meditation can help them to happen more organically, more often.

Best Time of Day?

Opinions vary on the best time of day to meditate. For years I was more of a night-time meditator, but when I switched to meditating in the morning I found that it had profound, beneficial impacts on my state of being for the rest of the day.

Putting it simply, silence meditation in the morning makes me generally happier, less impatient and more compassionate on days that I do it compared to days where I come up with an excuse to skip it, which is very rare.

Limiting my morning meditation time to 22 minutes almost completely removes any thought of skipping it, where for mysterious psychological reasons, a 30 minute meditation is easier to skip “because I’m running late” or some other excuse.

Keeping it short and easy to achieve is the key to success in morning meditation.

Take the 5×7 Test Drive

Often one of the biggest self-imposed barriers to trying a something new is the belief that if we start doing it, we have to do that new thing forever, so we don’t even start.

So forget about forever, and instead just take a test drive of doing a silence meditation for 5 minutes per day for 7 days.

That’s it. Just 35 minutes of time over the course of a week. If you can commit to that small investment, it is possible that you will like the results so much that you decide to keep the practice, but you are not obligated by anyone, especially yourself, to do so.

It used to be common knowledge in consciousness circles that a person needed to be grounded both energetically and physically. People would talk about what foods helped them feel the most grounded, how spending time in nature helped them ground their meditative experiences and so on. However, I have noticed a trend in the last few years where people are getting very ungrounded, and are even encouraging others to engage “spiritual” practices that are very ungrounding. (Spell check says “ungrounding” is not a word, but I say that it is. 🙂 )

Two of the adverse consequences of being ungrounded are that it can cause a person to be too easily swayed by the opinions of others, as well as be fooled by any of the many deceptions in our world. These are reason enough to put a consistent, daily focus on being fully present in your body and powerfully grounded to Earth’s core. I could go on and on about the pitfalls and dangers of being spacey, ungrounded, partially out of body, etc. but I will leave that aside in the interests of keeping this article short.

First, Get Into Your Body!

Many people are chronically partially out of their body due to a variety of conditions, some of which include: unhealed past physical or emotional traumas, living out of contact with the earth (cities, apartments, etc.), doing “out of body” meditations, excessive daydreaming, unwillingness to confront the darker aspects of the subconscious mind, excessive use of alcohol or other drugs, over-consumption of television and other forms of digital entertainment, too much “cleansing” / calorie-restrictive dieting, and more.

The “Higher Self Meditation” in the Self-Clearing System puts a focus on bringing your own Inner Light back down into your body because most people are literally floating above themselves energetically. A repeated focus on seating your energy in your heart center helps you to be truly IN your body. Keep in mind that the “Higher” Self is only deemed that because so much of our Sovereign Self is floating above the body instead of residing within it.

Being fully present in the body can take a while, depending on how habitually disconnected and ungrounded a person has been in their life. Centering our energy in our heart center is the first, most basic step to restoring our full presence in the body, so that we can then get grounded.

Get Your Feet On the Ground

Even if you live in a dense urban environment, there will be parks and other places where some nature still exists. Seek out those places and put your bare feet onto the grass, dirt, sand, etc. While you’re there with your feet on the ground, do the simple grounding meditation below and walk around for a bit.

This one is so simple that many people totally overlook it, or they prefer to plug in a “grounding pad” and call it a day. I have nothing against grounding (aka “earthing”) devices, but they cannot replace the value of being barefoot on the ground. Swimming in natural bodies of water, walking barefoot on the beach and hiking in natural settings are also good ways to directly, energetically connect to the earth. If you are hiking in boots, stop often and touch a tree or plant with your bare hands.

Connect Your Heart to the Heart of the Planet

Through the process of energetically connecting our heart to the heart of the planet, we get deeply grounded in a very powerful, stable way. To me, this is the most potent form of grounding, although it works best when used in conjunction with the above steps. However, don’t let the fact that you are in a high rise building, or that it is too cold outside to put your bare feet on the ground stop you from doing the simple process described below. It can be done anywhere, even if you are flying in an airplane.

Before we get to the process, I want to mention the curving energy lines used here. While it is more simple to visualize a straight line of energy, I have learned that curving lines of energy are more natural and more aligned with our foundational reality as Sovereign extensions of Source than straight lines of energy, which tend to be more mechanistic and synthetic.

Again, I could go on at length here, but I will keep it brief and use a picture to serve as a visual aid for this concept.

Heart to Earth Core Grounding

My Simple, Daily Grounding Focus

• Close your eyes and take some slow, deep breaths. Center yourself in the present moment.

• Focus on your heart and visualize the energy of your Sovereign Inner Self growing large and bright.

• Send a beam of gently curving energy out of the left side of your chest that goes downward into the earth.

• Visualize this energy gently curving in a long elliptical arc, eventually connecting into the left side of Earth’s core.

• As you make this connection to Earth’s core, mentally (or out loud) say to the Earth, “Hello and thank you for supporting my human experience.” (It can be anything with heartfelt gratitude.)

• Visualize another curving line of energy emanating from the right side of Earth’s core, gently curving up to eventually connect into the right side of your chest.

• Spend a few moments enjoying the feeling of connecting and synchronizing your heart center to the heart of the planet.

• State your intention to keep yourself fully, deeply grounded and connected into Earth’s core.

• Open your eyes and go on about the rest of your day in this deeply grounded state.

I highly recommend that you repeat this several times during the day whenever you have a spare moment. It only takes a couple of minutes, and with practice over time you will be able to maintain this connection throughout your day. Even if you are 20 stories up off the ground in an apartment or office building, you can still do this simple process. In fact, it is even more important to do so in that type of environment than if you’re a woodland hobbit kind of person like me.

Grounding Physical Exercises

Ideally, when you are walking, standing or sitting barefoot on the grass (and after you have connected your heart center to the heart of the planet), you can do some physical exercise that will help you get more connected to your body. Again though, if you can’t be in direct contact with the ground, you can still do some grounding physical exercise. This can be just about anything that you like to do, provided that it does not make you feel “spacey” or too light-headed.

For example, those who are familiar with a set of exercises called the “Five Rites” could do those movements, but I strongly recommend that you omit the first spinning movement, at least for a while. This is because spinning can create a spacey, out of body feeling, especially in a person that is already ungrounded. Do the other exercises first for a while, then slowly, very slowly, add in a little bit of spinning. Just make sure to ground yourself after the spinning portion, and if it takes too long, do less spinning (or none) next time.

If you are into yoga, do a combination of easy and mildly-challenging movements, but omit any extended pranayama at first, for the same reasons as omitting the spinning. If you are not into any of the above, just do some planks, push-ups, bodyweight squats, go hiking, or anything else you enjoy doing, making sure that you stay within your body’s limitations. Pushing the body too hard while exercise can also be ungrounding, so if you feel your body asking for a rest, then rest! 🙂

A Grounding Diet

While I don’t think a “perfect diet for all humans” actually exists, I have found that incorporating organic root vegetables and organic greens into a calorie-dense diet can help with efforts to get fully into the body and be grounded. The root vegetables are pretty self-explanatory, they grow underneath the ground, and they help pass along some of that groundedness to us when we eat them.

Greens are grounding due to their mineral content, but I must stress the importance of combining root vegetables and greens with calorie-dense foods. Any type of caloric restriction can be very ungrounding for a person, even when the diet is high in micronutrients, so it is important to have both micronutrient density and caloric density in one’s diet.

This means eating things like rice, potatoes, sweet potatoes (hey, those are root vegetables, too!), avocados, eggs, coconut oil, butter, other dairy products and (real) honey regularly. It can even mean having some ice cream once in a while (yay!). Organic is always preferable, but don’t stress out over having a perfect diet, as that stress is worse than eating non-organic food.

Also, put as much (natural) salt on your food as you want. Salt could take up a whole article on its own, but the short version is that natural, minimally processed salt is good for you, so don’t restrict it. (Himalayan salt, Redmond “Real” salt, Celtic sea salt, etc.)

Just for clarity: Please do NOT just eat root vegetables and greens, because you will not have enough caloric density to support a strong metabolism, and you will end up ungrounded, hungry and feeling cold all the time without sufficient calories. For those of you who eat meat, try to get organic / grass-fed whenever possible. Those of you who don’t eat meat will need to make sure you are getting plenty of calories from other sources.

Awareness is the Key

The main key to being energetically present in your body and grounded is awareness and being conscious of how you feel as you move through life. These are a few indicators that you are not fully present in your body and ungrounded: Feeling spacey, difficulty focusing on one task, easily losing track of conversations when others are talking, misplacing your keys/ phone/ spouse/ child/ dog/ etc., poor coordination, forgetting something that happened just moments ago, etc.

If you notice any of those things happening, or anything else specific to you that you know is an indication of being unpresent / ungrounded, get tuned into your Sovereign Self via your heart center and connect your heart to the planet’s heart via the simple process above.

If you can incorporate the physical grounding practices into your daily life as much as possible and do your energetic grounding work, you will notice many positive benefits including an increase in your capacity for holding and utilizing energy in your body. This will allow you to do more intense types of energy-work without getting ungrounded in the process.

I regularly search for information Prepare For Change light workers can resonate with as they work on the planet. What I have found below is excellent and it came from one of our members who found it very useful. It has instructions and invocations for Centering, Grounding, Shielding and Revoking of Consents. As always. use your discernment to choose what is best for you.

What is key to know to stand up to the controllers as individuals:

The Illuminati are well aware of Humanity’s potential to overcome their control. They have succeeded in controlling Humanity by one thing alone, by keeping our individual and collective vibrational frequency low by keeping us in a continual state of fight or flight, trauma = a state of imbalance. This has been done, and allowed by the collective of humanity via many methods over a long period of time. Many examples could be written but given the readers awareness its not necessary to list them suffice to say as a collective we have been conditioned individually step by step to consent to, believe in various concepts that are not our own, are not even our histories, are not for our collective benefit… or even concepts that don’t make any rational sense… but by adopting them at any level, subconsciously even, we give consent.

One of the main ways the Illuminati keep us in a dis-empowered state of imbalance is to assign to each of us what’s been called “shadow beings”.

Shadow “beings” are limited Artificial Intelligence (AI) entities that are attached to our auras, aka spheres of influence via our traumatized shadow aspects as “implant” points in order to gain influence over each of us negatively. In essence they are an AI construct/program designed to control people and keep them maintained in a lower vibration tucked inside the matrix.

They are created and maintained by very human illuminati coven members. The illuminati covens were directed to write and utilize these AI shadow “beings” programs by a type of being called the “Parents”. These Parents manage what each of the Illuminati “bloodline” family covens are tasked to do to keep Humanity under their control. All of us have an assigned a AI shadow “being” to each of us.

The Parents, who manage the Illuminati covens are themselves the very worst in us, they are shadows exemplified… they have uncontrolled emotions to the extreme which is the very foodstuff they want to harvest from us. In a sense they are this way as they are the batteries to hold the emotional imbalance they trigger in us.

How the AI shadow “beings” function:

How the Shadow “beings” are programmed to dis-empower us is to counter everything we do positive in our lives. The shadow “beings” mirror, attempts to reverse all actions we do to raise our vibration. They were designed by Human programmers to compound, make worse any negative thoughts a person may have, or implant the thought directly. The key part to realize is that the thoughts they implant, emphasize are ones they know we ourselves would have, or have had. They know they need to base it on our own shadow aspects, fears, otherwise we would not accept it as our own!

Thus by each of us becoming aware in ourselves of the darker aspects in us that needs balancing we can nullify the “power” the AI shadow “beings” have over us. This is the antidote to the false power the illuminati have over us on an individual level.

Something else very important that has been noted many times by persons who have interacted with AI shadow beings is that the harder an individual tries to have outside of Earth, ET or otherwise contacts, like speaking with past over loved ones or calling on angels/guardians for protection often actually opens oneself up for greater levels of attacks by these AI constructs.

Due to the AI shadow beings program being capable of appearing exactly as we expect our guides, angels etc. we can be fooled into giving very deep consent and thus energy to them. A thrice check (“Are you of the Light?” X3) can sometimes work to let someone know that the presence is not good, but an AI really does not have to follow that rule as its not a soul containing “being” bound by the universal rules!

Bottom line its advisable to only call upon one’s own higher self. Your higher self will ensure any that enter your aura are bonafide for your highest benefit!

And even when we do achieve emotional balance the AI shadow “beings” will be directed by the covens to work with others AI shadow “beings” of people around us who are not in balance to create situations to hurt us! We cannot do anything about others going “Jekyl and Hyde” on us but just by being aware that this could be the case makes it easier to not take it personally and perhaps remove yourself from that person’s presence until the day they ask or say “What’s going on with me, I’m not myself, I’m sorry…”

A lot of articles and concepts put forth in the freedom movement, ET contacts, intel sources, YouTube, forums etc. have been telling us “help will come” for us, it is — but it is not what we want, it is however what we need… in the form of situations that teach us to stand strong and tall and to accept nothing less than freedom from our controllers. If we balance our inner realms then they have nothing to work with, no foothold to stand on. For each of us that get free we shine as a light of such clarity and brightness, an example for others to do the same.

How to find balance and immunity from AI shadow beings:

To find balance in oneself several practices can be done daily to return oneself to an unmovable centre point of power that the illuminati and their various technological programs are unable to affect you anymore.

A daily centring, grounding and shielding practice, done morning and night and at times when one feels its needed is essential.

Spend a few minutes a day or more in contemplation of the wounded parts in yourself as by beholding that wounded, grieving part/memory you are allowing yourself to really feel the heart centred emotions of whatever it is you know is at the core of negative stories/traumas replaying in your mind. Acknowledge it wholeheartedly and lightly!

One of the simplest ways to antidote negative thoughts in the moment is for each one you have is to think two positive ones, and have a laugh… go do something you love to do!

A honest analysis of ones own “inner talk” is very important, self inquiry about why certain thoughts come up in oneself that do not serve yourself or others in a healthy way.

To balance darker aspects in oneself, its not to destroy, “bury” or run from a “scary” aspect of oneself, its to rectify it, understand ourselves fully. So that when we are being triggered to perceive one of our darker thought forms in a way that it feels way worse than it is in actuality we know that we are being worked on by these shadow “beings” Then one can choose to take actions to emotionally and psychically defend ourselves by shielding.

There would be no light without dark — it’s the centre point of power between the polar aspects in all of us that will defeat the collective hold they have on Humanity — then we won’t fall for any illusions!

One of life’s greatest teachers is whatever we deny vehemently of ourselves, interestingly, this is always a good indicator of an area of life to sit in meditation and contemplate on until the absurdity of its being an “enemy” is released and be friended.

So forgive the uncomfortable parts of us, as by being gentle and forgiving to parts of us we have not accepted is to welcome back to us more of our own souls energy, and this makes us feel and BE more of the strong souls we all actually are! This is why the shadow “beings” want to keep us afraid to face our “demons” afraid to face the “Boogeyman”.

Doing this will bring integration and restore your inner balance… once one area in oneself is healed more will come but it will get easier and easier to do — either forgiving or releasing long stored traumas will allow yourself to recalibrate… and the added layers of the thoughts/feelings that are not ours will be easier to repel, dispel with greater ease.

While doing your shield practice you may notice an area or feeling of discord within your sphere of influence, or may even see a dark shadowy shape, visualize a decreasing white circle spiral, spiralling continuously from beneath your feet to go up around your whole body — see it go all the way to the top of your head. Set the intention while visualizing this inner spiral shield that any being approaching it, or near it will be destroyed by fire or any other weapon of preference.

Just one month spent doing cheering, grounding and shielding daily and as per needed will gain you so much more confidence and raw strength to endure, even thrive to see this to its inevitable end and transformation to what we all so desire!

This is a gift and a curse depending on how each relates to the information presented in this article. One can either continue to deny the IN the dark aspects of oneself or they can choose to integrate them, feel and heal them and become whole and sovereign. (Bring Light into the dark and dark into the Light!)

Each of our higher selves, our god selves want us to integrate — find balance, that is why we are here, to learn this in the world made by “hands of flesh” — where each and every small to great action results in very real consequences or gifts. It’s our choice to make our actions congruent to what we truly desire. If we want freedom from our controllers, freedom from the assaults on our psyches, bodies and souls integration is the way.

At the basis, cornerstone of this all the controllers is a “dog eat dog” mentality that the Illuminati want us to exhibit, a competitiveness they have ingrained in us that reflects their own material ownership goals. To continue to eat us energetically they need us to be just a little like them, unbalanced, confused and unhappy. We are not dogs! The lower levels of the illuminati we are to take back our freedom from are, however. The “abused dogs” of the controllers above them! This can all end when we have the information we need to know to be able to sense when the shadow beings are prodding us… then and only then will they have no power here.

The waveform Gaia asked for and began to have sent Her way as of 2002 is also loosening the controllers ability to weave the spells, sorcery that bind these shadow beings to each of us, as well as other “screens of deception” other AI tech, that runs the matrix. Many are beginning to glimpse the AI shadow beings that are around them, mostly when one is about to sleep or waking up or in a traumatic event- that is your chance to hit them with all you got energy wise! We can speed it up by becoming more balanced and by revoking consents. The complex, wordy, revocations available out on the internet are not necessary and may actually be encoded transcripts to other controllers for all we know.

*(Beware of any channeled, or any other spiritual new age guru really — most are actually working for the Illuminati and are actually using or are AI programs themselves!)

Just your own words that you resonate with are the most powerful, but make sure it includes some strongly worded statement about your own aura, your sphere of influence being completely free of any and all entities that are not your higher self or AI constructs, and this should always be done from within a grounded shield as well.

What we are is very unique, dynamic and has never existed until now. Within all of Humanity is the capacity to be creator beings! Our pure strength of feeling, compassion and potential for creativity speaks to our real magic abilities. Each of us is so much stronger than any AI shadow being- its the ultimate illusion the Illuminati have tricked us into be-lie-ve otherwise. If each of us free ourselves of the AI shadow beings on each of us that will allow us to stand strong and unwavering to any further psy-ops they pull on us personally. The collective of Humanity will have the perfect example to reflect, instead of the shadow beings mirrors of illusion~

The power of one is incredible, if each of us heals our own shadow aspects others will notice as an integrated Human shines! It WILL finally begin to spread like wildfire! For too long has this been deemed too hard to do~ it is not, that’s the how and why the AI shadow beings do what they do! To convince us it’s too hard!

Once the one begins a daily practice to bit by bit feel and heal our in the dark parts it does get easier! And the illuminati will have no power to influence over any of us anymore! Let’s show them who we really are!

Centering, Grounding, Shielding, and Revocation of Consents

 

Centering

The purpose of this practice is bring our selves to the present moment, to align all our “bodies”, body, mind and spiritual/heartspace. It takes only a minute or two, depending on your breathing rate of comfort. Say the words aloud or not but it’s best to hear yourself say them to reinforce them!

1st 3 breaths: Begin by taking three slow breaths,

On the Inhale, of the next 3 breathes, imagine you are breathing in Positive Lifeforce energy.

Hold IN your inhaled breath comfortably, just enough to note where tension is within your body. Exhale, Relaxing and Releasing all muscular tension that you noticed…

2nd set of 3 breaths: For 3 more breaths Inhale in life-force energy again but on each exhalation  let go of the the stressful thoughts that occur to your mind… pand let go of any further unnecessary muscle tension.

1. Let go of all thoughts and images about your actions/events from the past.

2. Clear your mind and your body of all concerns about what “should have” or “shouldn’t have” happened in the past.

3. Let go of old burdens. Let go of trying to fix your “problems”

4. Completely drop any thoughts of trying to fix other people.

5. Let each exhalation become a cue to just let go of the past.

6. Say silently to yourself as you exhale: 

“I release my mind and body from the past.”

3rd set of 3 breaths: Let go of all images and thoughts about what you think may happen in the future — all the “what ifs.” With each exhalation, clear your muscles, your heart, and your mind of trying to control the so-called future.

Say to yourself as you exhale:

I release my mind and body FULLY from the future worries or concerns.”

Then in 4th set of 3 breaths, 

say to yourself as you exhale:

“I’m choosing to be in this present moment FULLY, Effortlessly”

Let go of trying to control any other time or striving to be any particular way. If any body area is fighting this, send Loving thoughts, energies to this area, tell the body part:

“It is okay to be relaxed and in the moment, it is SAFE to be in the now”

In the next few minutes relax and enjoy your centeredness! Feel your high Heart and embrace the Love that is naturally flowing out and around you, now that you are truly centered in the moment.

Then say to yourself as you exhale:

I am centered within my larger, wiser, stronger Self.”

Final step to centering is very important as it brings all the centering you have done to the conscious mind, as all this counting of breaths has allowed a light trance to occur which is a natural state for this type of self work and ensures that you have anchored all your work fully through all layers of your bodies, physical, emotional and spiritual!

With your next three breaths count up from 1 to 3:

say

“One, I am becoming more alert and aware of my bodies alignment with each breath.”

say

“Two, I am becoming even more alert and are bringing even more awareness to all your bodies that are in perfect alignment.”

say

“Three, You are energized and fully centered and NOTHING from your past or future can move you from the present moment!”

~Take a few minutes to enjoy the present moment!~

Grounding

To Ground, be a comfortable position, standing or sitting: Imagine you have roots growing from the bottom of your feet and from your root chakra (which is your tailbone area).

Grow these roots right into the very depths of the Earth, Lock on, Anchor to the center of the Earth in just such a way as to embrace the Gaia’s Earths energies completely, comfortably, like engaging in a warm welcoming embrace.

With each breath in through your nose, to a count of three… fill your lungs comfortably, slowly~ as you do this visualize drawing down to you your own higher self energy, see this in any way that speaks to your heart!

You as the incarnate here on Earth are the conduit to carry your specific, amazing higher self energies… to share with others around you and the Earth as She shares with you! See your higher self energies flow down your spine and out the root you anchored to Her center… this is a two way conduit of Love and Healing that will feed you and the Great Mother!

When you exhale, through the nose, with mouth closed, do so with a count of six, this is to fully real-ease all “old air” internally held stress… release it all to the Earth, She can transmute it for you~ feel your connection both physically and spiritually to the Earth.

Your breathing should be normal and easy. If you feel stressed while doing the breathing exercise, don’t worry, just breathe at a comfortable pace for you~ it is the intent and visualizations of the directions of energy flow and release that does the “work”. Gaia wants us to be Balanced, it will help Her too, as She helps you ground via Her energies!

Now that you are Centered and Grounded, you may do your Shielding practice in complete assurance that your shield will be impenetrable!

Shielding:

Imagine a pure White or clear dome-like sphere all around you, be sure to make this a complete sphere underneath, around you, visualize this as a completely spherical impenetrable shield.

Once you have this imagined strongly in your minds eye anchor it, firmly knotting your shield to into your grounding root, assist this by seeing, imagining your shield substance grow to cover your whole grounding cord to the centre of the Earth, see it grow deep and strong!

This will ensure your shielding is powered by the Earth’s energies even when you are not paying attention to it!

Next set your shield intention: Say strongly and with much intent:

“This shield is impenetrable to all energies, beings, and AI entities that are not for my best and highest benefit, ONLY my own higher self is allowed within my sphere of influence”

While doing your shield practice you may notice an area or feeling of discord within your sphere of influence, or may even see a dark shadowy shape, if so visualize a decreasing white circle spiral, spiralling continuously from beneath your feet to go up around your whole body — see it go all the way to the top of your head.

Set the intention while visualizing this inner spiral shield that any being approaching it, or near it will be destroyed by fire or any other weapon of preference.

*(Do not worry about“how” to do this — just by your KNOWING this intention to be true you are real practicing protective magic, be confident and strong and what ever you say will be true!)

You may add anything to your shield that you see fit to — but the words set in bold are fairly important, you can experiment as it is important you feel right with your practices, and intuition phrasing but if its not working do try to say and visualize the words in bold to gain more effectiveness.

*Method that is very effective to repulse psychic attacks is to concentrate on the physical area, location of where you feel the attack (this can be from the tech. ELF, HAARP, or from a AI entity, or another human).

To defend yourself concentrate on the pain, sensation in such a way as to amass it into one dense ball, pluck it out of you with your mind’s eye, then say out loud:

“I return this attack back to its sender”

~and throw it back at them, it matters not if you know who is doing it, or if its Ai tech, it will come back to “them”

Revocation of Consents

Now while you are inside your shield state the following to ensure that all mal-intentioned beings, contracts, and agreements are nullified to reinforce your sovereignty. Say it like you mean it!

“I revoke any and all agreements, consents, oaths and or contracts that are not for my highest benefit, made by myself or forced upon me by other beings, either consciously or sub-consciously!

All such pacts are nullified and cease to be binding in any way to my mind body and soul in all timelines”

~Do these exercises whenever you feel frayed, attacked, nervy, knocked off balance by events in your life… then have a fun day or great sleep!~
