LISA RENEE: “Hara Line”

Hara Line: Main vertical spiritual current column (also called the sushuma). It runs up the center of the body. This is related to the formation of the 1st of the 1st Eight Cells of the Spirit Body in the Tailbone. It is where the Hara Currents come from. And before the Hara Currents we have the Core Currents that come from the Eye of God. [1]

  • White Spiral: Pingala Nadi, Solar Principle
Dark Spiral: Ida Nadi, Lunar Principle
Vertical Central Line: Sushumna Nadi, Neutral

Hara Center

The Hara Center is located at the navel, about two inches inwards from the skin. It is the gateway into the etheric envelope surrounding the planet. The Hara Center is the center of the etheric body where the Monad seats itself. It is about an inch in diameter and is the gateway into the ocean of life force or chi. Around the Hara Center and with it as the center there is an envelope of energy called the ‘tan tien’ or Dantien. This tan tien or dantien is a ball of etheric energy about the size of a soccer ball. It is filled from the Hara Line.

Rebuilding Pranic Tube in Hara Line

For those of us on the ascension pathway we are undergoing shifts in the architecture of our Violet Ray flame, crown chakra and our pranic tube. The prana tube runs the movement of our breath in the same direction with the central vertical channel of which our chakra cones attach at their center. Our chakras are very much designed like circular flower petals with seed crystals in its center. The crystal seed of our chakra flower is attached to the central vertical channel and the “prana”, the breath of life, runs in circular patterns throughout our vertical channel and our chakras when we are healthy and in energetic balance. When we focus on our breath through meditation we can redirect the life force in the prana tube to circulate in the central channel and vitalize these energy centers. One of the most effective ways to balance the breath through both the right and left channels of the brain center, sinus, and nasal passages is through “pranayama”alternate nostril breathing. [2]

Clear Blockages

Moving blockages from the lower energy centers and emphasis on clearing the astral body and its centers generally can bring significant relief. Focus your mind upon the natural movement of the kundalini, which starts in the back tailbone (male principle), moves up the spine, past the neck, stops at the top lip and changes polarity moving down the front of the body (female principle) from the top lip to the tailbone. This circular movement of energy is the “microcosmic orbit”, of which all life force moves in our central column or hara line. By focusing your mind gently in meditation on its natural circular movement , intend to move and clear blockages as you strengthen the inner pathway of the life force flow. [3]

Microcosmic Orbit

Practicing the Microcosmic Orbit Scanning procedure starts with breathing and focusing on the Tailbone, slowly running up the back of the spine and down the front channel, while looking for or sensing energetic weakness. When energetic weakness is found, intend to correct weakness and use mental focus to say, “Correct nadial control panel” or “correct nadial complex”. The Microcosmic orbit is the circular energetic flow moving up the spine which completes a moving circuit at the perineum. Because the spine and spinal nerves, CNS are the main control factor of every function in the body, this exercise is suggested to strengthen the energy moving in the center channel. Practice scanning for energetic weaknesses and focusing upon the main central channel, following the micro cosmic orbit path on the main energy channels, to complete and strengthen the internal energy circuit, place the tip of the tongue on the upper palate while continuing to focus on strengthening the circular movement in the main channel.

ALEXA PELLEGRINI: “The Power of Water for Healing and Spiritual Growth”

Art-39a-700x325 (2)

Our organs and our cells are comprised of water – in fact, up to 60% of our bodies is made from water alone! Yet as a society, we continue to forget the healing benefits of water and consistently choose soft drinks, coffee, flavored water and energy drinks as water substitutes. Water – and not Vitamin water or sparkling soda, but real, pure water is your best friend on your journey to repairing your mental and physical health and increasing your vitality.

Why Water is Vital to Your Overall Health

Imagine a dam in a river that’s been closed off. Suddenly, the river’s flow begins to weaken, and everything that’s a part of the river’s ecosystem begins to fall apart. Fish and small mammals can no longer absorb the nutrients they need from the water. Waste from the river has nowhere to go, so its population dies off. When the water disappears, so does the vitality of the environment. The human body operates similarly: without water to usher nutrients and proteins throughout the body, the body’s organs begin to shut down. Even the food we absorb can’t be properly digested without water to act as a lubricant. Without water, our body also has no way to expel toxins or pollutants, which increases our chances of acquiring serious ailments from constipation to cancer. The body’s ‘ecosystem’ perishes.

There’s one organ in your body that needs water the most: your brain! The brain is 75% water. Without proper water intake, the clarity of your thinking will decrease and you may be in a perpetual state of fatigue without knowing why. The best way to preserve your brain health and boost its performance is not just to use it, but to nurture it and care for it. Your brain never stops running, and it requires constant fuel. So, before you reach for that cup of coffee in the morning, start your daily routine off on the right foot by showing some love to your gray matter and having an 8 ounce glass of water.

Power of Water

Water Not Only Nourishes Us – it Also Heals the Soul

Water has always been emphasized for its nutritional value, but its other healing benefits shouldn’t be overlooked. Even observing the ocean or a flowing stream of water can soothe the troubled mind. Perhaps one of the reasons we feel so comfortable in the water and listening to the sounds of rushing water is because it mimics the fetal state. From conception, we develop while floating in the embryonic fluids of our mother’s womb. Floating on the surface of a warm bath or pool can draw us into a state of total comfort and relaxation as we subconsciously return to feeling completely nurtured and protected, just like we did before birth. When we surrender our need to be physically grounded and allow the water to hold us, we also lose our need for rigid self-control and total self-reliance. One of the best ways to mentally unwind and relieve stress is to go for a swim, then float on your back and do some simple deep breathing.

Power of WaterSalt water is also a wonderful natural alternative to traditional anti-inflammatory agents. Gargling with salt water helps strip away excess mucus and bacteria lingering at the back of the throat and in the tonsils to either prevent or treat a cold and a bad sore throat. Bathing in warm salt water or swimming in the sea can help dry up acne, scab over minor open wounds and encourage the drainage of harmful toxins from the lymph nodes.

Listening to water during meditation and visualizing water are two excellent ways to help reduce stress after a long, difficult day. The body, when held in a constant state of tension for long periods of time, has been proven to suffer – scientists have found a link between consistently high stress levels and an increased chance of getting heart disease, cancer, anxiety disorders and other serious conditions. The following exercise will help you take advantage of the healing power of water to reduce your stress levels and stay well.

Step 1: Begin by taking some deep breaths. Continue to breathe until you quiet your thoughts and feel relaxed.

Step 2: Start to envision any kind of water: an ocean, a stream, a brook, even the rain. Construct this visual in your mind, then try to picture what the water sounds like. Focus solely on the images and sounds running through your mind. How does the sight and sound of the water make you feel?

Step 3: Now, picture immersing yourself in the water. Whether it’s allowing the rain to glide over your skin, or diving head-first into a beautiful, warm pool, visualize your anxiety, fear, anger and stress melting away as soon as the water touches your body.

Step 4: Close the exercise with a few deep breaths, and exit the meditation feeling cleansed and revitalized.

BRENDA BENTLEY: “Breathe”

Breathe

In my last blog, I invited you to stay tuned so I could share my treasure chest of jewels with you. One of the gems I’d like to share with you today is breathing. I always like to walk my talk and did just that this weekend in Lake Tahoe. When I find myself a little out of sorts or at least, off center, I make time to connect with the great Mother Earth.

Treasure Chest

Our breath and the air we breathe is a powerful bridge that connects heaven and earth. It is this divine life giving source that raises our vibrational frequency placing us in the flow of our own well-being. When I need to reconnect, I find a sweet spot in mother nature where I take a few deep breaths and do just that – reconnect. As an alternative, when I cannot get out but need to center myself, I use guided imagery and visualize a quiet place. I close my eyes, relax and focus on my breathing… and reconnect.

On a recent visit to Lake Tahoe, I was gifted with majestic trees, birds singing, clean air, snowcapped mountains (in mid-June, that is) and rushing water. Leaning against the trees, listening to water rushing down the mountain into the lake, I breathed deeply and with every exhale released my cares, confusion and challenges to the Universe. I would like to share this gift (minus the snow), with you this guide imagery I envisioned. Enjoy. Breathe in and release your cares.

Guided Imagery

“BREATHE… in through your nose and out through your mouth. And as you do, picture yourself in one of your favorite spots in nature. Perhaps it’s the beach with the gentle breeze touching your skin, or a path in the woods filled with the fresh scents, deep roots, and clean air. Or maybe you’re high up in the mountains with the swift sound of water rushing by. Inhale deeply and feel it flow throughout your body.

Notice your breath as if it were an old friend and notice how you choose to breathe. Is it shallow, like the passing breeze amongst the trees offering you breathing room only? Or, is it deep, full body awareness- filling your lungs, diaphragm and belly with the life giving force that it is? Like the surging energy of the waterfall, feel the abundance and breathe deeply – moving that energy all the way into your totally relaxed body. You begin to notice a more expanded awareness as you shift your consciousness to higher levels and you begin to connect your body, mind and spirit with that of the Universe. You become ONE with all that is.When you become one with your breath, pay attention to how your body just lets go. Peace. Serenity. Now, let that feeling of peace and relaxation wash over you, as you become more centered, focused, and divinely attuned and in touch with Mother Earth. Relax. Imagine a beautiful, healing, golden yellow light resting over the top of your head. It is a warm, gentle golden light that bathes you with its divine healing energy slowly moving into your body, relaxing you more and more.

Divine Golden Light Energy

With each breath you breathe, allow this golden healing energy to flow to you and through you. And as you do, you begin to release any old outmoded thoughts, feelings, beliefs or patterns that no longer serve you. Instead, BREATHE. Invite new feelings of compassion, self-love, self-worth and self-acceptance to flow to you and through you – right down into the cellular core level of your being.

This is your time to re-connect, re-charge, re-center, and re-discover your true divine self. When faced with challenges, fears, or restrictions, remember – slow down, pause and breathe deeply.

Art-90

It is the divine gift of breath that allows you to create your heart’s desire. What is it you desire? Like the air you breathe and the wind on your skin, your mind becomes open and receptive to the concept of change. This is good for the time has come. Feel the winds of change blowing and the rushing waters flowing through your body, your mind and your spirit. Your breath is working for you right now. And, it feels good to tap into these higher sources of wisdom.

Whenever you’re ready, slowly bring your awareness and your breath back to this present moment, now. Feeling centered and back in charge, remember you carry this gem with you and can retrieve it when needed.”

This week, I invite you to Stop, Breathe, Reflect, and Choose. Have fun as you invite breath in to inspire you in new ways. Who knows, what you’ll discover as your heart’s desire. In my next blog, I’ll share more gems from my treasure chest so stay tuned.

In the meantime, feel free to share this post with others and let me know one of your special gems you’d like to share.

Blessings filled with love and light,

Brenda

JAMYE PRICE: “Knowing Well”

Life Nourishes You by Jamye Price

Blessed Being, how do you find your truth?  At times, it is cloaked in emotions and thoughts that focus you on inner pain.  At times, it is a truth that is vague or undefined to you.  At times, it has the momentum of an “ah ha,” the recognition of the breath of your heart pulsing you forward in Love.

This exciting time is somewhat of a stillpoint.  When you breathe, this moment is like the resting point, the recognition of sustainment.  It is Life continuing, the support that has come from a blending of external and internal.  It is the courage of the Self to breathe Life in deeply and Life feeding you with the invisible strength of itself.  The One, the All.

The separation of Life mixes into connection within you with every breath.

This in-breath represents your choice to take Life in, to receive its nourishing flow so that you can continue expanding into more of yourself and more of Life.  It is natural to you, easy, and invisible.  This is the stillpoint of this time—the recognition of the invisible support and Flow that is available to you.  As you Know Well that Life is supporting you, you are interacting from a place of empowerment.  The unknown, the invisible becomes manageable.  These interactions change the human species. It begins within you.

Knowing Well is a state of being that causes a flow of information that supports your creativity.  As the farmer Knows Well the cycles and needs of the seed, it nurtures that seed, and the fruit nourishes back.  There is not a guarantee; there is a knowing, an understanding, that supports confident and loving interactions.  This farmer is interacting with potential, and choosing actions that emanate from a deep trust of the self and trust of Life.

Knowing Well is an open and connected state of trusting the Self and Trusting Life, even if the path isn’t visible in the moment.  At the perfect moment there will come a breath that pulses you forward in Love.  Ease into Life more.  Relax into action more.

Knowing Well that each breath is Life in-forming within you.

As we sit to Blast Knowing Well, we are pausing to hear the quiet voice of the heart and igniting it into the flame of passion.  We are trusting the self more, because we are nourished by Life at each turn and supported through change at each choice.  We are remembering the True Self and letting that shine into this world easily, holding our power of Love boldly and letting the easy flow of internal and external meet.  We are free within, strong within, and Love within; calling forth the best of Life into form. Blast on!
