The spiritual warfare in play at this time is designed to divide and conquer humanity, to stop us from progressing in our planetary ascension and divine mission, plain and simple. Everything in your body organic and inorganic, belongs to you. Don’t forget that, not for one second. The law can be commanded, that your body is fully controlled by your organic higher spiritual consciousness, your personal Christ, if and when you commit to expressing unconditional love as your highest power. I want to impart the hope and optimism of understanding the spiritual power that is available to us now is so immense. As human beings awakening to what’s happening on this planet, the ability to connect to these spiritual aspects is so much more viable. There are massive streams of higher consciousness coding and plasmic light entering our system during this time from the architecture put into place from the Krystal Star Guardian forces from the 360 God Worlds. The higher frequencies and spiritual ascension coding is so much more present, so much more possible, if a human being can stay out of this fear mongering propaganda, that is an aggravated assault against all of us. We need to do everything we can to strengthen our personal immune system with common sense, critical thinking and holistic research, and to stay away from anything that is genetically modified. That includes vaccinations. Anything created in a lab is being weaponized against the human race right now. The message being broadcast out to all of us is all about survival consciousness. We must refuse this victim victimizer survival program that they are attempting to saturate us with day in and day out, and refuse to allow ourselves to sink into despair by feeling the fear code within it. Come back into the observer, come back into center with knowing you are the eternal self. Know you are eternal, you are God Sovereign Free, and that is assured now. There’s no turning back, this ascension process is going to happen, although it may not be what you imagined or expected. The ascension is going to happen for everyone at some point in the future timelines. But the issue is now, we’ve got to walk through this pile of deep shadowy rubbish, this mind control debris and this prison planet game and spiritual warfare that is being played out. This is the rougher part that we’re seeing play out in the world.”

Dear ES Family,

It is clear to all of us in the spiritual community that these are unprecedented times in which we entered a new era in 2020. Everything we have known is progressing into something else, an entirely new game on a new playing field, the reality is being reset in the fields as we speak. A new era in which we can observe the metaphysical layers of spiritual warfare begin to manifest itself into the physical world, and that seeing, feeling and knowing that this warfare is happening in real time, is extremely disturbing and sometimes, emotionally painful and depressing. There is a saying, those that know cannot sleep, and it is a part of the energetic burden that this spiritual family shares as we watch the unraveling of the controller matrix together. Since last December, there was an event that occurred during the week of the Galactic node alignment, in which Guardian teams made note to communicate – “The Time is Now!” It can take some time to understand what the heck is happening when the worlds seem to part in the sky, and these cryptic messages from the fieldwork actually reveal themselves to be truer than true, as this was the pre-warning that we were going into spiritual battle for the end game. The end game is the timeline of the singularity into zero point which is the organic timeline of Disclosure as it is made to the earthly inhabitants. This is the God creator plan, and no matter what kind of opposition, resistance and entity tantrums rise to destroy the world for people to become consumed in the forces of chaos and violence, the infinite Creator has a benevolent plan for all, and there is no stopping it.

Yet, inside the maelstrom of the forces of tyranny and fear, the very fabric of this reality is unraveling at the seams in so we can look behind the veils. Like seeing behind the curtain hiding the Wizard of Oz, the process of witnessing and seeing the truth behind these events as it must make itself known – to each of us in its own way. This means many of us are here to witness these structures of anti-human control, to observe the actions of ancestral past and track the origins and causal events of how humanity arrived to this point of utter insanity and destruction. Despite social engineering, mind control and the rigged system of debt enslavement and consciousness slavery, how did we allow the anti-human blood sacrifice structure propped up by offering the children of earth to these pedophilic monsters actually happen? How did they hide this from us all? How did they get away with this for so long? We all have to make an accounting of how we arrived here to the process of awakening to the truth in what has happened to the human race, and what blinded us into submission to the most heinous lies ever told. Thus, waking up to see this for the first time can be emotionally devastating, and very difficult to grapple in that this has been happening on the earth for a very long time. Our reality has been a lie, a complete sham, devised as an anti-human torture chamber used as a playground for billionaire elites possessed by off planet entities. What can we learn from this revelation, and what will be our takeaway? We must awaken to co-create a new world that is loving and reverent to all life and humanity.

During these tumultuous times, there is a necessity to be the compassionate witness and hold space for the deconstruction of the corrupt system as we view the rotten core of its insides. It can be painful as heck to look at that rotten core. From the place of overwhelm things can appear to be without purpose. However, nothing truly positive, loving and humanitarian can be built upon the foundation of structures built upon rotten filth and depraved intentions. This is exactly why we need to see it and know we cannot feed into those infiltrated structures, but learn how to become a productive and awakened person that is spiritually strong and can help bring about the shift in awareness, by holding the space needed for others in the future. There will come a day when more humans will know what we know, who will rise to help guide these awakening groups? If you are a facilitator for groups at this time, how can you bring disclosure to your smaller groups to help them prepare for the time when the larger scale of disclosure comes? If we cannot face the corruption of the medical industry as the delivery system of eugenics and mind control, what happens when we are made aware of the heinous crimes of baby and child sacrifice? The heart of humanity needs trustworthy spiritual warriors who work for God and no one else.

Thus, I’d like to bring more clarity upon current events happening around us that are radically increasing the forces of chaos in the field and that for some people at this time, the Controllers strategy is to exert another level of internal and external pressures to stress us out into mass survival fears. This means that people more easily lose their center point, lose their inner balance, and then succumb to an array of ego coping mechanisms, and even control oriented tantrums. Maybe we feel sad or depressed on some days as empaths when we are feeling the despair and depression of the collective consciousness. Or it saddens us when looking at human misery and suffering and know that it does not have to be this way. Please notice and pay attention to control oriented tantrums, in your mind and others, when the ego gets unruly and starts to throw all of these curveballs into your mind. This is the content of the subconscious mind and pain body aspects that need to be witnessed, and ultimately will need to be addressed with some unconditional love, compassion and empathy along with the ethical practical qualities of the spirits of Christos.

The outer world is undergoing an aggressive psychological operation by those who are desperate to control the masses and maintain the 3D narrative to keep their power over the public. We are in unprecedented times, and from the position of expanding consciousness, becoming more self-aware and self-responsible, we believe it is important to be able to perceive what we are being exposed to in real time. This is so we are able to take better care of ourselves and our families as possible. This means we have to dive into some research with unpleasant and ugly truths, and notice the many brazen lies staring us in the face. We can no longer brush it under the rug, or pretend it’s not there, we have to become emotionally mature and spiritually mature enough to be willing to face evidence, facts, and at times be willing to process and feel pain, when we realize that we have been lied to by those who have been running the power structures in this world. Who do these people work for, who pays them?

As a result of the outer pressures, I have noticed that some newer members can reach saturation point with the ES materials, and they reach their tipping point. They cannot take any more input because the body, mind and emotional body has reached its limits of processing information in that moment. This is what I would like to direct your attention towards, the absolute necessity of being self-aware in so to listen to your body, to observe your reactions, so that you learn how to best take care of yourself. That you realize in the mass chaos we must learn how to hold peace and calm and knowing our inner calm is not dependent on outer circumstances. We all must learn to hold inner calm in the midst of the storm, our job is to take care of ourselves and this concept is key to maintaining your sanity, holding the balance point in your lives and not breaking under the stress and pressure.

Pay attention to your reactions, and realize your goal is to form patient well thought out responses, and to refrain from uncontrolled impulses, snap judgments, emotional reactions, to the level where you lose centering. When and if this happens, and you are reaching a tipping point, this means you must figure out what you personally need to take care of yourself, and this is different to each unique individual. Sometimes we need a break, we need distance, we need the space to process, and your job in taking good care of yourself is to do that at the moment you realize your body, your consciousness is talking to you, and telling you that it cannot take any more input right now, let me rest, let me integrate.

Sometimes people join the community and feel like they have to catch up and burn through the material quickly, running through meditations without a lot of reflection on deeper meanings and staying awake to the personal shifts occurring. Integration means we allow the space, we allow the time necessary to process and integrate, in such way we do not saturate ourselves with information that we are not yet equipped to handle. The information in ES has a frequency, and this has repercussions on our lives, we must prepare for this with intending to build a strong foundation, knowing we must clear our negative ego and pain body from auto pilot reactions, and with unconditional love, acceptance and compassion for ourselves, learning to observe, discern, accept and then get into neutral.

A strong spiritual foundation and core self is what is needed. When you are mentally and emotionally stronger you will have much less fear, this is a state of being when there is no fear controlling you. Instead the awareness is placed upon the inner reality first, the ability to hold neutral observer, and from this place of observer, your HSP and intuition will be much, much more accurate and stronger. When we are fearless in our connection with God-Source, our senses will not betray us. When we feel fear, we will see everything from the place of fear, and all of our perceptions will be clouded and misguided. Obviously instinctual fear can be the alarm we need to inform us we sense danger or bodily harm and need to get out of the way, but this is not the kind of fear I am talking about. It is the everyday anxiety or mental fixations which control the perception of most people on this planet. The goal is to shift out of fear and into observer mode and to work this muscle every day in order to get spiritually stronger. This alone will greatly increase your spiritual strength and clarity. It is well worth it to do the shadow clearing, the negative ego clearing work to get this beautiful spiritual reward of more inner clarity and coherent thinking. Remember fear weakens us in every way, thus to strengthen your inner spiritual power, we must clear fear and know the point of all power is in the neutral position. From the neutral space then you make your decisions whether to act or not to act, such as whether or not to be in civil disobedience to the tyranny of immoral actions or laws.

Coming back into this moment and understanding that as we hold the space in present moment and we understand the truth of who and what we truly are, as the eternal God self. We are the eternal diamond sun krystic people that have returned to witness this final conflict and to really take the accounting. Returning things back through cosmic justice into the natural laws through the compassionate witness and embodiment of the Avatar Christos. We’re enduring the most difficult stages of witnessing that spiritual warfare against the Christos consciousness as it is happening on planet Earth. While many of our brothers and sisters on this planet remain asleep to this larger agenda. That is a burden, but it is also a privilege. Knowing the value of that information and higher awareness, while being able to hold calm even in the presence of chaos, of others pain, of watching other people suffer. That is the most challenging part of these times.

I think that is important as well, is seeing the hype in motion, seeing the fear and classifications being used as a weapon, and seeing the brazen use of propaganda. The message being broadcast out to all of us is all about survival consciousness. This is the Achilles heel of where they get humans in the fear bondage loop, this is where they torment the human race by believing in the manufacturing of scarcity, and we must refuse it. We must refuse this victim victimizer survival program that they are attempting to saturate us with day in and day out, and refuse to allow ourselves to sink into despair by feeling the fear code within it. This is a survival consciousness and suicide code being spread into the world to spiritually oppress the masses and it’s important for us to do our best to stay out of that low vibration as much as possible. Come back into the observer, come back into center with knowing you are the eternal self. Know you are eternal, you are God Sovereign Free, and that is assured now. There’s no turning back, this ascension process is going to happen, although it may not be what you imagined or expected. The ascension is going to happen for everyone at some point in the future timelines. But the issue is now, we’ve got to walk through this pile of deep shadowy rubbish, this mind control debris and this prison planet game and spiritual warfare that is being played out. I just want to make the point, how profound shadow work actually is and how important it is for all of us to recognize inner violence and clear the shadow selves. This inner work never stops. It doesn’t stop for me either. We all have to monitor and assess our behaviors, our reactions and our thoughts, to see what we put out into the world and set into energetic motion. As long as we do that self-observation and honest assessment, this is a supreme protector of our consciousness and our light body. Our organic higher heart consciousness of the inner spirit, this cannot be assimilated into AI. That’s another very important thing to understand, the negative ego frequencies can be easily assimilated into AI. When we’re using the negative ego as a means to process the outer reality, it gets assimilated into the AI. Holding the now moment presence, holding self-awareness, being consecrated and dedicated to this higher ethical system of the Kryst-Krystallah of the cosmic sovereign Law of One. Those loving principles guiding our lives and our lifestyle, is a supreme protector of the sacred crystal heart. That doesn’t mean we give up critical thinking and assessing our surroundings, we still need common sense in navigating the weaponization of people or things that are used as dark portals around us. It’s not pleasant to witness, but it is necessary to be aware that this is an anti-christ agenda, because this is factual, and this is happening globally.

I want to help our group understand why the mind control transmission works so well. Why is the mind control so effective in so many of the people around us? To the point where we’re living in the theater of the absurd. We can barely believe the surreal nature of what’s happening in the world at large and how they’re getting away with this charade. But when you understand the negative ego and the unhealed shadow body in a group consciousness easily digresses into mob hysteria, and how that shadow body can be assimilated into AI, then it really starts to make sense. The unintegrated shadow parts in this unstable and chaotic terrain lends to ascension madness. Because really freeing ourselves from this mind control transmission, is the real shadow clearing work. Really coming into the sacred crystal heart of loving kindness and compassion, is where we can feel our organic being and know that organic being. Know that we can access that zero-point connection with God-Source if we can maintain our inner stillness. Be Still and know you are with God. We can maintain our spiritual power in the now presence, even through all of this chaos and madness. Just breathing and being. Going through it, walking purposefully forward. It is what it is. Just show up, stay calm, pay attention and do the best you can in the moment, it is enough.

Many times, this ability to be fully present and aware in the moment overcomes the resistance that they’re trying to send to stop or derail your progress. But I do believe that we must stay alert to these kinds of dark portal people and organizations. To not give traumatized, scattered, broken people that are in a lot of pain power over decision making in your life, we cannot give insane and broken people power or authority over our decisions. We cannot allow fear based people to derail our spiritual progress or let them take over the direction of our projects. This is where we have to access bravery and courage to step up to that level of self-responsibility and personal integrity of actions, and have that healthy boundary. Know where that boundary is for you when you interact with others that are still asleep and enforcing immoral or tyrannical actions. It is very important that we continue our spiritual work in the world with the emphasis on individuality, personal autonomy and self-sovereignty by seeking the nature of truth above all. That we continue on this path of truth seeking to the best of our ability, taking care of ourselves and whatever else to continue to gain our personal strength, because we have an ebb and flow in showing up for the Christos mission. Sometimes we must reset our direction and take time to sequester for self-care. CAITLIN JOHNSTONE: “How To Effectively Cope With Your COVID-19 Anxiety”

As 2020 gets crazier and crazier, emotional self-care is getting more and more important. A lot of people, especially the “plugged-in” types who like to pay close attention to what’s going on in the world, are getting into some looping stress patterns over the COVID-19 pandemic that are unnecessary, unhealthy, and unhelpful.

It’s an understandable web to get tangled in; there are all these alarming news stories and statistics pouring in every single day, many of which speak of dangers which may pose a direct threat to the lives and livelihoods of ourselves and our loved ones. Some people spend hours online combing through all the latest information they can find about this thing, and as they’re doing this a tremendous amount of stress builds up in the background of their experience, ultimately culminating in depression, panic attacks, angry outbursts, substance abuse or other unpleasantness.

You see strategies for coping with this increasingly common problem everywhere online, from common healthy stress management techniques like deep breathing and meditation, to escapist claims that the virus doesn’t pose any real danger, to many people simply unplugging from their news feeds altogether. What people aren’t talking about nearly enough, in my opinion, is the simple yet highly effective practice of consciously feeling your feelings.

You wouldn’t think “feel your feelings” is something that needs to be said; it sounds not just like common sense, but like something that happens automatically without your intention or permission. We’ve all experienced emotions we’d prefer not to experience if given the choice, so we assume emotion arises unbidden like a force of nature.

While that can certainly be true, a tremendous range of our emotional spectrum is often blotted out by a basic lack of emotional attentiveness. Our culture tends to encourage us to put all but our loudest emotions on the back burner and focus on other matters, and Covid-19 happens to feed into that dynamic especially well by giving us a bunch of sparkly news headlines and statistics to focus on while this low-level background anxiety slowly builds unnoticed.

Feelings need to be felt. Not acted out on other people, but felt. They’re like small children; if you just give them a cuddle, let them cry and listen to their grievances they feel better in a few minutes, but if you deprive them of attention they’ll start acting out to get it.

At some point between childhood and adulthood, most of us consciously created strategies to stop our feelings from coming up unbidden. At some point, crying in front of your peers became embarrassing and you learned how to stop it from happening. Most of us never thought to take down those defences after they were installed. Some of us have never even re-learned how to cry again. Letting your feelings flow again will take a conscious effort from most of us.

No matter how much mantra repetition, deep breathing or positive affirmations you do, unless you’ve felt those feelings all the way through you’re just wallpapering over the actual issue. A huge percentage of the anxiety that people are currently experiencing is just a big backlog of feelings that need to be felt.

For some of you, just reminding you of that will be enough. Put down the phone and quietly meditate on it until it bubbles up. Hold your feelings like they’re a little baby newborn. Let them happen until they’re all the way done.

Others might need to try out some different strategies. Here are some of mine.

First, I always check in with my body. Am I clenching anything? Hands, bum, tummy, forehead, jaw? What else is happening? Is there background nausea, or a lump in my throat, or is my heart thumping too hard? I investigate. Close your eyes now and try it with me. Scan around for a few minutes.

Try tapping around with the tips of your fingers on one hand of the areas that you identified are tight. You’ll find spots that are a little bit sore. They feel like a light bruise. Tap on those spots for a little longer until they release. Once you’ve done that, let your fingers tap round your body and find other tight spots. Do this for at least a few minutes.

As you’re doing this, the loud buzz of anxiety releases and the actual root feelings become more clear. Sometimes all you have to do is feel them. You will probably feel embarrassed to feel them. That’s just one of the layers of defence you put in all those years ago. If it feels stuck, use your theater improv skills to exaggerate and try some feelings on until you find the source feeling. Feel them all the way through. Sometimes they feel their way to the other side, oftentimes they end abruptly with a burp, the shakes, a yawn or some other release.

If that doesn’t work, I usually hop up and do a very easy qi gong sequence a dear friend of mine taught me years ago. I think any kind of repetitive energy movement would do though. Basically I do the same movement over and over again with my eyes closed. Once the energy is moving around the body I can sense areas of blockage. I just keep looking at them until I’ve fully seen all the parts of it and then it releases, usually by a big expression of feeling like a roar or something, that usually ends in dry retching.

I know I’m done when I’m at zero again. I don’t stop until I feel totally at peace. I think that’s important to note because some people really get off on having big feelings and having their big feelings all over everyone else. Sometimes people want other people to “own” their feelings. Rather than feeling them, they try to make other people feel them by proxy. They’re usually referred to as drama queens.

The point is to release the feelings so your natural peaceful zero point can shine through again. You are the sky, the feelings are weather. Identifying as the weather will mean you are invested in keeping the weather going. Identifying as the feeling will mean you will be invested in keeping the feeling going. Set the intention to let it speak to you, and then let it pass. That’s where health is.

A lot of people are saying that the fear of the coronavirus is more damaging than the virus itself. I think that’s true, but not in the way they mean it. They’re often trying to say that the coronavirus itself a nothingburger and the fear is being used to manipulate us. I think the virus is a real thing, and also our fear will be used by ourselves and others to manipulate us. We need to clear a path to inspiration by feeling through our feelings and getting back to zero as often as possible. This will help us in the big picture by seeing what’s happening and responding with grace, and in the micro by keeping our immune systems in full relaxed readiness and not tangled up, tripping over itself, fighting ghosts and in panic-mode.

Do the internal work and the external work will follow. This is how we save ourselves.

‘NAVIGATING TUMULTUOUS WATERS’ ~ Caitlin Johnstone: “2020 Is Going To Get Much Crazier — Prioritize Your Mental Health”

As I said back in November, things are going to get weirder and weirder throughout the foreseeable future. We’re coming to a point in history where the only reliable pattern is the disintegration of patterns, and 2020 has come storming out of its corner swinging for the fences working to establish this pattern with extreme aggression. We’re not going to hit a point of stability or normality this year, we’re going to see things get crazier and crazier and crazier. I don’t know what’s going to happen, but I know it’s going to be nuts.

In such an environment, it’s going to be absolutely essential to take exceptional care of your psychological health if you want to remain engaged with what’s going on in the world in a positive way.

And I do mean exceptional. Whatever you’re doing now, do more. Start cultivating new habits to keep yourself lucid and serene, and start now before things get super crazy. Work out your issues with your family and with yourself. Remember to move your body in ways that feel good to you. Carve out some time out each day for just being quiet with yourself. Notice the beauty around you. Give cuddles, get cuddles. Take a shower and sing your heart out. Feel your feet on the floor, nestle your bum into your chair and listen to yourself breath like it’s a song on the radio. Yawn. Belch. Stretch. Roar. Put on some loud music and rock out. Whatever you know works for you to get you out of your head and back in to your body, remember to do it, and remember to do it regularly. Make it habitual.

Be proactive with this rather than reactive; if you wait until you have to react to things going ass-side up later on it’s going to feel like you’re fighting to get your head above water. If you do it now you’ll have the mental space needed to navigate tumultuous waters.

This is what will be necessary if you want to engage with the increasingly frenetic narrative matrix in the future. The only alternative will be to disengage completely and throw your attention into escapism, or at least away from politics and news. And if you don’t make the cultivation of mental well-being your first and foremost priority you will be forced, in a very unpleasant way, to disengage anyhow.

And honestly this is something all activist types should be doing anyway. Believing you can help the world without doing serious inner work is like believing you can clean the house while covered in raw sewage. You can always spot the political activists who engage without doing any inner work by the chaotic, unskillful and frequently counterproductive form their actions take. They can’t see clearly enough to operate efficaciously, because their vision is clouded with unresolved suffering and conflict. Get in the shower and wash the yuck off yourself before trying to clean the house.

Above all, be gentle with yourself. We got a ways ahead of us, and we need you fresh and feeling good. You won’t be able to help wake the world up if you let the chaos and confusion drag you down. Know when to take a break from the information stream and all the babbling narratives trying to twist your perception of it. Use your tools to distance yourself from the narratives so that you can perceive them objectively. Ground yourself, find your center, then, when you’re ready, wade back in.

No matter how chaotic things get, your ability to navigate that chaos skillfully needs to be your first and foremost priority. Put your mental well-being first, and everything else will fall into place.

LISA RENEE (Time Shift Blog): “Digging Deep, Facing Discomfort”

Transcript:  Now, before we get started this evening, tonight our main discussion is dedicated to our community as a Sanity Saver.  I hope that you come back to this talk as a resource when you’re feeling triggered or overwhelmed by life circumstances.  I would like to say from my heart that this month what is happening in the planetary field has had very intense results on the mental and emotional body — the minds and emotions of many people.  One of the main messages in our community is to work on getting discipline over the thoughts that trigger the pain body, thoughts that are divisive and judgemental so that these intense times of transformation on the Earth would become much easier for you to process.  I know that many people now are struggling with many complicated and difficult issues in their life, and for this struggle I have so much compassion and unconditional love.  I do know how painful that this can be.

The topic of the most importance right now is how to get a handle on effectively dealing with and facing complicated issues and painful conflicts in your own life in the most effective and graceful way.  These timelines bring up a lot of pain body issues that are being projected onto other people and things around us when we don’t understand what’s happening.

We cannot run away from conflict.  We cannot run away from our discomfort and pain and think we can escape it.

The pattern of pain and discomfort you feel is existing inside of you.  Really sit with that and don’t let that scare you.  There is great power in realizing that.  Know that you have the power to change that, to remove and clear that particular pain so that you never have to feel it the same way again.

Now, what are you going to do about that?  Are you going to persist in these old patterns?  Do you need to project that pain and discomfort onto other people in order to feel better?  Did you know that you can feel the pain, but it does not have to impact how you feel about yourself?

You can maintain self-love, self-acceptance and self-esteem, even when undergoing painful shifts and major life challenges.  You never have to feel bad about yourself.  You never have to feel bad about others, even for 30 seconds.  You could choose to feel total compassion instead.  You could shift that in an instant if you wanted to, right now.  A new motto when feeling bad — feel compassion instead.  It is time to get that pain body under control and cleaned up.  It’s all up to you.  Now, this month we talk about historical timeline trigger events.

Many of these trigger events are triggering the pain body.  We have an increased opportunity to break through our amnesiac barriers and the memory wiping, to regain more personal knowledge that connects us with the truth of our own experience at individual, collective and even Galactic levels.  As we’re learning the truth is not always pretty, yet it still is the truth.  Our spiritual identity exists beyond these energy reversals and syphoning machinery that generates these false, artificial timelines, all this negative ego and pain body debris.  As a natural part of spiritual ascension we are intersecting with an opening where the true historical record and our authentic self can be much more easily recovered.

Our higher consciousness body may be surfacing memories internally that need to be felt, that need to be witnessed and aspects that need to be reintegrated.  The opportunity during this time is to become freed from the impacts of these lower matrices in the 3rd dimension, as well as the dimensional blending experiments of the negative aliens, and to exist above these artificial grids of this timeline network that broadcasts the main negative ego and pain body programs.  To support this process we may need to comprehend some of the impacts of the historical timeline trigger events that are showing up in the subconscious areas of our body to help us to recover our memories and return any parts of ourselves that we can recollect during this time.

This process may feel pleasant or unpleasant at times.  To become the most authentic person you have to face and deal with the truth as it is.  Not the reality you wish it was but the reality that shows up as it is right now, and the ability to see it truthfully will free you from the pain of it.  It frees you from creating any more of that same painful pattern from the past by bringing that into your future timeline.

So what does recovering our memories actually look like?  What is the process?

I think many of you already know this because you’re undergoing it right now.  Our body will start to remember memories.  Maybe those memories will be emotional impressions that could also be negative emotions in the pain body.  As this deeply buried content of memories and historical records surfaces that had been previously buried in our subconscious, this is happening in order to transmute negativity and to clear out the dark energy of the shadow, to clear out pain body blockages.  As a result right now many people are feeling a great trauma or anxiety, a discomfort that is sourcing from the memories trying to surface from the subconscious into the conscious mind awareness by breaking through the amnesiac barriers, which we also call the Wall of Separation inside the compartments of the mind.

In order to bring the memory into the surface witness of the conscious mind (now, remember the memory is going to be associated with a particular thought form or generally an emotion of some sort — generally in this context with the pain body it can be a negative or painful emotion that is associated with this memory) — for the memory to surface there’s got to be a link connecting the three layers between the subconscious, the instinctual layer and the conscious mind itself.  If these layers are disconnected, if they’re not communicating well with each other, the amnesiac barrier, the wall of separation, hides the painful content from the surface mind awareness but the person will still be experiencing negative feelings or feeling emotionally triggered by something buried in their subconscious that bothers them.  This time is like digging in the dirt.  We’ve got to find the places inside us that we have got hurt.

Some people do not want to dig deep in the dirt but it is the only way you will get effective and permanent healing of the pain body.  In order to not feel emotionally triggered by situations in our life, we have to get down past the amnesiac barriers and find out what hurt us and what makes us feel triggered emotionally.  Maybe when we feel insecure by all the unknowns that are showing up in our life, we can feel that there is so much change ahead and this change may be felt as scary.  It may trigger us to be overly defensive and even paranoid.  People that are emotionally volatile and have a tendency to project their issues or blame other people for their emotional volatility, have a problem with trauma and hurt feelings that are recorded in their subconscious mind and the subconscious activates that in the instinctual mind and the result of that is the pain body.  If we cannot control our pain body we will not feel safe with others.  It will be hard for us to have the quality also of being a safe person.

When our pain body is out of control actually no-one can feel safe because the pain takes over the person’s perception.

Our goal is to heal the pain body and stop emotional triggers, which will bring the experience of safety within ourselves so that we can learn how to be safe with others.  The only way we can heal is to feel, and see, and express, what kind of pain or trauma has happened to us, and be willing to have the courage to find it, to track it, to surface it and be willing to clear and resolve it, so it will stop triggering us by the way that we perceive things in our world.  Naturally, to heal trauma a person has to feel safe in their environment to do so.  And that is another reason we work so hard to create a safe and non-judgemental space in our community container.  When a person suffers a great emotional trauma impact, and this happens at any age but most commonly there is so much childhood trauma that their mind will generate an amnesiac barrier to push this memory beneath the surface awareness so that they forget that trauma in the conscious awareness.

The issue with this is that the trauma is suppressed and denied and thus the trauma or pain does not go away.  It just festers underneath the surface of the conscious mind.  When this trauma record is buried in the subconscious layer behind the amnesiac barrier it impulses the pain body.  When the impulse is very negative and painful for that person it plays out in negative, painful events in their life.  Now think of this at an energetic level.  Trauma and hurt is black and dead energy that feels painful.  This hurtful black energy is buried in the energetic layers of our aura or light body and it is recorded in the cells of our body.  What I’m trying to express to you at this important time is that in some people the amnesiac barrier between the subconscious and conscious layers is dissolving.  People are moving through these amnesiac barriers and this black energy, this hurt and pain, this recorded trauma energy is surfacing from their unconscious mind and body.

And if they’ve not developed the core self-love, self-acceptance and selfesteem it can generate a high pain body experience at this time.  Many people’s unconscious content is spilling out into their conscious mind awareness from the dissolving of this amnesiac barrier and it can create a lot of confusion if you do not know what this is or how to actually process it.  We can reach and unravel this black trauma energy through different pain release exercises but we also can clear it through the physical body through body work such as somatic experiencing.

If we do not clear out this black energy in our body that is buried in the subconscious layers it will constantly impact our quality of life.

It will negatively filter into the way we think and process reality.  It will emotionally trigger us or we will carry this baggage around as emotional trauma and keep playing these negative patterns out in our life and with other people.  To change the negative pattern we have to see the negative pattern and not deny it, by addressing the pain or trauma and getting it out of the body by clearing it from the mind and emotions.  Sometimes this can be as simple as changing your response to painful triggers.  By changing your response and not reacting you are helping yourself to change the negative pattern within you.

What does recorded trauma in the body look like?

Blocking out conscious awareness of pain, hurts or trauma does not mean that the person has no ill effects of that pain or trauma.  Using denial, defensive or dissociative skills does not mean that the pain, hurt or trauma did not happen.  Denial means that the person is simply refusing to acknowledge the fact that they were hurt, they were feeling pain or they were traumatized and they cannot look honestly at the circumstances.

Many people are taught to pretend that they’re not feeling hurt by something when they were actually hurt very badly.

Even if the memories of pain or trauma are hidden from the person’s conscious or surface awareness that blocked hurt, trauma, unresolved pain creates very noticeable and obvious symptoms that can be easily seen in their everyday lives.

We live in a time on the Earth where what was recorded in our subconscious is surfacing and now we have to face it and if you did not see it before, it can be shocking and painful.  You may have to see and witness other people in your life also undergoing the exact same process.  So, let’s break down the pain and trauma, how this affects you right now, how it affects people around you.  Pain, hurt and trauma are deep energetic wounds that if they are left unresolved and unhealed in a person within the layers of our bodies, they create a pathway for various energy blockages such as attachments that form many energetic tributaries that feed that same wound of internal pain or trauma.  In higher vision it can appear something like a black energy octopus in a person’s energy field, which is really their own pain.  That could be sensed and formed from a core trauma event with several lines of dark energy moving in the body to be triggered in various ways inside that person.  This triggers them obviously emotionally and mentally.  When those deep trauma wounds are in the person there are cords connected to them.

Many times they connect to these events where the trauma happened or certain mind control programs that are specific to 3rd dimensional negative ego belief systems.  What can happen is that the trauma or painful wound attracts even extradimensional entities that are vibrating at that particular level at where ever that pain or trauma wound is.  So, say there is traumatic psycho-spiritual event or someone was a victim of abuse at some point in their life the person underwent some kind of experience where they felt really hurt, abused or traumatized.  So if that painful energy is not cleared, moved and forgiven through the body, that person probably splintered off from that timeline and a cord or astral binding is now connecting to that timeline of the event where the pain happened.

Many times I’ve seen someone as a child that has gone through abuse or hurt and their emotional and spiritual development may be stunted and the ageing process actually stops.  The emotional development process actually stops at the time that the trauma occurred.  And even as their biological body ages their emotional or spiritual body just gets stunted or frozen in time.  That person who’s suffered the pain and trauma may actually have the emotional development or an 8 year old or 10 year old, in particular issues where they were triggered because they never healed their inner child from the pain that they suffered from that particular event or timeline.  So, it’s important to understand how these timelines work and when you call back these aspects of inner child or self, you’re calling back fragments of yourself that have been soul splintered through these particular timelines especially when there are deep wounds of pain that are left unresolved and unhealed that are still impacting you today.

These unhealed wounds create holes or tears or vulnerability in our energy field that can attract unwanted energies, and as well some negative energies.

Some times they can be beings that have the same unresolved issues that will start to attach to that person because its a familiar energy that’s vibrating with the same pain or trauma for them.  There are millions of reasons that negative energies or entities attach to people.  Sometimes they’re from agreements but most of these are imbalances that are created from unhealed pain and trauma wounds.  We manifest from the Law of Resonance so when our body is resonating at a particular vibration of pain or trauma wound, it may attract the energies that are resonating at the same frequency rate, and this also includes entities and when entities start getting involved and attaching to the human energy field to help emotional and mental triggering (because many times entities are involved in the triggering process) then that person will experience feelings of great density, or heaviness or oppression, things that take away the natural joy that we have when we are spiritually connected and we are infused with heart based feelings and able to connect with our soul.  There is a huge connection between these deep pain trauma wounds that remain unhealed and over time these wounds are exaggerated and magnified in their painful effects by 100 or 1000 through entities that attach to those triggers that person may now be carrying.  The more emotional charge we have around pain or trauma is really the number 1 issue that leads to spiritually abusive or destructive behaviours such as addiction problems.

So, if there are deep painful wounds not only emotionally but around the pain body this generally leads to some form of addiction in this world, and many people that have incredible cravings or issues with addiction would probably be relieved of the intensity of these cravings by actually just addressing the cords and evicting these particular entities from triggering them.  I’ve seen people deeply entrenched in problems of painful wounds or addiction and a huge percentage of their perceived pain isn’t even coming from them as an individual.  It’s actually being filtered in from the negative energies that they’re attracting and the negative entities that are manipulating the triggers because if you’re not fully in command of your being, if you’re not taking power over your body then something else will.

So, what are the most common buried pain body symptoms?

The most general trauma symptoms all around us today are (we can do a self assessment and we can also consider our loved ones or people around us that we may be observing having a really difficult time during the planetary Dark Night of the Soul).

— Unresolved hurts or trauma turn into issues that look like addictive behaviours.

When someone is excessively turning to some kind of substance on the external actually it doesn’t have to be a consciousness altering substance, it also could be shopping or an eating disorder or gambling as well as drugs, alcohol and sex, or even addicted to another person, because this become a way to push difficult emotions away or things that are upsetting so that we don’t deal with the content of the pain or the trauma within us.  Also it creates an inability to tolerate addressing conflicts with others having fears of conflicts, running from conflicts, avoiding conflict, and maintaining skewed perceptions of conflict.

— An inability to tolerate intense feelings or emotions, maybe preferring to avoid uncomfortable feelings and acting defensive over anything that emotionally challenges them.

— Sometimes an innate belief that they’re worthless, without value or importance.

Of course we know that a part of the negative alien agenda’s mind control for creating slaves on our planet, if we believe humans are worthless we’re much easier to control, if we feel worthless we are easier to control.

— Black and white thinking, all or nothing thinking, even if this approach ends up harming ourselves, this is called splitting and it’s a type of ego defence mechanism.  Black and white thinking is like saying you are either with me or not with me.  And as we know life and relationships are a lot more complicated than that.

— Inappropriate attachments to authority figures, mother or father figures or with disfunctional or unhealthy people.

— A codependence or over reliance for other people to do things for them.

— Intense anxiety and repeated panic attacks, intrusive thoughts, upsetting images or distressing nightmares.

—Repeatedly acting from a victim role in current day relationships

— Destruction actions that generate self harm self injury or even depression which is harm committed against the inner spirit.

If you are experiencing these symptoms ask yourself if you are truly ready to address your unresolved pain and trauma issues or if you find it more comfortable to continue living with these struggles.

Is it harder to face how the pain actually got there or is it harder to live a life full of anxiety, troubled relationships, extreme fears and physical pain?

Running from your pain and trauma history will not help you feel better. Face your pain or trauma by being honest with the trauma behaviours that you know emotionally trigger you.  Emotional triggers are enmeshed with some kind of pain, hurt or trauma and the events that are connected to that trauma.  Many times if you can get to the trauma event where you actually got hurt, you can clear it in that moment in the unconscious layers by actually seeing what was making you feel that way to begin with.  This trauma event may also need forgiveness and love, especially if it’s hard to let go of through acceptance of the situation.

We have to comprehend if we will not let go of the trauma story it will continue to haunt us.  It will continue to make us unhappy or miserable.  So, remember that when you come to process an emotional trigger, something that hurt you, a painful even that you also must be willing to let it go, and find acceptance so that you can move on with your life into creating healthier patterns.

You will also need to be very honest about yourself whether this unresolved pain and these triggers are partially being self generated through the negative thoughts and behaviours that you’re not letting go of.  Thus our ascending body may be processing some very complex energies and emotions now, as the amnesiac barrier dissolves, and we start to remember the emotions or sensations that we have experienced throughout our life, throughout historical timeline events that had negatively impacted us, as well as the collective consciousness, and even those from other parallels in time.  Because humanity has not been given the appropriate context for not only healing and processing trauma but also for what has happened in collective consciousness memories through Galactic history, many people do not have correct memory associations to what they’re feeling or when they’re experiencing the emotions or processing the sensations and this may bring an impact to the physical body’s usual functioning.

However when we start to reclaim our memories, when we start to remember what has happened to us, when we recognize the areas inside of us that feel wounded or they’re in pain this supports the reclamation of Soul fragments and the returning of consciousness memories that were being manipulated by the AI version of the 3D timelines because what has been in the amnesiac barrier is how we’ve been manipulated into mind control.

Now, most commonly this is going to happen as subconscious mind contents that were not noticed before, start to be seen by your conscious mind, or they come into surface awareness when it wasn’t there before.  Like images, feelings, sensations, bits of scenery.  I would suggest that if you have been feeling anxiety and off centre and easily spooked, if your pain body has been amplified lately to please not displace or transfer those feelings to the community at large but to have the courage to look within and find out what it is that’s really upsetting you.  Again, this is the time for exercising the neutrality training that you get here in ES so that you can allow these memories to surface.  When the subconscious feelings start to surface do not deny them or repress them further as this is only going to increase or prolong suffering.

  • Work your tools to feel safe again.
  • Find the inner observer.
  • Be committed to shift out the pain that you have inside your body that is triggering you.
  • It is the only way you will find emotional freedom is through the effort and commitment that you make to become free of this pain.

Empathy is the ability to recognize and feel other peoples emotions. Sympathy is feeling compassion for other people.

Often times to be an “empath” means that you are absorbing much of the pain and suffering in your environment, which can sacrifice your ability to function at a high level.

5 Ways To Stop Absorbing Negative Energy

If you have ever been in a room with a negative person, you know just how toxic their energy can be. Learning to stop absorbing negative energy from others is such a great spiritual skill to have. Here are five ways to stop absorbing negative energy:

1. Remember, you can’t please everyone.

If someone is bullying you, complaining about you, or dissing you, do not make it your mission to try to convince that person to like you. This will only suck you deeper into that energy field and will make you energetically dependent on their opinion of you.

Not everyone is going to like you. Everyone on earth is living here for a different purpose. By loving yourself first, you will create a forcefield around other peoples opinions that will protect you from being so drained by their opinions.

Also remember, you can’t change everyone. Don’t make it your mission to fix them in that moment either. Sometimes, the best thing you can do is not try to change them but to just not feed the energy that they are projecting at you.

2. Be careful who you invite into your life.

Your body, mind and direct environment is your temple. Who are you inviting in? Is it an open invitation? Do people even have to wipe their feet clean before walking around or is it ok if they drag mud onto your soul? In Brazil there is a slang word called folgado. The direct meaning is “loose” or “lazy” but it really means “freeloader”. There is not exact english equivalent though because it is a mentality even more than a lifestyle.

If you give a person a piece of bread one day, they will be asking for the loaf the next. If you let someone stay for a weekend, they will then try to stay the week (or two!). I once thought my wife was cold and mean spirited towards some of our neighbors. Once I realized she was merely respecting herself and her home, I valued her direction and adopted it as my own.

It is great to be generous but there is a fine line to work with so you are not being trampled on, thus disabling you from helping those who truly need it. Learn to say “no” and to be OK with that.

3. Stop paying attention.

A parasite needs a host to survive. When you pay attention to somebody else, you are giving them energy. Whatever you focus on grows and energy vampires will steal your thoughts — decreasing your energy levels. Some people will dump their energy onto you and then drive on to the next pit stop. A friendly ear can be a wonderful thing but there is, again, a line that does not need to be crossed.

Perhaps you’ve found yourself being the source for a person to relay their frustrations at work, a relationship or even successful accomplishments. All of these emotions can drain you in various ways and cause you to measure your own life in ways that are not productive.

Love yourself enough to tune them out, tell them to stop, or tell them you can’t handle it right now. It’s not mean of you to reject their toxic energy.

4. Breathe in nature.

Go into nature, meditate, relax and breathe. Purify the water within yourself, exercise and float easy. Like a butterfly, float gently but move fast. Breathing increases the bloodflow circulation around the body and will help prevent to absorb energy from those around you. Walk with confidence, keep your head up and don’t allow anyone to make you feel inferior. A caterpillar eats everything around it and becomes fat, immobile. It must first become light in order to fly.

5. Take 100% responsibility for your thoughts and emotions.

How you feel is 100% your own responsibility. The universe is sending people into your life to test us. The perception we have of ourselves is greater than the perception others have of us. You are not a victim, nobody has power over you. Consider how your thoughts or expectations may have manifested the situation that is bothering you. What if the answer lies within your level of patience, irritability, or compassion? Unless we take the time to look, we subconsciously affirm our own victimization to the world around us.

Once you hold yourself accountable and responsible for the way you choose to respond to something, you connect with yourself on a deeper level. When you are connected to yourself on a deeper level, you don’t get knocked off your center as easily.

Place yourself in situations that boost your own energies. Does this person make you feel good? Do you make that person feel good? You are worthy of a brilliant experience and it is time to realize that fact. Learning to protect yourself against other people’s energies starts with self-love. Remember that you are worth of happiness and peace, it’s OK to say no. and you are the author of your own energetic state.
