Everything is unfolding perfectly. Even if it feels if it is not.

When intentions and desires do not unfold as desired, there is a process going on deep within your subconscious.

This process is part of your Ascension. YOU accessing living as your Original Light.

Memories as energetic impulses arise through energetic exchanges as part of this process.

Willing away the external energetic charges, does not address the inner doubts and fears, that act as the TRIGGER through your cellular and blueprint memory, to be cleared.

Understanding, accepting, trusting that all of this is unfolding as it needs to be, even when uncomfortable is part of the surrender process to the Higher Self. That knows clearly what needs to be activated within you. To be seen, to be cleared. Adjusted or whatever word you would like to use here.

It is the same thing. Energy as memory triggered by fears that is waiting to be released, so that the DESIRED experience in its purest form may be accessed.

After all, that is what your desire is there for.

As the driving force that leads you to go through the memory releasing process.

Sometimes this may be painful. Hitting rock bottom, may be when you surrender. It’s not all as bad as imagined. Although the dark night of the Soul may feel like a very lonely process.

It really is not. Accepting that your Higher Self is directing all of this helps. It is not the you that struggles and feels pain that is directing it.

No intention can negate the underlying energy of fear within your subconscious. It will bring it up THOUGH!

So if you have all these desires for abundance or Twin Flame love ~ yet you have carried with you fears and doubts and thought patterns that reflect that. And you enter an intention spree….your twin flame may not immediately land at your for step. YOU may go through an intense uncomfortable releasing process. SO THAT YOU WILL be ready.

So the process never goes against you.

You may kick and scream, that never stops the process.

Cutting cords, doing energy work, will not work IF THE UNDERLYING process THAT IS THE REASON for the desire to cut cords, remove etc. WITHIN YOU has not yet been addressed, recognized, for the energetic charge of fear and doubt that it holds for you.

You cannot run away from the process.

There is no thought intention, that is separate from your frequency.  What you may not see or realize is that your subconscious is active and part of what may seem hidden. Yet reveals what is going on at the deeper levels within you.

Your frequency is your intention.

So you desire and intend a relationship (as an example) your frequency sends out the signal CLEARLY (because it is what you are) I desire a relationship but look I have all these things to be cleared some fears and I do not feel worthy inside (that is what are sending out as your vibration) and nothing happens. OR you get a repeat experience, that brings up more pain. Not because your Higher Self is not guiding things. But because WHAT IS ~ your FREQUENCY is letting you know what REALLY is going ON within YOU.

We accept, we love of ourselves.

WE DO as we enter fully the Highest levels of manifestation.

How did we get there? Through the process.

The pain is there for a reason. The shifts are there for a reason. Not getting what you want is there for a reason.

The REASON is your Highest evolution. Whatever the experience.

When You are ready~  not ONE moment will keep you from the experience you desire.

It is there when it is YOU.

Everything is here now because of YOU.

You are evolving and your outer world and the experience of it will transform when you are READY.

It is YOU.

You are inside the inner you and the world you feel is outside of yourself.

It is all there ~ like a playground of energetic impulses. Some feel great some not so great.

Entering your Heart and living through your Heart, is WHAT consciously allows you to consciously be aware of all of this.

Of what and why you are going through in all moments.

LOVE and TRUST. There is a bigger picture…that is inside you and will activate as MORE OF  the eternal Light YOU.  In the here and now. In perfect Divine Timing.

AHTAYAA LEIGH: “3 Ways We Can Heal the Waters of the Earth”

Water transmutes, transforms, transfers and transmits information.  Most people have heard of the work of the late Dr. Masaru Emoto, who popularized the knowledge that frequency physically alters the structure of molecules in water.  He showed us that water infused with love forms perfectly symmetrical water crystals, much like a snowflake.  On the other hand, water that has had hate projected into it takes on a non-symmetrical form, basically a messy blob.

When water is programmed with the love vibration it reflects the perfection of God that is pure divine love.  The water literally becomes purified.  The purer the emotion of love, the purer the water.  The planet herself is made of 70% water, and our human bodies, as part of the Earth, contain almost as much.  When we fully comprehend this we can appreciate the power that water has to heal the planet and all living beings who live upon her, as part of her.

There seems to be an increasing number of incidents being reported about the contamination of water in recent years.  From the poisoning of the water supply in Flint, to the constant stream of radiation that is pouring into the pacific ocean from Japan.  Our water is desperately crying out for our help.  It’s time for us to wake up, listen and take action.  Each and every one of us has the power to take an action that makes a difference, and it’s simple to do.

As mentioned earlier, water transforms, transfers and transmits information.  With the power of our consciousness we can infuse water with our intention.  Science has proved this.  By filling our waters with love and peace, we can quickly spread that energy until it floods the entire planet.  As conduits for divine healing power we each have the ability to heal the waters and it’s time every living soul knew this.

1)  Bless your food and drink

Gratitude is one of the highest forms of love.  When we give thanks for our food we channel the energy of gratitude into it, and then when we ingest the food that gratitude is taken into our bodies, blessing every cell.  This consistent practice helps to raise our vibration, and thus the vibration of all beings on planet Earth, with whom we are interconnected.

Here is an example of a non-secular prayer/blessing:

“Thank you great spirit, universe, God [whatever feels comfortable to you] for providing me with this food.  May it bless my body, every cell, sending the message that ‘I am sorry, please forgive me, thank you, I love you’.  I give thanks to all beings that have made this meal possible, and wish all beings to be happy, nourished and free.  Blessed be, and so it is.”

We can also bless our food with sound when preparing it by playing solfeggio harmonics or chanting over the food.  For example, when preparing food or drink chant ‘peace’ three times over it.  Three is the number that manifests in the material dimension (3rd dimension), and so it is said that repeating an intention three times manifests that intention into physical reality.  The number three connects the body, soul and spirit.

2)  Charge crystals and give them to natural bodies of water

We can charge crystals with our prayers for peace and love for all beings on Earth.  Ask the crystals to delete any non-loving energies they come into contact with, including radiation and pollution.  Clear quartz works especially well for this purpose.  When charged, toss the crystals into any (and every!) body of natural water, such as a river, lake or ocean.  Like water, crystals are also powerful conductors of energy and when prayer infused crystals touch the water those prayers will be multiplied and amplified rapidly.  The prayers in the water will evaporate, forming clouds.  These clouds will create rain and our prayers will fall to the Earth far and wide, touching souls and activating the water molecules in their bodies.  This is science!

3)  Open portals at lakes and rivers flowing to the ocean.

We can open portals of peace at bodies of water that will allow golden light to enter and infuse the water with peace, again spreading it worldwide.  We can simply ask Mother Earth to help us safely open a peace portal and affirm that only pure love and light may enter or exit the portal and that all healing effects must be for the highest good of all in the manifestation of peace on Earth.

If we use the power of our emotions, our own water, to transmit our loving energy into the waters of this planet we can raise the consciousness of the entire world.  Feel the love and transfer it into the water so that the water may transmute all that is not love into love.  The impact we can have on the healing of this planet by doing this is almost unfathomable.  Let’s bathe our Mother Earth in love and heal our beautiful home so that she may be ready for the new era of peace.

Fluctuations in our frequencies create dimensional slippage.  We can feel floaty and peaceful, secure in our understanding that we are connected to a multi verse of love vibrations.  We can also feel intensely 3d, we can understand the incredulity of those not awakened to quantum spirituality.

This spectrum of frequencies is determined by our inner vibration, the cosmic waves around us, and our sensitivity to other people’s energy fields.  Triggers to release karma through activations of our chakra system.  Higher dimensional experiences like premonitions, synchronicity, number sequences and magical interactions with nature occur as we raise our vibrations.

Riding these waves of awakening can be disconcerting, making us feel unstable or overly sensitive to our environment.  Managing fluctuations in our own system, interacting with friends, family, colleagues and other people, we have many challenges to face to keep ourselves aligned and balanced.

Ultimately the process aims to raise our vibrations high enough that we can stabilise in the fifth, or higher, dimension.  We can step into the magic of manifestation.

We shed layers of karma, lightening our energetic load, creating lighter mind body soul systems for integrating higher frequencies. This release of karma can push many people to a point where ‘checking out’, whether consciously or subconsciously, seems the only answer.

Watching people close to us wake up too quickly or refuse to wake up can be frustrating and upsetting.  We can feel anxious they will ‘miss the boat’, get stuck on third dimension Gaia.  Practising non attachment, accepting we are all on our own path, helps to stabilise our own needs and wants, we grow spiritually as sovereign beings.

We can neither make nor persuade anyone to meditate and find their frequency.  We cannot make someone who has woken up too quickly to ground themselves back into Gaia.  We cannot make anyone to reconnect, realign and recalibrate their chakra system if they are not ready.  It’s a wholly personal experience.

We can practise self care.  We can treat our bodies respectfully.  We can open our minds and we can connect to our soul.  By aligning our chakras we begin to integrate manifestation as quantum recalibration.  There are three simple ways we can regain energetic equilibrium.

1.  Using daily focused intentions can have a powerful impact on stabilising our day to day experiences.

2.  Opening communication with our guides and higher self through meditation and direct dialogue.

3.  Learning to take care of our chakra system through exercise, meditation and yoga strengthening the foundations of our trinity being.

We have been shown or given tools to help us manage this raising of our frequencies, it’s up to us to find and use them.

Dimensional slippage can be scary or exciting, frightening or fun.  Our perspective, our contextual perception of reality determines how we respond and the experiences we have.  We choose to come from a place of fear or love.  It really is that simple.  Fear or love.  Choose love and love will choose you.  Manifest wisely friends.  Much love and light beautiful people.

You’ve felt it.  You’re in a group of people, and somebody walks in with a black cloud hanging over their head.  Their energy repels you, and you may find your own mood affected by it.  So how can you NOT be one of those people?  We all have bad days, but with a few simple tricks, you can avoid letting that black cloud grow and hover over you.

1.  Do not dwell on the negatives.

Stuff happens.  It’s how you respond that matters.  If you choose to be victimized by what happens, your negative energy will gain momentum.  Instead:

 —Stop thinking about it if there’s nothing you can do to improve it  (if a thought comes up about that situation, do not allow it to continue — force yourself to think about something else).

 —Do not talk about it anymore than you absolutely have to.  Don’t give it energy!

 —Find the blessings and lessons in the situation.  This may take some time, but if you stay busy looking for them, you won’t dwell on how something negatively impacted you.

2.  Do not speak of your problems, diseases, illnesses or worries.

The more energy you give what is wrong, the more it persists.  Yes, we all need to vent once in a while but if you vent, or even when you’re just thinking about what’s wrong, here are some rules:

 —Don’t think or say: “I’m so sick, I feel like I’ve been run over by a truck!  I don’t know how I’m going to get through the week!”  Do think or say: “I caught some bug but I’m taking good care of myself and I’m feeling better every day!”

 —Don’t think or say: “This job is terrible! My boss is a jerk and nobody appreciates me!”  Do think or say: “I’m looking for a better job and meantime I’m trying to learn as much as I can so I benefit. In fact, my boss is the perfect example of how not to treat employees!”

3.  Love and accept yourself.  As you are.  NOW.

It’s easy to beat yourself up about what’s wrong, but how much energy do you give to your positive qualities?  Do that more.  For every negative comment you make about yourself, give yourself FIVE compliments.

4.  Let go of the past.

You can’t undo anything.  It’s done.  Forgive others, forgive yourself… learn from your mistakes, learn from others’ mistakes, remember that NO unkind or thoughtless action ever comes from love but from a place of deep inner pain  (you can be compassionate to that pain without condoning the acting out of the pain) and release the energetic burden you carry: grudges, resentments, pain, hurt, disappointments, sadness, anger, guilt… let it all go.

5.  Don’t give away your power or your happiness.

Remember that when you criticize, judge or blame others, you are choosing to focus on what they’re doing wrong or what’s wrong with them — and you give these people the power to control your mood and state of mind.  Ask yourself why somebody’s behavior irritates you so much that you allow yourself to get upset about it.  Why let others’ behavior affect your mood?  Why give them the power to control your happiness?  Instead of criticizing, judging or blaming, find something you can compliment them on.

6.  Do not say yes when you mean no.

Honor your needs, priorities, time and energy!  You’ll resent it.  Save your precious time and energy for things that are meaningful to you, or in instances where others ask you to do something, make sure that it brings you satisfaction and joy.  Otherwise, politely decline.

7.  Laugh!  Smile! 

Surround yourself with upbeat people who make you laugh.

8.  Be grateful.

Appreciate the many blessings, but also appreciate the struggles and frustrations.  How have you become enriched because of them?

9.  Don’t worry.

Use your imagination to visualize what can go right, instead of what can go wrong.  Train yourself to visualize the best-case scenario.  Be solution-oriented, not problem-oriented.  Think only about the ideal situation, not the current problematic situation.

10.  Run it off.

Exercise physically removes you from your problems, and it also removes you mentally.  If you’re worried about something, you need to give your brain a chance to process things.  Exercise will flood your system with feel-good endorphins, release stress and in the middle of a long bike ride, walk or swim… or in the middle of the climbing wall, you may suddenly have an epiphany.  Or, at least for a while, you will be fully present and not worried about the future.

11.  Be present.

Speaking of being present, be interested in what you’re doing, no matter how “boring” or “mundane” it may be — quotes intended, because any activity can be made as interesting as you are willing to make it.  This will keep you in the moment and will keep your mind off your troubles and worries.

You have the power to control your mood.  Use these positive-energy-boosting exercises every single day.  Before long, you will be the high-vibrating ray of sunshine that brightens everyone’s mood!  We all have the ability to look to our mind for ways to not only dissolve that sadness, but to cultivate such a positive state of mind that we won’t fall easily back into melancholia.

There are many ways in which we can cultivate positive energy five ways to transform your mindset from darkness into light, sadness into happiness.  May they also help lift up your soul.

12.  Appreciation

When you appreciate someone, you’re tuned into their positive qualities and express your empathy and gratitude for them.  It’s a simple way to refresh yourself and establish heartfelt connections with ourselves and others.

With so much beauty all around us, it is easy to show our appreciation to others, and nature, on a daily basis.  Try appreciating the simple things you might take for granted, for example, a deep relaxing breath of crisp outdoor air or the pleasurable radiant warmth of the sun at noon.  Or the thing we should be the most grateful for  (but the one we often forget) — that we’re alive and so fortunate to experience each and every day.

As you do this, try to focus completely on the good this experience offers you and acknowledge that you — and only you have created it — no matter how it came to you.  Regardless of your condition or circumstances, there will always be something that you can find to appreciate.

13.  Forgiveness

Forgiveness is the moment-to-moment experience of peace and understanding that occurs when the suffering of someone who feels injured has their suffering reduced as they transform the grievance that initiated that suffering.  By embracing the feeling of forgiveness as something that can help us, we accept it as an aspect of acceptance, love, peace, and truth instead of experiencing hatred, negativity, and falsehood — all of which are faces of resentment.  By being forgiving, we acknowledge that people make mistakes and release the emotional burden that holding a grudge has on us.

14.  Selflessness

When we are selfless, we shift our focus onto the needs of others, rather than keeping it on ourselves.  It’s the practice of being unselfish and minimizing the gratification of the ego’s wants and desires.

In order to make the life-redefining shift from selfishness to selflessness, go and focus on the well-being of others.  This can be done in countless ways.  You can clean up your life and surrender a fully healed body, heart, mind and soul to others when entering a relationship.

You can also be ready to share any amount of time needed by others whenever they need it  (don’t allow yourself to be used, however).  Be happy with your life and with whatever you are offered by others.  Whenever you are sure to give your very best, you are receiving exactly what ever you need for your greatest possible benefit.

15.  Wonder

Experiences of wonder can lead us to a sense of transcendence and realization of higher states of consciousness.  From a mystical perspective, it relates to affirmation, as wonder openings reveal the infinite and the source of all that is, which operates as gateways to uniting experiences.

Buddhism muses that distinctions limited to relative or empirical reality are just an illusion; resulting in the continuation of anguish, pain and frustration because we become alienated from experiencing reality through the eyes of a child where everything was wondrous.  In short, wonder leads us tasting a unified and infinite existence that enriches our life experience.

16. Nostalgia

Nostalgia is a yearning for a return to some past period or seemingly irrecoverable condition that’s seen in a positive light.

Studies have found that people who have a heightened level of nostalgia have higher self-esteem and are less prone to depression.  Thinking of good memories for just 15 or 20 minutes a day can make you more cheerful than you were the week before, and happier than if you think of your current life.  Nostalgia is a very potent mood booster, so if you seem to be in a bit of a funk, think about good memories of times past and you will experience higher self-esteem and feel more positive about friendships and close relationships.
