A follow up to my article, “5 Important Lessons for Raising Children in these New Energies”
As parents during this intense and exciting time on Earth, we accepted and/or chose an extremely important job. We are guiding the next caretakers of the Earth and evolution of humanity.
Our children are growing up in a world where they are faced with challenges unlike those we have ever seen. The world is literally at their fingertips, and although this has great opportunity when applied correctly, it also brings constant distraction and stimulation, therefore pulling them away from connecting with Nature and looking inward and knowing who they are.
Not only this, but with climate change, a contaminated food chain, toxic water, questionable vaccines and out dated school programs, it has never been more important for us as parents to be “awake.”
Because the truth is, we can thrive here if we are living our lives by heart-centered decisions that are led by our intuition, and not by the lies and propaganda that we have been told.
And yes, it may seem impossible to not get caught in the traps, but when we teach our children awareness, and allow their “awakened selves” to shine through, they will be aware of the traps and will be able to see them for what they are. When we are aware, we are impossible to trap.
And essentially, we will be creating the peaceful, joyous Earth that we all came here to create.
A misconception that I have noticed around our children commonly known as the Indigos, starseeds, etc., is that they are automatically “tuned in” and kind or that they would never do or say something rude or questionable.
But what I have experienced with my oldest son, Shep, is that, yes, he is incredibly sensitive, and he is “tuned in”, but he is also clearing SO much old karma and rebalancing back to his Highest Expression of himself in this lifetime, that he has been susceptible to all kinds of interference and questionable behavior.
Shep is, in his Divine Nature, a sweetie. He loves to hug and snuggle, but he also would experience intense and erratic mood swings. You never knew what kind of day you were going to have with him. His highs were high – loving, jokey, and creative. And his lows were low – brooding, angry, sulky, withdrawn. Never mean but constantly unpredictable.
As a parent, it can be heartbreaking to see your child in this unhappy little body and know that they are in there, but how do you get to them?
It was also heartbreaking and disappointing when we would hear of something completely out of character that he had done, because you just knew that that wasn’t really him.
And afterwards, he always felt awful, but he could barely remember doing it. It was as if he had no control over himself. He struggled to communicate or give any explanation, as there really wasn’t one that he knew of.
Because he really didn’t know, because it wasn’t really the “true” Shep. His energy body was so influenced by energetic cords from past lives and outer stimulations (and we live on a secluded farm), that the real Shep was unable to shine through and be in control all of the time.
So how do we guide our children into the Highest expressions of themselves?
This simple practice has worked wonders for my older kids as they seem to have come into this life with a lot of old baggage to clear out. My article “An Empowering Cord Cutting Exercise for Children” gives an easy technique for doing so, or you can visit an energy worker/healer who can help.
I have found with my kids that explaining how energy works has been extremely empowering for them because understanding how energy works is understanding how EVERYTHING works.
That essentially, everything you “put out there” will come back to you, and that everything you do to others you are doing to yourself.
That energy always attracts energy of the same frequency of vibration, and when we have a “high” vibration, we attract other people and experiences with a high vibration as well. These include love and joy, kindness, compassion, and vitality.
I often ask my kids, “what are you feeding?” Which energy pathway are you focusing on and giving energy to? What we focus on, we strengthen.
Simply knowing how energy works awakens our children to the truth that we are powerful beings, and that they always have control over their own energy.
And when things don’t always go their way?
These four little words relieve a whole lot of pressure. Because no matter what, the experience was meant to teach you something and help you grow into who you are meant to become. I often ask my kids after something happened, such as, “what did you learn?”
The importance of looking for the lesson is life-altering. We begin to trust Life, because we know that it is always looking out for our best interest. And when we acknowledge and look for the lesson, Life will not have to repeat it.
Not long ago, when we were going through a major shift and purging, Shep’s behavior was hitting an all time unpredictability.
Whoever he happened to be around at the time, he become. He always joined in and seemed to have no self control.
After a certain incident at school, he came home crying, “help me be good! I want to be good! I don’t know how!”
I hugged him, and the only words that I could think to tell him were, “You are already good. You have always been good. You just have to believe it. I will help you, but I can’t do it for you. You have to believe it yourself.”
Shep made a decision that day to be true to himself, and his willpower shifted his entire energy field. Although we had been clearing constantly, he had to reach a level of maturity and awareness where he could let it go and stand strong in himself.
He changed who he was hanging around with at school as he could recognize their influence. I told him, “You can still play with them as long as they are behaving in a way that is true to you. And when they are not, walk away. You do not have to join in.”
I have to say, Shep’s older sister, Summer, has been a wonderful teacher of this lesson. At ten years old, she has an ability of always being aligned with who she is. She can simply observe from a neutral standpoint and never get carried away and join in.
We did a lot of them. We fine tuned them to project what Shep was wanting most of all; to trust himself, and for his family to be able to trust him as well.
Shep wrote them out and we placed them where he could see them everyday as a reminder to help solidify new beliefs into his being.
They were, “I am good. I am strong. I love myself. I can trust myself to always do what is true for me. My family can trust me too.”
I did constant reminders to him when he would step out the door for school, “be strong in who you are”, or “you will remember who you are”.
What we take into our bodies has to match the vibration that we are encouraging. Therefore, as little processed food as possible, lots of organic fruits and veggies, if possible, and lots of water. My kids have always been exceptionally thirsty during these shifts, as we are moving a lot of energy and as we are mostly made of water, keeping hydrated is essential. Shep still occasionally craves meat, but I always tell my kids, “listen to your bodies”, so we ensure that the meat that is eaten has been ethically raised, which for Shep, happens to be right here on our farm.
Plant a garden or a planter box with your child. Develop a relationship with Nature. Mother Earth is here for us as we are here for her. We form a connection and an interaction by showing respect and kindness to all beings. Set an example by stepping around the bugs, hugging the trees, and giving thanks to Mother Earth for the food that you eat or the home that you live in.
I like to ask, “What does Nature have to teach me today?”
You will soon find Nature responding to you and “seeking you out.” Because as we change the way we look at things, the things we look at will change.
One of the greatest gifts that we can teach our children is that magic is real and is around us at all times. Encourage your child to help Nature with something as simple as setting up a colorful bowl of water with stones for the bees and butterflies to land on while they drink.
My children and I do regular garbage pick ups when we are out and about. I always tell them, “Don’t expect somebody else to do it. If everybody picked up garbage every time they seen it, what a different world this would be. Be kind to Mother Earth. She feels everything you do and she’ll thank you in many ways.” This simple lesson will instill responsibility for the world around them and hopefully a proactive approach to Life as they grow up.
So many have the attitude, “it’s not my garbage, why should I pick it up?”
Well it’s not Mother Earth’s either, so pick it up! Your fellow species dumped it there, so take responsibility for it.
Our children need to feel love for themselves if they are to heal and shine in their Highest Expression. Every night at bed, and every morning when they wake up, I have my kids look into a mirror and say “I love you.” Have them look straight into their own eyes. Encourage them to go farther and give themselves compliments such as , “I love how unique you are”, or “You are so kind to others, you really are making this world a better place” or “You are important and are bringing light to this world.”
Lets face it, the days will go by regardless, so we may as well love ourselves and make the choice to be happy with who we are.
By far, one of the fastest emotions to shift energy to a higher vibration. In the morning, they can thank their bed for a good night sleep or they can thank a pet for their love and comfort. There are literally opportunities for gratitude everywhere we look. And when we are appreciative for what we have, we open our energy pathways to more things to be grateful for. These are the basics that will spark an awakening and cultivate fulfillment and contentment.
Afraid of getting picked on, Shep was hiding his interests and his unique qualities that make him special. I told him, “the things that make you weird are your gifts to the world. These are the things that you need to be most proud of.”
We come into this world with gifts, and we are meant to share them. But this can be hard when we are living in a world of conformity and judgement where just being yourself takes great courage.
This hits a personal cord with me, as I have just been recently learning and owning this lesson myself. I can now speak from experience that everything that I was hiding because I was scared of not being accepted, were actually my most special, helpful gifts to the world
Encourage your child daily, and let them know that all amazing things in this world were, at one time, weird.
Is Shep still getting teased? Of course, as he goes to a public school. Shep is learning that people will always have something to say to those who stand out. But he now knows that he has the choice to let it bother him. He also knows that it is the most insecure children that tease and bully others, so he actually feels compassion in knowing that these children need love the most and are not feeling it. And it’s not that all of these kids come from “troubled” homes either. It’s just that they simply do not understand the basics of energy, because if they knew better, they would do better. When we are truly loving and kind with ourselves, we cannot hurt others, as it simply will not match our vibration. If they understood what they are feeding and bringing back upon themselves, as energy always attracts energy of the same vibration, they would behave quite differently.
I also have Shep do cord cutting with anyone who upsets him, as well as a forgiveness exercise.
I have him imagine that person standing in front of him. Then I have him tell that person everything that he would like to say to them. Let the person really have it, get it out. Then he forgives them and thanks them for the lesson. Then we ask a Spirit guide to cut any energetic cords that may be left. This way there is no “charge” left between them, and Shep feels strong.
Shep looked at me like I was crazy the first time that I told him to thank a particular someone who had been rude to him. But then we discussed how he had now learned what it feels like to be judged, and that he would be more compassionate to others because he knows how it feels.
Bullies are teachers. “Bad” experiences are teachers. Have your child ask, “What am I supposed to learn from this?”
It is important to point out that we do not have to agree with what someone did to forgive them. We are actually helping ourselves and taking back our power when we forgive.
Our children need to remember their power and their strength. And again, when things don’t go the way we thought they should, we have a choice to learn something from it and move on.
If your child is unhappy with their own previous behavior, have them do the forgiveness exercise with themselves. They can also place anyone in front of themselves that they would like to apologize to. This will clear and shift energy and allow your child to move forward stronger in their own being.
With the advice from a wise, psychic friend of mine, I also had Shep listening to Binaural beats, which help to develop pathways in the brain and balance energy. There are lots to choose from on YouTube, and I let Shep listen to them and choose which ones he liked. For about a month straight, he fell asleep to them and he would listen to them as soon as he got home from school. His “beats” he called them, helped him feel calm and “happy”. They were also a catalyst for clearing, and Shep did reach an all time high of dreams during this time. A lot of his dreams were past life memories coming up to clear, and they were not always pleasant. But after going through it, he is much lighter now. Comfort your child through these times, listen to them, and don’t tell them it is just their imagination, but let them know that they don’t have to be afraid and that it can’t hurt them.
I have always been very honest with my kids about what is going on, and to them, it’s not really a surprise. Actually, it makes perfect sense. They know that they don’t have to attach to what is clearing, they can just watch it go. It isn’t always pretty, but it is leaving them.
It was during this time that Shep was also having lots of pain in his third eye and crown chakra areas. With the advice from my same friend, a dab of Vetiver essential oil was really helpful when placed on these areas. But other grounding, earthy essential oils would help as well, and there are many to choose from, so go with what feels best for you. Some include frankincense, patchouli, sandalwood, lavender, to name a few.
A different friend was having the same issues with her children, and she found that a glass of water with a teaspoon of Himalayan salt and a splash of lemon juice was helpful for easing the pain as well. (this is also a great detox recipe)
While it is necessary for our children to know technology and be able to use it, it does have to be limited. I can just “feel” their energy become imbalanced when they have been in front of a screen for too long.
Remind your children that the world around them is real. Nature, people, animals, their family. Make them aware that they are being sucked into something that isn’t real. Encourage them to engage with the world around them. Play a game. Go for a walk. Notice what you see/hear/smell around you. Engage their senses. Invite them into the kitchen and cook a healthy meal together. Discuss the ingredients that you are using.
Limit your social media time when you are around them. Be comfortable in just sitting in stillness while you are waiting. We do not always need to check our phones.
Encourage conversation with strangers instead while you are in a waiting room or at a check out line.
This is your life. Be engaged. Accept it. Show up for it.
I have one last story that I would like to share that will display the growth and progress that Shep has undergone, as well as the effectiveness of these exercises.
Last year, Shep took to wearing fake glasses, not because he needed them to see, but because he liked the way he felt in them. They were a heavy, black framed “Clark Kent” style of glasses that he would wear when reading, drawing, and writing stories. They seemed to allow him to feel his creativity, and essentially, his “true” self.
We let him wear them, but I did warn him, “if you truly want glasses and keep saying that you do, you will end up needing to wear them.”
One year later, we are at the eye doctor because Shep has difficulty reading and comes home from school with sore eyes and a headache.
Yep. Shep needs glasses, for real, not pretend anymore.
As he was quite happily searching the wall of frames, a pair gabbed his attention. They of course have thick frames and a “Clark Kentness” quality.
He excitedly tried them on and exclaimed, “I want these ones!”
The “helpful” lady working there smiled at me, and said “oh, but there are so many to choose from, why don’t you try these ones on?” as she handed a very modern, thin framed pair to Shep.
Shep looked at the glasses in her hand with disappointment, but politely he accepted them and tried them on.
“Well those look nice on you”, the lady encouraged.
I could see Shep’s deflation from the excited little boy he was a moment earlier.
Looking in Shep’s eyes I said, “Shep, you are the one who is going to be wearing these glasses, so it only matters that you are happy with them. Tell me, what does your heart tell you?”
Shep’s eyes lit up and a smile flashed across his face. He swiped the modern frames off his face and replaced them with the Clark Kent’s.
Relieved to see his spark returned, I said, “Great. Then those are the ones. Don’t even bother looking at the rest, they’ll only confuse you.”
Shocked, but not rude, the helpful lady measured up the Clark Kent frames and assured Shep that they would work just fine.
The lesson for me?
To trust my child in making his own decisions.
Glasses are personal and for Shep, a creative way of expressing himself.
How could I interfere with that?
We are here to guide and protect, not control our children.
We went to the grocery store afterwards, and Shep noticed an elderly lady in the line up behind us at the check out purchasing a couple big bags of cat food.
He whispered to me, “Mom, I’m going to help her lift those into her car.”
“That’s a wonderful idea, Shep. Go for it.”
So Shep and Summer offered their help and the lady, also shocked, but pleasantly surprised, gladly accepted.
When Shep returned, he was beaming, “That felt so good! I love helping people!”
I was beaming as well, but not out of pride or ego, but out of joy for Shep. For he was feeling who he truly is, the Shep that I would always catch glimpses of before he disappeared.
This is who we all are, and this is how we will create a peaceful world.
Shep told me not long ago, “Mom, I finally feel like people can see me. Before this, I always felt like I was “behind the scenes”, and who everyone could see wasn’t really me.”
You can imagine my relief and happiness as a mother to hear him say that.
Although Shep has had his “dark” times, he has emerged true to who he is. He had to learn that happiness comes from within, and that it is not something external that happens to us. It is a choice that we make every moment of every day. He had to learn to trust Life so that he can trust himself. He is learning that our greatest challenges are our greatest teachers.
We all emerge and grow more into ourselves everyday.
Everyday I ask, “Help me guide my children to their Highest Expressions of themselves.”
I have written many affirmations as well, stating that my children are strong in their own beings and are aligning with the vibration of their soul purpose.
I realize that there will always be new challenges, but I have witnessed enough growth to know that there are always tools and answers available to us, if we are open to them.
I have realized, as a parent, that my children are my greatest teachers and have helped me emerge into my Highest Expression of myself.
(oh, and I have also mentioned to Shep that once he has grown tired of wearing glasses, he can decide that he doesn’t want to wear them anymore)

Perhaps you have read or overheard people talking about attaining a higher vibration. If you unclear about what this really means, or why it’s supposed to be important to you, in this article we are going to address both questions so that you will have a clearer understanding, and learn how to raise your frequency to make your life’s journey a smoother ride!
We attune to the frequencies of energies to which our mind, body and spirit are in synch with vibrationally. When we are attuned to living in state of high frequency vibrational energy this has benefits beyond third dimensional reality. In an incarnation we have the potential to gain accelerated spiritual progression, the ability to manifest higher potentials more easily and to create energetic bodies that encourage others and the world around us to respond in positive ways.
Positive energies counteract negative ones. Many people live with a constant undercurrent of stress, dissatisfaction and in a state of survival mode because our true nature and the reality of the Universe is still unknown to many people.
By living in a higher vibration, when we come into contact with a situation or person of lower vibration, we find it much easier to diffuse or to transmute the situation into a more positive one for all involved.
Low vibrations are caused by such things as consuming highly processed, packaged, genetically modified, pesticide treated, or low nutrition foods, polluted water, excessive exposure to negative entertainment or media, lack of movement, fresh air, sunlight and exposure to nature. Also by attachment to negative thoughts and/or emotions such as fear, anger, despair, jealousy, guilt, shame, anger, criticism, and self-judgment.
Every thought, word and action carries its own vibrational frequency.

Breathe: Noticing the rise and fall of our breath can help calm the mind, body and the spirit. Whether we choose to meditate or do breath work, going within and listening to the rise and fall of our inhale and exhale can help to raise our vibration.
Meditation: Similar to breath work, allowing our mind to tune out and listening to the stillness within our heart and breath can do miracles for our mood and our vibrational resonance. Whether we prefer more formal guided meditations, or sitting in peace, the transformative effects of this practice extend beyond the physical, through energetic and spiritual levels.
Using positive affirmations, mantras, and cultivating positive thoughts.
Consume a high-vibrational diet: Consuming mostly organic, sun-based, plant-based, raw foods, and clean water (spring water, and pure clean sources of filtered water when possible) naturally infuse your body with light energy. Organic plants are naturally in a high vibrational state and you can raise your vibration easily by consuming them. If animal products are consumed, they should be lovingly, humanely, respectfully and sustainably raised or sourced as possible.
Sunlight: Spending time in the sun will significantly increase our vibration. Strive for at least 20 minutes every day in the sunlight (sun gazing).
Spend time in outdoors and in nature: It has been scientifically shown that within a short time of being in nature our stress levels are significantly reduced. Even sounds of nature will raise our vibration. Walk barefoot on the earth, practice earthing. Breathe clean fresh air.
Music/Dance and listening to The Schumann resonance frequencies. The Schumann Resonance is the resonant frequency of the Earth’s elector-magnetic field. It is also known to be foundational to human consciousness.
“One of the ‘secrets’ of the universe, is the creative application of sound frequencies. John Worley Keely discovered this creative use of musical frequencies in the late nineteenth century and accomplished amazing feats that defied conventional physics and confounded the academicians of his day.”
Mind/Body/Spirit Exercise: Its not hard to understand that in order to raise our vibration, we must move our physical bodies and energy through our energetic bodies. The more active we are and the more we move, the more energy begins to flow through our body. This flow of energy helps to raise our vibrational resonance and also helps to uplift our mind.
Get plenty of restorative rest and sleep… end the glorification of busy.
Detoxification: Detoxify our physical body daily through such practices as warm sea salt baths, organic green juicing, drinking lemon water, practicing yoga, sun bathing, saunas, or any other detoxification practice we are drawn to.
Avoid consumption of alcohol and toxic substances.
Get Creative: We are ‘Creators’! Find something that we are passionate about, love to do and that brings us joy and do more of it! When we are engaged and fulfilled in what we are doing, our mood elevates and our vibration does too. When we move into a creative space we also help to activate our chakras and calm our minds, creating awareness and expansiveness.
Practice Unconditional Love: Change the frequency of our energies to the vibration of unconditional love. When talking about unconditional love, it’s not romantic or excessively intensive love, it’s an overall love for all that there is, because we are all one, including humanity, the animal kingdom and everything we see on Earth and within the Cosmos. By feeling connected and unconditional love for everyone and things, we are shining it back on ourselves. When talking about love, it’s not romantic or excessive or intense love, it’s an overall peaceful love for all that there is, as we are all one, including humanity, the animal kingdom and everything we see on Earth and within the Cosmos. By being love for all things, we are shine it back on ourselves.
This lifetime is another cycle of learning and discovery. Even if life seems challenging at times we are learning lessons that will contribute to the progression of our spirit and our soul’s mission. Even if we experience hard times, we are becoming wiser and closer to enlightenment. By living in positive vibrational energies, we are less far likely to become in-tangled in a web of issues and dramas those of others’.
When we exist in high vibrational frequencies, the world seems to flow and easier for us to handle. Using love, acceptance, kindness, and tolerance as default emotions rather than frustration, fear, anxiety and sadness, we can be far more grounded, at peace and resilient.
Our chakras will also undergo a clearing (unblocking) process and as a result we gain self-discovery and spiritual advancement benefiting everyone due to the free flowing of these positive energies.
The spiritual advancement we gain in during this lifetime is greatly enhanced by living in a high energy vibration. It is a trait of the adept to approach all things in love and light, and knowing that each step is part of our learning and experience in this school house.
Living in the high vibration of light-love means that we experience, both giving and receiving, emotions such as respect, tolerance, kindness, care, compassion, joy, appreciation, empathy, sympathy, happiness, friendship and unconditional love itself. Little annoyances and inconveniences seem less important and easier to brush off, and arise less frequently. A content feeling of knowing what really matters in life arises. We feel more radiant, healthier, not just mentally but physically as our chakras become unblocked and energy is free to flow throughout our mind/body/spirit complex, cleansing every part of our being.
When we are living in a high vibration it will transform the way we view ourselves and the world, and we may discover a lot of peace, beauty and joy that alluded us before.

Not only is sunlight a way to make up for lost Vitamin D, but it is used to help stabilize the mood. You can shift stagnant, dull energy of the room by just opening your windows and letting light come through.
Solfeggio Frequencies and Binaural Beats, especially with the use of headphones, have been used to help diminish anger, depression, anxiety, and the list goes on. They are out there on YouTube for free. Check out 396 Hz on Audio Entrainment’s Channel. I would like to add that this is a perfect alternative for anyone who is lazy and reluctant to meditate. You can also listen to uplifting tunes that lift your spirit.
Lavender Oil has a calming effective on the mind, especially before you go to bed. Besides the health benefits, basil is known to cure sadness and depression. Angelika root has been used centuries ago to get rid of evil spirits, but now it is used for upset stomachs, enhancing sex drive, and eliminating negativity. It should not be taken in heavy dosages, however. Burning Eucalyptus is known to help with colds. Green Oat is said to be good for addictions of any sort. Always check with your doctor if you want to consume any special herbs. Burning it however definitely will provide your home with a relaxed feel.
Exercise, in and of itself, is known to release endorphins that help one feel better and release stress, but joy in exercise escalates the experience. If you enjoy dancing or playing tennis, do it! When you are having fun and burning calories at the same time, you are not only helping your emotional health, but physical health as well. Feeling like your workout is a burden will not help you to lift your frequency as like attracts like and a miserable journey cannot yield a happy outcome. The Key is to feel a sense of joy.
Spending Time in Water will not only cleanse your body, but attract positive energy as Water is second closest to Source Energy, the first Being Light. This information is confirmed by Teal Swan, a legendary Spiritual Teacher. She advises to take a glass of water, set the time for a few minutes, and focus positive thoughts toward the water glass. Then drink it! Repeat this exercise for two weeks.
An attitude of gratitude is the key to abundance. Keep a Journal of positive things that cause you to feel joy just by thinking about it. It could be as menial as the violet curtains in your bedroom, or the bath filled with roses your children decorated for you when you came back from work. Positive Feelings are even more powerful than positive thoughts, so more joyful situations and thoughts will manifest. They trick is to just set aside time every day to dwell in a state of love.
Visualization is the way to make it clear to the universe what it is you really want in this physical realm. When you hold up images you love and make them your phone wallpaper, or put up a vision board you see and have access to everyday, you help to materialize your goals. You cannot help but to have positive focus towards your dreams or whatever it is you are trying to attract. Visualization helps to develop clarity of what one wants in life. And you can keep adding to that board when your ideas expand. Imagining your dream lifestyle causes you to feel happy. Think of it this way: for a watchmaker to create a watch, he has to have an image of the finished result of the watch in his mind. It is the same way with your goals. Imagination is powerful. The journey becomes much easier once you know exactly just what your goals are.
If you have a messy work desk, you can attract stressful situations. Cleaning up every once a week can remove stagnant, non-moving energy in a room to leave fresh vibrant energy flowing through. You will also feel more lively and in control of your life.
Vegetables such as cucumbers not only add to clearer skin and help to reverse the aging process, but lift your energy. Nuts like almonds help with Vitamin D and help balance serotonin levels. Vegetables are not only great for vitality, but they resonate at a higher frequency that meat and processed food. They contain more life energy than dull foods like processed cheese and coffee. Never underestimate the power of Diet to transform your life.
Stress weakens the immune system and can literally make one feel sick and be sick. Psychosomatic illnesses, such as excessive vomiting, are often caused by negative thoughts. Stress decreases energy and can lead to aging. When one is stress, they tend to make impulsive choices that make them feel good only physiologically and temporarily such as reaching for sugary snacks, which open the door to more disease and problems like cancer and diabetes. When one is in a relaxed state, they are less likely to manifest diseases in their life. And if diseases do arise, they are able to treat it quicker. Disease cannot survive in a body that is at ease. Your mental, emotional, and physical health are interrelated. Stress can attract more negative experiences besides illness, such as heavy workload, and unhappy relationships.
Most people are trained to believe the best forms of entertainment are action movies that involve, sex, drugs, and violence. Comedies like 21st Jump Street and Hangover have made blockbusters in today’s society. Movies like The Next Karate Kid and One Flew Over the Cuckoo’s Nest, are seldom spoke of. Unfortunately, most people, especially in our youth, prefer a quick, easy way of forgetting reality that I call “entertainment for the sake of entertainment.” Gunshots, sexy scenes, and violence, seems to be the recipe for a great movie to many. But to me, true entertainment teaches a lesson about life, such as Forest Gump. They make people feel good, not just for a few hours of laughs and emotional excitement, but long when the movie is over. Furthermore, young kids who secretly do not like and are afraid of cheap forms of entertainment are peer-pressured and brainwashed into thinking such movies are healthy, just because it makes certain people laugh. A spiritually evolved person, however, does not feel amused by seeing a body part shot off.
Many of us spend hours on celebrities or trying to get a person’s attention so they will like us. Often, are efforts go unnoticed and we feel taken for granted. You can be kinder to people than Mother Theresa ever was! If you do not respect yourself, people are not truly going to respect you. Nothing can make us truly happier then being around people who love us unconditionally, whose intentions are pure, who accept us as we are regardless of whether we are fat, skinny, short, tall, have a Ph.D, have no Ph.D, can drive, cannot drive, etc. When you stop chasing the wrong people (the people who do not care for your happiness and well-being) you give a chance for the right people to catch up. And it will not matter if they are blood-related or not, they will feel like family to you.
You do not have to sit-crossed legged for hours and repeat a mantra to the point of mental exhaustion to meditate. You can let go, sit back, even open your eyes. You can observe the flicker of a flame, or the waves hitting the shore. The main thing is to get lost in peace. Go in such a state of peace, that negative thoughts that were bothering you earlier tend rise to the surface, such as how embarrassed you were about that stain on your suit at work. This time, they won’t affect you because you are such in a state of peace that you will not care as feelings are more powerful than thoughts. Law of Attraction practitioners often forget that feelings also cause thoughts, it’s not just the other way around. Yes, thoughts can cause feelings, but feelings can cause thoughts as well.

Quantum physics teaches us that our physical world is not solid, but in fact a vast field of differentiating energy. It is our consciousness and attention that manifests and holds together fluctuating energy, letting us perceive things the way we see them. Corresponding, food is also a form of vibration.
Kirlian photography made it already possible, by capturing energy patterns, to visualize subtle energy fields around living and non living objects: e.g. the differences between organic and mainstream foods. Because every pasteurized, processed or cooked food has a diminished or deformed energy field, it points out visible evidence to the science of ‘living foods’.
Raw or living foods are defined by food that contains all enzymes. The act of heating food above 116 degrees F. destroys the enzymes, changes the molecular structure, and is thus categorized dead or toxic. The experiments of Japanese researcher Dr. Masaru Emoto also show how vibrations (i.e., thoughts, words and music) have an effect on the molecular structure of water, and thereby he also states water has a memory.
Fruits, in its botanical definition, and green leafy vegetables are the highest water-content living foods, with most of them containing water amounts over 85%. If we simply look at the first three basic needs for human life – oxygen, water and food – it makes sense that fruit (and green leafy vegetables) are essential in an optimal diet to keep us hydrated. Furthermore they hold structured water, a crystalline H3O2 (not H2O) found in all living organisms, which embodies stored energy from the sun and earth converted by the tree or plant. So it’s easy to understand the superior quality of organic and sun ripened fruit vs. non organic and GMO’s. Therefore we can also see that by eating meat, we step further away from this structured and stored energy. Because the animal eats the plant and transmute the energy to a less desirable form for human beings, which I believe are frugivores in essence. And needless to say the stored fear and negative emotions of mistreated or force-fed animals will also contribute to low vibrational ‘food’.
Fruit on the other hand is a perfect living structure, without any need for preparation. Additionally glucose is the key source of energy for the human body and brain, obtained by the breakdown of carbohydrates and most easily metabolized. Proteins, fat, and complex carbohydrates must be broken down to simple carbohydrates in order to be used as fuel. So why make our body lose energy by this often energy-intensive operation, while the purpose of food is to obtain energy? Why not receive it effortless from simple carbohydrates such as fructose/fruit sugar? And perhaps sometime we can bridge the spiritually gap to breatharianism and sungazing, when we are able to get all needed energy from breathing or looking at the sun alone? Even the famous physicist Nicola Tesla thought this was possible when he said: “Why should a living being not be able to obtain all the energy it needs for the performance of its life functions from the environment, instead of through consumption of food?”
Interesting to remark is that many spiritual truth-seekers ‘upgrade’ their diet from omnivore to vegetarian, vegan, raw foodist, fruitarian to even liquidarian. And this leads us indirectly to the law of attraction: like attracts like. If we as human beings vibrate at a certain frequency, and we attract whatever that frequency holds, this applies also to food. Note that if we are in love or simply feel positive, we are naturally drawn to higher vibrational foods or aren’t even hungry.
Trough my personal journey experimenting with diets due to digestive problems, I noticed I cannot tolerate cooked foods anymore. In the beginning this arose a lot of fear-based questions within myself that something had to be very wrong. After researching and learning from raw food pioneers, I started trusting and listening to my body again. By eliminating and simplifying my diet stepwise towards fruitarianism, my body had the opportunity to cleanse and heal itself (from previous toxic accumulation). And as a result I believe that when your body becomes more pure, it simply cannot hold lower vibrational foods and rejects it. Every symptom is also a wake up call for the body, telling us something is going on. And holistic health learns us to look at the cause instead of suppressing symptoms with common drugs or medication.
I also want to relate this to the metaphor of ‘peeling the onion’: peeling away all outer layers, makes it able to see the core. These layers can refer to certain belief systems, toxic relationships etc. but also buildup from ‘dead’ or acid foods. Referring this also to the ‘boiling frog anecdote’, where the premise is that a frog put suddenly into boiling water will jump out, but if put in cold water slowly brought to a boil, it will not perceive danger and be cooked to dead. Although several experiments on this anecdote contradict each other, I believe our body is smart and always adapting for the best. When toxins (of any kind) cannot be eliminated by our body, it produces mucus (or protective layers) to secure itself. And as natural hygiene teaches: toxemia is the cause of any disease.
So let’s wonder if we raise our vibration, maybe we can be sustained by less dense and lighter foods? And reversed: maybe we can alter our frequency not only by holding positive vibrations but also by slowly going up the higher-vibrational foods scale?
