When we look at the larger Galactic picture of consciousness enslavement, we see the NAA’s many pronged agenda to target the brain, central nervous system (CNS) and thought forms of every person on earth. Through the agenda of Transhumanism, we see the promotion of hybridization and synthetic integration with artificial neural networks for control over the CNS and brain. What is starting to surface with more clarity is that the human neurobiology is wired for empathy, which connects us to higher consciousness and has a spiritual function, as well as an immune function. The NAA and their minions of soulless AI infected synthetic beings do not have the bio-circuitry for empathy and intracellular communication with the soul-spirit. We are in essence, in a struggle between human empaths, and alien hybridized humans and extra-dimensional aliens that are non-empaths. Chemical agents and ELF that are used to target the central nervous system are actually degrading the human capacity for empathy, as well as drastically weakening the human immune system which directly impacts physical and mental health.

Neuroscience is used to refer to the branches of biology that focus on the structure and function of the nervous system and brain. The field of Neurobiology includes the study of biological neural networks, in order to replicate their functions in the production of artificial neural networks. An artificial neural network is an artificial intelligence network that mimics the functions of the central nervous system (CNS) and brain of living things, like people and animals. The discoveries in the field of Neurobiology have led to the massive expansion and demand for mass consumer products, manufactured in both of the flourishing multiple billion-dollar industries of Biotechnology and Pharmaceuticals. Biotechnology is the use of living systems and organisms to develop or make products, especially with the focus upon the genetic manipulation of microorganisms and their chemical reactions. Yet, what are all of these artificial mechanisms and chemicals doing to our central nervous system messaging to the brain, as well as its impact upon our immune systems?

Currently, the means of gaining technological or pharmaceutical control over neural networks, brain mapping, genetic modification and the exploitation of biological systems, is an enormous commodity that is being merchandised on and off planet for ungodly amounts of money. The quest to gain total control over the Bio-Neurology of life on earth is a very big business, that is hiding a very dark secret. During the current bifurcation phase, the extremely heated debate around disclosure of these covert technological methods that are used for bio-neurological impairment to consciousness enslavement, and are being fought over in the public arena, argued over behind closed doors, and thus, this conflict for control is rippling throughout the Solar System.

It is worthwhile to do the research, and look at the skyrocketing statistics for bio-neurological diseases, and consider who and what wants to gain complete control over human and animal bio-neurology. What are the many unethical methods being used to gain bio-neurological control over people that is actually making them sick and impairing their immunity? If we are willing to open our mind to see the clear picture of gigantic corporate interests hiding a much larger global agenda of bio-neurological control, then we can take some steps to empower ourselves, such as taking the steps needed to build our immune system, and promote a healthier body, mind and spirit relationship. We can take back our consciousness power through informed consent, and stay present and aware of larger agendas in order to protect our nervous system, brain and our immunity.

There is little to no information available to help people understand that our bio-neurological functions are directly responsible for interconnection with our spiritual bodies, and that if our bio-neurology is hacked we can be effectively disconnected from our emotions, even down to the heart and soul. When our CNS is being influenced by constant electronic assault, it is also impacting our cell to cell communication and this is drastically weakening our immune system. When our immune system is continually being assaulted with toxins, both energetic and physical, this places incredible stress upon the body, and the body starts to get weaker and weaker, especially if we do not take steps to make changes that lessen the impact of that stress. Therefore, there is little knowledge given to the public about the nervous system’s critical role in experiencing the energetic interconnection with life, including feelings of empathy, cellular telepathy and the necessity in maintaining a strong and healthy immune system for the body.

A brain being controlled by the thought impulses sent from artificial neural networks, starts to undergo disconnection from internal cell to cell communication, and this disconnects the organ systems from communicating with each other in so they can function effectively. The health and functioning of the CNS and brain are the most critical components in properly transmitting the DNA’s electromagnetic signals, which give the instructions to our cells to fight off invaders, and also communicate directly with the etheric neural networks that exist within our soul-spirit bodies. When our soul and spirit bodies are connected to our physical body, this greatly impacts the energetic strength of the aura and this increases the physical health and wellbeing of the individual.

During the Ascension Cycle, for those awakening as well as the new generations being born, some humans are experiencing a positive range of genetic mutations that are impacting nervous system development and brain processing that greatly develop immunity to many pathogenic assaults. As the countermeasure, many in the medical community are being pressured to heavily medicate all people that fit under diagnostic labels that are either unknown or designated as spiritual crisis, or they are placed under the umbrella terms used for Neurodevelopmental Disorders, such diagnosis for ADHD and the Autism spectrum.

If our Bio-Neurology is continually assaulted, implanted, drugged, and overloaded with cocktails of energetic and chemical toxins, not only does this negatively impact immunity and health it easily blocks messaging between the body, brain and the higher consciousness bodies. When the human body is inundated with many low frequency electrical signals combined with specific chemical toxins, they produce unique etheric implants that block the higher frequency messaging between the nervous system and brain. As an example, it has been observed that the type of electrical emission patterns and/or chemtrail substances sprayed into an area are commonly matched with certain manufactured lots of flu shots that are made available in the same location. Electrical emissions into the local environment combined with chemicals and/or injections produce a range of bio-chemical effects, including bio-neurological and consciousness effects, on the public. When methods are used to block neural impulses in the CNS, this impairs the brain’s ability to process reality and recall memory, as well as directly impact the functions of the immune system. Further this blocks the brain from receiving communication signals at higher frequencies, that exist above the lower frequency scale of the material reality. This combination is commonly used as a type of localized electro-chemical induced frequency fence for the human bio-neurology to keep people running the lower levels of the negative ego fear programming.

Therefore, the frequency fence blocks higher consciousness development as it impairs the bio-spiritual evolution and the Ascension process for that individual. In order to remove the frequency fence from suppressing our consciousness, we first have to see that it exists. Additionally to better understand how our own body works, we should have a basic understanding of building a strong and healthy immune system, in so to develop a stronger resistance to exposures that can cause energetic imbalance, parasitism or rapid energy depletion that can lead to disease.

Science of Right Living

At its most basic level the Science of Right Living is essentially understood as this; when we live in harmony with ourselves and others, we are living in harmony with the Universal Laws and this drastically increases the quality of life for everyone. Spiritually abusive behaviors are the content propagated through the negative ego mind, thus these thought forms make us confused, depressed, sick and unhappy. This is why we must apply effort to clean up our negative ego, so that we learn how to practice spiritually healthy behaviors that align us to the natural laws, which bring more harmony, grace and positive spiritual presence into our body and life.

All experiences we have in our life are the result of the relationship we have with our true spiritual nature, when we have health and fulfillment in our life we are living accurately to our spiritual purpose. When we are sick, suffering and deprived of fulfillment, we are living inaccurately to our spiritual purpose. Thus to find our true spiritual purpose and live in fulfillment and happiness, even while in this chaotic world, we must deeply inquire on who we really are in order to find the truth that exists inside ourselves.

The growing diseases in the population today are the result of the continual violation of natural laws, and the repeated violations made against the constitution of humankind, at personal and collective consciousness levels that interconnect through cause and effect in the timelines. To find the cause of disharmony and disease in the human body or in the earth body, necessitates finding where the laws of nature have been violated and where there exists conflicts between the spiritual consciousness and the ego personality. Fear, guilt and shame have the most toxic effects upon the body, mind and spirit, and these are at the root of the most common causes in festering diseases.

To find the root cause of disease in a human body, it is necessary to comprehend the existence of the Human Spiritual Anatomy and to determine why the spiritual consciousness and personality are conflicted or fragmented. A high percentage of diseases today are directly caused by the repeated violation of natural laws that generate trauma, through the perpetuation of spiritually abusive behaviors. These include toxic exposures being directly inflicted into the environment, as well as the negativity the person directly inflicts upon themselves. Most congenital diseases are carried over from other stations of identity in relationship to the consequences of actions produced in other timelines, combined with environmental miasma and toxicity. In many cases, if the root cause of the disease is found and removed, if the physical and spiritual body are being considered as one in the same, if the spiritual lesson is understood and personal habits return to harmony with natural laws, rapid healing will follow as the natural result.

What are some basic steps that you can take right now to create the conditions of a more healthy and balanced lifestyle, with the intention to build a stronger energy field and a healthier immune system?

There are many things that weaken our general health and wellbeing, through the weakening and fracturing of the human energy field or aura. When we develop self-awareness and learn basic spiritual housekeeping, one can be proactive in generating a strong aura, which increases energetic balance and health in every layer of the multidimensional bodies. These are the most common causes of a weak aura, which contribute to a weak immune system in the body.

Dear ES Family, Over the last decade, with the steady amplification of polarities, the rising intensity of external energies and forces, the challenges that we may have to face that test our character, test our mettle, seem to have been greatly magnified. We have often spoken about the planetary Dark Night of the Soul, and by observing the outer world, its clear that its in full swing. Over the past year, I have prayed countless times for guidance on what is the best process for helping people that are enduring extreme challenges, and painful transitions, when they have not been educated with strong coping skills or given proper support towards knowing the absolute necessity of cultivating resilience. We live in a culture of mind control to shape weak characters, and habits that weaken our mind, body and energy field, so that we are easily overwhelmed by dominating forces and challenges. Life on earth is not easy, it is a tough school of knocks in which we can learn a tremendous amount, especially now. To survive these challenges, we have to look at life on earth as lessons and learning, looking at painful or negative events as an opportunity to see something that we did not see before, or to change how we perceive the world around us. As we learn from our life experiences and we can observe more clearly, we gain more emotional intelligence and the ability to explore our true purpose. Why did you come to earth now? All of us have things to accomplish on earth during the ascension cycle, and these experiences are deeply personal, intimate and unique to who we are. No other person can define the spiritual purpose for another, this is our responsibility to find out. To gain an accurate assessment of the reality we find ourselves, we will need to know ourselves very deeply. We may need to take off the rose colored glasses of denial in order to to see the accurate truth inside things, or we may need to find the light that does exist in the darkness while it sleeps, finding faith, love and acceptance in the spirit of humanity. At the rate of change and transformation we are enduring resilience is an important skill to cultivate for mental and emotional wellbeing.

Stability, Resilience and Tough Times

People may have gathered many delusions in their belief system about what it means to be happy and to feel pleasure, which is instant gratification that is portrayed by the mainstream media and consumptive modeling to make us believe in such fantasies and crafted advertisements as if they are real stories. Instant gratification teaches us little, we cannot learn about ourselves and the world we live in, if we believe instant gratification and selfish desires are the meaning of life. This is a luciferian and satanic narrative to keep us weakened and trapped in material delusions and Service to Self ego games. Learning how to deal with difficulty, being willing to really see the truth of the matter, is much more productive than clinging to an illusion. To feel content and connected, it is required that you learn how to be strong and self reliant, that you pick yourself up after a fall, and that you know how to refocus your mind away from emotional sadness when you don’t succeed or get your needs met. One of the most important skills we need today, is to live in peace with unmet desires and needs. Attachments make us suffer greatly, and as such we should have preferences and not attachment to the outcome. This does not mean you give up, it means you never give up and look at life as lessons that build character and strength, you keep moving forward the best way you know how to in the moment. How can you find the inspiration to persist instead of getting depressed or angry when things go awry, and to accept that they often will. Much of the time, life on planet earth is about conflict resolution and learning how to synthesize energies in the world of extremes, to neutralize polarity and return to peace. How do people deal with difficult events that completely transform and change their lives? The death of a loved one, loss of a job, serious illness, criminal attacks and other traumatic events. These are all examples of very challenging life experiences. Many people react to such difficult circumstances with a flood of strong emotions and a sense of uncertainty and fear, bringing on mental paralysis or anxiety. What enables people to generally adapt well over time to life-changing situations and stressful conditions? Navigating life’s challenges requires life skills. To develop life skills, you have to live through your life, gaining experience, gaining wisdom from hard earned lessons. This process involves resilience, it is an ongoing process that requires time and effort and engages people in taking a number of steps. Developing resilience is a personal journey towards maturity whereby each person will have to choose different approaches in order to build personal resilience. Resilience is an important energy building tool, being resilient also helps to keep healthy boundaries that build a stronger energy field, or aura.

Building Resilience Principles

  • Connect to your higher purpose and meaning in life.
  • Maintain perspective, look for the larger picture.
  • Find ways to implement your unique talents and strengths.
  • Be realistically optimistic, seek truth for accurate assessments.
  • Generate postive feelings and gratitude for what you do have.
  • Be open minded and flexible in situations, be willing to persevere.
  • Reach out to like minded souls, find connection with others that understand.

Learning from the Past Focusing on past experiences and sources of personal strength can help you learn about what strategies for building resilience might work for you. By exploring answers to the following questions about yourself and your reactions to challenging life events, you may discover how you can respond effectively to difficult situations in your life.

Consider the following:

  • What kinds of events have been most stressful for me?
  • How have those events typically affected me?
  • Have I found it helpful to think of important people in my life when I am distressed?
  • To whom have I reached out for support in working through a traumatic or stressful experience?
  • What have I learned about myself and my interactions with others during difficult times?
  • Has it been helpful for me to assist someone else going through a similar experience?
  • Have I been able to overcome obstacles, and if so, how?
  • What has helped make me feel more hopeful about the future?

Emotional Intelligence

To cultivate resilience we will also need to understand emotional intelligence. Over the years, I’ve noticed a theme that the older you are, it may be easier to gain emotional intelligence, some people are very emotionally competent and managing emotions is easy for them. While others have to work a lot harder to tame unruly emotions, and need a different approach to clear pain body impulses. The more experience you have in exploring and managing emotional states, the deeper you know yourself, the easier it is to have emotional intelligence. Younger folks seem to struggle with this more in the current tumultuous terrain. Emotional intelligence (EI) is the ability to monitor one’s own emotional state and be able to observe other people’s emotions and to distinguish between different emotions and identify them appropriately. When emotional states are able to be observed and discerned for their quality, one may use this emotional sensory information to help guide thinking, behavior and actions. All humans experience some emotional state that help guide our actions in life. As our Emotional Intelligence increases, one will experience a variety of positive transformations in one’s life. Destructive behavior patterns of the past may transform into more positive behavior as one begins to solve the mysterious puzzle of human interactions and gain a quiet and confident understanding of them. Anxiety may yield to more peaceful, tranquil, and contented feelings as ones deeper emotional understanding increases. One starts to gain improved self-confidence and feel empowered, and less confused and frustrated with circumstances. Overall, one can transform from confused to confident; from clueless to comprehending and enlightened, from fragmented to coherent, from shallow to deep, and from oppressed to liberated, as one learns how to become the authentic self. We must remember that we are in a war over control over the mind, and limitations and pain we feel are also created in the mind, which means we have the power to remove and clear them from impacting us. Our goal is to build strength in our inner world via inner reflection and meditation, which is building the energetic strength of our energy field, while learning how to observe and remain neutral to what happens in the outer world. We change the locus of power, giving power to our inner spirit and inner world, while removing external influences form having power over us. This takes some time to master. How do we get there? Building Resilience over time. Thus, this blog is dedicated to inspirations and discussion on building resilience and finding what works as a strategy for you. The energies in the outer world can be tough, harsh, painful and surreal. That is a fact, and it is what it is. The truth is that this does not have to disturb your inner peace, connection and purpose. STACY VAJTA: “How Do You Know What Is Truly Aligned With You?”

There’s a shift in consciousness happening that’s moving people into their own energetic integrity; living life in alignment with their heart and spirit.

How we live, what we choose to do, the relationships we foster, and even the work we do are all being assessed these days for how aligned they are with our deepest truth; how they support us in moving forward in our own spiritual evolution and what we do right here, in our everyday lives.

The idea of alignment soothes the soul. Yet understanding what is in agreement with us — the right thing to choose — is often a sticking point for people. I see this all the time in my work. People know what they don’t want but have a whole lot of confusion around what is desirable… and even more so, what’s truly aligned.

How do you know what is truly aligned with you?

The other day, someone asked me why I thought a project I had started fell flat. And I shared how I realized I was doing things that lived up to some idea outside of me; a point of reference my dad held that I’d never accomplish what I really wanted to.

I had deferred my own knowledge about myself to his assessment for so long, it had become not only a belief of mine but a deeply woven external reference point that I had to extract myself from to change the belief and start making more aligned choices that did work for me. Although at the time, my initial choice felt aligned because I was so energetically enmeshed in the energy of this point of view. There it is though. When our choices are not aligned, the bottom line is with our own inability — at the time — to recognize, choose, and live our own truth because we are energetically enmeshed in something other.

Energetic Reference Points.

I talk about energetic reference points in my work a lot. They’re those energetic stakes in the sand that we anchor to, that help us assess something or compare things to. These energetic reference points are like signposts, helping us to both understand, and relax into, how we move through the world.

Yet, when we’re working off an energetic reference point that’s external — stemming from outside of us and our truth — we’re actually working off of other people’s ideas, energies, and needs.

Our energetic sensors recognize what’s familiar to that referencing system. We’ll gravitate to what emotionally fits and feels aligned with that. We’ll use that external energy (a.k.a. information) as a source of reference to help us make decisions and understand things. We’ll tie our energy to that and let it influence our choices.

And, in the process, we often forget our own internal point of reference, which helps align us with what we want and need: our true story.

Confusion.

When you get your most confused, it’s because you’re working off of this external energetic reference point. Deep down, you know something is off… but what? You know this energetic signpost so well. You may have even been working off of it your entire life.

Yet this nagging need for alignment is still there. This inner conflict begins to play out between the need to find alignment and the energetic information coming from outside of you, fueling your process. You get lost in how to understand yourself and what you need.

It can be challenging to let go of working off of someone else’s energetic point of view — be that your family, society or someone who impacts you in some way. To do so, you have to let go of what has “externally” helped you establish meaning, and now find your original energetic signpost within yourself. You have to own up to what is you and stand in the power of that. Anchoring back into you.

Shifting back into your own internal energetic referencing, like anything, begins with awareness. You must first recognize that you are using someone else’s energetic universe and ideas to fuel your own decisions.

Next comes reconnecting to your own passions and ideas. You must claim your own truth, despite the fears of falling short in someone’s eyes, disappointing someone, feeling ashamed for choosing you, or any other myriad of healing that needs to happen to transform what has kept you from feeling safe enough to choose you in the first place.

And then, you must do the work of growing into the person you must be, to live your truth through what you do.

This isn’t about cutting cords. It would be really easy to think that perhaps you could just cut an energetic cord to someone (or their ideas) if their energy was connected with you. But that’s way too simple of an idea. Sorry. I really hate to burst the bubble on that concept.

If you are working off of someone else’s energy — their energetic reference point and not your own — it’s because you, for some reason, have not yet had the ability to recognize and claim your own truth. You have unconsciously deferred your energy and your choice to someone, or something, else.

To find alignment, you must first come back to you. You must first know yourself and be able to use that as your gauge for what feels aligned with you. The signs. You’ll know alignment when you feel ease and grace, but more importantly, you’ll recognize alignment when you establish your own internal energetic referencing system that guides you into choices that deeply resonates with your truth.

If you aren’t owning your truth and working off your own energy — and using that as your reference for what is real and right — alignment will allude and confuse you.

I love the phrase, “If a door isn’t opening, it’s not your door.” If things aren’t working for you, then there’s something that’s still out of alignment; there’s still some energy that you are using as your own source of assessing what choice to make, that is not your truth. Don’t keep randomly trying new doors. Find the means to do the inner work to assess where you are working off of some external reference point.

Shift back into you; claim you. Then, you — and energetically only you — can begin to choose what is aligned from a place of clarity and energetic integrity.

2. Stay in the present moment.

Staying in the present moment allows you to focus on your breath, which aligns you to your higher self.

When you tune in to your higher self, you open your heart to the loving connection with yourself and everything that is.

Staying in the present moment is something that can make you feel better immediately, and it can also improve your outlook on things.

3. Be still.

Stillness connects you to your inner knowing. It invites you to be detached and be the observer of everything that’s going on within you and through you.

Meditation is one way of practicing stillness. As you meditate, you see your thoughts come and go.

Seeing that you are not your thoughts allows your heart to feel safe. This triggers your heart to open up and allows love to flow through you freely.

4. Do something you love doing.

When you do something that your heart lights up while doing time seems to pass without noticing. And you can do this thing the whole day without feeling tired at all.

This means that the activity comes straight from your heart, it’s something that your soul resonates with and it lights up your shine.

When you do activities that you really love doing your heart opens up. Your soul shines and you are energized.

5. Honor your breath.

Your breath is the life force that brings you to the present moment.

When you feel you’re out of alignment, pause and take deep breaths. Through the awareness of your breath, you will remember who you are, a person born out of love.

By remembering love, your heart finds its center.

6. Connect with your tribe.

Your tribe could be your group of friends or the people who see you as you are without judgment.

You vibrate at the same frequency, which makes you feel comfortable and safe.

Being with the people whose frequency resonates with yours allows you to be aligned with your eternal nature. This encourages your heart to open up and stay balanced.

7. Practice color therapy.

Color therapy works with the aid of visualization.

Finding a quiet place, make yourself comfortable and focus on your heart. Take a few deep breaths as you visualize the first color that comes to you.

Trust your inner guidance to bring you the color of your aura that needs harmony, balance, and self healing.

8. Keep a journal.

A journal serves as something that helps you process thoughts and emotions. It’s a place where you can dump all your emotional baggage, confusions, pains.

By pouring on the pages things that no longer serve you, you come in fresh and with a clearer mind.

Once your mind is clear, it’s easier for you to open up and be aware of the love around you.

9. Be genuine.

In whatever circumstances you are in your life now, you’re playing a role in someone else’s life. Oftentimes, these people want you to play the role they expect you to play.

When playing that role is against your will, you’re being inauthentic with yourself.

You’re left with the choice of disappointing others by being your authentic self, or play with their dramas and be untrue to yourself. Just remember, true love can only flow when you’re being true to yourself.

10. Establish healthy boundaries.

Establishing healthy boundaries doesn’t mean closing your doors for other people. On the contrary, it is the first step in showing compassion to others.

When you set boundaries, you are being compassionate with yourself, giving it the necessities of life that it needs to stay healthy, balanced, and capable of love.

Once you’ve developed this compassion with yourself, it naturally extends to other people, allowing more love to flow.

11. Speak your own truth.

You don’t need to argue others to speak your own truth. Being your authentic self is one way of speaking your own truth.

Do the things that matter to you even if they appear unconventional. Never be afraid of being different.

When you’re confident of who you are despite the criticisms thrown at you, people will slowly show you respect and find inspiration in speaking their own truth too.

12. Send love to anyone who needs it.

When you send love, your focus is on love. The more you focus on love, the more it comes into your reality.

Send your loved ones love by imagining them to be standing in front of you. You can even send love to strangers or people who may have hurt you.

Sending love is the quickest way to heal and raise your vibrations.

13. Listen to your heart.

Self healing begins with listening to what your heart is telling you.

Set aside time for yourself and listen deeply to the messages your heart wants you to know.

Allow yourself to find safety in the quiet place of Surrender.

14. Follow your bliss.

“Follow what your heart is telling you” is a common phrase we hear. And there is truth in that.

When you follow your heart, you follow your bliss, the passion that points you to your life purpose. Whatever your passion in life is, love is at its core.

Thus, following your bliss is the shortest way to finding yourself and finding love.

15. Practice unconditional love.

Unconditional love is a sacred place where respect and honor resides. It’s loving people despite their weaknesses, shortcomings, and even indifference.

However, unconditional love is not a ticket that others can use to abuse you. You must have enough self respect so that people will respect you in like manner.

Show unconditional love without being tolerant, without apologizing, and without seeking approval from anyone. Just love with all your heart. Give love to the world.

By doing what you do in your day-to-day lives, you’re already helping people. You might not even realize it; but the smile and kind words you said to the clerk at the store may have changed their life. Just being your authentic self brings and grounds positive energy into the earth at all times of the day and night.

However, stepping into bigger roles does start with small steps. If we’re not trusted to simply be kind to the people we stumble across in our daily existence, why should we be trusted dealing with severe states of emotional, physical, mental or spiritual distress in others?

It seems quite logical that we must also be in the process of healing ourselves before we begin to fully understand and step into the roles and paths of becoming a healer or teacher; understanding at the very least the core principles of the modalities we decide to follow and how they have positively or negatively affected our lives before we decide to give this guidance onto others.

Let’s look at an example of someone recommending fasting, ketogenic or raw food diets because they’ve done a little bit of research on the topic and have been practicing it for 3 weeks with good results. Things like drastic diet changes have the ability to majorly affect all of our body systems, along with influencing our emotional and mental states due to hormonal and biochemical changes, especially over long periods of time.

  • Are they going to attain sufficient nutrition by following your plan for an extended period of time?
  • Will they receive enough macronutrients, micronutrients, vitamins and minerals to ensure their body will still function?
  • Are there any contraindications to someone partaking in this diet?
  • Do they have any diseases which may become worse through following this method?
  • Are they aware that they may experience headaches, dizziness, confusion, constipation, diarrhea, fatigue, muscle aches and hormonal changes as their body adapts to the new foods?
  • Have you seen positive changes to your own being from utilizing this method before?
  • What are some other physical or emotional particulars that they might note once they start on this diet?
  • How long should they remain on this diet for?
  • Are there any markers in health that they need to watch out for to know if they should stop this particular diet?

Choosing the right field is a process. For some, they will know straight away; for others, it may take time.

Sometimes we can become anxious to have a fresh start, to follow our purpose work or jump into our new life-path straight away — Which is great!

But before you dive headfirst into the first, second or third healing modality you come across and start teaching others about it, ask yourself;

  1. Am I doing what I’m preaching? Is this sustainable?
  2. What fruit am I bearing from the ways that I live?
  3. Are they in line with the teachings of whatever doctrine I am following?

Do you want to teach people how to attain mental mastery?

Firstly, ask yourself if what you’re teaching has actually helped you so far in your life to gain strength over the ever-flowing currents of the mind.

Do you want to give exercise or healthy eating tips?

Ask yourself if you could stick to the plans you’re giving out. Do they work? Have you tried them before?

Do you want to be an intuitive healer/reiki practitioner?

Are you physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually strong enough to handle the energies of anyone that comes in for a healing? Do you know how to ensure you’re not taking on the energies yourself?

Make sure that your decision to follow a healing path or teach others isn’t based on emotional wants, nor pride, nor greed.

Is it what your soul is driving you to do?
Are you being guided into this, or have some messages been a little mixed up along the way?

Did you miss something?

It is important to have some critical thinking, because although you have found something you enjoy whilst on a fresh beginning, it is vital to be sure you have checked your internal guidance system before you decide to invest a lot of your time and energy into it.

Understand that you are already a healer; you are already bringing light and guidance into this world — before you make any rushed decisions, ensure you’re choosing the right path.

Maybe there’s something far better for you to be investing your time in!
